Hey guys. I figured this would be a good way to keep storylines moving heading into the "off week".

After each show, I'll post an After Show thread for each show. The idea of the After Show is to give your in-character thoughts on what happened on the show.

I'm not asking for anything much. This isn't even mandatory. But 5-6 lines at the most is perfectly fine. If you want to do more than that? By all means, go for it.

The camera catches up with Josh Mitchell backstage, still being treated by the EMTs. He's trying to do something with his cellphone, as the EMT is trying to treat him.

MEDIC: Lay down please, Mister Mitchell. I just need to check you for concussion.

JOSH MITCHELL: Will somebody please tell me what happened? Did I lose? I lost, didn't I. That's why nobody's telling me anything.

Josh taps awar at his cell some more.

MEDIC: I have no idea... now please lay still.

CAMERAMAN: Uh, actually, it was a draw. I think you knocked out Black just before you passed out.

He stops.

JOSH MITCHELL: Oh... really? I didn't lose?

CAMERAMAN: Uh, no.

JOSH MITCHELL: Well then. Ain't that something.

He looks down to his prosthetic leg, as the medic takes the chance to shine a torch in his eyes, and the cameraman gets on his way.

Jessie Pederson and a cameraman catch up with Triple T and his brother Maurice Graham backstage as they are attempting to leave the arena. Graham has a big smile on his face as he talks to Terrence. However Triple T’s face is emotionless. He is staring straight ahead as they walk not acknowledging his brother’s words. 

JESSIE PEDERSON: Triple T, Maurice Graham, what happened out there? What’s going on?


MAURICE GRAHAM: What does it look like happened baby girl we…

Suddenly Triple T turns to his brother motioning for him to stop. Still with little emotion on his face he speaks. 

TRIPLE T: There is no need for you to even try to explain things bro. Let me handle this. Get the car…this won’t take long.

Maurice Graham pats his brother on the back before taking his leave. 

Jessie, I told everyone that I was tired of being disrespected. I told everyone that this was a match that no one would forget. For months I have had my entire career scrutinized and diminished by one jack ass or another. People saying I don’t deserve to be where I am. People saying I’m not as good as I claim to be. And you want to know one of the biggest offenders? I’ll give you a hint; he’s the big dumb bastard I just left in the ring to get his ass kicked.


You look confused…not surprised…let’s go back. Just before out title match. After I gave him the upmost respect, after I gave him all the props in the world you know what he does? He tells me and the entire LDFC…and I quote “Yes Terrence, I made you…you’re here because of me taking you under my wing out of the kindness of my own heart.” He then continued to say that NOTHING I have accomplished here was on my own. That me being here and in the position that I’m in was all because of him. And that he “Dragged me along through a series of tag matches.”


But it gets better Jessie. After ALL of that I still went out there and wrestled my ass off. I still went out there and wrestled the match people are still talking about. I didn’t take short cuts. I didn’t cheat or try to take Nest out…which in hindsight was probably the best option. But I didn’t. And when he did win the match, I STILL gave him respect. I still congratulated him like a man!

But what does your champion do? What does the guy that all you people cheer and clap for do? He mocks me on social media calling me a “certified number 2”?

Triple T pauses for a moment, trying to keep the anger down.  

TRIPLE T: I’m not even going to go into the juvenile, elementary context of that statement. But I will say that it was a deliberate slap in the face that half you feebleminded morons didn’t even see.


And you know what? I wish, I could say that was it. But it’s not. Nest continued his disrespect. After finding out that he and I were tag partners again he goes back to social media and tells the world he has no interest in the tag titles and that once this was all said and done I could find another partner. What am I, a charity case now?


Your champion has literally stood there and bad mouthed me for months. He has degraded my career and taken credit for my accomplishments, and you guys continue to cheer for him. You continue to lift him up as “the man” well in my eyes he’s not even a man.


JESSIE PEDERSON: And your brother?


TRIPLE T: You know for years he and I have been at odds, for reasons that are not on your business. We have fought, separating the family. But you know what? When I lost that match and had to listen to the people that cheered my name before the match cheer for Nest afterwards, I realized that just like Nest, there was no respect in that arena. I left the ring, walked to the back, grabbed my gear, and headed for the hotel and NO ONE said a word to me. No one cared about the guy that lost except one person. My brother called me that night and flew out the next morning. He and I chopped it up and I realized that he was right the whole time. He told me that others would try to take credit for what I’ve done. He told me that the fans don’t give a damn about me. And he was right that when you are not the winner you are nothing no matter how hard you worked.


So now Triple T has a new mission. No I didn’t to what I did to trick Nest into another title shot. I mean we both know he doesn’t want that. See I tried to gain respect by giving it. Now I’m going to gain it by beating it out of any and every one I deem necessary. They want to start me at the bottom to work my way up again? No problem. I’ve done it before. In fact I was the first to do it!


It’s about to get real in the LDFC…I promise.
