★★★ SUBMISSION MATCH ★★★
Avaset Kaiser vs. Jenny Knite
“Replay” hits the PA system as a soft, pink lighting illuminates the top of the stage. Within seconds, Jenny Knite emerges from through the curtains, grinning as soon as her eyes hit the crowd. She rushes to the barrier on either-side of the ramp, leaping up onto it to group-hug a few members of the crowd nearest to the front. With a smile she drops back down to the entranceway and turns, running to the side of the ring and leaping up onto the apron, landing on a knee.
Melanie Sierra: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest, scheduled for one fall, is SUBMISSION MATCH! Introducing first, from Baltimore, Maryland! Weighing in at 132 pounds… JENNY KNITE!
With a playful wink and kiss to the crowd, Jenny pulls herself up and propels herself over the top rope, into the ring, playing to the crowd on the turnbuckles as she awaits competition.
As the beginning of "Primadonna(Panda Eyes Remix)" by Marina & The Diamonds kicks up over the sound system as those around the ring area begin booing. Meanwhile, at the top of the entrance ramp, spotlights point toward the entrance tunnel where "The Crown Jewel of Germany" Avaset Kaiser emerges. She raises her arms into the air, taking in the atmosphere with her eyes closed, standing as a beautiful statue before the jeering crowd.
Primadonna girl.
Primadonna girl.
Primadonna girl, yeah.
After a long moment, she glances around at the fans in the crowd as they yell various things at her. It seems as though she has an answer for whatever they're shouting, but she blows them off before making her way to the ring. While most of the fans boo her, there are people in the crowd who clearly find her so attractive that they don't care about her antics and thus cheer or whistle at her, but she blows them off as well.
All I ever wanted was the world.
I can't help that I need it all.
Melanie Sierra: And her opponent, from Dresden, Saxony, Germany! Weighing in at 147 pounds! She is “The Crown Jewel”... AVASET KAISER!
Avaset jogs up the ring stairs and across the apron where she hooks her arms over the top ropes and looks out at the audience.
The primadonna life, the rise and fall.
You say that I'm kinda difficult...
She leans backwards and flips herself over the ropes, landing perfectly on her feet in the ring.
But it's always someone else's fault.
Avaset immediately pulls herself onto the ropes before her and raises her arms into the air, taking in the atmosphere once more while transforming herself into a beautiful statue.
Got you wrapped around my finger, babe.
With that, she takes her corner, lounging on the ropes in the corner while she awaits the beginning of the match.
All I ever wanted was the world.
As if on queue her music fades out.
Geoff Penzer: Both of these wrestlers look ready to get it on in this Submissions Match. There are no pinfalls, no countouts, and rope breaks are being enforced.
The match starts with both wrestlers engaging in a collar & elbow tie up. After jockeying for position, Kaiser uses her strength advantage to move Knite across the ring and into the corner. The ref then gives them both until a count of five to break it up.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Both wrestlers break. Kaiser then follows up by piefacing Knite, which garners boos from the crowd. But the boos turn back to cheers once Knite shoves Kaiser down to the canvas!
Geoff Penzer: Jenny Knite has been fed up with Avaset Kaiser and she’s not about to take it anymore!
Kaiser’s eyes widen after being pushed down to the mat. She then scoots herself back a safe distance from the corner before returning to her feet. After Knite exits out of the corner, the two wrestlers circle the ring. After locking up, Kaiser begins to move Knite across the ring. At the last second, Knite pivots and presses Kaiser up against the turnbuckle.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Both wrestlers break it up. Again, Kaiser piefaces Knite. When Knite goes to respond, Kaiser tucks her upper body through the ropes, forcing the ref to move Knite back. The crowd boos as Knite is being moved back to the center of the ring. Kaiser can be seen smirking before getting back into the ring.
Knite and Kaiser once again circle the ring. After stopping, the two sizes each other up before heading towards the center of the ring. They both motion for a lock up. But at the last second, Kaiser opts out in favor of a single leg takedown. She then tries to turn Knite over into a single leg crab. But Knite uses her free leg to continuously kick away at Kaiser. The last kick is a kick to the face, which knocks Kaiser down to the canvas.
As Kaiser turns over and tries to get back to her feet, Knite latches onto her with a front facelock. The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. So Knite cinches in the hold, which causes Kaiser to let out a groan. The ref checks back in with Kaiser and asks her if she wants to give up. But she still refuses. She then lifts Knite up, runs into the corner and rams her back-first into the corner. After a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection, Kaiser quickly grabs Knite’s left leg and drags her from out of the corner. She then kicks Knite’s right leg out from under her. After taunting Knite, Kaiser turns her over into a single leg crab.
Geoff Penzer: Avaset Kaiser’s got the first submission of the match applied! But will it be the last?
The crowd boos as Knite can be seen cringing in pain. The ref asks her if she wants to give up. But she refuses. She then begins to pull herself across the ring and towards the ropes. Just then, Kaiser turns and transitions into an STF!
Geoff Penzer: That’s one way to stop an opponent from reaching the ropes!
The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. When Knite refuses, Kaiser begins cranking away.
Geoff Penzer: Knite looked like she was well on her way towards the ropes. But Kaiser stopped her dead in her tracks. Knite might eventually make it to the ropes. But this hold right here is going to take a bit out of her.
The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. But again, Knite refuses. She then pulls herself forward and reaches out towards the ropes. But she’s not quite there. So Knite strains as she pulls herself forward again. She reaches out… and grabs the bottom rope. The crowd cheers upon seeing Knite grab the ropes. But the cheers turn back to boos once Kaiser refuses to let go. The ref then gives her until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Kaiser reluctantly lets go.
The Crown Jewel heads towards the center of the ring and waves Knite on. Knite pulls herself back up using the ropes. After gingerly touching her neck, she makes her way towards the center of the ring. The two lock up. They begin to jockey for position until Kaiser gains the upperhand with a side headlock. The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. But she refuses. She then tries to shove Kaiser off of her. But it’s to no avail. So she wraps her arms around Kaiser, brings her back into the near ropes and then goes to shove her off into the far ropes. But it doesn’t work as Kaiser keeps the hold applies while dropping down to a knee. Kaiser can be seen smirking as she shakes her head at Knite’s attempt to escape. After battling back to a vertical base, Knite nails Kaiser with a forearm shots to the side. She then nails Kaiser with three more forearms to the side before slipping out and reversing into a hammerlock.
The crowd cheers as Knite is now in control. But it doesn’t last for long as Kaiser uses her free arm to elbow Knite in the face. The crowd turns to boos as Kaiser leans forward before reversing into a hammerlock of her own. She keeps the hold applied until she spins Knite around. After Kaiser catches her in another side headlock, Knite shoves Kaiser off of her and into the ropes. When Kaiser returns, Knite brings her down with a dre toe hold. She quickly gets up on a knee, latches onto Kaiser’s leg and applied an ankle lock.
Geoff Penzer: Knite’s got a hold of Kaiser’s ankle.
The crowd cheers as Knite applies the ankle lock. But the hold doesn’t stay on for long as Kaiser is able to turn over onto her back and nail Knite with a kick to the face.
After both wrestlers return to their feet, they circle the ring. They then inch forward and motion for another lockup. But Kaiser ducks under and goes behind Knite. After applying a waist lock, Kaiser hoists up Knite before slamming her down to the mat with a waist lock takedown. She then quickly transitions into a grounded hammerlock from behind.
Geoff Penzer: Knite now in a prone position with Kaiser on top. This is the last place that Knite wants to be.
The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. When Knite refuses, Kaiser delivers a knee to the arm. Kaiser gives Knite another chance to submit. When Knite refuses, Kaiser delivers a handstand into a falling knee drop to the arm. The crowd boos while Knite cringes in pain. Kaiser continues to taunt Knite and tells her to give up. When Knite refuses, Kaiser delivers repeated knee drops across the arm.
Kaiser brings Knite back to her feet, doubles her over with a knee to the gut and lifts her up for a scoop slam. But Knite slips down from behind. When Kaiser turns around, Knite turns and runs into the ropes. As Knite comes back, Kaiser throws out a clothesline. But Knite ducks, floats over across her back, brings her down with a crucifix and then transitions into a crossface.
Geoff Penzer: What a counter by Knite.
The crowd cheers as Knite has Kaiser trapped near the center of the ring. The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. But Kaiser refuses. So Knite begins cranking back on the hold.
Geoff Penzer: Knite is fighting for that submission! But Kaiser is fighting just as hard to stay in this one!
Kaiser reaches up with her free hand and tries to remove Knite’s arm from around her face. But it’s to no avail. So Kaiser begins to pull herself over towards the ropes. She reaches out. But she’s not there. So Kaiser goes and pulls herself closer towards the side of the ring. She reaches out.But again, she’s short of reaching the ropes. So Kaiser pulls herself closer to the ropes. Just as she’s about to reach out and grab the ropes, Knite releases the hold… only to quickly turn over and applies a grounded front facelock.
Kaiser tries to wrestler her way out of the hold. But it’s to no avail. Knite then begins to deliver alternating knees to the head before flipping over into a bridging arm triangle choke. The crowd cheers as Kaiser can be see cringing in pain. The ref checks in with her and asks if she wants to give up. When Kaiser refuses, Knite begins cranking away on the hold.
Geoff Penzer: Knite is fighting vehemently for that submission. But The Killer Queen is hanging tough.
As soon as Kaiser’s hand begins to hover over the canvas, the crowd bursts into cheers. But the cheers soon turn to sighs as Kaiser puts her hand down and instead begins to drag herself towards the ropes. Knite continues to crank away, which impedes Kaiser’s progress. But The Crown Jewel strains as she’s able to pull herself forward, reach out… and grab the bottom rope to a collective sigh from the crowd.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Knite reluctantly lets go. She returns to her feet and shakes off her arm before putting the boots to Kaiser. She then brings Kaiser back to her feet, grabs a hold of her, lifts her up for a back suplex and then dumps her over the top rope and onto the apron. After Kaiser pulls herself up, Knite heads back into the corner and goes for a triangle springboard enzuigiri. But Kaiser ducks. After Knite gets back to her feet, Kaiser nails her with a right hand. She then grabs Knite and goes for a suplex to the outside. But Knite blocks it. So Kaiser tightens her grip before going for another vertical suplex to the outside. But again, Knite blocks it. After a few punches through the ropes, Kaiser begins to lift up Knite. But Knite is able to knee her in the head on the way up. After she’s lowered back down, Knite delivers a shoulder through the ropes. While Kaiser is doubled over, Knite slingshots herself over the top rope, lands on Kaiser’s back ad flips forward, delivering a sunset flip powerbomb off the apron. The crowd erupts with cheers as Kaiser is sprawled out on the floor.
Geoff Penzer: My God what a move by Jenny Knite!
Knite slowly pulls herself back up using the edge of the apron. She then goes over, pulls up Kaiser and rolls her back inside. After sliding herself back in, she grabs Kaiser by the leg and drags her towards the center of the ring. She lifts up the leg before turning her over into a single leg crab.
Geoff Penzer: After that powerbomb off the apron, this is just going to inflict even more pain on the spine of Avaset Kaiser.
The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. But she refuses. She then plants her palms face down on the canvas and then pushes herself up off the mat before trying to crawl towards the ropes. But Knite isn’t having any of it. She she goes to drag Kaiser back towards the center of the ring. She then delivers several kicks to the back before sitting back down inside the single leg crab. The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. But she refuses. So Knite stands up and starts kicking Kaiser across the back again before sitting back down in the single leg crab. The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. But she refuses. Kaiser can be seen gritting her teeth as she tries to deal with the pain. She then begins to pull herself towards the ropes. But Knite is able to slow her down by transitioning into the Cubtamer (single leg crab with a knee to the back.) The cheers while while Kaiser wails in agony.
Geoff Penzer: The Crown Jewel is in a world of hurt now.
The ref asks Kaiser if she wants to give up. But again, she refuses. Kaiser strains as she slowly pushes herself up off the mat. She then begins to strain as she claws and pulls her way towards the ropes. Kaiser then reaches out… and grabs the bottom rope to a collective sigh from the crowd.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Knite reluctantly lets go. She then pulls up Kaiser and goes for an irish whip. But Kaiser reverses, sending Knite into the ropes. When Knite returns, Kaiser grabs one of her legs and then rolls backwards into a single leg crab.
Geoff Penzer: Kaiser is giving Knite a taste of her own medicine right here!
The ref gets down and asks Knite if she wants to give up. When she refuses, Knite stands up and begins delivering kicks to the back before sitting back down inside the single leg crab. The ref gets back down and asks Knite if she wants to give up. But Knite shakes her head, refusing to quit. She then tries to pull herself towards the ropes. But Kaiser sits up and delivers several stomps to the back of the head before sitting back down inside the single leg crab.
Geoff Penzer: Avaset Kaiser with absolutely no regard for Jenny Knite!
The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. She refuses. But it’s a bit slower than before. So Kaiser transitions into the Cubtamer.
Geoff Penzer: Now Kaiser is just adding insult to injury.
The crowd boos while Kaiser has Knite locked in her own hold. The ref ask Knite if she wants to give up. But once again, Knite refuses. The crowd inside the Center Stage Arena begins to rally behind Knite.
Crowd: LET’S GO, JENNY!
*clap-clap, clap-clap-clap*Knite begins to push herself up off the mat before crawling over towards the ropes. The crowd cheers as Knite continues to make progress.
Geoff Penzer: Knite is fighting back! She’s fighting through the excruciating pain and is making her way towards those ropes!
Kaiser can be seen shaking her head in disbelief as Knite continues to make her way towards the ropes. Knite then reaches out… and grabs the bottom rope. The crowd bursts into cheers. But the cheers quickly turn to boos when Kaiser refuses to let go.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Kaiser reluctantly lets go. She reaches down, picks up Knite and throws her down with a hammerlock scoop slam. She reaches down, pulls Knite back up and delivers a hammerlock belly to back suplex. The Crowd Jewel brings Knite back to her feet… only to bring her back down with a double knee armbreaker. The crowd boos as Knite clutches her right arm. She then rolls herself over towards the ropes.
Geoff Penzer: It was bad enough that Kaiser worked over the back. Now she’s targeting the arm. It’s only a matter of time until Kaiser tries to lock on the Bridge.
Kaiser tries to pull Knite away from the ropes. But Knite wraps her left arm around the bottom rope. So Kaiser begins to put the boots to her. She then drops down, mounts herself on top of Knite and fires off a series of short-range punches to the face. Kaiser yanks Knite back to her feet and goes for a snap German Suplex. But Knite blocks. So Kaiser goes for another snap German Suplex. But again, Knite blocks. After five elbows to the face, she performs a standing switch, turns Kaiser around and blasts her with a short-arm elbow. Knite then nails Kaiser with another short-arm elbow… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another… and another. The last elbow knocks Kaiser down to one knee. While kaiser is dazed, Knite steps back before blasting her with a Buzzsaw Kick.
Geoff Penzer: Knite nearly kicked Kaiser’s head off!
While Kaiser is dazed, Knite quickly slips behind her and locks on a sleeper. The crowd cheers as she tries to put Kaiser to sleep. But Kaiser is doing everything in her power to get out of it. She reaches up and tries to pull Knite’s arms from around her neck. But it’s to no avail. After getting back to a vertical base, Kaiser leans forward, lifting Knite across her back. After reaching back and grabbing a hold of Knite’s legs, Kaiser tries to break up the submission by running backwards into the corner. But Knite hangs on! So she walks a few paces out of the corner runs back and jumps backwards into the corner, breaking the hold.

But Knite knocks her back with a boot to the face. After shaking off the blow, Kaiser runs back into the corner. But again, Knite knocks her back with a boot to the face. Knite then runs out of the corner, rolls forward and locks Kaiser in the Calf Slicer. The crowd bursts with cheers upon seeing Kaiser trapped in Knite’s finisher!
Geoff Penzer: Knite’s got her locked in the Calf Slicer! Knite voewed that she would get the hold on Kaiser and would make her tap!
The crowd is going wild while Knite pulls back on the leg. The ref checks in with Kaiser and asks her if she wants to give up. But Kaiser refuses. So Knite begins yanking back on the hold repeatedly.
Geoff Penzer: The agony is written all over Avaset Kaiser’s face! But will she succumb to the pain!? Will she tap out!?
The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. When she refuses, Knite pulls back, putting an extreme amount of pressure on Kaiser’s leg. Kaiser can be heard screaming in pain.
Geoff Penzer: Kaiser looks like she’s seconds away from tapping! She’s got her arm ready!
The crowd gasps and cheers upon seeing Kaiser’s hand raise off the canvas. The hand begins to hover over the canvas. Knite can be seen working her hardest for the submission. Kaiser continues to refuse until she can refuse no more! She’s about to tap!
That is, until she reaches over and gouges Knite’s eyes. The crowd erupts with boos as Knite is forced to break the hold.
Geoff Penzer: Desperate times call for desperate measures for Avaset Kaiser!
Knite covers her eyes with her hands while Kaiser slowly rolls over towards the ropes. She reaches up and slowly pulls herself up using the ropes. Once she’s back to a vertical base, Kaiser turns around and rests herself up against the ropes. She then looks over and sneers at Knite as her adversary slowly returns to a vertical base. Before Knite can turn around, Kaiser runs up from behind, grabs Knite, runs and throws her shoulder-first into the ring post. Kaiser pulls Knite away from the ropes and delivers a bridging suplex. She then turns over, turning Knite over onto her back. From there, Kaiser grabs the arm, flips over and applies the Waldschlösschen Bridge (Bridging Fujiwara Armbar).
Geoff Penzer: Kaiser’s got it locked in.
The crowd erupts with boos after the crowd sees Knite trapped in the armbar. The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. But instead of answering, Knite just continues to wail in agony. So Kaiser pulls down, increasing the pressure of the hold.
Geoff Penzer: Kaiser might snap Knite’s arm if Knite doesn’t give up!
Kaiser continues to yell at Knite to tap. While Knite refuses, her face remains scrunched up from the pain. The ref asks her if she wants to give up. When Knite refuses, Kaiser begins to repeatedly yank on the arm, causing Knite to howl in anguish.
Geoff Penzer: Knite is trying to hang on! She’s trying hang on with everything she’s got! But I don’t know how much longer she can hang on for!
Kaiser continues to yank away on the arm while Knite continues to howl in anguish. The ref asks Knite if she wants to give up. She wails before shaking her head and refusing to quit. Knite continues to shake her head. But the shaking gets slower and slower until she stops. The ref then gets closer to Knite and asks her if she wants to give up. But she doesn’t respond. So the ref asks her again if she wants to give up. Once again, Knite doesn’t respond. After noticing that Knite isn’t responding and is unresponsive, he calls for the bell.
The crowd erupts with boos when “Primadonna (Panda Eyes Remix)” hits the speakers.
Melanie Sierra: Here is your winner by referee stoppage, AVASET KAISER!
The boos continue as Kaiser gets her arm raised in victory!
Geoff Penzer: Avaset Kaiser picks up the victory after a grueling submission match. Both of these wrestlers went hard after each other with submission after submission. In the end, it was The Crown Jewel who leaves with her hand raised after Jenny Knite passed out from the pain. But we have to tip our caps to Jenny Knite who fought hard and valiantly...
