The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Thursday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 17th.
LIFTING SITOUT DOUBLE UNDERHOOK FACEBUSTER
This facebuster is performed when a wrestler bends an opponent forward and hooks each of the opponent's arms behind his/her back. The wrestler then pulls back on the opponent's arms, lifting him/her up so that the opponent is held upside down facing in the same direction as the wrestler. The attacker then drops to a seated position, planting the opponent's body into the mat face-first.
DOUBLE CHICKENWING FACEBUSTER
The wrestler hooks both an opponent's arms in an elevated double chickenwing, then lifts them up into the air from behind. The attacker then drops down to a seated position, dropping the opponent down onto the mat face first.
BELLY-TO-BACK INVERTED MAT SLAM
From a position in which the opponent is bent forward against the wrestler's midsection, the wrestler grabs around his or her opponent's midsection and lifts so that the opponent is held upside down, facing in the same direction as the wrestler. The wrestler then hooks both arms of the opponent using his or her legs, and then falls forward, planting the opponent's body into the mat face-first.
CRADLE BELLY-TO-BACK INVERTED MAT SLAM
A variation on the Belly-to-Back Inverted Mat Slam. This move sees the attacker cradle his arms around one of his opponent’s legs, lift them up (so that they’re facing the same way as the attack), and then slam then down to the mat face-first.
You have until Wednesday, February 17th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
