5-WAY FRAY
MOLLY REID vs. MARK STORM vs. EVAN ENVI vs. SAVANNAH TAYLOR vs. NOELLE SMITH
“Lose My Breath” by Destiny's Child starts to play over the PA, and the lights dim as Noelle steps from behind the curtain, a wide smile on her face as she waves to the fans before doing a few provocative dance moves as the lyrics cue up.
Can you keep up?
Baby boy, make me lose my breath
Bring the noise, make me lose my breath
Hit me hard, make me lose my (hah hah)
Can you keep up?
Baby boy, make me lose my breath
Bring the noise, make me lose my breath
Hit me hard, make me lose my breath (hah hah)J.A. Aldridge: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is a 5-Way Match to determine the next #1 Contender for the FGA Pride Championship! Introducing first, from Orlando, Florida! Weighing in at 125 pounds… NOELLE SMITH!
She does an athletic somersault forward to take her half down the ramp and then rushes the ring, using her hands to push her up onto the apron as she slides under the bottom rope and pops up, giggling and blowing kisses to the fans, winking at the referee and waving to the ring announcers cheerily.
The fans in the arena are in their seats, anxiously awaiting the start of the match. Before they have a chance to say anything, the lights suddenly fade to black. The noise of the crowd is replaced by a loud whistle emanating from the sound system. The whistle repeats, only this time it is accompanied by a few riffs from a synthesizer. As the synth pulses on for a few seconds, red strobe lights around the entrance begin to pulse in perfect synch with the music. The heavy guitar and drum tandem that follows truly signals the beginning of “Engel” by Rammstein. The black of the arena has been replaced by a vivid crimson as the song plays on. The fans immediately leap to their feet and show their displeasure at the arrival of the one and only Savannah Taylor. The blonde steps out onto the stage for a few seconds and glances to either side of her before walking purposefully down the aisle, an air of arrogance displayed in her gait.
J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada! Weighing in at 120 pounds… SAVANNAH TAYLOR!
She climbs the steps and stands on the apron, scanning the crowd before shaking her head at the fans. Stepping into the ring, she stands in the center and raises her hands above her head, seeming to soak in the boos. She then rests her back against the turnbuckle and waits for the lights to return to normal and the music to fade out.
The lights in the arena begin to dim and the FGA audience rise to their feet, as the nostalgic melody of "Bad Guy" by Jordon Comoli begins to play through the PA speakers. Smoke begins to rise from the stage and the audience begin to applaud, as emerging from the clouded mist is the self proclaimed spokesman of a generation - Mark Storm, who stands tall at the top of the entrance ramp. A smile is plastered on his face as he marvels at the scenery, embracing all the cheers as he close his eyes and widens his arms before coming down the ramp.
J.A. Aldridge: Their opponent, from New York, Brooklyn! Weighing in at 220 pounds! He is “The Schizophrenic Prince of Pro Wrestling”... MARK STORM!
Standing by the edge of the ring, he lets out a triumphant roar, with the audience roaring back to him as he jumps onto the apron before he slingshots his way over the top rope. Dressed in his usual wrestling attire; consisting black boots, with black knee pads, wrestling trunks with his name written on them and with stars coming down both sides, tape wrapped around his elbows, and mixed martial arts styled gloves. He falls to his knees in the middle of the ring, looking up at the heavens as his theme music slowly begins to fade out.
Kris Cruise: Here we go, Stephy. This is a match that I’ve been waiting for ever since it was announced. These five great competitors will all be vying for a shot at the Pride Championship. Two weeks ago on Vertigo, these five stars all made cases for themselves. Some more compelling than others. But tonight, the most compelling case will be made as one of them will win this #1 contenders match.
Stephy Auger: It could be any one of them, Cruise. With Scramble Rules in effect for this match, I expect the match to be fast-paced. But I’m also expecting our Chief to walk out of here tonight as the new top contender for the Pride Title.
Kris Cruise: “Our” Chief?
“Can You Feel It?” hits the PA system to a deafening chorus of boos from the audience. As multicolored strobes flicker throughout the darkened arena, Evan Envi struts through the curtains toward the top of the ramp. He pauses, looking out among the audience before casually making his way toward the ring, seemingly ignorant to the boos and jeers raining down on him.
J.A. Aldridge: Their opponent, from Ocean City, maryland! Weighing in at 203 pounds! He is the “Chief” EVAN ENVI!
Finally, as Envi leaps onto the apron, he gets yanked off it. Envi smacks his face against the apron on the way down. As the lights return to normal, see see the culprit is none other than Molly Reid.
Stephy Auger: Look at this unprovoked attack!
Kris Cruise: Unprovoked! He attacked her earlier tonight!
After touching the side of her neck, Reid picks up Envi and slams him face-first onto the apron. She then turns Envi around and unleashes a flurry of elbow smashes to the face. Reid then takes Envi and whip him hard into the ring post. After Envi’s face smacks against the post, he stumbles around ringside before rolling into the ring. Reid goes in to chase after him, but the ref holds her back since Envi and Storm are already in the ring.
Stephy Auger: That’s right, ref! Hold that animal back.
The bell sounds as Storm immediately rushes over and makes the cover.

As Storm slowly lets go of Envi, Envi cheap shots him with a punch to the midsection. After clutching his jaw from Reid’s pre-match, Envi leans Storm back in the corner before blasting him with a knife edge chop. Envi follows up with a series of European Uppercuts. Envi accompanies each uppercut with a “WOOOO!” He then takes Storm and whips him into the opposite corner. Envi charges across the ring, but Storm nails him with a back elbow to the face. After stumbling back, Envi charges back into the corner. This time, Storm nails him with a boot to the face. As Envi stumbles back, Storm comes from out of the corner and goes for a handspring hurricanrana. But Envi blocks it. He then runs towards the ropes to powerbomb Storm over the top rope and to the floor. But Storm is able to lean back, hang onto the ropes and deliver a hurricanrana, sending Envi over the top rope and to the floor.
Kris Cruise: What a reversal!
After hanging onto the top rope, Storm skins the cat and pulls himself back into the ring. Once he turns and sees Envi slowly getting back to his feet, Storm turns and takes off into the far ropes. When Storm returns, Envi slides back in and knocks him down with the KAPOWSKI KICK! Envi then turns to the crowd and yells out…

Stephy Auger: Fight out of it, Chief!
