Bubble Bath...

[PowerPrincessMaritza]

The camera opens on a dimly lit hallway. On the ground are rose petals that lead down the hall. The camera follows the trail before entering another room. Panning up the camera gets a shot of a bathroom lit by candles. The trail of rose petals ends at the bathtub. Inside the bathtub is none other than The Power Princess Maritza Diaz taking a bubble bath. The thick foam covers everything except her head, her hair pulled up in a bun. Suddenly she turns to the camera and speaks. 

MARITZA: Oh…well hello there. I have had two matches so far in the LDFC and I have come up short both times. And although wrestling is still new to me, competition isn’t and losing is not fun. Now coming up I have a match with Miles Bishop. And normally I would talk to the fans and stuff but I think this time I’m going to talk directly to you Miles.

Maritza lifts one of her legs from the water allowing the bubbles to slowly slide back down. 

MARITZA: Papi…I see you around the training facility. That smile, the swagger…you don’t know this but a lot of the ladies talk about you in the locker room. I think it’s because you are so quiet. You keep to yourself. Not letting anyone in…but you know what?

Maritza adjusts herself in the tub to face the camera, resting her head on her arms. Water and bubbles leap over the top of the tub and down to the floor. 

MARITZA: I think you want to let me in…I see how you look at me…the way you flirt with me on twitter. I know what that invite for pancakes was all about. You like me don’t you papi? It’s okay. Don’t be shy. Admit it, you like me…you want me…you say you like a girl with brains…but it wasn’t my “brain” that caught your attention was it?


And now you and I have to face off in the ring. Are you excited? I am. I bet you can’t wait to finally put those big strong hands of your on me, wrestling me down and holding my shoulders to the mat. It’s almost too good to be true.

Maritza reached for a towel, opens it and stands in the tub using the towel to block anything from the top of her chest down. As she wraps the towel around her, she gives a coy smile while stepping out the tub before continuing. 

MARITZA: Well papi, it is too good to be true. You see your cute smile, and saying all the right things on social media will only get you so far. If you know women as much as you think you do, then you know that when we want something…there isn’t much you can do to change that. And I want that win. Opps…

Suddenly the camera cuts to the floor where the towel that Maritza was wearing is now resting. The camera pans slowly back up her legs but Maritza puts on a robe before anything else is revealed. 

MARITZA: Uh, uh , uh…no peeking papi. What was I saying?

Maritza grabs a bottle off camera and strolls back over to the tub. She lifts her leg placing her foot on the top of the tub allowing her robe to slide dangerously down exposing her upper thigh. She begins to message oil from the bottle she picked up into her legs. 

MARITZA: All jokes aside Miles. Its time I started showing the world that I belong in this business and in that ring. It’s time I prove to myself that I can do this. And it’s unfortunate that you have to be the one that gets taken down in order for me to do this. I like you. I think your great. But when that bell rings you are a target and I will be taking no prisoners. I hope you head…is in the right place.

Maritza finishes rubbing her leg, stands up straight and fixes her eyes to the camera. 

MARITZA: Papi, it’s time for the everyone to see that I can and will make an impact in LDFC. You may have swagger. You may have think you have it all…but in the end you will learn firsthand that the Power Princess…is Stronger…than…you.

Maritz blows a kiss to the camera as it fades to black.
