The beginning rumblings of ‘Psychosocial’ begin to play and the audience instinctively boos the man who is associated with the music. Soon enough barging through the curtain is Seth Iser alongside Vincent Moretti but they aren’t doing the normal entrance. Iser is mouthing darkly with a microphone in his hand while Moretti has a clipboard and a microphone. Seth has changed into a black and red variant of his ring attire with his knee brace done in the Japanese flag.
Kris Cruise: Seth Iser is scheduled to be out shortly but I guess he’s coming out early because he has some things to say to the public. And I don’t think it’ll be pretty.
Stephy Auger: He got screwed against Dickie, Kris! They pearl harbored him!
There are some fans shouting some verbal abuse toward the two and while Moretti is on one side trying to get fans to sign his petition to ban Tuck to no avail...Iser is on the opposite end glaring at a sign that just simply reads ‘Tuck just Stormed Iser.’ and he just sneers at the sign before he just snatches it and rips it to shreds and throws the chunks of the sign down on the floor and before shouting something profane toward the fan that I am sure sponsors wouldn’t want picked up.
Kris Cruise: The fan put together a ton of effort for that sign.
Stephy Auger: But almost no creativity.
Iser ends up stomping toward the ring in a far faster manner than he normally does and even enters the ring with aggression over the middle rope rather than sliding underneath as he normally would. He then orders for his music to stop playing and there’s some moderate booing. Moretti soon joins him at his side.
Seth Iser: Do we have your attention now?
He asks a simple question and the audience replies with some booing although a couple of them try to be cute and shout ‘no’ and Iser rolls his eyes at the display from the audience with a scowl etched on his face.
Vincent Moretti: To the jokers who said ‘no’...it’s obvious by that answer that he does. Unless you have a worse attention span than Tuck that is...
Seth Iser: Don’t disrespect me any further or the ass kicking Aria gets tonight will get worse.
That threat does make a couple of rowdy audience members go silent though some of them are just encouraged and boo louder to try to infuriate the wrestler and manager duo in the ring. Vincent nervously tugs at his tie and covers Iser’s ears briefly at some of the boos that are going on. After the majority of it does pass...and Iser just has that steely glare on his face he just continues.
Seth Iser: I’m not going to dawdle here because even though I must find out which idiot decided to pull that stunt in the locker room and as angry as that got me...there’s other business that needs to be addressed. So Tyler Storm…
The mention of the name does deliver cheers and more so than usual considering his great performances of late in both FGA and in tournament settings. Iser points at his wrist and taps it twice to signal for them to hurry up and that doesn’t improve the mood of the crowd toward him.
Seth Iser: Tyler Storm. Front and center. Time is precious and as much as some people like to hear me talk I have a job to do. A job that I do as well as anyone in the damn world. So get out here. Now.
Iser turns his attention toward the entrance ramp and just gestures with his free hand for Tyler to come out while Moretti just has his cautious eyes around everywhere else, paranoid about the dog and a potential ambush. He just crosses his arms and taps his left foot on the canvas before eventually again pointing at his wrist gesturing that time is a precious thing. After a couple more moments pass, 'Eye of the Tiger' plays over the speakers of the arena, jumped past the opening rift to the prelude before the first lyrics and Tyler Storm comes trotting out onto the stage with the fans cheering him on.
Kris Cruise: There is Tyler Storm! Obviously wanted to keep Iser waiting a couple minutes more but I think the fans are showing it was worth the wait.
Stephy Auger: Let's just forget the fact we still have a show to do and waste the time of this audience and the competitors waiting to compete backstage.
Storm walks down the ramp, microphone in hand and in his street clothes now after competing earlier in the night, and he high fives a few fans making his way to the ring. He keeps a good close eye on Iser and Moretti as he reaches ringside, cautiously hopping up onto the apron and entering the squared-circle slowly as the music fades away and the fans applaud Tyler as he steps up to Seth.
Seth Iser: Man of the hour is finally here.
Iser again taps his wrist in a somewhat impatient manner as if to tell Tyler he could've hurried that along. Storm just laughs off Seth's reaction and straightens his sports jacket a bit.
Tyler Storm: My apologies on that one, Seth! It does take a bit to get from the locker room area to that curtain and I also got called down in the hallway almost getting ready to leave. But, I know your sweet veteran time is precious so my bad completely on all that.
Vincent Moretti: If that was a legitimate apology then this city is a good place to live. And that wasn't a legitimate apology.
Moretti draws some boos for his comments and Iser seems to be ignoring Moretti's comments entirely right now but he's waiting for the audience to get the negativity out of their systems.
Tyler Storm: So hostile, Mr. Moretti! I am always genuine with me apologies, and I really do mean this from the bottom of my heart, I don't like to waste time for other people so I do apologize to Seth for that. But hey, I get it Vincent...you are still salty about last Vertigo, aren't you?
Iser sneers in Tyler's direction about that line and Moretti glares at the crowd that begins a 'Dickie' chant and now both Iser and Vincent are unhappy about this turn of events.
Vincent Moretti: Sheep. All of you! You get a recap. You let Tyler tell you what to do. You all go bah bah and regurgitate the crap he wants you to say! What is wrong with all of you!?
Tyler Storm: Can I point out I don't believe I ever expected these wonderful people of Rochester to chant Dickie? But with that said...Dickie! Dickie! Dickie! Dickie!
Tyler holds the mic out to the crowd who continue the chant to the chagrin of Iser and Moretti.
Vincent Moretti: You're proving my point!
Moretti at this point jumps up and down angrily and it's Iser who has to be the voice of reason of the two and more or less cover his ears while he's gritting his teeth at the 'Dickie' chant.
Vincent Moretti: Not to mention YOU assaulted a man who has a real manager's license! Where is YOUR license when you got involved!?
Tyler Storm: My license? Oh...OH! Is that what the hissy fit is really about?
Tyler laughs and reaches into his pocket, grabbing out his wallet and searching through it, grimacing slightly.
Tyler Storm: Ah damn it, I left that one at home I think...will you take a driver's license? I have my insurance card too if that helps.
Vincent Moretti: I'm pretty sure that driver's license is suspended.
Iser in the middle of this just lets out an disgruntled sigh shaking his head in absolute disapproval at both of them.
Tyler Storm: You would think I break the law that much to have my license suspended? Moretti, I am appalled by that accusation! I'll have you know my driving record is clean as a whistle, good sir.
Putting his wallet back into his pocket, he shakes his head and finger at Vincent.
Tyler Storm: But we're getting completely off subject right now, Moretti. Look, right now the men are needing to have a discussion with one another and the little grown up boys need to go back to the locker room and calm themselves down for a little bit. So Vincent, go do that for me, and if you are really really good, I'll go buy you a large hotdog at the concession stand with all the fixings once me and Seth finish with business.
The fans let out a roar of approval for that insult as again Moretti lets out a stomp in disgust at that.
Seth Iser: Tyler said it himself. Leave the discussion between the men. That means everyone who bought a ticket needs to be silent now.
Iser's line switches the cheers to boos in an instant but he's making direct eye contact with Tyler at this point.
Seth Iser: Enough horseplay and enough singalong. You're still a little ticked about the loaded elbow pad. I'm beyond ticked about you taking money out of my pocket at the Giant Center in Hershey. So I'll just bottom line it. Your card is open for A New Odyssey as is mine. You and me in Montreal. I want to kick your ass and I'd rather be paid appropriately for it.
Tyler Storm: First off, I think I see plenty of grown up men and women out here wanting to express themselves, so you guys are happily a part of this discussion, whether Seth agrees or not. But Vincent, we don't do hissy fits at the wrestling events, okay?
The fans again roar their approval to this and Tyler smiles, but this turns quickly to a serious look and the fan favorite Storm raises an eyebrow.
Tyler Storm: Now as for your little suggestion there, Iser...that intrigues me. I think it's pretty clear that between you and me, we have some underlying issues between one another at this point. I very much disagree with how you won your match against me, you disagree with how your match with Dickie went. As far as the money card...I think it's pretty equal at this point on that end, but now this has obviously become more than just money for you, hasn't it?
Seth Iser: Do you accept the proposal or not?
Iser's tone of voice is sharp and much more authoritative than it had been and the fans boo the obvious lack of fun Iser's allowing.
Tyler Storm: Do I accept the opportunity to get my true revenge on your cheap win against me several shows ago?
Tyler playfully contemplates the decision, scratching his beard while 'thinking.'
Tyler Storm: You are damn right I accept the proposal!
The fans let out a roar of approval and Iser and Moretti both golf clap in a sarcastic manner at the revelation that he accepted.
Seth Iser: Good. Now if you don't mind...I have to teach a young lady who got traded here what a master of the DDT really does. You get involved in this second one and I'm not waiting for Montreal.
Tyler Storm: Oh I'll certainly leave you to your business, good sir. But before I go...
Tyler turns right to Moretti and walks right up to him and gets in his face.
Tyler Storm: You heard my advice, don't let it become a warning. Let the business stay between the men...or the little boy can get punished.
The fans let out a loud 'ooo' to the words Tyler just put on the manager.
Tyler Storm: You are a manager, keep it that way and keep your hands out of this match.
Storm takes a quick glance to Iser, smirking before delivering his last line.
Tyler Storm: Do I have YOUR attention now?
Tyler tosses the mic out of the ring, then walks to the ropes and rolls out as the audience cheers him on. Moretti has that moment of panic flash before his eyes before he tries to cover that up with pure anger and giving Tyler a vulgar middle finger gesture and Iser just rolls his eyes in annoyance at the catchphrase being used against him before he slinks to the corner to shift back into the focus of his match as 'Eye of the Tiger' plays Tyler up the ramp to leave the ringside area.
Kris Cruise: It looks like we can add another match at A New Odyssey, Stephy! Tyler Storm and Seth Iser are going to do battle once again!
Stephy Auger: Storm stuck his nose in Iser’s business two weeks ago. He then took things one step further by putting his hands on Mr. Moretti. Now things will finally be settled between those two at A New Odyssey. I can’t wait for Iser to lay a good, old school beatdown on the redheaded stepchild of Shootcamp.
“Outlet” by the eccentric artist Desiigner sets the P.A. System ablaze as the feet cuts to the backstage area where Aria Eckhart is spotted heading towards gorilla position!
J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, already in the ring… SETH ISER!
Kris Cruise: It looks like Seth Iser’s match here tonight is about to get started!
Stephy Auger: That spell bad news for Aria! Seth was already in a bad mood. All Tyler Storm did was tick him off even more!
She reached the curtain - taking in a few breaths. Aria pulled the curtain open slightly so the people watching on television at home could hear the cheers.
The energy of the FGA fanbase....
The Darling pushed passed the curtain. She began to walk to the ring slapping hands with some of the fans who were in attendance to see some fantastic action in the Blue Cross Arena tonight. After giving one of the younger children a hug Aria continued to make her way to the squared circle.
J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, now residing out of Chicago, Illinois! Standing at SIX FEET TALL…..Vertigo’s very own DARLING! ARIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ECKHAAAAAAAART!!!!!
Once Aria was closer to the ring she climbed up the steps before entering the ring. There she walked towards one of the corners climbing up to the second turnbuckle.
Kris Cruise: Speaking of A New Odyssey, it looks like Piper Lennon wants some of Aria Eckhart at the Vertigo-exclusive Pay per View.
Stephy Auger: As she should. Lennon’s intrigued by Eckhart. You can see it in her eyes that she’s starting to become fixated on the part of Aria Eckhart that the so-called Darling has tried to hide. But at A New Odyssey, Lennon is going to bring it to the forefront. We saw a glimpse of it at the top of the show. But Eckhart is going to be exposed to the world for who she really is live and only on Pay Per View.

Seth Iser vs. Aria Eckhart
The bell sounds as Eckhart tries to ready herself for Iser. But she ends up having to step away from Iser as he stalks her into the corner. He then lunges at Eckhart. But Eckhart is able to move out of the way. When Iser turns around, the crowd cheers when Eckhart gives him a series of backhand chops to the chest. She then brings him out of the corner and goes for an irish whip. But Iser is quick to reverse, sending The Darling into the far ropes. When Eckhart returns, Iser goes to cut her off with a big boot to the face. But Eckhart ducks and runs into the ropes. When Eckhart comes back, Iser goes for a back elbow to the face. But again, Eckhart ducks before running the ropes. When Eckhart returns, Iser lifts her up, takes a few steps back and drops her across the top rope with a Stun Gun. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Eckhart got dropped throat-first across the top rope. But it only got two! A New Odyssey was already shaping up to be a must-see show with Steel Warfare main eventing the card. But now we can look forward to seeing these two in singles action as well.
Iser picks up Eckhart, marches into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Eckhart around, Iser unleashes a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection. He then takes Eckhart by the wrist and goes for an irish whip. But Eckhart reverses with an irish whip feint into an arm wrench followed by a legsweep. Iser gets back to his feet and gets knocked back by a dropkick from the Darling. While Iser stumbles back a few steps, Eckhart runs over and knocks him down with a second dropkick. Once Iser gets back to his feet, Eckhart takes Iser and whips him into the ropes. When Iser returns, Eckhart goes for a hip toss. But it’s easily blocked by Iser. So Eckhart tries to muscle him up for another hip toss about again, Iser blocks it. So Eckhart doubles him over with a punch to the midsection. After draping her leg across the back of his neck, Eckhart performs a backflip. As soon as she lands on her feet, Iser goes to take her head off with a clothesline. But Eckhart ducks just in time. When Iser turns around, he gets brought down with a leg hook reverse STO. The cheers continue as Eckhart makes the cover.

Eckhart picks up Iser and delivers another backhand chop before whipping him into the ropes. When Iser returns, Eckhart doubles him over with a kick to the midsection and follows up with a sitout jawbreaker that sends Iser staggering back towards the ropes. While Iser is still rocked, Eckhart returns to her feet before running towards the far ropes. When Eckhart comes back, Iser goes for a back body drop over the top rope. But instead of crashing to the floor, Eckhart lands safely on the apron. When Iser turns around, Eckhart doubles him over with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. She follows up with a sunset flip. The crowd cheers as Eckhart ties to pull Iser down. Meanwhile, Iser is seen swinging his arms wildly to try and regain his balance. Once he does, he reaches down, latches onto Eckhart’s neck with both hands and yanks her back to her feet. He then lifts her into the air and keeps her held in place while he applies a choke. The crowd boos Iser while the ref gives him to the count of five to break the choke.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Iser lets go by tossing Eckhart into the corner. The Darling can be heard coughing loudly while she gingerly touches her throat. Iser then charges into the corner to attack. But Eckhart is able to counter with a spinning back kick to the midsection. The move knocks Iser back a few steps and doubles him over. Eckhart sees her opening and goes to take advantage. The Darling turns to face the turnbuckles before bringing Iser down with a springboard sunset flip.

Kris Cruise: Eckhart nearly got him!
Stephy Auger: ...and what a tragedy that would have been...
After both grapplers scramble back to a vertical base, Eckhart quickly reaches out and pulls Iser into her clutches for the EDT (DDT)! But before she can fall back and deliver the move, Iser quickly counters with a release northern lights suplex!
Kris Cruise: Iser nearly got caught with the EDT! He’s lucky he pulled out that counter at the last second!
Iser marches over, pulls up Eckhart and wraps his arm around her before flinging her across the ring with a release belly to belly suplex! Eckhart writhes in pain before turning over onto her stomach. While Eckhart's up on all fours, Iser heads across the ring, reaches down and wraps his arms around her waist. Iser yanks Eckhart up to her feet before quickling following up with a release German Suplex! Eckhart bounces off the back of her neck before falling over into the prone position. Iser makes his way over to Eckhart and slowly reaches down. After grabbing a handful of hair, Iser slowly pulls Eckhart back to her feet before delivering a vertical suplex lift. Instead of falling back to deliver the move, Iser keeps Eckhart held in place. The boos gets louder the longer Iser keeps her held in the air. Twelve seconds later, Iser falls back and delivers the vertical suplex. He turns over and makes the cover.

Iser kicks out.
After both grapplers get back to their feet, Eckhart gets caught with a straight right to the jaw. While Eckhart can barely stand up, Iser turns and runs into the ropes. When he returns, he goes to deliver the knockout blow with a lariat. But Eckhart ducks, quickly turns around and leaps up onto Iser’s back. She then reaches over and places him in an inverted facelock. Eckhart then begins to knee Iser in the back until Iser eventually bends back. Once Eckhart lands on her feet, she cinches in the submission hold.
Kris Cruise: The Combination Lock!
The crowd goes wild upon seeing Eckhart apply The Combination Lock to Iser. The ref asks Iser if he wants to give up. But he refuses. The crowd explodes with cheers when Eckhart falls to the mat and applies a bodyscissors.
Kris Cruise: She’s really got it locked in now!
Stephy Auger: NOOOOOOO!
Moretti can be seen slapping the canvas like a madman and shouting words of encouragement in to Iser.
ARIA!

The crowd continues to go wild for Eckhart while she continues to fight for the submission. The ref continues to check in with Iser and ask him if he wants to give up. But the veteran refuses every opportunity to quit. He then begins to slight move himself on the mat. He then tries to position his 6’5” frame the best that he can. Iser reaches his right leg over… and gets it just underneath the bottom rope. The crowd boos as the ref is forced to impose a rope break.
Stephy Auger: YES!
Ref: ONE… TWO…
Eckhart breaks the hold.
After Iser turns over and gets up on a knee, Eckhart runs over and connects with a lariat. The move knocks Iser up onto his feet and sends him stumbling back. Eckhart then charges forward and connects with another lariat. The Darling feels she’s got the veteran on the ropes. So she turns and runs into the far ropes. When Eckhart comes back, Iser tries to cut her off with a discus clothesline. But Eckhart ducks. When Iser turns around, he gets doubled over with a spinning back kick to the midsection. Eckhart then quickly pulls him into a front facelock for the EDT. But before Eckhart can deliver the move, Iser lifts her into the air, charges across the ring and rams her back-first into the corner. Iser hoists up Eckhart, turns, charges across the ring and rams her hard into the opposite corner. Iser then pulls Eckhart from out of the corner before whipping her into the far ropes. When Eckhart returns, Iser throws her down with the Pillar of Truth (Bossman Slam)! The boos continue as Iser pulls Eckhart off the mat before planting her with the Deprivation DDT! Iser turns over and makes the cover.

The boos continue as Moretti shoos the ref out of the way. He then raises his client’s arm in victory.
Kris Cruise: Seth Iser picks up the win. But it was by no means easy. Aria Eckhart gave it her all in there against the veteran. She had him caught in The Combination Lock. But with Iser’s taller frame, he was able to make it to the ropes. She then had him set up for the EDT. But at the last moment, Iser found a way to counter both times. But a ton of credit goes out to that young woman! We’ll be back with more Vertigo after this...
