CHARACTER BACKGROUND
Pic Base:
Elodie Yung
Manager:
Faye Valentine
Julian Tijerina
Gimmick:
Kimiko doesn't talk much. She lets her actions do the talking for her. As much as possible, the Red Lotus would forego the theatrics in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. It's all about the goal for Kimiko, and victory is always her surefire goal.
Strengths:
1. Strong Style Successor - Kimiko was trained in the Strong Style by her father, the legendary Sekichiku Kyo who also trained Julian Tijerina. She started learning young and has now amassed an impressive knowledge of the style. Kimiko is one of the greatest living practitioners of the infamous Japanese style of puroresu.
2. Discipline and Determination - Kimiko has a one-track mind. She is determined to win and win honorably. Her focus, her concentration, makes her deadlier than most would know.
3. Tactical Threat - Kimiko is not too shaby with her tactics, her strategies, in the ring. She is considered an efficient ring general and can shape the outcome of a match through her decisions, choices. Before the opponent can even get in the ring, they've already lost.
Weaknesses:
1. Lost in Translation - Kimiko's lack of communication often gets her in trouble in the back. Sure, she doesn't really care about all that political hullabaloo but that doesn't remove the fact that she really needs to work on her communication skills to survive. No woman is an island, after all.
2. Not a Lot of Mass - Kimiko's lithe frame makes her vulnerable to much bigger opponents. She can opt to wear them down with her kicks, but it often needs a lot of kicks to take a giant man down. Before that happens, she could get grabbed by her throat and thrown down on the mat with relative ease.
3. Overthinker - Kimiko's greatest asset is also her greatest weakness. Because of her tactical nature, Demonique finds it natural to drown herself in plans and strategies, only to sometimes lose her head. She can overthink and over-expect something to go one way, only for the other way to happen and get her confused, leading to a dishonorable failure.

Ring Entrance:
The lights go out. "The Sun Rises" by Rei Kondoh starts playing and a lone red spotlight unveils Kimiko in the middle of the stage, her head bowed, wearing a kendo stick on her back and her trademark oni bandana around the bottom half of her face. She looks up and begins to walk down the ramp to the ring as the lone red spotlight breaks into several red spotlights, drowning the arena in a sea of blood.
[INSERT ANNOUNCER HERE]
Kimiko's full attention is to the ring. She does not turn to look at the fans, not to anyone, ignore everyone and everything in favor of her full concentration on the task at hand. She grabs the middle rope from the floor and hoists herself up the apron. She gets in the ring without any theatrics. Kimiko takes to the middle of the ring, bows to each side of the squared circle, and gets down on the mat as she takes the kendo stick from her back. She places the kendo stick right in front of her on the mat and bows to it three times. She gets up, walks to one side of the ring, once again sits down with her back against the corner ring post, and waits for the match to begin.
