The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Friday, June 3rd and Thursday, June 9th.
INVERTED DDT
Also known as the reverse DDT. A wrestler applies an inverted facelock to his opponent, then falls backward driving the back of the opponent's head into the mat.
INVERTED POWERSLAM
This move is a version of the scoop powerslam. The attacking wrestler places one arm between an opponent's legs, and reach over the opponent's shoulder with the other arm. Then, the opponent is spun over onto their face/stomach while keeping the opponent horizontal across the wrestler's body at all times.
INVERTED HEADLOCK BACKBREAKER
The attacking wrestler stands behind the opponent and places one arm around the opponent's neck, the attacker then turns 180° so they are back to back. The attacker then bends forward pulling the opponent across his own back, before dropping down to his knees and jarring the back of the opponent.
You have until Thursday, June 9th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
