Ring Entrance:
"Wish it Away" by Psyko Dalek plays over the PA system, and once the song's intro finishes, through the curtains walks Rab McKinley, who is greeted by a cheer. As he makes his way towards the ring, Rab slaps the hands of some of the fans that reach out to him. After arriving at ringside, Rab heads for one of the corners, clambers up onto the ring apron, and then climbs to the second rope, to further cheers and applause from the fans. Rab soaks in the reaction from the crowd for several seconds before leaping over the top rope, into the ring, and turning his attention towards his opponent, as he awaits the start of the match.
CHARACTER BACKGROUND
Pic Base:
Joe Coffey
Gimmick:
An easy-going, gregarious Scot, who is a latecomer to wrestling.
Bio:
Robert "Rab" McKinley is a complete novice in wrestling. Originally from Scotland, he has been living on the East Coast of the US for a couple of years now. Since arriving in The States he has worked a series of menial jobs, none of which have lasted for very long. Tired of bouncing from job to job, Rab desired something with greater longevity, so taking inspiration from the exploits of his cousin Natalie, and being no stranger to a gym himself, he decided to try his hand at wrestling. It was that decision that led him to attend a tryout camp for Lion's Den Fighting Championships, which is what he hopes will be the first step towards a long and successful career in wrestling.
