FGA UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
(c) Izzy Anders vs. Johnny Karma
The arena lights flash in a myriad of different colours in time with John Bonham's quite remarkably epic drum intro that is filling the arena, and just as it reaches a crescendo Johnny Karma...doesn't appear at the top of the ramp, in fact there's no sign of him - that is until one of the ringside cameras spots him making his way through the Staples Center crowd, once again coming to the ring on his own
As he walks through the crowd Karma maintains his focus on the ring ahead of him, even as he unfastens the cuffs of his ring jacket - that is until he reaches the crowd barrier, where he asks a ringside fan if he can borrow their chair for a second, and once permission is granted he uses the chair to step up and over the crowd barrier and make his way to ringside, where he quickly makes his way up the ring steps before stepping through the ring ropes into the ring
If it keeps on rainin', levee's goin' to break
If it keeps on rainin', levee's goin' to break
When The Levee Breaks I'll have no place to stay
If it keeps on rainin', levee's goin' to break
When The Levee Breaks I'll have no place to stay
Once inside the ring Karma unzips his ring jacket while approaching the nearest turnbuckle that faces the entranceway, and as soon as he scales the turnbuckles he fixes his sights on the entranceway knowing full well that Izzy Anders will be making her way through the curtain in a matter of minutes - but in that moment Karma turns his attention towards the crowd and motions around his waist that the FWA Championship deserves a new home
Mean old levee taught me to weep and moan
Mean old levee taught me to weep and moan
It's got what it takes to make a mountain man leave his home
Oh well, oh well, oh well
Mean old levee taught me to weep and moan
It's got what it takes to make a mountain man leave his home
Oh well, oh well, oh well
Climbing down from the turnbuckles, Karma paces back and forth in the ring with his eyes focused firmly on the entranceway, removing his ring jacket and tossing it into the corner as he's waiting for the moment he can get his hands on Anders at long last...
Kris Cruise: Over the last year and a half, Johnny Karma has upped his level of performance and has beaten some of the best grapplers to come through FGA. But his crowning achievement to date came two months ago at Only the Strong Survive, where he outlasted 29 other grapplers to win the Gold Rush Rumble and earn this championship match. Since that time, he’s had to deal with the cheap shots from Izzy Anders, both physically and verbally. He had to watch as Anders viciously assaulted his good friend Cherry Baum. He had to sit there and stew in anger as Anders mocked him while hiding behind a stipulation for this match. Tonight, everything comes to a head. There aren’t any clauses that will hold Karma back from beating the holy hell out of Izzy Anders. The Mindkiller has stolen a win from Karma on Pay Per View earlier this year. She took Cherry and helped take Cordy Stevenson away from FGA. Tonight, Karma takes the power back and takes the FGA Undisputed Championship in the process!
Stephy Auger: That sounds cute. There is no doubt that Karma is wrestling at his peak. But with that being said, for as good as he is, Anders is better. For as smart as he thinks he is, Anders has been able to outsmart him and stay two steps ahead. You think she doesn’t have a plan tonight? One swift kick below the belt after the opening bell and this match will end this match by Disqualification. You don’t think Anders wouldn’t do that? You don’t think she’d love to ruin this company’s main event? Their big championship match? Karma isn’t the one in control. Anders is and she’ll prove it once again here tonight!
As the challenger gets set in the ring, his hatred brimming, his anticipation over the arrival of the FGA Undisputed World Champion, the lights in the Staples Center dim. They give way to the introduction of the Justice Orchestra, showcasing the deplorable acts that Izzy Anders has wrought over the past few months. Her heinous beatdowns, her malevolent manipulation, and her overall horrible attitude change that went from somewhat justified to absolutely vile. Images of Cherry's assault that left Karma alone cycle through, causing Karma to turn his head away in slight grief. He would get his revenge soon enough, yet the images were still horrific.
♫ For all my southside n***as that know me best
I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? I made that bitch famous (god damn)
I made that bitch famous ♫
Kris Cruise: If I can be permitted to, allow me to run down the list of things Izzy Anders has done up to this point. We can start off with her treatment of Johnny Karma before Grapple Kingdom, deliberately punching Cherry Baum. She cheated to defeat him. Her campaign of treachery and violence continued as she went on to once again steal a victory, but this time against Cordy Stevenson, in which she won the FGA Undisputed Championship. To prevent Cordy Stevenson from trying to reclaim the championship, Izzy and Savannah attacked her, giving her a sidelining concussion. Finally, let us round this out with the horrific things she has done to Johnny Karma. The verbal abuse, the attacks, the cheating, the no contact clause, and finally...finally...the bloody attack on Cherry Baum, worst than anything that we've seen happen to that poor, innocent woman. Izzy Anders took her out and proceeded to tease and taunt Johnny Karma, even going as far as to insult the death of his grandfather. There's no escape tonight, though. Izzy might have signed her own death warrant and threw away the key. There will be no Savannah Taylor to aid her tonight as she has been barred from ringside. She's in a ring with a man that she has never beaten, a man that is ready to get every ounce of payback he can.
Stephy Auger: Yes, but you act like Izzy Anders is all schemes. She's the best Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion in FGA History! She has defeated countless people without any help prior to this. In this kind of bouts, Izzy shines the most. Remember what happened to Dom Harter? That was when Izzy was upset, when she was ready to end a man's career. Karma's just another name on the list. He made it worse for himself! All this anger he has won't save him from the literal dissection that he's in for tonight. She's the Mindkiller, the slayer of dreams, she is Izzy FREAKIN' Anders and she demands your respect! This song? This song is a message to Karma. She made him famous, she tried to love him...teach him, but he wouldn't listen! Now, he's upset that she decided to get rid of him? What a hypocrite!
♫ I just wanted you to know
I loved you better than your own kin did
From the very start
I don't blame you much for wanting to be free
I just wanted you to know ♫
The bell sounds as Karma immediately darts across the ring to attack Anders. But instead of engaging, Anders drops and rolls to the outside, resulting in boos from the crowd.
Kris Cruise: Izzy Anders immediately hightails it out of the ring!
Stephy Auger: It wouldn’t shock me if she turned right around and ran back up the aisle and took the countout loss. She’d still keep the title while screwing everyone over in the process.
Kris Cruise: Well I don’t think she’d get very far because here comes Karma!
The boos turn to cheers as Karma drops down, rolls to the outside and gives chase. The cheers continue as Anders and Karma round ring post and after post. Once they’ve lapped the ring, Anders slides back inside. Once Karma rolls back in after Anders, he’s met with several stomps to the chest.
Stephy Auger: Karma fell for one of the oldest tricks in the book!
Anders continues to stomp the hell out of Karma before reaching down and pulls him up. The Mindkiller marches into the corner and goes to slam him face-first into the top turnbuckle. But Karma put his foot on the middle turnbuckle, breaking the hold. After an elbow to the midsection, Karma grabs Anders and repeatedly slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle while the crowd counts along.
Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN!
Karma then turns Anders around, grabs her by the wrist and whips her hard into the opposite corner. After crashing into the turnbuckles, Anders staggers out and over towards Karma, who ducks and dumps her down with a back body drop. Anders returns to her feet, only for Karma to return her to the mat with a running clothesline. Anders get back up. But Karma runs back over and knocks her back down. Once the champion gets back to a vertical base, Karma rattles off three snapping jabs before knocking her down with a right hook.
Kris Cruise: Sugar Ray Karma!
The cheers continue when Anders gets knocked down by another right hook. As Anders turns over and gets back to her feet, Karma throws out another right hook. This time, Anders ducks and counters with a punch of her own, doubling the challenger over before knocking him down with an axe kick across the back of the head. The boos continue as Anders pushes Karma over and makes the cover.

Karma kicks out.
Anders picks up Karma, runs and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Karma around in the corner, Anders steps to the side before delivering a hard shoot kick to the chest that echoes throughout the arena. She then sizes Karma up before cracking him across the jaw with an elbow smash. She then reaches over, turns Karma back towards her and nearly knocks his teeth down his throat with a back elbow to the face. She then takes Karma and goes for an irish whip. But Karma reverses, sending Anders into the turnbuckles. Karma then runs across the ring and nearly takes Anders’ head off with a running NYC Uppercut. After Karma gives her another NYC Uppercut for good measure, Anders responds by spitting right in his face, resulting in boos from the crowd.
Kris Cruise: Oh come on!
After Karma wipes the spits from off his face, he turns back to Anders, who doubles him over with a kick to the midsection. After shoving Karma into the corner, Anders unleashes a flurry of European Uppercuts that leave the challenger rocked. While Karma is dazed, Anders runs over towards the opposite corner. But as soon as she turns around, the crowd cheers when Karma catches her by surprise with a running European Uppercut!
Stephy Auger: Where did he come from!?
As Anders slumps down in the corner, Karma steps back towards the center of the ring before running back towards the corner. Karma goes for the Kodak Moment (rope-assisted corner dropkick). But the cheers turn to boos when Anders quickly rolls back to the outside.
Kris Cruise: Once again, Anders has retreated to the floor!
Stephy Auger: That’s not cowardice! That’s smarts, Cruise! Who willingly sits there and lets their opponent hit them if they can move out of the way.
Anders tries to take a breath on the outside. But Karma is having none of it. After rolling to the outside, he turns Anders towards him before clobbering her with a European Uppercut that knocks her down to the floor. The crowd cheers as Anders can be seen trying to shake out the cobwebs. Karma then reaches down, pulls up Anders and rolls her back inside. As soon as Karma rolls back in, Anders scramble back to her feet and goes for an elbow smash. But Karma rolls to the outside, causing Anders to connect with nothing but the canvas. Before Anders can get back to her feet, Karma drags Anders by the hair out onto the apron before nailing her with three more European Uppercuts. While Anders hangs off the edge of the apron in the prone position, Karma marches over towards the guardrail. He then turns around, charges back at Anders and connects with a hard running knee lift to the face, resulting in cheers from the crowd.
Kris Cruise: Did you hear the impact of that knee to the face, Stephy!? Karma put something extra on that one.
Stephy Auger: He wanted to knee her head right off, Cruise. But this is what Anders wants. She wants him to be overcome with so much hate and rage that he ends up doing something costly.
After turning Anders over onto her back on the apron, Karma nails her with a series of clubbing shots across the chest before climbing back up onto the apron. He then looks over at the ring post, then back down at Anders. The challenger then heads into the corner and hoists himself up onto the middle ropes. After gauging the distance, Karma leaps off and connects with a jumping knee drop to cheers from the crowd. As Karma pulls himself back up, Anders rolls back inside and over towards the ropes. Karma then slides in from behind before marching over towards the champion. After grabbing Anders from behind and pulling her away from the ropes, Karma lifts up Anders and brings her down with a belly to back suplex. He then returns to his feet and runs into the ropes. When Karma returns, the crowd cheers when he delivering a jumping knee drop across the face of Anders. He makes the cover.

The crowd cheers as Karma mounts himself on top of Anders with a series of short-range right hands to the face. After raining down punches on her face, Karma takes Anders by the hair with both hands and repeatedly rams the back of her head against the apron. The crowd cheers as the back of Anders’ head bounces off the canvas.
Kris Cruise: This crowd is loving every minute of this!
Stephy Auger: They’re sick, that’s what they are!
Kris Cruise: After everything that Anders has done? After all the damage she’s caused!? She’s deserve this and more!
Karma picks up Anders and whips her hard into the corner. After crashing into the turnbuckles, Anders staggers over towards Karma, who scoops her up from the side before delivering a backbreaker. But instead of letting Anders falls off his knee, Karma keeps her held in place before lifting her back up, walking over towards the side of the ring and chucking her through the ropes and to the outside.
Kris Cruise: He just told her to get out of his ring with that move!
As Anders slowly pulls herself up using the edge of the apron, Karma turns and runs into the far ropes. When he comes back, he goes for This Is For The Front Row (baseball slide clothesline). But Anders side steps before rolling back inside. After Karma whips, he hops back onto the apron to grab Anders. But Anders slides through his legs and lands on the outside. She then quickly reaches out, grabs Karma by the ankles and yanks him of the apron. After Karma smacks his face on the apron, Anders grabs Karma from behind, turns and and tosses him into the steel steps. The crowd boos as Karma clutches his head with both hands.
Kris Cruise: Anders just tossed Karma head-first into the steel steps!
Anders picks up Karma, pulls his head back and then slams him down face-first onto the steps. The boos continue as Anders pulls out the steel steps, takes Karma’s left arm and traps them between the ring post and the steps. Anders then steps back before kicking the steps into Karma’s arm. A chorus of boos can be heard while Karma howls in pain. Anders takes a few steps back before running over and delivers a front dropkick to the steps, kicking them into Karma’s arm again. The crowd boos as the challenger can be seen cringing in pain.
Kris Cruise: Anders is trying to break Karma’s arm!
Stephy Auger: I didn’t hear you complaining when Karma was trying to break her face with those knee drops!
While Karma is still down in one knee, Anders goes over and smacks him upside the head. She then smacks Karma upside the head again before telling him that Cherry put up a better fight than he did, which gets an ”oooooooh!” from some fans in the front row. The mere mention of Cherry’s name causes Karma to lunge at Anders. But Anders steps back and cackles before stomping away at him. After repeatedly yelling from the ring, the referee heads to the outside and instructs Anders to bring the action back into the ring. So she obliges by taking Karma and rolling him back inside. But The Mindkiller doesn’t get back inside herself. Instead, she takes Karma by both wrists and yanks him into the ring post. The crowd boos as she takes Karma’s left hard and swings it hard against the ring post.
Kris Cruise: Anders with The Breakup, Part II!
Anders takes Karma’s arm, pulls it back and…
*THWACK!*
Throws it against the ring post a second time.

Kris Cruise: Anders has the chickenwing locked on, Cruise!
Stephy Auger: That arm of his has been worked over throughout this match. It’s only a matter of time until he gives up.
The ref asks Karma if he wants to give up. But he refuses. He then runs backwards into the corner, squashing Anders against the turnbuckles. While Karma staggers over towards the center of the ring, Anders comes from out of the corner and tries to apply the submission again.

Stephy Auger: Gah!
Karma returns to his feet and looks around at the crowd.
Kris Cruise: They want one more! Listen to this crowd become unglued.

Karma steps out onto the apron and scales to the top turnbuckle. But this time, he doesn’t immediately jump off. Stephy Auger: What’s this?
Karma’s attention gets captured by a masked individual dressed in all black.
Kris Cruise: Wait a second. Is that… is that the same person from earlier tonight?
Stephy Auger: I don’t know. He does have a masked on.
The ref goes over and admonishes the individual to get off the apron and go to the back. But the individual stands there ground. As soon as Karma approaches to knock him off the apron, the individual puts his hand out. He then slowly reaches up and grabs the top of his mask. Karma checks behind him to make sure that Anders is still down. When he turns back towards the individual, karma’s eyes widen as gasps are heard throughout Staples Center.
Kris Cruise: Wait just a minute! That’s not a he! It’s a SHE!
Stephy Auger: And that’s not just any woman, Kris! THAT’S HEATHER LASIEWICZ!
A large pop is heard after the surprise reveal. The crowd then begins to whisper in hushed tones as Lasiewicz remains on the apron with her eyes locked on Karma. Confusion is written all over his face. Even the referee stands in disbelief.
Kris Cruise: I don’t understand! What’s Heather doing out here? She has nothing to do with either Anders or Kar-
Just then, a commotion can be heard coming from a section of the crowd. Karma notices the shrieks coming from behind him. So he turns around, only to get caught by a One Hit Wonder (540 Crescent Kick).
Kris Cruise: Karma just got laid out… by YUN GOEUN!?!? What in the hell is going on here!?
Stephy Auger: I’m just as lost as you are!
The initial pop of seeing Yun’s surprised return is soon overcome by a chorus of jeers and boos. Yun slithers out the ring just as quick as she came as Lasiewicz calmly steps down to the floor.
The ref turns around and is shocked once he sees both Karma and Anders down on the apron. But it doesn’t stay that way for long as Anders slowly turns over and gets up on her knees. She cackles once she hears the boos raining down on her. The Mindkiller gets back to a vertical base, picks up Karma, lifts him up and plants him with Shotgun Party (small package driver). The boos continue as Anders gets back to her feet.
Kris Cruise: It all makes sense now! No wonder she didn’t seem that worried about Savannah Taylor being barred from ringside! This was her backup plan all along! Damn her! DAMN! HER!
Stephy Auger: The Mindkiller is always several steps ahead, Cruise. Now, you can all call her the Dreamkiller as well, because she just crushed Karma’s hopes and dreams of becoming champion right under her boot!
Kris Cruise: She did no such thing! Yun Goeun and Heather Lasiewicz helped crush Karma’s dreams! Anders was just the lucky recipient of their interference!
Stephy Auger: Would you like a tissue for those tears?
As Yun and Lasiewicz enters the ring, they each applaud Anders before embracing in a group hug. The celebration results in cheers, jeers and profane name calling from the crowd.
Kris Cruise: You’ve got to be kidding me!
Stephy Auger: I agree! I expected these fans to show a little more class!
Anders, lasiewicz and Yun then turn and pallaud as they turn their attention to the aisle. Making her way down the aisle is the new Pride Champion, Savvannah Taylor.
Kris Cruise: Well would you look at this.
Stephy Auger: Mmm hmm. Gold does look good on her, Cruise.
After Taylor enters the ring, the four turn their attention to a recovering Karma.
Kris Cruise: Karma! KARMA! Get out of there!
Before Karma can even defend himself, Taylor runs over and connects with a punt kick to the ribs, knocking Karma over onto his back. Boos rains down on the group as Yun marches over and puts the boots to Karma. After Yun peels Karma off the canvas, she grabs him from one side and Taylor grabs him from the other before they bring him down with the Billboard Bust/Blond Ambition!
Kris Cruise: Face-first right into the canvas! Damn them!
The boos continue as Yun and Taylor pull Karm up onto one knee. Lasiewicz crouches down and gets a good look at Karma before turning and running into the ropes. When she comes back, Yun & taylor let go as Lasiewicz flattens Karma with the Texas Pride (Shining Wizard)!
Kris Cruise: If I’m getting sick of this, then I know some of the grapplers in the back half to be as well! Someone needs to come out here and stop this!
While Yun circles Karma, the boos turn to cheers as Chris Madison rushes down the aisle.
Kris Cruise: It’s Chris Madison! Thank God someone has come out here to stop this!
As soon as Madison slides in, Yun and Lasiewicz rush over and greet him with stomps to the back. But madison is trying to fight through the stomps and make his way over to Taylor. Once Madison gets to his feet, he gets held back by both Yun and Lasiewicz. Taylor then cradles her Pride Championship belt before running over and blasts Madison in the face, sending him crumbling to the canvas. Anders then places her foot on the back of Karma’s neck while the foursome raises each others areas to massive boos from the crowd.
The PPV fades to black with the Undisputed Champion, new pride Champion, Lasiewicz and the returning Yun exiting the ring as they’re nearly booed out of Staples Center...
