Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center New York, NY TAG TEAM MATCH Illuminati PROJEKT vs. Sarah Santa Monica & BiBi Bakersfield The video screen blacks out as the lights go dark and “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin starts to play. Two spotlights start chasing each other around the arena until one falls on the figure of Monty Margolis, coming out of the concession area. Monty slides down the handrails toward the ring while on the other side of the arena, the spotlight finds Gwen bouncing in place at the top of the stairs right before she takes off running down the stairs. Kris Cruise: We’re not wasting any time here tonight. We’re getting right to the action! The pair hop over the barricade simultaneously and meet for a fist bump before hitting the ring - Gwen pulling herself up onto the apron and saluting the crowd before ducking between the ropes, while Monty climbs the ring steps and holds his pirate flag high before joining his niece. J.A. Aldridge: Introduc -- Gwen grabs the microphone from J.A. Aldridge with a mischievous wink and waves him off to the corner. Gwen: Introducing from Austin, Texas by way of here, there, and everywhere, we are the dream warriors, we are the post-apocalyptic pirates, we are the time-travelin’, dazzlin’, ramblin’ protectors of the world as we know it, the Illuminati PROJEKT! She hands the microphone back to J.A. and joins her uncle in the corner, both of them watching warily for what will happen next. J.A. Aldridge: Their opponents, weighing in at 240 pounds. They are the team of Sarah Santa Monica and Bibi Bakersfield, THE CALI KREW! The crowd boos when Sarah and BiBi make their way towards the center of the ring and start to pose. After posing in the center of the ring, The Kali Crew turn on a dim, rush into the Illuminati PROJEKT corner to attack. But the Illuminati PROJEKT were ready for the attack as both Gwen and Monty start fighting back with punches to the face! Kris Cruise: The Cali Krew tried to get the jump on the Illuminati PROJEKT, but Gwen and Monty were ready! Stephy Auger: Of course their plan didn’t work. It was detained to fail. These are Selfish San Francisco’s people, you know! Kris Cruise: Stephy, Sarah Santa Monica and BiBi Bakersfield are in no way, shape or from related to Sadie San Francisco. Stephy Auger: Could’ve fooled me... Monty takes Sarah and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle multiple times. Meanwhile, Gwen takes BiBi, whips her into the far corner and and catches her with a running European Uppercut. Gwen and Monty run out of their respective corners and pass each other at the center of the ring before running into opposite corners to deliver a running European Uppercut to BiBi and a leaping elbow strike to Sarah. The Margolis’ turn and look back to one another. After giving each other a knowing nod, the Illuminati PROJEKT take The Cali Krew and whip them out of their respective corners. The crowd cheers when Santa Monica and Bakersfield collide in the center of the ring. Sara and BiBi start to stumble back until Monty brings Sarah down with an arm-trap backstabber while Gwen hits BiBi with a German Suplex! Santa Monica gets tossed through the ropes to the floor while Gwen gets Bakersfield in position. On cue, Monty runs over before the Illuminati PROJEKT bring Bakersfield down with the EXCELLENT ADVENTURE (Reverse STO by Gwen/jumping enzuigiri by Monty)! The cheers continue as Monty heads over and wraps his arms around Bakersfield’s legs. He then hoists her up before Illuminati PROJEKT bring her down with AREA 51 (Wheelbarrow lift by Monty into a Codebreaker from Gwen)! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd cheers as “Immigrant Song” plays over the PA. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this bout, the ILLUMINATI PROJEKT! The cheers continue as Monty and Gwen Margolis get their arms raised in victory. Kris Cruise: The team of uncle and niece Monty & Gwen Margolis are victorious here tonight. That’s now two wins in two matches for the Illuminati PROJEKT! Stephy Auger: A win over Selfish San Francisco’s sisters or cousins or whoever they are? That doesn’t impress me. I’ll give you the win over The Gourdbusters. But not this one. Kris Cruise: Well, Stephy, it really doesn’t matter whether you give them credit or not because as it stands, the Illuminati PROJEKT are perfect in tag team action thus far. We both know that they want the gold. They want a shot at those Tag Team Titles. But right now, those titles are currently vacant. Stephy Auger: Yes they are. But from what I’ve been told, Spencer Burke will be joined out here momentarily by a number of teams that will be vying for those championships. Kris Cruise: I think you and I both have the same sources. Stephy Auger: Don’t kid yourself. My sources would never talk to someone like you. Kris Cruise: Be that as it may, I too have heard that Spencer will be joined by a number of teams in the ring. We’ve been hearing the talk amongst the locker room. There have been a number of teams that have made it a point to state that they are going after the vacant Tag Titles. But tonight, it becomes official. Those World Tag Team Titles will be decided at 2021: A New Odyssey. More on that in a bit. Stephy, we haven’t even welcomed the fans to Vertigo! Stephy Auger: What are you waiting for? That’s your job! Kris Cruise: Hello everyone and welcome to Vertigo! I’m Kris Cruise and joining me as always is my colleague, Stephy Auger! Stephy, we are on the eve of FGA’s Past vs Present event tomorrow night. We are over a week away from 2021: A New Odyssey. Tonight is the final night for statements to be made before these two big events. Grapplers throughout the company are gonna be looking to carry their momentum from tonight into those respective events. Stephy Auger: That’s right. Tomorrow night, you’re gonna see some of the fossils from FGA’s past try, and fail, to keep up with FGA’s present. Then, at A New Odyssey, not only will we see new Tag Team Champions crowned, but we’re going to see one World Champion. Seth Iser and Cordy Stevenson will walk into that ring as World Champion and International Heavyweight Champion. But only one will leave as champion. Weeks ago, I would have wanted Seth Iser to win. But with this recent attitude change of Cordy’s, I wouldn’t mind it if she walked out as the champ, either. Kris Cruise: It’s a shame that such a historic match will see both of those champions getting booed out of the area. Stephy Auger: Why, because they don’t conform? Because Seth and Cordy don’t live up to the standards of those idiots in the stands? Cordy is right. They are ungrateful. Kris Cruise: They get booed because Seth Iser schemed his way to that Wildcard Lottery win. They boo Cordy because she cheated Lowri Moss out of the International Championship! Stephy Auger: Oh boo hoo. Cry me a river, Cruise. Kris Cruise: It’s clear we’re not going to agree on this, so let’s get to the matches. Stephy Auger: Let’s! Kris Cruise: Both Cordy and Seth will be in action tonight. The International Champion will take on Kazu Hirano in non-title action! In another non-title match, World Champion Seth Iser goes one on one with one half of the SMWB, Landon Knight, in tonight’s main event! It’ll be a Renati Brand Battle as the Apex Goddess, Fujiko Mine, takes on The Funky Dragon himself, Cassius Reed! Also on the card, Lowri Moss looks to go one on one with the Las Vegas Siren, Savannah Taylor! Logan Alexander is back in action as he goes up against Ashley Marie Chase! But in our next match, we will see a Six Person Tag as Silk & Cyanide join forces with Jaelynn Ramsey to take on The Saturnian Connection and Ashley Sands! We’ve got all this and more for you tonight. Don’t go anywhere! We’ll be right back after this... • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

Spencer Burke is holding court in the center of the ring. Spencer Burke: Ladies and gentlemen, on April 27, FGA will hold a Tag Team Gauntlet Match to determine your new FGA World Tag Team Champions! The teams competing in that match are The Saturnian Connection! Ashes 2 Ashes! Cassius Reed & TJ Techniques! Sadie San Francisco & Jaelynn Ramsey! As well as the team of Sara Mason and Erin Mariani, Silk & Cyanide! The ominous percussion of She’s Gone Away indicates that Silk & Cyanide are preparing to make their presence felt, and as the rhythmic drone of the song’s bassline begins to slither across the Hammerstein Ballroom’s speakers the pairing of Erin Mariani and Sara Mason saunter out at the top of the ramp, each carrying a folding chair as they slowly, purposefully make their way to ringside Once they reach ringside, the two open the chairs almost in unison and use them to step from the ringside area to the ring apron and then grab the chairs and step into the ring, where Mariani aims an icy glare at Spencer Burke as Mason holds back waiting for her excuse to act, but instead Mariani unfolds her chair a second time and sits on it and, at the very moment she sits, Mason sets down her chair allowing Mariani to sit as if on a chaise lounge while Mason paces back and forth behind her, and with Mariani in place she clicks her fingers to demand a microphone be handed to her, and without a moment’s thought she once again aims an icy glare in Spencer Burke’s direction. Erin Mariani: “As well as.” Mariani lets the microphone dangle between her fingers while her glare gets frostier, as Burke’s phrasing has clearly ticked the pair of them off right out of the gate, which allows Mason to pick up the proverbial baton, while also indicating that it would be wise to provide Mariani with a microphone of her own and not make her ask for it this time Sara Mason: Would you like to give that introduction another shot, Spencer Burke? If the look Mariani is giving Burke is ice cold, the look he's getting from Mason is more like a rattlesnake's as it slithers towards its prey, and unsurprisingly Burke wisely decides to change his tone of voice very quickly Spencer Burke: Ladies, you two are no strangers to tag team gold here in FGA as you and Pendragon were the only two teams to win the U.S. Tag Team Titles on two occasions. Silk & Cyanide will once again have a shot at winning the World Tag Team Titles. Give us your thoughts on this field? Erin Mariani: Our thoughts? There is one thought at the forefront of our minds right now, and that is how the supposed fighting champions refused to do what they claimed they did better than anybody else. Rather than defend those titles until there was nothing left in their bodies to give, instead we hear excuses about how it was always the plan for one of them to run away and hide because they couldn’t handle it any longer and we are supposed to accept this without question. Well pardon our shattering of that illusion, but we do not accept it. In fact, we find the weakness of those supposed champions to be a greater insult than… Narrowing her eyes, Mariani rolls her eyes in Burke’s direction, letting him know he’s certainly not off the hook for his introduction Erin Mariani: More than anything else, we cannot help but notice that somebody who was so quick to spin any excuse to justify running away from having to defend the titles is trying to make out that she has no issue facing either of us, when that is not what we suggested: what I suggested was she face one of us with the titles on the line, a detail she conveniently forgot, yet instead here we are being asked about the other teams with whom we are expected to compete while not making a single mention of the one team who daren’t send a representative. Sara Mason: And let’s not do such a poor job of remembering the fact that for all their talk and all their promotion, those two people you can just about make out as they disappear over the horizon never defeated us, never turned us back, so all they can claim is that they were able to survive for another day. Erin Mariani: But as you asked a question, Mr Burke, let’s humor the field for a moment and pretend that we’re going to indulge their fantasies for a moment. There is no doubt that each and every one of them has their own stories, their own visions, their own hopes and dreams that maybe, at long last, they shall have their moment in the sun, and I am sure that some if not all of them believe what they tell themselves while they look into their cold, dead eyes in the mirror every morning. Perhaps they might even have a moment where it seems that those hopes and dreams are coming together, but they did not consider one thing… Mariani holds out an open hand for a second, tantalisingly close to Burke’s face, and then she snaps it shut into a fist and looks right at him with a poisonous look in her eyes Sara Mason: Those are the lives we like to ruin first. Mason snickers at the thought of what she just said, until she is rudely dragged from her headspace by The opening guitar riff of "Warrior" by Skarlett Riot which begins to play over the sound system seconds before Ashley Sands walks out onto the stage followed by her partner and bestie AMC. Pointing out to the fans all over the arena, Sands walks down to the ring. Once she gets down to ringside, and gets on the apron before climbing the turnbuckle from the outside. She nimbly climbs the turnbuckle from the outside to perch atop the top rope as she sits on her knees. AMC on the other hand steps into the ring and walks over to Mason and snatches the microphone from her causing Mason to get face to face with AMC. AMC: Please do! Please make a move! I’m begging you to make a move! Ashley Sands walks over and pulls her hot headed partner away from the others Spencer Burke: It seems as though the team of Ashley Marie Chase and Ashley Sands have some objections. Ladies, what do you have to say in response? AMC: So you two want to be the tag team champions huh? Well guess what the line starts behind us! We are the future tag team champions! We are the team to beat around here! As I said on the last show, If the champs had faced us then Ashes to Ashes would be the champs and this vacated crap would never have happened. AMC looks at her partner AMC: If we had teamed up again the moment I got here then the former champs would have been former champs a long time ago. But here we are and if getting those belts means we have to go through the two of you then so be it! AMC smirks at Sara and Erin and then tosses the microphone over her shoulder to her partner Ashley Sands. Ashley Sands: See now if you two had ever fought against us you wouldn’t be all full of yourselves. You’d have that moment of reflection forced upon you by a boot to the side of the head. It led be around then, surrounded by clouds and a weird little teddy bear hugging toilet paper that you would say to yourselves “Damn they don’t mess around. Bitches are crazy.” Sands pauses for a moment, counting on her fingers. Ashley Sands: I’ve been doing this since I was an eighteen year old little brat. Eight years. You don’t put your body through this kind of hell for eight years straight without taking a break unless you're a little bit nutty. Like this one here, she might as well be a Snickers bar. Or you’re really about this life… Or both. I’m going to say the latter comes a lot into play with me. You have no idea how much I owe to this. So if you think I’m going to be content with putting in a half assed effort to be second best, you hoes got another thing coming. It’s not my fault your girlfriend likes me, I do her hard like fucking warp speed, Your Dad’s mad, it’s not my fucking fault, That your Mom wants to fucking fuck me! As the intro to “You Suck” by Pour Habit blasts throughout the arena, out from the back bursts Cassius Reed! Reed is greeted with boos as he approaches the ring. But the boos turn to cheers when the fans see TJ Techniques make his way out from the back. Reed rolls onto his back before kipping up. Back on the outside, TJ hops onto the apron before slingshotting himself into the ring. Spencer Burke: It appears that the teams of the Saturnian Connection and Sadie and Jaelynn are conspicuous by their absence. But I want to talk to you two while you’re out here. Cassius! TJ! You two have picked up some key wins in tag team action. As a matter of fact, out of your four opponents in this Tag Team Gauntlet, you’ve beaten two of them already. Your thoughts, gentlemen? TJ Techniques: My man, Spence! It’s always good to see you and it’s good to finally get one good look at the ops before heading into this gauntlet. The way I see thi- Cassius steps right in front of TJ, which gets an “OHH!” Cassius starts ranting, completely ignoring the fact that he just cut his partner off. TJ, meanwhile, looks off to the side with pursed lips. Cassius Reed: FINALLY. Spencer, clear the warm up act out the way, as the SHOW has arrived. Cassius Reed is in the room, let the birds sing, let the children rejoice, let the adults be aroused. Now, you astutely pointed out that Cassius has led his new protegé to victory the past few shows. The facts speak for themselves… only one team here can pick up the gold. Only one team here is superior in every single way, only one team has the pedigree, the vision, the putzpah… let's face it, no point being modest at this point, only one team has Cassius Reed. It's simple mathematics. Spencer Burke: TJ, do you care to add anything else? TJ stares right at Cassius as his responds. TJ Techniques: Nah, looks like my partner said everything that needs to be said. Isn’t that right? There’s a definite air of annoyance to TJ’s tone when he responded to Spencer. But his annoyance wasn’t aimed at the interview or any of his opponents in the ring. It was aimed at simply one man. Cassius Reed: See? Cassius' sterling influence is beginning to rub off you. Let Cassius lead the way, it's only natural. Spencer Burke: Well there you have it, ladies and gentlemen! These three teams, along with the Saturnian Connection will do battle at 2021: A New Odyssey where we will see brand new Tag Team Champions! Guys, back to you. • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

SIX PERSON TAG TEAM MATCH Silk & Cyanide & Jaelynn Ramsey vs. Saturnian Connection & Ashley Sands The opening guitar riff of "Warrior" by Skarlett Riot begins to play over the sound system seconds before the Hybrid Champion Ashley Sands walks out onto the stage. Pointing out to the fans all over the arena, Sands walks down to the ring. Once she gets down to ringside, and gets on the apron before climbing the turnbuckle from the outside. She nimbly climbs the turnbuckle from the outside to perch atop the top rope as she sits on her knees. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a Six person Tag Team Match! It is scheduled for one fall. Introducing team number one. First, hailing from Bradley Beach, New Jersey… ASHLEY SANDS! With her name being announced, Ashley holds both of her arms up as she lays back on the turnbuckle post behind her. Flashing from cameras going off all around her, Sands rolls forwards to flip down into the ring and land on her feet. Kris Cruise: We’re back from break and ready to get this Six Person Tag Team Match underway. This is an interesting mix we’ve got here, Stephy. On one side of the ring, you have Silk & Cyanide with Jaelynn Ramsey. On the other side, you’ve got the Saturnian Connection an Ashley Sands. Stephy Auger: There’s no love lost between Sands and Ramsey. But we’ve got two teams, as well as members of two other teams, that are going to be in that Tag Team Gauntlet. Can these pairings coexist for one night knowing that in just a little over a week, they’ll be battling it out for the vacant World Tag Team Championship? A thick fog begins to consume the entranceway. The lights in the venue dim and multiple green-and-blue lasers illuminate the interior of the building with what appear to be starlight, giving its ceiling the look of a planetarium. "Attention, all personnel, this is CBTS; phase vehicle pre-count operation will start on my mark in
FIVE.
FOUR.
THREE.
TWO.
ONE.” Polaris’ “Hey Sandy” explodes across the PA system as the house lights explode to life, casting shades of blue and green across the venue. Rising from the fog, turning in a full circle, arms outstretched is Jillian Clay. She has a distant smile on her face, walking to the ring with an unfocused expression as thoughts swim behind her eyes, arms swaying at her sides. The camera rushes past her toward a second figure that emerges from the fog-- Nando Fresno: Alien Hunter, who looks right into the lens, saying clearly “I see you” before pushing the camera gently aside, walking alongside his partner to the ring. J.A. Aldridge: Her partners, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 289 pounds! They are the team of Nando Fresno: Alien Hunter and Jillian Clay, THE SATURNIAN CONNECTION! Jillian Clay climbs up onto the apron and pauses, glancing out at the audience in the attendance. With a smile, Clay nods a bit to herself and climbs the turnbuckles, holding two fingers skyward, looking up until she closes her eyes for just a moment, muttering something to herself before stretching her arm back. Nando leaps up onto the apron, taking Jill’s hand as an assist before a second leap takes him over the ropes and into the ring. Still maintaining the grip, Jill leaps down from the corner, hair falling around her face and there, finally their grip breaks. Nando walks to the far corner of the ring, leaning out, motioning directly to the camera that “I’m watching you” while Clay sways out-of-focus behind him, gaze steadily skyward. Kris Cruise: The Saturnian Connection have been a tough out for many opponents since arriving here in FGA. But at a certain point, you have to think that Nando Fresno and Jillian Clay want to go from being “that plucky underdog team” to “champions of the tag team division.” Right? Stephy Auger: Of course. But if they were smart, they'd ditch Selfish San Francisco. If the two of them, and even Jaelynn, want to ever amount to anything in FGA, they need to get the hell away from her A.S.A.P.! "No Regrets" by Sohodolls begins to play throughout the venue. A small cloud of smoke appears on stage, outlining the silhouette of a petite woman. The woman, revealed to be Jaelynn Ramsey walks through the cloud and onto the ramp. J.A. Aldridge: Their opponents! First, hailing fro- She struts down the ramp until Sands leaps through the ropes and knocks her down with a suicide dive! Stephy Auger: What the hell!? The crowd cheers as Sands mounts on top of Ramsey before raining down multiple right hands to the face. She then grabs Ramsey by the hair with both hands before repeatedly ramming the back of her head against the floor! Kris Cruise: Ashley’s going right after Jaelynn! This is personal between those two! The cheers continue until Silk & Cyanide rush out from the back to double team Sands. Sara Mason and Erin Mariani hit Sands with a barrage of clubbing strike before stomping away at her. Kris Cruise: Sands is getting jumped by Mason and Mariani! Stephy Auger: Look at the Saturnian Connection! They’re letting Sands get double teamed! Back in the ring, Clay motion to run out to make the save for Ramsey. But she stops, turns around and sees Fresno standing in place. There’s no urgency to him at all. Clay walks over to him confused with her arms spread out. The camera picks up on Fresno asking if Clay wants to fight off Silk & Cyanide because they’re the opponents, or if she’s trying to go out there to help Jaelynn. Kris Cruise: Did you hear that? Stephy Auger: I did! Clay doesn’t answer. She then turns, runs into the corner and runs up to the top turnbuckle. On the outside, Silk & Cyanide continue their assault on Sands until Mason looks up and does a double take. She then points behind Mariani. When Mariani turns around, Clay flips off and knocks her down with a corkscrew moonsault! Kris Cruise: Clay twirls trough the air before taking out Mariani with that huge dive! She’s lucky the high risk paid off! Mason then goes over and puts the boots to Clay before she can return to her feet. Mason then ropes down to her knees before applying a two-handed choke. Stephy Auger: That’s it, Mason! Choke her out! Mason gets back to her feet. When she turns to face the ring, Fresno leaps off the top turnbuckle and knocks her down with a springboard flying crossbody! Kris Cruise: Fresno flies through the air before bringing Mason down! Stephy Auger: Would that be considered a UFO? Bodies are sprawled out all over the ringside area. There’s finally some movement as Ramsey turns over on all fours and starts to crawl her way towards the center of the ring. Ramsey goes to slip back inside until someone grabs her ankle. It’s Sands! Sands tries pull Ramsey back to the outside. But Ramsey is hanging on for dear life by hooking both arms around the bottom rope. The crowd gasps when Ramsey unwraps her left arm from around the bottom rope and touches her throat before spitting out the red mist at Sands! Kris Cruise: Sands nearly got caught with the same mist that blinded her sister in law, Antoinette! Stephy Auger: Not the same! That was double black mist from both Jaelynn and Sadie. But I’m sure that red mist would have stung none the less. Just ask Nina Stokes! Sands lets go and ducks out of the way just in time. When she stands back up, Ramsey is safely in the ring. Sands then climbs up onto the apron before getting doubled over with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. She then grabs onto the top rope with both hands and pulls back before thrusting the rope forward. The crowd boos when Sands flies off the apron before landing hard on the outside. Silk & Cyanide then grab a hold of Sands and bring her back to her feet. The tag team holds Sands in place while Ramsey hits the far ropes. Jae picks up speed as she runs back across the ring. The crowd boos when she leaps through the ropes and knocks Sands down with a suicide dive! Kris Cruise: Jaegerbomb from Jaelynn Ramsey! Ramsey looks to Mason and Mariani and nods her head. She then holds her hands up for a high five. Mason and Mariani look at each other in disbelief. Stephy Auger: I don’t think Silk & Cyanide are interested in sharing anything with Jaelynn where except for a win. Ramsey then starts to point behind the tag team. When Mason and Mariani turn around, the crowd cheers when they get knocked down by superkicks from both Fresno and Clay, respectively! Kris Cruise: Oh man, Mason and Mariani nearly got their heads kicked off! Ramsey is quick to roll back inside. Sat Con then slide back in after her. The crowd starts to buzz with anticipation as Ramsey calls for a timeout. She then keeps her hands out in front of her as she begs for Sat Con to reconsider. She then asks both of them what Sadie would think. Clay reconsiders, nods in approval and stands down. Kris Cruise: What in the world is Clay doing? Stephy Auger: That’s the hold that Selfish San Francisco has over her. Jillian’s completely bought into whatever The Pope is selling! Fresno, however, runs forward, grabs Ramsey and rams her back-first into the corner! The crowd cheers as Fresno climbs up to the middle ropes and starts raining down right hands to Ramsey! “ONE!”
“TWO!”
“THREE!”
“FOUR!”
“FIVE!”
“SIX!”
“SEVEN!”
‘EIGHT!”
“NINE!”
“TE-” The crowd erupts with boos when Fresno gets sprayed with the red mist! The Alien Hunter falls to the mat before clutching his face. Clay quickly runs over and slides down next to him. Kris Cruise: What the hell, Jaelynn!? Stephy Auger: I may not agree with Jae joining forces with Sadie. I feel she would be much better off without her. But Nando left himself wide open there. Ramsey makes her way out of the corner and tries to shake off the barrage of punches. Meanwhile, Clay continues to check on Fresno. Clay then gets up, marches over and spins Ramsey towards her. Kris Cruise: Uh oh! Clay gestures over to Fresno as she confronts Clay. Ramsey keeps her hands up defensively until Sands spins her around and drops her with Into Dust (Codebreaker)! Stephy Auger: She never saw it coming! Sands hits the ropes, comes back and delivers a Wind Whisper (rolling senton) across Ramsey! The cheers continue as Sands gets back to her feet, hits the far ropes, comes back and delivers another Wind Whisper! Clay continues to look on as Sands pulls Ramsey up and whips her into the corner. She then charges across the ring before blasting her with the Wind Kick (corner running big boot)! Sands then takes Ramsey, delivers an irish whip and follows Ramsey across the corner before nearly knocking her head off with another Wind Kick! Ramsey appears to be on dream street before Sands leads her out of the corner by the hair. A boot to the midsection doubles Ramsey over before Sands plants her with a DDT! Kris Cruise: Ashley Sands is on a roll! She’s got Jae right where she wants her. Ramsey lays splayed out on the mat as Sands steps out to the apron. She then points up to the top turnbuckle. Kris Cruise: Don’t waste time, Ashley! Just go for it! Upon hearing the cheers of the crowd, Sands marches over and scales to the top turnbuckle. Sands reaches the top, points down and mouths “this is for Ant” before flipping off and crashing across her with the Sunset (Swanton Bomb)! She turns over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THRE-NO! The crowd gasps, then boos when Clay drags Sands off Ramsey. Kris Cruise: What the hell!? Sands looks back and sees that her own partner for the match is the one that broke up the pin. She looks up at Clay with disbelief. Kris Cruise: I’m juts as confused as Ashley is! Stephy Auger: I’m not! Again, this is that hold that Sadie and even Jae have over her! Sands slaps the canvas out of frustration before getting back to her feet. Clay backs up and tries to explain the tough situation that she’s in. But Sands doesn’t want to hear any of it. So she pushes Clay back. Clay continues to try and explain. Sands responds by pushing her again. Before Sands can attack Clay, Silk & Cyanide rush up from behind and deliver a double running shoulder block, knocking Sands right into Clay! Their heads smack loudly off each other before they fall to the mat. Kris Cruise: Did you hear that!? Mason takes Sands and tosses her through the ropes to the floor. When she looks over and sees Mariani drop down to a knee, Mason pulls up Clay, runs over and delivers the Vow (one-handed bulldog by Mason over Mariani’s knee)! Fresno rolls back in, but he’s quickly met with stomps from Silk & Cyanide. They then pull Fresno back to his feet before hooking his arms. Silk & Cyanide run forward with Frenso before launching him over the top rope with a double hip toss! The crowd gasps when Fresno flips over the top rope before knocking Sands back down on the floor! Stephy Auger: He just got yeeted to the floor! Back inside the ring, Silk & Cyanide march back over and pull Clay back to their feet. The boos continue as they hoist Clay up before slamming her down with the Haute Tension (double team inverted crucifix powerbomb)! Mariani stays on lookout while Mason makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd erupts with boos as "She's Gone Away" blares throughout the arena. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this bout… Silk & Cyanide and Jaelynn Ramsey! The boos continue as Mason and Mariani get their arms raised in victory. Kris Cruise: Sara Mason, Erin Mariani and Jaelynn Ramsey get the win! But if it wasn’t for Jillian Clay pulling Ashley Sands off Jaelynn, this match would have been over and Ashley Sands would be getting her arm raised right now. Stephy Auger: If Jillian’s willing to sabotage her team tonight for Sadie, what will she do at the pay per view? Will Jillian lay down for Sadie and Jae if they tell her to? What will Nando make of all this? • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

SINGLES MATCH Logan Alexander vs. Ashley Marie Chase "I Bring the Darkness (End of Days)" by Jim Johnston featuring Tommy Vext begins to play as the aisle way fills up with smoke. AMC rises up from the smoke in full face paint and is trying not to cough from all the smoke. ”Who do you think you are? You’ve now gone much to far!” AMC steps through the smoke and looks around at the crowd she then slowly walks toward the ring basically strutting with a smirk as she fist bumps some of the fans J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Beverly Hills, California! She is Ashley Marie Chase! ”I bring the darkness! I am the thunder! I come from HELL And I’ll pull you under!” AMC walk up the steps, taking a moment to wipe her feet on the apron before getting into the ring. AMC then drops to her knees in the middle of the ring and stretches out her arms and looks out toward the crowd. Kris Cruise: Ashley Marie Chase is fired off. She’s been pissed to high heaven over these last few weeks. First her tag partner Antoinette Sands gets taken out by Sadie San Francisco and Jaelynn Ramsey. Then, she loses the 15 Championship back to Mark Bisley. I know she didn’t like what she saw earlier tonight between Ashley Sands and The Saturnian Connection. Stephy Auger: We’ve seen her have to be pulled away and held back in interviews as of late. She better control that temper before she ends up getting herself disqualified. Without any music or fanfare, Logan strides out from the entryway, dressed to compete, with Theodore Harris walking along beside and half a step behind him. Logan’s gaze focuses on his opponent standing in the ring while Theodore looks around the arena and at the assembled crowd as they walk down the entry ramp to the ringside area. J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Theodore Harris! He hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 227 pounds! He is LOGAN ALEXANDER! Logan leads the way over to the nearest set of ring steps, climbs up them to the ring apron and then into the ring. Theodore follows Logan up the stairs, stopping on the ring apron. Kris Cruise: Theodore wanted competition? Well, he got what he’s asked for. Not only is AMC a former champion here, but she’s one of the few people currently competing in FGA that has nearly as much as experience as him. Stephy Auger: That’s right. 2004 to 2007. Logan’s got the three year edge. But AMC is entering her third decade of competition, too. Wow, when you really lay it out like that, AMC is really old. I mean, I shouldn’t really be surprised. She looks about 50 in the face, you know! Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy! Logan moves back into the corner, leaning back against the turnbuckles, draping his arms on the top rope on either side of him and looks towards his opponent. Theodore steps over behind him and leans in close, talking softly to Logan, who merely nods slightly in response to whatever is being said. Theodore then steps back and descends the stairs back to the ringside mats. Logan keeps his gaze on his opponent waiting for the bell to ring. The bell sounds as both grapplers circle the ring. After jockeying for position, Alexander gains the advantage with a side headlock. AMC tries to push him off, but Alexander stays in place. AMC then hits him with a forearm to the ribs before trying to shove him off. Again, Alexander stays in place. AMC then reaches up, latches onto Alexander’s wrist and slowly tries to spin out. The crowd buzzes with anticipation as she slowly raises Alexander’s arm in the air. She’s about to reverse into a top wristlock when Alexander overpowers her, pulls the arm back down and traps her in another side headlock. AMC then catches him with three punches to the lower back. Alexander is then moved into the near ropes before finally being pushed off, sending him into the far ropes. When Alexander returns, he knocks AMC down with a running shoulder block. He then takes off into another set of ropes. When he returns, he sees AMC turns over into the prone position. Instead of hopping over his opponent to continue to run the ropes like 99% of wrestlers, Alexander stops and counters with an elbow drop across the back. He then places AMC in a grounded side headlock. Kris Cruise: Smart play by Alexander. He’s continuing to keep AMC grounded. He knows he can’t keep up with AMC’s pace. So it’s best to just wear her down. Stephy Auger: You’re right. Smart play by equally smart men. Mr. Harris is out there, too, you know. The ref gets down and asks AMC if she wants to give up. The former 15 Champion refuses. She then battles back to her feet. Alexander keeps the side headlock applied until Alexander lifts him up and counters with a shin breaker. With the hold broken, AMC nails Alexander with a kick to the back of the left kick. The cheers continue when AMC hits him with another kick to the back of the leg. Another stinging kick connects before AMC takes off into the ropes. When she returns, she connects with a dropkick, sending Alexander tumbling down to the mat. AMC rushes over and makes the cover. ONE! . . Alexander kicks out. Kris Cruise: Quick nearfall there from AMC. I know her focus is on winning those Tag Titles and getting revenge for Antoinette. But she cannot, under any circumstance, overlook Logan Alexander. Stephy Auger: Looking past Logan would be a grave mistake. He can take you apart in a variety of ways, so you need to be alert and on the lookout. AMC gets up and immediately tries to put Alexander in a figure four. But he’s able to use his free leg to push her off mid turn. Once both grapplers are back to their feet, AMC rushes over and connects with a running dropkick, sending Alexander stumbling into the corner. AMC then makes her way into the corner and hits three knife edge chops. An irish whip follows, sending Alexander into the far corner. AMC then runs across the ring, hurls herself at Alexander and hits him with a flying corner clothesline! She then slips down to the apron and pushes Alexander from behind. Alexander staggers forward a couple of steps until AMC leaps off the top and drives him down with a top rope bulldog! The cheers continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Alexander kicks out. Kris Cruise: Another nearfall for AMC. You mentioned that Harris was looking for competition. But we know what Logan is looking for. He doesn’t seem to think too fondly of Sloan Talbot. Stephy Auger: Yeah, well Sloan Talbot isn’t exactly going to get votes for Fan Favorite. Not that he’ll complain about that… Kris Cruise: ...unlike Cordy Stevenson! Stephy Auger: Ohh, I heard that! Wait until I tell Cordy! Alexander reverses an irish whip, sending AMC into the ropes. AMC comes back and sees him setting up for a back body drop. So she stops and hooks both of his arms. The crowd cheers when they see her setting up for the Name Dropper (Pedigree)! But the cheers turn to boos when Alexander breaks free of the underhooks before countering with a back body drop. Kris Cruise: That might have been it for Logan if AMC connected. Stephy Auger: You mentioned Sloan Talbot. This is a man that took “The Burning Heart” and knocked him right out of FGA. Talbot is someone that has broken and dismantled men. I love this new edge with Logan. I like him and Mr. Harris. But if I’m them, maybe I just leave Sloan Talbot alone. AMC turns over and goes to pick herself up off the mat before Alexander catches her on the way up with a superkick. Chase falls back to the mat before Alexander makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Chase kicks out. Alexander takes AMC, moves her into the corner and hits her with a pair of palm thrusts. After being whipped hard into the far corner, AMC staggers over towards the center of the ring before Alexander brings her down with a flapjack. With AMC down in the prone position, the crowd gasps and boos when they see Alexander try to place AMC in the Perfect Chaos Theory (Edgecator version)! But AMC’s able to squirm towards the side of the ring and reach the bottom rope, forcing a rope break. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! Kris Cruise: AMC was lucky to escape there. Stephy Auger: Yeah! If Logan locked in the Perfect Chaos Theory, she’d be tapping that mat! Alexander raises his hands in the air before stepping back towards the center of the ring. As soon as AMC starts to pull herself up using the ropes, Alexander rushes back over to attack. The crowd cheers when AMC knocks him back with a back elbow to the face. AMC then bounces off the ropes before going for an attack. But Alexander’s able to counter into a drop toe hold. He immediately latches onto AMC’s leg and applies an ankle lock from a kneeling position. Kris Cruise: Right into another submission! Stephy Auger: Logan remains undeterred. AMC cries out in pain while Alexander starts to twist the ankle. Theodore Harris can be seen on the outside making twisting motions with his hands as he watches his client apply more pressure to the hold. The ref asks AMC over and over if she wants to give up. She doesn’t hesitate to refuse each initial offer. But the last time she’s asked, she strongly considers it. The pain is very visible on her face. As soon as AMC raises her hand off the mat, the crowd tells her not to do it. “NO!”
“NO!”
“NO!”
“NO!” Harris can be seen motioning for Alexander not to let up. AMC’s arm starts to shake. She starts to bring the arm down, only to roll over onto her back and nails Alexander with a hard upkick that breaks the hold! Alexander’s head snaps back before he drops to the mat. Kris Cruise: AMC’s free! She just freed herself from that hold! Stephy Auger: C’mon Logan, get up! Both grapplers slowly make their way back to the feet. AMC nails Alexander with a right hand. Alexander gets nailed with another right hand. Chase then fires off three right hands in quick succession before going for an irish whip. No! Alexander reverses, whipping her into the ropes. He catches AMC off the rebound, lifts her up, turns and throws her down hard with a spinebuster! The crowd boos as he rolls across AMC and hooks the near leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . AMC gets her shoulder up. Alexander gets to his feet and goes to work with multiple stomps to the leg. He then reaches down, hooks his arms around AMC legs and leans back, catapulting her into the corner. AMC stumbles away from the corner until Alexander takes control of her back. He’s about to bring her down with the Chaotic Repeater (multiple German Suplexes) until AMC catches him with a back elbow to the face. She then performs a standing switch, pulls Alexander’s head back and looks down at him before delivering a Scorpion Death Drop! The cheers continue as the cover gets made. ONE! . . TWO! . . Alexander gets the shoulder up. AMC takes Alexander and whips him into the ropes. When he returns, he gets knocked off his feet with the Kick of Doom (superkick)! Alexander clutches his jaw while AMC steps out to the apron. As she climbs the turnbuckles, Alexander turns over on all fours to try and shake out the cobwebs. The moment he gets back to his feet, AMC leaps off from the top and knocks his down with a high crossbody! Kris Cruise: It’s a Bird, it’s a Plane, IT’S A CHASE! ONE! . . TWO! . . Alexander gets the shoulder up. AMC sets up for an irish whip when Alexander reverses before doubling her over with a knee to the midsection. He then pulls her into a front facelock, lifts her up and plants her with the Chaotic Shockwave (Implant DDT)! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Chase gets her shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Yet another nearfall! This is Logan’s toughest test since that huge battle with Ashlyn De Luca last year! Alexander takes Chase and whips her into the ropes. When AMC returns, she slides through Alexander’s legs. Alexander turns around before getting rocked with a running pump knee to the face! Chase then hits the ropes, leaps across the ring and knocks him down with a diving forearm smash! AMC hits the ropes, leaps back over and knocks Alexander back down with another diving forearm smash. AMC hits another set of ropes. She lunges over for another diving forearm strike. But Alexander’s able to drop down to the prone position. The crowd boos when AMC flies over him before crashes on the mat. Stephy Auger: She went to the well one too many times, Cruise! Alexander marches over and starts to pull Chase up to her feet. AMC then swats his hands off of her before nailing him with four right hands. She then steps back before nailing him with another Kick of Doom. Alexander stumbles back before dropping down to a knee. Chase goes over, picks up Alexander and goes for an irish whip. But Alexander reverses, sending Chase hard into the corner. While AMC staggers out of the corner, Alexander hits the ropes, comes back and brings her down with the Stryke Force (Diamond Cutter)! Stephy Auger: Stryke Force out of nowhere! Logan makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd boos as Alexander gets his arm raised. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout, LOGAN ALEXANDER! Harris makes his way into the ring before raising Alexander’s arm in victory. • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

SINGLES MATCH Laura Perelli vs. TJ Techniques ♫ Step into a world (Klaka klaka, klaka klaka!) Where there's no one left (Buku, buku! Alla de massive!) But the very best (Klaka, bo bo, BDP crew, bo bo bo bo!) No MC can test [*cut and scratch of KRS saying "but one"*] ♫ The beat kicks in as "Step Into a World (Rapture’s Delight)" starts to knock through the speakers. Out through the curtain steps TJ Techniques, clad in his ring attire and hooded vest. TJ peeks out underneath the hood as he looks out to the right. He does the same to his left before flinging the hood back, smacking his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his forefingers. TJ nods his head as he makes his way down the ramp with purpose. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Staten Island, New York! Weighing in at 188 pounds… TJ TECHNIQUES! TJ leaps to the apron before stepping into the squared circle. He makes a beeline towards the far corner and hops up to the middle ropes. TJ scans the crowd before slapping his chest twice and pointing down in front of him with his fingers. He hops down from the corner, walks across the ring and hops to the middle ropes and scans the corner. TJ slaps his chest twice before pointing down in front of him with his forefingers. He then hops down and takes off the hooded vest before tossing it to the outside. TJ tugs away at the top rope as he readies himself for his opponent. Stephy Auger: Aw, would you look at this? Sparrow sent his buddy out here to get his title back because he’s too scared to do it himself. Isn’t that so sweet? Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy! Stephy Auger: Doesn’t have TJ have issues of his own, like knowing his role, shutting his mouth and falling in line? Cassius is trying to win those Tag Titles for the both of them, you know. But from that meeting of the minds we saw earlier, I think it’s safe to say that TJ is finally starting to get the big picture. It took him long enough! But late is better than never, right? Kris Cruise: If anyone has an ego around here, it’s Cassius Reed! What Cassius needs to do is realize that this isn’t singles action. This is a tag team situation and if he and TJ are going to walk out of that gauntlet match as the champions, they need to work together as a team. Stephy Auger: Cassius has tried working as a team and TJ has nearly cost them two matches. Kris Cruise: I think we all agree that you have that sentence backwards. The arena goes dark for just a moment, as the opening riffs to Voodoo Johnson's "United Divided" play through the PA, before the white lights are replaced by swirling blue and yellow replacements. A few seconds pass, though, and it’s only when the drum beat kicks in that the curtain is pushed aside, and Laura Perelli comes spinning through, immediately spreading her arms out wide, a sly little smile on her face as she glances out into the arena. She holds her spot in the center of the stage, rolling her neck out to either side before unstrapping the Mid-Atlantic Legacy belt from around her waist, raising it up overhead. There’s more than a second of her relishing holding the belt up before she drapes it over her shoulder, only making her way down the ramp when she’s good and ready. Gripping the title with one hand, Laura’s not exactly in a particular hurry, as she more saunters down the ring, occasionally glancing to either side of her to take in the fans at the aisleway. It’s never for more than a moment or two, though, as the most regard Laura’s willing to give is a little tilt of the head to one fan in particular trying to get her attention--whatever he may have been saying, it didn’t do much to faze her, and she just continues to move on. At her own pace, she reaches the end of the ramp, and one fan in particular seems to catch her attention--for a moment, at least--as she takes a second to flaunt the belt on her shoulder to him. She eventually reaches the ring steps, pausing with one boot on the bottom step, closing her eyes for just a second before quickly jogging up onto the apron, casually wiping the soles of her boots off before spinning around to face the crowd--if only to smirk a little bit, and raise her title up again. J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, from Trenton, New Jersey, weighing in at 127 pounds, this is LAURAAAAA PERRELLIIIIIIIII! Laura swings herself through the ropes, spinning in a half circle to face the opposite side fans and stretching one arm out, lifting the belt up with the other. She holds the pose for more than a couple seconds before eventually backing herself into her corner, laying her title down in front of her before shrugging her jacket off and dumping it out of the ring. Grabbing the top rope with one hand, she leans down, stretching her opposite leg out in preparation for the match. Kris Cruise: The nerve of Laura Perelli to walk out here with the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship! Stephy Auger: Why not? Did she or did she not make Not-So-Mighty Sparrow tap out? I believe she did, so that makes her the new champion! Kris Cruise: Yeah, she made him tap out… AFTER the match was already called and AFTER she kept the hold locked on for forever and a day. Stephy Auger: Cruise, don’t you know that possession is nine tenths of the law? From where I’m sitting, it looks like Perelli’s got the championship. Thus, that makes her the champion. But hey, if Sparrow wants to risk getting his arm snapped, then he can come out here and try to take it from her. The bell sounds as both grapplers make their way over to the center of the ring. Techniques points to Perelli before pointing out to the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship. The camera cuts to the championship as it sits on the timekeeper’s table. The camera cuts back to Techniques telling Perelli that he’s going to bring that title back to its rightful owner. Perelli just smirks as she finds this all amusing. In a flash, Techniques gets knocked back with a European Uppercut! Stephy Auger: Good! That’s what you get for running your mouth! The crowd boos when they see Techniques get knocked back with another European Uppercut. Perelli then moves Techniques into the corner before lighting up his chest with a barrage of knife edge chops. She then delivers an irish whip before following him across the ring. Instead of crashing into the corner, Techniques executes a Tiger Wall Flip over Perelli. After landing on his feet, Techniques goes to attack until he gets countered with an Running STO! The crowd boos Perelli when she gives her trademark ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ shrug before going for the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques kicks out. Kris Cruise: Perelli has him well scouted there. Stephy Auger: She’s Laura Perelli! She always has her opponents scouted and figured out. That’s why she’s the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion! Kris Cruise: ... Perelli picks up Techniques and whips him into the ropes. When he returns, he gets knocked off his feet with a standing dropkick. The boos continue as Perelli makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques kicks out. Perelli brings Techniques back to his feet before executing an arm wrench. After another arm wrench is delivered, Techniques rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. Perelli then rolls forward, turns over onto her knees, flips over with a headstand, spins in place and reverses into a hammerlock. Techniques lets out a groan when Perelli applies further pressure to the shoulder joint by pushing his hand up towards his neck. He gets asks if he wants to give up. Techniques shakes his head. He tries to spin out and reverse into a hammerlock of his own. But that gets blocked. He then tries to catch Perelli with a back elbow to the face with his free arm. But Perelli’s able to move her head out of the way in time. Techniques processes what he can do next before finally escaping with a jumping snapmare. While Perelli gets back to her feet, Techniques takes off into the ropes. When he returns, he slows down and stops when he sees Perelli run past him towards the same set of ropes. Techniques turns around and gets brought down with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors. Perelli then runs over as Techniques gets back to his feet. He then leapfrogs over her before she continues to run the ropes. When Perelli comes back, he goes for a hip toss. But Perelli steps through it and counters with an arm drag into an armbar. Kris Cruise: Perelli goes right back to work on that arm. Stephy Auger: I love it. TJ is getting totally outclassed here. Not that this should come as a surprise. The crowd boos Perelli as she cinches down on the hold. The ref asks Techniques if he wants to give up. Techniques refuses. He then slowly battles back to a vertical base before using his free arm to move Perelli into the near ropes. He then pushes her off into the far ropes. When Perelli returns, she purposely nails Techniques with a running shoulder block into the right shoulder. Techniques doesn't get knocked down. But the move does double him over. Perelli quickly grabs a hold of the arm and wrenches it again before bringing him down with a double knee armbreaker! Techniques bounces off the knees before rolling over towards the side of the ring. Kris Cruise: TJ might be hurt here? Stephy Auger: Might? It’s pretty much guaranteed, Cruise! Perelli walks over towards the side of the ring while Techniques tries to pull himself up off the apron. She the reaches through the ropes, snatches Techniques’ right arm and drops down to snap it across the middle rope! The crowd boos when they see Techniques crumbles to the floor. Kris Cruise: TJ’s really had it taken to him in this one. Stephy Auger: Well, he’s in there with the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion. Even in non-title matches, Perelli is going to bring it. Kris Cruise: ... Techniques turns over to a knee and clutches his right arm. Back inside the ring, Perelli crouches down and waits patiently for Techniques to get back to his feet. The moment Techniques starts to rise back to his feet, she turns to hit the ropes. She then picks up speed as she runs back across the ring. The crowd boos when Perelli leaps through the ropes and knocks him down with a suicide dive! She then takes Techniques and rolls him back inside before rolling back in for the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Techniques gets his left shoulder up. Perelli takes Techniques and whips him into the ropes. She sets up for a back body drop off the rebound. But Techniques hurdles over her before continuing to run the ropes. Perelli then stands up, turns around and gets caught with a running hurricanrana. Techniques gets back to his feet and hits the far ropes. The crowd cheers as he runs back across the ring before knocking Perelli back down with a Shaolin Sidekick (Harlem Sidekick)! Techniques throws out another Shaolin Sidekick, but Perelli ducks. When Techniques lands on his feet and turns around, he ducks a right and left punch from Perelli before knocking her off her feet with a spinning legsweep. He then follows up with a snap leg drop before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli kicks out. Kris Cruise: Techniques with his first nearfall of the contest. Techniques has won multiple Tag Team Titles before. Will he see another title win at A New Odyssey? Stephy Auger: If he keeps his mouth shut and lets Cassius do all the heavy lifting, absolutely! Techniques takes Perelli and goes for an irish whip. The crowd gasps when Perelli reverses with an irish whip feint before trying to pull him down into a Fujiwara Armbar. Techniques blocks by dropping to his knees and keeping his left palm flat on the mat. He then rolls forward, leans back, kips up, runs over towards the ropes and brings her down with a springboard arm drag. Techniques runs over and nails Perelli with a Shoeti, knocking her down. The cheers continue Perelli gets back up before getting caught with a second Shotei. Techniques motions to throw out a third when Perelli cuts him off with a forearm strike. The crowd boos when she hits Techniques with three more forearm strikes. She then takes Techniques and whips him into the ropes. Perelli sets up for another back body drop off the return. This time, Techniques stops and places her in a side headlock. The crowd cheers as he glides backwards across the ring before planting her with a Moonwalk DDT. Techniques then hits the ropes, returns and connects with a Flashing Elbow (using the left arm) before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli kicks out. Techniques takes Perelli and tosses her out through the ropes to the apron. When Perelli pulls herself up, Techniques runs towards the corner and goes for a triangle shoulder block (with the left shoulder). The crowd gasps when Perelli ducks after Techniques soars over the top rope! Perelli then throws out her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ shrug after avoiding another signature move from her opponent. But unbeknownst to her, Techniques landed safely on his feet! He then runs over and kicks Perelli’s legs out from under her! The crowd cheers when Perelli bounces off the apron before hitting the floor. Kris Cruise: Perelli took her eyes off the ball and paid for it! Stephy Auger: Oh yeah? More like TJ Techniques attacked her from behind! Shows what type of coward he is. Kris Cruise: Aren’t you the one always talking about wrestlers protecting themselves at all teams? Stephy Auger: … look, just call the damn match, Cruise, and get off my back! Techniques rolls himself back inside and starts waving his left arm up and down. Once he sees Perelli starting to pick herself up, he hits the far ropes, runs back across the ring and hurls himself over the top rope for a diving topé con hilo! Kris Cruise: The high risk pays off for The Funky Technician! Stephy Auger: I’ve seen Cassius do moves like that before! When Cassius does it, it’s a 10 out of 10. TJ? Eh, I’ll give it a 3 out of 10. Kris Cruise: ... Perelli gets rolled back in before Techniques hops onto the apron and brings himself back inside with a topé atomico! He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli gets her foot on the bottom rope. Techniques takes Perelli, backs into the corner and climbs up to the middle ropes. He sets up for a Tornado DDT when Perelli slips out and sends him crashing shoulder-first down to the mat with an arm wringer. Stephy Auger: Ohh, I bet that hurt! Techniques slowly gets back to his feet before Perelli takes control of his back. He tries to fight Perelli off. But she’s able to bring Techniques down with the Code of Silence (Saka Otoshi into Sleeper Hold)! The ref gets down and asks Techniques if he wants to give up. He refuses. After slowly maneuvering his body to the side, he counters with a bridge & roll counter! ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli kicks out. Both grapplers scramble back to their feet. Perelli charges over to attack until Techniques counters with a Spanish Fly! Th cheers continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Perelli gets the shoulder up. Techniques takes Perelli and goes for an irish whip. Perelli reverses with an irish whip feint into a short-arm knee to the midsection. Techniques is then lifted up across Perelli’s shoulders before she brings him down with the Head Shot (Ushi Goroshi)! The boos continue as Perelli pulls Techniques back up before throwing him down with the Dead Money (Regal-Plex)! ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! Techniques kicks out, but Perelli uses the momentum to turn him over into the prone position and transition into a Fujiwara Armbar! Kris Cruise: Perelli’s gone after the arm again! She’s got him trapped in another submission! Stephy Auger: Uh oh! Looks like TJ’s gonna be tapping like his buddy Not-So-Mighty Sparrow very shortly! Techniques howls out in pain as Perelli pulls back on the hold. The ref asks him if he wants to give up. Again, Techniques refuses. So Perelli pulls back on the hold. Kris Cruise: TJ’s arm has to be killing him. Stephy Auger: Of course he is. But he’s got too much pride to tap. He’s not smart enough to give up when he’s behind. He’d rather get his arm snapped instead of doing the smart thing and submitting. Techniques reaches out for the ropes. But he’s nowhere near them. He’s then asked again if he wants to give up. Techniques refuses before trying to drag himself forward, but it’s to no avail. Techniques groans when Perelli plants her feet on the mat before pulling back more on the arm. Techniques grabs at his face as the pain is starting to become unbearable. Kris Cruise: TJ is trying to hang on! Stephy Auger: Hang on! What he’s doing is being selfish! The crowd boos when Perelli starts to repeatedly yank back on the arm! Techniques cries out in pain. But he still won’t submit. Kris Cruise: TJ won’t give up! Stephy Auger: How much more selfish can you get!? This man has a big title opportunity at the pay per view with Cassius Reed. But he’s risking putting Cassius at a disadvantage because he’s too prideful! Techniques reaches out with his free arm. He groans as he struggles to pull himself to the side. He then reaches out and slowly pulls himself to the side again. The crowd continues to rally behind Techniques as he pulls himself closer towards the side of the ring. Kris Cruise: TJ’s fighting to get to those ropes! Stephy Auger: I swear if he gets hurt, Cassius is gonna have a fit! Techniques continues to literally scratch and claw his way towards the side of the ring. Perelli quickly slows him down by executing some joint manipulation. Techniques again cries out in pain. He’s asked if he wants to give up. The ref is giving him an opportunity to end his suffering right here. But Techniques wags his finger. Kris Cruise: TJ will not give up! Stephy Auger: TJ will not use the brain that’s between his ears! He’s risking damage to his arm. Which would mean that he doesn’t go into that match at 100%. Which means that Cassius will literally have to drag him to those titles. People say Cassius has an ego? No, that’s ego right there in the ring. Tat’s arrogance right there. Techniques lets out another loud groan as he slowly drags himself towards the side. Perelli shakes her head in disbelief as Techniques gets closer and close to the ropes. La Principessa’s had enough of this. So she swings her legs around across Techniques’s back and scissors them around what was his free arm. She then takes his right arm with both hands before forcing him onto his side. The crowd erupts with boos when they see him trapped in the Rings of Saturn. Techniques screams out in pain as stress is now being applied to both shoulder joints. Kris Cruise: New Jersey Necktie! The ref asks Techniques if he wants to give up. Techniques wants to continue. But he can’t hang on any longer, so he starts to frantically nod his head. The ref then calls for the bell. Stephy Auger: Finally! The crowd boos when "United Divided" plays over the PA. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… LAURA PERELLI! With the matchup over, Laura Perelli immediately goes for the Mid-Atlantic Legacy championship that she views herself as the true owner of. She raises “her belt” high overhead to the boos of a raucous Hammerstein Ballroom crowd. There’s no trademark shrug tonight, just the arrogant look of satisfaction on the face of the winner. This only makes the crowd boo Laura harder, especially after her victory over the favorite to win, TJ. The Jersey Devil is unperturbed however, continuing to raise her championship and even going as far as trying to put a boot on Techniques as though she’s conquered him. TJ rolls away from Laura before she gets the chance, now on his hands and knees and beginning to raise himself off the mat. The “champion” seems to see this as a slight that TJ would stand in “her” ring after she faced him rather than roll out. Laura readies that title belt in her grip, preparing to decapitate him with the stolen championship as she takes a few steps backward, all the way to the corner turnbuckle. The Funky Technician has no idea what’s coming behind him as he gets to one knee. The crowd at this point begins trying to warn TJ, yelling anything they can as Perelli takes aim. Cassius Reed is nowhere to be found to make the save before his partner gets hurt, something that doesn’t go amiss from a few vocal fans yelling “Where’s Cassius?” Cheers quickly surge as Mighty Sparrow emerges from the curtain, making a B-line to the ring. Laura, rather than take the chance of letting him steal what she views as her belt, gets out of the ring with her eyes on him the whole time. Sparrow however, doesn’t chase her but lends TJ a hand up. Both men have their eyes on The Jersey Devil who has the Mid-Atlantic Legacy championship in her grasp as she walks backward towards the curtain. Sparrow and TJ share a few words with the champ explaining to Techniques what Laura was about to do. Sparrow walks towards the ropes facing the curtain and yells for Laura to come back and face him. The “champion” however shakes her head, throwing the title over her shoulder. She mouths, “Only on my terms, for *MY* title”. She stares at the two men in the ring like they’re less than gnats before she slips past the curtain. • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

SINGLES MATCH Lowri Moss vs. Savannah Taylor There was silence; the lights began to fade away slowly. A soft instrumental echoes out across the audience. It starts slowly, a beautiful sound that contrasts the heaviness of the world. Like feathers, it glides among the waiting audience. The lighting fixtures produce a gentle spotlight upon the stage, offset by the occasional flash here and there. As the song continues, a woman’s words begin to come through. Her voice is tender, not raising upon a whisper. Deceived by my eyes and all I was told I should see Opinions not mine, the person they taught me to be One night in the dark, a vision of someone I knew And in the darkness I saw, a voice say, I'm you. On the stage, a feminine figure appears. Her head lowered to everything. People cannot make out who it is. As she stands there, the flashes briefly illuminate her figure. It only gives small clues on who stands at the gate. She stands in the spotlight, her shadow cast large and proudly among the stage. Inside me a light was turned on… The instrumental picks up again. An electric guitar now joins the progressively exciting instrumentals of before. The singer’s voice suddenly intensifies. Then I was alive! In the light, it is revealed that it was Savannah Taylor. She stands at the gate, a robe of obsidian and ivory hues. The hood of it shadows her eyes, but the intensity of the final EXODUS World Champion remains clear as day. She starts off down the ramp, with a serious aura radiating from her body. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada! Weighing in at 120 pounds! She is “The Las Vegas Siren,” SAVANNAH TAYLOR! If you close your eyes your life, A naked truth revealed Dreams you never lived, And scars never healed Savannah makes her way up the ring steps. She looks out towards the audience for a moment before entering the ring. From there, she heads for a turnbuckle. She stands there, taking in everything. She then lifts her up on top of it. She peers out in nothing, then takes off the hood with a flashy flourish. Her blonde locks fly up in the air. They descend, shaping her face as they famously do. In the darkness, light will take you to the other side You'll find me waiting there you'll see, if you just close your eyes While she stands in her corner, she closes her eyes and takes a heavy breath. When her bright eyes open, Taylor is completely composed. There is nothing more than the heat of battle awaiting her. She takes off her robe, giving it to a stagehand. She stretches her wrists before devoting her mind to the war upon the horizon. Kris Cruise: Tomorrow night, Savannah Taylor teams with Izzy Anders to take on their former Heroes Never Die cohorts, Heather Lasiewicz and Yun Goeun. I wonder what’s running through her head right now. Stephy Auger: I’m sure she’d probably prefer to not have this match. I bet she probably wishes that the four of them were running roughshod over FGA again like the old days. But for that to happen, she would have to revert back to the 2017 version of herself. This 2021 version of her? No buys. “Loner Boogie” by Boy Azooga plays over the PA system, and once the song's intro finishes, through the curtains - and out onto the stage - walks Lowri Moss, who is greeted by a cheer. Lowri takes a moment to scan the crowd, before making her way towards the ring, and as she does so, she slaps the hands of some of the fans that reach out to her. J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, hailing from Llaneli, Wales! Weighing in at 142 pounds… LOWRI MOSS! After arriving at ringside, Lowri climbs the steps up onto the ring apron and steps through the ropes, before heading for one of the corners and climbing to the second rope. There are further cheers and applause for Lowri from the fans, and as she again surveys the crowd, she gestures to them by making the ILY sign with her right hand, in acknowledgement of their reaction to her arrival. Kris Cruise: Speaking of big matches, Lowri Moss has a huge dream match scheduled at A New Odyssey against none other than Fujiko Mine. It gets no bigger than a match against the Apex Goddess! Stephy Auger: Yeah, it’s called the Unification Match that’s on the same show! Pay attention, Cruise! See, this is what Cordy Stevenson’s talking about. It’s bad enough she was treated like a second rate champion even though she is the longest International Champion by a mile. Now, you’re putting this love fest between Lowri and Fuji Water above one of the biggest matches in FGA’s 10 year history? Shame! Moss and Taylor circle the ring before locking up. After an initial struggle, Moss gains the advantage as she moves Taylor across the ring. At the last second, Taylor pivots and presses Moss against the turnbuckles. The official is quick to get in and give both grapplers until the count of five to break it up. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! Taylor slowly lowers his head while Moss slowly raises her arms in the air. While Moss’ arms are still in the air, the crowd boos Taylor when she nails Moss with a punch to the midsection. Stephy Auger: There you go, Savannah! Kris Cruise: I’m not surprised you like seeing a cheap shot. The boos continue as Taylor nails Moss with three forearm strikes before whipping her into the far corner. The Las Vegas Siren runs across the ring and hurls herself at Moss with a corner back elbow. The crowd cheers when Moss slips out of the way, causing Taylor to crash into the corner! Kris Cruise: Nobody was home! Moss heads over and hits Taylor with multiple shoot kicks to the midsection. She then takes Taylor and whips her hard into the far corner. As Taylor staggers out of the corner, Moss leans forward to set up a back body drop. The crowd gasps when Taylor quickly takes advantage of Moss’ positioning and tries to set her up for the Sirens Song (Scissored DDT)! But Moss counters by running forward before sending them both tumbling through the ropes to the floor! Kris Cruise: Moss and Taylor just took a hard spill to the outside! Stephy Auger: I hope Savannah’s okay? Kris Cruise: What about Lowri? Stephy Auger: Eh... Both grapplers slowly make their way back to their feet. Taylor strikes first when she grabs Moss by the hair and slams her face-first onto the apron. She then climbs up to the apron and goes to nail Moss with a back kick to the face. But Moss is able to catch Taylor’s foot before yanking her off! The crowd cheers when Taylor smacks face-first against the edge of the apron on the way down. Moss then takes Taylor and rolls her back inside. Moss goes to slide back in until Taylor swings her leg over and kicks Moss right in the head, knocking her back to the outside. Taylor gets back to her feet before shaking off the cobwebs. She then quickly looks over to see Moss on the outside before taking off into the far ropes. Taylor comes back across the ring before Moss slides back in and throws her down with an STO! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Taylor kicks out. Kris Cruise: The Las Vegas Siren was gearing up for a dive, but Moss was able to cut her off with that STO. Moss picks up Taylor and delivers a headbutt, sending the Las Vegas Siren stumbling back into the ropes. As Moss approaches, Taylor tries to catch her with a boot to the midsection. But Moss is able to catch her foot in time again. Moss then drags Taylor back towards the center of the ring until an enzuigiri drops Moss down to a knee. Taylor gets back to her feet and smirks as she looks down at her opponent. Moss tries to shake out the cobwebs before picking herself back up. Taylor then takes off into the ropes, comes back and drives Moss down with a leapfrog into a one-handed bulldog! The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Moss kicks out. Kris Cruise: Great bulldog there by Taylor, but it only gets a two count. With that huge tag team match tomorrow, you know Taylor would love for nothing more than to get a win to night to carry some momentum into Past vs. Present. Stephy Auger: What Taylor would love, Cruise, is to be back in the championship mix. It should be her in that Unification Match at A New Odyssey. Kris Cruise: Taylor had her chance on top. But Cordy ruined that. If you ask me, Cordy’s ruined a lot of things lately, as well. Stephy Auger: Is that a fact? Hmm. Be careful what you say, Cruise. Taylor takes Moss, moves her into the corner and unleashes a series of shoot kicks of her own. Taylor follows up with a spinning backfist. The crowd boos when Moss gets caught with another spinning backfist. The Las Vegas Siren then hits Moss with a roundhouse kick before bringing her out of the corner with a running backbreaker. She then steps out to the apron before scaling the turnbuckles. Down below, Moss favors her back as she turns over to a knee. As soon as Moss returns to a vertical base, Taylor leaps up from the top before knocking her down with a missile dropkick to the back of the head! The boos continue as she pulls Moss over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Moss gets the shoulder up. Taylor brings her back down with a neckbreaker before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Moss gets the shoulder up. Taylor takes Moss by the hair and drags her towards the side of the ring before draping her throat-first across the middle rope. She then drapes her leg around the back of Moss’ neck before pulling up on the middle rope to choke her. The crowd continues to boo The Las Vegas Siren while the ref gives her another five count. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! Taylor reluctantly breaks the hold and steps back towards the center of the ring. She then takes in all the boos before folding her arms and rolling her eyes heavily. She then dismisses them with the wave of the hand before turning to hit the far ropes. Taylor picks up speed as she runs back across the ring before blasting Moss across the back of the head with a running bicycle knee! Taylor drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! Moss gets her foot on the bottom rope. Kris Cruise: How much closer can you get? Stephy Auger: Moss was lucky she was right next to those ropes. Taylor picks up Moss and whips her into another corner. The Las Vegas Siren runs across the ring before hurling herself at Moss with another corner back elbow. She gets blocked! The crowd gasps when Moss catches Taylor in mid air! Taylor shakes her head in disbelief as Moss takes a few steps forward out of the corner. The Las Vegas Siren continues to be held up before getting thrown into the corner with a release German Suplex! Kris Cruise: What a counter from Lowri! Moss heads back over, pulls Taylor up in the corner and unleashes the Scarlet Barrage (Alternating rapid-fire knife edge chops and forearms to a cornered opponent) on her! Taylor is then whipped into the far corner before Moss runs across the ring and blasts her with Just For Kicks (Running big boot to a cornered opponent followed by a running Facewash)! Moss takes Taylor, pulls her up and leads her out of the corner before delivering a sitout jawbreaker. Taylor’s head snaps back before she drops down to a knee. Taylor remains dazed as Moss hits the ropes. When Moss returns, she flattens Taylor with a Shining Wizard! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Taylor gets her shoulder up. Moss sets up for an irish whip when Taylor reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Moss returns, Taylor doubles her over with a superkick to the midsection. She then goes behind Moss, ducks down and lifts Moss up onto her shoulders. The crowd gasps when they see Moss in position for A Cruel Angel’s Thesis (One Winged Angel)! But like with Fujiko a couple of weeks prior, Taylor struggles to grab Moss’ neck. Moss fights her off and counters with punches to the top of the head. She then slips down from behind and catches Taylor when she turns around with a Scorpion Kick! Taylor gets rocked with a bicycle knee before dropping back down to a knee. Moss then cracks Taylor across the back of the head with a Switchblade Kick before going behind The Las Vegas Siren and placing her in an inverted front facelock. The crowd cheers as Moss pulls her back to her feet before delivering the Nos Da (Rolling Cutter)! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd explodes with cheers as “Longer Boogie” blasts over the PA! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… LOWRI MOSS! The cheers continue as Moss gets her arm raised in victory. Kris Cruise: Lowri Moss picks up the impressive win tonight. Moss earned herself a win over Savannah Taylor. A couple of shows back, Fujiko Mine was able to get the best of Taylor. But who will win this dream match between the two of them? We’ll find out at 2021: A New Odyssey! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

We then head to a remote part of the building considering there’s very little activity there. The green decor with the Vertigo logo gives a little life in this otherwise barren area but it seems the simplistic design is more what the current FGA World Champion is wanting to go for. The veteran is calmly sitting on a steel folding chair with his back leaning back as he’s clearly comfortable. The gleam of the World Title shines over his broad right shoulder as the man has changed into his ring gear sans the bulky knee brace. He’s heating that left knee up with that heating pad at the moment. To his opposite side is Amanda Johnson, the interview woman. She greets the camera with a smile.
Amanda Johnson: Good evening everyone, I’m here with the World Champion Seth Iser.
She then turns to make eye contact with the champion who, while relaxed, eyeballs the interviewer with a bit of caution still.
Amanda Johnson: How are you doing?
There is a calm shrug of the shoulders from the champion.
Seth Iser: I feel pretty good for the most part.
Amanda cocks an eyebrow at the word choice.
Amanda Johnson: ‘For the most part?’
There’s a shrug from the veteran as he pulls out a notebook and shows it to the interview woman. She glances at it before taking it to see if he’s actually written things and indeed he has...it’s notes and breakdowns on various people he’s either going to face, could face, or is about to face.
Seth Iser: Physically good. Preparation for what I need to do in the ring? Great. Never better. I just updated that. Nothing is ever perfect mind you but I’m not going to air out a personal worry on television.
With that the woman closes that briefly before Iser takes hold of the notebook and places it back behind him.
Amanda Johnson: Not only is there great excitement in the unification match between you and Cordelia Stevenson but there’s also a sense of intrigue at the Past vs Present event. You are not scheduled to wrestle on that event but do you get a sense of enjoyment seeing the past come in to intermingle with the present?
He just shrugs his shoulders with a shake of the head.
Seth Iser: Some old grudges re-emerging too which is interesting but that isn’t my place to comment. It is unique to see...I kind of wanted a piece of Madison in a singles selfishly but...I’m not going to cry over spilled milk. I’m not wrestling at that event as you accurately stated but I have an important job there. I didn’t just update my notes and did an even more thorough analysis just to do it after all. I’m going to be the third commentator for the match between Chandler Scott and Cordy Stevenson.
And then there’s the look of concern from the interviewer as she is opposite the man who has declared himself the most devious son of professional wrestling.
Amanda Johnson: What is your plan going behind the desk?
Seth Iser: Oh that’s a loaded question…
Seth frowns for a moment as he leans back on the chair as he digests the question in full. The frown evolving into a full blown scowl.
Seth Iser: I ain’t getting involved in the damn match but I’ll give you a multi fronted answer. First and most obviously...it’s a historic meeting between two of the names that define the company itself. Why the hell wouldn’t I secure a good seat there and add what knowledge I have to the booth? And as you can tell, I’ve worked my ass off on such an endeavor as well because if you’re going to go in the booth and do commentary...your job isn’t to go out there and make an ass of yourself not being prepared. It’s a possible job I might have when I retire as well you know…
And then his body language lightens slightly as he sits in that chair.
Seth Iser: My perspective is valuable...not just because I’m the World Champion...not because Cordy and I are going to make history on pay per view but because I’ve been where both of them are at. Cordy’s mindframe more so then Chandler perhaps but I have an...understanding what it’s like when you get hurt like that or have a big scare and get spooked or even humbled a little. It’s a sobering thought...and some of the thoughts swirling through his brain...I’ve been there. The anger coursing through Cordelia Stevenson at not being recognized...I’ve been there too. Oh lord I’ve been there…
He just has this calmness to his voice as he’s going down this trip down memory lane.
Seth Iser: And the last aspect...from a selfish standpoint, taking notes and preparing for commentary gives even more of a breakdown and another angle on how to approach anything Cordy does bell to bell. I’ve seen her once from that viewpoint before in that tag match with her and Fujiko against Lowri and...Gareth.
There’s a cringe from Iser as he speaks the last name as he’s had his fair share of incidents with the grappler from Wales but after that cringe he continues his point.
Seth Iser: But when you’re in that job at least from my perspective...everyone prepares differently, but I try to go in there and give the perspective of why someone does something and how they can avoid a situation if they get caught up in it. Do you see how that can be greatly useful in preparing for an important match as well? It helps me even further get into the minds of what everyone in that ring is thinking in the heat of the moment. It’s human chess out there...making a move here to bait someone into something else perhaps as well.
He then sneers toward the interview woman a little bit as he’s still not entirely happy that his integrity was questioned.
Seth Iser: Besides, this is Professional Wrestling last I checked. I am one of the best in the world with the championship to prove it. I didn’t do it by half assing any of my preparation for any aspect of our sport, Amanda. Being on commentary and watching it from that view point and even talking about wrestling...it expands your own horizons on what the industry is. And it makes you a better wrestler if you let the experience teach you as well. Even if I’m forty damned years old...you never stop learning in this sport. I said it when I was Pride Champion...I’m saying it now as I’m going into a unification match with all the gold on the line. It’s a never ending education and the day you claim you can stop learning?
He sneers on his face.
Seth Iser: Then you might as well retire because this sport will pass you by.
He says that with a particular pointed edge as the sneer is fully on his face despite the gleam of that championship over his shoulder shining through.
Seth Iser: And with everything I’ve learned over the years...both in the ring and in life...I’ll do what Zero didn’t. I’ll be the one unifying the titles and beating Cordelia Stevenson in the ring as the ultimate magnum opus for my story and she’ll learn something from that encounter. She’ll be one step closer...to becoming me. God help the world when she reaches that because she might be unstoppable when she reaches that level of mental understanding.
He then taps the championship over his shoulder for a moment with a wry smile now on his face as if he’s visualizing what might come. Amanda however is now coming in with a question as she’s a little more...tense after being chewed out a little.
Amanda Johnson: You’re still busy tonight though. After defeating Evan Envi last week...now you’re getting into the ring with the tag team specialist in Landon Knight. Are you looking past him at all?
Seth Iser: No.
He says flatly and to the point as Amanda blinks at how blunt that answer was.
Seth Iser: He’s in his own space of trying to figure out what he’s ultimately going to end up being. It’s a place a lot of wrestlers no matter their accomplishments go because he and his partner Max have been on top of the tag team mountain here once. That’s not some fluke either. He’s capable enough. And being part of a tag team and not as many singles does give him one advantage...he doesn’t have nearly as much singles tape to go through. He’s got some unknown to him. And that’s the most dangerous thing in wrestling...because you don’t know what he might do in that spot.
The frown is etched coldly on his face as he continues his point.
Seth Iser: But I think the two might even realize there will come a day where their own friendship might dissolve and they go their separate ways. They kind of learned what that was like when Gareth...lost his temper a bit and said what he was really thinking about’m. The same can and might very well play out between them as well later. Nobody stays in stasis forever, after all. We’re always learning and evolving...as wrestlers and even as people. But Landon? Listen close.
For the first time he’s not making eye contact with the interviewer but rather glancing right at the camera.
Seth Iser: You’re a good wrestler. You can achieve more than what you have in this company...so I know damn well you’re capable. This ain’t some night off for me, it never is in this sport. But for all your advantage of the unknown quality...and your youth and speed...I’ve spent years fighting the unknown and winning. For as much as I can devise a plan in the ring...I can adapt any game plan I have on the fly as well. I’m the greatest mental warrior in the sport today. I’ve seen it all...countered it all, and damn near done it all. You’re good...but I’m complete. There’s not a damn person in the world like me in the company. Not even someone as experienced as Madison is like me for example. And to point blank it…
He then stares a hole through the camera with a glare.
Seth Iser: You, like everyone else, will make their case for second place. Second only to me...and right now? There won’t be a damn thing you can do about it.
He then turns to Amanda with the intensity still on his face but his tone is a little more polite toward her.
Seth Iser: Now if you don’t mind, I have a main event to wrestle and win. This interview is over.
With that, Seth Iser, heating pad still tightly around his left knee and the gold over his shoulder, stands up and exits leaving Amanda to just gesture that they’re done.

SINGLES MATCH Fujiko Mine vs. Cassius Reed It’s not my fault your girlfriend likes me, I do her hard like fucking warp speed, Your Dad’s mad, it’s not my fucking fault, That your Mom wants to fucking fuck me! As the intro to “You Suck” by Pour Habit blasts throughout the arena, out from the back bursts Cassius Reed! Slowly rotating in his gold lined black ring robe Cassius soaks in the atmosphere for just a moment. Spinning to face the ring, he shadow boxes at the top of the ramp a short time more, before posing, spreading his arms wide, and sprinting down to the ring at full pace! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, Fighting out of Funkytown, USA, and tipping the scales tonight at 205 pounds… CASSIUS! REED! Sliding in under the bottom rope, he quickly rolls onto his back before kipping up! Giving a quick smirk and raised eyebrow to the referee, he turns and leaps to the top of the nearest turnbuckle, before whipping off his ring robe with a flourish. He poses just a moment at the top of the turnbuckle, smug grin on his face, robe hanging from his hand, before dropping back to the mat, consigning his entrance gear to the outside whilst he finishes warming up for the match with more shadow boxing. Kris Cruise: Cassius Reed looks to lead “his” team to victory in that Team Team Gauntlet match for the World Tag Team Titles. But tonight, he has arguably the biggest challenge of his FGA career with this match against Fujiko Mine! Stephy Auger: Both of these grapplers are Renati Brand athletes. There’s a huge amount of respect between these two. Earlier tonight, Cassius young pupil, TJ Techniques couldn’t get the job done against Laura Perelli. Not only could he not get the job done, but because he was too hardheaded, he likely got himself hurt. But no worries. The Funky Dragon will show The Funky Technician, and everyone else, how it’s done when he beats Fujiko before leading his team to Tag Team Title gold. Kris Cruise: First off, TJ is no pupil of his. Second of all, where the hell was Cassius Reed earlier? He was nowhere to be found when TJ needed someone to make the save! Stephy Auger: Well, when you’re a busy man like Cassius is, you have commitments that need to be met. I’m sure that if he was free, he would have made the save. Kris Cruise: ... "Baddest do, what the baddest do (hey)"
"The baddest do (hey), we the baddest, ooh" "Baddest do, what the baddest do (hey)"
"The baddest do (hey), we the baddest" The heavy electronic beat of "The Baddest" kicks in, and the crowd bursts into cheers, knowing who is about to arrive. The thumping beat quickly spreads through the arena, and the crowd gets into the spectacle of audio. The lights in the arena dim, with pink and purple spotlights swirling around the arena. "Coming at you live, real, real wild Here to light it up, set the world on fire Gonna break rules and hearts in twos 'Cause that's what the baddest do"The secondary lights in the arena bump to the beat, mixing between light & dark. Never going back, nah, not that Diamonds on drip 'cause I came to make a splash Gonna break rules and hearts in twos 'Cause that's what the baddest do (yeah, uh)As the rap begins, The lights near the entrance ramp go black, and a figure stands there in the darkness. As the beat drops again, The lights all focus on the figure, almost washing them out. After a moment, the lights drop back to a ‘non blinding’ level and Fujiko stands there, The Apex Goddess holds her hands up, pressing the backs of their hands against their forehead in a “crown gesture”. "I'm doing damage, went just how I planned it I do what I want when I say (when I say, when I say) 모두 날 따라 해, 난 끝내주잖아 To live on the edge of insane"Over her ring attire is a shirt that has her "Apex Goddess" logo on it. Behind her, the imposing XENA enters, her arms folded. The music drops for a second, and then the beat kicks back in as she is announced. J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin! She is the “Apex Goddess,” FUJIKO MINE! "Coming at you live, real, real wild Here to light it up, set the world on fire Gonna break rules and hearts in twos 'Cause that's what the baddest do"Fujiko saunters down the ramp. Fujiko reaches the ringside area, and follows it up with a jump onto the apron. She turns around and looks out at the crowd for a moment. She then jumps up onto the top turnbuckle, repeating her crown pose. Never going back, nah, not that Diamonds on drip 'cause I came to make a splash Gonna break rules and hearts in twos 'Cause that's what the baddest do (its crazy)She jumps down off the turnbuckle and vibes as the bridge comes in. "Sorry for the bad news, sorry I'm so bad Only took a minute for me to get what you had Sorry for the bad news, know it makes you sad I'll be here for a minute, baby You should pack your bags"Fujiko grins widely, then pulls the shirt off over her head and tosses it into the crowd. She then leans into the nearest corner before the match begins. Kris Cruise: Fujiko Mine would love for nothing more than to still be standing here as World Champion. She would love for nothing more than to have gotten that match with Chandler Scott tomorrow night for FGA Past vs. Present. Stephy Auger: But you can’t always get what you want, can you? Seth Iser took her title. Then, Cordy took her dream match with Chandler away from her. Or should I say, Chandler gave the match to Cordy while he straight up ignored Fujiko! Ha Ha! I bet it’s been a long, long time since Fujiko’s been curved like that? Kris Cruise: Are you done? Stephy Auger: Ragging on Fujiko? Never. The match starts with the two Renati Brand athletes shaking hands before circling the ring. A collar-and-elbow follows seconds later. After jockeying for position, Reed overpowers Fujiko and muscles her across the ring and against the ropes. The two continue to keep the snug lockup as Fujiko climbs up onto the bottom ropes. She then climbs up to the middle ropes before the ref gives them until the count of five to break it up. Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! As both as both grapplers break it up, Reed quickly grabs Fujiko’s ankle and tries to snatch her off the apron. But Fujiko counters with a headscissors, sending Reed down to the mat. Fujiko then runs over and connects with a font dropkick, knocking Reed through the ropes to the apron. The Apex Goddess returns to her feet with a kip up, runs over and goes for a slingshot double foot stomp on the apron! But Reed’s able to roll out of the way in just the nick of time. The Funky Dragon wipes off his forehead as he breathes a sigh of relief. But unbeknownst to him, Fujiko is still on the apron! When he turns around, the crowd cheers as Fujiko knocks him down with an Asai Moonsault! Kris Cruise: The Apex Goddess connects with the high risk maneuver! Fujiko slides back into the ring. She crouches down and waits patiently for Reed to return to his feet. As Reed starts to pick himself back up, Fujiko turns and hits the far ropes. She then picks up speed as he runs back across the ring. Fujiko then motions for a dive to the floor before kicking her foot off the middle rope, twirling through the air and landing in a superhero pose. Stephy Auger: Pfft, showoff! Reed rolls back inside and tries to go after Fujiko, but she counters with a forward roll into a leaping hurricanrana. Fujiko takes Reed, moves him into the corner and nails him with a series of shoot kicks to the chest. A loud thud can be heard on impact after each kick. Reed continues to get lit up with the kicks before Fujiko follows with a step-up high kick to the face. Reed is then whipped into the far corner before Fujiko runs across the ring, leaps into the air and connects with a hesitation dropkick. Reed crumbles out of the corner before Fujiko makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Reed kicks out. Fujiko starts to pick Reed back up when he pushes her back. The Apex Goddess then presses forward before getting caught with a left cross right to the jaw. The punch doubles her over before Reed plants her with a Snap DDT! The boos continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fujiko hooks her arms around Reed’s right side before bridging out underneath the lateral press. She then takes off into the ropes. Fujiko returns and tries for a running hurricanrana. But Reed counters, leaving Fujiko hanging upside down. Kris Cruise: Uh oh. Reed lifts Fujiko back up to his shoulders. He’s about to throw her down with a powerbomb when he gets hit with multiple right hands across the top of his head. The crowd cheers when Fujiko then spins, flips back and spikes him with a poison rana. Kris Cruise: Reed just got dropped right on his head! Stephy Auger: C’mon, Cassius! Fujiko doesn’t immediately go for the cover. Instead, she gets back to her feet as she tries to shake out the cobwebs from that punch/DDT combo. She can be seen moving around her jaw before heading back over to Cassius. Fujiko motions to pick him up when he counters with What The Funk (kip up huracanrana), sending her through the ropes and to the apron. As Fujiko picks herself back up, Reed runs over, baseball slides to the outside and yanks Fujiko off the apron, sending her falling back-first on the floor! Kris Cruise: Did you hear the impact from that fall!? Stephy Auger: I sure did and would love, love, love to see it again. Reed rolls back inside before taking off into the far ropes. The Funky Dragon runs back across the ring before bringing Fujiko down with a slingshot huracanrana to the floor! Kris Cruise: Reed hits a high risk maneuver of his own! Stephy Auger: You sound shocked? This is the last Rey del Aire winner you’re looking at. Fujiko gets brought down with a snap suplex to the outside before getting rolled back in. The boos continue as Reed rolls himself back in, drags Fujiko away from the ropes and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fujiko gets her shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Smart move by Cassius to pull her towards the center of the ring so she couldn't get her foot on the bottom rope to break up the pin. Fujiko gets brought down with another snap suplex. Reed turns over and hooks the leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fujiko gets her shoulder up. Reed picks up Fujiko and hits her with three punches to the lower back before bringing her down with belly to back suplex. The boos continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fujiko gets her shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Another nearfall for Cassius Reed. Stephy Auger: Do you see this? Do you see the contrast between him and TJ Techniques! TJ was in there getting dominated while Cassius is doing the dominating! Against Fujiko Mine, no less! This right here shows you that not only does Cassius know what he’s doing in there, but it shows that he should be the one leading that team. Reed pulls Fujiko back to her feet before ramming her back-first into the corner. The Funky Dragon follows up with four shoulder thrusts before pulling her away from the corner. Fujiko is then brought down with a bridging Northern Lights Suplex. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fujiko gets her shoulder up. Reed takes Fujiko and whips her into the ropes. He then catches her off the rebound with a flapjack before following up with Funky Knee, Funky Do (Kneecolepsy) across the back! The boos continue as Reed pulls her over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! The crowd cheers when Fujiko gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Fujiko will not stay down. Stephy Auger: If she knew what was good for her, she’d stay down. Reed takes Fujiko and whips her hard into the corner. The Funky Dragon runs over to attack as Fujiko starts to slowly stagger out of the corner. Just as Reed’s about to strike, the crowd cheers when Fujiko counters with an overhead belly to belly suplex into the turnbuckles! Kris Cruise: Fujiko Mine with one hell of a counter! Stephy Auger: WHAT!? Reed slowly pulls himself up in the corner using the ropes. He starts to step back and turn around until another running font dropkick sends him flying back into the corner! Fujiko heads back over and pulls Reed back to his feet before bringing him out of the corner with a Tornado DDT! She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Reed gets the shoulder up. Reed reverses an irish whip, sending Fujiko into the ropes. When she returns, she sees Reed setting up for a back body drop. So Fujiko stops and knocks him upright with a kick to the face before planting him with a leaping DDT! Fujiko then grabs Reed by the hair and pulls him up to his knees. The Apex Goddess blasts him with four shoot kicks to the chest before blasting him with a roundhouse kick. The kick knocks Reed down to all fours. While Reed is rocked, Fujiko steps up onto his back before flattening him with a standing Shooting Star Press! The cheers continue as she pulls Reed over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! Reed gets the shoulder up. Fujiko takes Reed and goes to set up for Eriana’s Vow (Lumbar Check). Reed counters with a couple elbows to the back of the head. He then cups his hand underneath Fujiko’s chin and lifts her up before catching her with a quick right hand slap. He follows up with a right jab - right jab - left hook boxing combo. The Funky Dragon then spins in place and motions to throw out a left spinning back hand slap to complete the Pimp Slap Symposium. But Fujiko cuts him off with a handstand calf kick! Reed gets knocked back until Fujiko runs over, leaps up and flattens him with a leaping double foot stomp! Fujiko then whips Reed into the far ropes before taking off into the near ropes. Both grapplers run back towards the center of the ring until the 4-Play (running single leg dropkick) turns Reed inside out! The Apex Goddess heads over, grabs Reed by the back of the tights and pulls him back to his feet before unleashing the N Loop (ripcord into alternating short-arm forearms and backfists)! Reed gets doubled over with a spinning back kick to the midsection before Fujiko snaps his head back with The Bliss (backflip flash kick)! Reed crumbles to the mat before Fujiko makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd explodes with cheers as “The Baddest” blasts over the PA! J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… FUJIKO MINE! The cheers continue as Fujiko gets her arm raised in victory. Kris Cruise: Fujiko Mine was tested here tonight! Cassius Reed definitely brought in. But in the end, it was the Apex Goddess that got the job done. Fujiko now looks ahead to her dream match with Lowri Moss at A New Odyssey! Who will win this battle between two of the very best going today? We’ll have to find out on pay per view! • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

NON-TITLE MATCH (C) Cordy Stevenson vs. Kazu Hirano A rock band with a full god damn orchestra is set up in the entryway – a collective known as SUPERNOVA. How the fuck does a pro wrestling newcomer put an entrance like this together? He went out into the world, became a regular in a few places, and made a lot of friends. These are the Watarimono's musician pals from all over – an interchanging group that is never the same for more than one gig, yet synced as if their individual destinies were meant for this performance of “I Am The Walrus.” They strike a perfect balance between the psychedelic LSD-inspired original by The Beatles and the powerful cocaine-fueled Oasis cover – a life-changing experience for everyone fortunate enough to have them make fuck to their ears. Kazu Hirano is not a technically good singer by any means, but there's a lot of energy and he never fails to nail the chorus. HIRANO: “I AM THE EGG MAN!” CROWD: Throwing their arms in the air when Hirano points the mic at them. “WOO!” HIRANO: “THEY ARE THE EGG MEN!” CROWD: Throwing their arms in the air when Hirano points the mic at them. “WOO!” HIRANO: “I AM THE WALRUS! GOO GOO G'JOOB!” It takes minutes for Hirano to get in the ring. He teases his entrance on the apron before turning back around to entertain the fans more. Hirano does this even past all the singing parts and well into the extended soul-awakening instrumental. Kazu finally enters through the ropes. Never sell out Sometimes you gotta talk that talk to em, Nipsey Sometimes they can't handle it though... But we don't care...
Yeah This a moment, This special... The opening to “Been Down” by Nipsey Hussle and Swizz Beats begins playing through the arena and the crowd immediately gives a mixed reaction, the boos far outweighing the cheers of the Cordy faithful. The International Heavyweight Champion casually walks out from the back, still in her street clothes and not prepared to compete. Seeing this, the booing of the crowd grows even louder as Cordelia stands atop the ramp and simply shakes her head at them. Kazu Hirano stands in the ring looking completely confused as he’s primed and ready for his matchup with the Hall of Famer. Cordy makes her way down the ramp, there are a few cheers heard, but the boo birds are not letting up one bit as she casually walks around the ring, responding to them every so often with a “this is why…” and “this is exactly why…” She walks past the announce table and towards the timekeepers table, asking for a microphone. She also motions for the timekeeper to get up out of the seat. The timekeeper looks around confused, but once he’s up, Cordelia snatches up the chair that he was sitting in and folds it up. She takes the microphone being offered to her and walks back towards the ring, sliding the chair in. She then rolls in after it. Not knowing her intentions with the chair, Kazu takes a few steps back towards the opposite of the ring. Cordelia gets to her feet and immediately raises the mic. Cordelia Stevenson: Cut the damn music. Her music fades out, but the boo birds remain active. Cordelia looks out at the crowd and once again shakes her head. This time a small smirk forms. She points an accusatory finger at the crowd. Cordelia Stevenson:This… right here… is exactly why you can’t have nice things. Immediately her assessment is met with the ire of the audience. Cordelia Stevenson: This right here, is exactly why you won’t have the privilege of seeing Cordelia Stevenson vs… She turns and nods towards Kazu. Cordelia Stevenson: Kazu Hirano, here tonight. So I’m sorry kid, but there will be no match tonight. Take the night off. Kazu turns to the referee who simply shrugs his shoulders, not knowing what to do. Cordelia picks the chair up off of the mat and sets it up. Cordelia Stevenson: I’m not fighting you Kazu. So if you feel the need to strike someone that isn’t going to defend herself, then feel free. Kazu once again looks at the referee for some sort of sign. The fans grow louder, urging Kazu to strike and get things started. However, those cheers quickly turn to boos as Kazu takes the honorable route. He shakes his head in disappointment and climbs out of the ring. Cordelia sits down, and crosses her legs, leaning back and getting really comfortable. She takes a deep breath as she looks around the arena. Cordelia Stevenson: You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly, each and every one of you. Because of you, Kazu misses out on the biggest opportunity of his life. The biggest match of his career, a match that could have catapulted him to the upper echelon, taken away… simply because you… She scoffs and points out at the crowd. Cordelia Stevenson: … don’t know how to show appreciation. You don’t deserve to see me wrestle. You don’t deserve the greatness that I present to you every single time that I step into the ring because you take it for granted. You didn’t deserve to see me vs Izzy Anders. The crowd goes crazy at the mentioning of the new Hall of Famer. Cordelia Stevenson: You don’t deserve to see me vs Seth Iser in a unification match at A New Odyssey. The response isn’t quite warm for the mentioning of the FGA World Champion. Cordelia Stevenson: Nor do you deserve to see me… tomorrow night… for the last time ever… against Chandler… Scott. The response is thunderous. Cordelia shifts in the chair, unfolding her legs and leaning forward. Cordelia Stevenson: Oh, you really want that don’t you? Even more incentive for me not to show up. The cheers quickly turn to boos causing a devilish grin to appear on her face. Cordelia Stevenson: However, since I am in a good mood tonight, Cordelia the Benevolent will once again give you more than what you deserve. The crowd begins to quiet down now, waiting to see what the International Heavyweight Champion is getting at. Cordelia Stevenson: You will see me in action tonight AND I will be giving you commentary... She nods towards the large screen. Cordelia Stevenson: On one of my many classics. The crowd erupts into boos once again but Cordy ignores them. Her eyes are glued to the screen ahead of her as the words, Lowell DVD Taping Lowell Memorial Auditorium Lowell, MA 1.3.15 A bright smile forms on Cordy’s face and she claps with genuine glee. Cordelia Stevenson: This! This right here was a great match, and I’m sure it’s one that the true fans of this company remember well. The first ever encounter between Chandler Scott and myself. The video begins playing, but something seems a bit... off about the footage being shown. Cordelia Stevenson: Look at the intensity in my eyes. I was fresh off of a loss to Jimmy Page at Capital Combat. But instead of wallowing in pity and allowing myself to be down, blaming everyone else for my failures and coming up with every excuse in the book as to why I didn’t get the job done… like Lowri Moss. I used that anger and disappointment and used it to propel myself, like a true champion does. Cordelia Stevenson: Poor Chandler didn’t know what to do with the onslaught that he was facing. Never in his career had anyone brought the fight to him like that. Look at the fear on his face! There is an awkward glitch and the footage appears to skip. Cordelia Stevenson: Wow. Kris Cruise and Stephy Auger actually knew how to call a match back then. Oh how the mighty have fallen. She glances back over her shoulder at the two announcers and shakes her head in disgust. Cordelia Stevenson: But look at the way that I’ve dominated the match thus far. Chandler was clearly outmatched. Clearly being outsmarted. I had Mr. Harvard Connection looking more like a Hunter College dropout, amirite? The boos of the crowd cause her to snicker. She knows the shot at one of the local colleges isn’t going to sit well with the NY locals. Cordelia Stevenson: I admit, Chandler showed a considerable amount of heart though. He refused to stay down. But each time he got up, you could see it in his eyes that he wished he hadn’t. Another odd cut in the footage. Cordelia Stevenson: Look at the blinding speed. Chandler Scott simply couldn’t handle it. He’d never been in the ring with someone like me and it clearly showed. The man was ill prepared. Every time he thought he had me figured out, I’d come at him from a completely different angle. I had him absolutely baffled. The footage skips again. Cordelia Stevenson: You see what I mean? At this point, you can tell he’s getting frustrated. Going for the Valediction out of sheer desperation. But once again, I countered. Wasn’t a damn thing that man could do with me that night. Cordelia Stevenson: Back during the days when you actually knew how to show your appreciation. She lets out a sigh as she glances out at the fans. Cordelia Stevenson: Before you took me and everything I’ve done for granted. Another glitch in the footage. Cordelia Stevenson: I think that right there was the moment that he knew; the moment that he realized he had met his match. If you remember how he talked down to me for the months prior, it was clear that he’d underestimated me. Chandler Scott had bit off far more than he’d bargained for, and this was the moment where it finally began to set in. Cordelia Stevenson: And… he… ran. Cordy leans back in the chair with her arms folded, beaming in pride at the doctored footage. The crowd begins to boo, remembering the back and forth epic that happened back in Lowell and realizing the footage shown was clearly one sided. Cordelia slowly rises to her feet. Cordelia Stevenson: Chandler Scott had no answers for me on that night, and tomorrow night won’t be any different. Tomorrow night he’s going to be just as clueless and helpless as he was in Lowell, and to be quite honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if he ran again. You see, I put on a classic all those years ago in Lowell, and tomorrow night, I’m going to put Chandler through the goddamn wringer one… final… time. I’m ending his chapter once and for all,and I’m giving him the ending that he deserves. And Seth, I hope you pay close attention -- because it’s only a matter of time before Cordelia the Benevolent loses her name and becomes Cordelia the Unifier once again. Cordy throws the mic down and raises her International Heavyweight Championship into the air. Her music begins to play as she just stands there, clearly amused by the audience’s temperament. • COMMERCIAL BREAK •

MAIN EVENT NON-TITLE MATCH (c) Seth Iser vs. Landon Knight "Rockit" begins to play over the speakers as the the lights in the arena dim. An individual steps through the curtains wearing a jacket that flashes red, blue, green and yellow colors. At the 28 second mark, the lights come back on, revealing Landon Knight to a positive reaction from the crowd. Landon slaps hands with the fans on his way down the aisle. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest, scheduled for one fall, is your main event of the evening! Introducing first, hailing from the Mushroom Kingdom! Weighing in at 215 pounds! He is “Player 2” LANDON KNIGHT! After sliding underneath the bottom rope and into the ring, he pushes himself up and heads into the corner. After climbing up onto the second rope and trowing his index fingers in the air, he climbs to the top turnbuckle and backflips off, landing safely on his feet in the ring to cheers. Kris Cruise: Ladies and gentlemen, we are back with tonight's main event. It's non-title action. But if you think that Landon Knight isn't treating this match like the title opportunity that it is, you're sadly mistaken. Stephy Auger: Max Powers didn't fare so well against Ace Voltage last week in the Pride Rules match. This week, his partner is going up against Seth Iser. This is a man that did what many thought was the unthinkable and that was defeat Fujiko Mine for the World Championship. I don't want to say this is gonna be a cakewalk for Seth. But, you know... Kris Cruise: It sounds like you're saying that Landon beating Seth is the unthinkable. Bigger upsets have happened, like Nando Fresno pinning Seth in the middle of this ring when Seth was the Pride Champion. Seth spoke of Landon's skills earlier. He knows what's standing across the ring from him and he knows better than to take Landon likely, unlike yourself. The lights dim down as the music begins to play. Soon enough, Seth Iser slowly walks through the curtain with that familiar scowl on his face with the championship around his waist. He starts walking down to the ring...glare etched on his face and listening to the fans boo him. J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, hailing from Morgantown, West Virginia! Weighing in at 240 pounds! He is the reigning FGA World Champion… SETH ISER! A methodical, slow walk as he cracks his knuckles on the way down before pulling himself up onto the apron and enters the ring calmly before performing a crucifix pose at the center of the ring to revive the lights. He then retreats to his corner while taking off the gold around his waist and taking a seat in the corner while putting the championship over his shoulder while waiting until it's time to hand the gold to the ref for the match. Kris Cruise: There he is, the World Champion! Seth Iser is a little over a week away from one of the biggest matches in company history. Both him and the International Champion will walk into A New Odyssey with their respective title belts. But there will be only one winner. There will be only one champion when it's all said and done. Iser is looking to shock the world once again. Stephy Auger: After what Seth Iser has done over the past two years and in particular the past year, how could you ever count against him? This man is the longest reigning Pride Champion in company history. He's a man that's beaten Izzy Anders how many times one on one? Three times. This is a man that schemed his way to the Wildcard Lottery win like great mind that he is, got that championship match with Fujiko and ended the longest World Championship reign in company history. You all talked about the run that Fujiko was on while she was World Champion? I think you all need to start putting some respect on Iser's name and talking about the great run that he's been on. Cordy Stevenson, especially with this recent edge, will be a super tough opponent. But if there's anyone that can solve the equation of Cordy Stevenson, it's Seth Iser. If there's anyone that can beat Cordy at the top of her game, it's Seth Iser. I know that there's some of you out there that think a Cordy win is a forgone conclusion. But I wouldn't be surprised if Seth's the one walking away with all the gold. The bell sounds as Knight rushes across the ring to lock up with Iser. After jockeying for position, Iser quickly shoves Knight down to the mat. Knight rolls back to his feet, runs over and engages in another collar-and-elbow. He starts to move the champion back until Iser shoves him back down to the mat. Knight slaps the mat before getting back to his feet. He then runs over and locks up with Iser again. Iser then takes Knight, turns and throws him against the ropes. The boos continue as Knight bounces off the ropes before hitting the ropes. Kris Cruise: I don't think a test of strength with Iser is the best idea. Stephy Auger: The man bills himself as being from the Mushroom Kingdom. What ever made you think he was smart? Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy. Knight rolls out to the apron as Iser approaches. Iser goes to grab Knight when Knight gets back to his feet and doubles him over with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. Knight then springboards to the top rope, jumps off and drops Iser down to all fours with a Mushroom Stomp across the back! He then takes off into the far ropes, comes back and connects with a running front dropkick to the side, knocking Iser through the ropes and to the floor. Kris Cruise: Alright! Knight's got some seperation here after knocking Iser to the outside. Stephy Auger: Oh, so he wants to win this match by countout like a coward? Got it! Knight gets back to his feet and starts to clap his hands while circling the ring. The crowd takes their cue and start to join in with the clapping. When Iser starts to get back to his feet, Knight turns and takes off into the far ropes. He runs back across the ring before flipping over the top rope and knocking Iser down with a somersault plancha to the outside! Kris Cruise: Knight with a huge dive to the floor! Knight crawls across the ring area before pulling himself up using the edge of the apron. He then climbs up to the apron before waving Iser up. Iser gets back to his feet before Knight runs across the apron and knocks him back down with a cannonball senton! Kris Cruise: Knight knocks the champ back down with another dive! Knight pulls himself back up using the edge of the apron before climbing up to the apron. He then turns around and sees where Iser is before climbing the turnbuckles. Stephy Auger: What is this idiot up to now? Iser gets back to his feet and does a double take when Knight flips off from the top turnbuckle. The crowd expldoes with cheers when Knight knocks him down with a moonsault! Kris Cruise: Landon Knight caught Seth Iser again! He's pulling out all the stops! Landon knows just how big of a match this is! Knight takes Iser and rolls him back inside. He then slides back in and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Iser kicks out. Knight takes Iser and sets up for an irish whip. Iser quickly reverses, sending Knight into the ropes. When Knight returns, the crowd boos when Iser knocks him down with a running big boot. Iser goes over and snatches Knight off the mat before running into the corner. He slams Knight face-first into the top turnbuckle. Knight turns and staggers away from the corner before dropping down to the mat. Iser goes back up, pulls Knight back to his feet and then scoops him up across his shoulder. The World Champ heads back over towards the corner before delivering a snake eyes across the top turnbuckle. The crowd boos when Knight smacks face-first off the turnbuckle before dropping to the mat. Iser then takes a couple of steps back to size Knight up before delivering a knee drop across the face. The boos continue as Iser takes the brace-wrapped knee and grinds it across Knight’s face. He then makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Knight kicks out. [ Stephy Auger: Landon got all his little cute flips out of the way nice and early. Let me ask you something. He doesn't look so tough now, does he? Knight gets slammed face-first into the top turnbuckle before getting turned around. The boos continue as Iser unloads on him with multiple hard right handed punches to the midsection. Each punch knocks Knight a good two inches off the mat until the last punch sends him crumbling down. Iser reaches back down, pulls Knight back up and pushes him into the corner. From there, Iser unleashes a series of back elbow strikes, followed by a series of knee strikes, followed by a series of shoulder thrusts. Iser then takes Knight by the neck with both hands and launches him out of the corner. Knight flips throw the air before landing hard nearly the middle of the ring! Kris Cruise: Good Lord! Stephy Auger: He just launched him across the ring like it was nothing! Knight slowly turns over on all fours. Knight’s still doubled over as he tries to get back to his feet. Before he can mount an attack, Iser rushes over and snaps his head back with a Wrestling II Knee Lift! Knight stumbles back before slipping through the ropes to the apron. Iser heads back over, pulls Knight back to his feet and tries for a suplex back into the ring. The crowd cheers when Knight slips down from behind and counters into an O’Connor Roll. ONE! . . TWO! . . Iser kicks out, sending Knight through the ropes to the apron. Iser heads back over to attack when Knight knocks him back with a rope-assisted gamengiri. Knight then runs over towards the ring post before climbing the turnbuckles. The crowd cheers when he leaps off and knocks Iser back with a missile dropkick! Iser stumbles back before regaining his footing. Iser then heads back towards the center of the ring until Knight comes off the ropes and knocks him back with a jumping high knee! The World Champion tries to shake out the cobwebs until Knight doubles him over with four boots to the midsection. Knight then hits the ropes, comes back and bringing him down with a swinging neckbreaker. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Iser kicks out. Kris Cruise: Landon gets a two count. This is around the time that he would be tagging out to Max Powers or vice versa. But Landon's holding his own in there. Stephy Auger: Holding his own? He's barely surviving! Iser will deliver the knockout blow soon enough. Knight pulls Iser back up and hits him with three punches before knocking him back with a dropsault. Knight lands on his feet, rushes back over and brings him down with a running hurricanrana. After stepping out to the apron, Knight scales the turnbuckles. Back down on the mat, Iser gets back to his feet before Knight leaps off and drives him down with the Thwomp (diving double knee drop to a standing opponent)! The cheers continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Iser gets his shoulder up. Kris Cruise: So close! I thought Landon would pull off the upset there! Stephy Auger: Well, I see someone is easily gullible. Kris Cruise: Stop it, Stephy. Knight pulls up Iser before doubling him over with four knee strikes to the midsection. The crowd gasps when they see Iser get pulled into a standing headscissors. Knight then hooks both arms before looking out at the crowd. Kris Cruise: No way! Stephy Auger: Please! He won't be able to hit this.... right? Knight’s about to deliver the Butterfly Bob-omb (sitdown double underhook powerbomb) when Iser breaks the underhooks before countering with a back body drop. Iser pulls Knight back to his feet before catching Knight with three jabs. He then throws out a discus clothesline, but Knight ducks. Iser then turns around before Knight hits him with the Chain Chomp (arm wrench into a shot-arm forearm smash).!While maintaining a hold of Iser’s wrist, Knight hits Iser with another forearm smash. The crowd cheers as Knight hits Iser with another forearm smash… and another… and another… and another… and another. While Iser is dazed, Knight whips him into the crowd. When Iser returns, the crowd cheers when Knight knocks him off his feet with a spinning heel kick. Iser lays sprawled out on the mat while Knight staggers over into the ropes. He then drags Iser into position before stepping out to the apron. Knight scales to the top and jumps off for the Goomba Stop (diving double foot stomp)! NO! Iser rolls out of the way! Stephy Auger: Phew! Knight lands on his feet before his momentum sends him rolling forward. Knight rolls back to his feet, turns and runs back over to attack until Iser lifts him up, turns and throws him down with authority using a spinebuster.!The crowd erupts with boos while Knight lays splayed out on the mat. Iser then rolls across his before hooking the near leg for the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! Knight is met with cheers and applause when he gets the shoulder up. Stephy Auger: How the hell was that not a three count? Kris Cruise: Maybe someone slipped him a Power Up? Stephy Auger: Don't be absurd! Iser takes Knight and whips him hard into the corner. After crashing sternum-first into the top turnbuckle, Knight stumbles away from the corner until Iser launches him across the ring with a release German Suplex! The boos continue as Iser marches over, yanks Knight up and chucks him across the ring with another release German Suplex! Knight bounces off the back of his neck before falling over into the prone position. Stephy Auger: He's just ragdolling him now! Iser marches over, reaches down and grabs him by the back of the tights before yanking him up. Iser then walks back towards the center of the ring as he carries Knight like a briefcase. He then puts Knight down on his feet and takes control of his back before heaving him over his head with a third release German Suplex! Knight tumbles across the ring before laying in the prone position. Iser heads over, kicks Knight over onto his back and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! The crowd explodes with cheers when Knight gets the shoulder up. Kris Cruise: Lamdon Knight is showing some toughness in there against the World Champion! Iser takes Knight and lifts him up for a vertical suplex. Knight slips down behind again, spins Iser towards him before bringing him down with a flapjack! Kris Cruise: The champ is down! The champ is down! Stephy Auger: Gah! Knight brings Iser back to his feet before socking him with a right hand. Iser gets caught with a second right hand. Knight blasts Iser with a third right hand. He the takes Iser and whips him into the corner before running across the ring and connecting with a flying discus punch! Iser gets whipped into the far corner before Knight runs across the ring, hurls himself at him and hits a Tail Attack (flying hip attack to a cornered opponent)! Iser staggers out of the corner before dropping down to a knee. Kris Cruise: Iser's down to one knee! Stephy Auger: Seth! SETH! GET UP! DON'T LET THIS GEEK BEAT YOU! Knight motions to grab Iser until something outside catches his attention. The camera cuts to a man making his way right to the front row. The crowd murmurs amongst itself upon seeing the man. Kris Cruise: What's this? Knight gives the man a confused look. He’s initially thrown off by the man’s appearance. But after a couple of seconds past, Knight’s eyes widen when he puts two and two together. Kris Cruise: What in the... Neal? Is that... is that Neal Durden? What is Neal doing here? I thought he retired!? Stephy Auger: Oh no! Neal Durden is the one that quit the wrestling business at the end of 2020! That right there, Cruise, is Gareth Prichard Jr! Knight remains taken aback by Neal’s new look Gareth’s look when Iser quickly turns him around, doubles him over and plants him with the Deprivation DDT!!! Knight stands on his head upon impact before his body falls to the mat. Iser goes to make the cover before he looks out and does a double take. His eyes widen when he looks out and sees Gareth starting right back at him, reminiscent of the events of MWE’s Dark Web III. Kris Cruise: Look at Seth! He is shocked by what he sees! Iser turns over into a lateral press and looks right out at Gareth while he hooks the leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd erupts with boos as "Unsainted" blares throughout the arena. J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout… SETH ISER! Kris Cruise: Seth Iser defeats Landon Knight in tonight's main event. I don't want to say that there's a bigger story than the World Champion getting the win in the main event! But we have to talk about the return of Ne-sorry... we have to talk about the appearance of Gareth Prichard Jr! What in the world is going on here!? He hasn't broken his gaze from Iser and vice versa! Iser doesn’t break eye contact from Gareth as he slowly gets back to his feet. The camera cuts to another shot on the outside. Gareth continues to stare right back at the World Champion. Back in the ring, Iser continues to keep his eyes locked on Gareth. He reaches behind him with his right hand before motioning for the ref to hurry up with his belt. Once the World Championship has been handed to him, Iser snatches it out of the ref’s hand. Wrestling’s Greatest Mind clutches the championship close to his chest while he continues to step back towards the ropes. He finally breaks eye contract as he rolls out of the ring. Kris Cruise: Ladies and gentlemen, for Stephy Auger, this is Kris Cruise signing off! Make sure you tune in to FGA Past vs. Present tomorrow night on Frontier+! We will see you again on Tuesday, April 27 at 2021: A New Odyssey, live on pay per view! Goodnight, everyone! Iser continues to look out for Gareth while walking backwards up the ramp. We cut to another shot of Gareth, who continues to eye Iser down as the champion goes to make his exit...
