EARLIER TODAY
Three FGA officials are shown getting together in one of the spare locker rooms. Drew Hall reaches into his gym bag and slips on a pair of elbow pads. Over in the corner is Dan Posey, who tucks his zebra striped shirt into his black trousers before running a black belt through the belt loops on the pants. Seconds later, a third official, Chuck Dillinger, walks into the room.
Chuck Dillinger: So, what do you guys have for tonight?
Drew Hall: Looks like I've got both tag team matches. Who do you have?
Chuck Dillinger: It looks like I'll be reffing all the matches between Silk & Cyanide, Ashes to Ashes and Renegades of Funk. Dan?
Dan Posey: I've got everything else, including the main event.
Drew Hall: That's going to be Chandler and Ace, right?
Dan Posey: Correct.
Drew Hall: First-time ever?
Dan Posey: I believe.
Chuck Dillinger: That should be a good one.
?: About that...
The three officials turn their attention to the doorway. Into the room walks one of the backstage attendants with a DVD in hand.
Dan Posey: Can I help you?
Attendant: Hi, are you Dan Posey?
Dan Posey: Yes, that's me. What can I do for you?
Relived, the attendant walks up to Posey and hands him the disc.
Attendant: Great! I was told to give this to you.
Dan Posey: Someone wanted you to give this to me?
Attendant: That's right. She said it might make you reconsider officiating tonight's main event.
Dan Posey: Okay... thanks?
Posey slowly takes the disc from the attendant. After the attendant leaves the room, Posey heads over to Dillinger and Hall.
Drew Hall: What's this?
Dan Posey: I'm not sure.
Chuck Dillinger: Let's see what we've got here then...
Dillinger takes the disc from Posey, presses the power button and eject button and inserts the disc into the player. He then turns on the TV after the disc tray retracts. Moments later, we see white lettering on an all black screen before the footage fades in.
Dillinger turns off the TV. He then turns to his left to look at Hall. Hall then turns to his left to look at Posey, who lets out a sigh before shaking his head.

Von Braun Center Huntsville, AL Kris Cruise: Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Vertigo! I’m Kris Cruise! Joining me as always is my colleague Stephy Auger! We’re coming to you live from the Von Braun Center here in Huntsville, Alabama and all four grapplers are already in the ring to kick off tonight’s opening contest! TAG TEAM MATCH Sloan Talbot & Laura Perelli vs. Antoinette & Julian Tijerina Tijerina and Perelli start things off for their respective teams. Perelli wins the lock up battle by getting Tijerina in a side headlock. Seconds later, Tijerina slips out and reverses into a hammerlock from behind. The hammerlock stays applied until Perelli uses her free arm to nail him with a back elbow to the face. La Principessa takes off into the ropes. When she returns, she slows down and stops when she sees Tijerina running past her into the same set of ropes. When Perelli turns around, the crowd cheers as Tijerina knocks her down with a springboard roundhouse kick! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli kicks out. Kris Cruise: Quick nearfall for Tijerina. The last time we saw all four of these grapplers in the ring, they were each successful in their individual bouts. Stephy Auger: Yeah, well one side will have to lose this one. Kris Cruise: Not necessarily. We could have a time limit draw. Stephy Auger: You know what I meant! Tijerina brings Perelli back to her feet before wrenching the arm. After a second arm wrench is delivered, Perelli executes a forward roll back to her feet, rolls backwards back to her feet, flips over with a headstand and follows up by sending Tijerina flipping down to the mat with a hard arm wrench. The boos continue as she drops to a knee, sits Tijerina up and overhooks the arm. Tijerina turns down the chance to quit before battling back to a vertical base. He then uses his free arm to move Perelli into the near ropes before pushing her off into the far ropes. When Perelli returns, she knocks Tijerina down with a jumping leg lariat. The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Tijerina kicks out. Kris Cruise: Quick nearfall from Perelli. This is an interesting match because this coming weekend, all four grapplers will be competing in a Fatal 4-Way at All-Star Showdown X! Stephy Auger: These aren’t teams in the traditional sense. If they were smart, they would hang their partners out to dry. It might lead to a loss tonight, but that would be at least one less opponent you'd have to worry about for the pay per view. Perelli takes Tijerina and sends him for the ride. Perelli goes to catch him off the rebound with a hip toss until Tijerina steps through it and counters with a hip toss of his own. The cheers continue as Tijerina follows up with #ArmDragCity (Over-the-shoulder Arm Drag followed by a Wheelbarrow Arm Drag followed by a Tilt-a-whirl Headscissors Arm Drag)! He quickly transitions into a Fujiwara Armbar! Kris Cruise: Fujiwara on Perelli! Tijerina’s giving Perelli a taste of her own medicine! Stephy Auger: She won’t like this! Not one bit! The crowd cheers when they see Perelli locked in the submission. Perelli turns down the chance to quit and starts to pull herself towards the side of the ring. As soon as she gets near the ropes, Tijerina releases the hold, rolls across her back and places her in a kneeling Ankle Lock! Kris Cruise: Another submission from El Guapo! Stephy Auger: Laura! Hang on! Tijerina starts to crank away on the ankle until Perelli turns over onto her back and uses her free leg to knock him down with an upkick. Tijerina tries to shake off the blow while Perelli gets back to her feet, heads over into the corner and tags in Sloan Talbot. Kris Cruise: Uh oh! Here comes the big man! Tijerina picks himself back up. As soon as he turns around, a right hook from Talbot drops him to the mat. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Tijerina kicks out. Stephy Auger: Tijerina nearly got his head knocked off by that punch! Kris Cruise: Talbot is clearly still in a mood after that loss to Logan Alexander at Only the Strong Survive. Talbot yanks Tijerina off the mat before whipping him into the corner. Talbot rushes in to attack until Tijerina counters with a back elbow to the face. Talbot shakes off the blow before rushing back in. This time, Tijerina knocks him back with a boot to the face. Tijerina runs out of the corner to attack before Talbot throws him down with a hip toss neckbreaker. The boos continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Tijerina kicks out. Talbot makes the cover again. ONE! . . TWO! . . Tijerina kicks out. The crowd boos when Talbot swings over on top of Tijerina and starts raining down punches from the mount. Kris Cruise: The ref’s got to step in here! Stephy Auger: And do what? Tell Talbot, “please stop!?” I think that referee is perfectly fine seeing Tijerina get tattered with punches. He’s not going to volunteer himself to be Talbot’s next punching bag. Talbot takes Tijerina and whips him into the ropes. He goes to catch Tijerina off the rebound with a sidewalk slam until Tijerina counters with a tilt-a-whirl into a crucifix pin! ONE! . . TWO! . . Talbot slips out. Once both grapplers return to their feet, Talbot runs after Tijerina while Tijerina backs up towards the ropes. The crowd cheers when Talbot tumbles over the top rope and hits the floor after a lowbridge from Tijerina. He then goes over and tags Antoinette in. Antoinette runs off the apron, leaps off and knocks Talbot down with a diving crossbody off the ropes! NO! Talbot catches her in mid air, runs forward and rams her back-first into the ring post! The boos continue as Talbot keeps Antoinette held before running down ringside and ramming her back-first into the ring post in his team’s corner. Talbot’s still not done! He keeps Antoinette held up before chucking her hard against the guardrail with a fallaway slam! Kris Cruise: Good Lord! Stephy Auger: If I’m Tijerina and I just saw that, I’m taking off and letting Antoinette handle the rest of this match. He’s felt Talbot’s power first hand. He saw what he just did to Antoinette. There’s no need to stick around. Talbot snatches Antoinette up off the mat before rolling her into the ring. He rolls himself back in and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Antoinette gets the shoulder up. Talbot yanks her up off the mat and shoves her into the corner. He goes to work with a series of back elbow strikes to the face, followed by a series of knee strikes to the midsection, followed by a series of shoulder thrusts. Talbot then tags Perelli back in before taking Antoinette and whipping her into the ropes. When she returns, Talbot lifts her up and brings her down with a Samoan Drop. Antoinette starts to sit up until Perelli runs over and flattens her with a Sliding D. The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Antoinette gets the shoulder up. Perelli pulls Antoinette back to her feet before bringing her down with a shoulder breaker. The crowd boos when Perelli gives her another shoulder breaker for good measure. She then sits Antoinette up and applies a Shoulder Claw. Kris Cruise: Antoinette’s trying to hang on here. Stephy Auger: Try as she might. But she’s on the wrong side of the ring with the wrong opponents. Antoinette turns down the chance to quit. She can be seen reaching out towards the crowd while they chant her name. Antoinette stars to feed off the energy of the crowd. After she battles back to a vertical base, the crowd boos when Perelli brings her down with Dead Money (Regal Plex)! ONE! . . TWO! . . Antoinette gets the shoulder up. Perelli picks up Antoinette and goes for an irish whip. Antoinette reverses, follows Perelli into the corner and throws her out with a monkey flip! The cheers continue as Antoinette slips out to the apron, scales to the top turnbuckle, leaps off and knocks Perelli down with a missile dropkick! She then rolls over, dives over towards her corner and tags Tijerina back in. The cheers continue as Tijrina brings Perelli down with a springboard diving neckbreaker! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Talbot drags Tijerina off Perelli. The boos continue as Talbot takes Tijerina and whips him into the ropes. Talbot catches Tijerina by the throat off the return before bringing him down with a chokeslam! NO! On the way up, Tijerina turns and brings Talbot down into a Fujiwara Armbar! Kris Cruise: Tijerina’s got the armbar on Talbot! Tijerina keeps the armbar applied until Perelli runs over and nails him with a Penalty Kick to the back of the head! The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Antoinette dives over and breaks up the pin. Kris Cruise: Good save by Antoinette! Antoinette goes to head back towards her corner until Perelli runs over, grabs her from behind and chucks her shoulder-first into the ring post. Kris Cruise: Oh come on! Stephy Auger: That’s what she gets for breaking up Perelli’s pin! Perelli backs away from the corner until Tijerina returns the favor with a superkick to the back of the head. Tijerina gives her the finger gun taunt while she drops to her knee. The Venomous Virtuoso takes off into the ropes, comes back and flattens Perelli with the Kedavra Knee (Shining Wizard)! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd cheers as "Senbonzakura (violin cover)" hits the speakers. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this bout… JULIAN TIJERINA and ANTOINETTE! Kris Cruise: Julian Tijerina and Antoinette pick up the win for their team here tonight. But this coming weekend at All-Star Showdown X, it will be everyone for themselves in that Fatal 4-Way. Stephy Auger: They can enjoy their little win tonight. But no will will be there to save them at the pay per view. Kris Cruise: Our opening tag team match is in the books. But that’s not the only tag match we’ve got lined up for tonight. Stephy Auger: That’s right. The team of Izzy Anders and Lowri Moss will be taking on the Illuminati PROJEKT later on tonight! Kris Cruise: Speaking of tag teams, the saga between Silk & Cyanide, Ashes to Ashes and Renegades of Funk continues tonight as we’ll see three separate singles matches between the members of each of those teams! Stephy Auger: The World Tag Team Championship will be on the line at All-Star Showdown X when the Renegades of Funk defend against Silk & Cyanide and Ashes to Ashes in a Triple Threat Match. This will be the Renegades and the Ashleys last chance to get any momentum until those Tag Titles finally come to Slk & Cyanide this weekend. Kris Cruise: That last part remains to be seen. The always traveling Owen Gonsalves will be in action tonight as he goes one on one with Savannah Taylor! Stephy Auger: The history between these two dates all the way back to Owen’s first match in FGA back in 2017. He’s been waiting a long time to get that win back. Guess what, Cruise? He’ll still be waiting after tonight. Kris Cruise: The former Pride Champion Tyler Storm will be in action later tonight as he goes one on one with John Carmichael. Stephy Auger: Very few grapplers have held the Pride Championship twice. You’ll be seeing two of them going at it in the ring tonight. But let me tell you something, Cruise. You won’t see any sportsmanship from Carmichael. He wont be adhering to the Pride Rules. He’s here to bring the pain. Kris Cruise: Finally, in our main event, Ace Voltage goes one on one with Chandler Scott. Stephy Auger: Chandler likes to call himself the FGAce, but there’s only one Ace here in FGA in 2021 and that’s the reigning Pride Champion, Ace Voltage. Ace finds himself in another main event and he’s going to prove why he is deserving of that main event spot by beating Chandler Scott here tonight! Kris Cruise: Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got a ton of action for you here tonight. We’ll be right back after this... • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

Backstage, Julian Tijerina is found by the camera crew once again, walking through the Von Braun Center right after parting ways with Antoinette Sands. He offers the crew one of his patented guapo grins before approaching them, once again standing his ground with his hands on his hips, as he takes another opportunity to briefly address everyone watching.
Julian Tijerina: Von Braun Center, Huntsville, Alabama... Home of the man that was… “Beautiful”
He pauses to let the home crowd cheer that name before taking a deep breath and continuing, still smiling.
Julian Tijerina: We have a lot in common. We're both "Beautiful," we both love our roots, and we both don't give up so easily...
He pauses again, letting those thoughts sink in, not just for those watching him, them, but also for himself.
Julian Tijerina: Over the course of his career, he made his name working with a lot of different people. I've learned a lot watching him, doing my homework before my first tag team match back with the "Beautiful" Antoinette Sands... "Beautiful" people... We tend to stick together, am I right?
Julian grins, raising an eyebrow, before nodding his head in agreement to his own question.
Julian Tijerina: Tonight was an amazing night for me. I had fun working with Ant. Hopefully, we get to work together again in the future, and not just for a one night...Sands. Tonight we continue my redemption arc, El Guapo Julian Tijerina's way back to becoming an FGA Champion, to once again give you all what you deserve, a "Beautiful" champion who can elevate FGA back to the heights where it truly belongs! Alto en el cielo!
He hypes himself up with every word, taking the exhilarating feeling in.
Julian Tijerina: Mis amigas, mis amigos, Huntsville, Alabama!
He yells that last part to encourage the fans in attendance to yell back at him.
Julian Tijerina: THAT! ...is cien por ciento guapo!
Julian then gives the camera as well as the crew a "flying kiss" before walking away.

We go Spencer Burke who is standing next to Ashley Marie Chase who seems to be very interested in what is happening on the monitor she is watching.
Spencer Burke: You seem quite interested in the Monitor so what are you watching?
AMC ignores him at first and then glances over at him and sighs
AMC: Well obviously I am watching the show. If you need more information I am waiting for a particular match to start and it should be on pretty soon.
Spencer seems slightly befuddled
Spencer Burke: Um you will be waiting as Ashley Sands' match against TJ is still a little ways off.
AMC Chuckles
AMC: You are a silly little man Spencer. Of course I will be watching Sully’s match but I was actually talking about Cassius' match against Sara Mason. Do you know why I have to watch his match Spencer?
Spencer Burke: I would assume you are scouting him before…….
AMC cuts Spencer off
AMC: Actually no. I need to watch his matches because as usual at some point he will start to take a beating and then as usual I will need to run out there and save his sorry ass. Not because I give two shits about him but because I can’t have him crying because he is injured when it comes time for Ashes 2 Ashes to win those tag titles. Nobody is stopping us from getting those belts thus my interest in keeping Cassius injury free.
Spencer Burke: Speaking of tag teams and watching for interference and injury tonight you face off with Erin Mariani who cost you your match at the last show.
AMC rolls her eyes
AMC: I also remember That I kicked her sorry ass first. Yes I lost the match, yes I allowed myself to get distracted. However I also remember hitting a Kick Of Doom that put her lights out and then for good measure I nailed a Name Dropper just because I could.
AMC closes her eyes and licks her lips thinking about taking Erin out in that match
AMC: Yes that was a truly pleasurable experience but you are right that she cost me that match. Hopefully Laura Perelli bought you dinner or a drink because after tonight Erin will be eating food through a straw and the best part is I don’t need to worry about Sully trying to stop me because we are on the same page this time around. She wants to hurt all you bitches just as badly as I do and that is bad news for the champs and any other team who thinks getting in our way is a good idea. You see Erin after I finish with you, me and Sully might just visit your partner and put her in traction as well. Now if you are done I need to get back to watching the show just in case Cassius needs saving again. So Shoo!!!!
AMC waves Spencer off and goes back to watching the monitor.

Sara Mason vs. Cassius Reed It’s not my fault your girlfriend likes me, I do her hard like fucking warp speed, Your Dad’s mad, it’s not my fucking fault, That your Mom wants to fucking fuck me! As the intro to “You Suck” by Pour Habit blasts throughout the arena, out from the back bursts Cassius Reed! Slowly rotating in his gold lined black ring robe Cassius soaks in the atmosphere for just a moment. Spinning to face the ring, he shadow boxes at the top of the ramp a short time more, before posing, spreading his arms wide, and sprinting down to the ring at full pace! J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, fighting out of Funkytown, USA, and tipping the scales tonight at 205 pounds! He is one half of the reigning FGA World Tag Team Champions... CASSIUS! REED! Sliding in under the bottom rope, he quickly rolls onto his back before kipping up! Giving a quick smirk and raised eyebrow to the referee, he turns and leaps to the top of the nearest turnbuckle, before whipping off his ring robe with a flourish. He poses just a moment at the top of the turnbuckle, smug grin on his face, robe hanging from his hand, before dropping back to the mat, consigning his entrance gear to the outside whilst he finishes warming up for the match with more shadow boxing. Kris Cruise: Cassius Reed is looking to get back in the win column tonight as he and TJ Techniques will be defending their tag gold in the Triple Threat Match at All-Star Showdown X! Stephy Auger: Well, with TJ not out here, we don't have to worry about Cassius being knocked off the apron into the guardrail! Kris Cruise: Those were accidents, Stephy! Stephy Auger: Were they? Were they, really? If it just happened once, then fine, I’d eventually let it go. But twice, Cruise? Twice? Then he flat out refuses Cassius’ help last week! Kris Cruise: It was an accident both times, it was clear as day. You might disagree with TJ’s actions last week, but he’s a man of honor. He wasn’t about to cheat to get ahead. Stephy Auger: He’s also the man that agreed with Cassius when Cassius told him point blank that he would do whatever was needed to win. Now he pulls this stunt after “accidentally” knocking Cassius off the apron twice. If I’m Cassius, I would really rethink if its worth carrying him on his back. Kris Cruise: No one is carrying anyone in the Renegades of Funk. They’re a cohesive unit that has yet to lose in standard two on two tag team action. Stephy Auger: No, Cruise. What they are is a team that’s being lead by Cassius Reed. It’s remarkable that Cassius was even able to win the Tag Titles while being weighed down by TJ Techniques. The arena slowly descends into darkness as "Voodoo" begins to fill the arena, and just as the arena is filled with darkness... THAT GIRL IS PSYCHO ...the lights come back up to reveal Sara Mason crouched at the top of the ramp, her eyes locked on her opponent and a wicked smirk crosses her face as she pictures what she had in mind, and she remains there...watching...waiting They call me killer, call me some kind of freak But they keep calling me, they're calling on me Oh yeah, I've got 'em praying, sweating and shaking Now I've got my eye set on you Having finished toying with her prey for the time being, Mason snaps to her feet and begins to march towards the ring as she playfully bops her head in tune to her entrance theme, although given the way she's keeping her eyes fixed on her opponent it may not be as playful as appears J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, hailing from Salem, Oregon! Weighing in at 123 pounds… SARA MASON! They call me conjurer, they say I'm divine Portrayed as poison, my past lovers and mine Hell yeah, I curse their mothers Fathers and brothers, for hell that they all put me through As she reaches the bottom of the entrance ramp Mason simply walks past the ring steps and grabs the first chair she can get her hands on and tosses it into the ring, but before the referee can rebuke her the arena lights cut to darkness once more. (THAT GIRL IS PSYCHO) They all tell me that I'm evil
As the arena light come back up Mason is back at the foot of the entrance ramp with her arms held out to her sides to say that, yes, she's here - now what the hell do you plan on doing about it? But before anyone can answer the question the arena lights cut to pitch blackness once again.
(THAT GIRL IS PSYCHO) That I'll never be one of them
As the arena lights come back up, Mason is stood on the ring apron and eyeballing her opponent, but they very quickly cut to black once again.
(THAT GIRL IS PSYCHO) They wanna see me burn
As the lights come back up again Mason is crouching next to the ring ropes, looking at her opponents with a damn near predatory look on her face, and once again the lights cut to darkness.
(THAT GIRL IS PSYCHO) You wouldn't do that to me, would you? This time as the lights come back up Mason is now crouched in the middle of the ring, still eyeballing her opponent, but judging by the way she's bobbing from one side to another she's about to strike any second as the lights cut out yet again. Well I'm psycho, voodoo, that's what they say about me I've got you under my spell Instead of striking immediately, Mason crawls back a few paces into the corner she has her back to, maintaining eye contact the entire time to let her opponent know that, yeah, you're lucky she's in a playful mood this evening. And I'm psycho, voodoo, that's what they say about me What will you say about me? reaching up, Mason grabs the ring ropes and pulls herself into a crouch once again and still maintains her stare, as she simply waits for the opening bell to ring as if she were a coiled snake looking to strike her prey. Kris Cruise: Mason and Mariani have continuing to stick their noses in the affairs of both the Renegades of Funk and Ashes to Ashes. It might be a Triple Threat Match for the Tag Titles at All-Star Showdown X. But it might end up being a Handicap Match until Silk & Cyanide get dealt with. Stephy Auger: Of course they would team up to take out Silk & Cyanide. We both know that Mason & Mariani are the biggest threats in that match. So it makes sense. Silk & Cyanide were screwed over in a big triple threat match for the Tag Titles last year. They won’t get screwed again. The match starts with Mason doubling Reed over with a cross chop to the throat. After whipping Reed into the ropes, Mason tackles him down with a Lou Thesz Press before following up with multiple headbutts. Mason pulls Reed up to a seated position before hitting the far ropes. She comes off the return and throws out a sliding clothesline. She misses when Reed rolls out of the ring. After both grapplers return to a vertical base, Reed catches her with a pair of snapping jabs. The cheers continue when Reed rattles off another pair of snapping jabs. The Funky Dragon goes for another pair of snapping jabs when Mason swats the punch away from her and counters with a Salem Slap (palm strike to the face)! The boos continue when Mason hits Reed with another Salem Slap. Mason goes for a third Salem Slap, but Reed ducks and counters with a Pimp Slap. Mason is then sent for the ride. When Mason returns, Reed brings her down with a huracanrana before follows up with mounted punches. Kris Cruise: Reed’s won the striking battle! Stephy Auger: That’s the only thing he’ll be winning anytime soon. It kills me to say that. You know how big of a fan I am of The Funky Dragon. Reed takes Mason, marches into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Mason around, Reed goes to work with body blows before delivering an irish whip. Reed follows Mason across the ring until she hops through the top & middle ropes and counters with a pendulum overhead kick! Mason turns around the apron and goes for a springboard maneuver. But as Mason’s mid jump, Reed dives over and shoves her out of the air, sending her falling to the floor. The cheers continue as Reed takes off into the far ropes. The Funky Dragon picks up speed on his way back across the ring before bringing Mason down with a slingshot huracanrana! Reed takes Mason and rolls her back inside before rolling back in to make the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mason kicks out. Reed brings Mason down with a snap suplex before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mason kicks out. Reed takes Mason and brings her back down with a belly to back suplex before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mason kicks out. The Funky Dragon pulls Mason back up before throwing her down with a bridging Northern Lights Suplex. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mason gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Quick series of pins there by Reed, but he only gets a two count. Stephy Auger: You’re going to have to do more than that to keep Sara Mason down. Reed positions Mason for a DDT until she grabs Reed and runs forward, ramming him back-first into the corner. From there, Mason unleashes a series of shoulder thrusts before following up with a headbutt. The boos continue as Mason connects with a series of palm strikes to the chest followed by an elbow to the face. Reed then slumps down in the corner after winding up on the receiving end of the Lyssa (side kick to an opponent's midsection). Mason keeps pouring on the offense as she hits Reed with multiple running dropkicks. She then drags Reed out of the corner before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Reed gets the shoulder up. Mason takes Reed, heads across the ring and delivers the Lorelei (with the opponent in a headlock, Mason dives out of the ring to snap their neck on the ropes)! Reed remains across the middle rope while Mason slides back inside and takes off into the far ropes. The boos continue as Mason comes back across the ring and connects with the Crystal Plumage (cross body block to the back of an opponent draped over the middle rope)! Mason then drapes Reed across the bottom rope before stepping onto his back to choke him. While the ref gives her till the count of five to break the choke, Mason stares right at the official and counts along with him. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! F- Mason reluctantly breaks the choke. She then drags Reed away from the ropes before hitting the far ropes. When Mason returns, she connects with a running seated senton across the back. The boos continue as she returns to her feet before delivering a leg drop across the back. Mason gets back to her feet and faces away from Reed. She motions for a moonsault splash, only to hit a back kick to Reed’s head instead. Kris Cruise: Total disrespect from Sara Mason. Stephy Auger: You want to talk about disrespect? Mason and Mariani have been getting disrespected for well over a year now! With Reed still in the prone position, Mason steps out to the apron before climbing the turnbuckles. Once she reaches the top, she leaps off and connects with a flying elbow drop to the back! NO! The crowd cheers when Reed rolls out of the way in time! Kris Cruise: The pool was empty on that one! Both grapplers are slow to return to a vertical base. Mason uses her good arm to try and hit Reed with another Salem Slap, but Reed counters with Johnny Cage (split-legged punch to the midsection)! Reed gets back to his feet and delivers a split-legged Stunner. Mason stumbles back while Reed gets back to his feet. The Funky Dragon runs over and over and drops her with the Spanish Archer (Bionic Elbow)! Mason gets back to her feet before getting dropped with another Spanish Archer. He then pulls Mason into a font facelock before planting her with a Snap DDT! Reed makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mason gets the shoulder up. Reed sets up for an irish whip when Mason reverses. The Funky Dragon returns off the rebound before bringing Mason down with What Da Funk? (headstand handspring headscissors takedown)! Mason picks herself back up before getting caught with the Pimp Slap Symposium (Quick Right Handed slap to opponent’s face to get opponent to drop their guard, into a quick Right Jab - Right Jab - Left Hook Boxing Combo, dazing the opponent, and ending with a Michael Jackson style spin straight into a (Left Handed) Spinning Backhand Slap to opponent’s face WITH AUTHORITY)! While Mason is dazed, Reed turns, heads towards the ropes, rebounds back and spikes her with the Son of Funkenstein (Springboard Reverse Huracanrana)! The cheers continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… CASSIUS REED! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

As the scene fades in, Spencer Burke is seen standing with a microphone in the backstage area in front of an FGA banner.
Spencer Burke: Ladies and Gentlemen, at this time, The Undisputed Champion… Cordelia Stevenson.
A chorus of boos can be heard clearly in the background as The New DNA of FGA and the True FGApex: Cordelia Stevenson, slides into the frame next to Spencer. Having the night off, the champ is dressed rather casually; rocking an Emily Carter t-shirt underneath a Danger and Play hoodie. She adjusts the Undisputed Championship that rests on her shoulder as she gives Spencer an acknowledging nod.
Cordelia Stevenson: Pretty lackluster on the introduction, Spency. But just because it’s you, I’ll let it slide.
She gives him a wink.
Spencer Burke: Should I do it over?
Cordelia holds up a hand.
Cordelia Stevenson: No need to Spency. Unlike so many others around here, I know you mean no disrespect. I already know there’s no doubt in your head that I am, the New DNA of FGA… the True FGApex… The Lioness of the Frontier, The Unifier, The EN-ER-GY. The Breaker of the gl--.
Spencer unconsciously lets out a deep sigh causing Cordelia to cut her eyes at him. His eyes widen a bit as he realizes her discontent.
Cordelia Stevenson: Is there a problem?
He vehemently shakes his head.
Spencer Burke: Oh no, not at all. My apologies.
She smiles.
Cordelia Stevenson: That’s what I figured. Now as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted. You get it, Spencer. Unlike so many others that simply refuse to give me my flowers around here, you don’t try to deny all that I am and all that I have been to this company.
Spencer nods.
Spencer Burke: Well, at this point I don’t think it can be denied Cordelia. Whether people love you or hate you, your history speaks for itself.
His words cause Cordelia to smile. She holds up a finger.
Cordelia Stevenson: History, you know, it’s kind of funny that you mention that word Spencer. History. I’ve been thinking about it a lot, especially with ‘All Star Showdown’ quickly approaching; because the two ladies that I could potentially face… Well, they are significant figures that have played pivotal roles in the story of Cordelia Stevenson. When you mention my name, there are quite a few people that automatically come to mind; that people automatically tend to associate with it. People like… Chandler Scott.
The loud outburst of cheers in the background causes Cordelia to roll her eyes.
Cordelia Stevenson: People like… Jimmy Page.
There is another loud roar from the crowd. This one doesn’t seem to bother Cordelia as much though. She continues on.
Cordelia Stevenson: But admittedly, there are two people that may have had the biggest impact on my time here that people tend to overlook, and those people are, Izzy Anders…
The name drop is met with a loud pop.
Cordelia Stevenson: And Lowri Moss.
Needless to say, the Von Braun Center is sans roof right about now.
Cordelia Stevenson: The night that I won the FGA World Championship for the first time, Izzy Anders was there; a daunting obstacle in the path of my dreams that I had to fight like hell to overcome in the semi-finals of the Wildcard Lottery tournament at the Five Year Anniversary show. On that night, I eventually went on to become the first double champion in FGA history but that match with Izzy? That was special to me. It was a testament as to how far she had come. She was no longer the nervous, anxious rookie that we’d been introduced to. She had grown into her own and was finally blossoming into the competitor that I always knew she could be. Ironically enough, months later, it would be her that would go on to defeat me for the Undisputed Championship, and bring my reign to an untimely demise in a match that forever changed our relationship.
Cordy’s brows furrow now as she shakes her head.
Cordelia Stevenson: Things were never the same between Izzy and I after that night and for the longest time I was bitter; upset at how things had played out, not necessarily at the fact that I lost, but at the fact that she’d had Savannah intervene…
Cordelia shrugs.
Cordelia Stevenson: -- or at least that was what I’d thought, until I learned otherwise. I was upset with Izzy Anders because I felt she betrayed my trust; but the more I thought about it -- the more I realized just how selfish my train of thought actually was.
Cordelia’s admission brings about a look of surprise on Spencer’s face.
Spencer Burke: How so?
Cordelia Stevenson: How selfish and entitled was I to ever think that I meant more than her dream?
Cordelia slides the Undisputed Championship off of her shoulder and holds it up.
Cordelia Stevenson: When Izzy signed her name on the dotted line and became an FGA Superstar, I’m sure being friends with Cordelia Stevenson wasn’t on her bucket list of things to accomplish; but one day becoming the FGA World Champion or the Undisputed Champion rather?
Cordelia tilts her head to the side and raises a knowing eyebrow at Spencer.
Cordelia Stevenson: And she did that Spencey. The young girl from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia became a World Champion. Her dreams became a goddamn reality by any means necessary, and all I could be was bitter because it didn’t happen in a way that was to my liking. I took it personally--
Cordy lets out a sigh as just shrugs her shoulders.
Cordelia Stevenson: -- when I shouldn’t have. It’s kinda funny, y’know? We always encourage people to have dreams and to always chase them no matter what; yet we place our own expectations on their journey. We want them to be relentless in their pursuit and yet fault them when they are willing to do whatever it takes to get where they need to be. I’ll say here what I’ve said to her in private. Isabella Anders wasn’t wrong…
There is a brief pause.
Cordelia Stevenson: I was. You see, I didn’t quite understand it then because I was too blinded with rage, but that night in Tampa, Florida eventually changed my entire outlook on things. Izzy Anders taught me one of the most important lessons that I could have ever learned and that’s in this business? Nothing is personal until you make it that way or take it that way.
She turns towards the camera.
Cordelia Stevenson: So thank you, Izzy. If I’ve never said it before, I’ll say it now: I appreciate you and all that you’ve done for me… and just know, that whatever happens at All Star Showdown isn’t personal at all. It’s just business.
Cordelia blows a kiss at the camera before turning back towards Spencer.
Cordelia Stevenson: Strangely enough, that same lesson I learned? Was the same lesson that I was trying to teach Lowri at last year’s All Star Showdown. What is it that they say? Each one, teach one? Well she can thank her mother for the lesson learned.
There’s something sinister about her smile that makes Spencer Burke shift uneasily.
Spencer Burke: Speaking of Lowri Moss and Izzy Anders, tonight they will be in tag team action against the Illuminati Projekt…
Before he can continue with his question, Cordelia lets out a loud exasperated gasp and clutches her chest.
Cordelia Stevenson: Oh my God, you mean they’re actually making Lowri Moss wrestle in legitimate matches before All Star Showdown?
Cordelia straightens up and rolls her eyes.
Cordelia Stevenson: I wouldn’t be surprised if she left IzzyPop to do all the hardcore lifting to be honest.
Spencer shakes his head in disagreement.
Spencer Burke: Come on now, Cordelia. You and I both know that isn’t Lowri’s style.
Cordelia holds up her hands innocently.
Cordelia Stevenson: I don’t know about that Spencer. I mean, I didn’t think she’d ever take part in that sham of a wrestling match against Carnelia Stephenson either, but ---
She lets out a low hiss.
Cordelia Stevenson: -- she was out there, was she not? While I was out there fighting legit competition.
She rubs her hand across her jaw.
Cordelia Stevenson: I’m still feeling the effects of that Pimp Slap Symposium courtesy of Cassius Reed! But that’s exactly why I’m the Undisputed Champion, Spencer. I’m in the trenches and I’m willing to fight the wars. I’ve gotten my fair share of scars and wounds along the way, but you know what? They were always earned in battle. I’ve more than earned my damn stripes, because at the end of the day, I’m a Goddamn warrior. And night after night? I’m preparing for war. I’m heading to All Star Showdown as the FGA Undisputed Champion, and guess what, Spence, let me let you in on a little secret.
Cordelia motions Spencer in with her finger and leans in as if sharing a secret with him.
Cordelia Stevenson: I’m leaving the same damn way.
With that said, Cordelia straightens up and adjusts the championship belt on her shoulder.
Cordelia Stevenson: As my guy the late Nipsey Hussle once said, ‘I’ve been treated a lot of ways and it was never fairly’. I peep the game that the FGA or more notably, Leonard T Asherman is playing -- It’s not lost on me how the deck is being stacked against me -- and you know something? That’s ok. Because when all is said and done and the smoke clears, I’ll be the last one standing. And the only thing Leonard T Asherman will have to worry about, is how to mend Lowri Moss’s broken heart once again.
Cordelia lets out a satisfied chuckle.
Cordelia Stevenson: Now if you’ll excuse me Spencey, I think I’m going to go and…
She pauses for a moment and gives a shrug.
Cordelia Stevenson: … make this show a little interesting.
She offers him a smile and a pat on the head before she turns and walks away, leaving Spencer there looking baffled.

Ashley Sands vs. TJ Techniques ♫ Step into a world (Klaka klaka, klaka klaka!) Where there's no one left (Buku, buku! Alla de massive!) But the very best (Klaka, bo bo, BDP crew, bo bo bo bo!) No MC can test [*cut and scratch of KRS saying "but one"*] ♫ The beat kicks in as "Step Into a World (Rapture’s Delight)" starts to knock through the speakers. Out through the curtain steps TJ Techniques, clad in his ring attire and hooded vest. TJ peeks out underneath the hood as he looks out to the right. He does the same to his left before flinging the hood back, smacking his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his forefingers. TJ nods his head as he makes his way down the ramp with purpose. J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Staten Island, New York! Weighing in at 195 pounds! He is one half of the reigning FGA World Tag Team Champions… TJ TECHNIQUES! TJ leaps to the apron before stepping into the squared circle. He makes a beeline towards the far corner and hops up to the middle ropes. TJ scans the crowd before slapping his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his fingers. He hops down from the corner, walks across the ring and hops to the middle ropes and scans the corner. TJ slaps his chest twice before pointing down in front of him with his forefingers. He then hops down and takes off the hooded vest before tossing it to the outside. TJ tugs away at the top rope as he readies himself for his opponent. Kris Cruise: The Funky Technician looks ready for action here tonight. Stephy Auger: Well, it was good that he wasn’t out here earlier. Thanks to him, Cassius was able to get a win while also walking out of the match with his head held high. You know, instead of losing after his jealous partner purposely knocked him off the apron. However, TJ won’t be so lucky here. He won’t have Cassius Reed to rely on to do the heavy lifting. As a matter of fact, not even Ashley Sands will be able to save him this time. She’ll be too busy beating him all around that ring. The opening guitar riff of "Warrior" by Skarlett Riot begins to play over the sound system seconds before the Hybrid Champion Ashley Sands walks out onto the stage. Pointing out to the fans all over the arena, Sands walks down to the ring. Once she gets down to ringside, and gets on the apron before climbing the turnbuckle from the outside. She nimbly climbs the turnbuckle from the outside to perch atop the top rope as she sits on her knees. J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, hailing Bradley Beach, NJ... ASHLEY SANDS!!!! With her name being announced, Ashley holds both of her arms up as she lays back on the turnbuckle post behind her. Flashing from cameras going off all around her, Sands rolls forwards to flip down into the ring and land on her feet. Kris Cruise: Ashley Sands has made perfectly clear that her and Ashley Marie Chase didn’t come out to help TJ Techniques and Cassius Reed before. Their issue was more so with Silk & Cyanide than the Renegades of Funk. However, Ashley didn't stop herself from delivering a little “shade” as they say towards the way of the Tag Team Champions. Stephy Auger: I love it. I like the spicy talk. I know that Mason & Mariani have huge targets on their backs. But if you ask me, it should be the Renegades of Funk that should be targeted first by both teams. They’re the ones with everything to lose at All-Star Showdown X! It’s going to be interesting to see how that match unfolds. Kris Cruise: Indeed it will. Cassius Reed got the win earlier tonight. Can TJ Techniques make it two-for-two for the Renegades of Funk? The bell sounds as Sands and Techniques start things off with a lock up. Sands gains the advantage with a side headlock until Techniques shoves her off into the ropes. Sands returns off the rebound before Techniques knocks her down with a standing shoulder block. Techniques then hits another set of ropes while Sands returns to her feet with a kip up. When TJ returns, he performs a forward roll while Sands leapfrogs over him. Techniques rolls back to his feet, turns around and gets knocked down with a dropkick. Techniques returns to a vertical base before getting returned to the mat with another dropkick. Sands goes for a third dropkick when TJ slips out of the way. Sands gets back to her feet before a savate kick knocks her back down. Techniques goes to follow up with a Flashing Elbow, but Sands rolls out of the way. Techniques gets back to a vertical base before Sands latches onto his arm with an underhook. She then performs an arm wrench until Techniques rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. Sands then rolls forward, leans back, kips up, spins in place and reverses into a hammerlock from behind. Techniques fakes a back elbow to the face with his free arm before spinning out and reversing into a hammerlock of his own. Techniques keeps the submission applied until Sands reaches back with her free arm, grabs him and delivers a jumping snapmare. TJ is able to land on his feet before hitting the ropes. When he returns, Sands runs over before knocking him down into the prone position with a spinning front legsweep. Techniques pushes himself up to all fours before Sands flips over into an Oklahoma Roll. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques kicks out. Kris Cruise: Quick nearfall there from Sands. Sands catches Techniques with three knife edge chops before moving him into the corner. Sands delivers another knife edge chop before delivering an irish whip. She then runs into the far corner before sending Techniques crumbling out of the corner with the Wind Kick (running big boot in the corner). While Techniques is laid out on the mat, Sands looks at the top turnbuckle, then down to Techniques, then back into the corner. The crowd cheers as Sands slaps the top turnbuckle before heading out to the apron. Kris Cruise: Ashley Sands is looking to head up to the high rent district! Stephy Auger: Don’t waste time, Sands! Just do it! Sands starts to climb the turnbuckles. As soon as she reaches the top, Techniques quickly returns to his feet with a kip up, leaps up to the top ropes in one fell swoop and goes to counter with an avalanche Spanish Fly! Kris Cruise: OH MY! Sands counters with multiple elbows to the side of the head. Once Sands is free, she takes Techniques and pushes him off the top ropes and sends him crashing down to the mat. Techniques rolls away from the corner before ending up in the supine position. Sands then leaps off for the Sunset (Swanton Bomb)... and gets countered by Techniques. Stephy Auger: He got his knees up! Techniques takes Sands and whips her into the ropes. When she returns off the rebound, Techniques brings her down with a Spanish Fly. The cheers continue as he hits the ropes, comes back and lands across her with a rolling thunder senton! He reaches back and hooks the near leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . Sands reverses into a grounded crucifix pin. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques slips out. Kris Cruise: Sands reversed and nearly got a three count. Stephy Auger: That lazy cover almost did him in! Techniques takes Sands and goes for an irish whip until she reverses. When the Funky Technician returns, he sends Sands down into the prone position with the Torbellino. The cheers continue as Techniques hits the ropes, returns and delivers a rolling thunder senton across the back. Sands remains down on the mat while Techniques steps out to the apron and springboards to the top turnbuckle. He then leaps off and connects with a guillotine leg drop across the back of the neck. Techniques pulls Sands over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Sands gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: TJ only gets two. TJ is using that speed and agility to his advantage. He’s one of the promising young high flyers in the sport. But you can’t forget about Sands. She’s a former runner up in the Rey del Aire tournament. People often forget that she can take it to the air as well. Stephy Auger: To her credit, she’s keeping up with him. Now if Cassius were in there, he’d be running circles around her. But she can keep up with TJ, I’ll give her that. Kris Cruise: You just can’t help yourself, can you? Techniques picks up Sands and knocks her backwards into the corner with a Shotei. After connecting with a second Shotei, he takes Sands, delivers an irish whip, follows her across the ring and sends her slumping down in the corner with a Koppu Kick. The cheers continue as Techniques hits the far ropes before coming back and catching Sands across the face with the Buck 50 (running face wash in the corner)! TJ pulls Sands away from the corner and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Sands gets the shoulder up. TJ picks up Sands and pulls her into a front facelock. The crowd cheers as he starts to glide backwards across the mat. Before he can plant Sands to complete the Moonwalk DDT, Sands runs forward and rams him back-first into the corner. She delivers a pair of shoulder thrusts before executing an irish whip and following him across the ring. Instead of crashing into the corner, TJ escapes the corner with a Tiger Wall Flip over Sands. When Sands turns around, the crowd cheers when Techniques runs into the corner and catches her with a step-up rolling solebutt to the face. He then places Sands in another front facelock before bringing her out of the corner with a Moonwalk DDT. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Sands gets the shoulder up. Techniques picks up Sands and doubles her over with a boot to the midsection. He then hits the ropes, returns and knocks her down with a Scissors Kick before returning to his feet with a Spinaroonie. The cheers continue as he pulls Sands back to her feet and catches her with alternating open palm strikes before catching her with a shoot kick to the leg. Techniques then connects with a spinning backfist. He goes to follow up with a spinning clothesline to complete Let The Rhythm Hit 'Em, but Sands counters with Into Dust (Codebreaker)! Kris Cruise: What a counter from Sands! Stephy Auger: Roll over! Make the cover! Both grapplers slowly return to their feet. Techniques reverses an irish whip, sending Sands into the ropes. When she returns, she knocks him off his feet with a spinning heel kick. Sands then takes off into the ropes, comes back and delivers the Wind Whisper (Rolling Senton)! Sands holds her lower back as she slowly gets back to her feet. After pulling Techniques back to a vertical base, Sands grabs him by the side and brings him down with a side russian leg sweep. Sands rolls backwards, brings them both back to their feet and follows up by driving Techniques face-first to the mat with a reverse side russian leg sweep. The cheers continue as Sands brings the action into the corner before planting him with a Tornado DDT! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques gets his shoulder up. Kris Cruise: This match has been something else, Stephy! Sands and Techniques have really been going at it in there. Stephy Auger: Watching two people I can’t stand beat each other up is always a great time! Kris Cruise: ... Sands takes Techniques and whips him into the corner. She runs across the ring and throws out another Wind Kick. Techniques reaches up in time, catches her foot and shoves her down to the mat. As Sands rolls backwards back to her feet, Techniques runs out of the corner and throws out a falling crescent kick. Sands ducks as she makes her way into the corner. Techniques turns around and heads back into the corner to attack. After Sands knocks him back with a boot to the face, she hoists herself up onto the middle ropes, flips off and brings him down with a Blockbuster. The cheers continue as Sands heads towards the ropes, rebounds back off the handspring and brings him down with Pink Velvet (Lethal Injection)! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… ASHLEY SANDS!

After the match out in the ring had wrapped up, the cameras then switched to the backstage area where famed and celebrated FGA reporter Spencer Burke is shown standing outside of a door leading to a locker room. But, he isn’t standing there alone. Spencer Burke: The action continues here at the Von Braun Center as Vertigo continues. Joining me right now is one of the people you will see later on this evening, the one and only Savannah Taylor. The camera pans over slightly to see the woman in question standing about a foot away from Spencer, dressed in her pink-on-black ring gear and her hands on her hips. Spencer Burke: Now Savannah, later tonight, you are taking on the reigning United States Champion Owen Gonsalves in a non title match. My first question is, given the slight history between you two, are you at all worried that Owen will make good on his promise that he is going to win? A sigh escapes from Savannah’s lips as she cocks her head at Spencer. Savannah Taylor: Am I worried? Spencer, let me ask you something. Do I look the least bit concerned that someone who can’t seem to get over the fact that his tag team partner left him high and dry four years ago? Do I look the least bit worried about someone like that? Spencer Burke: Well, no, but…. Savannah Taylor: Then you just answered your own question. Look, I hold grudges just as long as the next person, but this? Come on, man. But, no matter how much he may want to avenge that loss and no matter how many times he rolls his eyes or encourages the ramblings of our ESTEEMED Undisputed Champion, the result tonight is going to be the exact same as it was four years ago. Spencer Burke: Now a couple of weeks ago in Pittsburgh, we saw Owen make a successful defense of his United States championship in a thrilling contest over Brian Stryker. While the match itself was a classic, it was what took place after the match that had people talking. After being presented with the brand new championship belt, his attention was diverted by someone’s presence at ringside…..yours. A smirk begins to form on Savannah’s face as she nods her head. Savannah Taylor: What can I say? I like to get people talking and I like to get the attention of people. Spencer Burke: So is it safe to assume that you have your eyes set on Owen Gonsalves and the United States championship? Savannah Taylor: You are smarter than people give you credit for, Spencer. You see, people are starting to forget just who it was that put the United States Championship on the map to begin with. People are starting to forget the history of the championship that started with me. I’m here to change that. SO, if Owen is feeling up to it, then he should have zero problem putting the title on the line against me….at All Star Showdown. Ball’s in your court now….champ. With that, Savannah turns on her heel and opens the door to her locker room, shutting it behind her as the show goes to a commercial break. • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

The lights dim as the sound of a guitar plays throughout the arena. Multi-colored lasers soon begin to shoot out from the stage. Once their attention has been captured, the crowd turns to the entryway to prepare for the man that's about to walk out. At the 25 second mark, “Animal Ghosts” bursts through the speakers. Chandler Scott steps through the curtain with outstretched arms to a loud ovation from the crowd. Kris Cruise: Listen to this capacity crowd, Stephy! Stephy Auger: I'd rather not! Reaching the end of the aisle, Chandler hops up to a knee on the apron before getting up to his feet. He wipes said feet off before slowly stepping in through the ropes. The DNA of FGA points out to the crowd while he circles the ring. Chandler gestures for a mic after looking over at J.A. Aldridge. The FGAce makes his way into the corner and gets handed the mic from the ring announcer. Once the music finally fades out, Chandler raises the mic to his mouth. Chandler Scott: This weekend, FGA will host its 10th Star Showdown. The crowd cheers for the upcoming PPV this weekend. Chandler Scott: All Star Showdown is one of the biggest events on FGA's calendar. Whenever you tune into a show, whether it be Vertigo, Flashpoint when it was still around or even the DVD Tapings from way back in the day, you always saw quality professional wrestling. You always got your money's worth. You never felt cheated. You never felt like the wrestlers that stepped through those ropes ever held back. Be it myself or the endless list of names that have occupied locker rooms throughout this country, when we stepped through that curtain, we lived up to the name that was on that marquee - professional wrestling. Applause breaks out for the 10 years of great matches they've witnessed. Chandler Scott: But it's different when an All Star Showdown rolls around. There's something in the air. It's a feeling. I can't quite explain it. I can't quite put it into words. But whatever it is, it makes us go harder, faster, stronger. It makes us go all out. When you're on an All Star Showdown card, you crank that intensity all the way up to its max. On the last nine All Star Showdowns, myself, the people that I've shared this ring with and the people that I've had the pleasure of watching as a fan... we gave you our everything in this ring. This weekend, on the 10th All Star Showdown, we will give you everything once again. "F-G-A!" "F-G-A!" "F-G-A!" "F-G-A!" Chandler Scott: All Star Showdown 10 will be the third time that this great event has been presented as a double header. Over the course of two days, you are going to see technical wrestling. You are going to see submission specialists. You're going to see the aerial artists and the brawlers. You are going to see tag team wrestling, which is slowly becoming a lost art in this sport. Challengers will be looking to become champions. Champions will be looking to keep a vice grip on their titles. You're also going to see two people step into this ring for the very first time on Friday night. I'm talking about myself and Fujiko Mine. Two Hall of Famers finally going at it. The FGAce vs the FGApex. "LET'S GO CHANDLER!" "FUJIKO!"
"LET'S GO CHANDLER!" "FUJIKO!"
"LET'S GO CHANDLER!" "FUJIKO!" Chandler acknowledges the dueling chants with a nod before continuing. Chandler Scott: This match coming up on Friday, Fujiko? This is something that you've wanted for a long time. A long time. But what really kicked your thirst into overdrive was the announcement of me stepping back into a ring for the first time in over two years at Past vs Present. Past vs Present was supposed to be a celebration of FGA's past sharing a ring with FGA's present. It was an event that was supposed to give the fans once last glimpse at talent they may never seen in an FGA ring again. But someone had to go and try and make it about them. I mean really? Telling FGA to give you a match with me and how you won't take no for an answer? Telling me to make the match? No "congratulations" on coming back. No "it's good to see you again". No nothing. None of that. Just telling FGA to "give him to me". No "I'm proud of you for making this comeback". Just "make the match, Chandler". Heh... Chandler rubs the back of his neck as he ponders his words. The crowd is growing uneasy over what may come next. There's a palpable tension in the air. Chandler Scott: Let me make something extremely clear, Fuj. I like you. I even respect you. But don't you ever in your life think that you can demand anything of me. Not even for a second. Kris Cruise: Woah! Stephy Auger: Ooooo, I like this! Chandlers utters those last two sentences coldly as he stares straight into the camera. Cheers continue to ring out throughout the venue. But there's a smattering of boos. Chandler Scott: That bothered me. It annoyed me something serious. But I kept my feelings in check. But not anymore. The reason this match is happening now? It's not because you demanded it from me or from anyone else. It's because I didn't win the Gold Rush Rumble. This match is happening now because my schedule was wide open for All Star Showdown. It's not happening now because you wanted it, Fuj. I'm not sure if you've figured it out yet, but I'm not operating on your time. I'm doing things on my time. The crowd is predominantly cheering for Chandler. But those boos are growing louder. Chandler Scott: You? You've been barking up this tree for far too long and now? This tree... Chandler points to himself. Chandler Scott: ...is about to fall down and flatten you right where you stand. Kris Cruise: Chandler Scott with some strong words here for Fujiko Mine! Stephy Auger: My, my, my. Is Chandler Scott making me like him again? Please, KEEP GOING! The last line is again issued coldly as he stares right into the camera. This time, however, Chandler is getting equal parts cheers and boos from ever which direction. Chandler doesn't play into the cheers or object to any of the jeers. He continues... Chandler Scott: Past vs Present was supposed to be the place where I performed in this ring for the last time. But your assh*le Undisputed Champion... Just the mere reference to Cordy Stevenson gets the Alabama crowd to unleash a downpour of boos. Stephy Auger: Now that's not very nice! Chandler Scott: Your Undisputed Champion didn't show me the same respect that I showed her at the end of the Six Year Anniversary Show. My livelihood was taken away from me on March 6, 2019. I wasn't about to let anyone take anything else away from me. Never again. That is why I am standing in this ring today. I'm here to get my goddamn livelihood back, not help someone pad their résumé. The crowd is back to about 60% cheers/40% boos from Chandler. Chandler Scott: Fuj, you talk a lot about what's inevitable or what's inescapable. So let me clue you in on what's really inescapable. And that's the loss you're going to be getting at All Star Showdown. More cheers are heard from the crowd. But the smattering of boos is still there. Chandler Scott: It might be from a DNA Driver. It might come from a Scott Lock. It might come from a Roaring Hammer. Knowing your desire and the fire that burns inside of you, I might have to resort to using the Burning Hammer to finally put you down. But I will put you down. Once again, Chandler stares right into the camera as if he's speaking to Fujiko directly. Chandler Scott: I'm not here to discredit you, Fuj. That World Title? It was earned. Those wins? They were earned. The awards, those trophies? They were earned. I'm not here to convince these people that you're not one of the best. I'm here to convince them that you're not better than me. There's an exaggerated "OOOOOOOOOOOH!" from the crowd before a smattering of applause follows. Chandler Scott: For THAT... is the will of the FGAce! The DNA of FGA! And thy will be done! At All Star Showdown, every head will bow and every tongue will confess than Chandler... Reigns... Supreme! Kris Cruise: Chandler Scott with some strong words for the FGApex. Before he can even get to John Carmichael on Night Two, we will finally see Chandler and Fujiko go one-on-one on Night One of All-Star Showdown X! Stephy Auger: Going into that match, I thought we were going to get a bunch of hugging, handshaking and the two of them gushing over each other as they showered themselves with compliments. But now, I don't know. I don't think Fuji Water is going to take too kindly to what Chandler had to say tonight. Who knows, she might even be back there right now bawling her eyes out with a broken heart! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

Chandler Scott can be seen making his way down the backstage halls of the Von Braun Center. He continue his trek until he comes to a stop. Amanda Johnson appears in the frame.
Amanda Johnson: Chandler, do you have a moment?
Chandler Scott: Is this about what I just said out there? Because if it is... then hey, I said what I said. I own it. I make no excuses for it. I believed in every word that came out of my mouth and if anyone doesn't like it?
Chandler gives Amanda a shrug.
Chandler Scott: ... then that's just too bad. But I'm not here to talk about that run now. Let's talk about tonight's main event. As far as Ace Voltage goes, he's a hell of a compe-
Amanda interjects, cutting him off.
Amanda Johnson: That is what I wanted to talk to you about.
Chandler Scott: Perfect! Now like I was saying, Ace is a h-
Amanda cuts him off again.
Amanda Johnson: No, I don't think you understand, Chandler. The main event is off.
Chandler gives Amanda a blank stare before blinking his eyes.
Chandler Scott: Main Event is off? What are you talking about, Amanda? You didn't see the rundown of the card? Ace and myself will be in the main event. The so-called Main Event of FGA vs the DNA of FGA...
Amanda waves him off.
Amanda Johnson: Not anymore. Not only is the assigned official refusing to referee the match, but none of the other officials are eager to take on the referee responsibilities for the match.
The announcement by Amanda is met with a loud chorus of boos from the crowd.
Chandler Scott: What? No, what? What is even going on here? I've wrestled for this company multiple times this year. No one had any issue officiating me against Cordy or me against Izzy? So what's the deal here?
Amanda Johnson: Well, someone gave the referees some footage from a couple of years ago that doesn't exactly show you in the greatest light. I understand that was a different time and you were in a different head space. But it was the buildup to your match with Jimmy Page in 2019. The footage was the incident of Melanie Sierra getting struck by the steps.
Chandler runs his hands down his face before letting out an annoyed sigh.
Chandler Scott: Someone, huh? And just who might this someone be?
Amanda Johnson: None of us know except for one of the backstage attendants, who we now can't find.
Chandler throws his arms up in disbelief.
Chandler Scott: How convenient...
Amanda Johnson: The only thing we know is that the aim of showing that footage was to get the referees to reconsider officiating your match. According to the refs, that's what the backstage attendant said she said to him.
Chandler puts his hand out to motion for Amanda to stop.
Chandler Scott: Hold on... she?
Chandler's eyes dart from left to right. When the lightbulb goes off, his eyes widen.
Chandler Scott: That goddamn bi-
Chandler turns on a dime and storms off. Amanda tries to call him back, but it's to no avail.
Amanda Johnson: Chandler! CHANDLER! Oh boy... this isn't good...

Erin Mariani vs. Ashley Marie Chase "I Bring the Darkness (End of Days)" by Jim Johnston featuring Tommy Vext begins to play as the aisle way fills up with smoke. AMC rises up from the smoke in full face paint and is trying not to cough from all the smoke. ”Who do you think you are? You’ve now gone much to far!” AMC steps through the smoke and looks around at the crowd she then slowly walks toward the ring basically strutting with a smirk as she fist bumps some of the fans. J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Beverly Hills, California! Weighing in at 120 pounds! She is Ashley Marie Chase… A… M… C! ”I bring the darkness! I am the thunder! I come from HELL And I’ll pull you under!” AMC walk up the steps, taking a moment to wipe her feet on the apron before getting into the ring. AMC then drops to her knees in the middle of the ring and stretches out her arms and looks out toward the crowd. Kris Cruise: AMC has been waiting to get her hands on Erin Mariani after what happened last week. Stephy Auger: She can want all the revenge that she wants. But she needs to keep her anger in check. Kris Cruise: To be honest, I don’t even think AMC cares if she gets disqualified. As long as she gets her hands on Mariani. Purple lights pulse throughout the arena as "BBB" pulses through the PA system until Erin Mariani emerges at the top of the ramp, a look of disdain writ large upon her face not just for the insect standing in the ring preparing to face Her but also for the lower forms of life gawking in Her direction from the stands Get down On the ground Don't move Make a sound As she begins to walk towards the ring, a sense of purpose in Her stride, an arrogant smile crosses Mariani's lips as she begins to picture what she has in mind for the insect waiting for Her in the ring. J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, hailing from Spokane, Washington! Weighing in at 125 pounds… ERIN MARIANI! No more Thought control You do What you're told Upon reaching the ringside area Mariani places a foot on the bottom ring step before casting a sideways glance at the nearest set of fans, almost looking amused by them, before she begins to climb the ring steps. Stand up Sit back down Your lies Comes back around Once she climbs the steps, Mariani climbs the ring ropes and perches there with one foot on the top turnbuckle as she literally looks down upon the crowd, and after a moment she kips up and vaults over the ropes, twisting in mid-air so when she lands in the ring she's already facing Her opponent. Today Patronize Time's up Close your eyes Mariani locks Her eyes on her prey, sizing them up one final time and looking highly amused by what she sees stood before Her. Listen to the sound of my big black boots Finally she casts a glance in the referee's direction, as if to ask why he hasn't rung the opening bell yet. The bell sound as AMC runs across the ring and knocks Mariani down with a dropkick. Kris Cruise: AMC wasting no time! Stephy Auger: HEY! The cheers continue as she takes Mariani, runs into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Mariani around, AMC delivers repeated chest kicks in the corner. She then pulls Mariani out of the corner before whipping her into the ropes. When Mariani returns, AMC throws her down with a back body drop. Mariani gets back to her feet, turns around and gets caught with another running dropkick from AMC. After Mariani picks herself back up, AMC runs over and connects with a clothesline, sending Mariani over the top rope and to the floor. Kris Cruise: Mariani’s been sent to the outside! AMC came into this match like a house on fire! Mariani picks herself up on the outside. She turns around, looks up and does a double take when AMC leaps off and knocks her down with a high crossbody block off the top rope! The cheers continue as she follows up with a flurry of right hands to the face. Kris Cruise: Look at AMC unload on Mariani with those piston-like right hands! AMC takes Mariani and rolls her back inside before rolling back in to make the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mariani kicks out. AMC takes Mariani and whips her into the mat. Mariani returns off the ropes before getting doubled over with a boot to the midsection. AMC then pulls her into a standing headscissors before going for a powerbomb! Once Mariani is lifted up onto AMC’s shoulders, Mariani counters with multiple right hands to the top of the head. She then slips down in front of AMC before whipping her into the corner. Mariani runs across the ring, hops on top of AMC and throws her out of the corner. AMC sits up until Mariani runs over and connects with a hip attack to the back of the head. The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . AMC kicks out. Mariani throws AMC down with a scoop slam before coming off the ropes and flattening AMC with a running dropkick to the face. The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . AMC gets the shoulder up. Mariani pulls AMC back to her feet before quickly slipping behind her and taking control of her back. She follows up with an inverted side headlock takedown before delivering a front chancery with knees to the head. AMC is then peeled off the mat from behind before being driven back down with a half nelson facebuster. The boos continue as Mariani rebounds off the ropes and hits a handspring moonsault across the back. She pushes AMC over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . AMC gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Another nearfall for Mariani. AMC started out strong. But Mariani has retaken control of this one. Stephy Auger: She took control of the match and at All-Star Showdown X, Mason & Mariani will finally take control of the tag titles! Mariani goes for an irish whip when AMC reverses, sending her into the corner. AMC runs over to follow up with an attack when Mariani counters with a back elbow to the face. She then follows up with the Morning Spider Despair (headscissors driver into the turnbuckles)! The boos continue as Mariani pulls AMC back up and brings her out of the corner with a bridging backdrop suplex! ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! AMC gets the shoulder up. Mariani sits up AMC and hits the ropes. Mariani returns and throws out the Libertine (running double stomp to a seated opponent), but AMC rolls out of the way. AMC gets back to her feet before ducking a running elbow tackle. Mariani gets back up, turns around and gets caught with the Kick of Doom (superkick)! NO! Mariani catches her foot, swing the leg away from her and follows up with a double knee backbreaker! The boos continue as Mariani pulls AMC back up and goes for another bridging backdrop driver. AMC counters with multiple back elbows to the head before taking Mariani and delivering a small package driver. ONE! . . TWO! . . Mariani kicks out. Mariani reverses an irish whip, sending AMC into the ropes. Mariani goes to return the favor with a back body drop until AMC slips down from behind and counters with a Scorpion Death Drop. AMC takes Mariani, delivers an irish whip, follows her into the corner and connects with a running pump knee to the face. After hoisting Mariani up onto the top turnbuckle, she turns, lifts Mariani onto her back and heads out of the corner before bringing her down with the Gucci Drop (backpack stunner)! The cheers continue as AMC pulls Mariani into a standing headscissors, hooks both arms and brings her down with the Name Dropper (Pedigree)! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… ASHLEY MARIE CHASE! Kris Cruise: Ashley Marie Chase gets the win over Erin Mariani! I know that felt good after what happened the last time out with Mariani. Will AMC, along with Ashley Sands, be standing tall at All-Star Showdown X as the new tag team champions? We’ll find out this weekend! Vertigo returns after this short break! Don’t go anywhere! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

Owen Gonsalves vs. Savannah Taylor There was silence; the lights began to fade away slowly. A soft instrumental echoes out across the audience. It starts slowly, a beautiful sound that contrasts the heaviness of the world. Like feathers, it glides among the waiting audience. The lighting fixtures produce a gentle spotlight upon the stage, offset by the occasional flash here and there. As the song continues, a woman’s words begin to come through. Her voice is tender, not raising upon a whisper. Deceived by my eyes and all I was told I should see Opinions not mine, the person they taught me to be One night in the dark, a vision of someone I knew And in the darkness I saw, a voice say, I'm you. On the stage, a feminine figure appears. Her head lowered to everything. People cannot make out who it is. As she stands there, the flashes briefly illuminate her figure. It only gives small clues on who stands at the gate. She stands in the spotlight, her shadow cast large and proudly among the stage. Inside me a light was turned on… The instrumental picks up again. An electric guitar now joins the progressively exciting instrumentals of before. The singer’s voice suddenly intensifies. Then I was alive! In the light, it is revealed that it was Savannah Taylor. She stands at the gate, a robe of obsidian and ivory hues. The hood of it shadows her eyes, but the intensity of the Las Vegas Siren remains clear as day. She starts off down the ramp, with a serious aura radiating from her body. J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada! She is the “Las Vegas Siren”… SAVANNAH TAYLOR! If you close your eyes your life, A naked truth revealed Dreams you never lived, And scars never healed Savannah makes her way up the ring steps. She looks out towards the audience for a moment before entering the ring. From there, she heads for a turnbuckle. She stands there, taking in everything. She then lifts her up on top of it. She peers out in nothing, then takes off the hood with a flashy flourish. Her blonde locks fly up in the air. They descend, shaping her face as they famously do. In the darkness, light will take you to the other side You'll find me waiting there you'll see, if you just close your eyes While she stands in her corner, she closes her eyes and takes a heavy breath. When her bright eyes open, Taylor is completely composed. There is nothing more than the heat of battle awaiting her. She takes off her robe, giving it to a stagehand. She stretches her wrists before devoting her mind to the war upon the horizon. Kris Cruise: We know that Savannah Taylor has had her eye on the United States Championship over the past couple of weeks. But earlier tonight, she threw out the challenge to Owen Gonsalves. Stephy Auger: Will he man up and accept? Or will he run like a coward? The hard bass of Run The Jewels’ “Blockbuster Night Part I” causes the floor to vibrate as the crowd instantly come to their feet, knowing fully well who is about to make his entrance. All eyes are on the curtain as they wait for his arrival. A white bright light flashes at every beat, and the fans in attendance are slamming anything they can to the beat. 'Bunches and bunches Punches is thrown until you’re frontless Oodles and oodles Bang bullets at suckers' noodles Last album? Voodoo! Proved that we was fuckin' brutal I’m talking crazy, half past the clock is cuckoo' As soon as the incomparable Killer Mike kicks into his verse, the white flashing light stops and Owen Gonsalves bursts through the curtain with a pace that matches the rhythm of the track. He storms his way to the top of the entranceway and pauses to soak in the electric energy from the crowd, with a smirk on his face as he rolls his wrists while subtly mouthing the words to the song. Once El-P's verse begins, Wristlock Sinatra immediately begins to walk down towards the ring as he has his hands outstretched, his eyes staying focused on the ring he’s about to go to work in. J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, hailing from Melbourne, Australia! Weighing in at 205 pounds! He is the reigning FGA United States Champion… OWEN GONSALVES! 'Look at these kiddies, Mike I'm a rat-a-tat 'em for living I deal in dirty work Do the deed and then dash Ditch 'em' Having made his way to the bottom of the ramp, Owen starts shadow striking to the camera at the bottom of the ramp before feigning a rolling elbow in the camera's direction as El-P says 'ditch 'em' to which the camera reacts accordingly. He paces around the ring, keeping his energy high before plodding up the steps, wiping his feet as soon as he steps on the apron. He moves down the apron and faces the crowd, mouthing a few words to a few of the fans in the front row before he enters the ring. He immediately goes to a corner and begins to warm up and stretch as he awaits the start of the match. Kris Cruise: Owen Gonsalves has been on a hell of a run since winning the US Championship at Only the Strong Survive. The man’s been making up for lost time by taking on and defending his championship against a who’s who in the world of wrestling. Brendan Samuels, Mighty Sparrow, Brian Stryker and Graham Baker have all fallen to Gonsalves over the past month. As a matter of fact, Gonsalves caught a flight from Lexington, Kentucky to Huntsville, Alabama and just made it to the arena in time after defending against Ethan Giles a couple of hours ago! That now makes five titles defenses for Wristlock Sinatara. Stephy Auger: Gonsalves has been on a run, I’ll give you that. But I also have concerns that he might be overexerting himself. We also have to remember that his back still might not be in the best shape after that failed topé last week. The bell sounds as Taylor runs across the ring and brings Gonsalves down with a Sling Blade! The boos continue as he make the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Gonsalves kicks out. Kris Cruise: The Las Vegas Siren has gone right at Gonsalves! Stephy Auger: As she should! Taylor takes Gonsalves and whips him into the corner. After running across the ring and catching Gonsalves with a running bicycle knee strike, she takes Gonsalves, delivers an irish whip, follows him into the far corner and connects with another bicycle knee strike! Gonsalves crumbles out of the corner before Taylor drops down for the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Gonsalves gets his foot on the bottom rope. Taylor picks up Gonsalves, turns and tosses him through the ropes to the floor. The boos continue as the Las Vegas Siren makes her way into the far corner. After Gonsalves picks himself up on the outside, Taylor runs back across the ring, flips to the outside and knocks him down with a Triangle Moonsault. Kris Cruise: The high risk connects for Taylor! Stephy Auger: Unlike Gonsalves, Taylor can actually land a dive to the floor! Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy! Gonsalves remains splayed out on the floor while Taylor marches down the ringside. After motioning for J.A. Aldridge to get out of his seat, the ring announcer does just that. The crowd boos when they see Taylor snatches up the chair. Kris Cruise: Woah, woah, woah! Taylor heads back over towards Gonsalves with the chair. The ref sees this, rolls to the outside and immediately gets in her way. Taylor nudges the ref out of her way before heading over towards the champion. The crowd gasps when she puts her foot on Gonsalves’ chest before raising the chair high above her head. Kris Cruise: Savannah! NO! Taylor smirks before gently placing the folded out chair on the floor. Kris Cruise: I thought she was about to bash Owen’s head in with that steel chair! Stephy Auger: It looks like she’s got something else in mind. Taylor picks up Gonsalves, sits him down in the chair and delivers a flurry of right hands before rolling back inside. Anticipation mounts as the Las Vegas Siren hits the far ropes. Taylor picks up speed as she runs back across the ring. The crowd lets out a collective gasps when Taylor flips over the top rope with a topé con hilo and flattens both Gonsalves and the chair! “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!” Kris Cruise: Good Lord, did you hear that impact!? Stephy Auger: How could I not, it was right in front of us! Taylor takes Gonsalves and rolls him back inside. She slides back inside, drags Gonsalves over towards the center of the ring and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! The crowd cheers when Gonsalves gets his shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Owen got the shoulder up in time. But I seriously question if it’s a good idea for him to continue. He’s been wrestling at breakneck pace over the past month. He clearly hurt himself last week on that missed dive and what we just saw Taylor do didn’t do him any favors. Stephy Auger: He’s always been stubborn. He won’t let the ref step in and stop this. If he’s too stupid to quit, then I won’t fault Taylor for doing what she has to do to win. Taylor takes Gonsalves and whips him into the far corner. She points across the ring before running over to attack. The Las Vegas Siren follows up by hurling herself at Gonsalves with a corner back elbow. NO! The crowd cheers when Gonsalves catches her in mid air. Kris Cruise: Uh oh! Gonsalves walks out of the corner with Taylor still held in the air. Instead of getting suplexed into the corner, Taylor counters with multiple back elbows to the face. After Gonsalves lowers her back down to the mat, Taylor pulls her right arm across her chest before swinging back violently and catching Gonsalves with a hard back elbow. Gonsalves covers his mouth his both hands while Taylor hits the ropes. When Taylor returns, the crowd cheers when Gonsalves leaps into the air and flattens her with the Draco Meteor (Meteora)! Kris Cruise: What a counter from Gonsalves! Taylor remains on the mat while Gonsalves rolls over to his knee. He holds his lower before picking himself back up off the mat. The US Champion starts to shake his fists as he begins to feed off the energy of the crowd. Kris Cruise: This capacity crowd is trying to will him back into this match. Stephy Auger: They’re going to get him seriously hurt if he doesn’t knock it off! Taylor gets up, turns around and gets caught with a forearm smash. Gonsalves knocks her back with a second forearm smash. After a third forearm smash turns Taylor around, the Las Vegas Siren turns back around to attack Gonsalves. Gonsalves cuts her off with a European Uppercut before moving her into the corner. From there, Gonsalves unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the chest that echo throughout the arena. Gonsalves goes for an irish whip when Taylor reverses and sends him into the far corner. Taylor runs back across the ring to attack until a back elbow to the face knocks her back. The crowd cheers when Gonsalves knocks her down with the Sky Uppercut (springboard corkscrew European Uppercut)! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Taylor kicks out. Taylor reverses another irish whip, sending Gonsalves into the ropes. When he returns, he returns the favor with a Sling Blade of his own! Taylor returns to her feet before a running shotgun dropkick sends her flying backwards into the corner. The cheers continue as Gonsalves heads over, positions himself on the middle ropes and plants her with a Tornado DDT! Gonsalves takes Taylor, pulls her into a standing headscissors and goes for the Angel Duster (double underhook piledriver)! The crowd gasps when they hear Gonsalves groan before lowering her back down. Gonsalves grabs at his lower back before Taylor brings him down with a standing double leg before flipping over into a jackknife pin! ONE! . . TWO! . . Gonsalves starts to slowly bridge up. Gonsalves is nearly back to his feet until his back gives out, causing Taylor to fall back down on top of him. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! Gonsalves is met with applause when he gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: The ref really needs to step in here. Stephy Auger: No. Absolutely not. Gonsalves is getting what he asked for. Taylor pulls Gonsalves back to his feet and delivers three forearms to the lower back before taking off into the ropes. The crowd boos when Taylor returns off the rebound with a spear from behind! The Las Vegas Siren then drags Gonsalves into position before climbing the ropes. When she reaches the top, she flips off and crashes down across Gonsalves’ back with the Ultimecia (Phoenix Splash)! She then nudges Gonsalves over onto his back before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… SAVANNAH TAYLOR! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

TAG TEAM MATCH Lowri Moss & Izzy Anders vs. Illuminati PROJEKT The video screen blacks out as the lights go dark and “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin starts to play. Two spotlights start chasing each other around the arena until one falls on the figure of Monty Margolis, coming out of the concession area. Monty slides down the handrails toward the ring while on the other side of the arena, the spotlight finds Gwen bouncing in place at the top of the stairs right before she takes off running down the stairs. The pair hop over the barricade simultaneously and meet for a fist bump before hitting the ring - Gwen pulling herself up onto the apron and saluting the crowd before ducking between the ropes, while Monty climbs the ring steps and holds his pirate flag high before joining his niece. J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is sch- Gwen grabs the microphone from J.A. Aldridge with a mischievous wink and waves him off to the corner. Gwen Margolis: Introducing from Austin, Texas by way of here, there, and everywhere, we are the dream warriors, we are the post-apocalyptic pirates, we are the time-travelin’, dazzlin’, ramblin’ protectors of the world as we know it, the Illuminati PROJEKT! She hands the microphone back to J.A. and joins her uncle in the corner, both of them watching warily for what will happen next. Kris Cruise: Gwen sounds fired up! Stephy Auger: Yeah she does. She seemed to be in a bad mood last week. I wonder what she was more mad at? The fact that Izzy kept the Amputation on for a couple of seconds after the match? Or was it the fact that I told everyone that she dropped Sparrow like a bad habit? Or maybe it was Sparrow that dumped her, I can’t remember. Kris Cruise: Careful, Stephy, careful! The hypnotic opening of “Bad Dreams” by Phantogram picks up throughout the arena and the lights fade into a cascade of fuschia and crimson. ♫ Bad dreams never affect me I'm not afraid of the concrete Bad dreams never affect me I'm not afraid of the concrete ♫ As the colors play, the beats becomes harsher and invites Izzy Anders onto the stage. She dances around to the beat of the music until she makes to the center point of the stage. Scanning the arena with that Cheshire grin of hers, Izzy takes her time walking down the ramp. When she does, she does it with an egotistical saunter, knowing that she has the audience wrapped around her finger. ♫ To changing me (And I believe this happened once before) To changing me (And I predict the world will be all gone) To changing me (And I can see the same things that you see) To changing me (‘Cause I predict the world) ♫ J.A. Aldridge: Their opponents! Introducing first, fighting out of Holland, Michigan by way of cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada! She is “The Mindkiller” IZZY ANDERS! Izzy climbs the ring apron, turning her back to the ring to stare at the audience. She shifts down the ropes until she reaches the turnbuckle, ascending it with a delicate air. From there, she reaches methodically for her eyepatch, removing it with flair. She lowers it into her mouth, giving it a playful bite and giving the hard cam a wink. Izzy then scales down the turnbuckle into the ring, taking her coat off. A stagehand receives it in the only way Izzy does, a dramatic fling meant to blanket them in the immense coat. The Mindkiller then takes a seat a little off center of the ring, at the very tip of her corner. She sits there with her legs crossed, staring out to the audience as her song dies out. “Loner Boogie” by Boy Azooga plays over the PA system, and once the song's intro finishes, through the curtains - and out onto the stage - walks Lowri Moss, who is greeted by a cheer. Lowri takes a moment to scan the crowd, before making her way towards the ring, and as she does so, she slaps the hands of some of the fans that reach out to her. J.A. Aldridge: Her partner, hailing from Llanelli, Wales… LOWRI MOSS! After arriving at ringside, Lowri climbs the steps up onto the ring apron and steps through the ropes, before heading for one of the corners and climbing to the second rope. There are further cheers and applause for Lowri from the fans, and as she again surveys the crowd, she gestures to them by making the ILY sign with her right hand, in acknowledgement of their reaction to her arrival. Kris Cruise: Night Two of All-Star Showdown might be main evented by Izzy Anders and Lowri Moss. But Anders will have to defeat Cordy Stevenson one on one. Stephy Auger: The only thing is that Savannah Taylor won’t be there to bail Anders out this time. She’ll have to do it all on her own and honestly? I don’t think she can. But before Anders even gets to Cordelia, her and Lowri have to beat the Illuminati PROJECKT here tonight. Anders might fancy herself as Lowri’s “Mam.” But Gwen and Monty are legitimate family. They have a strong familial bond and are an actual tag team. Those two trust each other. They’ve been one of the better tag teams in FGA all year. Not only that, but there’s no threat of either of them turning on each other. I wouldn’t be surprised if Lowri does exactly what Cordelia said she’d do and leave Izzy to do all the heavy lifting. That’s what she did in Pendragon, afterall. Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy. The bell sounds as Anders and Gwen start things off. The Mindkiller offers a handshake before her and Gwen can get into it. Gwen quickly remembers what happened the last time and responds by smacking Anders’ hand out of the way. Anders responds by smacking the taste out of her mouth with a Stockton Slap. Gwen responds with a kick to the midsection before whipping Anders into the ropes. When Anders returns, Gwen goes for a back body drop until Anders slips down from behind, spins her towards her and catches her in a side headlock. Gwen tries to push Anders off her, but The Mindkiller keeps the hold applied. She then moves Anders across the ring before moving into the ropes to force a rope break. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIV- Anders slowly lets go of the headlock. She then keeps her arms in the air while Gwen slowly stands back up. Anders goes to smack Gwen with another Stockton Slap, but Gwen ducks and counters with a forearm smash. Gwen goes for an irish whip when Anders reverses, sending her into the ropes. Gwen returns off the rebound before getting brought down with a drop toe hold. Anders then rolls over into a back mount before paint brushing the back of Gwen’s head with slaps. Anders returns to a vertical base and looks at the crowd while Gwen gets back to her feet. The Mindkiller turns herself around and finds herself face to face with Gwen. The crowd cheers when Gwen nails her with a forearm smash. Gwen connects with a second forearm. She motions for a third when Anders drops her with a European Uppercut. She then takes Gwen, runs into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Gwen around, Anders sends her slumping down in the corner with MUDA MUDA MUDA (machine gun punches). From there, Anders scrapes her heel across Gwen’s face. Anders delivers second boot scrape, then a third. The Mindkiller continues to attack Gwen as she catches Margolis with a toe kick right to the throat. Gwen immediately clutches her throat as she turns and sticks her upper body through the middle and bottom ropes. This doesn’t stop Anders, though. Anders slips her leg out between the ropes before delivering repeated stomps to the back of the head. She adds insult to injury with another trio of boot scrapes across the back of the head. The Mindkiller puts her hands up in a defensive manner and finally backs up after being pleaded by the official to let up. Kris Cruise: We’ve definitely seen a more aggressive approach from Anders over the past couple of weeks. Have you noticed that? Stephy Auger: Of course I have. I think Izzy knows what she had to do if she wants to come out of All-Star Showdown weekend as the new Undisputed Champion. Gwen tries to shake out the cobwebs until Anders rolls to the outside, runs around the ring post and catches her with a running European Uppercut. Anders rolls back inside, drags Gwen away from the ropes and kicks her over onto her back before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Gwen gets the shoulder up. Anders yanks Gwen up by the arm, drags her over into the corner and tags in Lowri Moss. Kris Cruise: Listen to this capacity crowd go wild for Lowri! The crowd cheers as Moss gets in, takes control of the arm and delivers a pair of arm wrenches. After the third arm wrench is delivered, Gwen quickly takes control of Moss’ wrist, reverses into an arm wrench of her own and whips her into the ropes. Moss comes back and goes to knock Gwen down with a running shoot kick. Gwen counters with a dragon screw leg whip. While Moss is down, Gwen heads over into the Illuminati PROJEKT corner and tags in Monty Margolis. Moss gets back to her feet before Monty knocks her down with a springboard crossbody. ONE! . . TWO! . . Moss gets her shoulder up. Kris Cruise: The high risk connects, but Monty only gets a count of two. What a statement this would be if the Illuminati PROJEKT defeated the top two contenders for the Undisputed Championship. Stephy Auger: It wouldn’t matter if this was a tag team match or not. A win over those two in any capacity is front page news. See, I can be complimentary to Izzy and Lowri. Kris Cruise: I’m shocked. Monty takes Moss and whips her into the ropes. When Moss returns, she crumbles to the mat after Monty connects with a basement dropkick. Monty pulls Moss back to her feet, lifts her up and delivers a flapjack before transitioning into a kneebar. Kris Cruise: Monty’s going for a submission! The ref asks Moss if she wants to give up. Moss refuses before starting to pull herself across the ring. Moss continues to claw her way towards the ropes until Gwen over over, slides across the mat and places Moss in a grounded cravat. Kris Cruise: Illuminati PROJEKT’s got Lowri trapped! Moss remains in both submissions until Anders hops in through the ropes and nails Gwen with multiple stomps to the head. The Mindkiller then heads over to Monty and breaks up the kneebar with multiple stomps to the face. Stephy Auger: Izzy should have let Moss stay in those submissions for a couple of extra seconds before attempting to break it up. Anders takes Monty and whips him into the corner. The Mindkiller runs over to attack until Monty knocks her back with a boot to the face. Monty then runs out of the corner and knocks her down with a busaiku knee! NO! Moss pushes Anders out of the way, catching the knee to the face! Kris Cruise: Lowri just sacrificed herself for Izzy! Stephy Auger: Hmm! Monty makes the cover! ONE! . . TWO! . . Moss gets the shoulder up. Monty takes Moss and whips her into the ropes. He sets up for a back body drop until Moss comes back and drops him to a knee with a switchblade kick. The cheers continue as Moss hits the ropes again before coming back and flattening Monty with a Shining Wizard! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Gwen dives over and breaks up the pin. Kris Cruise: Timely save from the younger Margolis! Gwen gets back out to the apron so that she can get tagged back in. Once the tag is made, she takes Moss and whips her into the corner. Gwen runs in to attack until Moss counters with a back elbow, knocks her back down with a European Uppercut and tosses her into the corner. The cheers continue as Moss delivers the Scarlet Barrage (Alternating rapid-fire knife edge chops and forearms to a cornered opponent)! She then turns, takes off into the far ropes, comes back and sends Gwen slumping down in the corner with a running big boot. Moss takes off into another set of ropes. Instead of returning, she stops, ducks and dumps a charging Monty over the top rope to the floor. Moss then runs over and connects with a running facewash, completing the Just For Kicks combo. Gwen is then pulled out of the corner before both arms are hooked from behind. The crowd cheers when Moss throws her down with a Tiger Suplex before transitioning into a Bridging double chickenwing! Kris Cruise: Severn Bridge! The ref asks Gwen if she wants to give up. It doesn’t take long for Gwen to verbally submit. Unlike Anders last week, Moss lets go of the hold as soon as the bell sounds. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this bout… LOWRI MOSS and IZZY ANDERS! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

Amanda Johnson: Hey everyone! It's Amanda Johnson here! Joining me right now via split screen are the former Pride Champion Tyler Storm and the current Pride Champion, Ace Voltage. Tyler, Ace, I wanted to thank you both for finding the time to join me for this Face 2 Face.
Tyler Storm: Honestly doing this last time around was a lot of fun, I’m looking forward to another round of this, given the change in circumstances.
Ace Voltage: Kind of weird Amanda. Ya know last time Tyler and I did this, he had the title around his waist. Now, the Pride championship is where it rightfully belongs, with Ace Voltage. Pleasure to be here, honey.
Amanda Johnson: Tyler, we haven't really heard from you on FGA programming since you were defeated by Ace at Only the Strong Survive. How are you dealing with the loss of a championship that meant so much to you?
Tyler Storm: I mean probably about as well as you’d expect someone to deal with it, it’s sucked. Not gonna really sugarcoat it, it’s been hard to find the words recently, and I could go into several reasons why that is the case. But honestly, the amount of time and effort I put into that title, it definitely tired me out and it made it to where I have been very questionable as to where my mind is right now. I apologize for the silence, all the same, but...I mean, I don’t have to say how much being Pride Champion meant to me. That title has defined my entire career since arriving in FGA and it’s tough to be back on this end of the conversation again.
Amanda Johnson: Another quick question for you, Tyler. I don't mean to speak for you, but I think you're someone that’s man enough to give credit where credit is due when someone is able to beat you. But I also think it's fair to say that you didn't take too kindly to Ace's post-match actions at Only the Strong Survive. Did a part of you lose a bit of respect for Ace with his antics after winning the Pride Championship?
Tyler Storm: I mean look, I’ve fully understood what Ace has been about since he’s gotten in my face and came for that title, I know the attitude, I know the tactics, so on and so forth. Yeah, for what I want that title to represent, I’ll admit I expected better from Ace because it seemed like ever since he had been in this string of battles, he was going about it a lot more respectfully, but things reshifted in the last couple of weeks before the show and then what happened at Only the Strong Survive happened. But those feelings aside, I’m not taking away the work this man has clearly put in to become champion, I’m not gonna pout and say he didn’t earn having that Pride Championship, so to that he has my highest respect. Any man or woman that can beat me, straight up, I know you earned it. The antics can be addressed with another shot in the ring with one another, because that’s the only thing I want doing the talking for me on that issue.
Amanda Johnson: Ace, while congratulations are in order for your big championship win, don't you think that your actions after the match were out of line?
Ace Voltage: Out of line? You haven’t been in that ring. You and the rest of the idiot fans don’t know what I went through to win this championship. To defeat Tyler Storm. As far as I’m concerned, nothing I could’ve done is out of line. I earned my championship and have the right to do whatever I want. The champ gets to do what the champ wants to do.
Ace pats the championship around his waist.
Ace Voltage: I am FGA royalty here, Amanda. If the fans don’t like what I do, then that sucks for them. Check the ratings, check the merch tables. FGA is more than happy to see another title around my waist.
Amanda Johnson: Ace, we heard you say earlier that hopefully Tyler is out of your life and finally in your rear view window. You're a great wrestler. No one doubts that. You're the Pride Champion. Why are you so quick to be done with Tyler Storm? Is there a part of you that's scared of getting in the ring with Tyler again?
Ace Voltage: Scared? You must be joking. I believe in honor and fairness.
Amanda rolls her eyes at that comment.
Ace Voltage: Tyler lost to me fair and square. He deserves to go to the back of the line. That’s all. I am not scared. I am not worried. I am a champion of the people. Let others try and dethrone me! They can all try but they won’t succeed. Do we really need to see Tyler lose to me again? But, I don’t mind beating him again in front of the world...
Amanda Johnson: Tyler, while you did lose at Only the Strong Survive, it must be stated that the only reason why Ace wasn't forced to release his submission after you reached the ropes was because you had exhausted your three ropes breaks. My question to you is, had you had one rope break remaining and Ace was forced to release The London Special, do you feel like you would have eventually left that match still the Pride Champion?
Tyler Storm: That’s honestly not a question I can proudly answer, Amanda. I have fought for that title for this long, I know the Pride Rules up and down, I lived by those rules and having them enforced correctly. Of course I’d like to say with an extra rope break I’d maybe still be champion, but I don’t address maybes or what ifs. Ace played a smart game, he made me use my 3 rope breaks, He won as is intended by the rules and I can’t argue with that. The best I can do is come back with a better strategy the next time around, which I can already promise will be the case. Just means also having to deal with the punishment of those mean holds Ace has in the repertoire a lot better.
Amanda Johnson: Another question for you Tyler. I'm sure you caught Ace's comments from earlier. He said that you're finally in his rear view unless, quote, "you want to lose to him again" unquote. Tyler, you've been a great Pride Champion. You're one of the very few that have held that championship twice. You have successfully defended the Pride Championship. Tyler, do you want to exercise your rematch clause for All-Star Showdown X?
Tyler Storm: I fully get where Ace is coming from in regards to wanting me gone and to the back of the line, but I do raise one simple point to Ace, that I want him to remember: he lost to me in round 1, and I still fought him again for that title at Only The Strong Survive. I was a fighting champion, and I expect that title to be fought for without any cowardice from the holder, which now falls on Ace’s shoulders and waist. I hope that is something FGA management understands too, I have set a specific standard that the Pride Championship should forever be held to. With that in mind, I believe it to be only fair that I make it fully clear that I scratched Ace’s back, and he will scratch mine in this instance. Consider my rematch clause officially enacted for All-Star Showdown.
Amanda Johnson: You just heard it here first! Ace Voltage WILL be defending his Pride Championship against former champion Tyler Storm at All-Star Showdown X. Ace, your thoughts on the rematch?
Ace Voltage: Babe, I really have no more thoughts. What else can I say? I am confident I can defeat Tyler once again and retain my beauty. Sure, Tyler, you can invoke your rematch but nothing will change. The fear I saw before, I still see it in your eyes. You can get fired up from the fans, get the “boys” in the back to cheer you on. But it won’t matter. Because at the end of the match, just like last time. You will be looking up at me holding MY pride championship.
Amanda Johnson: I can tell you're both fired up! I just want to thank you both for joining me here for Face 2 Face. Tyler, congrats on your win earlier tonight. Ace, good luck in the main event.
