I’m looking forward to this tag team match. I was apprehensive at first considering at the time I was asked about it there was a lot going on for me in FGA. But as the time went on and closer we got, the more rested I was and ready to go for it.

With Cordy wrapped up in the Undisputed title. I was unable to be granted the Status Quo rematch we richly deserved. So I’ve basically been benched for two months. Checking the card to see if they were going to call my name and being disappointed with each missed show.

So now, as we approach Showdown in the Sun, I’m ready and willing to get back into that ring. Ready to step up beside my beautiful girlfriend and tag partner Peaches to once again take the ring as the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad. Ready to stand victorious in that ring once again.

With Status Quo’s future uncertain, it’s nice to still be a part of a championship caliber tag team and know that we will be on top of everything when the time that bell rings. Ready to go to war with a partner that I know I can trust. Someone that I’ve always had success with. And as we know, trust is key in a tag team. Does the other team have that trust?

Yeah, you may have thought I was taking a dig at my good friend Dom with that. But for once I don’t believe that he’s the one to not be trusted in our coming match. No, my question was in regards to his tag team partner. You jumped to her aid, throwing caution to the wind. You saw a pretty face and you and your new leaf decided to play the conquering hero. Whether to help yourself look good in this new improved Dom era or to get into her pants… I don’t know.

But what I do know is that you’re stepping into the ring with Jae as a tag team without any prior experience together in the ring. That in itself is enough of a hinderance to a team. And even though I know you’re an established tag team wrestler in your own right, will that help you conquer the miss steps between the two of you in this match enough to pull it out? Can you trust her intentions against your own friends?

Like I said, you jumped to her aid real quick, but do you even know your partner? I know Peaches has been real upset with you for choosing to side with her in this match. But I have stayed relatively quiet about it. Why? Because I know how you operate Dom. You’re an opportunist. And you saw this as your chance to help out a woman in need, a beautiful one at that. If Peaches got past the hurt, she would have seen this a mile away.

The problem for you is that while you may win the girl over, you won’t win the match. You have what you call “unholy wrestling talent”. I won’t deny that as we’ve all seen what you’ve accomplished. But even you have to know that trying to pull together an uncoordinated team at the last minute is like pulling teeth. And if you don’t, as an expert on the subject since my time in FGA… it’s the truth. You’re getting brownee points, but you won’t be getting pins.

Jae, you pushed my girlfriend to the point that two bros and a broette and YOU will be in the ring on Saturday. You somehow pushed all in before you had all your cards and managed to pull out an ace. You may think that you’ve won already. But while you’ve certainly won the mind war, there’s no guarantee that your maverick move will win you the glory. Possessing the talent equal to make the fight tough isn’t the end all be all. Putting it into motion is the only way to finish the fight.

And that’s where we have the advantage. PCLAS are two time 2CW Texas Tag Champions. There is no squeeky wheel for us. But you two on the other hand better figure out how to implement a WD-40 IV drip before Saturday to get this win over us. I am invested as far as the feelings my girlfriend Peaches has in this match. I want the win, for her. But I also am looking forward to a hard fought match the fans will remember.

So get yourselves together before Saturday. Cause the fans deserve the best, and they’ll get it from us. I hope you two can say the same.
