TEAM BACKGROUND
TJ and Sparrow have been two of the more prominent standouts of young talent to come to FGA in later years. Already very familiar with each other from Liberty Pro, it was a matter of time before the two teamed up in a more official capacity. It really has been years of talking each other up in promotional segments, one-off team-ups, saving the soul of a company together, and having many classic one-on-one bouts. As it has been stated...This official team was a long time coming.
TEAM DYNAMIC:
Movement. Constant movement. It’s actually pretty much a wheelhouse of both competitors so what are you really going to do when you have two-speed demons making constant tags, building momentum for each other, and hitting you with flurries of strikes and from all corners? Sparrow will out-hit you. TJ will out-wrestle you. They’ll both outfly you. WHAT DO YOU EVEN DO AT THAT POINT? POWER MOVES? MISS DBD WITH THAT!
STRENGTHS:
1. The team is the epitome of speed and agility. Good luck with all that.
2. Innate trust in each other. Although young as a team this is built on friendship and allies going to war together and against each other.
3. They cover a lot of ground in terms of abilities. Speed. Technique (no pun intended). Striking. Mat wrestling. Just about the only thing the team is missing is...
WEAKNESSES:
1. Power. Power...Power...Power.
2. They’ve both seen some things...It’s not hard to think they can both fall to pride and vindictive/hardheadedness, especially as a team.
3. Overdoing it. They both are also committed to their singles careers so sometimes one may be coming off another match from another company, or even a match earlier at an FGA event.
TAUNTS/MANNERISMS:
(TJ)
1. Spinaroonie after a Scissors Kick
2. Smacking his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his forefingers
3. Cupping his hand to his ear
(Sparrow)
1. Sparrow will do a Rock Lee pose. This is mostly to psyche out an opponent/pop the crowd.
2. After taking a particularly brutal move from an opponent, Sparrow will kip-up as though it didn’t affect him...And then immediately faceplant/flop in sheer agony. Basically to show his opponent hit him so STUPIDLY hard that it took his brain a minute to register how much that hurt. Honestly, this is just a really fancy Flair Flop. Don’t judge me.
3. Sparrow will slowly raise his opponent up off the ground with one boot, ala Malachi/Aliester Black before kicking them back down or hitting a finisher. This is that vicious streak at work.

RING ENTRANCE:
[div align="center"]♫ PARTY PEOPLE! YOUR DREAMS HAVE NOW BEEN FULFILLED! (Word!)
GET YOUR ASS UP, AND LET’S GET ILL!
That’s right y’all! We more than ROUGH, we callin' your BLUFF!
And when it comes to rhymes (Brick City!) ♫”[/div]
The beat kicks in as "Oooh!" starts to knock through the speakers. Out through the curtain steps TJ Techniques, clad in his ring attire and hooded vest. Sparrow emerges soon after, creep-walking to the other side. Sparrow waves his hat to the left of the crowd, and TJ peeks out underneath the hood as he looks out to the right. TJ does the same to his left while Sparrow does the right before TJ’s hood gets flung back, smacking his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his forefingers. TJ nods his head as he makes his way down the ramp with purpose. Sparrow meanwhile begins high-fiving fans on his way down, even doing a half-spin.
TJ leaps to the apron before stepping into the squared circle. Both members of Def Before Dishonor make a beeline toward the corners and hop up to the top ropes. TJ scans the crowd before slapping his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his fingers. Sparrow does his usual Rock Lee pose, then points at Teej; both members do a backflip back into the ring from the turnbuckle. TJ then takes off the hooded vest before tossing it outside while Sparrow tosses his hat into the crowd. TJ tugs away at the top rope as he readies himself for his opponent/at the start of the match.
