The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Friday, May 6th and Wednesday, May 11th.
Spinning Fireman’s Carry Cutter
This is an elevated version of the cutter in which the opponent is first raised over the shoulders of a wrestler in the fireman's carry position. From here, the attacking wrestler twists the opposite way and quickly switches back throwing the legs of the opponent out backwards and drops down to the mat while taking hold of the opponent's head to force him to fall into a high impact cutter.
Falling Inverted DDT
A wrestler applies an inverted facelock. Then the attacker throws his own feet backwards, falling onto his own stomach. The defending wrestler has the back of his head driven into the mat.
Sitout Rear Mat Slam
The wrestler takes hold of their opponent from behind, holding them by either their hair or the top of their head. The wrestler then jumps backwards and falls to a sitting position, driving the back of the opponent's head into the ground between their legs.
You have until Wednesday, May 11th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
