The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Thursday, May 12th and Wednesday, May 18th.
DRAGON SLEEPER
EDIT: Since the video won't embed, CLICK HERE
The attacking wrestler stands behind the opponent who is either sitting or lying face down, they pull the opponent into an inverted facelock, often hooking the opponent's near arm with their free arm. The attacker then pulls backwards and up, wrenching the opponent's neck and spine. If the opponent is sitting, the wrestler can press their knee into the opponent's back, adding pressure.

DRAGON CLUTCH
The wrestler begins the hold by standing over a face-down opponent. He reaches down to pull the opposing wrestler up slightly, sits on his back, traps one of his opponents arms while using his free arm to apply an inverted facelock. This move is a combination of a Camel Clutch and a Dragon Sleeper.
DRAGONRANA
In this variant of the diving hurricanrana, the wrestler first performs a front flip from the top rope before executing a true hurricanrana into a pin.
You have until Wednesday, May 18th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
