The arena's lights dim to black as the opening guitar riffs to "War Machine" by KISS begin to screech over the P.A. system. The video screen lights up with visual static noise. Suddenly in the center of the screen a black handprint begins pulsating to the beat of the drum that has began to play. A spotlight shines on the entrance ramp and we see Chris Madison standing with his head bowed under a black towel, wearing an official FGA licensed t-shirt that says, "Always Ready For War," across the chest. He nods his head to the music and as the chorus breaks he rips the towel from his head and tosses it into the live audience, starting his way down the ramp toward, the ring.

Tony Allen: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Long Island, New York! Weighing in at 220 pounds... “Mayhem” CHRIS MAAADDIISSOONN!!!"

Madison makes it to the base of the steps and places one foot down before scoping out the fans directly behind him by peering over his shoulder. He smirks as the live audience sings along to the entrance music and then marches up the steps and climbs through the ropes. He immediately leaps up onto the middle rope and faces out towards the crowd. He brings his fists up to his face and punches his jaw with each hand before shooting his arms out horizontally with his hands wide open, welcoming whatever challenge is coming his way. Madison hops backwards, bouncing off of his feet and turns towards the center of the ring, snarling and ready to go...

There was silence; the lights began to fade away slowly. A soft instrumental echoes out across the audience. It starts slowly, a beautiful sound that contrasts the heaviness of the world. Like feathers, it glides among the waiting audience. The lighting fixtures produce a gentle spotlight upon the stage, offset by the occasional flash here and there. As the song continues, a woman’s words begin to come through. Her voice is tender, not raising upon a whisper.

Deceived by my eyes and all I was told I should see
Opinions not mine, the person they taught me to be
One night in the dark, a vision of someone I knew
And in the darkness I saw, a voice say, I'm you.

On the stage, a feminine figure appears. Her head lowered to everything. People cannot make out who it is. As she stands there, the flashes briefly illuminate her figure. It only gives small clues on who stands at the gate. She stands in the spotlight, her shadow cast large and proudly among the stage.

Inside me a light was turned on…

The instrumental picks up again. An electric guitar now joins the progressively exciting instrumentals of before. The singer’s voice suddenly intensifies.

Then I was alive!

In the light, it is revealed that it was Savannah Taylor. She stands at the gate, a robe of obsidian and ivory hues. The hood of it shadows her eyes, but the intensity of the final EXODUS World Champion remains clear as day. She starts off down the ramp, with a serious aura radiating from her body.

Tony Allen: His opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada… SAAAAVANNAAAAH TAAAAYYYYLORRRR!

Savannah makes her way up the ring steps. She looks out towards the audience for a moment before entering the ring. From there, she heads for a turnbuckle. She stands there, taking in everything. She then lifts her up on top of it. She peers out in nothing, then takes off the hood with a flashy flourish. Her blonde locks fly up in the air. They descend, shaping her face as they famously do.

In the darkness, light will take you to the other side
You'll find me waiting there you'll see, if you just close your eyes

While she stands in her corner, she closes her eyes and takes a heavy breath. When her bright eyes open, Taylor is completely composed. There is nothing more than the heat of battle awaiting her. She takes off her robe, giving it to a stagehand. She stretches her wrists before devoting her mind to the war upon the horizon.

Geoff Penzer: Here we go, wrestling fans. Former Pride Champions will collide in this one as Chris Madison and Savannah Taylor go one on one! Madison made his return to FGA during the Draft Lottery this past January. On his first night here at Flashpoint, he interrupted his old foe Savannah Taylor and let her know that the two of them had unfinished business. Before the Six Man Tag Match from a few weeks ago, the last time these to faced off was in a match over the Pride Championship, which Madison won back from Taylor in September of 2017. After that match, both grapplers were sent to different brands during the Brand Extension Draft. But here they are again on the same show with a championship win each. This one is for bragging rights. Can Madison get his FGA comeback back on track? Or will the Las Vegas Siren get the better of him here tonight?

The bell sounds as Taylor and Madison lock up in the center of the ring. After jockeying for position, Taylor gains the advantage with a side headlock. She starts to wrench the hold until Madison shoves her off into the ropes. When Taylor returns, Madison sends her to the mat with a standing shoulder block. He then turns and heads into the ropes. When he returns, Taylor turns over into the prone position. Madison hops over her before continuing to run the ropes. When Madison comes back, Taylor pushes herself back up and leapfrogs over him. Madison continues to run the ropes. After Madison comes back, Taylor goes for a Lou Thesz Press when Madison catches her in mid air, turns and throws her down with a spinebuster! The cheers continue as he rolls across her and hooks the near leg for the cover.

Geoff Penzer: These two met in a Six Man Tag on a recent episode of Flashpoint featuring The Chaotics and Pendragon. Taylor was able to get the win for her team by pinning Madison. The former two-time Pride Champion wants to right that wrong here tonight.

Madison picks up Taylor before moving her into the corner. He strikes Taylor with three forearms across the jaw before sending her into the far corner with an irish whip. Madison charges into the opposite corner to attack when Taylor knocks him back with a boot to the face. While Madison tries to shake off the blow, Taylor comes out of the corner before bouncing against the near ropes. When she returns, the crowd cheers when Madison tackles her down with a Lou Thesz Press. He then mounts himself on top of Taylor before raining down 12-to-6 elbows to the face! Madison returns to his feet before heading into the ropes. When he returns, the crowd boos when Taylor rolls herself across the mat and to the outside.

Geoff Penzer: Savannah Taylor is looking to slam the breaks on this match. Things have not been going her way thus far.

While Taylor is trying to take a breather on the outside, Madison turns and runs back into the far ropes. When Madison returns, he runs across the ring and readies himself for the High Jump Moonsault. But once again, Madison has to slam on the brakes at the last second as Taylor scurries out of the way. The boos continue as she continues to stall the match by walking around the ring.

Geoff Penzer: Taylor is not only allowing herself some time to recover, but she’s continuing to frustrate Madison.

Taylor slowly walks up the ring steps before entering the ring through the ropes. Taylor and Madison circle the ring. They then head towards the center of the ring and go for a lock up… until Taylor kicks him in the midsection. The boos continue as Taylor hits Madison with four punches to the face. She then takes Madison and goes for an irish whip. The crowd cheers when he reverses and sends her into the ropes. When Taylor returns, Madison goes for another Lou Thesz Press. This time, Taylor counters with an inverted atomic drop! The boos continue when Taylor brings him down with The Gamble (corkscrew neckbreaker)! She makes the cover.

Taylor picks up Madison, moves him into the corner and delivers three knife edge chops. After sending Madison into the far corner with an irish whip, the Las Vegas Siren runs across the ring to attack. Taylor throws out a big boot, but Madison reaches up and catches it in time. Taylor pleads with Madison as he pushes her out of the corner while still holding her foot. Taylor hops up and down on one leg until Madison takes her foot and swings her leg away from him. The crowd gasps and cheers when Madison grabs Taylor from behind. He then spins Taylor out in front of him before going for the Comatosed (ripcord Rolling Elbow). The cheers quickly turn to boos when Taylor cuts him off with the Ultimecia (spinning backfist)! While Madison is dazed, Taylor doubles him over with a boot to the midsection before planting him with a DDT! She turns over and makes the cover.

Taylor picks up Madison and whips him into the ropes. When Madison comes back, the boos return when Taylor finally tackles him down with a Lou Thesz Press. She then mounts herself on top of Madison before raining down right hands to the face. She then switches over into the side position before making the cover.

Madison kicks out.

The Las Vegas Siren picks up Madison and whips him right back into the ropes before immediately going after him. As soon as Madison bounces off the ropes, Taylor connects with a running hip strike, knocking Madison through the ropes and to the floor! Madison tries to pick himself on the outside while Taylor takes off into the far ropes. When Taylor comes back, she connects with a baseball slide to the back of the head, sending Madison tumbling to the floor. The boos continue as Taylor slips to the outside before putting the boots to Madison. She pulls Mayhem up off the mat, grabs him from the side and then brings him down with Blonde Ambition (forward russian legsweep)!

Geoff Penzer: Madison was just driven face-first to the floor!

Taylor gets back to her feet and rolls back inside, then back out onto the apron to restart the count. The Las Vegas Siren pulls herself up using the ropes. She looks down at her opponent before she starts to wave him up. Madison can be seen shaking out the cobwebs as he slowly pushes himself up on all fours. Madison then gets up to a knee. Once he finally gets back to a vertical base, the crowd gasps when Taylor goes for an Asai Moonsault… then cheers when she crashes on the floor after Madison rolls out of the way!

Geoff Penzer: She missed!

Madison picks himself up using the edge of the apron before rolling himself back inside. At this point, the ref is just reached the count of ‘Five’. Once the ref reaches ‘Six’, Madison picks himself back up and heads into the far ropes. As Taylor gets back to her feet on the outside, Madison runs across the ring and hurls himself over the top rope. The crowd explodes with cheers when Madison knocks her down with a High Jump Moonsault! Moore cheers and applause follow.

Geoff Penzer: Madison with a huge moonsault to the outside that takes out Taylor!

Madison picks himself up off the floor before pulling up Taylor by the hair. He rolls Taylor back inside before climbing up onto the apron. After looking over and seeing Taylor’s positioning in the ring, Madison decides to scale the turnbuckles.

Geoff Penzer: Madison’s heading straight to the top...

Once Madison reaches the top, he jumps off for a diving double foot stomp. On the way down, the crowd gasps when Taylor rolls out of the way. When Madison lands on his feet, his momentum sends him rolling forward. After Madison rolls back to his feet and turns around, the crowd boos when Taylor knocks him down with a running yakuza kick! She then quickly turns away from Madison before following up with a standing moonsault! She hooks the leg.

Taylor picks up Madison and hits him four times with a punch to the face. The Las Vegas Siren then goes to follow up with another Ultimecia. This time, Madison ducks and takes control of her back with a waist lock. Taylor then runs forward, hooks her arms around the top rope and yanks back, sending Madison down to the mat. After Madison rolls across his back and gets on a knee, Taylor rushes over and motions for a Shining Wizard.The crowd cheers when Madison leaps up off the mat and doubles her over with a bicycle knee strike to the midsection. He then hoists Taylor up over his shoulder before bringing her down with a Colt 45 Backbreaker! After Taylor bounces off his shoulder and turns over onto her back, Madison steps back out onto the apron. The capacity crowd is firmly behind Mayhem as he scales the turnbuckles. Once he reaches the top, he jumps off… and crashes down hard across Taylor’s midsection with the diving double foot stomp!

Geoff Penzer: Second time was the charm for Chris Madison!

The cheers continue as he crawls back over and makes the cover.

Madison picks up Taylor before sending her into the corner with an irish whip. Madison charges across the ring before blasting Taylor with a running yakuza kick! While Taylor is dazed, Madison pulls her out of the corner before placing her in a Sleeper Hold. The ref goes over and asks Taylor if she wants to give up. When Taylor refuses, Madison cinches in the hold. Madison continues to fight for the submission while Taylor does her best to try and fight through it. She reaches up and tries to pull Madison’s arm from around her neck. But it’s to no avail. The ref again asks Taylor if she wants to give up. After she refuses a second time, the crowd cheers when Madison throws her down with a Sleeper Suplex! He goes over, pulls Taylor onto her back and makes the cover.

Madison brings Taylor back to her feet before sending her into the ropes with an irish whip. When Taylor returns, Madison hoists her up for a Pop-up Codebreaker when Taylor counters with a dropkick to the face! While Madison tries to get up off the mat, Taylor is quick to run over, jump up and drive him back down with a Curb Stomp! The boos continue as Taylor pushes him over and makes the cover.

Taylor picks up Madison and whips him into the corner. She then runs across the ring, jumps up and connects with a hesitation dropkick in the corner. After turning Madison around, the Las Vegas Siren hoists him up onto the middle ropes before stepping out onto the apron. Taylor climbs the turnbuckles. Once she gets into position, she places Madison in a three quarter facelock to set up for Welcome to Sin City (avalanche shiranui). Before Taylor can deliver the move, the crowd gasps when Madison slips out of the facelock. He quickly hooks Taylor’s arms from behind, heaves her over his head and brings her down with an avalanche release Dragon Suplex! The crowd explodes into cheers and applause.

Geoff Penzer: Chris Madison with a huge Dragon Suplex off the top turnbuckle! That could be the match right there!

Madison slowly turns over onto all fours. He then reaches out, grabs Taylor and pulls her over into a grounded front facelock. After getting himself back up to his feet, he begins to spin in place. Madison then lifts Taylor up as he continues to spin in place. The crowd cheers as Madison’s got Taylor in the Helicopter Guillotine. The capacity crowd then begins to count after each rotation.

After the tenth rotation, Madison lets go, sending Taylor flying across the ring! Her momentum sends her rolling across the canvas and towards the ropes. While a dazed Taylor tries to pull herself up using the ropes, Madison runs across the ring and clocks her across the side of the head with a bicycle knee strike! Madison once again takes control of Taylor’s back and pushes her into the ropes. After Taylor bounces off the ropes, Madison uses the momentum to throw her down with a backwards roll into a release German Suplex! The cheers continue while Taylor is left folded up on the mat! She slowly falls over to her side. As a dazed Taylor struggles to turn over and get back up to a knee, Madison runs over and clocks her again with another bicycle knee strike! The cheers continue as Madison pulls Taylor up off the mat, takes control of the mat and then flattens her with Comatosed! The capacity crowd is chanting and clapping in unison to the rhythm of “MA-DI-SON! MA-DI-SON! MA-DI-SON!” A groggy Taylor is pulled up off the mat before being lifted up onto Madison’s shoulders. Gasps and cheers come from the crowd once they see her set up for the End Game (electric chair lift dropped into a bridging German Suplex)! Before Madison can deliver the move, Taylor hits him with a 12-to-6 elbow across the head! She then hits Madison with another overhead elbow… then another… and another! The elbow strikes continue until Taylor’s able to slip down from behind. After taking control of Madison’s back, the Las Vegas Siren gives Madison a taste of his own medicine by blasting him with Comatosed! The boos continue as Taylor hits Madison with another Ultimecia. Then another Ultimecia (this time, with the left hand)! Then another Ultimecia (back to the right hand)! Then another Ultimecia (once again with the left)! While Madison is rocked, Taylor nails him with a hard knee thrust to the midsection that drops Madison down to a knee. Taylor then steps back before bouncing against the ropes. When she returns, she knocks Madison down with a Shining Wizard! Madison is knocked over into the prone position. Taylor can be seen rolling herself out onto the apron. She slowly pulls herself up using the ropes. She sees Madison struggling to push himself up off the apron, so she goes to climb the turnbuckles. After Madison gets up on all fours, Taylor jumps off and flattens him with a Frog Splash across the back! The boos continue as Taylor brings Madison back to his feet, doubles him over with a kick to the midsection and plants him with the Siren’s Song (Scissored DDT)! She turns over and makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Savannah Taylor picks up the win here tonight over Chris Madison! It’s a tough loss for the former two-time Pride Champion. You heard it from the man himself earlier tonight. He didn’t see his return to FGA going like this and this hard loss here tonight won’t help matters. But if anyone can bounce back, it’s Chris Madison. Speaking of bouncing back, Taylor has bounced after a United States Championship loss to Salem a few months ago. She got the win for her team in the recent Six Man Tag. Now she defeats Madison and gets the better of him in their trilogy here tonight. Savannah Taylor, your winner.

James Edwards V/O: If you want to know how to define me, watch what I do before you listen to what I have to say.

Flashback to Chicago. Salem and James Edwards stand face-to-face in the ring. Edwards has offered up a challenge. Instead of accepting it, Salem rambles on and on. She tries to cheer up a man who doesn't need or want it. The entire time she talks, Edwards stares a hole through her, and finally tired of wasting his time, the Burning Heart walks out.

James Edwards V/O: I'm a simple guy. Just give me an answer and be done with it--that's how you show me respect. Don't disrespect me with bullshit. I know what I want and what you want too.

Flash to a stilled image of the International Heavyweight Championship. Then another flash to stilled images of Noelle Smith and Savannah Taylor with the United States Championship followed by one of Salem standing on the turnbuckle holding the belt high, a fallen Taylor on her back below.

James Edwards V/O: I know what I don't want though.

Flash to footage of Edwards holding the U.S. Championship in Omaha and giving it the thumbs down.

James Edwards V/O: I told you that. I was ready to move on after you wouldn't give an answer, but you couldn't let me go.

Flash to footage of Salem offering Edwards a handshake followed by her pulling him into the Boomstick and leaving him laying on the canvas, then pulling his "heart" out.

James Edwards V/O: I warned the world I'm done playin' games. You come after me; then I come after you back. You're the second champion to learn that the hard way.

Flash to footage of James laying out Chandler Scott last fall with the Double Tap. Then flash forward to James delivering the Dead Lights to Salem last month in Omaha.

James Edwards V/O: Remember, all you had to do was say "Yes." Then we could've avoided the attacks. The bullshit on social media. The accident.

Flash to a barrage of tweets by Salem calling James everything from a killjoy to an annoyance. Then flash to the last episode of Vertigo, Edwards rushes towards Max Powers, ready to level him with the Fire From Heaven, Powers ducks and Edwards drills Salem with it instead.

James Edwards V/O: This could've been a fight we were both proud of. It should be that way. I wanted it that way. All you had to say was "Yes." But you didn't, and now the one thing you don't want to happen will happen, despite me not even wanting the damn thing.

The house lights go down, and the arena stays black during the garbled opening guitar riff, then, "Okay." Strobe lights move with the easy beat of the song. James appears at the top of the ramp with the hood on his ring jacket up. He takes a few moments survey everything before him.

Tony Allen: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FGA UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, from Lexington, Kentucky! Weighing in at 204 pounds! He is “The Burning Heart” JAAAAAMES EEEEDWARRRDS!

The hood goes down with the opening lyrics. Moving with the meandering pace of the music, his eyes never leave the ring. He laps the squared circle, slides under the bottom ropes, and bows martial arts style to all four corners before settling into his own.

"I'll get you my pretty... and your little dog too!"

The funky drum beat and riff of 'Phenomena' by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs fills the arena and the quirky yet energetic Salem appears at the entrance wearing a hooded dark purple cloak with silver trim, the hood pulled over her eyes. She carries a silver cane, the top a silver claw gripping a dark purple crystal that has a plasma globe effect. She's tapping her foot and bopping her head to the beat, showing off the shiny title belt around her waist...

She unstraps the belt and raises it over head in both hands and motions for the fans to get hyped, dropping the belt over her shoulder and swinging the cane, then bops her way toward the ring in time with the song, popping her shoulders up and down, swaying her arms around with a coy smile and wink to the audience.

She steps up the ring steps, throws her hood back, clutches the top rope and puts her feet on the bottom rope, gazing around and rocking up and down on the ropes...

She slides through the ropes, twirls off her cloak with a flourish and drops to a knee in the center of the ring placing the belt down in front of her, extending her arms out holding up the cane and playing to the crowd as the music fades. She hands the title belt to the referee and takes the cloak and cane to the corner, ready for the match.

Tony Allen: And his opponent, from Laval, Quebec, Canada… the reigning and defending FGA United States Champion… “Something Like a Phenomena”... SAAAAALEEEMMMM!

Geoff Penzer: Salem and James Edwards faced off several months ago in a number one contenders match for the International Heavyweight Championship. Edwards won that match, thanks to outside interference from Savannah Taylor. After Edwards’ unsuccessful challenge over the International heavyweight Championship, he wanted another shot at Salem. This time, just the two of them without anyone else getting involved. Salem let Edwards know that she wanted to face him again just as badly as he wanted a rematch with her. If he could show her that same fire against anyone on the following Flashpoint, then she would give him a definite answer on a rematch. Edwards, who already has a short fuse as it is, what at his wit’s end after months of perceived disrespect towards him from the likes of Brian Stryker and Chandler Scott, to name a few. It was there that the deep personal issues between Salem and Edwards really started. Mind games were played on the part of the champion while things turned physical as both grapplers laid each other out in in the weeks that followed. Another thing that didn’t sit well with Salem, Taylor and other members of the locker room was Edwards’ perceived lack of respect for the United States Championship. The Burning Heart had since pushed back on those statements, stating that the US Title was a championship worth fighting for, he just had eyes on a different prize. However, statements like he made earlier tonight haven't done him any favors and has turned certain parts of the crowd against him. Even though we are far from the province of Quebec, I expect this to be a most pro-Salem crowd here in Vancouver.

As the bell sounds, Edwards marches across the ring and locks up with Salem. The Burning Heart quickly pushes Salem back before hitting her with a savate chasse pass kick to the knee. After Salem’s knee buckles, Edwards throws out a side kick to the ribs before sending the champ stumbling back with a savate whip kick to the head. Edwards then pushes forward before knocking Salem into the ropes with a front kick. The Burning Heart continues forward, grabs Salem and sends her into the far ropes with an irish whip. When Salem returns, Edwards throws out a forearm strike to the head. The champ ducks before continuing to run the ropes. When Salem comes back, Edwards throws out an open hand strike to the head. Again, Salem ducks before continuing to run the ropes. When Salem returns, cheers and boos are heard when Edwards lifts her up across his shoulders before bringing her down with a fireman's carry gourdbuster. The Burning Heart then pulls Salem up off her knees before spiking her on the mat with a Headlock Driver! The mixture of cheers and boos continue as he makes the cover.

Edwards pulls up Salem and moves her into the corner. From there, The Burning Heart delivers a jab to the body, followed by a knife edge chop. He then delivers a jab to the jaw before following up with a stinging knife edge chop that echoes throughout the arena. Edwards returns to the body with another jab before doubling her over with a back kick. He then snatches a hold of Salem, pulls her from out of the corner and then plants her into the mat with a Snapmare Driver! The mixture of cheers and boos continue as he makes another cover.

Geoff Penzer: Another nearfall for the challenger. Edwards’ comments over the United States Championship definitely drew the ire of Taylor, the only two-time US Champion as well as the current champion Salem, who has defended that belt more than any other past US Champ. It wouldn’t sit well with Salem if she lost the title to Edwards here tonight.

Edwards brings Salem back to her feet before delivering a forearm strike that sends her stumbling into the ropes. The Burning Heart makes his way over, pulls Salem off the ropes and then drops her with another forearm strike to the face. Edwards reaches down, pulls Salem back up, then lifts her up in the air before throwing her down with a sitout gourdbuster! When Salem gets up onto on all fours, Edwards begins to attack with repeated knee strikes to the ribs. He then turns Salem over onto her back, mounts on top of her and starts to rain down hammer fists to the face. Salem tries to block the blows. But Edwards eventually splits through her defenses. Edwards then reaches down and pulls up Salem by the hair. Salem tries to fight back with wild punches to the face. But Edwards is able to cut her off with a lifting knee that rocks her. Edwards then heads into the ropes. When he comes back, he throws Salem down with an STO. He pops back to his feet before heading into the ropes. When Edwards returns, he delivers a leaping double foot stomp right to the torso. He turns around and makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Another nearfall for The Burning Heart. Edwards has controlled this match seemingly since the opening bell. Salem needs to come up with something quick or else she will be in jeopardy of losing her championship.

Edwards pulls the champion back up before knocking her back with repeated forearm strikes to the face. He then takes Salem and shoots her into the corner. Edwards rushes in to attack when Salem knocks him back with a boot to the face. Edwards shakes off the blow before running back in. This time, Salem counters with a back elbow to the face. As soon as Salem hoists herself up onto the middle ropes, Edwards connects with the Double Take (jumping switch kick). The crowd boos when Salem flips over the top rope and falls down hard to the floor.

Geoff Penzer: Oh no!

Edwards begins to pace back and forth in the ring as he waits impatiently for Salem. On the outside, the champ can be seen writhing in pain as she turns from side to side on the floor. When she starts to pick herself up and gets up onto a knee, Edwards turns and runs into the far ropes. When Edwards comes back, the crowd gasps when he leaps through the ropes for a suicide dive. The arena is then filled with cheers when Salem dives out of the way, causing Edwards to crash against the front of the announce desk!

Geoff Penzer: The high risk didn’t pay off for Edwards there! Not at all!

Edwards groans in pain on the floor while Salem crawls towards the side of the ring. She then pulls herself up using the edge of the apron before rolling back inside. After pulling herself up using the ropes, Salem turns and runs into the far ropes. When Salem comes back, the crowd cheers when she hurls herself over the top rope and knocks Edwards down with a somersault plancha!

Geoff Penzer: The high risk DOES pay off for the champion as she knocks Edwards down with a plancha to the outside!

Salem picks up Edwards and rolls him back inside. She then rolls back in before making the cover.

Edwards gets his foot on the bottom rope.

As Salem pulls up Edwards, Edwards quickly grabs a hold of her, places her in the clinch and delivers three knee lifts to the face. While Salem is doubled over, Edwards turns and hits the far ropes. When he comes back, Salem dumps him over the top rope. But he’s able to land safely on the apron. He then doubles Salem over again. This time, with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. After pulling Salem out onto the apron, the crowd gasps and boos when Edwards hooks both arms before throwing Salem off the apron and to the floor with a Butterfly Suplex!

Geoff Penzer: Salem’s just been thrown down hard to the floor with that double underhook suplex from off the apron!

Edwards yanks up Salem before rolling her back inside. After climbing up onto the apron, Edwards sees where Salem is positioned on the mat. So he begins to climb the turnbuckles. Edwards reaches the top rope before leaping off for a diving headbutt. The crowd cheers when Edwards crashes face-first onto the mat after Salem rolls out of the way.

Geoff Penzer: Edwards takes it to the air and again pays the price!

Salem slowly rolls underneath the bottom rope and out onto the apron. While Edwards slowly pushes himself up on all fours, Salem pulls herself up using the ropes before heading over towards the ring post. Edwards starts to get back to a vertical base while Salem scales to the top turnbuckle. Salem then leaps off and connects with a missile dropkick to the back of the head! Edwards is sent staggering across the ring before crumbling to the mat. Salem steps back out onto the apron before climbing another set of turnbuckles. Once The Burning Heart returns to a vertical base, Salem gives him the devil horns before jumping off and knocking him back down with a missile dropkick to the chest! The cheers continue while she makes the cover.

Edwards gets his shoulder up.

Salem picks up Edwards and nails him with a hard chest kick. A nasty pop from the kick echoes throughout the arena. The Phenomena blasts Edwards with another hard chest kick! Salem switches her stance and throws out a superkick feint before hitting Edwards with a rapid knee lift! While Edwards is doubled over, Salem knocks Edwards down to one leg after a low dropkick to the knee. The Witch returns to her feet before nailing Edwards with another hard chest kick… then another… and another! While Edwards is clutching his chest, Salem turns and runs into the ropes. When she returns, she goes for a Somersault Cutter. The crowd gasps when Edwards slips out and counters into a Dragon Sleeper!

Geoff Penzer: Edwards with the counter!

The crowd continues it’s mixture of cheers and boos while Edwards locks in the Dragon Sleeper off of one knee. The ref asks Salem if she wants to give up. The champ vehemently refuses. She then reaches up and grabs Edwards’ head. The crowd cheers when Salem pulls Edwards head down into a raised knee. The cheers continue as Salem continues kneeing Edwards in the head! The knee shots continue until Edwards breaks the hold. The Burning Heart then rolls over towards the ropes. He starts to return to his feet while shaking out the cobwebs. When Edwards turns around, the crowd cheers when Salem sends them both over the top rope and crashing to the floor with a Cactus Clothesline!

Salem is the first to her feet. She pulls herself up onto the apron before stepping back towards the ring post. When Edwards gets back to his feet and turns around, Salem runs across the apron before knocking him down with a Penalty Kick!

Geoff Penzer: Edwards getting a bit of a taste of his own medicine with that penalty kick to the face!

Salem picks up Edwards and pushes him up onto the apron. After rolling back inside, Salem reaches over and brings Edwards back to his feet. The champ then places Edwards in a front facelock before dragging him across the top rope. Once Edwards is in position, Salem brings him down with a dragon screw neck whip! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

Salem picks up Edwards and moves him into the corner. She then delivers an irish whip, immediately follows Edwards into the opposite corner and connects with a corner high kick! Salem then takes Edwards and sends him back into the previous corner with another irish whip. The US Champion runs across the ring, bashes Edwards with a corner space rolling elbow and follows up with a one-handed bulldog! She pushes Edwards onto his back and makes the cover.

Salem picks up Edwards and sends him into the ropes with an irish whip. When Edwards returns, Salem sends him flipping down to the canvas with a kitchen sink. She goes to follow up with a standing moonsault senton when Edwards gets his knees up! Edwards returns to his feet and pulls Salem back to a vertical base. As soon as he hoists Salem up onto his shoulders for a gutwrench powerbomb, Salem counters with multiple punches to the top of the head. After Salem slips down and lands on her feet, she throws out a roundhouse kick. Edwards swats the kick away and throws out the Double Tap (consecutive spinning backfists). But Salem cuts him off with a high impact spinning backfist! While Edwards is down on a knee, Salem heads back out onto the apron before climbing up to the top turnbuckle. The Witch jumps off for a diving overhead chop when Edwards grab her on the way down and throws her down with authority using a Sambo Suplex! He makes the cover.

Edwards pulls up Salem by the hair and nails her with a roundhouse kick to the calf. Salem responds with a hard chest kick. Edwards hits Salem with another roundhouse kick to the calf. Salem answers back with another hard chest kick! Edwards motions for another kick when Salem cuts him off with a hard chest kick! The Phenomena stuns Edwards with another hard chest kick! Then another! Salem goes for a roundhouse kick when Edwards swats it away. The Burning Heart responds with alternating roundhouse kicks to the inner and outer thigh before following up with the Double Tap! While Salem is dazed, Edwards takes control of her back and throws her down with the Half Cut (half nelson suplex)! The mix of boos and cheers continue as he makes the cover.

He then yanks Salem off the ropes before throwing her down with a snap reverse powerslam! Edwards pushes her over before making the cover.

The crowd gasps when Salem slowly lifts him up across her shoulders before bringing him down with a Ushigoroshi! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

After pulling up Edwards and delivers an open hand slap, Salem brings him down with an (Ipponzeoi – one-armed shoulder throw). She then delivers a standing double foot stomp before following up with a flashing elbow. She then reaches down and pulls Edwards up into a seated position. The crowd begins to murmur amongst themselves as they know what’s about to come next.

Geoff Penzer: Is Salem setting up for another penalty kick?

Salem turns and hits the far ropes. When she returns, the crowd explodes with cheers when Salem flattens Edwards with a Penalty Kick! She drops down and makes the cover.

Salem brings Edwards back to his feet and whacks him with another open hand strike before sending him into the ropes. When Edwards returns, a kitchen sink to the midsection drops him down to his knees. While Edwards is still hurting, Salem runs into the far ropes. When she comes back, she brings him down with a somersault cutter! The Phenomena slowly brings a dazed Edwards back to his feet before turning and taking off into the ropes. When Salem comes back, the crowd gasps and cheers when she throws out the New Hampshire Handshake (leaping high velocity elbow strike). The Burning Heart ducks the strike, grabs Salem when she lands and sets up for the RRE. Salem counters with elbows to the back of the head. After performing a standing switch, the crowd gasps when Salem sets up for the BOOMSTICK (ripcord jumping reverse STO)! As soon as Edwards is rolled out in front of Salem, he counters and knocks her down with the Double Tap! The Burning Heart picks up Salem and brings her into the corner. After sitting her down on the top turnbuckle, he begins to climb the ropes. When Edwards gets up on the middle rope, Salem begins to hit him with forearm strikes to the face! After grabbing Edwards by the hair with both hands and slamming him down face-first into the top turnbuckle, the crowd explodes with cheers when Salem flips off and throws him down with an avalanche sunset flip powerbomb! The cheers continue while the ref slides into place for the count.

Geoff Penzer: SALEM WITH A SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB OFF THE TOP! That’s gotta be it right there!

Salem picks up Edwards and whips him into the ropes. When Edwards returns, he sees Salem running past him into the ropes, so he slows down. When Edwards turns around, the crowd gasps when Salem throws out another New Hampshire Handshake. Edwards ducks the blow and runs into the ropes. When Salem lands on her feet and turns around, she turns into the Pole Shift (rebound wheel kick)! Edwards then takes Salem and whips her hard into the corner. After crashing sternum-first into the corner, Salem stumbles backwards into Edwards, who throws her down with the RRE! The Burning Heart grabs a dazed Salem by the hair and pulls her up onto her knees. He then turns and heads into the ropes. When Edwards returns, he motions for the Violent Gospel (Running PK)! Salem sees so, so she goes to jump to her feet to counter. But the VG motion was all a ruse from Edwards who clobbers her with the Dead Lights (bicycle high knee to the chin)! After Salem crumbles to the mat, Edwards makes the cover.

The mixed reaction continues as Edwards gets his arm raised in victory.

Geoff Penzer: James Edwards has defeated Salem here tonight in one hell of a contest to become the new United States Champion! You can hear the reaction from the capacity crowd. I highly doubt Edwards is getting this reaction just because we’re north of the border.

Edwards is handed the United States Championship from the official. Edwards raises the championship to a strong mixed reaction before tossing it to the outside. Edwards rolls out of the ring, grabs the belt by one end and drags it by his side up the aisle. Once Salem comes to, she turns over and sees Edwards making his way up the aisle and to the back with the championship...

[FGA Office]

Our cameras fade into the shot of the FGA World Tag Team Championship, earning a mixed reaction from an expectant audience. The shot pans out, with the wider view revealing the title sitting on a table, a few feet from Ashlyn De Luca to an even louder mixed reaction-- though more forgiving than usual-- from our live audience. De Luca is already in her gear, obnoxiously chewing on a stack of gum as she looks toward the monitor, sitting on a table in the dressing room.

A few moments later, her partner steps up behind her and glances over her shoulder towards the monitor. The crowd erupts into cheers upon seeing Logan Alexander. He’s dressed and looks ready to compete. He adjusts his wristbands while he stands there.

Logan Alexander: Anything good on? I know we get a different cable package north of the border.

Ashlyn looks toward Logan, then back toward the monitor with a small smirk as a thunderous “LOGAN!” chant erupts among the masses.

Ashlyn De Luca: Just lookin’ at your people. They’re gonna go crazy when that music hits. I mean…

De Luca gestures toward the monitor-- and the camera moves behind the shoulders of the World Tag Team Champions just briefly, showing the raucous Vancouver crowd, each vying for the camera’s attention as it flies by overhead.

Ashlyn De Luca: ...your kingdom awaits, sir.

Logan smirks slightly.

Logan Alexander: It certainly seems that way tonight. It’s always great to be back on home soil. I know they are looking forward to a good show from us out there, and I’m definitely looking forward to putting one on for them.

He looks to Ashlyn.

Logan Alexander: What say you Mayor? Ready to see if we can push this reign one step closer to a full year, in front of a crowd ready to scream their lungs out in support of us?

The Vancouver crowd roars in approval once more and Ashlyn glances toward the monitor, drawing a small breath.

Ashlyn De Luca: Of course.

Ashlyn blinks a few times as she looks from Logan, back to the monitor, a brow raised as the camera pans over the fans in attendance… but she seamlessly substitutes the look for a warm smile as her gaze meets her tag team partner’s.

Ashlyn De Luca: Pretty sure you mean screaming their lungs out in support of… you… though. Let’s not get carried away.

Logan Alexander: I’m sure they love you here too. That fact that I’m there beside you is really just a perk.

The insinuation earns a somewhat mixed reaction from a mainly-supportive live audience, though Logan continues before the noise can really be deciphered.

Logan Alexander: What’s really gonna throw things for a loop is if they start booing Lowri and Neal. I’m pretty sure that would be a first. But that’s something I love about Canadian wrestling fans, they just do whatever they want. Kinda like how we’ve been for almost two years… just running roughshod over everyone in our way, because we can. And we’ll keep on doing it until someone proves that they can stop us.

Ashlyn smirks, turning away from Logan, gaze lowering to her half of the Tag Team Titles. Her smile seems to fade a bit as the seconds pass, albeit perhaps unintentional.

Ashlyn De Luca: Can I ask you something?

Logan smiles, seeming amused by what she’s just said.

Logan Alexander: Of course.

Ashlyn finally picks her half of the World Tag Team Titles up, sliding it over her shoulder, eyes now falling back to the monitor as she speaks to her partner.

Ashlyn De Luca: Your little visit with Lowri and Neal a couple weeks ago--

She looks back at Logan over her shoulder, a brow raised.

Ashlyn De Luca: Is that all out of your system now?

There’s more hanging in the air than the limited amount of words coming out of Ashlyn’s mouth, but the tonal shift-- at least audibly-- is evident. His smile fades and he raises an eyebrow slightly.

Logan Alexander: To be perfectly honest, no. That wasn’t something I just said to them in the moment or with an ulterior motive. But to try and anticipate a follow up question, that doesn’t change what we’re going to have to be doing tonight. We are going out there to prove that we are the better team in the here and now. Nothing I’ve said to them changes that or the fact that I’m ready to go out there and do what I can to make sure that we beat them again and leave Vancouver…

The crowd cheers again at the name drop.

Logan Alexander: … still... FGA World Tag Team champions. The respect I have for them makes me want to emerge victorious out there even more and keeps in mind that the two of them are not to be dismissed or underestimated out there.

There’s a long pause and Ashlyn never breaks her gaze from Logan-- but almost abruptly, her lips part into a small smile once again.

Ashlyn De Luca: Right. Right.

She adjusts the belt on her shoulder and turns, reaching out of frame, but still onto the table on which the monitor sits, picking up Logan’s half of the World Tag Team Titles, delicately placing it on her shoulder. As Logan moves a hand to secure it, Ashlyn gives it a firm pat, beaming up at Logan.

Ashlyn De Luca: Then what are we waiting for? Let’s get out there and uh… do it for the culture.

Logan nods.

Logan Alexander: For that, and for ourselves, and for another defense that will make our record that much harder to break.

The audience roars at Logan’s words and with one more look toward the monitor displaying the Vancouver crowd, Logan and Ashlyn exchange a fist bump. Logan is the first to move out of frame… and De Luca lingers behind just for a couple of seconds— but long enough for the supportive smile on her face to fade to a look of clear annoyance. She shifts the belt on her shoulder and sighs, shaking her head just slightly before following Alexander out of the dressing room.

The lights flicker as "Take A Chance" by CFO$ begins to play over the PA system, and out through the curtains walks Neal Durden, followed closely by Lowri Moss. The Welsh duo stand side by side on the stage for a moment, surveying the crowd, before they then make their way towards the ring, with Neal leading the way.

Tony Allen: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FGA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 320 pounds! They are the challengers, Lowri Moss and Neal Durden… PENDRAGON!

After climbing the steps and entering the ring, Lowri heads for one of the corners and climbs to the second rope to look out at the cheering fans, while Neal simply stands in the middle of the ring with his pinky finger up and a smirk on his face.

Geoff Penzer: Pendragon had the United States Tag Team Titles stolen from them by Silk & Cyanide a few months ago at Final Frontier. After being drafted shortly thereafter to Flashpoint, Pendragon made their intentions clear. They wanted the World Tag Team Championship. But The Chaotics weren’t exactly quick to accept. On the next episode, the two teams split victories in singles action. Then on the last Flashpoint, the team of The Chaotics and Savannah Taylor were able to defeat Pendragon and Chris Madison. Can Pendragon win the big one here tonight. Can they be the team that finally knocks off The Chaotics to become the new World Tag Team Champions?

The lights in the arena slowly fade to darkness. While this hushes some members of the audience, others grow loud in anticipation. “Deadcruiser” hits the PA system and a silver-blue strobe begins to dance near the top of the ramp… only there is no one there this time.

Several silver-blue spotlights spread away from the entryway at the top of the ramp and begin to pan over the crowd. For about a quarter of a minute, the lights continue to pan, then one of them stops over one of the rear sections of the crowd on the lowest level of the area. The other spotlights pass over the crowd until they all overlap in the same area and the strobe effect returns once more. Then the arena plunges into darkness once more, earning a pop from the live audience. The lights scream to life, casting a blinding glow revealing the Chaotics standing together in the crowd where the spotlight had converged. Ashlyn stands with both arms out, panning the crowd with her ‘finger guns’, while Logan, wearing a black hoodie covered in red maple leaves instead of his regular Chaotics hoodie, has his arms spread wide, holding a multicoloured patchwork flag in one hand with ‘Chaotics’ displayed on it, and he shouts something out to the crowd, and the crowd responds with almost thunderous cheers. Logan and Ashlyn look towards one another, sharing a grin, then fistbump one another before they start making their way through the crowd towards the ringside area.

Tony Allen: Making their way to the ring, weighing in at a total combined weight of 360 pounds! They are the reigning FGA World Tag Team Champions! They are the team of Ashlyn De Luca and Logan Alexander… THE CHAOTICS!

The crowd cheer again at the introduction of the Chaotics, while the champions make their way to the ringside barricade, with Logan keeping his flag held high the whole way, and then they climb over it into the ringside area.

Geoff Penzer: This crowd is solidly in support of the Chaotics here tonight. It’s been a long time since the champions have drawn such a positive response.

Logan hands off his flag to one of the ringside techs, then climbs the ring step, up onto the apron, and into the ring. Ashlyn paces around to the far side of the ring, before rushing to the barricade. Our hard camera takes over, with Ashlyn leaping onto the barricade, arms wide as she screams back out into the raucous audience. Behind her, Logan mounts the bottom-and-middle ropes, arms held to his side in a similar pose. Ashlyn drops from the barricade, sliding into the ring beneath the ropes and Logan, hopping to her feet on the opposite side of the ring, screaming out into the other side of the audience as they rise to their feet. Logan drops down from the ropes and bumps forearms with De Luca in the center of the ring as they pass each other, mounting opposite corners to look out into the masses. The Chaotics remove their hoodies, tossing them simultaneously into the crowd as their music fades. The champions then mover from opposite corners and meet together in their corner, and look towards Pendragon standing together in the opposite corner.

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics have now turned their attention to their challengers here tonight.

Logan smiles then extends one arm pointing a finger gun towards them. Ashlyn then reaches over and pulls the trigger.

Geoff Penzer: And it looks like they are ready to go!

The bell sounds as De Luca rushes across the ring and rocks Moss with an elbow strike. Moss answers back with a European Uppercut. De Luca then rocks Moss again with another elbow strike! Moss answers back with another European Uppercut! Moss then cuts De Luca off with another European Uppercut! Yet another European Uppercut is delivered before De Luca is whipped into the ropes. When De Luca returns, she brings Moss down with a hurricanrana to some light cheers from the partisan crowd. She then knocks Moss off her feet with a dropkick. A second dropkick returns Moss to the mat. When Moss turns over and gets up on a knee, De Luca throws out a Buzzsaw Kick. But Moss ducks, gets back to her feet and quickly takes control off her back. She’s about to go for a German Suplex when De Luca counters by hooking her right leg around Moss’. Moss tries to muscle her up for another German. This time, De Luca counters with a back elbow to the face. She then performs a standing switch before hopping onto Moss’ shoulders. Before De Luca can flip back and spike her with a poison rana, Moss pushes De Luca up off her shoulders. As soon as De Luca lands in front of her, Moss knocks her down on all fours with a European Uppercut to the back of the head. She then walks over in front of De Luca before flattening her on the mat with a Switchblade Kick. She then pushes De Luca and makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics have been on a historic run with a reign as World Tag Team Champions that has nearly lasted a year. They have defeated the likes of Smart Style, The Dogs of War, Triple A, the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad. The Chaotics have run the table. They have nearly cleared out the division. The Chaotics have stated that they wanted competition and Pendragon plans on giving it to them here tonight in Vancouver.

Moss takes De Luca and whips her into the ropes. When De Luca returns, she ducks another European Uppercut from Moss. When she comes back, Moss goes for a back elbow to the face. Again, De Luca ducks before continuing to run the ropes. When De Luca returns, Moss leapfrogs over her. De Luca continues to run the ropes. When she comes back, Moss turns around and drops down to a prone position. De Luca hops over her before continuing to run the ropes. When De Luca comes back, Moss knocks her off her feet with a dropsault to light boos from the partisan crowd. She makes the cover.

Moss picks up De Luca and wrenches her arm. She then drags her over into the Pendragon corner before tagging in Neal Durden. Once Durden gets in, he takes control of the arm, drags De Luca back towards the center of the ring and delivers an arm wrench. De Luca then rolls forward, leans back, kips up and places him in a side headlock. Before De Luca is able to cinch in the hold, Durden slips out and counters into a hammerlock suplex. He makes the cover.

Durden brings De Luca back to her feet and delivers another arm wrench. Durden quickly yanks the arm before delivering another arm wrench. After another arm wrench is delivered for good measure, De Luca grabs Durden by his hair before moving him into the ropes. The ref is quick to rush over and give them until the count of five to break it up.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

De Luca lets go of Durden’s hair. As soon as Durden lets go of her arm, De Luca blasts him with an elbow strike to the face. While Durden is rocked, De Luca turns and takes off into the far ropes. When she comes back, Durden ducks and dumps her over the top rope and to the floor. While De Luca picks herself up on the outside, Durden turns and takes off into the far ropes. When Durden comes back, Logan Alexander gets in and lunges at him to try and cut him off with a spear! But Durden hurls himself over Alexander, flips over the top rope and knocks De Luca down with a somersault plancha! The partisan crowd can't help but to stand up and applaud!

Geoff Penzer: Neal Durden with some insane athleticism right there!

Durden picks up De Luca and rolls her back inside. He then rolls back in and makes the cover.

Durden takes De Luca by the leg, drags her back over into the Pendragon corner and tags Moss back in. once Moss gets in, Pendragon takes De Luca and send her into the far ropes. When De Luca returns, Pendragon throws her down with a double hip toss. As she gets back to her feet, Moss makes her way over towards Durden. When De Luca turns around, Pendragon knocks her down with an assisted dropkick.!Moss makes the cover.

Moss tags Durden back in. Pendragon then takes De Luca and whips her back into the ropes. When De Luca returns, Pendragon throws her down with a double japanese arm drag. Once De Luca returns to her feet and turns around, Pendragon run over and connect with a double dropkick that knocks her through the ropes and to the floor. Alexander then rushes in to attack. But he gets thrown down with a double japanese arm drag for his troubles. Once Chaos Stryke gets back to his feet and turns around, there are light boos when Pendragon connect with a double dropkick that sends him through the ropes and to the floor. Pendragon circle the ring while pumping their fists and waving their arms up and down. There is a mixture of cheers and boos from the conflicted crowd.

On the outside, Alexander gets to his feet before making his way up towards De Luca. The Chaotics then heads towards a corner and huddle up.

The Chaotics high five each other before Alexander takes his place back up on the apron. After De Luca rolls back inside, she reaches over and officially tags Alexander in. Durden and Alexander begin to circle the ring. Alexander then starts to slowly creep towards Durden. He shoots in for a single leg takedown, but Durden is fast enough to slip out of the way. Alexander returns to his feet and starts to cut off the ring. He continues to inch closer and closer to Durden while Durden tries his best to keep the distance. Alexander reaches out with both hands and tries to get a hold of Durden’s wrists. He then quickly shoots in and snatches a hold of his leg. Durden then hops back before collapsing against the ropes. Durden quickly hooks his arm around the top rope to force a rope break.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE…

Alexander gets his hands up and backs away. After Durden makes his way off the ropes, the two continue to circle the ring. They then inch forward before locking up. After jockeying for position, Alexander drops down, goes behind Durden and gains control of his back. He then spins Durden towards him before throwing him down to the mat with a side headlock takeover. Durden then reverses into a headscissors. After turning over onto his knees, Alexander is able to slip out of the hold. The crowd erupts with cheers when turns Durden over and tries to place him in the Perfect Chaos Theory (edgecator version)! But Durden slips out and grabs a hold of the ropes. Once again, Alexander puts his hands up as he steps back. Once Durden gets back to his feet, he heads over and locks up with Alexander. Durden gains the advantage with a side headlock. It doesn't last for long as Alexander shoves him off into the ropes. As soon as Durden hits the ropes, De Luca nails him with a knee to the back. The cheap shot would normally garner boos from the crowd. Instead, De Luca gets cheered! After Durden staggers over towards the center of the ring, Alexander knocks him off his feet with a lariat takedown! He then pulls Durden back up, delivers an inverted atomic drop and follows up with a russian leg sweep. He makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Again Durden avoids the three count. The Chaotics have really turned the tide in this contest over the last few minutes. They are once again proving why they are the best tag team here in FGA. It takes a lot to keep them down...

Alexander heads over and tags De Luca back in. Once De Luca gets in, The Chaotics pick up Durden before holding him up in the air. The cheers get louder the longer The Chaotics keep him held up.

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics have got this capacity crowd eating out of their hands here tonight!

De Luca then adds insult in injury by pointing over at Moss with her free arm. The Chaotics then fall back to complete the double stalling vertical suplex! De Luca makes the cover.

De Luca picks up Durden and whips him hard into the corner. Durden groans once his back collides with the turnbuckles. She then rushes into the corner before nailing Durden with a spinning heel kick! While Durden is dazed, De Luca hoists up Durden and places him in a front facelock. She looks directly over at Moss and smirks before planting Durden with a Tornado DDT! She then looks over at Moss while she makes the cover.

De Luca presses her palm down hard across Durden’s jaw and turns his head sideways on the mat while she makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: De Luca continues to antagonizes Moss. The Mayor of Ashlanta is still clearly bothered by those series of losses to Moss in recent weeks.

De Luca mounts herself on top of Durden before raining down elbow strikes across the face. She then grabs Durden by the hair before repeatedly ramming the back of his head against the canvas. De Luca then returns to her feet before stomping away on his chest. She then makes her way over towards the Pendragon corner and starts to taunt Moss. Moss takes a swipe at De Luca, but De Luca leans back just out of Moss’ reach. After bringing Durden back to his feet, she rocks him with a short-arm forearm smash before bringing him down with the Phenomena (running step-up knee transitioned into a snap frankensteiner)! While Durden is down, De Luca lifts up Durden’s leg and hooks her arm around it. She then turns Durden over into the new Chaos Theory (single leg Liontamer).

Durden groans in pain while De Luca’s knee is right in his back. The ref gets down and asks Durden if he wants to give up, but he refuses. Moss can be seen slapping the top turnbuckle before shouting words of encouragement towards Durden. De Luca begins to draw the ire of Moss by mocking her.

Geoff Penzer: De Luca has once again decided to mock Lowri Moss!

De Luca pulls back on the leg. Durden can be seen writhing in pain while he’s still trapped in the hold. The ref again asks him if he wants to give up. But Durden refuses. De Luca looks around in shock once Durden starts to push himself up onto his hands. Half the crowd starts to rally behind Durden while the other half wants him to tap. He starts to slowly pulls himself towards the ropes. De Luca is forced to get her knee off of Durden's back and place her foot down to keep balance. She shakes her head in disbelief while Durden continues to claw his way towards the ropes. Durden then reaches out… and grabs the bottom rope to an explosion of cheers. De Luca lets out a frustrated groan while the ref gives her until the count of five.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… FI-

De Luca lets go. The ref scolds her for pushing it. But she pays him no mind. She keeps on top on Durden with several stomps to the back. She then heads over and tags Alexander back in. once Alexander gets in, he picks up Durden and sends him into the ropes. When Durden returns, the crowd erupts with cheers as Alexander throws him down with the Chaotic Impact (STO)! He makes the cover.

Alexander picks up Durden before sending him into the far corner. He then rushes across the ring before hitting Durden with a running enzuigiri. Alexander then takes Durden and goes for a running bulldog when Durden shoves him off into the ropes. As Alexander comes back, Durden goes for a leapfrog. But Alexander catches him in mid air, turns and throws him down with a spinebuster to an eruption of cheers! He rolls across Durden and hooks the near leg for the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Excellent counter there by Logan Alexander. It just wasn’t enough to get the three count.

Alexander heads over and tags De Luca back in before heading back over to Durden. Once De Luca gets in, she bounces against the ropes. When she comes back, The Chaotics go for a wheelbarrow lift into a bicycle kick. But Durden reverses the wheelbarrow lift into a wheelbarrow victory roll motion, causing Alexander to get nailed in the side of the head with the bicycle kick!

Geoff Penzer: De Luca accidentally hit Alexander!

De Luca puts her hands on her head in disbelief. She kneels down to check on Alexander, who appears to be rocked from the kick.

Geoff Penzer: Alexander appears to be on dream street! This is the opening Pendragon needed! But can Durden get to his corner and make the tag?

De Luca slowly rises back to her feet and looks over at Moss, who is clapping her hands as she tries to get the crowd to rally behind Durden. De Luca sneers at Moss before turning her attention back to Durden. De Luca begins to slowly step back away from Durden as if she’s lining him up for a move… only to quickly turn around and knock Moss off the ropes and to the floor with a superkick!

Geoff Penzer: OH COME ON!

De Luca turns back to Durden, who is now back to a vertical base. When Durden turns around, De Luca rushes over and throws out another bicycle kick. This time, Durden catches her foot. He then swings the leg away from him, catches De Luca in an inverted facelock and then brings her down with a rolling cutter! De Luca bounces off the mat before rolling across the ring. After she pulls herself up onto her knees using the middle ropes, Durden runs over and goes for a Tiger Feint Kick. At the last second, Alexander jumps up onto the apron and shields De Luca, causing him to get hit in the back of the head with the Tiger Feint Kick!

Geoff Penzer: Alexander just sacrificed himself for the team!

After Alexander falls to the floor, Durden pulls up De Luca and goes for a vertical suplex to the outside. But De Luca is able to counter into a Stunner across the top rope, causing Durden to crumble to the outside. Once De Luca gets back to her feet, she turns and runs into the far ropes. When De Luca comes back, she leaps through the ropes, grabs Durden and plants him with a suicide Tornado DDT! The crowd erupts with cheers while Durden is down. De Luca pulls up Durden before rolling him back inside. She then rolls back in and makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Moss with the save!

Moss starts to head back towards the corner when De Luca runs up from behind, grabs Moss and throws her through the ropes and to the floor. De Luca then heads back over and pulls Durden up into a standing headscissors. She’s about to go for Crashlanta (Styles Clash) when Durden counters with a back body drop. Durden then drops to his knees before falling into the prone position. Durden starts to pull himself towards the Pendragon corner. When he looks over, he sees Moss climbing back up onto the apron. Moss slaps the top turnbuckle with one hand while holding the other hand out for the tag. Durden gets up on all fours as he continues to pull himself towards the Pendragon corner.

Geoff Penzer: Durden is almost there!

The capacity crowd is on their feet while Durden is almost at the Pendragon corner. The crowd gasps as Durden reaches out for the tag when De Luca charges forward, launches herself off of Durden's back and knocks Moss back to the floor with a savate kick! The cheers continue as De Luca knocks Durden back towards the center of the ring with a punt kick to the ribs. After Durden turns back over on all fours, De Luca knocks him flat to the mat with another punt kick to the ribs. She then drops down, pushes Durden over and makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: De Luca is losing it!
De Luca pulls up Durden, marches into the corner and goes to slam him face-first into the top turnbuckle. But Durden blocks the move by getting his foot on the middle rope. He then grabs De Luca and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. He then brings De Luca from out of the corner before whipping her into the far ropes. When De Luca returns, Durden goes for a back body drop. De Luca then slips down from behind. After she turns Durden around, she steps back before throwing out a blatant kick below the belt, which draws some boos from the crowd. But Durden reaches down and catches her foot just in time. Before Durden can take advantage, De Luca follows up with an enzuigiri that knocks him down to a knee.

De Luca staggers over into the corner and begins to undo the top turnbuckle pad. She then yanks off the pad to expose the steel turnbuckle underneath. Another mixed reaction comes from the crowd. This one with even more boos.

Geoff Penzer: De Luca is starting to get desperate!

De Luca marches over, picks up Durden and runs towards the corner. She’s goes to slam Durden face-first into the top turnbuckle when the referee jumps in the way and warns De Luca. The tag champ then pushes Durden down while she argues with the official. While the referee goes to tie the pad back around the exposed steel turnbuckle, De Luca rolls to the outside. She then reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a steel chair. Another mixed reaction comes from the crowd. This time, the reaction is mostly boos.

Geoff Penzer: De Luca is unraveling in front of our very eyes! She’s doing anything and everything she can to get out of this match!

De Luca slips the chair and back inside before rolling back in. She then grabs a hold of the legs of the chair. She goes to lift the chair up when Moss reaches back in and grabs the back part of the chair.

Geoff Penzer: Moss has got the other end of the chair!

The two are in a tug of war over the chair until De Luca wins out by yanking the chair out of Moss’ grasps. She then marches over to blast Durden with the chair when the ref swoops in from behind and snatches the chair away from her.

Geoff Penzer: The ref just saved Neal from getting clobbered with that chair!

De Luca continues to argue with the official until Durden gains control of her back. He then rolls De Luca out in front of him before knocking her down with a ripcord knee strike! Durden then stumbles back across the ring. He then turns around, dives over towards the Pendragon corner… and tags Moss back in!

Geoff Penzer: Moss is back in!

As soon as Moss gets in, she rushes over to make the cover. Moss then dives over to aims to land on top of De Luca, but De Luca rolls out of the ring. She then turns and begins to walk up the aisle. The crowd erupts with boos once it appears De Luca is content with escaping this match via countout.

Geoff Penzer: What is De Luca doing!?

De Luca continues her trek up the aisle until another referee comes out from the back and motions for her to get back in the ring. While De Luca argues with the second official, Moss rolls out of the ring. She then runs up behind De Luca before grabbing her by the hair. Moss turns around, runs back towards the ring and throws De Luca back in underneath the bottom rope. Moss then climbs up onto the apron before scaling to the top turnbuckle. When De Luca gets back to her feet, Moss leaps off… and brings her down with a diving crossbody!

Moss takes De Luca and whips her into the corner. Moss then charges over and nails De Luca with Just For Kicks (running big boot in the corner followed by a running facewash)! She then pulls De Luca up, brings her from out of the corner and delivers a fisherman suplex!

Moss picks up De Luca and whips her into the ropes. When De Luca returns, she sees Moss setting up for a back body drop. So she stops and counters with a kick to the face that knocks Moss upright. She then turns and hits the ropes, where Alexander makes the blind tag. When De Luca comes back, she throws out another bicycle kick. Moss quickly drops to the mat, causing the referee to get nailed in the face with the kick!

Geoff Penzer: OH NO!

While De Luca looks down at the official, Moss quickly hooks her from behind. The crowd cheers while Moss has her set up for the Nos Da (Rolling Cutter) until Alexander nails her in the back of the head with a superkick! He then hooks Moss from behind before bringing her down with the Chaotic Shockwave (reverse Implant DDT)! He makes the cover, but the official in the ring is still out. The official on the outside quickly slides into the ring and starts to count.

Moss gets her shoulder up.

Alexander places Moss in a front facelock to set up another Chaotic Impact (standard Implant DDT version). Moss then reaches up, grabs him by the wrist, spins out and counters with a boot to the midsection. Moss then goes to set him up for a Cradle Piledriver when Alexander counters with a standing single leg takedown. He then steps through Moss’ legs before crossing them. Just as he’s about to turn over into the Perfect Chaos Theory (sharpshooter version), Durden rushes over and brings him down with a Sling Blade!

Geoff Penzer: Durden with the huge save!

Durden pulls himself back up using the ropes. When he turns around, De Luca nails him with the Syxx Kick (running double spinning wheel kick), knocking him through the ropes and to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: Durden just got dropped with the Syxx Kick!

De Luca smirks while she returns to a vertical base. Once De Luca turns around, the smirk is knocked off her face when Moss knocks her off her feet with the Breuddwydion Melus (Superkick)!

Geoff Penzer: What a kick! De Luca has just been laid out!

Moss heads over and pulls Alexander back to his feet. She nails him with a shoot kick to the chest! Then a second! Then a third! Then a fou-NO! Alexander catches the leg and quickly brings her down with a dragon screw leg whip. Without letting go of the leg, Alexander returns to his feet. He then goes for the Perfect Chaos Theory (sharpshooter version) when Moss uses her leg to push him down to the mat. Once both grapplers return to a vertical base, Moss nails Alexander with a Scorpion Kick. She then heads into the ropes. When Moss comes back, Alexander stuns her with a superkick. He then goes for a vertical suplex when Moss slips down from behind. She then turns Alexander around before bringing him down with an STO of her own. Moss pulls Alexander back up and positions him for the Nos Da. Before she can deliver the move, Alexander spins in place before ramming her back-first into the corner. He then lifts Moss up, turns and delivers a flapjack across the top turnbuckle. Moss crumbles to the mat. While Moss rolls towards the center of the ring, Alexander pulls himself up in the corner using the ropes. He then slowly makes his way out of the corner against the ropes while Moss picks herself back up. Alexander then bounces against the ropes. When he comes back, he motions for a spear when Moss cuts him off with a bicycle knee strike that drops him to a knee! She then steps backwards, bounces against the ropes, comes back and knocks him down with a Shining Wizard! She makes the cover.

Moss picks up Alexander and goes for a German Suplex when Alexander counters with a back elbow. He then performs a standing switch before shoving Moss into the ropes. When Moss comes back, he tackles her down with a spear! Alexander then pulls Moss up before taking control of her back. The crowd cheers as Alexander delivers the Chaotic Repeater (rolling German Suplexes)! After the fourth german, Alexander rolls back up and delivers a bridging German Suplex!

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics retain!

The crowd cheers Alexander while he slowly turns over onto his knees. He initially puts his arms in the air in victory, only to put them down when “Take A Chance” blasts over the PA!

Geoff Penzer: Wait just a minute...

The referee in the ring holds up Moss’ arm in victory. A groggy Moss can't believe it as she’s been handed one of the Tag Title belts. After Durden gets back in, he gets handed the other half of the Tag Titles.

Geoff Penzer: Pendragon won? Pendragon won! Lowri Moss and Neal Durden have made history here tonight by becoming the first team in FGA history to win both the United States and World Tag Team Titles! Logan Alexander went for another German Suplex. But it was him who ended up with his shoulders on the mat for the three count! What a turn of events we have seen here in this match!

Tony Allen: Here are your winners and the NEEEEWWWWW FGA World tag Team Champions, PENDRAAAAAGO-

The referee on the outside gets back into the ring. He lowers Moss arm before heading over and raising Alexander’s arm in the air. “Deadcruiser” suddenly blasts over of the PA. The original official takes the Tag Title belt away from Moss before giving it to Alexander.

Geoff Penzer: What’s going on here? I thought Pendragon were the winners?

Tony Allen: Here are your winners and STIIILLLLLL FGA World Tag Team Champions, THE CHAAAAAOOOO-

The second referee goes over and pulls Alexander’s arm back down. He then heads over and hoists Pendragon’s arms in the air. The first official then raises Alexander’s arm in the air. The two officials go back and forth while a third official makes his way down to the ring. He then calls for both of the officials to come to the outside.

Geoff Penzer: Now what?

The two officials make their way over to the announce table along with the third official. They then politely ask for Geoff Penzer to make room as they huddle up over the monitor. Penzer tries to figure out what’s going on here.

Geoff Penzer: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m trying to get an idea of what’s going on here. It looks like the officials are going to look at some sort of replay of what happened in the closing moments of this matchup.

Back inside the ring, Pendragon hold their arms in the air before Durden places the World Tag Title over his shoulder. Alexander continues to hold up his Tag Title belt. On the outside, De Luca is seen pulling herself up using the edge of the apron.

The production team switches from a live shot of the ring on the Video Tron to the same replays that the three officials are reviewing at the announce table. The first replay, which is the initial shot from the hard camera, shows Alexander holding the bridging German Suplex. Both Alexander and Moss’ right shoulders appear to be down. We then switch to a second shot from the cameraman near on the far side of the ring near the aisle. This camera angle shows Alexander delivering the bridging German. However, both of his shoulders are down for the three count. Another shot comes from the cameraman near the announce table. This angle gives us the view that the first official saw from the outside. This angle also shows the bridging German. In addition, it shows both of Moss’ shoulders being down for the three count. The Video Tron then switches back to a live shot of the three officials at ringside. They continue to discuss the footage while the crowd murmurs amongst itself. The first official makes his way over to Tony Allen for the decision.

Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, I have been informed by the officials that both Logan Alexander and Lowri Moss’ shoulders were counted as being down from both the first referee, as well as the second official who took control of the match after the original official had been knocked out due to accidental contact. Therefor, this match has been ruled… a DRAAAAAWWWWW!

Geoff Penzer: OH NO!

The crowd erupts with boos over the Draw outcome.

Tony Allen: Furthermore, a championship cannot change hands via a Draw. So The Chaotics are STILL your FGA World Tag Team Champions!

The reaction to that announcement is mixed. The crowd is obviously happy for Alexander. But there’s a part of the crowd that is fed up with De Luca and her antics.

Geoff Penzer: This has been a match that FGA fans, and wrestling fans worldwide, have dreamed about for months! I think I can speak for everyone when I say that this is not the way we wanted this match to go down!

De Luca rolls back inside and joins her tag partner. De Luca raises their arms in the air. Both teams continue to argue back and forth until they take notice of the capacity crowd.

Geoff Penzer: Wait a minute! It looks like The Chaotics aren’t content with keeping their titles on a technicality! They want five more minutes to give this crowd a definitive winner!

The ref asks Pendragon if they want this. Both Moss and Durden don’t waste a second and accept. The ref is about to call for the bell when De Luca snatches the Tag Titles and rolls to the outside. The crowd erupts with boos as she places the titles over both shoulders and walks up the ramp.

Geoff Penzer: Unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE! I thought De Luca didn’t want to keep those titles on a technicality. Alexander was game and it appeared De Luca was as well. But it was all for show on De Luca’s part. Unreal!

[FGA Office]

We cut to the designated backstage interview area inside of Rogers Arena. Standing in front of the A New Odyssey backdrop is none other than the reigning, defending and (after tonight) triumphant International Heavyweight Champion, Chandler Scott. Chandler stands dressed in his ring attire with his championship held proudly over his shoulder. Chandler looks off into the distance with a sense of calm. He can feel it in the air. This war with Jimmy Page is almost over. He just has to go out there and put him down one more time, for the last time.

Chandler Scott: Jimmy Page, you have whined and cried... you have bitched and moaned... you have conned these people into making yourself out to be some type of a victim. But I'm glad that intelligent people have started to finally see through you. Oh sure, you still have fans who chant your name. Sure, you have people in FGA, both here on Flashpoint and over on Vertigo, who think that you're a nice guy. Who think that you're worth something in this world. But at the last Flashpoint, we once again got another glimpse of the Jimmy Page of old. We once again saw the ugliness that you have tried so hard to hide. We got another look at the REAL James Joseph Page.

A smirk.

Chandler Scott: You've tried to pass yourself off as this changed man. But you're not a changed man. People like you are incapable of change. Let's look at the facts. You once again attacked another innocent bystander with a blunt object. You attacked me on multiple times from behind - with that corrupt Amanda Johnson running interference for you on one occasion, might I add. Then, you went real low and brought up my deceased Father. Of course, that's nothing new for you since you get your rocks off by going after members of my family. Isn't that right, Jim?

A beat.

Chandler Scott: You can call tell yourself that you've changed. You can tell yourself that you're a good person now. But when you come out here and publicly admit, on multiple occasions, that you would willingly cross that line again with me... that you would willingly attack my sister all over again "just to watch me squirm"? It trues proves to the world that I was right, that you haven't changed and that you're still the same disgusting piece of shit that you always will be.

Chandler looks the camera up and down with disgust.

Chandler Scott: You threw a tantrum to get your way and come to Flashpoint. You begged, pleaded, damn their threatened to get sent over to Flashpoint just to get your hands on me. It's been almost two months later and surprise surprise, we STILL don't know who you were "traded for". I said it then and I'll say it now. There was never any trade. The weak-willed front office gave into the demands on a raging lunatic. You thought that by slithering your way onto Flashpoint like the snake that you are, you thought that you would finally have me trapped. You really thought you had me cornered when it was announced that you, as undeserving as a number one contender as I can remember, would get a match with me inside of a Steel Cage. But oh Jimmy, it's not me that should be fearful of what happens when that door slams shut. It should be you. Need I remind you that I own you? Need I remind you of all the times you have gone up against me, only to end up flat on your back? Well guess what, smart guy. The same outcome awaits you here tonight. This isn't me being cocky. This isn't me assuming a win based off of past victories. This is me talking with supreme confidence in my abilities. For as good as you are, for as great as you might be, you aren't me. You never have been you. You never will be me. You're not in my weight class and I've proven that time and time again when I've got knocked your ass out cold.

Another smirk.

Chandler Scott: You and your little minions might think that tonight will see Jimmy Page finally getting his payback. But once again, you and your enablers would be wrong because the only thing that Jimmy Page is getting is my fist upside his head over and over and OVER again! This event is called A New Odyssey. But Jim, it's going to be your swan song. I am putting an end to you once and for all, just like I put an end to your World Championship reign back in December. I will bury you. I will bury you six feet deep and then I will piss all over your grave just like I pissed all over your mystique all those years ago.

Chandler Scott: This match is going to change the both of us. Neither one of us will walk out of this match the same. Dare I say one of us won't be walking out at all. The crowd murmurs amongst itself while the lights dim. A spotlight is then show on the steel cage that hangs above the ring. Cheers and applause soon follow as the 15 foot high steel cage is slowly lowered down to the ring.

Geoff Penzer: Wrestling fans, we are just moments away from the start of tonight’s main event. It will be Chandler Scott defending his International Heavyweight Championship against Jimmy Page in a Steel Cage Match! Chivalry is Dead should have ended the blood feud between these two hated enemies two years ago. But the hurt never went away. The anger and resentment lingered for years until Scott made his move and screwed Page out of the FGA World Championship at Final Frontier. I for one am shocked at the incidents that have taken place since then. That steel cage is supposed to keep the likes of myself, fellow members of FGA and the fans safe while the violence is contained inside the cage. I still remember that Chivalry is Dead match vividly. Most notably the aftermatch, which kept Page out of action for roughly eight months and nearly cost him his career. I’m scared to even think of what might happen inside that cage here tonight.

Tony Allen: The following contest is a STEEL! CAGE! MATCH! And it is for the INTERNATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! Here are the rules: there are NO disqualifications and NO count outs! The only way to win is by Pinfall, Submission or Escape over the cage!

A song crashes into the P.A. system that sounds of static and a guitar. The lights begin to flash a violent red frantically. As the song "Murdered Out" by Kim Gordon really kicks in, the lights continue to flash red. A silhouette appears at the entrance. With a controlled stagger, Jimmy Page comes from the back, head down and arms out from his sides. Page swaggers down to the ring in at a methodical pace. The camera gets a close up of his hair covered face as he makes his way down the aisle. He stops at the top of the ramp, flinging his hair from his eyes and glaring around, chewing on a piece of gum. Through the static red, a spotlight follows Page as he makes his way to the front of the ring.

Tony Allen: Introducing first, the challenger! From Flint, Michigan! Weighing in at 237 pounds! He is “The King of the F’n World” JIMMY PAGE!

He takes a running start, running up the steps and entering through the cage doorway. Page then climbs on top of the turnbuckle. Page spits his gum outside of the ring. Jimmy leaps down from the turnbuckle, and begins to slither down into a seat on the lower turnbuckle; Placing his head against the middle turnbuckle, knocking the back of it against the corner gently as he awaits the bell.

Geoff Penzer: Page seemed to be remorseful of this past actions when he returned to FGA in early 2017. In the near two years that followed, Page tried to live the right way. He tries to be a better person. He fought hard to resist those violent urges and not let the rage take over him again. But after getting screwed out of the FGA World Championship by Chandler Scott - a championship that he hadn’t held in over three years - Page reached his boiling point. Chandler brought out the absolutely worst in Page and we all saw it over the last two months. Page vows to end this once and for all here tonight. We’ll see if Page can finally get that one on one victory over Scott.

The lights dim as the sound of a guitar plays throughout the arena. Gold lasers soon begin to shoot out from the stage. Once their attention has been captured, the crowd turns to the entryway to prepare for the man that's about to walk out. At the 25 second mark, “Animal Ghosts” bursts through the speakers. Chandler Scott steps through the curtain and is immediately met with a cascade of boos.

Tony Allen: And his opponent, making his way to the ring from Westwood, Massachusetts! Weighing in at 233 pounds! He is the reigning and defending International Heavyweight Champion… CHANDLER SCOTT!

Chandler keeps his eyes locked on the squared circle while he's pelted with boos and jeers from every direction. The DNA of FGA scans the cage before setting his sights on Page.

Geoff Penzer: Chandler Scott hasn’t hidden his disdain for Jimmy Page. Chandler still harbors ill will towards Page for the unprovoked attack on his sister a couple of years back. He never got over his hatred of Page and waited until the perfect opportunity to screw him over at Final Frontier. Scott thought that would be the end of things with him getting the last laugh. But that quickly changed when Page was traded to Flashpoint shortly after he Draft Lottery. The personal issues between them is at an all-time high. The hope is that this war will finally end tonight inside of that Steel Cage. But given their violent history, a war might not be the only thing that ends tonight.

Scott circles the ring while Page stalks him from inside. Scott reaches over and shakes the cage to try and rattle Page. The King of the F’n World runs over and kicks the cage. Scott continues to make his way around ringside before handing his International Heavyweight Championship over to the timekeeper. He then walks up the steps before getting into it with fans at ringside. When he turns his attention back to the ring, the crowd explodes with cheers when Page darts over and delivers Sole Destruction (discus big boot) to the cage door, smacking Scott in the face with it and knocking him to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: Good Lord!

Page pushes open the cage door before stepping through the ropes and hops to the floor.

Geoff Penzer: No, no, no! This match was supposed to keep the violence inside the cage!

The crowd cheers when Page picks up Scott, runs over and slams him face-first against the guardrail! He then takes Scott, runs down ringside and chucks him over the guardrail and into the crowd.

Geoff Penzer: Page isn’t wasting any time going after Scott! The International Heavyweight Champion made the mistake of taking his eyes off the challenger!

Page reaches over the guardrail, yanks up Scott and then pulls him back down to the floor. He then yanks Scott back up, runs down ringside and throws him hard against another section of the guardrail! Page reaches down, grabs Scott by the throat with both hand and yanks him back to his feet before charging down ringside. The timekeeper scurries out of the way as Page launches Scott over onto the timekeeper’s table! Scott bounces off the table before falling to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: My Goodness! This match hasn’t even officially started yet and look at what we’re seeing so far!

While Scott tries to crawl away, Page snatches the ringbell off the table. Once Scott gets back to his feet, Page runs up from behind and…

*DING!*

… blasts Scott across the back with a bell shot! Page tosses to bell to the floor while Scott drops to his knees. Page yanks Scott back up before pressing his face against the cage wall. Scott groans while Page walks down ringside and grates his face across the cage wall! Page then grabs a hold of Scott before slamming him face-first against the cage wall! The cheers continue as he pulls Scott back before slamming him hard face-first against the cage wall again! He then turns Scott towards him before latching onto his throat with both hands. Scott’s been busted open across the forehead. The crowd explodes with cheers while Page tries to choke the life out of Scott.

Geoff Penzer: Scott has already been busted open before the opening bell! Now Page is trying to choke him out!!!

Scott grabs Page’s wrists and tries to pull his hands from around his neck. But it’s to no avail. A wide eyed Page continues to try and choke Scott out. He barks insults at Scott while he continues to try and choke the life out of Scott.

Geoff Penzer: Page is like a man possessed! He said he was going to make sure that Chandler Scott rots after this match tonight!

Page then lets go to double Scott over with a knee to the midsection. The crowd explodes with cheers after he hoists Scott up band throws him against the cage wall with a powerbomb! Scott drops down and is slumped against the side of the ring. Standing over Scott, Page grabs a hold of the cage wall with both hands before delivering knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee… after knee to the face!!! A groggy Scott slowly slumps down on his side. But Page is far from done.

Geoff Penzer: This rabid crowd is enjoying every second of this!

Page pulls up Scott, opens up the cage door and places Scott’s head in the doorway.

Geoff Penzer: This isn’t good...

Page then takes the cage door and presses it hard against Scott’s head. Scott is heard groaning in agony. Page then pulls the cage door all the way open. He swings it violently as Scott’s head. At the last second, Scott slips out of the way. A loud “CLANG!” is heard once the cage door slams shut. Scott tries to climb up the cage wall. But Page is right there to grab onto the back of his tights and yank him back down! He then takes Scott and goes for an irish whip. But Scott reverses, sending Page right into the guardrail. Scott then staggers over towards the cage door. He then climbs up the steps and enters the ring.

Geoff Penzer: You would think that the idea would be to escape out of the cage. But Scott has just escaped Page by getting INTO the cage. He gets a bit of a break. But here comes Page!

Page makes his way off the guardrail and heads back over towards the door. After climbing up the steps and entering through the ropes, he looks across the ring and sees Scott laying back in the corner. The bell finally sounds to start the match while Scott motions for Page to bring it. The King of the F’n World has no problem obliging. He rushes across the ring and lunges forward with an attack. But Scott’s able to slip out of the way at the last second. When Page turns around, Scott flicks him right between the eyes before stepping backwards into the far corner! Page then runs across the ring and throws out a lariat. Once again, Scot ducks the blow. When Page turns around, the crowd boos when Scott whacks him with a hard slap across the face. Page sneers while Scott again backs up into the far corner. Page marches across the ring and throws out a wild haymaker. Again, Scott’s able to slip out of the way. When Page turns around, the crowd erupts with boos when Scott spits right in Page’s back.

Geoff Penzer: Chandler is playing a dangerous game here by provoking Page!

Scott backs himself again into the far corner. After wiping the spit out of his face, Page marches across the ring. He throws out a wild haymaker that Scott ends up ducking again. When Page turns around, Scott throws out another slap. This time, Page ducks. Scott’s eyes widen right before Page drops him with a straight right to the jaw! He then picks up Scott before flinging him into the corner. From there, the crowd cheers while Page delivers multiple elbow strikes to the face, followed by multiple knee strikes to the midsection, followed by a flurry of right hands that sends Scott slumping down in the corner! Page then stomps a mudhole in Scott before pulling down on the top rope as he applies a foot choke. There’s no disqualification, so Page can keep the choke applied for well past a five count.

Geoff Penzer: Scott kept toying with Page until Page caught him! Now he’s paying the price! Page can keep that choke on all night if he wants to. There’s no disqualification.

The ref looks like he wants to get in there. It’s his natural instinct when seeing a grappler getting choked. But since there’s No DQ, he knows that it’s all legal. Page continues to try and choke out Scott while Scott’s face turns red. After about twelve seconds, Page finally lets go. While Scott gasps for air in the corner, Page turns and runs into the far ropes. When he returns, he goes for a running knee face wash. Once again, Scott’s able to roll out of the way as Page’s knee hits the corner. While Page favors his leg, Scott can be seen crawling across the ring and into the opposite corner. Scott is still gasping for air as he pulls himself up using the ropes. He turns around and leans back against the turnbuckles. He still looks exhausted. Back in the far corner, Page continues to favor his leg… until he reaches down and fidgets with his boot.

Geoff Penzer: It looks like Page might have hurt his le-

Page slips his thumb, index and middle fingers inside the boot… and slowly pulls out a railroad spike! Gasps and cheers come from various parts of the crowd.

Geoff Penzer: Oh no… oh dear God no...

Page turns and sees Scott in the far corner. Scott still appears to be exhausted. Page sneers. The King of the F’n World grips the railroad spike so tight that his knuckles turn white!

Geoff Penzer: Jimmy… Jimmy...

Page then charges across the ring. The crowd gasps and sheiks in horror as Page leaps into the air and swings down violently at Scott’s face!!!

Geoff Penzer: GOOD GOD NO!

Scott dives out of the way at the last second, causing the spike to stab the top turnbuckle instead of his skull. A closeup shot of the railroad spike being stuck in the top turnbuckle is shown.

Geoff Penzer: Scott was a second or two away from being stabbed with that railroad spike!

Page remains undeterred. He then marches over towards Scott and grabs him by the back of the neck before yanking him back to his feet. Scott’s eyes widen as page turns him around and runs towards the corner.

Geoff Penzer: No! NO NO NO NO...

The crowd gasps and shrieks in horror as Page tries to slam Scott face-first into the railroad spike.

Geoff Penzer: What is Page doing!?!?

At the last second, Scott gets his foot on the middle turnbuckle to block it. But that doesn’t stop Page, who continues to try and overpower Scott.

Geoff Penzer: Scott is fighting back with all his might!

Scott grits his teeth as he tries to hold himself back. Pages eyes are bugged. He looks obsessed with trying to drive Scott’s face through that railroad spike.

Geoff Penzer: Jimmy Page is trying to impale Chandler Scott on that railroad spike! What in the hell has this rivalry turned into!?!?

Page quickly lets go and nails Scott with a punch to the kidney. The move causes Scott to groan as well as drop his defenses. More sheiks are heard when Page grabs Scott by the head with both hands and tries to push his face through the railroad spike! But Scott reaches out and grabs the top rope with both hands. He groans as he tries to hold himself back. Page then climbs up onto the middle ropes and stands over Scott’s back as he tries to push down. Scott strains the veins in his neck as he’s doing everything he can to hold back! He then reaches up with his right hand, grabs Page’s right hand and places it over his mouth. He then bites down on Page’s hand. Page howls in pain as he steps down off the ropes. Scott continues to grind his teeth on Page’s finger. He then lets go. While Page turns away and holds his hand, Scott turns around, yanks the railroad spike out of the top turnbuckle pad and pushes it through the cage wall and to the outside.

Geoff Penzer: Scott must have seen his life flash before his eyes multiple times there!

As exhausted Scott walks backwards while he tries to catch his breath. When he turns around, Page doubles him over with a knee strike before throwing him down with a snapmare. He then drops down to a knee behind Scott and applies a fish hook. Scott can be heard groaning.

Geoff Penzer: Another illegal hold that is all fair game in a match like this.

Scott continues to howl in pain as Page tries to rip his mouth apart. Page remains wide-eyed as tries to rip the flesh right off of Scott. The corners of Scott’s mouth begin to tear. Scott can be seen kicking his legs.

Geoff Penzer: Page is literally trying to rip him apart!

In a moment of desperation, Scott reaches up and rakes Page across the eye, breaking the hold. While Page turns and staggers away, Scott turns over on all fours before crawling towards the side of the ring. After he pulls himself up using the ropes, Scott begins to climb up the ropes. He then steps off the top rope and begins to climb the cage wall!

Geoff Penzer: Scott’s using this opening to try and get the hell out of there.

Before Scott can get any further up, Page rushes over, grabs him by the ankle and yanks him down. Once Scott lands on his feet, Page doubles him over with a kick to the midsection. He then drops Scott with a forearm shot to the face. Scott turns over and gets back to his feet… only to get dropped with another forearm shot to the face. Page reaches down, pulls up Scott and whips him into the ropes. When Scott returns, Page doubles him over with a haymaker to the midsection. He then hooks both of Scott’s arms before throwing him across the ring with a double underhook suplex. While Scott writhes in pain on the mat, Page marches over and puts the boots to him. Page continues to stomp away on Scott until he presses his heel down on Scott chest. Scott groans while Page grinds his heels again his sternum. Page finally lets up, only to deliver a hard stomp to the face. Instead of letting up, Page grinds his heel hard against Scott’s face. Page then makes his way over to Scott’s leg. He then lifts up Scott’s legs before dragging him back towards the center of the ring. The King of the F’n World begins to look around at the crowd.

Geoff Penzer: What is Page setting up for?

The crowd gasps when Page teases the Scott Lock (Scorpion Death Lock) by stepping through Scott’s legs and crossing them. Page then uncrosses them, spreads Scott’s legs apart and delivers a hard stomp to the groin!

Page mounts himself on top of Scott and nails him with a punch to the face. He then rains down punch… after punch… after punch… after punch… after punch… after punch… after punch. Page then takes his thumbs and grinds them into the cut on Scott’s forehead to bust him open even more! Scott is seen flailing his legs and arms.

Geoff Penzer: Page has dominated the majority of this match thus far. But he has yet to go for a single pin attempt. This match is more than a win for Page. It’s beyond even the International Heavyweight Championship. It’s about ending Chandler Scott.

When Page gets off of Scott, Scott’s is revealed to be wearing the crimson mask all over his face. But Page is far from done. He hits the ropes. When Page returns, he nails Scott with a knee drop right to the face. The King of the F’n World returns to his feet before hitting the ropes. When Page comes back, he delivers another knee drop across the face. He then gets up and runs back into the ropes once more time. When Page comes back, he delivers a third knee drop to the face. The crimson mask is now a thicker coat of red.

Page reaches down, grabs Scott by the hair (which is starting to turn red) and slowly pulls him up off the mat. Page reaches back before socking him with a straight right to the jaw. Scott stumbles back before falling against the turnbuckles. As Page approaches, Scott throws out and connects with a kick to the leg. He then hits Page with another kick… then another… then anoth-NO! Page reaches down and catches his foot. Page then stares a hole through Scott as he drags him out of the corner and towards the center of the ring. Page then takes Scott and throws him down with a Saito Suplex! Page reaches down, pulls Scott back up and then brings him down again. This time, with The Paralyzing (hangman’s neckbreaker across the knee)! The King of the F’n World then makes his way over into the corner. He throws himself back against the turnbuckles and slumps down into a squatting position. Page waits impatiently for Scott while Scott continues to lay on the mat.

Geoff Penzer: Page is lining him up for Trauma Symphony! He wants to bash Chandler’s head in with one of those hard knee strikes.

Scott starts to stir on the canvas. The International Heavyweight Champion groans while he favors his neck. He begins to slowly turn over on all fours. The blood that drips from Scott’s forehead pools on the area of the canvas below him. As a glass-eyed Scott gets up on his knees and looks towards the corner, Page pulls himself up to his feet, charges out of the corner and throws out Trauma Symphony (Boma Ye). In a split second, Scott quickly gets to his feet and counters with a dragon screw leg whip, sending Page crumbling to the mat! The crowd erupts with boos.

Geoff Penzer: Chandler with the well-timed countered!

When Page gets back to his feet, Scott comes up from behind and kicks him in the back of the leg. Another kick to the leg drops Page down to a knee. After Page gets back up to a vertical base, Scott knocks him off his feet with a running kick to the back of the knee!

Geoff Penzer: Page is down! Scott has started to target the leg. Not only does that set up the Scott Lock, but it makes it even harder for Page to climb the cage wall.

While Page favors his knee, Scott slowly makes his way into the corner and starts climbing the ropes. After Scott climbs up onto the top rope, he starts to climb the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Scott is again looking to get to the outside and escape this match with his title in tow...

Before Scot can get any further up, Page climbs the turnbuckles. Once he gets to the top turnbuckle, he reaches up and grabs Scott by the ankle.

Geoff Penzer: But not so fast! Page is right there to stop him again!

Page slowly pulls Scott down the cage wall and next to him on the top rope. He then grabs Scott by the back of the head before slamming him face-first against the cage wall! Page pulls Scott even further back before slamming him face-first against the cage wall! Page goes for another slam when Scott gets his hands on the cage wall to block it. He then follows up with an elbow to the midsection. Scott then begins to slowly side step across the top rope while keeping his hands on the cage wall. Page then begins to follow up.

Geoff Penzer: Page is right on Scott’s tail! He hasn’t given the champion any breathing room all night! He’s been mauling Scott since the opening bell. Hell, since before the opening bell!

Scott reaches out and nails Page with a right jab. Page responds with a left jab. Scott then delivers another right jab. Page answers back with another left jab. He then cuts Scott off with another left jab! After shaking off the blow, Scott motions for another punch when Page cuts him off again with another left jab! The King of the F’n World is about to deliver another jab when Scott kicks him in the back of the knee! Page’s leg buckles before he slips and ends up crotched on the top turnbuckle. Scott then jumps off and lands on his feet. Page is still writhing in pain while he straddles the top rope.

Scott makes his way over to Page and mocks him before repeatedly shaking the top rope up and own! Scott continues to shake the top rope until Page turns over and falls to the mat. While Page is down on all fours, Scott heads into the ropes. When Scott returns, he flattens Page with a running knee drop (with mid-air gesture) across the back of the head. He then turns Page over onto his back. Scott reaches down, lifts up Page’s right leg and pulls off the knee pad before throwing it out of the cage.

Geoff Penzer: This can’t be good...

Scott takes the leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. He returns to his feet, lifts up Page’s right leg and drops another elbow across it. Scott gets back to a vertical base, lifts up the right leg and follows up with a third elbow drop across it! Page is heard groaning, but Scott isn’t about to show him any mercy. He then drags Page towards the center of the ring before delivering a rolling leg snap! The boos continue as Scott heads back over, grabs the leg and delivers another rolling leg snap! He heads back over and grabs a hold of Page’s right leg again. Page tries to kick Scott away using the left leg, but it’s to no avail. Scott fights through it before delivering a third rolling leg snap! Page curls up as he hugs his right knee.

Geoff Penzer: Scott has brought the offense of Jimmy Page to a halt by targeting that right leg. The challenger looks to be in a lot of pain, which I’m sure is music to Scott’s ears right now.

Scott heads over and puts the boots to Page. The FGAce doesn’t let up as he continues to stomp away on Page. He then mounts himself on top of his adversary before raining down a flurry of right hands! Page tries to cover up. But some of Scott’s punches slip through the defense. He then grabs a hold of Page’s hair with both hands before repeatedly ramming the back of his head against the canvas!

Scott continues to drive the back of Page’s head against the canvas until he tires himself out. A glass-eyed Page lays sprawled out on the mat as Scott gets up and slowly staggers into the ropes. Scott leans against the ropes and takes a breather while Page tries to sit up. Page tries to pick himself up off the mat… only to fall down onto his back. Once Scott catches his second wind, he turns around and makes his way back over to Page. He then reaches down, slowly pulls Page up from off the mat and bends his right leg. He lifts Page up for what looks like a shinbreaker. But then Scott lifts him up even higher. Scott then runs across the ring before throwing Page knee-first against the cage wall! The crowd boos after Page bounces off the cage and falls to the mat.

Scott makes his way over to Page and goes back to putting the boots to him. He then reaches down, grabs Page by the legs and drags him back towards the center of the ring. Scott looks around at the crowd as he teases applying the Scott Lock.

Geoff Penzer: Could Scott be looking to put this match away? How satisfying would it be for him to make Page tap in the center of the ring?

Instead of applying the submission, Scott holds Page’s legs open before delivering a punch to the groin! Page immediately curls up while he holds himself. Scott reaches down, pulls Page, lifts him up and delivers a shinbreaker. While Page hobbles on one leg, Scott turns and hits the ropes. When he comes back, he delivers a kitchen sink that sends Page flipping down to the mat. While Page is in a seated position, Scott runs into the far ropes. When he comes back, he executes a rolling neck snap. Scott heads back over to Page and pulls him up by the hair. After doubling Page over with a hard punch to the midsection, Scott lifts him up before planting him with a cross arm piledriver! While Page is sprawled out on the mat, Scott gets up and heads into the ropes. When Scott comes back, he delivers a jumping knee drop (with mid-air gesture) across the face. He then takes Page by the hair before dragging him across the hair. After placing Page’s face underneath the bottom rope, Scott goes over and hooks his arms around Page’s legs. He then leans back, catapulting Page face-first against the bottom rope! The crowd erupts with boos as Page immediately clutches his face. When Page pulls his hand away from his face, it’s revealed that he’s bleeding from the nose.

Geoff Penzer: Page might have broken his nose there...

Scott reaches down, pulls Page back to his feet and them slams him face-first against the cage wall. He then takes Page, runs across the ring and throws him face-first against the opposite cage wall! Page stumbles back before dropping down to a seated position. Scott marches over, yanks Page back up, runs over and throws him face-first against another cage wall! Page bounces off the cage before turning and dropping down to his knees. Scott pulls Page back up, runs forward and throws him face-first against the fourth cage wall! Page bounces off the cage before crumbling to the mat.

Geoff Penzer: Scott is having his way with Page now...

Scott picks up Page by the ankle before dragging him back into the corner. After draping Page’s right leg across the bottom rope, Scott delivers a slingshot seated senton across the knee. Page howls in pain after Scott delivers another slingshot seated senton across the knee. He then delivers a third seated senton for good measure!

The boos continue while Scott picks up Page, places him in a side headlock and rakes his eyes along the top rope. After slamming him face-first against the cage wall, Scott turns him around in the corner and then hooks his leg around the middle rope. Scott proceeds to deliver several knee strikes to the knee. He then climbs up onto the middle ropes, pulls Page’s head back by the hair with one hand and then rains down several hammer fists to the face! Scott continues to target Page’s broken nose with hard hammer fists.

Geoff Penzer: Scott isn’t slowing down with those hammer fi-

Page quickly unhooks his leg from around the middle rope. He then reaches up, grabs Scott, heads out of the corner, turns around, heads back over and throws him into the corner with a turnbuckle powerbomb! Scott arches his back before crumbling to the floor while Page drops down to a knee.

Page gets back to a vertical base. He limps over toward Scott. After Scott turns over on all fours, Page delivers a hard stomp to the right hand, followed by a stomp to the left hand. He then reaches down and slowly pulls Scott back up. Page then lifts Scott up onto his shoulders for yet another turnbuckle powerbomb. This time, Scott counters with punches to the head before flipping back and spiking him with a frankensteiner!

Scott pushes himself back up to a vertical base. He then heads over towards the ropes before climbing them. Scott then begins to climb the cage wall. But before Scott can progress up the wall any further, Page gets back to his feet, reaches up and grabs a hold of his boot. He then reaches up with his other hand and grabs a hold of Scott’s ankle. Scott tries to shake off Page. But Page is hanging on for dear life. He then yanks down, sending Scott off the cage. The crowd cheers when Scott ends up crotched on the top turnbuckle! Scott then bounces off and crumbles down to the mat. Scott can be seen curling up on the canvas.

Page hits the ropes. When he comes back, he delivers a leg drop across Scott’s neck. He then pulls Scott back up before sending him into the far ropes. When Scott returns, the crowd cheers as Page flattens him with Sole Destruction using his good leg! Page reaches down, pulls up Scott by the hair and then sends him into the far ropes. When Scott returns, Page turns him inside out with a lariat! While Scott is sprawled out on the mat, Page limps over into the corner. He grabs a hold of the top turnbuckle pad and starts to undo the rope. Once the rope is loose, Page pulls back the pad to expose the steel turnbuckle underneath.

Geoff Penzer: You won’t see the official react to this like he did in the last match.

Page reaches down and starts undoing the middle turnbuckle pad. After fidgeting with the pad, he eventually rips it off to expose the middle steel turnbuckle. Page keeps the pad in his hand as he limps back over to Scot. Page then drops down to a knee and tries to smother Scott with the pad! Scott’s legs can be seen flailing around while Page tries his damndest to smother him. Scott tries to pull Page’s hands from off his face, but it’s to no avail. He then starts scratching away and leaving marks all across Page’s arm. Page eventually lets go and tosses the pad to the side. Scott can be seen gasping for air on the mat.

Page slowly pulls Scott back to his feet. He then goes for an irish whip when Scott reverses, sending him crashing hard back-first against the steel turnbuckles! Page arches his back upon impact. While Page groans in the corner, Scott runs over, jumps and goes for a flying corner elbow smash. Page steps out of the corner, ducks, catches Scott and then throws him down against the turnbuckles with an Exploder Suplex! The crowd erupts with cheers!

Geoff Penzer: Scott just got thrown into the exposed turnbuckles with an Exploder Suplex!

While Scott is down, Page slowly turns over on all fours before picking himself back up. He then heads back over into towards the corner, steps over Scott and begins climbing the turnbuckles.

After Page reaches the top turnbuckle, the crowd cheers when he starts to climb the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Page is starting to make his trek up the wall!

Before Page can make it up any further, Scott returns to his feet and scales the turnbuckles. He the reaches up and nails Page with a hard forearm strike to the back of the knee, which stops the King of the F’n World dead in his tracks! Scott reaches up and slowly pulls Page back down onto the top turnbuckle with him. Scott then grabs Page by the hair with both hands before repeatedly ramming the back of his head against the cage wall! The crowd then gasps once Scott hooks his arm around Page’s neck.

Geoff Penzer: What’s Scott going for here?

Scott jumps off the top rope and brings Page down with a thunderous superplex! Without letting go, Scott rolls through, pulls Page back up, lifts him into the air and follows up with the CRS-Two (End of Heartache)! After Page bounces off of Scott’s knees, he rolls across the mat.

Geoff Penzer: Page is down and he looks hurt!

Scott heads over, grabs Page by the leg and drags him towards the center of the ring. After lifting up Page’s legs, Scott steps through them, crosses them up, hooks his arm around them, turns over and places him in the Scott Lock! The crowd erupts with boos.

Geoff Penzer: Chandler has the Scott Lock applied!

Page groans while Scott has the hold locked in. The ref is quick to get down and ask Page if he wants to give up. Page refuses. Scott can be heard yelling at Page to tap. But again, Page refuses. So Scott leans back, increasing the pressure.

Geoff Penzer: Chandler’s really got it locked in now!

Page continues to howl in pain while he’s trapped in the hold. He reaches out, but he’s nowhere near the ropes. Page then covers his head with his arms while he lets out a labored groan.

Geoff Penzer: We saw James Edwards pass out to this hold at Final Frontier! Will Jimmy Page share the same fate?

Scott nods his head. He can feel this match slowly slipping away from Page. The ref once again checks in with Page and asks him if he gives up. But Page doesn’t respond. So the ref asks him again. This time, Page declines by feverishly shaking his head. Page bites down on his lip as he reaches out and starts to pull himself away from the center of the ring. Page lets out another labored groan as he pulls himself forward using the ropes. Scott continues to keep the hold locked on tight while Page struggles to get himself closer to the ropes. The crowd is solidly behind Page as he scratches and claws his way towards the side of the ring. He then pushes himself up onto his hands. Page reaches forward… and grabs the bottom rope.

Geoff Penzer: Page has got the ropes, but there’s no rope breaks in this match! He’s got to find another way out of this hold! The ref can’t help him with a rope break!

Page then reaches up with his other hand and grabs onto the middle rope. After getting his left hand on the middle rope, he reaches up and grabs the top rope with both hands. Page’s positioning forces Scott to break the hold.

Scott keeps on top of Page with hard strikes to the lower back. He then moves Page into the corner before nailing him with an elbow strike across the face. Scott then takes Page and sends him into the far corner with an irish whip. The DNA of FGA charges across the ring before sending spittle flying out of Page’s mouth with a running European Uppercut! After taking Page and sending him back into the previous corner, Scott charges across the ring, leaps into the air and bashes Page with a flying corner elbow smash! He then sits Page up on the top turnbuckle before bringing him down with the Mass Spike (top rope-rung cutter). Scott drags Page by the hair towards the center of the ring. He slowly pulls Page back to his feet before placing him in a front facelock. Scott then looks around at the crowd as he hooks the arm.

Geoff Penzer: Scott has got Page set up for the DNA Driver! If he hits this, it’s over!

Scott continues to tease the DNA Driver (Bloody Sunday). But instead of lifting Page up and spiking him on his head, Scott repositions his hold on Page before driving him face-first into the canvas with Nirvana (hangman’s facebuster)! The crowd erupts with boos!

Geoff Penzer: Scott brings down Page with his own move! He’s just pouring salt into the wounds now!

The boos continue while Page is face down on the mat. Scott gets back to his feet and steps over Page before making his way into the corner.

Geoff Penzer: Scott’s heading for the cage wall!

Scott starts to climb up the turnbuckle. After getting up onto the top turnbuckle, he starts to climb the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Scott’s climbing the cage!

The boos intensify as Scott continues his trek up the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Scott isn’t slowing down! Page is still down! There’s no one to stop him! Scott is seemingly seconds away from retaining his championship here at A New Odyssey!

The crowd is at a fever pitch once Scott sits down and straddles the top of the cage.

Geoff Penzer: All Scott has to do now is climb down before Page can stop him.

Scott looks down and sees Page trying to push himself up off the mat. He then looks down at the ringside area before looking back into the ring.

Geoff Penzer: What’s Scott looking at on the outside?

Scott looks down at the ringside area… before turning his attention back to Page. Scott then gets up and crouches down on top of the cage.

Geoff Penzer: Wait a second. Wait just a second! What is Scott doing!? All he has to do is climb down!

Scott keeps his hands on the cage to help him balance himself while Page slowly pushes himself up on all fours. Page tries to shake out the cobwebs. The former FGA World Champion slowly gets up onto a knee. When Page starts to get back to a vertical base, Scott slowly stands up on top of the cage. He puts his arms out to help him maintain his balance. The crowd murmurs amongst itself. The fans begin to stand in anticipation of what’s about to come.

Geoff Penzer: What in the world does Chandler Scott have in mind here?

Once a dazed Page turns around, the crowd gasps when Scott leaps off the top of the cage for a Frog Splash crossbody…









The crowd explodes with cheers when Page counters with a snap powerslam! Page stays on his knees before falling onto his back. Cheers and applause fill the arena.

Geoff Penzer: WHAT A POWERSLAM BY JIMMY PAGE! He just powerslammed Scott out of the air! Chandler Scott wanted to put the exclamation point of this match and may have just ended up costing himself! My goodness!

Both grapplers continue to remain motionless on the mat. Page then starts to slowly turn over to his side. Scott can be seen starting to stir on the mat. He winces as he holds his lower back. Page is then seen turning over on all fours, followed by Scott. The two then struggle to get back to a vertical base. When Page turns around, Scott nails him with a European Uppercut. Page strikes back with a forearm shot. Scott then nails Page with another European Uppercut. Page strikes back with another forearm shot. Scott then nails Page with a European Uppercut!

BOOOO!

Scott stumbles back before collapsing against the ropes. The crowd cheers when Scott drops down and the middle & top ropes twist around his arms.

Geoff Penzer: Uh oh! Chandler Scott is trapped!

A dazed Scott slowly looks to his left and then his right. He quickly realizes where he is. He tries to break free, but it’s to no avail. Page limps over and grips the back of Scott’s head with his left hand. He then bends his right arm and unleashes a nasty barrage of forearm shots to the face!!!

While Scott is dazed, Page grabs a hold of Scott’s head with both hands… then lunges forward and bites his ear!

Geoff Penzer: OH MY GOD!

Screams while Page chomps on the top of his right ear.

Geoff Penzer: JIMMY PAGE IS BITING CHANDLER’S EAR!

Scott lets out a guttural wail when Page rips his face away from Scott’s head. The crowd gasps when a close up shot reveals the top part of Scott’s ear has been bitten off!!!

Geoff Penzer: GOOD GOD!

Page sneers at Scott… before spitting the piece of ear right in Scott’s face Page then goes to strike Scott again when Scott nails him with a kick below the belt! Page doubled over before slumping falling to his side.

Geoff Penzer: A desperate Scott just lowblowed Page with a kick right to the privates!

Scott continues to groan while he remains trapped in the ropes. After shaking his arms vigorously, he’s able to get one arm free. He then reaches his right arm over and frees his left. He then slumps down against the ropes while he covers his ear.

Geoff Penzer: Page is still down. Can Scott get back to his feet and make it out of the cage in time?

While Page is still curled up on the mat, Scott turns and pulls himself up using the ropes. He then staggers over into the corner before scaling the turnbuckles. After reaching the top turnbuckle, Scott starts to climb the cage wall. Cheers come from the crowd once Page gets back to his feet. He stumbles back a few steps. When he turns and sees Scott making his way up the cage wall, he makes his way over to the corner.

Geoff Penzer: Page is going to try and cut Scott off!

Page makes is way up onto the top turnbuckle before climbing the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Page is going after him!

Scott gets his hands up on the top corner of the cage! He starts to pull himself up when Page reaches up and latches onto the back of his tights!

Geoff Penzer: Page’s got him! Jimmy Page has got a hold of him!

Scott tries to kick Page off of him. But Page fights through it and continues to climb the cage wall.

Geoff Penzer: Page is nearly right beside him!

The fans in attendance stand up once both grapplers are on top of the cage.

Geoff Penzer: This is getting dangerous, ladies and gentlemen!

Page begins to hammer down on Scott with clubbing strikes to the back of the neck! Page then slips on a half nelson from behind! Page takes a quick behind him before turning back to Scott. The crowd gasps when Page hurls Scott over his head from off the top of the cage with a half nelson suplex!

Geoff Penzer: OH MY GOD!!!

Page crashes down hard across his back while Page flips through the air and lands with a thud in the prone position!!! Cheers and applause come from the capacity crowd, followed by…

Scott continues to lay motionless on the prone position while Page lays sprawled out on the mat. The King of the F’n World starts to stir on the canvas before turning over on all fours. As he looks over, he can see Scott starting to push himself up. Scott eventually gets up on all fours. As a dazed Scott gets up on his knees, Page runs over and nails him with Trauma Symphony!

Instead of going for the cover or climbing the back, Page just stays down and watches Scott. He then gets back to his feet before pressing him up against the corner. He starts to wave Scott up. Once Scott turns over and gets back on a knee, Page darts over and bashes him with a second Trauma Symphony!!

Page gets up and limps his way over towards the ropes. He then stays against the ropes as he waves Scott up. Scott can be seen starting to stir on the mat. He tries to sit up, only to fall back down. Scott continues to lay on his back before slowly turning over on all fours. Once Scott gets up to a knee, The crowd explodes with cheers when Page runs over and bashes him in the side of the head with a third Trauma Symphony!!!

Page limps his way over into the far corner. He then reaches down, grabs the left knee pad and pulls it down to expose his bare knee! Page presses himself up against the ropes and crouches down. He sneers at the sight of Scott on the mat. Across the ring, a bloodied Scott tries to push himself up, only to collapse face-first on the mat. Scott groans as he starts to slowly push himself up off the mat. After Scott gets up onto a knee, Page stands up, charges full steam head from out of the corner and…

*CLUNK*

… clobbers Scott across the back of the head with a fourth Trauma Symphony!!!

While Scott is in the prone position, Page goes over and gets on top of his back. After tying up Scott’s arms, Page slowly reaches down and pulls Scott into a grounded hammerlock & inverted armbreaker.

Geoff Penzer: Jimmy Page has Icarus applied! He’s got Chandler Scott trapped in the center of the ring! Can Chandler find a way out of this hold or is this where his reign as International Heavyweight Champion ends!?

Scott howls in pain while Page has the hold applied. The raucous crowd is at a fever pitch with their support of Page. Page slowly pulls back, applying even more pressure! The ref gets down and asks Scott if he wants to give up. Scott refuses by feverishly shaking his head! Scott continues to feverishly shake his head… before nodding! Scott continues to feverishly nod as the ref calls for the bell!!!

Geoff Penzer: JIMMY’S DONE IT! WE’VE GOT A NEW CHAMPION!

The crowd explodes with cheers as “Murdered Out” blasts over the PA!

Tony Allen: Here is your winner and NEEEEWWWWW International Heavyweight Champion, JIMMY PAGE!

The cheers continue while the ref gets handed the IHC title belt. He goes over to hand the belt to Page, but Page still has Icarus locked on.

Geoff Penzer: Jimmy Page is the new International Heavyweight Champion! But he still hasn’t let go of the hold! Page is refusing to let go.!The ref wants him to break the hold, but there’s nothing he can do about it. He can’t disqualify Page!

Scott continues to groan while Page keeps the hold locked on. Page sneers down at Scott before yanking back with a grounded hammerlock arm snap...

*SNAP*

Scott screams howl as he clutches his right arm.

Geoff Penzer: Page just… Jimmy Page just broke Chandler Scott’s arm!

The rabid corwd continues to cheer Page while mounts himself on top of Scott and rains down right hands to the face! He then pulls Scott over into the prone position before getting down and applying Icarus to his left arm.

Geoff Penzer: Oh no! No no no no no...

Page continues to yell down at Scott before yanking back with another grounded arm snap…

*SNAP*

Scott screams out in agony while a wide-eyed Page just stares at him.

Geoff Penzer: PAGE DID IT AGAIN!? HE JUST SNAPPED THE OTHER ARM!

The ref kneels down next to Scott. He then motions for medical assistance. While the referee continues to check on Scott, Page marches over and nudges him out of the way. He then grabs a hold of Scott by the hair and drags him towards the cage door.

Geoff Penzer: Where is Page dragging him to?

Page lets go of Scott before exiting the cage. He then reaches back in and pulls Scott partially out of the doorway. He then grabs a hold of the cage door before repeatedly slamming it against Scott’s head!

Geoff Penzer: PAGE HAS LOST IT! HE’S SNAPPED!

Page then yanks a dazed Scott from out of the cage before dragging him over towards ringside. Page then pulls up Scott, grabs him by the throat and chokes him.

Geoff Penzer: Page has already won the championship! He’s broken both of Chandler’s arms! It’s over! The war is over!

Page continues to press Scott up against the cage before letting go. He then marches over and kicks off the top half of the steel steps. Page then reaches down, grips the top half of the steps and lifts them up before making his way up the aisle.

Geoff Penzer: Oh no...

Page takes the steps, charges them down at ringside and launches them ring at Scott’s face. The crowd explodes with cheers when the steps crash into Scott’s face, causing him to crumble to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: This is shades of nearly three years ago!

Page reaches back down and grabs the steps before dragging them over to Scott’s lifeless body.

Geoff Penzer: Oh no… not this… not like this, Jim, not like this...

A wide-eyed Page slowly raises up the steps… before throwing them down hard across Scott’s face.

*CRACK!*

Geoff Penzer: NOOO! NOOO! NOOOO!

Page goes over and snatches the steps back up. There are cheers from the crowd. But it’s not as raucous as it was before.

Geoff Penzer: Somebody needs to stop this! It’s over, Jimmy! It’s over!

Page stands over Scott, raises the steps up high over his head… and then throws him down hard against Scott’s face a second time!

*CRACK!*

There’s a few cheers here and there. But there’s a slight hush that falls over the arena. Page goes over and grabs the steps again!

Geoff Penzer: ...

Page lifts the steps up over his head a third time. Just before Page is about to throw them down, officials tackle Page against the cage wall before pulling the steps away from him! They then admonish Page while medics race down the aisle with a stretch in tow. Page takes the IHC title belt from one of the officials while they continue to yell at him for his actions post-match. But Page just ignores them as he continues to stare down at Scott’s motionless body. There are still some noticeable Page chants in the arena. There are even scattered fans along the aisle that reach over the rail and pat Page on the back. But most of the crowd murmurs amongst itself. Page continues to ignore them as a thousand yard stare is painted on his face. He continues to make his way up the aisle with his newly won championship as the PPV fades to black...
