TEAM BACKGROUND
TEAM DYNAMIC:
The fight team of "The South Street Submission Artist" Raymond Blackwood and "The Rip City Butcher" Archie Collins, known as “Hook & Grapple”, sees wrestling today as more of pageantry instead of a sport and it disgusts them to no end. They are elitists in their views of professional wrestling as they are with punk rock. To them, Pro Wrestling turned into Yellowcard when it used to be Black Flag. They know the beauty in scientific wrestling and wants to reintroduce the professional wrestling world to that style. The ring is their sacred ground and those who enter only procure respect if they deserve it.
STRENGTHS:
1. Grinders - Both men have an amateur wrestling background and because of this they are able to control the pace of the match
2. Intensity - H//G are like rabid wolverines, always on attack mode.
3. Chemistry - Childhood friends turned into a wrestling tag team... they complement each other so well.
WEAKNESSES:
1. High-Flying - Teams with aerial abilities tend to cause problems with H//G.
2. Powerhouses - Teams with big meaty men could easily find a way to overpower them.
3. Selfishness - If the team falters, they tend to blame each other, causing some friction during matches at times.

BACKGROUND:
Meeting at a wrestling camp when they were younger, Collins and Blackwood have been in the business of wrestling since they were young teenagers. They’ve been involved in fighting their whole life, training as a part of the same fight team, and entering wrestling and grappling tournaments representing the “Hook & Grapple” brand. Collins focuses more on the technical style of wrestling, utilizing more of the submissions based grappling. Collins enjoys more of an amateur wrestler style, focusing on throws and pins.
