The lights go down; red spotlights flashing on the entrance ramp, keeping in time with music before the vocals finally kick in. Zellor finally emerges from behind the curtain with Mary-Jane McCracken close behind. Annie has her back facing the ring, whilst Mary-Jane stands there smiling. With her arms held out to either side, Annie spins on her heel to suddenly face the ring. With smirks on their faces, Annie and Mary-Jane begin their slow approach down the aisle.

Announcer Introduction: Ladies and gentlemen, making her way to the ring from Staten Island, New York. Weighing in at 125 pounds, and being accompanied by Mary-Jane … This is ANNIE ZELLOR!

Some diehard Anniemaniacs reach out for the high five, and for those fans Annie happily obliges. But the majority continue booing the crow as the pair strut down the aisle. Zellor leaps up onto the apron, taking another moment to look out across the crowd before she flips backwards over the top rope to enter the ring. There, Annie heads to her corner and climbs a turnbuckle, before removing her leather jacket and bandana, ready for this match to get started, whilst Mary-Jane takes her place on the outside of the ring.

Mary-Jane enters the ring under the middle rope as the crowd continue booing Annie, who leaps down off the corner. She lands in the ring and hands the belt over to Mary-Jane, who holds it up again with one hand for all the fans to see. Annie removes her leather jacket and bandana, placing them down in the corner before taking the belt back from Mary-Jane. She exits the ring, taking her place on the outside, and the pair are finally ready for the match to begin.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND

Personality:
Happy go lucky girl currently exhibiting her mean streak.

Strengths:
1. Strong strikes: in particular when she pops them POW! Right in the kisser.
2. That heart: as many have found, it's extremely difficult to keep Annie down for three count.
3. Quick as a flash: she may very well be the fastest member of the roster.

Weaknesses:
1. Can be overpowered by large opponents, or kept grounded by technicians.
2. History of head injuries: between Jimmy Page and the deathmatches, Annie has racked up a couple of concussions in her short career.
3. Risk taker: as a match goes on, Annie may perform more extreme versions of her usual moves, and those risks don't always pay off.

Taunts/Mannerisms:
1. #grrface! Annie poses with a snarl on her face and with the devil horns.

Background:
Annie is the cousin of indy wrestlers Stone and Clint Zellor, niece of wrestling manager 'Papa' Zellor and daughter of pro-wrestler Johnny Zellor. As such, Annie has felt the need to go into what she thinks is the family business. After graduating high school this past summer, Annie has signed up for Hard Knox Wrestling, much to the chagrin of her mother, Rose, who had hoped her daughter might not follow in her father's footsteps. Seeking more experience Annie has asked a local promotion if she could work dark matches for them. After leaving HKW in April 2014, Annie appeared on several FGA show including a rousing appearance in the Gold Rush Rumble. It was her performances alongside Laurel Anne Hardy as the #sparklebuddies in the 2014 Dynamic Duos that helped her secure a full time contract with FGA.

During her time in FGA, Annie has become a two time FGA World Tag Team Champion and a Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion. She has feuded with Salem Cartier, Savannah Taylor, Izzy Anders, Seth Lawless, and The Black Hand, and has been one of the most popular wrestlers during this period of growth in the company's history. Since winning the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship in April 2016, however, things have begun to slip for Annie Zellor. It begun with the backlash she faced after announcing she was going to be July’s Playmate of the Month for Playboy magazine, with many feeling she was undeserving of the position, or that she shouldn't have accepted the offer as it set a poor image for her young fans.

Meanwhile, as part of The Small Boob Wrecking Crew in NKP/GFP, Annie Zellor earned the chagrin of fans after attacking her opponents after an impromptu handicap match (she banished her own tag partner). Annie seemed to ride that tide, but during First Wave on September 4th, Annie got herself disqualified in a match against Salem Cartier after a fan threw a soft drink at her. Now it seems that Annie has to come to terms with the fans apparent dislike of her after so long of being their idol, and realizing what set her downfall into motion.

She also agreed to wrestle under the name Annie Zellor again, to the delight of confused commentator's everywhere.

Annie won the NKP Grand Championship in late 2016 – her first World title – as she cemented herself as one of the best up and coming wrestlers around. Although she lost it back to Levi Chambers shortly after. In the Spring of 2017, after losing her Mid-Atlantic Legacy title to Dom Harter, Annie opted to leave FGA. She recently redebuted in HKW – her first promotion – when she saved Onyx Payne from an attack by the Distorted Archetypes. After Onyx turned on her partner, the two embarked on a short feud, which culminated in Onyx suffering an injury. After that, Annie feuded with Aries Armadaist stemming from an unjust elimination in the Golden Opportunity Rumble. After Annie made piledrivers ‘sexy again’, Aries swore revenge and the two battled across HKW and Underground. It ended at Divine Supremacy 2018, when Aries defeated Annie in a dog collar match.

Since then, Annie has been teaming with her new boyfriend in HKW (she and Chase separated in August 2017), Dom Harter as the Tenacious Wrecking Crew, and feuding with Upper Echelon and Silk & Cyanide.

Now Annie has returned to FGA after a year long hiatus, as part of The New Murder (which she briefly joined towards the end of NKP’s tenure).
