The lights dim as "Beneath The Silt" hits. After a few prolonged moments, the verse kicks in and Brody Watts stalks out, inspiring boos from the crowd. He pays the catcalls no mind, however, stalking down to the ring at a methodical pace, looking around a moment before sliding in.
Tony Allen: The following Six Man Tag Team Match is scheduled for one fall and it is your main event of the evening! Introducing first, from Bloody Corners, Ohio! Weighing in at 285 pounds… BRODY WATTS!
He paces for a moment, the boos intensifying further before he shoulders roughly past the referee and ring announcer, heading to slouch against the turnbuckles...and wait.
Geoff Penzer: Brody Watts made his shocking return to LDFC two weeks ago at the end of Pride. But even more shocking than him resurfacing were his actions inside the ring.
The soft melody of ‘Crimson’ by Morcheeba begins to play throughout the arena as The Crimson Baroness steps out from behind the curtain; her top hat is tipped forward, covering her eyes slightly as she poses, resting both hands on the head of her cane. The crowd give her a moderately negative reaction, booing and jeering emanating from a small section of them as The Crimson Baroness begins her slow walk to the ring.
Tony Allen: And his partner, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! She is the current Carolina Cup holder… THE CRIMSON BARONESS!
She climbs up the ring steps, urging the referee to hold the ropes open for her before she steps in under the middle ropes; The Crimson Baroness removes her hat and places it delicately in the corner next to her cane before she waits for the match to begin.
The Crimson Baroness has her eyes set on Emily Carter. The history between these two dates back quite a while. According to The Baroness, this is far from over and she isn’t going to stop until Emily’s taken out of the arena in an ambulance.
"And I'm going to make sure that they all pay..."
The opening of "Razor's Edge" by Digital Daggers fills the arena speakers. The lights dim down to almost nothing while flashes of green light hit the entrance ramp. After a few seconds, Valcone comes out from the back with a towel over his head. He pays no mind to the crowd or anything around him, continuing his steady pace down the entrance ramp.
Tony Allen: And their partner, from Hollywood, California! Weighing in at 191 pounds… VALCONE!
Once he reaches ringside, the "Sultan formerly known as Prince MacRear" slides into the ring and rips the towel from his head. He keeps his head down as he pushes himself up to his feet and slowly raises his head, revealing his unmasked face. Valcone smirks as he looks around at the crowd.
Geoff Penzer: Then there’s this man, Valcone. He’s arguably the reason that all of this has started. The man snapped long ago when he decided to don that ridiculously mask. But he was pushed even further over the edge once the mask was stolen by Donovan Cross. Apparently Brody Watts, of all people, was the only one to contact him after his mask was stolen. Then, after The Crimson Baroness offered to help him get it back, these three hatched a plan to take out Donovan Cross, Bree Nelson and Emily Carter. I hate to say it, but they just may achieve their goal here tonight. I hope not. But they may.
As the guitar strums at the beginning of "Come On", the audience turns their attention to the entrance way. When the drums kick in, Emily Carter normally comes out. Except this time, she doesn’t. Her music continues to play, but there’s no sign of Emily anywhere.
Geoff Penzer: I hear her music playing. But Emily Carter hasn’t shown her face. What’s going on here?
After the music dies down, the crowd speculates amongst themselves as Valcone, The Crimson Baroness and Brody Watts all give each other quizzical looks.
"Uma Thurman" by Fall Out Boy begins playing over the PA system. Some fog begins pouring up from the ground near the black curtain. But Bree Nelson doesn’t appear through the fog. Her music continues to play, but there’s no sign of her.
Geoff Penzer: And now Bree’s not coming out! What on earth is going on here? Don’t tell me that these three have attacked Donovan, Bree and Emily. Tell me that isn’t the case!
After the music dies, the crowd begins to boo as The Crimson Baroness chuckles. She motions to Valcone and Brody before telling them that they wisely skipped out on the match.
"The Future In The End" by Evans Blue blares over the speakers as Donovan Cross, Bree Nelson and Emily Carter all burst through the curtain one after another. The crowd explodes into cheers at the sight of the trio.
Geoff Penzer: Here they are!
The trio then races down to the ring as the crowd is about to blow the roof off.
Geoff Penzer: … AND HERE THEY COME!!!
After they slide in, Emily makes a beeline for The Crimson Baroness. But TCB quickly baseball slides to the outside. But Emily’s right there on her tail. Emily slingshots herself over the top rope, lands on her feet and then chases TCB around the ring. Back inside the ring, Bree runs right at Brody. But a shoulderblock sends the Louisiana native down. Brody then reaches down, yanks up Bree by the hair, runs and tosses her through the ropes and to the floor. On the other side of the ring, Cross and Valcone continue to trade punches. That is, until Brody comes up from behind and knocks Cross down to a knee with a double ax handle to the back. Back outside the ring, Emily continues to chase the Baroness. TCB finally rolls back into the ring. But once again, Emily is hot on her trail. After Emily slides back into the ring, she runs after TCB. But she’s blindsided by a running shoulderblock from Brody. Baroness and Valcone head out into their corner as Brody puts the boots to Emily.
Brody picks up Emily and launches her into the corner. He then runs over to attack, but Emily nails him with a boot to the face. He stumbles back before coming to a stop. After shaking off the blow, Brody charges back into the corner. Emily goes for another boot to the face. But this time, Brody knows it’s coming. So he stops, catches her foot and then yanks her out of the corner, sending her crashing back first onto the apron. While Emily’s down, the Baroness eagerly extends her hand out for a tag. Brody sees this, so he goes over and tags her in. The crowd roars with boos as the Baroness gets in the ring.
Geoff Penzer: Oh, NOW she wants to mix it up now that Emily’s down.
TCB circles Emily like a vulture before putting the boots to her. She then quickly heads back over and tags in Valcone.
Geoff Penzer: Boy, that was quick. Get your kicks in and then run away. Why am I not surprised by her actions?
Valcone legally enters the ring for the first time and picks up where Baroness left off. He puts the boots to Emily before picking her up and moving her into the corner. It’s there that Valcone chokes her, causing the ref to start a five count.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Valcone breaks the hold… only to rake Emily across the eyes. The crowd boos as Valcone pummels Emily down into the corner with right hands. Once Emily is seated in the corner, Valcone steps back towards the center of the ring. Once he's got the opposition lined up, Valcone smirks before barreling into the corner. He hurls himself at Emily, going for a running thump. But Emily rolls out of the way, causing Valcone’s hip to crash into the corner. The crowd cheers at the sight of Valcone in pain. While Valcone limps out of the corner, Emily crawls over towards her comrades. Both Bree and Donovan have their arms extended out for the tag. After Emily gets to her feet, she stumbles over and tags Donovan in.
Geoff Penzer: Donoovan Cross is in and the crowd is hot for this young man!
Donovan steps into the ring to a roar of cheers. Upon hearing the cheers, Valcone immediately turns around and sees Donovan charging at him. So Valcone leap frogs over him. Donovan’s momentum then takes him into the ropes. When Donovan comes back, Valcone brings him down with a drop toe hold. After Donovan’s face smacks against the canvas, he immediately gets up to his knees and favors his mouth. While Donovan’s down, Valcone quickly runs over and nails him with a knee lift, knocking him down. He makes the cover.

Furious that Cross would kick out after one, Valcone mounts himself on top of him and hammers away with a flurry of right hands, resulting in boos from the crowd. He then grabs Cross by the ears before ramming the back of his head repeatedly against the canvas. Valcone then gets to his feet, only to deliver a series of repeated knee drops to the face. After each knee, Valcone can be heard yelling out “UGLY!”
Geoff Penzer: There’s certainly no love lost between these two. It was in fact Donovan Cross that stole Valcone’s mask. But Donovan Cross stole the mask to prove a point. Mask or no mask, Valcone was still ugly on the inside and that was something that he couldn’t hide.
Valcone picks up Cross, marches into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. He then reaches over and tags in the Baroness. After the Baroness gets in, she turns Cross towards her. She cups his chin with her hands and looks at him. She pouts as she shakes her head. After telling Cross that “you did this to yourself,” she lets out a blistering knife edge chop. She then lets out another stinging chop… and another. But Cross is quick to grab Baroness, toss her into the corner and deliver a series of stinging chops of her own. The crowd cheers as he turns and socks Brody with a right hand. He then turns to take a swipe at Valcone. But Valcone ducks and counters with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. While Cross is doubled over, Baroness grabs a hold of him, brings him from out of the corner and plants him with a Snap DDT. She makes the cover.

As Baroness looks over towards Donovan’s corner and she sees both Emily and Bree scowling at her. Baroness can’t help but to let out a chuckle before delivering an arm wrench. After a hard yank of the arm, Baroness delivers another arm wrench. She then drags Cross back into her corner. Once there, she climbs up onto the top turnbuckle. From there, she carefully walks halfway across the top rope before delivering a flying chop to the back of the neck, knocking him down to his knees. While Cross is kneeling down in front of her, Baroness sizes him up before delivering a series of shoot kicks to the chest. TCB then takes a step back before blasting Cross in the face with a Savate Kick. She makes the cover.

Valcone breaks up the pin.
Geoff Penzer: The Crimson Baroness caught all of that kick to the face. But Valcone was right there to make the save.
As Valcone heads back out, Cross slowly picks up Baroness, only to run into his corner and slam her face first into the top turnbuckle. As soon as he tags in Emily, Baroness quickly flees scurries out of the corner and returns to the safety of her own corner. Emily shakes her head with disgust as Baroness wags her finger at her.
Geoff Penzer: This crowd is really letting The Crimson Baroness have it now.
After Emily gets in the ring, TCB eggs her to get over into her corner and fight her. But Emily isn’t about to fall for that trap. TCB then motions for Emily to bring it. But again, Emily isn’t about to walk into that trap. So TCB turns and tags Brody back in. Once Brody gets in, Emily can see Bree motioning for the tag out of the corner of her eye. Emily turns and asks Bree if this is what she wants. After reading Emily’s lips, Bree nods. Against her better judgment, Emily goes over and tags Bree in.
Geoff Penzer: Now we’re about to see Bree in legally for the first time tonight...
As soon as Bree gets in, she and Brody circle the ring. She then runs over at Brody and connects with a dropkick, but it barely fazes him. So Bree gets back up and hits another dropkick. But again, it has little effect on The Mid American Nightmare. After returning to her feet, Bree takes off into the ropes. When she returns, Brody takes a wild swipe, trying to take of Bree’s head with a lariat. But Bree ducks and runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she connects with a dropkick to the knee, knocking Brody down to one knee. After she returns to her feet, Bree runs over and hammers away with a series of right hands. But Brody’s able to shove Bree back. But Bree comes right back and nails him with a series of forearm strikes to the face. But again, Brody shoves her back. In fact, he shoves her with such force that Bree falls to the canvas. But Bree rolls right back up, runs back over at Brody and connects with a single leg dropkick to the face, knocking him down. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Brody shoves Bree off of him.
Geoff Penzer: Brody just shoved her off of him with ease!
Bree’s shocked. She’s taken aback by the strength of Brody. But only momentarily. As Brody tries to get back to his feet, Bree races over and applies a side headlock. She really cinches in the hold as she tries to grind Brody down. But it has little effect on Brody, who shoves Bree off of him and into the ropes. When Bree comes back, she tries to slide through Brody’s legs. But Brody reaches down and catches her by the throat with both hands. He then hoists Bree in the air and holds her there, choking her with all of his might while the crowd boos. Bree kicks her legs as she tries to do everything she can to break free. But it’s to no avail. That is, until she reaches down and connects with a bell clap, slapping Brody as hard as she can in the ears. The move causes Brody to drop her and cover his ears. While Brody’s hurt, Bree turns and takes off into the ropes. When Bree returns, she delivers a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takeover, sending Brody stumbling into the ropes. Bree gets up, only goes, turns Brody around and goes for an irish whip. But Brody reverses, sending Bree into the ropes. But instead of bouncing into the ropes and returning, Bree uses the momentum to baseball slide under the bottom tope and out onto the apron. Brody sees this, so he charges at her. But Bree grabs the top rope and pulls down, sending Brody tumbling over the top rope and crashing hard to the outside. The crowd cheers as Brody’s sprawled out on the floor. Bree then jumps off the apron and crashes on top of Brody, delivering a diving double knee drop.
Geoff Penzer: Bree with a devastating double knee drop off the apron! This has to feel good after what he did to her two weeks ago!
Bree tries to pick up Brody, but she can’t do it by herself. So Emily hops down and goes to help Bree. But Brody quickly shoves Emily back before taking Bree and ramming her back-first against the side of the ring. Emily goes back over towards Brody, but Brody knocks her down with a right hand. Cross then swings around the ring post and dives off. But Brody knocks him down out of the air. He then takes Bree and rolls her back into the ring. After rolling himself back in, he pulls up Bree before sending her into the ropes. Brody then comes barreling into the corner. But Bree greets him with a boot to the face. As Brody turns around and is momentarily dazed, Bree hoists herself up onto the middle ropes, dives off and drops him down with a bulldog. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

As Bree continues to crawl, Valcone crouches down and strafes alongside her, encouraging her to make the tag. Just as she’s almost there, Valcone stands up and delivers a hard kick to the ribs, knocking Bree over onto her back as the crowd erupts into boos. Valcone then looks at Cross as he intentionally steps onto Bree’s stomach. He then turns and steps on her in the opposite direction. After turning Bree over onto all fours, Valcone stands over her. He then takes her arm and holds it out with both hands, pretending to have Bree reach out for the tag. The crowd continues to boo while Valcone laughs. He pulls Bree’s arm back, then puts it forward, then pulls back again. Valcone switches his grip, grabbing a hold of Bree’s right pinky before yanking it back in the opposite direction.
Geoff Penzer: Good God!
Upon seeing this, Cross immediately gets in the ring. But Valcone steps back, allowing the ref to cut off Cross. While the ref’s holding Cross back, both Brody and Baroness and get and help Valcone stomp all over Bree. The crowd roars with boos at the sight of the triple team. Emily then gets in, but the ref holds orders her back as well. Valcone and Brody then exit the ring. Once Donovan and Emily reluctantly head back out onto the apron, the Baroness sits up Bree and applies a rear chinlock. The ref asks if she wants to give up, but Bree shakes her head, refusing to quit.
Geoff Penzer: The damage may have already been done to young Bree Nelson. She’s already not at 100%. The longer she’s in this hold, the worse it’s going to be for her. Bree’s already worn down as it is.
Emily begins to stomp on the apron while Donovan claps his hands. The crowd follows suit, rallying behind Bree. Bree looks around and sees the crowd behind her. She begins to feed off their energy. After shaking her arms, she slowly turns over onto her knees, much to the surprise of The Crimson Baroness. As Bree rises to her feet, TCB shakes her head in disbelief. Bree then delivers four elbows to the midsection, breaking the hold. While TCB is doubled over, Bree turns and takes off into the ropes. The Baroness then begins to repeatedly slap Emily across the back of the head to boos from the crowd. But the boos turn to cheers as Emily’s hooks her arms around TCB’s legs. She then gets up to her feet, placing TCB on her back. Emily then runs backwards in the corner, squashing The Baroness to cheers from the crowd. Emily turns around and is ready to unload on TCB. But The Baroness wisely ducks her upper body between the ropes, forcing the ref to move Emily back. Emily tries to go after TCB. But the ref won’t allow it. The ref then has to move Emily back to the middle of the ring, resulting in an eruption of boos. After TCB gets her upper body back in the ring, she smirks at Emily before walking over and tagging Valcone back in.
Geoff Penzer: That Crimson Baroness knows how to play the game, I’ll give her that much. She’s picked her spots. She’s used the rules to her advantage and has broken them when she sees fit.

Geoff Penzer: The Subjection! The Baroness has Emily locked in that cross armbar. She doesn’t just want to inflict pain. She wants to break Emily’s arm!
Back on the other side of the ring, Donovan Cross helpless watches as Valcone delivers Damaged Goods to Bree, followed by Despicable YOU. Bree’s unconscious body lays on the mat. But that’s not enough. Brody reaches down, peels Bree up off the canvas and scoops her up onto his shoulders. He looks straight ahead at Donnie before spiking Bree on her head with the Death Valley Bomb. Donovan cries out to Bree, but it's to no avail.
Geoff Penzer: Someone has to come out here and stop this madness! Someone! Anyone!
As Brody mounts himself on top of Bree and pummels her with fists to the face, Valcone rolls to the outside, reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a steel chair. After sliding back into the ring, Valcone grips the chair before…
*THWACK!!!**THWACK!!!**THWACK!!!**THWACK!!!**THWACK!!!*Valcone repeatedly wallops Donovan over the head with the chair until Donovan’s body is knocked free from the ropes. Donovan lays face down on the canvas as Valcone inspects the seat of the chair, which now has very noticeable dents in it.
Geoff Penzer: ….
Back on the other side of the ring, The Crimson Baroness continues to yell as she keeps the Subjection applied. Finally, LDFC referees, along with trainers Marcus Spikes and Dewey Dresden make their way to the ring. But the damage has already been done. The trio of Valcone, The Crimson Baroness and Valcone exit the ring to the hatred of this Carolina crowd. They jeer, they boo, and they shake their heads at this trio with the utmost disgust over their actions.
