The Sri Lankan sighs as he makes his way down the street on this warm spring day, looking at the address of each and every house he passes, muttering the number he is looking for to himself. It is not until he reaches the near end of the street that he finally finds the address that he has been looking for. Letting out a sigh of relief, the young man moves forward before he walks towards the front door of the house. Taking a deep breath, the young man then knocks thrice before taking a step back and waiting for the door to open.
He hears footsteps, but they stop once they reach the other side of the door. A-P rolls his eyes before he clears his throat and addresses the man he believes is looking at him through the peephole.
A-P: It’s me. The kid from Sri Lanka that Levi told you about.
There’s a few more seconds of silence...before the locks on the door are unlocked and the door swings open to show Shouta Kurosawa standing on the other side. Dressed in shorts and a tee, the VP of Project Continuum is sweating and somewhat short of breath.
A-P: Training?
Shouta nods.
Shouta Kurosawa: Before you ask, Levi told me about you already. Why are you here?
A-P: Thought I would introduce myself to my future partner.
Kurosawa scoffs, getting a confused look from A-P.
A-P: What was that about?
The HKW Global Tag Team champion sighs.
Shouta Kurosawa: Don't tell Levi I told you this, but...you just stupidly sold your soul. You're screwed either way by teaming with me.
A-P: What do you mean?
Shouta shakes his head.
Shouta Kurosawa: Because if we win, you're stuck being part of this group. If we lose, then I'll likely have to break you and put you on the shelf. So yeah, you're screwed either way.
Kurosawa lets out a sigh.
Shouta Kurosawa: As of right now, we don’t really need to be friendly with one another. As far as I’m concerned, you’re likely going to fall flat on your ass and I’m going to have to put you down like a dog. Just...prepare for the worst at this point, because I know that’s what I’m doing too.
Shouta then closes the door, leaving a stunned A-P on the other side. The Sri Lankan lets out a sigh of his own before running his hands through his hair.
He needs to go talk to Levi...now.

The scene opens up to a smiling A-P and an always serious looking Shouta Kurosawa, both dressed in street clothes and standing in front of what seems to be a white brick wall with a poster of the Project Continuum logo hung up there. A-P clears his throat before he begins to speak.
“Welcome, ladies and ladies! I am-”
Shouta immediately turns to look at him, getting A-P to stop what he was trying to say.
“What? What did I do?”
“I believe when I ALLOWED you to join me in this Dynamic Duos tournament, we agreed that I would do the talking until you proved that you were capable in the ring?”
“Yeah, we did, but-”
“But nothing. Those were the terms that you agreed to. If you don’t like it, I can easily just leave you to the wolves.”
A-P clenches his jaw before lowering his head, admitting defeat. This gets a nod from Kurosawa, who then turns before he speaks to the viewers of this video.
“As my PARTNER was trying to say, welcome. For those of you who do not know me, I am Shouta Kurosawa. And for those of you who do not know my partner, as you shouldn’t, his name is A-P. I am part of one of the greatest factions in wrestling today in Project Continuum and my partner is a prospect for this great group of ours. Hence why we are named Project Continuum, for those of you too slow to realize why.”
Shouta folds his arms in front of his chest before he continues on.
“And we have entered Dynamic Duos to prove two main things, really. The first is to show that I am one of the best tag team wrestlers in the world. I’ve already built a reputation up for myself in about a year of this career of mine. I’m a two time tag team champion, currently holding tag team gold in Hard Knox Wrestling. I have countless tag team victories. I have destroyed men and women in the ring when paired up with a partner. And soon enough, A-P and I will do the same here in Frontier Grappling Arts and in this tournament.
The second thing A-P and I came here to prove is that Project Continuum is indeed one of the greatest factions in wrestling today. Members of our unit have captured multiple titles. Members of our unit have become tournament winners, specifically our leader, Levi Chambers, who has been hailed as a god with tournament wrestling. So here we are looking to build up to his tournament reputation by winning one for ourselves. But of course, as always, our work is cut out for us as we are immediately paired up with a team that intrigues me a lot more than the others.
This is the team of Mr. Wulf Erikssen and Miss Jolyne Dysart, who are collectively known as Justice Riot.”
A-P seems to mutter something that gets Shouta to quickly shoot him a glare. This causes A-P to try to play it off as a cough, but Shouta isn’t buying it as he rolls his eyes and goes back to talking after looking away from his partner.
“I find this pair interesting because it is a student working alongside her teacher. A similar pairing like this was made in last year’s Dynamic Duos with Mr. Chris Bond and his protege Mr. Jason Bronco. That pairing was able to defeat one of Sin City Wrestling’s finest before they were bounced out of the tournament in the following round.
So perhaps Mr. Erikssen and Miss Dysart will look to not do the same, but even better than that. And perhaps they do indeed do a lot better. After all, despite all their arguing, this is a talented team.
Mr. Erikssen has proven himself to be quite capable in the ring when it comes to tag team wrestling. After all, in the place in San Diego that a lot of you don’t like to talk about, you teamed with Mr. Steve Lenton as part of TROUBLE and ran roughshod over that tag team division. I actually admire that you actually gave a damn about tag team wrestling. As for your partner?
Well, Miss Dysart certainly has tournament experience, does she not? She was in the Young Guns Cup with me and even made it further than anyone expected, making her a dark horse to win it at that point. Then she competed in the Titans of Trios tournament, where she found herself and her team being stopped in the semifinals. Simply put, so far you have come close to taking the prize home, Miss Dysart, but have not actually taken the prize home.
And it will remain the same once you fall to myself and A-P.”
The Sri Lankan chuckles while his Canadian partner ignores him and proceeds as if nothing happened.
“You see, unlike Justice Riot, Project Continuum has a much bigger goal. A-P and I not only want to win this tournament, but we want to become champions as well. And we certainly did not arrive here and enter this tournament not to add some more to my tag team resume and actually add something to his.
Meanwhile, while you two may want to become the winners of this whole thing and maybe even tag team champions, it is not your primary goal. See, maybe I shouldn’t speak on this because I do not know of all of the details, but I saw what one of the other competitors in this tournament, Mr. GRENDEL, did to you both. And I know if that happened to me, the only thing that would be on my mind is vengeance.
That right there could very well cost you because neither myself or A-P will bother to give you a second to breathe while we’re in the ring. And we’re certainly not going to allow you to just look past us on this path you’re looking to take to a man who may not even reach the finals.
Every team in this tournament is in it to win, but only one team will be able to call themselves the 2016 Dynamic Duos winners. Forgive me, but I don’t think a dysfunctional pairing such as yourselves will be able to do such a thing. Unlike you two, my partner is willing to follow my lead and is certainly a lot more...for lack of a better term, more desperate than you. When you really put all of the cards out there, we have a clear goal, you...don’t.
I’m not saying you are not skilled, I’m just saying that maybe the focus on us doesn’t seem to be strong enough. Or maybe I’m completely wrong and you show up and give my partner and I a hell of a fight. After all, you’re both very capable of holding your own in a wrestling ring. I’ve seen this before and would be a fool to deny it.
But I am not a fool and soon enough, both you and your partner will learn that if you are looking past us, it’s a very stupid move.
However, all this talk has really been is a distraction for myself and my partner. I prefer to do my talking in the ring, with my actions. So on Saturday night?
That’s exactly what we’re going to do.”
Shouta then moves forward and seems to cut the feed, ending the video.
