The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Thursday, February 4th and Wednesday, February 10th.
SLINGSHOT PLANCHA
Also know as a Pescado or a Vaulting Body Press, this move sees the attacker using the top rope to vault over the top rope. After clearing the top rope, the attacker comes down on their opponent with a crossbody block.
SOMERSAULT PLANCHA
This move sees the attacker running towards the ropes. The attacker then front-flips over the top rope and comes down back-first across their opponent.
ELBOW SUICIDA
This move is very similar to a suicide dive. But instead of simply lunging their body through the ropes, the attacker jumps through the ropes and delivers an elbow smash to his/her opponent.
You have until Wednesday, February 10th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
