The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Friday, May 20th and Thursday, May 28th.
SWINGING NECKBREAKER
The attacking wrestler applies a front facelock while he places their hands side by side under each other shoulder and uses their free hand to grab hold of the opponent's far hand before then swinging over the opponent and down to the ground, in a semi-circular motion, so that both the wrestler and the opponent fall to the ground back-first causing the back of the opponent's neck to impact on the shoulder of the attacking wrestler.
HANGMAN'S NECKBREAKER
Better known as a hangman's neckbreaker and also known as a kneeling neckbreaker or a sitout neckbreaker. From a back to back position, the attacking wrestler reaches back and pulls the opponent's head over their shoulder, then drops to a sitting, kneeling, or a split-legged position, causing the back of the opponent's neck to impact on the shoulder of the attacking wrestler.
OVERDRIVE
This is a version of a swinging neckbreaker where the attacking wrestler would use a leg rather than hands to perform the twist. With the opponent bent forwards (presumes the opponent is spun around, neck landing on the inside of the wrestler's knee.
You have until Thursday, May 26th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
