ENTRANCE & ATTIRE
ENTRANCE MUSIC:
"Never Fight A Man With A Perm" by IDLES
RING ATTIRE:
Green-ish top with black features, White taped fists, Fishnets, Black kneepads, long Black wrestling boots
RING ENTRANCE:
The opening guitar riff of IDLES’ “Never Fight A Man With A Perm” joins us as the soundtrack for our scene. Spotlights circle wildly until one of them finds Mara Jade Miller standing amongst the crowd, a leather jacket with the sleeves torn off over their gear and a flannel shirt around her waist. The Kaiju of Seattle makes their way through the people, walking at an intense pace fitting the entrance music accompanying them.
Space for ring announcer to say things
Reaching the ring, Mara lifts themselves up onto the apron and steps into the ring. Giving themselves a few moments to stand right in the middle of the ring and gaze out toward the fans and soak in the moment, they waste little time in shedding their jacket and flannel shirt, stepping back into their corner and leaning on the top rope. Mara Jade Miller came here ready.
and wearing the INSERT TITLE Championship around their shoulder and under their arm opposite, sort of like a royal sash.

Reaching the ring, Mara lifts themselves up onto the apron and steps into the ring, making a b-line for the rope immediately facing hard-cam, standing behind it and holding up the INSERT TITLE Championship above their head, staring us down. It belongs to them. They want us to know. Mara wastes little time in shedding their jacket and flannel shirt, stepping back into their corner and leaning on the top rope. Mara Jade Miller came here to defend.
CHARACTER BACKGROUND
PERSONALITY:
Mara Jade Miller spends at least 99.9% of their life in a foul mood. Pessimistic, disillusioned and ill-tempered, Mara Jade's violent attitude could turn a few people off, yet MJ is still fiercely loyal to the select few they befriend. To everyone else, however, Mara is rude and undercutting, the only demeanour we seem to see from them being moody or lacking in any energy with no real in-between. Despite all of this, Mara does appear to possess a very dry sense of humour. Mara is sick of the world they live in and will make light of the situations they find themselves in whether the humour is inadvertent or not. If they have a softer, friendlier side, so far they’ve been doing an incredibly good job of hiding it.
STRENGTHS:
1. Toughness: Whether you can beat them or not, Mara Jade Miller will be hard to stop and beat the fuck out of you while you do it. Their sadomasochistic nature means they are best-suited to violent matches, and they’ll gladly take all the punishment if it means they get to their end goal. Suits them just fine if everyone is bleeding at the end of the match.
2. Size: Mara is often, in comparison to most female workers, MUCH taller. Monstrously-so. This is something they are sure to use to their advantage, using their long legs to take larger steps, to have better reach on kicks and allowing themself to hit power moves. When teaming with smaller people (specifically American Youth), they are perfect for tandem moves which involve her picking them up, supporting them or just full-on throwing them. Standing at 6’3, they are generally around the same height as the average male wrestler and can stand toe to toe with them too.
3. Creatively Violent: If that’s the best way to describe it. Mara sees matches as opportunities to exorcise their problems and explore their incredibly violent ideas, be that elaborate death traps they’ve constructed out of weapons or simply the opponent’s body against them. The ring, their opponent’s body, and any weapons they can get their hands on. Nothing is off the table. THIS is how Mara has fun.
WEAKNESSES:
1. Temper: Despite their talent, MJ is unfortunately very irritable with a well-documented anger issue, which can sometimes play against them in a variety of ways. They can be impatient and easy to annoy, something an opponent could exploit in matches.
2. Submission: Mara can wrestle just fine, however technical wrestling is not their strongest suit. With most experience in deathmatch wrestling, Mara doesn’t get a lot of opportunity to use submissions in the traditional sense and thus is a little out of practice. A work in progress.
3. Speed: Mara is no slouch by any means and against most male opponents this isn’t going to be an issue, but against a super-speedy cruiserweight or a woman much smaller and faster? Maybe a little different. They’re not a lumbering monster- 6’3 isn’t 7’5 after all - but they can be outpaced against the right person.

BACKGROUND:
It took Mara Jade Miller twenty-seven years to figure out who they wanted to be, and it turns out that person was someone who likes fighting. A lot.
Born in Seattle during the Grunge scene’s heyday, Mara’s parents split up when they were very young and time was divided between both while growing up. Bullied relentlessly at school due to their height, Mara found wrestling and became an instant fan, favouring the deathmatch scene. Time moved on and Mara bounced between dead-end jobs, now acting as the liaison between their very-much-divorced parents and helping raise their young step brother, yet still Mara attended local wrestling shows for years until eventually relocating to California to become a wrestler themselves. Initially starting out as a traditional wrestler, Mara eventually got a bit sick of that and became the irritable Non-Binosaurus Rex they are today.
Armed with a bad attitude, Mara has had successful runs in Slaughterhouse Wrestling, LSW, Pro Wrestling JET and has even had an award-winning dominant run in FGA all the while forming teams with American Youth and Alllister Meowly known as Wasted Generation and They/Them Pussy respctively. “Deadly Neighborhood” Mara Jade Miller knows exactly who they are now, and they’ll stop at nothing to achieve their potential
