The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Friday, June 10th and Thursday, June 16th.
SUPERPLEX
A superplex refers to any suplex performed by an attacker standing on the second or third rope against an opponent sitting on the top rope or top turnbuckle. The most common suplex used for this top rope move is the standard vertical suplex variation, in which the attackers apply a front face lock to the opponent, draping the opponent's near arm over their respective shoulders, at this point the wrestler falls backwards and flips the opponent over them so they both land on their backs.
AVALANCHE BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX
This version of a superplex is an overhead belly-to-belly suplex executed on an opponent sitting or standing on the top rope, facing inward.
AVALANCHE BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX
This version of a superplex is a belly-to-back suplex executed on an opponent sitting or standing on the top rope, facing outward.
You have until Thursday, June 16th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
