“New Year, New Me...rcy”
Mercy’s sheeply grinned when she added the last part to her opening statement. “Yeah, New Year, New Mercy sounds so much better. The whole new year, new me is so cliche and blah.’”
Mercy nodded to herself before sighing heavily and flipping her hair that was in a high ponytail.
Mercy appeared to have just finished a High Intensity Interval Training workout in the exclusive 3GW gym. Mercy was sweaty but still presentable in her high-end branded workout gear of matching grey sports bra and tights. Mercy grabbed a nearby towel to wipe off some excess sweat off her body. Mercy knew what she was doing as she did in a slow, sensual manner over her chest and stomach. Mercy then threw the towel aside to direct her attention back to the 3GW camera that was present.
“People always fall for the it’s a new year which means they can get off their lazy ass and be productive for like a week before they end up failing that resolution.” Mercy faked a frown while she paced through the empty area of the gym.
“Ya know, you all deserve to fail if you only decide to make changes on January 1st. I made my changes why before January and I will continue to my own path of success throughout the year of 2017 and into 2018 and beyond.”
Mercy out-stretched out her arms to illustrate the beyond part. Mercy looked towards her side and picked her green insulated water bottle and took a sip before placing it back down nearby.
“That being said, the first show of TNC for 2017 is upon us and most likely guy and gal wants to make that big first impact of the year. At the last show of 2016, I scored an impressive victory over Peaches.”
“Not like it was hard or anything.” Mercy let out a chuckle, rolling eyes.
“New Year or not, I want to continue on my impressive streak by defeating my next opponent, Gabi… Gabi Beltran.”
“So what is there to know about the gift of the Gabi?” Mercy tapped her manicured index finger to her chin before lowering it to continue speaking.
“She is part of the new blood here in 3GW, who I’ve never come across until now. She’s a serious, no bull type of gal who knows all types of crazy martial arts. The fighting fighter who wants that big fair fight. She earned a victories over Emily’s probably new BFF, Jenny Knite and Susan Kent too. Impressive.”
Mercy slowly clapped with her lips pressed together, making it difficult to decipher if she was being sarcastic or not.
“No, no, I ain’t taking anything away from her. She’s got some big wins under her wing for someone like her. She may be my biggest fight. The unfortunate thing is that I can already see people automatically lumping me in the group of girls she has beaten.”
“Puhhh--leeese” Mercy tried to hide her laughter, raising up her palm towards the camera in talk to the hand gesture.
“I’m a different calibre than those girls, I’m better than those girls and you all need to start understanding this. But, you know what, I’m not even surprised that you’re all still blinded by the fact that a woman like me can be actually talented.”
Mercy sighed heavily with a shrug. “But, whatever.”
“it shouldn’t concern me anymore since you fans rather care about a vanilla basic like Emily Carter or something. ”
Mercy make the sick gesture, pointing her index finger to towards her opened mouth.
“And you’re still wondering why I bloody changed.” Mercy shook her head at the thought how dense everyone has been.
“Oh, FYI it’s nothing to do with jealousy, mate. Look at me, what do I have anything to be jealous of?” Mercy effortlessly posed towards the camera to her side with her backside sticking out and then flexing her toned, muscled arms.
Mercy returned towards the camera as she continued.
“As a fighter, I’ll show how serious when I step into the ring with Gabi Beltran. Oh, I’ll show ya Mercy…”
Mercy let out a deep hoarse laugh, as she grinned into the camera and did some air boxing with a few hooks. Mercy smiled animatedly into the camera before turning away from the camera to pick up her towel and water bottle. Mercy draped the towel on her left shoulder, walking away from the shot of the frame.
