“What,” inquired a German-accented feminine voice. “Why?”
The voice on the other end, an employee of 3GW, had informed Avaset that she wouldn’t be competing at Challenge as scheduled against Echo Rigby. The Golden Kaiser had been looking forward to facing off against Echo, and making an example of her to the roster, namely Jenny Knite.
“But, why, though,” she asked again, trying to urge the man on the other end to give her an acceptable reason why she wouldn’t be competing in a few day’s time. She had already flown in, and was ready to compete.
The answer came as a slap in the face. “Because we overbooked the card so we had to remove a match.”
An angry shriek emanated from Avaset. “This is unbelievable!” She couldn’t even form the words she was so angry. “How dare you! I am the greatest athlete in 3GW, and you remove my match of all matches?! How did Echo take this news, huh? I bet she’s happy, isn’t she? I bet it was her idea, wasn’t it?”
Once the 3GW booking employee was able to get a word in again, he assured her that she would be booked for the following show and that hopefully in the near future Avaset Kaiser versus Echo Rigby would happen.
“It better,” she threatened with a wrinkled nose that actually made her looker cuter rather than intimidating. “Furthermore,” she continued, “I expect air-time to speak my mind.”
“I’ll see what I can do,” said the voice on the other end.
“Nein,” she objected, “you will ensure it happens.” Before the other employee could utter another word, Avaset ended the call and released an ear-splitting scream.
The camera panned across the beautifully snow-dusted landscape of Dresden, Saxony, Germany. It was as if we had been transported to the very definition of a Winter Wonderland. As the lens continued on its journey, it suddenly focused in on a woman clad in the most beautiful fur coat, complete with a hood with ears on it. She was wearing a pair of black leggings, complete with a pair of fur boots. She threw back the hood to reveal herself as none other than Avaset Kaiser. With a lick of her moist, silvery pink lips, she winked into the camera before beginning.
“Let’s be honest with ourselves for a moment, ja,” she began as she hugged her gorgeous fur coat to her body. “Neither Susan Kent nor myself have done very well in 3GW,” Avaset pointed out before putting up a single index finger, “but there is still a vast difference between the two of us even so. Susan, you just don’t quite get it. You prance around hoping a clue might smack you right in the forehead. This is a sport for athletes. You’re here because of some sad, sad little story,” Avaset said with a mocking frown on her face, “und someone in management felt sorry for you. On the other hand, I’m here because I am the most athletic wrestler to grace the squared circle. Meanwhile, you’re nothing but a pretender. Every match you come so close only to let it slip right through your fingers. You have talent, but not enough. Our match is just going to be the same story on a different nacht. When you’re out in the ring reaching for salvation; scratching, clawing, and trying to be strong for your fans, I will be there to slap you right back down, Susan. Even if somehow you think you have me where you want me, you will see exactly why I am the Killer Queen,” she said with a sultry smile.
“Until our match,” Ava continued, “I’m sure you will be making yourself believe. Believe that if you try hard enough, if your fans cheer you on enough, if you get lucky enough, you will defeat me. I hate giving away a good surprise, but, Susan, I just cannot help myself. The only thing you will be doing is tapping out. When you are reaching for the sky, sweetie, I am going to grab that arm and introduce you to the most painful submission move in all of 3GW, the Waldschlößchenbrücke. As you are hearing your own ligaments stretching and tearing, you will come to the realization that a win over the Killer Queen was nothing more than a fantasy.” With apparent satisfaction for her own words, Avaset nodded slightly with that ever-present sultry smile on her face as the scene faded to black.
