Kris Cruise: Welcome to the great city of Toronto! Welcome to the Province of Ontario! Welcome, everyone, to CANADIAN STAMPEDE! FGA presents to you its first Pay-Per-View of 2016. What a great way to kick off the new year with our return to Canada! I’m Kris Cruise, alongside Stephy Auger! We’ve got one heck of a card for you tonight. Every single championship here in FGA is on the line!

In our first championship bout of the evening, Izzy Anders defends her Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship against Toronto’s own, Salem Cartier!

Stephy Auger: Salem’s got the crowd behind her. She’ll have every fan in these stands cheering her on. But guess what? Those cheers won’t do much for her when the bell rings. They can’t fight this match for her. If she wants to become the new Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship, then she’s got to wrestle that title away from Izzy Anders. That is much easier said than done.

Kris Cruise: In our second championship match, Luke Jackson and Ricky Valero challenge Dexter Jacobs for the World Tag Team Titles.

Stephy Auger: I don’t get Dexter Jacobs’ decision. I know he’s a man that’s got a lot of pride. But there’s a difference between pride and stubbornness and his stubborn ways may just cost him that championship here tonight. Then again, if Luke Jackson goes out there and lays an egg, like he’s been prone to do, then Dex’s decision to go solo may turn out to not be such a bad idea.

Kris Cruise: In another championship match, Noelle Smith challenges Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine for the Pride Championship.

Stephy Auger: Many have tried to take the title away from Tony. But they’ve all failed. Noelle may just be the next in a growing list of of grapplers to fall to The Last Star of FGA. Noelle’s good. There’s no doubt about that. But you could argue that Tony Carmine is the best thing going today in FGA. I expect him to retain yet again.

Kris Cruise: And in our main event, Cyncity challenges Zero McHannon for the FGA World Championship. Cyncity has been waiting yea-

Stephy Auger: Two years and blah blah blah. Yes, we know already! This is Cindy Parker’s big chance to finally step out of Cordelia Stevenson’s shadow and become a World Champion. If this was Cordy in this scenario, there’d be no doubt as to who would win this match. Cordy would go in there, handle her business and handle Zero McHannon in the process. But if you ask me, I think Cindy has beaten herself before the match has even started. You should’ve seen her earlier today. The amount of nerves this woman had. It was something else. If Cyncity gets it together, then she could give McHannon a run for his money. But as long as the champ plays it safe, I think McHannon retains here tonight.

Kris Cruise: But that’s not all we’ve got for you tonight. On top of those four championship matches, we’ve also got two huge grudge matches in Johnny Karma vs. Johnny Cannon and Jimmy Page vs. Fujiko Mine. We’ve also got a hot opener in Annie Zellor vs. Savannah Taylor. Speaking of which, let’s send it over into the ring where J.A. Aldridge is ready to give the in ring introductions for our opening contest...

Annie Zellor vs. Savannah Taylor

The fans in the arena are in their seats, anxiously awaiting the start of the match. Before they have a chance to say anything, the lights suddenly fade to black. The noise of the crowd is replaced by a loud whistle emanating from the sound system. The whistle repeats, only this time it is accompanied by a few riffs from a synthesizer. As the synth pulses on for a few seconds, red strobe lights around the entrance begin to pulse in perfect synch with the music. The heavy guitar and drum tandem that follows truly signals the beginning of “Engel” by Rammstein. The black of the arena has been replaced by a vivid crimson as the song plays on. The fans immediately leap to their feet and show their displeasure at the arrival of the one and only Savannah Taylor.

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, our opening contest of the evening is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada, SAVANNAH TAYLOR!

The blonde steps out onto the stage for a few seconds and glances to either side of her before walking purposefully down the aisle, an air of arrogance displayed in her gait. She climbs the steps and stands on the apron, scanning the crowd before shaking her head at the fans. Stepping into the ring, she stands in the center and raises her hands above her head, seeming to soak in the boos. She then rests her back against the turnbuckle and waits for the lights to return to normal and the music to fade out.

Kris Cruise: Savannah Taylor all set to make her pay-per-view debut here in FGA, and she’ll be going up against none other than Annie Zellor.

Stephy Auger: Friend versus Friend – or so Annie would have you believe. But after what happened when Annie was the special guest referee for Savannah’s match against Salem Cartier last month – when Annie cost Savannah the match! – I doubt very much that friendship will be on the cards tonight.

An assortment of purple and blue strobe lights illuminate the entrance aisle, flashing in time with the music, as Annie Zellor bursts through the curtain. She poses momentarily, 'flexing' her biceps for the fans, before running down the aisle, her arms outstretched to slap hands with the willing fans on the way down.

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, from Staten Island, New York, ANNIE ZELLOR!

The youngster slides in under the bottom rope and runs to the furthest away turnbuckle, climbing to the middle rope, whereupon she raises a fist in the air before jumping down off the turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: A former two time FGA World Tag Team Champion going one on one with the last ever EXODUS Pro World Champion.

Stephy Auger: It’s certainly not a bad way to kick off the first pay per view of 2016, and the first FGA show in Toronto since Respect Is Earned.

Kris Cruise: They managed to work well together in the tag team victory over Izzy Anders and Salem Cartier two weeks ago, but after the ending – when Savannah cheated to win – I think Annie may have the added motivation to pull off the victory tonight.

Stephy Auger: And the way that pipsqueak has been pestering Savannah since she arrived here in FGA, I think she’ll have enough to motivation to swat that pest away once and for all.

The bell sounds to start the match as both competitors start to circle the ring. The fans here in the Ricoh Coliseum are – except for a small, but vocal minority – behind Zellor, as she heads towards Savannah with her arms raised for a collar and elbow tie up. But Taylor ducks under the arm and goes behind her opponent, taking Zellor down with a schoolboy pin!

Annie kicks out!

Both competitors scramble back to their feet and Taylor lunges forward this time, going for a clothesline. But Annie ducks under the arm and counters with a modified sunset flip cover!

Savannah kicks out!

Both competitors get back to their feet again as Annie catches her opponent with a forearm shot to the face. Then another. She has Savannah backed against the ropes as she goes for an Irish whip, only to see it reversed. Taylor sends her opponent against the ropes, but Annie catches her with a headscissors takedown upon her return. It’s enough to send Taylor sprawling across the ring and out under the bottom rope.

Kris Cruise: A frenetic opening here, both competitors scoring near falls. But Savannah finding out the hard way why people say Annie may be the fastest person on the FGA roster.

Savannah takes a moment to gather her thoughts, but it’s too long for Annie’s liking. The youngster launches herself over the top rope with a slingshot – but Savannah moves out of harm’s way! Fortunately Annie managed to manoeuvre herself in mid air to land feet first on the apron, only to have Savannah pull her feet out from under her! The fans “ooh” as Annie hits the ring apron head first and falls to the outside.

Savannah has the advantage now, as she drags Annie back to her feet and throws her back against the ring apron. The youngster lets out a pained squeal as the referee’s count out is at two. But Taylor keeps her there, unleashing a couple of knife edge chops to the chest. She finally rolls Annie back into the ring and follows close behind herself; Zellor crawls away towards the center of the ring as Savannah waits. The former tag champ begins to rise to her feet as taylor charges, nailing Annie with a DDT! And she hooks the leg.

Annie kicks out!

Stephy Auger: A vicious DDT getting the two count there. And we all know Annie has the history of head injuries after her encounters with Jimmy Page last year – could Savannah be exploiting that?

Kris Cruise: That’s not something a friend would do, Stephy.

Annie gets lifted back to her feet and pushed towards the corner. Savannah stomps at the midsection a couple of times before going for the Irish whip, sending Annie from pillar to post. She hits the turnbuckle chest first and staggers backwards. Savannah is already on the move, however as she hits the ropes, coming back at her opponent with a clothesline – NO! Annie ducks under and catches the arm, countering with a neckbreaker!

Savannah clutches at the back of her head as Annie uses the ropes to pull herself back to a kneeling position. She’s holding her head as well, but perseveres and pushes herself up to a standing position as Taylor manages to do the same. Zellor catches her opponent with a couple more forearm shots to the face, before going for an Irish whip, sending Savannah towards the corner. And Annie charges in with a discus clothesline, following it up with a bulldog, much to the fan’s delight! Taylor rolls over onto her back as Annie pops up to her feet after hitting I Gots Skillz, and she runs towards the ropes, springboarding off the middle rope with a lionsault for the pin!

Savannah kicks out!

Undeterred, Annie lifts her opponent back to her feet and backs Taylor into the corner. The youngster unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the chest, before climbing to the middle rope for the ten punch combo. The fans are counting along as Annie delivers punch after punch, getting to six before Savannah manages to hook Zellor by the waistband of her shorts, lifting her out of the corner in a powerbomb position – NO! Annie reverses with a hurricanrana!

Savannah kicks out!

Kris Cruise: Another near fall, and I think that one even took Savannah Taylor by surprise.

Stephy Auger: Savannah will have to be careful of these pins, one mistake and that’s all she wrote. And I’m certain she doesn’t want to lose to Annie Zellor tonight – who would?

Taylor stays in this one with the timely kick out, and both competitors scramble back to their feet. She lunges forward with a forearm strike, but Annie ducks under the arm and counters with a mule kick. That’s followed by a sitout facebuster, but Savannah counters, pushing Annie away in mid air! Zellor hits the mat back first, and Taylor has her legs. A slingshot sends Zellor towards the corner, but she manages to land on the middle ropes. Savannah turns around to see Annie leaping off with a corkscrew crossbody – NO! Savannah picks her out of the air with a dropkick, and Zellor crashes to the mat!

Stephy Auger: And that’s why you never count out Savannah Taylor!

The crowd – except for that same vocal minority from earlier – jeer slightly as Savannah stands back, taking a moment to bask in the reaction; her opponent is down and holding her midsection in pain, before Savannah pulls her up by the hair. The referee warns her not to pull the hair, but Savannah pleads her innocence as she pushes Annie back into the corner again. A few forearm strikes connect before Savannah whips her opponent from pillar to post, following Annie in with a running hip strike! Zellor staggers out of the corner after the impact, but she gets sent right back from whence she came. This time Savannah charges after her with her boot raised for the Yakuza kick!

Kris Cruise: Did you see Annie’s head reel backwards after that one?

But Savannah doesn’t let her opponent fall down. Instead she hooks Zellor in position and hoists her up high into the air, before dropping her with a brainbuster! And Savannah floats over into the lateral press.

Annie kicks out in the nick of time, and the referee assures Savannah it was only a two count before she can even protest the decision. To his surprise, though, Taylor just lifts her opponent back to her feet, albeit doubled over. Her arm hooked as Taylor poses for a moment.

Stephy Auger: Savannah takes The Gamble! This could be it.

The corkscrew neckbreaker connects, and Taylor hooks the leg.

Kris Cruise: Annie Zellor kicking out at the count of two.

The fans let out a cheer as Savannah sits there with a look of displeasure on her face. But she gets back to her feet and stomps at the prone Annie Zellor, putting the boots to the youngster before dragging her up into a standing headscissors. A piledriver ensues, driving Zellor head first into the mat again; Annie cradles her head in pain as Savannah stands up and looks towards the corner. She steps out onto the apron and climbs to the middle rope, then up to the top rope…

Kris Cruise: Wait a minute!

Annie has gained her second wind; she’s miraculously on her feet as she vaults off the middle rope with a high kick to the head of Savannah! The former EXODUS Pro champion is rocked, but remains perched on the top turnbuckle as Annie scrambles to get back to her feet again. She climbs up to the middle rope and hooks Savannah in position for the superplex, but Taylor fires off a punch to the ribcage. Then another. And what could be a thumb to the eye that causes Annie to nearly fall off the ropes. But it did allow Savannah time to turn around and grab Zellor with a standing facelock – Welcome to Sin City! A shiranui off the top rope by Savannah Taylor, and her opponent hits the mat with a thud!

Stephy Auger: What a move by Savannah Taylor! She just needs to make the cover and that has to be it.

Taylor shakes her head to try and recover from that high kick a second ago, as she crawls over and makes the cover on Zellor, hooking a leg.

Stephy Auger: How?!

Kris Cruise: Annie Zellor getting the shoulder up, and these fans can’t believe it! But they love it.

Savannah sits up in disbelief, but the referee holds up two fingers to assure her it wasn’t a three count.

Stephy Auger: I was sure that was going to be it, Kris. But Annie Zellor somehow managing to stay in this one.

Kris Cruise: Say what you will about her, Annie Zellor has more heart than just about any professional wrestler I’ve seen in an FGA ring. And she’s displaying that right now, taking everything that Savannah Taylor can throw at her.

Taylor gets back to her feet as she circles the ring; her opponent remains down in the center of the ring, the fans here in Toronto rallying behind Annie Zellor as Savannah drags her back to her feet and moves her towards the ropes. Annie gets dropped throat first across the middle rope, with Savannah’s knee down across her back.

Referee: One….Two…Three…Four…

Savannah releases the choke hold before going against the far ropes for momentum. She returns with a leapfrog body guillotine, but misses! Annie rolls out of harm’s way as Savannah lands awkwardly in the ropes. She can’t escape them before Annie pops up with a standing enziguiri to the back of the head, catching Taylor by surprise. Savannah manages to untangle herself from the ropes and staggers away towards the middle of the ring as Annie forces herself up to her feet again, running at her opponent from behind as the youngster leaps frog up, and brings Taylor crashing to the mat with a leg assisted bulldog!

Most of the fans are on their feet, but Zellor can’t capitalize! The second wind fading as she’s down on the mat, laying next to Savannah.

Kris Cruise: Both competitors giving this match everything they have. Either one of them could walk away from this one as the winner tonight.

Stephy Auger: Could, but that pipsqueak isn’t going to steal Savannah’s moment of glory out from under her. Annie can’t have that much left in the tank.

The referee begins the count out as both competitors remain down on the mat.

Annie begins to stir, lifting her head slightly.

Savannah begins to move towards the ropes.

Annie does the same on the opposite side of the ring, and both of them reach their feet on the count of nine. They stumble away from the ropes towards the center of the ring, colliding backs first as they spin on the spot. Savannah throws a forearm shot, but Annie fires one right back. Taylor lands another forearm, and Zellor responds in kind. But Savannah goes South, driving a knee up into the midsection before going for the clothesline, which Annie ducks. And the youngster sets off against the ropes, coming back with a satellite DDT!

Kris Cruise: All That Glitters!

But before Annie can go for the cover, Savannah rolls away towards the ropes. She slides out under the bottom on the side nearest the aisle, holding her head as Annie stands back up in the ring. The former tag champ looks around, gauging the fans reaction for a moment before she sets off against the far ropes, picking up speed before she leaps over the top rope with a plancha, taking Savannah out!

Kris Cruise: Annie going high risk, and it pays off.

Stephy Auger: She got some decent height on that one, that’s for sure.

Annie pops back to her feet and poses for the fans, her arms raised high as the crowd pops! Annie helps her opponent back to her feet and head back towards the ring again, rolling Savannah in under the bottom rope. Zellor follows her in and goes for the cover.

Savannah kicks out.

Undeterred, Annie lifts her opponent up again; the lights are on, but nobody’s home apparently as Savannah finds herself on the receiving end of the Sparkle Princess Special! The 540 kick connecting, and Savannah lands throat first across the middle rope.

Kris Cruise: And we all know what comes next!

Annie runs against the far ropes, the crowd cheering her on as she comes back with Rough n Tumble – NO!

Stephy Auger: Savannah getting the hell out of dodge there!

Taylor evades the attack, and moves away from the ropes as Annie settles on the apron. She watches her opponent get back to her feet on the far side of the ring as Zellor vaults up onto the top rope and springboards into the ring – only to get caught by a superkick!

Zellor goes down, and Taylor drops down on top!

Kris Cruise: Oh my God, I thought that had to be it. The superkick out of nowhere catching Annie Zellor in mid air, but the former tag champion kicking out.

Stephy Auger: This referee showing the same amount of integrity as Annie herself did a few weeks ago. That was clearly a three.

Kris Cruise: Two and a half, Stephy.

Savannah sits up, a blend of exhaustion and shock on her face as she can’t quite believe this one is still going on. But she forces herself back up, grabbing Annie by the arm as she puts the youngster through the ringer, a leg placed over the shoulder as Annie is doubled over.

Stephy Auger: Are we about to see the Siren’s Song?

No! Annie still has the wherewithal to counter with a schoolboy!

Savannah kicking out in the nick of time as both competitors scramble back to their feet. Annie runs at her opponent, ducking under the clothesline before hitting the ropes. And she comes charging back at Savannah, leaping up for the octopus stretch!

Kris Cruise: Is that the Glitter Stretch?! Annie Zellor has her new submission move locked in, and Savannah has nowhere to go from there!

The referee checks for a submission, but Savannah is adamant she doesn’t want to give in. She drops to one knee as Annie wrenches back, tightening her legs to apply more pressure as the referee asks Savannah if she gives in…

Stephy Auger: Savannah staying in this one…

Annie wrenches back again, but Savannah pushes herself back to her feet and, with an impressive feat of strength, manages to carry her opponent towards the ropes! The referee calls for a break, forcing Annie to release the octopus stretch by the count of three. She slides down the back, staggering slightly before recomposing herself. Savannah breathes a sigh of relief as she escapes the grips of submission, but she’s not out the woods yet. As she turns around, Savannah sees Annie running towards her. Taylor sidesteps, moving behind her opponent as Annie hits the ropes chest first before being caught by an O’Connor roll! Savannah grabbing the shorts of her opponent as the oblivious referee makes the count!

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner, SAVANNAH TAYLOR!

The fans erupt in a chorus of boos as Savannah rolls out of the ring, followed by the referee as he raises her arm in victory. In the ring, however, Annie kneels there motionless as she stares out at her friend in disbelief.

Kris Cruise: Not like that. Savannah Taylor winning her pay per view debut, but give the assist to that handful of tights.

Stephy Auger: It serves Annie right for underestimating what Savannah would do to win. She has that killer instinct in her, and it looks like she’s ready to unleash it on FGA.

Kris Cruise: Annie is in shock; she can’t believe her supposed friend just stole the victory out from under her here.

Savannah laughs from the safety of the aisle way, blowing a kiss to Annie before she turns to make her way backstage. In the ring, Annie stands up and pulls her shorts back up to hide her thong. The sympathetic fans consoling her as she follows Savannah up the aisle.

[FGA Office]

The camera cuts on in the backstage area, where Spencer Burke is standing by with Dexter Jacobs, who is pacing back and forth, a scowl on his face, one half of the FGA World Tag Team Championships wrapped around his waist...The other around his neck, almost like a bandolier, the twin belts nearly obscuring the "Whiskey Dex - Drink. Destroy. Repeat." t-shirt Dex has donned for the occasion.

Spencer Burke: Ladies and gentleman, with me at this time I have one half--er...the reigning and defending World Tag Team Champion....Dexter Jacobs.

There's a sizeable pop out in the arena as Dex finally stops pacing next to Spencer, nodding slightly as he sneers.

Spencer Burke: Dexter, a lot has been made of your somewhat...tumultuous tenure here in F---

Dexter raises a hand, halting Burke in mid-question.

Dexter Jacobs: All due respect, Spencer...We ain't 'bout that tonight. All that...we done talked that 't death an' back again. Things is what they is, circumstances ended up the way they are. Ain't nothin' that can be done 'bout it all now. I done said my last piece on all that. Period. Only thin' that matters now...is tonight.

Spencer nods slightly, adjusting his tact.

Spencer Burke: Fair enough...But still, there's much to be made of your surprising decision not to take on another partner here tonight against Luke Jackson and Ricky Valero, when that was the course of action I can honestly say everyone expected. Why go into this match already at a disadvantage, if you are so dead-set on retaining the World Tag Team Championships?

Dex nods momentarily, chewing on the question a moment before speaking up once more.

Dexter Jacobs: S' a good question. S' the right question t' ask, Spence. An' honestly...If this had been any other time in my career? S' exactly what I woulda done. I woulda gone out, found the first person I could willin' t' step t' the plate...an' believe me, I had folks offerin' left an' right. When there's a chance t' take a step up in the world, help a friend out in the process, folks start comin' out the woodwork...But this...this ain't jus' 'bout me, Spence. This is 'bout the principle of the thing. Whiskey Dex...we came int' this company with somethin' t' prove. With EVERYTHIN' t' prove. Hell, we weren't even s'posed t' make it out the first round of Dynamic Duos....but we came t'gether, an' we made somethin' that wasn't supposed t' work...that neither of us believed could work....int' somethin' special. We busted our asses, night in, night out, fought and bled and gave these people the damnedest run we possibly could...An' night in, night out, we proved what we came t' believe:

Dexter pauses again, focusing on the camera.

Dexter Jacobs: That we were, beyond a shadow of a doubt, THE very best tag team in the world today. Maybe not the cleanest. Maybe not the prettiest. But the absolute Goddamn best. We beat everybody put in front of us, an' we made this thing work, in spite of everythin'. So even after all the bullshit an' the drama that led t' where we at now...Even though I'm the only one still standin' here, still fightin'....I'll be damned if I'm gonna fold up the tent. I'll be damned if I'm jus' gonna grab the first Tom Dick or Jane an' throw t'gether some other team outta convenience. Whiskey Dex came t' FGA with somethin' t' prove...An' I'm goin' t' that ring t'night, lookin' t' do the same. Every single night Whiskey an' I were here, every time we were booked, we gave these people a fight like you wouldn't believe. We busted our asses, gave our blood, our sweat, an' our tears t' defend these belts...An' I ain't gonna sully that tonight, Spence. Tonight, it's business as usual. Tonight, even with the deck stacked 'gainst me, even with odds outta my favor....I fully intend on walkin' outta here, jus like WE did every single time we stepped in an FGA ring: As the still reignin', still defendin', FGA Tag Team Champions of the motherfuckin' WORLD.

Another cheer goes up from out in the crowd, as Dexter rolls his shoulders, shrugging.

Dexter Jacobs: What happens after 'at...who knows. That ain't on me t' decide. Truth be told, don't even matter. Only thing that matters right now is this: Ricky Valero....Luke Jackson...I hope ya'll ready. I hope ya'll more ready than ya'll ever been, in your Goddamn lives. 'Cause you got a fight comin'...an' it's comin' today. You want these?

Dexter raps his knuckles against first the belt around his waist, and the other around his neck.

Dexter Jacobs: You're damn sure gonna earn 'em, boys. 'Cause I ain't comin' t' be no place holder. I ain't comin' t' make this an easy night for ya'll so ya'll can take these an' call it today. I'm comin' for a fight, an' I'm fully intendin' on leavin' with what's mine. Ya'll best be ready, boys...'Cause I'm comin' t' do, what we done best so many times before...ya'll best be ready, boys, 'cause tonight, I'm comin' t' Kill 'Em All.

There's another cheer from out in the crowd as Dex paces out of the frame, leaving Spencer behind.

Spencer Burke: Ladies and gentleman...Dexter Jacobs. Let's send it to ringside.

The lights go out. Complete blackness, with the only lights shining being the random cellphones and a few cameras going off. An odd hush fills the crowd as the beginning few piano notes and guitar strums of “Free Bird” hit. As the drums enter the fray and the guitars enter louder, the lights start coming back on slowly, as a dim rather than just full-blown. To a point where you still can’t tell who’s coming in or out. The crowd isn’t restless, sure, but they’re concerned at what’s going on as finally when the song reaches its first major crescendo, the lights fully come back on and standing at the entrance ramp without any sign of coming through the curtain, is none other than Kevin Hardaway, just looking on at the crowd.

Kris Cruise: Well...this is a rather odd surprise. We're being acquaintanced with one Kevin Hardaway.

Stephy Auger: And...why are we getting him here now?

Kris Cruise: Well, Hardaway made his FGA return at Vertigo a couple weeks ago, getting himself back on the right track with a victory, but why he's heading to the ring, I have no idea.

Stephy Auger: Listen...one win doesn't make you king of the universe. He should know this by now.

Kris Cruise: This is why we get Spencer Burke to come out here and ask the hard-hitting questions. And that's why he seems to be out here right now with us.

Hardaway walks to the ring, high-fiving a few hands along the way. Obviously he's not ready for a fight or for a match. Instead, he's wearing normal street clothes as he walks not towards the ring, but towards the announcing table where he goes over towards to the timekeeper's table and pulls out a chair from the area, nodding his thanks and setting himself up at ringside. An odd place to be, but Spencer is on the job, having sprinted all the way from the back after his interview with the Tag Champ. Spencer shakes hands as Kevin sits down.

Spencer Burke: Mr. Hardaway… first off… welcome back.

Kevin Hardaway: Well, thank you! Glad to be back.

Spencer Burke: How are you enjoying your time back here?

Kevin Hardaway: It's...it's a different beast here than when I used to step foot in that ring last year, that's for sure. But hey, half the fun of deciding to come back here right?

Spencer Burke: Good point. Although, that makes me wonder why you're out here right now? Because you see, the next match on the docket is the World Tag Team Championship match and...

Kevin Hardaway: Yeah, I'm actually going to be paying attention to this match. Your point being?

Spencer Burke: My point being is that you've never been much of a tag team guy...at least not here. In fact, the LAST time you teamed up with somebody, it was Chris Bond and we all know how that turned out for the both of you. A 6-month blood feud that ended with you almost breaking his back for good. What I'm trying to say is...what is the point of you being out here?

Kevin Hardaway: Yeah...I had a saying that I used to throw out. "Things change. People change. Everything changes." I haven't been in FGA for over a year and throughout last year, things have changed. Everything changes for a reason. And that's all I want to say about that. So let's just enjoy the match shall we?

Spencer Burke: Okay then. Thank you for your time. Back to you, guys!

Kris Cruise: Well it looks like Kevin Hardaway is also looking forward to our next match and wants to get himself a ringside seat. With our official for this match now in the ring, let’s send it over to the ring where J.A. Aldridge is standing by...

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is for the FGA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP!

"Cinderella Man" by Eminem blasts throughout the arena. White and pink strobe lights flash as Ricky makes his appearance and stands through a cloud of fog bouncing on his toes with a sly grin on his face. Following him through the curtain is Luke Jackson, who is basking in the glory of wrestling. Valero makes his way toward the ring high fiving fans along his route. Jackson does the same on the opposite side of the aisle. Valero circles the ring, before reaching the far corner. As Jackson slides into the ring, Valero slowly climbs the steps and leans his back against the ropes, bouncing against them a few times with his arms wrapped over top of them before spinning on his heels and hopping into the ring.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FGA World Tag Team Championship! Introducing first, the challengers! Weighing in at a total combined weight of 392 pounds! They are the team of LUKE JACKSON and RICKY VALERO!

Ricky spins around in the center of the ring with his arms extended out, absorbing the crowd's cheers. Jackson climbs up onto the ropes in the corner and raises his arms in the air. Valero walks towards the ropes on the far side of the ring and simply smiles. The music slowly quiets down as Ricky and Luke turn and lean against the ropes closest to the entranceway, awaiting their opponent.

Kris Cruise: Here we go, Stephy! In one corner, we’ve got the challengers. Everyone who follows these two closely knows of the history between these two men. But they were able to settle their difference, bury the hatchet and work together as a cohesive unit to win the Joker’s Wild Tag Team Tournament.

Stephy Auger: More like “Pretty” Ricky lifted Luke onto his back and carried him throughout that tournament. But you’re right, they did win. They earned themselves a championship opportunity. And what an opportunity it is. Instead of this being a normal tag team match - you know, with two opponents standing across the ring. Instead, it’s only going to be one.

The lights pulse in rhythm as the orchestral introduction to "Now We Die" by Machine Head rolls through the arena. The intro rolls on for a few moments before the heavy guitars erupt through the loudspeakers and Dexter Jacobs steps onto the ramp. He pauses, cracking his neck slightly, adjusting the tape on his hands a final time. He gives the crowd a glance and pounds a hand on his chest a few times before making his way down to the ring, entirely focused on the task ahead, looking around and giving the fans a slight nod before sliding under the bottom rope.

J.A. Aldridge: And their opponent, from Los Angeles, California by way of Aiken, South Carolina! Weighing in at 267 pounds! He is the reigning… defending… FGA World Tag Team Champion! He is DEXTER JACOBS!

He sits on his knees for a moment, taking things in before lurching to his feet and heading to his corner, running a hand through his hair before raising a fist, handing it off outside before he moves back to his corner, where he leans against the turnbuckles to await the start of the match.

Kris Cruise: Dexter Jacobs has elected to go this one alone. He’s going into this match with a point to prove, much like him and Whiskey came into FGA a little under a year ago with a point to prove. He’s not tucking his tail and running. Dex is a fighter and he’ll fight tooth and nail to keep those championships. If Luke and Ricky want to become the new Tag Champs, they’re going to have to earn it!

Stephy Auger: No, all they have to do is wear him down because it’s two on one. This is a glorified handicap match, Cruise. Dexter Jacobs needs to realize that this isn’t the movies. The lone cowboy doesn’t get to take out the opposition by himself. This is real life and in this match, he’s down a major advantage. What happens when he gets tired? What happens if he tweaks something? He’s got no one to turn to when the going gets tough. I know he imagines himself as this tough guy and yeah, I’ll admit, Dexter Jacobs is a tough. But tonight might just be his last stand.

The bell sounds as Jacobs runs across the ring and knocks Valero off the apron with a back elbow.

Kris Cruise: Jcobs not wasting any time trying to keep this fight one on one!

When he turns around, Jackson runs into the corner. But Jacobs moves out of the way and shoves him into the corner. Jacobs turns Jackson around and lights him up with a series of right hands to the face. The crowd cheers as Jacobs continues throwing his flurry of right hands. As Valero climbs back up onto the apron, Jacobs turns and knocks him back off after a right hand to the face.

Stephy Auger: Cheap shot!

Kris Cruise: More like a smart tactic from Dexter to again keep this one on one.

Jacobs then turns back to Jackson and whips him into the opposite corner. Jacobs runs across the ring, but Jackson nails him with a back elbow to the face. Jackson then hoists himself up onto the middle ropes. But before he can jump off, Jacobs grabs him by the ankle and yanks him off, sending him crashing down to the canvas. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Dexter Jacobs knows how serious of a situation this is. He knows that the numbers advantage could do him in at any moment. That’s why you see him constantly keeping Valero off the apron. Another smart strategy by Dex is keeping Luke grounded. Luke is arguably at his best when he’s flying through the air. Expect to see Dex keep Luke pinned in the corner or down on the ground.

Jacobs picks up Jackson, moves him into the corner and delivers a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection. He then delivers a series of knee strikes to the midsection, followed by a series of back elbows to the face. Jacobs moves Jackson from out of the corner and whips him into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs sets up a back body drop. But Jackson counters with a kick to the face. As Jacobs stumbles back, Jackson turns and runs into the ropes. When Jackson turns, Jacobs side steps, grabs him by the back of the neck, runs and tosses him over the top rope and to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Dexter just flung Luke over the top rope!

Stephy Auger: Did you hear that thud after Luke landed on his back!?


While Jackson’s on the outside, the ref starts his count.

Jacobs picks up Jackson, moves him into the corner and unleashes a series of knife edge chops that echo throughout the arena. He then takes Jackson and whips him into the opposite corner. Jacobs runs across the ring, but Jackson nails him with a back elbow to the face. After Jacobs stumbles back, he shakes off the blow before running back into the corner. But again, Jackson nails him with a back elbow to the face, resulting in cheers from the crowd. As Jacobs stumbles back, Jackson goes over to tag in Valero. But Jacobs runs into the corner and knocks Valero back off the apron.

Kris Cruise: Dexter Jacobs knocked Valero off the apron again! He’s been aggressive in his plan to keep this match one on one.

Stephy Auger: As much as I think that it’s stupid for Dexter to go it alone, I got to admit that he’s doing a good job of keeping Valero out of the ring. He’s the more experienced of his two opponents. He’s the more dangerous of the two. He’d give him a better fight. Plus, by keeping Valero off the apron and out of the ring, it’s allowing him time to work over Luke. And we all know how Luke wilts under the pressure, now don’t we?

Jacobs takes Jackson and whips him into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs goes for a back elbow to the face. But Jackson ducks and runs into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs throws out a lariat. But Jackson ducks and runs into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, he goes for a crossbody block. But Jacobs catches him in mid air and throws him down with a fallaway slam. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover.

Jacobs then sends Jackson back slumping down in the corner with a flurry of right hands to the face. He then steps back and repeatedly mudhole stomps Jackson in the chest. Jacobs reaches down, pulls up Jackson, brings him from out of the corner and delivers a belly to back suplex. He makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: He really is. Just like Cyncity, I saw Luke Jackson sweating bullets. I saw him being a nervous wreck. Even if a champion like Valero in his corner, Luke Jackson continues to think the worst. Well, guess what? He was right because if this keeps up, he’s going to cost him and Ricky the gold

Jacobs picks up Jackson and whips him into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs goes for a back body drop. But Jackson slips down from behind. He then goes to run into the corner for the tag, but Jacobs wraps his arms around him from behind. So Jackson reaches back and repeatedly elbows him in the face. Once the hold is broken, Jackson goes to run back into this corner. But Jacobs trips him up from behind. He then positions himself in front of Jackson and applies a kneeling front facelock. The ref asks Jackson if he wants to give up. But Jackson refuses to quit. While Valero has his arm stretched out, Jackson goes to make the tag. But he’s not even remotely close to making the tag. So Jacobs cinches in the hold, causing Jackson to cringe.

Kris Cruise: Dexter now trying to cut off the blood flow to the brain. Can Luke make the tag or will he be forced to pass out or tap out here?

The ref checks back in with Jackson and asks him if he wants to give up. But again, Jackson refuses to quit. He slowly gets back up to his feet. He tries to move Jacobs forward. But Jacobs puts on the brakes and cinches in the hold. The ref checks back in and asks him if he wants to give up. But again, Jackson refuses to quit. He then pushes forward, moving Jacobs back a few more inches. The crowd cheers as they see Jackson getting closer and closer to his corner. Jackson stretches his arm out and tries to tag Valero in. But he’s still not quite there. Jacobs then lets go, takes Jackson and knocks him down with a headbutt to the bridge of the nose. He then drags Jackson further away from the corner and makes the cover.

But Jacobs reaches out, grabs Jackson by the hair and yanks him down to the canvas.

Kris Cruise: Again, Dexter prevents Luke from making the tag!

Jacobs picks up Jackson, scoops him up across his shoulder and heads across the ring for a running powerslam. But Jackson slips down from behind and shoves Jacobs into the ropes. When Jacobs comes back, Jackson brings him down with a hurricanrana. The crowd cheers as Jacobs is finally down.

Kris Cruise: Beautiful rana by Luke Jackson! This is his opening! Can he make the tag!?

After both grapplers return to their feet, Jackson runs at Jacobs and tries to leap over him. But Jacobs grabs him in mid air, runs across the ring and rams him back-first into the corner. The crowd sighs. After Jacobs steps back, he runs into the corner. But Jackson hoists himself up onto the middle ropes, jumps off and knocking him down with a diving calf kick. Jackson gets up, picks up Jacobs and goes for an irish whip. But Jacobs reverses, sending Jackson into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs throws out a lariat. But Jackson ducks, floats over and plants him with a DDT. The crowd cheers upon seeing Jacobs planted into the mat with the DDT. While both grapplers are down, the ref starts his count.

Kris Cruise: Dexter is down! Luke is down! Can Luke make his way over to the corner and finally tag in Ricky Valero!?

Jackson turns over and begins to drag himself across the ring. While Jackson continues to maneuver himself across the ring, Valero slaps the top turnbuckle with one hand while reaching his other hand out for the tag. Jackson continues to make his trek across the ring. But Jacobs grabs his right foot. As Jackson gets up on one foot, Jacobs tries to yank Jackson over to him. But Jackson breaks free, leaps across the ring and tags Valero in to an explosion of cheers.

Kris Cruise: Here comes Ricky Valero!

Once Valero gets in, he runs at Jacobs. But Jacobs nails Valero with a boot to the gut, followed by a series of clubbing strikes to the back of the neck. He then takes Valero and goes for an irish whip. But Valero reverses, sending him into the ropes. When Jacobs comes back, Valero leap frogs over him. As Jacobs heads into the far ropes, Jackson nails him with a knee to the back. Jacobs then turns around and socks Jackson, knocking him off the apron and to the floor. Valero then quickly runs up from behind and rolls up Jacobs with a school boy.

Once Jacobs gets up and turns around, Jackson and Valero leap off and knock him down with a double missile dropkick. The crowd cheers as Valero makes the cover.

After Jacobs drops down to one knee, Jackson runs from out of the corner and knocks him down with the Oakland Drive-By. While Jacobs is down, Valero steps through the ropes and scales the turnbuckles. Once he reaches the top, Valero goes for a diving double foot stomp. But Jacobs rolls out of the way. After Valero lands on his feet, his momentum sends him rolling forward. Once he returns to his feet, Valero turns around and runs at Jacobs. But Jacobs throws him down with a pop-up powerbomb. The crowd cheers as he drops down and makes the cover.

As Jacobs gets up, Valero takes off into the ropes. When Valero comes back, Jacobs throws out a back elbow. But Valero ducks. When Jacobs turns around, Valero throws out a Pelé Kick. But Jacobs side steps, swats Valero down and then launches him across the ring wit a deadlift gutwrench suplex. The crowd cheers as Jacobs heads over and makes the cover.

He then shoves the foot down and nails Jacobs with a series of elbow smashes to the face. He then turns and charges into the ropes. When Valero comes back, Jacobs turns him inside out with a discus lariat.

Kris Cruise: Dexter with the submission!

The ref asks Valero if he wants to give up. When Valero refuses to quit, Jacobs cinches in the hold. Jackson can be seen slapping the top turnbuckle while shouting words of encouragement to his partner. Valero reaches his free arm out. But he’s nowhere near his corner.

Stephy Auger: Valero needs to find a way out of this hold. He’s already hurting and this isn’t helping!

The ref checks in with Valero and asks him if he wants to give. But again, Valero refuses to quit. So Jacobs takes a few steps back and then hurls Valeor over his head, sending him crashing into the turnbuckles with a crossface chickenwing suplex.

Kris Cruise: God Loves, Man Kills!

While Valero’s face down, Jacobs heads into the corner, grabs him and delivers a deadlift German Suplex that leaves Valero folded up. Jacobs then heads over, drops down and makes the cover.

Jacobs sits up Valero and applies a sleeper hold. The ref asks Valero if he wants to give up. But Valero refuses to quit. So Jacobs cinches in the hold, causing Valero to cringe. Back on the outside, Jackson can be seen stomping his foot on the apron. The crowd then takes its cue and begins stomping its feet in unison with Jackson. Valero then begins to feed off the energy of the crowd. He begins to shake his arm in unison with the stomps. Valero slowly turns over onto his knees. After he returns to his feet, Valero begins to nail him with several elbows to the midsection. Once the hold is broken, Valero takes off into the ropes. When he comes back, he goes to slide through Jacobs’ legs. But Jacobs reaches down, grabs him by the throat with both hands and yanks him back up to his feet. He then hoists Valero up onto his shoulders and positions him for a powerbomb. But Valeor repeatedly delivers 12-to-6 elbows to the head. After he slips down from behind, Valero rolls forward, dives over and tags in Jackson.

Kris Cruise: There’s the tag!

The crowd explodes in cheers as Jackson springboards onto the top turnbuckle and flips off, knocking Jacobs down with the Crazy Moonsault.

Jacobs goes over, picks up Jackson and whips him into the ropes. When Jackson comes back, Jacobs throws him down with a back body drop.

Kris Cruise: Dex has got both of his opponents now!

Stephy Auger: He may just pull off the unthinkable!

Jackson picks up Jackson and lifts him up for Death is The Communion. But Jackson knees him in the head on the way up. Once Jackson slips back down, Jackson begins to deliver wild kicks to the body. Jackson then takes Jacobs and whips him into the ropes. When Jacobs comes back, Jackson knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. Jackson then picks up Jacobs and brings him into the corner. After hoisting himself up onto the middle ropes, Jackson tags Jacobs and plants him with a Tornado DDT. But instead of going for the cover, he begins to wave up Jacobs. As Jacobs slowly tries to shake out the cobwebs and get up to one knee, Jackson runs over and connects with the oakland Drive-BY, knocking him down.

Kris Cruise: Hard kick to the head by Luke knocks Dex down!

Stephy Auger: What’s Luke doing?

After Jackson drag Jacobs into position, he yells at Valero to get up. After Valero gets to his feet, they pick up Jacobs and whip him into the ropes. When Jacobs come back, Valero knocks him down with Dream Street. They then drag Jacobs into position before stepping out onto the apron. Jackson then points to the top turnbuckle. Valero obliges as he begins to scale the turnbuckles. Once Valero gets to the top, he jumps off and connects with a diving double foot stomp. After he rolls off of Jacobs, Jackson scales the the turnbuckles. Once Jackson gets to the top, he slowly raises his arms in the air. The fans then stand up as he flips forward and crashes on top of Jacobs with a 450 Splash.

J.A. Aldridge: Here are your winners and now, the NEW… FGA World Tag Team Champions, LUKE JACKSON and RICKY VALERO!

Luke and Ricky are handed the Tag Title belts. The two partners hug each other to a huge reaction from the crowd. A cutaway to Hardaway at ringside shows him clapping. Back in the ring, Luke and Ricky raise their title in the air as the crowd continues to cheer.

Kris Cruise: Luke Jackson and Ricky Valero have done it! They’ve continued their winning ways and have dethroned Dexter Jacobs, earning themselves the World Tag Title Titles!

Stephy Auger: I have to give Dexter Jacobs credit where it’s due. He consistently tried to keep the action one on one as much as possible. Towards the end there, I thought he was seconds away from doing the impossible and overcoming the two on one disadvantage. But in the end, the numbers game was too much. Luke and Ricky came together and put the match away to become your new World Tag Team Champions.

[FGA Office]

Cameras transition backstage where the woman challenging for the FGA World championship later in the night, Cyncity, is shown stretching out in her locker room. She has a pair of pink Beat by Dre headphones wrapped around her head, oblivious to the camera crew and everything else around her.

It’s obvious to see that Cyncity is in the zone, throwing punches at the air and ducking and weaving while doing so. She lets out a soft exhale, closes her eyes, and leans back against the wall inside her locker room.

Kris Cruise: What could be going through that young lady's mind?

Stephy Auger: Close but no cigars?

Kris Cruise: I don’t know, Stephy. This is a much different Cyncity compared to the one that faced Riley Owens some time ago. This is a more experienced Cyncity. A more determined Cyncity. A more focused Cyncity.

Stephy Auger: Yeah, but mentally? She’s still the same Cyncity! Who knows? Maybe she’ll go down as one of the best to never hold individual gold? Some people just can’t take the pressure of big time matches, Kris!

Kris Cruise: That is true, but if I were a betting man? I’d never bet against Cyncity.

Cyn leans herself up from the wall, opens her eyes and begins hopping up and down in place. She spins around and glances at the poster of Zero McHannon holding the FGA World championship hanging in her locker room. She takes a step forward and just touches the title on the poster with her left hand.

Stephy Auger: That’s what it’s about, ladies and gentlemen. The FGA World championship…

Kris Cruise: Man oh man. Are we in store for a treat later tonight! I can’t wait for this match!

Stephy Auger: Same here, Kris. Same here.

Cyn pulls her hand away and moves her Beats by Dre headphones down around her neck. She continues staring at the FGA World championship, tilting her head just a little to the side as she closes her eyes and begins thinking about holding the FGA World championship high in the air at the end of the night.

Cyncity: My time…

She opens her eyes, rips the poster off the wall, and slides her headphones back around her ears as Canadian Stampede transitions to another part of the arena.

[FGA Office]

The show cuts backstage to a shot of interviewer Spencer Burke standing there with a microphone in hand. The camera pans back and we see Molly Reid standing beside him, with a big smile on her face. She’s dressed in a tight Los Angeles Kings shirt, which draws boos from some of the Leafs’ fans in the audience. Molly laughs along with them.

Spencer Burke: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m standing here with Molly Reid, and Molly first things first, what do you think of Canadian Stampede so far?

Molly widely as she starts to describe how she feels about what she’s seen tonight.

Molly Reid: Oh it’s been awesome! I know we’re only two matches in but they were so great to watch! It definitely sucked seeing Annie lose like that but it was such a great match regardless and congratulations to Savannah for pulling it off! And then the tag title match was just as awesome! I really thought for a bit there that Dex was gonna pull it off, but hats off to the new tag champions. They earned it. So yeah I'm definitely loving it so far and there’s still so much more to come!

Spencer Burke: Any upcoming match you’ve got your eyes on?

Molly Reid: Well obviously the main event because I have a feeling that that’s going to be the match of the night. But also Tony and Noelle’s match I’m excited to watch. I know Noelle a bit from before FGA, and I like watching Tony’s matches. I know he hates me but hey, I can still admit he’s a great wrestler and so exciting to watch.

Spencer Burke: So take us back two weeks ago, you won your debut match in FGA against Mark Storm. How did it feel to be back in that ring and on the winning end no less?

Molly nods her head to the question, waiting for Spencer to answer before almost immediately jumping in with her response.

Molly Reid: It was just awesome Spencer, just plain awesome. Stepping into that ring in front of all those screaming FGA fans, it felt like home. It just confirmed to me that I made the right choice in coming here to FGA. As for the match itself, I was pretty happy with how it went. I was definitely a little rusty, but once everything got going it all came back to me pretty quickly. There’s definitely a lot that I need to work on if I want to keep moving forward here, but I think that was a good start. And a big shout-out to Mark Storm. He gave it his all and it led to one hell of a fight for me. I guess I just was lucky enough to get that one last shot. But he deserves all the credit in the world because he made me work hard as hell for it. So thanks Mark, for giving me such a fun and challenging debut match. Hopefully we’ll get to do it again someday.

Spencer Burke: Finally, just wanted to get your thoughts on not getting to compete tonight? Are you upset about that decision at all?

Molly shakes her head, signifying that she isn’t at all upset by the decision.

Molly Reid: No, not really. I mean obviously I’m disappointed because I always want to be out there wrestling. But I’ve only had one match in FGA, and there are only so many spots to fill, and most of them had been set in stone before I even got here. So I’m definitely not surprised that I’m not wrestling tonight. I need to do a lot more before they give me a spot on a pay-per-view. So all I can do is look forward. I’m just excited to get back out there to be honest, and hopefully one day I’ll be competing on an FGA pay-per-view. But for now I’m just going to sit back and enjoy the rest of tonight. You should do the same Spencer!

Spencer Burke: Well thanks for this Molly, go enjoy the rest of the night.

Molly Reid: Thanks Spencer!

Molly turns shakes Spencer’s outstretched hand, as we fade away from the shot of her walking away and down the hallway.

MID-ATLANTIC LEGACY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship!

“Key Entity Extraction V: Sentry the Defiants” (by Coheed and Cambria) opening guitar settles the crowd. They know who is coming, but remain unsure if they should cheer or boo. When the lyrics begin to come in, Izzy Anders makes her way from the back. She stands on the stage, looking out at the audience. She bathes in the rapid cascades of red, yellow, and orange. She looks up for a moment, devoid of any of the gleeful energy she once had. She shakes her head and lets out a war cry. She then takes down the walkway, taking somewhat heavy steps at a quickened pace.

J.A. Aldridge: Introducing first, from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, she is the reigning FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, IZZY ANDERS!

Once she reaches the edge of the ring, she leaps onto the apron. There, she spins around the ropes, turning her back to them and hooking her arms around them. She lets out an excited yell, before flipping backward into the ring. She looks around the whole arena, not pandering nor alienating them. It’s sure that Izzy is only focused on the match at hand, not on anything else. She looks around the ring, showing her untrusting nature, but finally comforts herself. As she concludes her search, she crouches down to the mat, and begins to crack joints.

Stephy Auger: The most dominant Legacy champion in FGA history – Aldridge always forgets to mention that bit.

Kris Cruise: I don’t think it’s necessary to mention in her introduction, not when you’re here to remind us all.

Stephy Auger: Ever since winning the belt from Noelle last Summer, Izzy has been on a tear, defending that belt against Fujiko Mine, Camellia D. Magna, and Dom Harter.

Kris Cruise: And now she has a new challenger…

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada … SAALLLEEEMMMM CAAARTIEEEERRR!

The funky drum beat and riff of 'Phenomena' by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs fills the arena and the quirky yet energetic Salem Cartier appears at the entrance, tapping her foot and bopping her head to the beat...

"Hey!

Don't touch kid, sleep with the lights on.... Touch kid, how you surprise me...

Now roll kid, rock your body off!"

She raises both hands and motions for the fans to get hyped, then bops her way toward the ring in time with the song, popping her shoulders up and down, swaying her arms around with a coy smile and wink to the audience.

Kris Cruise: Listen to the ovation for Salem Cartier, Stephy! These fans love a hometown gal.

Stephy Auger: Residing in – she was born in Quebec!

"You're something like a phenomena.... Something like an astronoma...

Now roll kid, rock your body off!"

She steps up the ring steps, throws her hood back, clutches the top rope and puts her feet on the bottom rope, gazing around and rocking up and down on the ropes...

“Something like a phenomena, baby.... You're gonna get your body off"

She slides through the ropes, twirls off her jacket with a flourish and drops to a knee in the center of the ring, extending her arms out and playing to the crowd as the music fades.

Kris Cruise: Salem found out the hard way about Izzy’s untrustworthy nature two weeks ago in that tag match – but considering Savannah’s actions earlier in the night, I’m not sure who had the worst partner.

Stephy Auger: Izzy did, that’s why they lost. But tonight she gets retribution for that loss when she defends her Legacy title for a record breaking fourth time. That’s something no other champion has done here in FGA.

Kris Cruise: We’ll found out if that prophecy comes true, let's get this match underway.

The fans begin to quieten down as Izzy hands the title belt over to the referee. He raises it high above his head as Izzy and Salem head towards the center of the ring; the two of them begin to jaw jack, trading verbal blows for nearly twenty seconds before finally Izzy delivers a hard open hand slap to the cheek of Salem!

The fans gasp in shock as Salem reels back at the slap, before she fires off a slap of her own! Izzy turns her head and rubs her cheek before she turns back to her opponent, a smirk on her face. The champion shoots off a forearm to the face, but again Salem returns it in kind. And soon enough the two of them are trading forearm shots back and forth until Izzy goes South with a knee to the midsection.

Stephy Auger: Izzy gaining the advantage here in the early going. What can she do with it?

An Irish whip sends Salem against the ropes, and she gets caught by a drop toe hold upon her return. Izzy quickly maneuvers up to her opponent’s head, applying a front facelock to Salem as she lifts The Witch to her feet. Anders switches to a side headlock position, keeping the hold locked in tight as Salem looks for a way out. Cartier grabs the champion around the waist and lifts her up for a back suplex, but Izzy flips and lands on her feet before catching Salem with a guillotine choke.

Izzy takes her down to the mat, almost dead center of the ring as the referee checks for a submission. But Cartier doesn’t give up that easily. Using her legs, she manages to drag them closer to the ropes, before managing to drape a leg over the bottom rope to force a break. The referee getting to four before Izzy finally releases the choke.

Kris Cruise: The champion will have to be careful not to get disqualified.

Stephy Auger: Even if she does, Izzy will still retain the title.

The referee admonishes Izzy Anders for nearing the five count as Salem uses the ropes to get herself back to an upright position. She shakes her head, disappointed in herself at having got caught in the submission hold so early, before pacing around the ring in a semi circle. Both competitors head towards the center again as they lock up collar and elbow this time. Izzy gains the upper hand again, going behind with a rear waist lock. She tries for a belly to back takedown, but Salem hook the leg to block. The Witch tries to pry her opponent’s hands apart, and successfully does so before she drops to the mat, going between Izzy’s legs and performing a takedown.

Cartier applies a grapevine ankle lock as Anders tries to fight out of it, dragging herself towards the rope before grabbing hold. The referee calls for a break again, and Salem releases after three. As she stands up, however, she grabs Izzy by the feet and tries to drag her away from the ropes – but Anders holds on. Salem pulls again, but Izzy is still holding on. So Salem puts all of her strength behind it, and manages to lift Izzy up as she pulls the champion away from the ropes so she hits the mat with a thud!

Stephy Auger: She had hold of the ropes, let her be!

Salem tries to capitalize, but Anders manages to kick her away with both feet. Both competitors scramble to get to a vertical base before the other, but attain it at the same time as Izzy shoots off a roundhouse kick – NO! Salem ducks underneath it and grabs Anders from behind with a full nelson, taking the champion down to a seated position before Salem hooks her opponent’s arms with her legs for the Lotus Lock!

Kris Cruise: The Lotus Lock is applied! Salem has won many matches with this move throughout her career, could we be about to see another?

Stephy Auger: Izzy can fight this!

The referee is in position to check for a submission as the Legacy champion howls in pain. The pain is visible on her face as Salem tightens her grip, applying more pressure; Izzy screams in agony, but won’t submit as the fans in the Ricoh Coliseum are getting ready to see a new Legacy champion be crowned.

Stephy Auger: Fight it, Izzy.

Still, Anders won’t submit. The referee checks again, but the champion is adamant she doesn’t want to give in. Scooting her feet across the mat, Izzy is inching closer and closer to the ropes, but the Lotus Lock is still applied. Salem wrenches the hold tighter again when suddenly…

Izzy reaches the rope!

Kris Cruise: A lucky escape for the champion as she gets her foot on the rope.

Referee: One…Two…Three…Four…

And Salem releases the hold before Izzy rolls to the outside. She’s nursing the shoulders between running her hand through her hair in frustration; she nearly tapped out and she knows it. Salem slides out under the bottom rope to follow suit, but Izzy doesn’t want to fight there. She turns the corner and rolls into the ring as Salem follows her in, only to get caught by some stomps to the back. A stiff knee drop to the back of the head and Izzy flips her opponent over for the cover.

Izzy kneels there glaring at the referee as she rolls her shoulders, trying to ease the pain out of them. She drags Salem back to her feet by a handful of hair, throwing the challenger head first into the top turnbuckle. Cartier collapses against the turnbuckle, her arms spread to expose the chest before Izzy fires off a series of knife edge chops. Each one drawing a “whoo” from the crowd, before Salem is sent from pillar to post with an Irish whip. The champion follows her in, connecting with a running European uppercut, followed up by a rolling snapmare. Izzy points to a fan at ringside and shouts:

Izzy Anders: This is a gift for you!

Before charging in with a penalty kick to the face of Salem Cartier! And a hook of the leg.

Kris Cruise: The champion in full control here, and that’s not a position Salem wants to find herself in.

Stephy Auger: That’s what makes Izzy the most dominant Legacy champion in FGA history, Kris. She has the ability to control the pace of the match, and dictate how her opponent wrestles.

Kris Cruise: Salem just needs to find a way to quicken the pace. That’ll work in her favor more as the match goes on.

Izzy drags her opponent back to her feet, but Salem pushes her arms away and fires off some shots to the face, rocking Anders where she stands. The champion begins to stagger backwards as Salem runs towards her with a Cactus clothesline, taking both of them over the top rope to the outside! The pair of them remain down for a few seconds until the referee finally begins the count out.

Salem gets up first, albeit unsteady on her feet, as Izzy is close behind. The champion charges in, only to get caught with a drop toe hold that sends her face first into the steel steps!

Kris Cruise: Oh, that had to hurt!

The fans cheer as Anders slumps down next to the steps, and even more so as Salem delivers a dropkick that sends the back of Izzy’s head against the steel! Before the referee’s count reaches five, however, Salem rolls her opponent back into the ring and hooks the leg for the cover.

Salem doesn’t relent, though, lifting her opponent back to her feet as she sets Izzy up for the Irish whip. It’s reversed. Salem runs towards the corner as Izzy follows her in, right into the big boot to the face! Anders staggers back as Salem runs out of the corner, and performs a swift STO! Izzy rolls over and tries to get back up, making it to her knees before Salem catches her from behind with a somersault cutter! And the cover.

Kris Cruise: So close, and Salem Cartier has taken control here.

Stephy Auger: The match is still young, Kris. Izzy can get back into this one.

Salem gets back to her feet and tries to rally the crowd – very successfully, mind you – as Izzy uses the ropes to get back to her feet on the other side of the ring. As Salem grabs her, Anders rakes the challenger across the eye and pushes her out through the ropes. She lands on the apron, though, as Izzy takes a moment to get back to her feet in the ring. When the champion sees her opponent on the apron, she thrusts her shoulder through the ropes – but Salem leaps up to avoid it, before coming down with the straddle attack!

Izzy falls back into the ring as Salem points towards the corner. The fans cheer as The Witch head up top, slowly climbing to the middle rope before reaching her desired position. But her joy is short lived as Izzy leaps and shakes the top rope, causing Salem to crotch herself on the top turnbuckle!

Kris Cruise: This can’t be good…

Izzy moves towards the corner, heading up to the middle rope as she hooks Salem by the arm and waistband of her booty shorts, before taking her down with a massive superplex!

But she can’t capitalize straight away. It takes a moment before Izzy rolls over and drapes an arm across the chest of her opponent.

Stephy Auger: Salem stays in this one. It’s going more than that to put either of these competitors away tonight – they both want to walk out of here as the FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion.

Kris Cruise: And you can’t blame them for that.

Anders sits up and takes a moment to catch her breath; the fans all around her are chanting for Salem, urging The Witch to get back into this one. And that doesn’t sit well with the champion. Angrily, Anders pushes herself back to her feet and drags Salem with a handful of hair as she throws The Witch towards the corner, whereupon she unleashes the ORA! ORA! ORA! Punching away at her opponent until the referee intervenes, which only serves to cause Izzy to whip her opponent from pillar to post, and follow up with another running European uppercut.

Salem slumps down in the corner, only to get dragged back up as Izzy sends her back from whence she came. Another running European uppercut follows, and the champion appears to experiencing her second wind. Salem stumbles out of the corner this time, straight into a toe kick to the midsection. Izzy hooks her in a butterfly hold before planting Salem face first into the mat with Spin The Black Circle! And the cover!

Kris Cruise: So close!

The crowd gasp in shock as Salem throws the shoulder up at the last possible second. But Izzy is anything but calm. She stomps at her fallen foe a few times before dragging Salem to her feet in a full nelson hold…

Stephy Auger: Dragon suplex here we com–

NO!

Salem hooks the leg to block it, before dropping down with a sitout jawbreaker counter! She struggles to get back up as Izzy falls to the mat. The champion gets back up first, as she runs in with a clothesline attempt – NO! Salem ducks under the arm and counters, lifting Izzy up with a fireman’s carry. But the champion escapes down the back as she pushes Salem away, right into the referee!

Kris Cruise: Down goes the official!

Cartier stumbles away from the collision as Izzy hoists up across her shoulders with an Argentine rack, but Salem slides down the back this time. Anders turns around, and gets caught by a boot to the gut before Salem executes the Hijack Kevorkian! The fans here in the Ricoh Coliseum practically explode as The Witch forces herself up to all fours and crawls, slowly towards her opponent. She drapes an arm across the chest of Izzy Anders…

The crowd count as Salem remains on top of her opponent, but the official is still down.

Kris Cruise: The referee is down, there’s nobody to make the cover. We should have a new champion right now.

Cartier rolls off the champion and moves towards the official, trying to get him to stir. But Izzy is moving. She rolls out of the ring and grabs the title belt from off the timekeeper’s table before she rolls back into the ring. Anders shouts out for her opponent to turn around, and she blasts Salem in the face with the belt!

Stephy Auger: I felt that one from here, Kris!

Kris Cruise: Not like this…Izzy Anders using the belt as a weapon to try and win tonight.

She pushes the belt away out of the ring, just before the referee starts to stir. And Izzy drops down, hooking the leg.

Stephy Auger: What the?!

Izzy sits up in shock; the utter disbelief is painted on her face as the official holds up two fingers. But the champion isn’t taking that. She drags Salem back to her feet – only to get caught by a small package!

Izzy kicks out at the last possible second, and both competitors scramble slowly back to their feet. Izzy lashes out with a clothesline, but Salem ducks underneath it. She cannot, however, avoid the Cape Town Sunset that follows as Anders connects with the 540 Kick! Cartier goes down, and the champion hooks both legs as she covers.

J.A. Aldridge: The winner of this match ...and STILL the FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion … IZZY ANDERS!

Kris Cruise: It wasn’t pretty, but Izzy Anders gets defense number four under her belt as she continues her reign as Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion.

Stephy Auger: As if it was ever in doubt, Kris. She’ll hold that belt until Dom Harter comes back to try and get revenge, then she’ll still hold it after she hospitalizes him again.

Kris Cruise: That sounds like wishful thinking on your part, Stephy. It took a shot to the face with the title and some underhanded tactics throughout, but Izzy Anders leaves Canadian Stampede with the belt…

The referee helps the champion back to her feet and hands her the title belt, which Izzy clutches to her chest, laughing maniacally as her hand is raised in victory.

[FGA Office]

Making his way towards his assigned locker room, Nero opens the door slowly finding it completely pitch black. Reaching out for the wall, he flicks the switch as the lights flicker on The locker room is filled with red roses that seem to reach the ceiling as a large 6-foot white teddy bear sits in the middle of the room, holds a large stuffed hear with a white envelope taped to the front. Nero clasps his hands in front of his face happily as he spins around the room, taking in the sweet scent of the roses fill his senses. Slowly he approaches the large white teddy bear, peeling the envelope and opening it as he pulls the letter out, reading it aloud.

“To my dearest Nero.”

Nero smiles wider as he presses the letter against his beating heart for a moment before continuing on.

“While the rest of the world celebrated Valentine’s Day a week ago, I spent the day plotting the perfect way to express my feelings for you in a way that was only deserving for you. So what better way that a good old fashion goose-chase! Trust me, you’ll get everything you deserve and then some at the end of it. That I can definitely promise you. You’ve already reached your first stop...follow the trail of roses, my sweet.”

“I’ll be waiting for you…Aries.”

Nero looks down at the trail of rose petals that lead out of the door as he tucks the letter into the back pocket of his pants heading out of the door as we fade.

Johnny Karma vs Johnny Cannon

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, being accompanied to the wing by his manager, Quinn Goodrich! From London, England! Weighing in at 245 pounds! He is “The British Mamba”... JOOOOOOOHNNYYYYYYY CAAAAAANNOOOOOOON!

A yellow spotlight suddenly shines down across the black curtain of the entrance way, whilst the house lights begin to dim down. Slowly, almost in unison with the change in lightning does "Voodoo Child" (Jimi Hendrix" Cover) by Brick + Mortar begins to play. A small ebb of yellow smoke ascends from the ventilators to grace the ramp. The Brit's silhouette emerges behind the curtain, only backed by another daintier image.

maybe make a little sense"

Finally, bursting through the curtain emerges "The British Mamba", Johnny Cannon. The Englishman stands before the live audience in all his strapping glory; as per usual, his cocksure, megalomaniacal grin is etched on his face as he pauses on the ramp, his head raised high and snobbishly to the sky above as he surveys the masses. Standing just behind him is none other than Quinn Goodrich, who edges on the crowd to incite their scorn. Wearing yellow and black MMA style trunks, with matching boots and a black knee brace (on his left knee), the Brit appears ready for action - not due to his attire, but due to the belligerent look in his eyes which is only revealed as he removes his Aviator Sunglasses. His eyes are those of a cold, and calculating individual. Johnny places his shades in his black track jacket with numerous insignias sewn on it, and begins his haughty strut to the ring.

Cannon struts to the ring, marching with an undeniable swagger, whilst Quinn continues to taunt the audience, by swinging his arms up, and shouting whatever obscene remarks he can think of. Johnny ignores the audience on either side of him, showing complete indifference towards their opinions. He spurts forward toward the ring, and slides in under the bottom rope, before launching himself to his feet and suddenly spinning to the center of the ring in a very Shawn Michaels-esque fashion, before positioning himself carefully in the middle. He unzips his track jacket, lowering it down his hands and to the canvas below him like a male stripper, before throwing up the offensive, British, two finger salute, eliciting tremendous heat from the crowd.

From there, Johnny slowly backs into the ropes, hooking his arms back on them before bouncing several times, beginning his mental preparations and prerequisites as Quinn looks on from ringside; Cannon nods his head several times, as his eyes flicker with a hundred different ideas and strategies to carry out in the match.

Stephy Auger: There he is, Kris, The Last Real Man. And he’s set to go one on one with FGA stalwart, Johnny Karma in what’s sure to be a hell of a fight.

Kris Cruise: After everything that’s transpired in recent weeks between these two, I’ll have to agree with you on that one. Between Johnny Cannon’s attitude rubbing Karma the wrong way, to his injuring Evangelista and Chris Bond in quick succession, down to the time he socked Cherry Baum backstage…

Stephy Auger: Accidentally socked, don’t villainize him for what was nothing more than an unfortunate accident.

J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, from Queens, New York, weighing in at 233 pounds … JOOOOOOOOOHNNYYYYYYYY KAAAAAARMMMMAAAAA!

The arena lights flash in a myriad of different colours in time with John Bonham's quite remarkably epic drum intro that is filling the arena, and just as it reaches a crescendo Johnny Karma walks out at the top of the ramp with Cherry Baum by his side - and almost immediately he unzips his jacket and tosses it to the ground, and rather than play the the crowd as Jimmy Page's riff begins in earnest instead he marches down the ramp with purpose writ large on his face, and as he reaches the bottom of the ramp he breaks into a run and slides under the ropes into the ring, quickly getting to his feet before he paces the ring awaiting his opponent as Cherry jogs down to the ring trying to keep up

Kris Cruise: Earlier in the week both men laid out their strategies for this match; Karma knows he can’t go blow for blow with a man like Johnny Cannon-

Stephy Auger: Not when he has that impressive MMA background. So while Cannon is out for blood, Karma is going to try and outwrestle him. Do you think he can achieve that, Kris?

Kris Cruise: I’m not sure about that, but I’d definitely like to find out. Let's get this match underway.

The bell sounds to start the match as both competitors emerge from their corners; the fans here in Toronto are, as expected, firmly in the corner of Johnny Karma and Cherry Baum. But by the look in Cannon’s eyes you’d almost believe it doesn’t bother him. As they meet in the center of the ring, Cannon rushes his opponent, taking Karma to the mat with a double leg takedown! He immediately begins to wail away with rights and lefts as Karma does his best to shield himself, looking for an opening.

Karma manages to reverse the position, rolling Cannon over so The Karmic Lion is on top as he bends one of his opponent’s arms behind his back with a hammerlock. Cannon struggles to break free, firing off shots to the midsection with his free hand as the pair of them move back to vertical bases. Cannon shoots off a couple of back elbows before he manages to reverse the hammerlock, using his position to push Karma towards the corner. J-K puts his foot out to stop himself, however, pushing up off the turnbuckle as he manages to flip over the head of his opponent!

Kris Cruise: Great athleticism there from Johnny Karma!

Karma jumps up with a dropkick to the back, sending Cannon chest first into the turnbuckle. The Briton staggers backwards, straight into a hammerlock suplex from Karma! The British Mamba hits the mat hard, and he has no time to recover before Karma is on him like a rash. Karma grabs the leg and delivers an elbow drop down across the knee, before repeating it a second time. This time, however, he transitions into a leglock.

Stephy Auger: Evangelista tried to exploit the knee of Johnny Cannon, and we know how that turned out for her.

Kris Cruise: Are you implying that Johnny Cannon is going to try and break someone else’s neck tonight?

But Cannon doesn’t want to go down that road; he leans over and shoots off a couple of elbows to the face, forcing Karma to release his grip. Both competitors make their way back to their feet as Cannon drives a knee up into the midsection of his opponent, before driving Karma back into the corner with a football tackle.

Karma hits the pads hard, and the blows that follow definitely aren’t any softer. Cannon unleashing rights, lefts, knees, and elbows all in a bid to wear his opponent down. His offense switches to European uppercuts as he drills J-K with shot after shot, all before sending Karma from pillar to post with an Irish whip. Cannon follows him in, landing a running clothesline! Karma staggers from the corner, right into the waiting arms of his opponent as Cannon tosses him right over the top rope, all the way to the outside.

Stephy Auger: Look at that man, Kris, and tell me there’s anyone more dangerous on the FGA roster right now.

Kris Cruise: When he’s in this mood, I’m inclined to agree. Johnny Cannon has been manhandling Karma thus far, but the match is still young.

Cannon takes a moment to try and compose himself, and focus his anger as Cherry Baum rushes to where Karma is on the outside. But she scarpers as she spies Cannon step out onto the apron. Karma gets back to his feet as the Briton sets off running along the apron, delivering a vicious soccer kick to the face of The Karmic Lion! Karma stumbles away, reeling from the kick to the face as Cannon hops down off the apron, following his opponent. He catches up to Karma and lands a couple of clubbing blows to the back before throwing him shoulder first into the guard rail.

The referee’s count is up to four as Cannon rolls his opponent back into the ring, following close behind as he goes for a cover.

Stephy Auger: Near fall, but you know Cannon still wants to inflict more damage than he already has.

Cherry slaps her hands against the apron, trying to encourage Karma to get back up and into this match, but her presence only attracts the attention of Cannon, who steps towards her. Baum back pedals away from the ring where, behind his opponent’s back, Johnny Karma is getting back to his feet. He grabs the distracted Briton from behind, delivering a high angle back suplex!

Kris Cruise: What impact there!

Karma gets up first, followed close behind by Cannon, who gets caught by a boot to the gut. It’s enough to double him over as Karma follows up with a couple of European uppercuts. Cannon bounces back against the ropes, before getting Irish whipped across the ring. Upon his return, Cannon gets caught by a thrusting spinebuster – Karma throwing him forcefully down against the mat. Again, J-K grabs the leg and drops an elbow down across the knee, before switching his offense to a spinning knee smash.

On the outside, Quinn is shouting for Cannon to fight his way out, but Karma applies a spinning toe hold. The Briton looks to be in pain, but still manages to kick Karma away with his free leg. J-K rolls through and pops back up to his feet as Cannon stands back up also. The Briton charges at his opponent, only to get caught by a snap powerslam! Into the cover.

Kris Cruise: Johnny Karma keeps driving his opponent into that mat, and you have to believe it’s taking the wind out of Cannon.

Stephy Auger: This was always going to be a physical match, Kris, we both know that. But Karma is trying to slow the pace, to take out that leg so Cannon can’t use his kicks. And it won’t work, not tonight.

Karma sits his opponent up and applies a rear chinlock, locking it in tight as he tries to cut the blood flow to the brain. However, Cannon ain’t going out like that. After a few seconds of the rest hold, Cannon manages to fight back to his knees, whereupon he shoots off a couple of side elbows. But Karma applies the hold tighter, until Cannon stands up with Karma on his back and runs backwards into the corner, squashing J-K against the turnbuckles!

Quinn applauds his client’s initiative at forcing the break, before Cannon spins around and delivers a series of lariats to the chest of his opponent. Each one finding their mark before Cannon performs an Irish whip, sending Karma across the ring. J-K hits the far turnbuckle hard and staggers towards the center of the ring as Cannon catches him with a running European uppercut! And the pin attempt.

Undeterred, Cannon raises his opponent to a kneeling position, and lands a series of shoot kicks to the chest. Karma is rocked; his opponent runs back against the ropes for momentum before returning with a vicious shoot kick to the chest. And he goes for the cover again as Karma falls to the mat.

Stephy Auger: I can feel those kicks from here, Kris, I can’t imagine how much pain they cause Karma.

Cannon moves around the ring, his gaze fixed on the prone Johnny Karma as he delivers a couple of stomps. Karma gets lifted back to a vertical base and moved towards the corner, before Cannon bounces his head off the top turnbuckle four times. Karma slumps back into the corner as Cannon stomps a hole in his midsection, forcing J-K down to a seated position. The Briton sets off against the ropes, coming back with a facewash!

Cherry continues shouting encouragement from ringside as Karma gets dragged back to a vertical base again. A knee to the gut doubles him over as Cannon positions him in a standing headscissors. The fans continue booing as Cannon goes for the powerbomb – NO! Karma kicks his legs to prevent the move. Cannon tries again, but he can’t get J-K in the air.

Kris Cruise: Johnny Karma fighting back here…

Finally, Karma manages to counter, throwing Cannon overhead with a back body drop! The Briton hits the mat hard, clutching his back in pain as Karma stumbles forward, holding onto the ropes to remain standing. But Cannon gets back up quicker than his opponent expected. He sees Karma in the corner and runs in, but J-K catches him with a big boot to the face! Cannon staggers back a step as Karma lifts himself up to the middle rope, before leaping off with a diving axe handle!

Karma is getting that second wind; the adrenaline surging through him as the crowd here in Toronto are cheering him on. He’s pacing around the ring as Cannon gets back to a vertical base in time to get caught by an NYC uppercut! Cannon gets back up, and he gets caught by another NYC uppercut. As he gets up this time, Karma is ready for him; three left jabs each find their mark before The Karmic One unleashes a big time right hook, knocking Cannon down!

Kris Cruise: Sugar Ray Karma! And the pin attempt.

Cannon gets the shoulder up in the nick of time, and Karma curses his rotten luck. Again, J-K gets to his feet and brings Cannon up with him. He scoops the Briton up and places him in a tree of woe position in the corner. Karma connects with a couple of kicks to the chest before taking a run up, going against the ropes for momentum – and having his ankle grabbed by Goodrich!

Kris Cruise: What’s the meaning of this?

Stephy Auger: The referee didn’t see it, though.

Karma turns around to argue with Quinn, telling him where to go. But the distraction is long enough for Johnny Cannon to escape his precarious predicament. He moves away from the corner as Karma turns back to his opponent, and he charges in when he sees that Cannon has escaped. But the Briton is ready for him, throwing Karma up into the air before connecting with the Cardiac Arrest!

Karma slumps to the mat as Cannon drops down and hooks the leg.

Cannon looks to the official, but the referee assures him it was only a two count. Frustration is beginning to set in again as the Briton lifts his opponent up in a full nelson hold, before throwing Karma overhead with a dragon suplex. The Karmic One gets folded up like an accordion as Cannon sits up, and glares over his shoulder. Again, he grabs Karma in a full nelson and hoists him back to his feet before delivering another dragon suplex.

Stephy Auger: Except Tony Carmine. But the life is fading from Johnny Karma, he can’t have much left in the tank after these suplexes.

Cannon drags his opponent up again, and goes for another dragon suplex. But Karma blocks by hooking his leg. He throws his head back, catching Cannon across the bridge of the nose, which causes the Briton to release his grip. And Karma seizes the opportunity. He runs against the ropes for momentum, coming back – straight into a capture suplex! And Cannon hooks the leg again.

Karma gets the shoulder up, and Cannon can’t believe it. He gets to his feet and argues with the referee, but the official assures him it was only a two count. The crowd here in the Ricoh Coliseum booing heavily as Cannon turns back to his opponent; Karma is on all fours, pushing himself back to his feet as Cannon grabs him by the head. Cannon sets his opponent up for the Irish whip, but Karma counters, feinting as he goes under the arm and bringing Cannon in close for the bionic elbow!

Kris Cruise: Hard Times! Out of nowhere, Johnny Karma catches his opponent with Hard Times! This could be all!

Cannon falls to the mat as Karma drops down and covers.

Cherry Baum looks shocked, the fans all gasp in disbelief. But Johnny Karma is more shocked than anyone. Only Quinn Goodrich looks somewhat relieved as his client gets the shoulder up before the three count.

Kris Cruise: I’m not sure how, but this match is still going. And both men are giving this everything they’ve got, just to walk away as the winner tonight.

Karma moves towards the ropes, using them to drag his exhausted self back to a vertical base. Cannon is still down, but moving towards the ropes on the far side of the ring. As the Briton reaches his feet, Karma clobbers him from behind with a forearm smash. It takes Cannon down to a knee, but Karma lifts him up again and hoists him up for a shoulderbreaker – NO! Cannon slips down the back and lands on his feet. Karma turns around – Roundhouse Kick by Johnny Cannon!

Stephy Auger: The Roundhouse Kick connects! And that’s all she wrote, Kris!

The fans fall silent as Karma collapses to the mat. Cannon drops down and hooks the leg, counting along with the referee…

Stephy Auger: How did he kick out of that?!

Cannon and Quinn Goodrich exchange glances, wondering how the hell Johnny Karma kicked out of that one. Maybe he didn’t catch him right, maybe he didn’t enough behind it. Whatever the reason, Cannon slowly gets back to his feet as he stands over Karma. Cannon yells down at his opponent, telling Karma to get up. So the New York native does exactly that. Slowly but surely, in the center of the ring, Johnny Karma is pushing himself back to his feet as Cannon readies himself. As his opponent gets up, Cannon lashes out with another roundhouse kick – but Karma ducks, and counters with Check Your Chicklets!

The crowd pop as the superkick connects, but Cannon is still standing. Karma brings his opponent in close and drives a knee to the midsection, doubling Cannon over before he delivers a jumping piledriver!

Kris Cruise: Dazed and Confused and All Messed Up!

And this time an exhausted Johnny Karma hooks the leg.

Kris Cruise: He did it! Johnny Karma has picked up a hard fought victory against Johnny Cannon tonight at Canadian Stampede!

Stephy Auger: How? Johnny Cannon had him dead to rights, but somehow Karma steals the victory out from underneath him.

Cherry Baum enters the ring and helps the official to lift Johnny Karma back to his feet. The two of them celebrate the win as the fans cheer them on.

[FGA Office]

The cameras go backstage to see Spencer Burke, standing by with a smile on his face.

Spencer Burke: Ladies and Gentleman, my guest at this time...Fujiko Mine.

Fujiko steps into the frame, a serene smile on her face.

Fujiko Mine: Hi Spencer, thanks for giving me this time.

Spencer Burke: Ms. Mine, you’ve been in FGA for quite some time now. You’ve squared off against the best of the best. And tonight, you step into the ring with an all too familiar foe in Jimmy Page. Fujiko, how important is this match to you?

Fujiko doesn’t even hesitate to give her answer.

Fujiko Mine: Spencer, this match is incredibly important to me. Jimmy Page is a symbol of dominance and pain here in FGA, and I’m committing myself to stopping him, and prove that I more than belong here. Jimmy Page is going to find out first hand that if he’s in for a real surprise if he thinks that he is going to tear me apart tonight.

Spencer Burke: Can you tell us all just how much your past three matches have prepared you for this bout?

Fujiko Mine: I’ve learned plenty with these last three matches. With Johnny, Noelle, and Tony, I feel like I’ve elevated my game to a point where I can hang in a match with Jimmy Page, and anyone else that considers themselves elite in FGA. The biggest thing that’s come out of this is that I’ve shown that the era of people like Jimmy Page is coming to an end. I am going to go out there, put on an amazing wrestling match, beat Jimmy Page, and then I’m going to move on. That act, in and of itself, will have proved more than any sort of pre or post match attack.

Spencer Burke: Fujiko, what is next for you after Canadian Stampede?

Fujiko stops for a second, and tries to think. She seems to be at a loss for a moment...but then she looks up at Spencer with a small smile.

Fujiko Mine: I think I’m going to let the fans decide that. They’ve gotten me to the point where I am right now. They’ve made their voices heard the past couple of weeks, and fingers crossed? This is just the beginning for me. Just stand behind me, and I will not let you down. Now if you excuse me? I gotta get ready to take on Jimmy.

Fujiko nods to Spencer, then bows slightly to the camera before leaving the frame, which sends the view back to ringside.

[FGA Office]

Nero: “My sweet, sweet Aries...you’ve outdone yourself.”

In the middle of the slightly darkened room is a small round table with a white table-cloth draped over the top with a single red lit candle in the middle of the table. Another 6-foot teddy bear sits next to the table as once again the room is filled with red and white roses and stuffed hearts. Standing next to the bear is a waiter, wearing all black with the exception of the white apron and white towel over his arm. He smiles warmly and nods his head slightly.

Waiter: Mr. Nero, Mr. Reed has been waiting for you all night and would like you please have a seat.

The waiter steps behind the chair, pulling it out as Nero takes a seat with a gracious nod of his head.

Waiter: Mr. Reed wanted to let you know that he’s closer than you think and he’ll be making his appearance soon enough, until he wishes that you partake in a glass of wine and enjoy the musical accompaniment until his arrival.

From the other side of the room, a violinist appears with a soft nod of her head as she begins to play the crafted violin softly as the waiter pours Nero a glass of dark wine as we fade…

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is for the FGA PRIDE CHAMPIONSHIP!

“Lose My Breath” by Destiny's Child starts to play over the PA, and the lights dim as Noelle steps from behind the curtain, a wide smile on her face as she waves to the fans before doing a few provocative dance moves as the lyrics cue up.

She does an athletic somersault forward to take her half down the ramp and then rushes the ring, using her hands to push her up onto the apron as she slides under the bottom rope and pops up, giggling and blowing kisses to the fans, winking at the referee and waving to the ring announcers cheerily.

J.A. Aldridge: Introducing first, the challenger! From Orlando, Florida! Weighing in at 125 pounds… NOELLE SMITH!

Kris Cruise: Noelle Smith was given this “gift” of a title match by her “friend,” Tony Carmine. But we quickly found out just how much of a friend he was when he attacked her shortly thereafter.

Stephy Auger: I’ve heard that beatdown be described as humiliating. I’ve heard it be described as embarrassing. You know what I say to that? Good! This is a tough, tough sport and she should’ve never turned her back on someone as cutthroat as Tony Carmine. Chandler Scott learned that the hard way and now, so has Noelle. Chandler was able to get his payback. Noelle got her payback when she went to town on Tony with those kendo stick shots. But will she take that title from Tony tonight? That remains to be seen.

When "Solarflare" by Yung Lean hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(never the same group of women). He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.

"The molecule that's me won't go without a fist
I'm a molecule but I stand in the mist
Bitch don't cut your wrists, I'mma kill to live
Solar flare, I can see the skies opening, I'm almost there"

After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, now residing out of Boca Raton, Florida! Weighing in at 179 pounds! He is the reigning… defending… FGA Pride Champion…. SUNSHINE SCANDALOUS TONY CARMINE!

Kris Cruise: What could’ve been a respectful contest has turned into one filled with animosity. There isn’t going to be any love in this one. In fact, neither grappler is willing to shake the others hand to start this one off, so that’s a rope break being docked for them both right there. Though I can’t say I blame Boelle after everything Tony’s done and all the disgusting comments that he’s made. He’s the exact opposite of what the Pride Championship represents. Hopefully, some honor can be restored to that championship here tonight.

The bell sounds as SSTC doubles over Noelle with a kick to the midsection. He then marches into the corner and goes to slam her face-first into the top turnbuckle. But Noelle puts her foot on the middle ropes, elbows Tony, grabs him and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. The crowd cheers as she turns Tony around and lights up his chest with a series of knife edge chops. She then takes Tony and goes for an irish whip. But Tony reverses, whipping her across the ring and following her into the corner. But Noelle slingshots herself over the top rope, lands on the apron and catches Tony with an elbow smash to the face. After a shoulder thrust through the ropes doubles him over, Noelle slingshots over the top rope and executes a sunset flip. But Tony quickly rolls through it, grabs Noelle by the ankle and tries to turn her over into the ankle lock.

Kris Cruise: Oh no!

Stephy Auger: Sprinkle Lock! Tony’s got it locked in already!

Before Tony can drag Noelle towards the center of the ring, she quickly grabs onto the bottom rope.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Tony then quickly releases the hold. He backs away while smiling and pointing to his head.

Kris Cruise: I see what done. He’s forced Noelle to use up another rope break.

Stephy Auger: Now she’s only got one left!

Noelle pulls herself up using the ropes before circling the ring. She then marches over towards Tony and throws out a kick to the gut. But Tony catches her foot. He then wags his index finger at her before spinning her around. But when she comes back, she blasts Tony in the face with an elbow smash. She then nails Tony with another elbow… and another… and another. Noelle motions for another elbow smash, but Tony rakes her across the eyes. The ref then warns him about the illegal move. But Tony ignores the ref as he grabs Noelle by the hair, marches into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Noelle around, Tony delivers a series of shoulder thrusts, followed by a series of knee strikes, followed by a series of back elbow strikes. He then takes Noelle and whips her into the opposite corner. Tony charges across the ring, but Noelle connects with a back elbow to the face. After stumbling back, Tony runs back into the corner. This time, Noelle gives him a boot to the face, turning Tony around and sending him stumbling from out of the corner. While his back is still turned, Noelle comes from out of the corner, hops onto his shoulders and executes a victory roll.

After both grapplers get up, Tony kicks her with a boot to the midsection. He then grabs Noelle by the hair with both hands and throws her down with a mat slam. The crowd boos as Noelle can be seen clutching the back of her head. Tony heads back over and puts the boots to her. He then picks up Noelle, runs and tosses her over the top rope. But Noelle’s able to land on the apron. When Tony turns around and sees this, he runs over at her. But Noelle pulls down the top rope, sending Tony tumbling to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Tony with a hard fall to the outside! That may hurt him the longer this match carries on.

As Tony gets up on the outside, Noelle runs along the apron, hops off and brings him down with a flying hurricanrana to cheers from the crowd. Noelle picks up Tony and slams him face-first onto the top of the guard rail. She then takes him, walks across the ringside area and slams him face-first onto the apron. She then shoves Tony back into the ring. After climbing up onto the apron, Noelle marches across the apron and scales the turnbuckles. Once Tony gets up and turns around, Noelle knocks him down with a missile dropkick. She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Noelle’s going all out early.

Stephy Auger: She knows what’s at stake. She’s trying to get out to an advantage early to put all the pressure on the champ.

Noelle picks up Tony and goes for an irish whip. But Tony reverses, sending her through the ropes. When Noelle comes back, Tony goes for a back body drop. But Noelle slips down from behind. She then grabs him around the waist, but Tony nails her with an elbow to the face, breaking the hold. He then takes off into the ropes. When Tony comes back, Noelle grabs him, runs and tosses him over the top rope. But Tony’s able to hang onto the ropes. Once he stabilizes himself, he “skins the cat,” pulling himself over the top rope and back into the ring. But as soon as Tony turns around, Noelle delivers a high-speed cross body block,, sending them both tumbling over the top rope and to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Oh no!

Stephy Auger: Neither one of them look too good right now, Cruise.

Both grapplers lay sprawled out on the outside. Noelle is the first to stir on the ground. She slowly turns over onto Tony. After mounting herself on Tony, Noelle proceeds to ram the back of his head repeatedly against the ground. She then picks up Tony and rolls him back into the ring. After rolling herself back in, she makes the cover.

Tony gets his shoulder up.

Stephy Auger: Well that wasn't very pride-like by Noelle.

Kris Cruise: I can think of about 40 things that Tony’s done that weren’t becoming of a Pride Champion.

Noelle picks up Tony and shoves him into the corner. She sizes the champ up before delivering a series of stiff kicks to the midsection. She then takes Tony and whips him across the ring. Noelle then runs across the ring. But Tony sees her coming, so he dips his shoulder and goes to dump her over the top rope. But again, Noelle lands safely on the apron. When Tony turns around, Noelle goes for a slingshot maneuver, but Tony connects in mid air with a dropkick, knocking Noelle to the floor.

Stephy Auger: So much for that!

Tony proceeds to walk around the ring while Noelle stirs on the outside. As she begins to get back to her feet, Tony takes off into the ropes. When he comes back, he baseball slides to the outside, grabs Noelle by the hair with both hands and throws her against the guardrail with a mat slam. A loud thud can be heard as the back of Noelle’s skull collides with the guardrail.

Kris Cruise: Goodness! Did you hear that!?

The crowd boos as Noelle can be seen clutching the back of her head. Tony reaches down and yanks Noelle back up to her feet by the hair. After scooping her up in his arms, he careless drops her throat-first across the guardrail. The crowd continues to boo as Tony reaches back down, pulls up Noelle and military presses her high over his head. He then lets go, dropping her throat-first across the top of the guardrail.

Kris Cruise: Come on, Tony!

Stephy Auger: She’s a tough girl. She can handle it. If she can’t, oh well, good for Tony.

Tony presses his foot down across her throat and choke her while pulling down on the guardrail. Noelle can be seen cringing while kicking her legs helplessly. After about seven seconds, Tony lets go, quickly rolls back into the ring, then back out to restart the count.

Tony reaches down, picks up Noelle and scoops her up across his shoulders. After pointing in front of him, Tony takes Noelle, runs and lawn darts her into the ring post. A loud thud can be heard as Noelle’s hand smacks against the post before her body falls to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Dammit, Tony!

Stephy Auger: Well, I guess this one’s over, huh?

Tony casually makes his way over to Noelle and gives her body a nudge with his foot. He then gives her another nudge. A smirks forms on his face as he reaches down, pulls the limp Noelle up and shoves her back into the ring. After rolling himself back into the ring, Tony makes the cover.

The crowd cheers as Noelle gets her foot on the bottom rope.

Kris Cruise: Noelle avoids the three count!

Stephy Auger: Yeah, but she got her foot on the bottom rope. That’s her third and final rope break, Cruise!

Tony gets up, drags Noelle away from the ropes and makes the cover.

Noelle gets her shoulder up.

Tony gets to his feet and pulls Noelle up by her hair. But as soon as he lets go, Noelle falls against his chest. So he moves out of the way and watches her land face-first onto the mat. Tony laughs as he reaches down and pulls Noelle up against by her hair. He then pulls her close to him so that their foreheads touch. He whispers something to her before stepping back and throwing out a reverse discus elbow. But Noelle counters with a school boy. The crowd cheers!

After both grapplers get to their feet, Noelle rolls him up again; this time, in a small package.

After both grapplers return to their feet, Tony rocks her across the jaw with a reverse discus elbow, dropping her to one knee. Tony then takes off into the ropes. When he returns, he blasts her in the face with the #PimpShit. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

SMITH - 0

Kris Cruise: Now Noelle is down 0-1. That means she has to win the next two falls to become Pride Champion.

Stephy Auger: That’s why that first fall is so important. All the pressure is on Noelle now. She fought pretty good. But once Tony started going after the head, it was curtains.

The bell sounds, signaling the end of the mandatory rest period. While the ref is checking on Noelle, Tony can be seen untying the top turnbuckle. He then rips it off, exposing the steel turnbuckle underneath. When he turns around, he sees Noelle slowly getting back to a vertical base. So he charges from out of the corner, delivers a double leg pickup and rams her back-first into the opposite corner. He proceeds to unleashes a barrage of shoulder thrusts that nearly knock the air out of Noelle. He then hoists Noelle up and sits her down on the top turnbuckle. After climbing up onto the second turnbuckle, Tony hooks Noelle’s arm and throws her down with a top rope arm drag.

Stephy Auger: You know what comes next, Cruise. This one is about to be over!

While Noelle stirs on the canvas, Tony gets up on his knees and violently slaps the canvas with his hands.

Kris Cruise: Tony now, waiting impatiently to hit that Shining Wizard.

Stephy Auger: If he hits it, she’s done!

As Noelle slowly turns over onto her stomach, Tony pops up to his feet. He begins to quickly move his legs as he impatiently waits to deliver another #PimpShit. When Noelle gets up on one knee, Tony runs from out of the corner to deliver #PimpShit. But Noelle pops up to her feet and knocks him down with a dropsault. The crowd explodes in cheers.

Stephy Auger: What!?

Kris Cruise: Great counter by Noelle!

After both grapplers return to their feet, Noelle knocks him down with a running forearm smash. Tony returns to his feet, but Noelle returns him to the mat with another running forearm smash. As Tony gets back up, Noelle grabs him and goes for an irish whip. But Tony reverses, sending Noelle into the ropes. When Noelle returns, she dives halfway across the ring before knocking him down with a flying forearm smash.

Noelle picks up Tony and whips him into the ropes. She then charges into the corner. Tony goes to deliver a big boot. But Noelle puts on the brakes, grabs his foot and then shove it down before rocking him with an elbow smash to the face. Noelle then struggles to hoist Tony up onto the top rope. She then jumps up and delivers a hard slap across the chest. After stepping through the ropes, Noelle scales the turnbuckles. Once she gets to the top, she climbs up onto Tony’s shoulders, spins and goes for a dragonsteiner. But Tony thrusts his hands up underneath Noelle’s thighs, sending her flipping off him and crashing down to the canvas…

… but Noelle lands on her feet. So she runs back into the corner, scales the turnbuckles and connects with a step-up enzuigiri. While Tony’s dazed, Noelle steps back towards the center of the ring. She then runs back over towards the corner, leaps up onto the top rope, hops onto Tony’s shoulders and brings him down with an avalanche hurricanrana. The crowd explodes in cheers! Noelle crawls over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: How was that not three!?!?

Noelle gets up, steps through the ropes and scales the turnbuckles. Once she gets to the top, she crouches down and waits for Tony to return to his feet. After Tony gets up and turns around, Noelle stands up leaps off and connects with a flying crossbody block…

… but Tony rolls through it and lifts up Noelle as he gets back to his feet.

Stephy Auger: This doesn’t look good for Noelle..

Tony shifts Noelle over his shoulder before running into the corner. Noelle then slips down and shoves Tony forward, sending him sternum-first into the turnbuckle. As Tony stumbles back, Noelle hops onto his shoulders and spikes him with an inverted hurricanrana. The crowd cheers as Tony’s head in driven into the canvas. She then picks up Tony, places him in position and delivers the Swing, Set, Match! The crowd explodes in cheers as she makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Just like that, the score is tied 1-1. Now the pressure is right back on Tony.

Stephy Auger: No it’s not. He could get himself intentionally counted out and lose the fall and the match, but not the title. He could do the same with an intentional DQ. Noelle has to pin Tony. She has to make him submit. That’s the great thing about the champion’s advantage. Don’t get it confused, Cruise, the pressure is still on Noelle to pull this thing out.

The bell sounds to end the mandatory rest period. As Tony returns to his feet, Noelle runs from out of the corner and brings him down with a headscissors takeover. Tony gets back to his feet, but Noelle runs over and connects with a front dropkick, knocking him through the ropes and to the floor.

While Tony stirs on the outside, Noelle gets down on one knee and begins slapping the canvas. After Noelle gets back to her feet, she takes off into the far ropes. When she comes back, she goes for a suicide dive. But Tony grabs her in mid air and slams her down hard onto the floor. Tony proceeds to stomp the hell out of her as he puts the boots to her back. He then mounts himself on top of Noelle’s back and hammers away with punches to the back of the head. After already being warned once, the ref docks him a rope break for using close fists. Tony then gets up and spits in the ref’s direction.

Kris Cruise: That’s your Pride Champion right there!

Tony mounts himself back onto Noelle’s back, grabs her by the hair with both hands and repeatedly rams her face-first against the floor. The crowd boos as he yanks Noelle up by the hair and rolls her back into the ring. After rolling himself back in, he rolls Noelle close to the ropes and makes the cover.

Tony makes another lateral press. This time, he holds down Noelle’s right arm.

Furious, Tony gets up and stomps the hell out of Noelle’s chest. He then reaches down, yanks up Noelle and whips her hard into the corner. As Noelle stumbles out of the corner, Tony runs over and turns her inside out with a clothesline. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: You can see the champ starting to get frustrated.

Stephy Auger: Didn’t I just tell you, Tony could lose this fall by DQ and keep his title.

Kris Cruise: Yeah, but the more frustrated he gets, the more mistakes he makes. The more mistakes he makes, the more chances Noelle has to get back in this.

Tony picks up Noelle and delivers a snap suplex. He then swivels his hips, rolls over, pulls Noelle back up and delivers another snap suplex. Tony rolls over and pulls Noelle back up. But instead of going for a third snap suplex, Tony doubles her over with a knee to the midsection. He then quickly locks on an abdominal stretch.

Stephy Auger: Tony’s looking to wear her down now.

The ref asks Noelle if she wants to give up. But Noelle won’t quit. So Tony slowly reaches back and pulls on the middle rope, increasing the pressure of the hold. Noelle begins to scream while the ref continues to check in on her. Just as the ref gets up to check on Tony, he’s let go of the middle rope. But the ref notices that the rope is moving slightly. So he looks at Tony before kneeling back down in front of Noelle. The ref checks back in with her and asks if she wants to give up. But again, Noelle refuses to quit. So Tony eyes the ref as he slowly reaches back and pulls on the top rope again. This time, the ref catches him, slaps his hand off the ropes and gives him another warning.

Kris Cruise: There you go, ref!

The ref checks back in and asks Noelle if she wants to give up. When she refuses to quit. Tony takes his free arm and proceeds to elbow Noelle over and over in the ribs. He then takes his free arm and proceeds to grind his elbow against Noelle’s ribs, causing her to cringe and groan in pain. The ref asks her against if she wants to give up. But despite the agony that she’s in, Noelle refuses to quit. So Tony reaches back and blatantly pulls on the middle rope. The ref then gets up and docks him another rope break. But Tony doesn’t care as he continues to hold onto the middle rope. So the ref goes over and pries Tony’s hand off the middle rope. While Tony yells at the ref, Noelle musters the strength to throw him down with a hip toss. But she’s quick to clutch her ribs.

Kris Cruise: Tony’s down and now, he’s out of rope breaks.

While both grapplers are down, the ref starts his count.

Tony throws out a kick to the midsection. Noelle catches the kick, but Tony counters with an enzuigiri that sends her flipping down to the canvas. He then yanks up Noelle, runs and tosses her through the ropes and to the floor. As Noelle slowly gets up on the outside, Tony takes off into the far ropes. When he comes back, he hits a somersault topé through the ropes, knocking her down as the crowd boos.

Stephy Auger: What a flipping dive through the ropes by the champion!

Tony picks up Noelle and rolls her back into the ring. After he rolls himself back in, he makes the cover.

When Tony gets back to his feet, Noelle stuns him with a roundhouse kick. She then connects with another roundhouse kick. This time, she knocks him down to one knee. Noelle then runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she connects with a front dropkick to the face. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Tony gets his shoulder up, but the momentum is now firmly behind Noelle.

Noelle steps through the ropes and scales the turnbuckles. Once Tony gets up to his feet, Noelle knocks him down with a shotgun dropkick to the back. Noelle then gets up, heads across the ring, steps through the ropes and scales the turnbuckles.

Stephy Auger: What is she doing now?

Once Tony gets back to his feet, Noelle leaps off and knocks him down with a shotgun dropkick to the chest. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Noelle picks up Tony, slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle and turns him around. She then climbs up onto the middle ropes and hammers down with elbow smashes to the face.

Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SI! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN!

Noelle hops down, grabs Tony and whips him hard into the opposite corner. As Tony stumbles from out of the corner, Noelle runs into the ropes. She comes back, grabs Tony and brings him down with a bulldog. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Noelle picks up Tony and whips him into the corner. She runs across the ring, but Tony connects with a back elbow to the face. After dragging Noelle in position, he heads back into the corner, scales the turnbuckles and flips off, going for a Phoenix Splash…

Kris Cruise: Noelle gets her knees up in time!

While Tony’s curled up, Noelle steps through the ropes and waits for Tony to get up. Once Tony returns to his feet and turns around, Noelle knocks him down with a springboard crossbody.

Kris Cruise: Another close call for the champ!

Noelle picks up Tony and nails him with a barrage of elbow smashes to the face. She then steps back and throws out a kick to the midsection. After Tony catches her foot, Noelle goes to counter with an enzuigiri using her free leg. But Tony ducks, takes the foot that he was already holding and turn it into an ankle lock.

Stephy Auger: Sprinkle Lock!

The ref then gets down and asks Noelle if she wants to give up. But Noelle refuses to quit. So Tony begins cranking away on the ankle while he yells at Noelle to tap. But Noelle won’t quit. Instead, she rolls forward to try and break the hold. But Tony rolls through it, gets back to his feet and goes back to cranking away at the ankle.

Stephy Auger: Not so fast, Noelle!

Kris Cruise: She tried to break the hold, but Tony’s got it locked on tight.

Noelle can be seen tugging her hair while she grits her teeth in pain. The ref asks her again if she wants to give up. But Noelle still refuses to quit. She then rolls forward and to try and break the hold. But once again, Tony rolls through it, returns to his feet and keeps cranking away on the ankle. The crowd sighs.

Kris Cruise: Tony’s got a death grip around Noelle’s ankle.

Stephy Auger: She can’t hang on for much longer, Cruise.

Crowd: NOELLE! NOELLE! NOELLE! NOELLE! NOELLE!

The ref asks Noelle if she wants to give up. But once again, Noelle refuses to quit. She rolls forward once again. This time, the momentum sends Tony crashing head-first into the top turnbuckle. The crowd explodes in cheers. As he stumbles back and turns around, Noelle jumps up, spins and plants him with a DDT. She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: How was that not three!?

Noelle picks up Tony and whips him into the corner. She then runs, jumps and connects with a corner elbow smash. After moving him out of the way, Noelle hoists herself up onto the middle ropes and goes to apply an inverted facelock to set up for the Beauty Mark. But Tony quickly reaches up, grabs Noelle, runs across the ring and delivers a snake eyes onto the exposed turnbuckle. As Noelle stumbles back, Tony turns her around, kicks her in the midsection, lifts her up across his back and delivers It’s Always Sunny in Sicily. But he can't make the cover. He’s too exhausted. As Noelle slowly gets up on one knee, Tony gets to his feet, runs over and connects with #PimpShit. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

“Solarflare” blares throughout the arena as the crowd erupts in boos.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winners and STILL the FGA Pride Champion, TONY CARMINE!

The ref kneels down and hands the title belt to Tony. Tony snatches the belt away from the ref before rolling to the floor. An exhausted Tony clutches his championship as he staggers up the aisle.

Kris Cruise: Tony Carmine retains his championship. But he retains it by the skin of his teeth.

Stephy Auger: Whether it was a close call or a rout, Tony retains his title and that’s all that matters to him. Noelle put up a fight. She pushed him harder than Tony thought she was able to. But in the end, The Last Star continues to shine bright as Tony once again retains his Pride Championship.

[FGA Office]

The camera fades into the backstage area as Zero McHannon appears on the screen with the FGA World Championship slung over his shoulder. He looks lost in his thoughts as he slowly makes his way down the hallway, avoiding eye contact with everyone he passes.

Kris Cruise: And here’s the FGA World Champion. He looks like his match tonight is bothering him more than it should.

Stephy Auger: It should bother him. Champions get bothered about the thought of losing their title.

Kris Cruise: I think I’d have to agree with you on this one. Zero has came a long way since coming to FGA, he doesn’t want to let anyone down.

Stephy Auger: Oh, trust me, he let a good majority of us down when he won that title.

McHannon stops and looks over his shoulder as he comes across Cindy Parker’s locker room, where he just stares at the name on the door for several moments. Next to the door was the Canadian Stampede poster. He looks from the door to the poster, then back to the door, and then the poster.

Stephy Auger: Think he realizes that this could be the end?

Kris Cruise: I think he realizes how big tonight’s match is. It’s his first title defense. Against his friend.

Stephy Auger: There’s no friends in that ring, Kris. We all know this.

He lowers the FGA World Championship from his shoulder and stares at the hardware as he then looks back up to the Canadian Stampede poster.

Zero McHannon: My mind is made up. Time to have the stomach to do what I promised myself.

McHannon throws the title back over his shoulder and turns away from the poster, and Cindy’s locker room, making his way in the other direction to get ready for his match.

Kris Cruise: Well, if his head isn’t in the right place, it needs to get there quickly. His match is coming up soon and the fans will want everything they can get from both Cindy Parker and Zero McHannon.

Stephy Auger: I’m excited for this match. Can’t wait for it to start already.

As Zero walks out of the scene, he pulls his headphones back over his ear and clutches onto the FGA World Championship with a deathgrip.

[FGA Office]

Nero danced in the middle of the rose-filled locker room with his wine glas in his hand as the violinist continued to play soft melodies that tickled his ears. Finishing off the his second glass of wine, he set the glass down on the small table set for two as he sighed softly.

Nero: Oh Aries, my sweet prince...when will you come rescue me and whisk me away from this horrid place?

With light toes, he twirled towards the large stuffed teddy bear, falling back into the large plush toy with a gentle sigh passing his lips. He reached up and wrapped it’s large cuddy arms around himself nestling back into the soft belly as he closed his eyes.

Teddy Bear: ...we always hurt the ones we love the most.

Nero’s eyes open wide in bewilderment as he tried to pull from the teddy bear finding his efforts fruitless as he continued to struggle.

Nero: What in the world is going on here?!

Nero looks up at the waiter who looks on in horror as well as the violinist, who drops her violin in fright looking for the nearest exit.

Teddy Bear: …Trust me, you’ll get everything you deserve and then some at the end of it. That I can definitely promise you.

The lightbulb seems to go off in Nero’s head as his mouth opens wide in horror.

Nero: Oh sweet Romeo...don’t do this…

His pleas go unanswered as the freakishly large teddy bear sends Nero over its head with a release German Suplex into the large bed of thorn-covered roses. Nero moans in pain as the bear rolls to his feet as reached up to pull of its oversized head only to reveal its rather dastardly secret inside…

...Aries F’n Reed.

Aries Reed: SURPRISE YOU SONNUVABITCH!

His laugh echoes throughout the locker room as he squirms out of the bear suit, kicking it to the side. Standing over the rather stunned Nero, Aries places his hands on his waist with a large grin on his face.

Aries Reed: You think that I was gonna actually let you think that you had me? That I had actually fallen for the likes of you? YOU HAVE SINGLE HANDEDLY RUINED MY LIFE, YOU ASSHOLE! You ruined my marriage...you damn near ruined my career in the FGA...and I’m going to make sure that you never ruin anything...urgh!

Aries is cut off as Nero connected to the jiblets of Aries, who falls to his knees in agony grabbing his legacy with both hands howling out in pain as Nero slowly climbs to feet pulling the roses off of his body.

Nero: You could of had it all...all you had to do was love me…WHY DON’T YOU LOVE ME?!

Nero yelled as Aries struggled to crawl away as Nero followed him. Aries reached up for the table for stability as Nero grabbed him by his black braids pulling his head back angrily.

Nero: ...if you don't love me...then I will make sure that nobody will ever love you…

Aries only smiles in face of the irate Nero as he begins to laugh, grabbing the empty glass smashing it into the face of Nero who falls back with a high-pitched scream. Climbing to his feet, Aries continues to laugh as he grabs the half-filled wine bottle, taking a quick swing for himself.

Aries Reed: Mmm...that’s some good shit. I’m glad that I didn’t spare the expense.

Looking down at Nero who covers his face, to clear the glass, Aries delivers a quick boot to his midsection as a smirk covers his face.

Aries Reed: Understand this, you picked the wrong bastard...and I can understand that you that pain you feel isn’t so much the glass in your face but that of a broken heart. So I’ll say that you tell you this...once you figure out that this was never meant to be, I strongly suggest that you move on because if I see you face again, I’m going to break so much more than just your heart.

Aries slowly stands to his face, his trademark smirk still on his lips as he steps over the fallen Nero, leaving the locker room.
