ENTRANCE MUSIC:
“Young Nation” by Aaliyah
RING ATTIRE:
Sadie typically wears long black tights, with the word “CAMP” written down one leg and “SADIE” written down the other, both in silver, along with black kickpads and boots. (Sometimes Sadie will substitute the black-and-silver scheme for green-and-purple.) She will usually wear a tank top advertising herself or her comrades, cut crudely ripped just above the ribcage area. Most notably, Sadie always tapes her right (non-dominant) hand/wrist. Often, she’s done this to hide small weapons such as pouches of powder or vials (for “poison mist”).
RING ENTRANCE:
The lights in the arena fade to a rose-gold color as the familiar sound of smooth jazz echoes throughout the building. “Young Nation” hits the PA system and the audience promptly responds with a chorus of boos. Sadie San Francisco steps out to the top of the ramp, shaking her head slightly at the response before turning, winking to the camera nearest as she continues past. Sadie pauses at the bottom of the ramp, narrowing her eyes slightly as she gazes at the audience in the venue.
[announcer intro]
Nodding a bit to herself, Sadie slowly walks around to the side of the ring facing the hard camera. She climbs onto the apron, rolling her eyes toward the camera while it pans closer to her, capturing only a cold gaze from Sadie as she spends a few seconds staring into the lens-- before slinking through the ropes, sliding seamlessly back into the ring. Sadie makes her way toward the turnbuckles, slowly ascending to the second rope, shooting a distant half-smirk out toward the audience before raising a single “V” above her head with her left hand. Sadie lazily drops down from the turnbuckles and turns, leaning against the turnbuckles as she awaits competition.

PERSONALITY:
Cynical, sarcastic, and often cold to those that aren’t closest to her. Sadie is typically poised and confident, despite being quite openly petty. As far as wrestling, she does show to be genuinely passionate and driven, but is often too willing to take shortcuts to succeed.
STRENGTHS:
1. Numbers: Simply put-- if an opponent is facing Sadie, there is a chance that they have to worry about some type of interference from Jaelynn Ramsey and/or Jillian Clay.
2. Planning: Treats each individual encounter completely differently and tends to enter with a “gameplan” and “backup plan”, allowing her to make quick in-ring alterations.
3. Adaptability: Sadie is quick to adapt to a style or match type. For this reason, she’s historically excelled in gimmick matches.
WEAKNESSES:
1. Aggression/Judgment: The inverse to her typical calm demeanor-- tends to make several errors when purely driven by anger or emotion, especially in standard matchups.
2. Strength: Doesn’t possess raw, brute strength. Has to rely on speed/striking against larger opponents.
3. Injury: A specific weakness-- Sadie’s left shoulder has been targeted infrequently because of a public history of injuries prior to her FGA debut.
TAUNTS/MANNERISMS:
1. Distracting the referee with nonsensical questions and shouting while performing an illegal maneuver to disrupt a potential 5-count.

BACKGROUND:
Sadie Arev Jacks was born in Palo Alto, California on January 31, 1995 to Milena Jacks, an Armenian-born architect. The name “Jacks” had probably been adopted when Sadie’s mother immigrated to the United States in 1993 and Sadie never learned her mother’s surname or father's name. In 1996, Milena married Ryan Heim (a former boxer and now-aspiring Hollywood agent) and gave birth to Anastasia Elise Heim (aka “Anna Heim”) the following year. From a young age, both Anna and Sadie became interested in boxing before becoming equally enamored by the more vibrant, more colorful world of wrestling. As early as elementary school, the girls would “practice” wrestling with one another, learning complicated and dangerous maneuvers even before their preteen years simply by trial, error, and imitation.
Though the girls would pursue other interests (in Sadie’s case, theater) wrestling remained at the forefront of their priorities. Both girls received in-depth training upon meeting the Dragomirov family (which included Lani San Diego and Ellie Los Angeles) in 2005 and Sadie would eventually wrestle her first series of matches in California in 2011 at the age of sixteen. Of the “California Crew”, Sadie was the most successful and well-traveled, frequenting Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico in 2013 and 2014. After sustaining a debilitating shoulder injury during a match in December 2014, Sadie took a hiatus from wrestling.
Sadie made sporadic appearances in Sin City Wrestling the following year, though her injuries were only exacerbated and she eventually required surgery in October 2015. In the months prior to and following the surgery, Sadie acted as a manager for Lani San Diego, then later for Evan Envi. Her most notable appearance in SCW was in the summer of 2015 when she introduced a mf knife during a televised altercation at her Nevada condo between herself, Lani San Diego, and Marissa Diamond-Kane. After fighting alongside Lani in a lengthy feud against Kane, then later against Shane Sanders, Lani was severely injured by Dexter Jacobs in November 2015 in SCW. Though Sadie supported her friend in her effort to get back to full health, she eventually dedicated her efforts to Evan. Sadie would make occasional appearances at Evan’s side in SCW, but silently began training for her own in-ring return in the summer of 2016, eventually making her way to Frontier Grappling Arts in November of that year.
Sadie wrestled sporadically upon entering FGA, mainly feuding with the likes of Noelle Smith and Brian Stryker while teaming with Evan in “Camp Envi”, eventually becoming Evan’s “voice” when he claimed to have suffered severe injuries to his larynx due to a Super Kick from Molly Reid, supposedly rendering him mute for several months. During this time, Evan also introduced his girlfriend, NEON to FGA. Reluctantly, Sadie teamed with NEON under the Camp Envi banner, enduring months of verbal, and later physical abuse. At FGA All-Star Showdown 6 in 2017, both NEON and Sadie were participants in a multi-competitor Ladder Match for the then-reigning AMIRA’s Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship. At the climax of the bout, after NEON demanded Sadie stand by and allow her to capture the title, Sadie tipped the ladder, sending her partner to the outside and effectively removing herself from Camp Envi as she climbed the ladder to become the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion.
Sadie defended the title against AMIRA and later in a violent Dog Collar match against NEON at the autumn Patriot Games event. She would also defend the title against the likes of Julian Tijerina and (controversially) Lowri Moss before losing the title to her rival, then-New Murder member Jaelynn Ramsey. While Sadie and Moss maintained a friendly-but-competitive rivalry, Sadie and Ramsey became embroiled in a bitter, personal feud. Alongside Lowri Moss, Neal Durden, Jimmy Page, and Malcolm Drake, Sadie competed in the 2018 Steel Warfare match, where her team was victorious over Ramsey and the rest of the New Murder. In the following months, Sadie competed in singles’ action and often as an ally of Lowri Moss in tag competition before meeting Lowri Moss in a singles’ match for the Mid-Atlantic Title at Only the Strong Survive ‘18. Sadie ultimately fell short, but was brutally assaulted by Jae Ramsey after the match, leaving her shelved for five months after suffering a concussion and cracked ribs.
Sadie returned in the fall, immediately seeking revenge in the form of attacking Ramsey. The two clashed at Capital Combat ‘18 with Sadie securing a victory over her longtime foe before setting her sights, once again, on the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship. Though Sadie gained momentum qualifying for the 2018 Frontier Lion’s Cup, she was eliminated by her goddamn nemesis Dom Harter in the quarter-finals, and was unsuccessful in her bid to recapture the title from Marlon Cure in one-on-one competition after securing a non-title victory at the Winter War event.
In January 2019, Sadie was drafted to the Flashpoint brand, defeating Kendall Kingham for the FGA 15 Title at 2019: A New Odyssey. Sadie’s first defense was a controversial one, marked as the result of a time limit draw in a match against Kendall Kingham, but her first successful defense came in the May of 2019 in a singles match against Zola Star. After another brutal assault from Jaelynn Ramsey, however, Sadie faced her longtime rival at Only the Strong Survive, where she won, netting her third defense. With a fourth defense looming, Ramsey (flocked by the New Murder) attempted to goad Sadie into another match, but Sadie insisted she take control of her own fate and put the title on the line in a multiperson ladder match, abandoning the time limit stipulation for one night. Sadie would ultimately win the match at All Star Showdown VIII, mirroring her victory from two years prior. On September 14, 2019, Sadie officially “cashed in” the FGA 15 Championship, declaring herself the number one contender to Salem’s United States Title.
Before Sadie could officially challenge for the title, she was confronted by Kendall Kingham-- someone she’d been unable to defeat in the spring earlier that year. Kendall reminded Sadie of the blemish on her FGA 15 Championship reign due to their time limit draw. She challenged Sadie to put her U.S. Title shot on the line… a challenge that Sadie initially dismissed. During a Battle Royal to determine a World Title contender, Sadie attempted to eliminate Kendall to silence her calls for a match, but her efforts were reversed. Embarrassed and humbled, Sadie accepted Kendall’s challenge, putting her title shot on the line in an Ultimate Submission match. The two competed until the final seconds of the allotted time limit at Autumn Annihilation, with Sadie barely claiming victory with 2 submissions to Kingham’s 1. On the same night, the United States Title changed ownership from Salem to Nina Stokes.
Sadie made her intentions to challenge for the title clear, but Stokes was immediately put off by Sadie’s insistence on addressing the belt-- and not Stokes, herself. As weeks went on, Sadie would continue to antagonize Stokes, with Stokes becoming increasingly more agitated, threatening her number one contender while Sadie openly disrespected the champion. The two finally met at Grapple Kingdom, with Stokes dominating a majority of the contest until Sadie blinded her with poison mist to secure the win.
FGA would take a months-long hiatus due to the global pandemic, but upon its return in the summer of 2020, Sadie refused to acknowledge the manner in which she won the U.S. Championship. Instead, she insisted that Nina Stokes be moved to the “back of the line” instead of receiving a rematch, while Sadie hosted a semi-regular U.S. Title Open Challenge. While the infuriated Nina Stokes was biding her time, Sadie defended the title, first against the returning Jaelynn Ramsey, then the debuting TJ Techniques, before announcing that she would be entering the Gold Rush Rumble on the same night of her third defense at Only the Strong Survive. Notably, Sadie turned to Nando Fresno and Jillian Clay of the Saturnian Connection, requesting their solidarity-- or their protection-- during the Rumble because Nina Stokes would be looking to harm Sadie.
At Only the Strong Survive 2020, Sadie defended the U.S. Title against HELL’s Reinda del HELL Champion, Sydney Christensen in a hard-fought contest. Later, she prepared to enter the Gold Rush Rumble-- but she was attacked by Nina Stokes before she could make it into the ring. Though Sadie would return later in the match, Stokes would brutalize her again, injuring Sadie’s shoulder as she officially eliminated her from the match. Afterwards, Sadie berated the Saturnian Connection-- particularly Nando-- for not preventing the evening’s events.
On the night of Vertigo 81, Sadie San Francisco’s U.S. Open Challenge was scheduled to main event the program. With a historic fourth defense looming, an overconfident Sadie strolled into the Melrose Ballroom… and Nina Stokes answered the challenge, defeating Sadie San Francisco in a violent, near-lopsided contest to reclaim her U.S. Title. The loss sent Sadie into a state of shock. She was silent following the match, and at Vertigo 82, Amanda Johnson approached Sadie moments after Nina Stokes’ first defense in her new reign. Sadie didn’t offer the interviewer a response, but instead walked down the corridor until she found Ashley Sands-- and then attacked without provocation. Ashley Sands fought back and the two fought through the gorilla position, all the way to the ringside area. Ashley’s sister-in-law Antoinette Sands tried to intervene, but Jaelynn Ramsey interfered on Sadie’s behalf, helping lead an assault on Ashley and Antoinette with a pair of steel chairs. The attack continued until the FGA 15 Champion, Ashley Marie Chase made the save, chasing Sadie and her newfound friend Jaelynn away from her former stablemates.
Weeks later at Vertigo 83, Jaelynn and Sadie made their official debut as a team, defeating Ashley and Antoinette Sands, who were intent on revenge. Throughout the latter stages of the match, Sadie and Jaelynn targeted Antoinette Sands, eventually earning the victory-- and going a step farther by blinding Antoinette with black mist, courtesy of Jae Ramsey (all to the chagrin of stablemate Nando Fresno). Later in the same night, with assistance from Jillian Clay, Jaelynn and Sadie ambushed Nina Stokes in the backstage area, assaulting her with steel chairs, similarly to how they’d attacked Ashley and Antoinette Sands weeks prior. Later, it was announced that Nina Stokes would defend her title against Sadie San Francisco at All Star Showdown IX.
