The streets of Dresde were alive and pulsing. A buzz swarmed over the crowd like a home crowd awaiting their fuβball team. There are people from all walks of life, including a few with signs. One sign said “Killer Queen,” but the camera cut away to another sign which had a beautiful drawing of a crown complete with an ornate jewel in the center. The buzz of the crowd awakened even more as a gentleman in a suit with a bright smile approached the podium. “Ladies und gentlemen,” he began. His smile had an almost fake quality to it as he applauded with the crowd. “I am Hans Fischer und welcome, all of you.” The crowd cheered, but he wasn’t who they were here to see. “Oh, excuse me,” he said, raising an apologetic hand toward them. “It would seem you didn’t come to see me today,” he jested, “well, without further ado, allow me to welcome Avaset Kaiser!”
That’s when Avaset's ‘Primadonna’ remix began pulsing throughout the streets thanks to some high quality audio equipment. A raucous cheer arose across the audience as Avaset Kaiser came strutting across stage as if modeling her clothes. To be honest, she was modeling. In Germany, Avaset Kaiser is kind of a big deal after all. In this particular instance, it was a low-cut collar number that displayed her generous cleavage. Valentino had paid well to have Avaset wear it during this event. With a sultry smile, the golden Kaiser began, working the crowd who were obliged to be in love with her, “Guten Abend und willkommen,” she exclaimed, soaking in the fanfare. She wetted her lips and flipped her golden locks out of her face with only her index and middle finger. Before she began, the cameras panned everywhere, showing us just how many people came out to see Avaset speak today. As we witnessed, the crowd resembled that of an ocean of eager heads.
“This is what greatness deserves,” Avaset began with a beautiful smile on her gorgeous features. “This is what it looks like when people actually care about you. Ja, I’m looking at you, Susan Kent,” Ava said with a roll of the eyes. “Mere distant history," she stated with a wave of her hand. "The moment I locked in the Waldschlösschen Bridge in, she knew und the whole world knew: Susan Kent was finished.” Kaiser’s hometown crowd cheered her on, showing their appreciation for her representation of them as their chosen athlete. “Und, that is exactly what Emily Carter has to look forward to in just a couple nights’ time.”
Avaset smiled brightly, releasing a chuckle as she did. “It is never quite that simple though, is it? Emily Carter has relied on the fact that no matter what has happened in the past, she could rely on Mercy Williams having her back,” Avaset pointed out before allowing a mocking frown cross her face. “But, that isn’t possible now, is it, Emily? You can’t wish it all away because Mercy doesn’t need a friend like you. What she needs is a friend like me. What she needs to relax backstage, grab a tub of popcorn, and watch me break you.” With a light flutter of her eyelashes, Avaset continued driving at her point. “Worry not though, this means you can join a rather popular club.” The suited man from earlier walked up to Avaset Kaiser and handed her a bag. She pulled something out of there, unfolded it, and revealed that it was a t-shirt that said ‘TAPPED TO AVASET CLUB’ across it. With a small smile on her face, Avaset examined the t-shirt with her own eyes. “I think it will fit you perfectly just like Susan Kent’s fits her. Who knows, maybe Susan and you can be new besties because both of you will have much in common very soon.” Avaset smirked; handing the t-shirt aside.
“Jokes aside,” Ava declared almost regally. “At Thursday Night Challenge, there’s only one possible outcome, Emily: me standing over you victorious, and once you get that through your head, life will be much easier. The sooner you realize this the better. Just let it happen and you can go out to get a mani or a pedi on me, girl, instead of me having to rip apart your arm. Better yet, Emily, why not just have a day at the spa on me?” Kaiser whipped her golden locks out of her face before strutting off the stage once more. In the audience, a ‘Kaiser’ chant can be heard growing louder and louder, something that you’d be very unlikely to hear in the United States. With Avaset finished with her scheduled public appearance, the camera slowly faded to black with the majority of the German crowd, chanting for their national heroine.
