"Got one over on you, you stupid son of a bitch."
Jensen smiles as he walks through the halls of the Barclay's Center. The young man is smiling as he has just managed to pull a fast one on his former best friend, Rhys Baines.
Banks was being forced to team up with Baines and his new group of friends due to the dirt Rhys had apparently gotten over the years on him. Jensen, however, was not going to be someone's bitch. He was not going to be treated like someone's puppet, and he wanted Rhys to know that. So when he went out there tonight, the Brooklyn native threw the match. After all, Rhys was only forcing him to come out there and be part of the team. He never told him he had to personally help the team win, just that he had to be out there with him.
Jensen, realizing that he could send one more "fuck you" to Rhys Baines, decided that when he finally stepped in there, he would fake taking a punch from Lance Winters and pretend that he got knocked out from it. This lead to him getting pinned and eliminated, forcing Rhys to fight the last three members of Team RIP by himself. It honestly could not have gone any better for Jensen.
Banks smirks as he looks at one of the backstage workers, who gives him a thumbs up, letting him know that he agreed with what he did out there. Jensen takes a few more steps before he finally hops on top of an equipment crate and lets out a sigh of relief, happy that this is over with.
Or so he thinks.
"Bet you thought that was real cute what you pulled out there, huh?"
The LDFC wrestler sighs again before he looks over and sees a tired and furious Rhys Baines walking up to him.
"What can I say? That was a hell of a punch. Damn near knocked the J out of my name."
"That's bloody adorable. I hope you enjoyed yourself tonight, because I'm far from finished holding this dirt I have on you over your head."
Baines then walks off, leaving Banks alone. Jensen scoffs before he shakes his head.
"Oh, you're gonna be finished soon enough."

"Last Pride was a good one and a bad one for me.
On the good side, Emily and I proved that our first tag team victory wasn't a fluke as we put down Butcher and...uh...Derby? Kirby? Whatever the fuck that other guy's name is, he lost to us too. Both Butcher and Darby came into that match knowing they had everything on us physically, and they still had to attempt to cheat. But in the end, we're the ones moving on.
On the bad side, I stupidly got tricked into saving someone who turned out to be one of Skylar's cronies and got dropped on my head for my troubles. But don't worry, Skylar and her new followers will answer for that soon enough.
So last show wasn't exactly my greatest ever, but this show? I got a feeling it's going to go a hell of a lot better.
I got a feeling it's going to go a lot better simply because the team we are facing this week is a team that both Emily and I respect. It's a team of two people who could very well beat us and destroy our hopes of becoming the first ever LDFC Tag Team champs. It's none other than Becky and Mason Mannion; Brute Camp.
Normally, this would be the time where I try to shit talk whoever I'm facing, but I actually respect and like this pair of people, so you're gonna be sorely disappointed. I think Becky and Mason are both very talented. They clearly wanna be here and they clearly know what they're doing in the ring, especially when they team with one another. Some would say Becky is a little too innocent and that Mason doesn't actually care, but I don't see that.
What I see is the dark horse of this tournament, which means that Emily and I are gonna have to watch our backs when we face you guys. You guys are a huge roadblock when it comes to these titles, but I truly believe that when Thursday comes around, Emily and I are gonna be walking out the winners. I'm sure you guys believe that you will walk out the winners too.
All I can say is bring everything you got to the table, because we're planning on doing the same.
I wish y'all luck, but you're not walking out the winners.
BANK ON IT."
