Opening Contest | Singles Match Hana Song vs. The Crimson Baroness The horns marking the start of 'Wiping All Out' sound out like the trumpets of reveille would. The lyrics announce the arrival of the Black Adder herself. "I'm not a princess. Not a cutie girlfriend, oh no, don't you know?" Hana stands in front of the black curtain, her head tilted to the right and her arms crossed. She stares down towards the ring, smirking, and drags her tongue left to right across her lips before setting off. Tony Allen: The following, scheduled for one fall, is your opening contest! Introducing first, hailing from Los Angeles, California! She weighs in at 127 pounds! This is “The Black Adder,” HANA SONG! As she walks to the ring, she bobs her head in rhythm to the beat of the song. Outside the ring she slides into it under the bottom rope and the head bob transitions into a quick horizontal body wiggle akin to a snake slithering about. Hana stands and bobs her head until her music stops, at which point she merely waits. The soft melody of ‘Crimson’ by Morcheeba begins to play throughout the arena as The Crimson Baroness steps out from behind the curtain; her top hat is tipped forward, covering her eyes slightly as she poses, resting both hands on the head of her cane. The crowd give her a moderately negative reaction, booing and jeering emanating from a small section of them as The Crimson Baroness begins her slow walk to the ring. Tony Allen: Her opponent, hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! She weighs in at 124 pounds! She is THE CRIMSON BARONESS! She climbs up the ring steps, urging the referee to hold the ropes open for her before she steps in under the middle ropes; The Crimson Baroness removes her hat and places it delicately in the corner next to her cane before she waits for the match to begin. Geoff Penzer: Hello and welcome to another edition of Pride! I’m your host, Geoff Penzer and we’re jumping straight into tonight’s opening contest! Hana Song is making her LDFC debut against The Crimson Baroness. The Baroness claims that she’s been given the honor of breaking in one of the newcomers. But Song, to her credit, didn’t back down from her opponent at all. Song says she’s not in this for honor, respect or a fair fight. She’s only in it for the kill and the Adder is looking to make The Baroness her first victim. Geoff Penzer: The Crimson Baroness had had a lot on her plate recently. From getting into it with Hans and Liesl to her cattiness with Katie Kensington. But tonight, she steps into the ring against an unfamiliar opponent in Hana Song. The Baroness may be brimming with confidence. But I have a feeling she shouldn’t be taken Song lightly. The bell sounds as Song rushes across the ring and connects with a front dropkick, sending an unsuspecting Baroness stumbling into the corner. Geoff Penzer: Hana Song just caught The Baroness off guard with that dropkick to the chest! For someone that claimed she was going to break in the newcomer, she made a rookie mistake there. After getting back to her feet, Song marches over into the corner and unleashes a series of knife-edge chops. She then takes Baroness and whips her into the opposite corner. Song charges across the ring. But Baroness greets her with a boot to the face. As Song turns and staggers away from the corner, Baroness quickly runs up from behind and rolls her up with a school boy. ONE! . . TWO! . . Song kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Baroness nearly stole the victory there, just like she stole a victor from Butcher a few weeks back. Once both grapplers get back to a vertical base, Baroness is quick to slap on a side headlock. But Song is able to slither out and reverse into a hammerlock. She then applies pressure to the hold, causing Baroness to flinch and cringe in pain. The ref asks her is she wants to give up. But the Baroness refuses to quit. After a series of back elbows to the face, Baroness leans forward and reverses into a hammerlock of her own. But Song is quick to reach back, grab Baroness by the back of the neck and throw her down with a snapmare. Before Baroness can even get back to her feet, Song throws out a shoot kick to the back. The impact from the kick reverberates throughout the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Baroness surely felt that one up and down her spine. Baroness may have been in LDFC longer than Song. But Song is in the Intermediate Class for a reason and we’re seeing exactly why right here. As Baroness stays in the seated position, Song runs up from behind and lands another shoot kick to the back. Baroness arches her back in pain as Song’s shin collides with her back. Song then reaches down, picks up Baroness and pushes her back, sending her stumbling into the ropes. Song cautiously walks over before delivering a series of shoot kicks to the chest. Each kick nearly knocks the air out of Baroness. Song then takes Baroness and whips her into the ropes. When Baroness comes back, Song knocks her down with a back elbow to the face. She then drops down on top of Baroness and makes the pin while pushes her forearm down across her jaw. ONE! . . TWO! . . Baroness kicks out. Geoff Penzer: You can see Song really going to town on The Baroness with those lethal kicks. Baroness needs to avoid those strikes because right now, she’s getting caught with everything Song throws at her. Song picks up Baroness and delivers another stinging chop, sending Baroness stumbling back into the ropes. Song heads over, takes Baroness by the wrist and goes for an irish whip. Baroness reverses, then kicks Song in the midsection. While Song is doubled over, Baroness knocks her down with a knee lift. She quickly drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . Song kicks out. Baroness picks up Song and places her in another side headlock. This time, Song shoves Baroness off of her and into the ropes. When Song comes back, she knocks down Baroness with a shoulder block. She then runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Baroness turns over onto her stomach. So Song hops over her and continues to run into the ropes. When Song comes back, Baroness throws her down with a hip toss. Song gets back up, but Baroness throws her down with an arm drag and follows up with a kneeling armbar. Geoff Penzer: Baroness is now trying to keep Song grounding while wearing down a body part. Though if I were her, I’d go after the legs. The ref asks Song if she wants to give up. But Song refuses by shaking her head. After Song gets back to her feet, Baroness performs an arm wrench, causing Song to grimace. After trying to unsuccessfully yank the arm from out of its socket, Baroness performs another arm wrench. Song then rolls forward, leans back, kips up, and reverses into an arm wrench of her own. The ref asks Baroness if she wants to give up. But Baroness refuses to quit. So Song delivers an arm wrench into a short-arm elbow smash. Song takes her by the arm, wrenches it and delivers another short-arm elbow smash. Song takes Baroness by the arm, wrenches it and knocks her down with a short-arm clothesline. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Baroness kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Baroness had the right idea before by keeping Song grounded. But The Black Adder was able to slither out of that hold and get back to her feet. From there, it’s seemingly been all Song. Song picks up Baroness and whips her into the ropes. When Baroness comes back, Song bends over to set up a back body drop. So Baroness stops and kicks her square in the face, standing her up. Baroness follows up with a clothesline. Song gets back up, but Baroness knocks her down with another clothesline. When Song gets back up, Baroness kicks her in the midsection, grabs her by the arm and knocks her down with an arm wrench follows by a hook kick. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Song kicks out. Baroness picks up Song and moves her into the corner. After delivering a series of knife-edge chops, Baroness takes Song and goes for an irish whip. But Song reverses, sending Baroness into the opposite corner. She then charges across the ring. But Baroness nails her with an elbow to the face. After Song turns and staggers away from the ring, Baroness runs up from behind and brings her down with a bulldog. She turns Song over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Song kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Baroness is not starting to gain a little momentum... Baroness picks up Song and delivers a vertical suplex. After stepping through the ropes, Baroness walks along the apron. She then proceeds to climb the turnbuckles. But once she’s near the top, Song is back to her feet. She then grabs Baroness and slams her down off the top. Geoff Penzer: The Baroness tried to take it to the air. But Song had other ideas... As Baroness slowly turns over and tries to get back up to a vertical base, Song heads over and throws out the Rattler’s Bites. But Baroness ducks and moves out of the way. When Song turns around, Baroness knocks her down with a dropkick. As Song turns over and tries to get up on one knee, Baroness turns over and connects with a Shining Apprentice. The sound of contact can be heard throughout the arena. Baroness then pulls her over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Song gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Song’s lucky her bell wasn’t rung there. And if it was, she was aware enough to get her shoulder up just before the three count. Baroness picks up Song and nails her with a right hand to the face. Song responds with one of her own. Baroness comes right back with another right hand to the face. But Song responds with one of her own. Baroness then throws out a wild punch. But Song ducks and rocks Baroness with a right hand. She then nails Baroness with another right hand… and another… and another… and another. Geoff Penzer: The Baroness is reeling now... Song goes for the knockout punch. But Baroness ducks, hooks her leg and delivers a Teardrop Suplex. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Song gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer:Excellent, excellent count by The Baroness with the suplex. But Song still got her shoulder up. When it comes to the striking, Baroness isn’t going to win that matchup. She’s just not. She’s got to try something else. Keep Song down… go for a submission… something. Baroness stands up Song before knocking her down with a dropkick to the face. After stepping through the ropes, Baroness begins to scale the turnbuckles. When Baroness gets to the top, she leaps off, going for a diving splash. Geoff Penzer: This could be it! Splash off the top… and Song gets her knees up! She got the knees up! As Song turns over and slowly gets back up, Baroness lays curled up, guarding her ribs. Geoff Penzer: The Baroness had her dead to rights. She just took a a second too long. Song goes over, picks up Baroness, heads into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning her around, Song unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the ribs, followed by a jumping sole kick. She then brings Baroness from out of the corner and goes for an irish whip. But Baroness reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Song comes back, Baroness goes for a back body drop. But Song counters with a facebreaker knee smash. While Baroness is dazed, Song heads back into the ropes. When she comes back, she knocks Baroness down with a jumping calf kick. Song waves up Baroness as she waits impatiently for her opponent to get into position. When Baroness finally gets up and turns around, Song connects with the Rattler’s Bite to the midsection, doubling her over. She then runs into the ropes. When Song comes back, she delivers Adder’s Kiss. She then turns Baroness over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! “Wiping All Out” plays as the crowd begins to boo. Tony Allen: Here is your winner, HANA SONG! Song gets her arm raised as the crowd continues to boo. Geoff Penzer: Hana Song picks up the win in her LDFC debut! It’ll be interesting to see where she goes from here. As well as The Crimson Baroness, who seems to be having something up her sleeve. What that is, I don’t know. But I’d love to get Jessie Pederson on the horn and have her find out for us all. [ FADE OUT ]

“Forever” blasts throughout the arena. And everyone stands to their feet as Triple T walks out in his ring attire and new T-shirt. After soaking in the cheers he marches to the ring. Once inside he grabs a mic and waits for his music to fade out. But as it does it is immediately replaced by TRIPLE T chants throughout the arena. T smiles after trying several times to speak. Finally the chant dies down and Triple T starts.
Triple T: You know I was almost afraid to come out here tonight. You see the last time I was in this ring I was moments away from becoming the number one contender for the APEX title, but lost it all when Butcher took me out.Triple T: Now, now it was a Fatal 4 Way and things like that happen all the time. But when it happened I was stunned. I didn’t know what to do. It seemed like the brass ring was yanked away from me again. I thought that for a moment that you guys would just give up on me…but based on that reception I’m glad to say that I was wrong. By the way…like the shirt?
The fans start to cheer again. So here we are LIVE AND IN EFFECT on PRIDE!! And tonight me and Donovan Cross are going to blow your minds! But that’s not why I’m out here. I have someone else I need to address before things get out of hand. Hanz Kuntz…The name is greeted with boos.
Triple T: Hanz man listen. Things have been said on twitter and during promos and I just want you to know that I’m a fun loving kinda guy. I like to joke and if anything I said offended you, I’ll be the bigger man and say I’m sorry. There is no need for us to get into some kinda crazy weird fight just because you are as relevant as pocket lint with matching wrestling skills. We don’t have to quarrel because out of the 3 or 4 established tag teams here in the LDFC you and Liesl are ranked 20th. I don’t want this…and you damn sure don’t want this. So I’ll make you a deal. You keep my name out your mouth which, oddly is the only thing out your mouth anyone understands, stay in your little tag team world, and I will do like everyone in this arena does on a regular basis, and forget you even exist.Triple T drops the mic and heads to the ring post where he climbs it, shouting out to the fans as “Forever” begins to play again. Match #2 | Singles Match Katie Kensington vs. Laura Seville "Last All Night" by Oliver Heldens plays and the crowd all jump up to cheer the little Windy City native. Laura comes out from the black curtain all happy and cool. She runs over to a barricade that has children behind it and gives them a hug and then runs off to smack other people's hands who have it out. Tony Allen: The following is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Chicago, Illinois! She weighs in at 125 pounds! This is LAURA SEVILLE! She runs around the ring doing the same thing, and then she slides into the ring and raises her arms to get another pop. Her music fades as she does a leg stretch. Katherine comes out waving and smiling to the crowd. She gives it a bit of a 'red carpet' feel, but nothing too over-the-top. She slides in under the bottom rope and limbers up, looking a little nervous, as she waits for the match to start. Tony Allen: Her opponent, hailing from Turnbridge Wells, kent, England! She weighs in at 118 pounds! She is KATIE KENSINGTON! Geoff Penzer: The Windy City Alpha Female has not been able to get off the schneid over these past few shows. Outside of a win over long-time rival Darwin, Laura Seville doesn’t have much to show for herself. Let’s see if that changes here tonight. Geoff Penzer: The Katie Kats are loud for Katie Kensington! Kensington lost to Shintaro Majima in his LDFC debut. But a huge assist had to go to Butcher, who inserted himself into the match after his confrontation with Kensington backstage. Kensington definitely hasn’t forgotten about that and neither has her boyfriend, 2CW’s Johnny Ajax. Word around the locker room is that Ajax may be joining “The Girlfriend” here soon to have a word with Mr. Butcher. The bell sounds as both grapplers shake hands to start things out. Geoff Penzer: Despite Seville’s recent woes in the ring, she still has enough class to offer the handshake, which is always nice to see amongst the students. After both grapplers circle the ring, they head towards the center of the ring and lock up. Kensington is quick to place Seville in a side headlock. But Seville is able to shove Kensington off of her and into the ropes. When Kensington comes back, Seville knocks her down with a shoulder block. She then runs into the ropes. When Seville comes back, Kensington turns over onto her stomach. So Seville hops over her and runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Kensington leap frogs over her. Seville then continues to run into the ropes. When Seville comes back, Kensington throws her down with a hip toss. Seville gets back up, but Kensington throws her down with another hip toss. Seville gets back up, but Kensington throws her down with an arm drag and follows up with an arm bar. The crowd cheers while Kensington cinches in the hold. Geoff Penzer: Kensington gets the better of Seville in that exchange. But Let’s see how long that lasts. The ref asks Seville if she wants to give up. But Seville refuses to quit. After battling her way back up to her feet, Seville rolls forward, turns over onto her knees, flips over with a headstand, grabs Kensingston and reverses into an arm wrench to cheers from the crowd. The The ref asks Kensington if she wants to give up. But Kensington declines. She then rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench of her own. The crowd cheers at the reversal. Seville then runs over towards the ropes and throws down kensington with a springboard arm drag to cheers from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Some nice athleticism on display by both grapplers there... Once both grapplers get up, Seville runs at Kensington. So Kensington throws out a clothesline at her oncoming opponent. But Seville ducks and runs into the ropes. When Seville comes back, she delivers a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takeover, sending Kensington stumbling through the ropes and to the floor. The crowd cheers as Seville hops in place. Geoff Penzer: This crowd is starting to get out of their seats. They can sense Seville is about to set up for something... As Kensington pulls herself up using the edge of the apron, Seville runs into the ropes. When Seville comes back, she goes for a baseball slide. But Kensington side steps, moving out of the way of the move. Once Seville slides underneath the bottom rope and lands on her feet, Kensington delivers a stinging knife-dge chop. She then takes Seville and rolls her back into the ring. As Kensington climbs up onto the apron, Seville gets up and lunges forward, delivering a shoulder thrust through the ropes. She then grabs Kensington and goes for a vertical suplex back into the ring. But Kensington flutter kicks her legs, causing Seville to lose balance. Once Kensington slips down behind Seville, Kensington rolls her up with a school boy… ONE! . . TWO! . . Seville kicks out. After both grapplers scramble to get back to a vertical base, Seville runs over at Kensington, grabs her and rams her into the corner. She then steps back and unleashes a series of rights and lefts to the body. Seville then takes a doubled over Kensington and whips her into the opposite corner. She then runs across the ring. But Kensington nails her with an elbow to the face. After shaking off the blow, Seville runs back into the corner. But again, Kensington gives her an elbow to the face. While Seville is dazed, Kensington turns around and goes for a double jump moonsault. But Seville moves out of the way. Geoff Penzer: Nobyd’s home on that one! Kensington thought she could take out Seville with that moonsault. But it looked like Seville suckered her in. As Kensington lays curled up on the canvas, Seville rushes over, pushes her over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Kensington gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Seville wasted no time there to make the cover. You can see the sense of urgency from Seville. She wants to get back to those winning ways. She wants to live up to the hype she had upon her arrival in LDFC. Seville picks up Kensington and delivers a vertical suplex. The crowd cheers as she turns over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! Kensington gets her shoulder up. Seville picks up Kensington and whips her into the ropes. When Kensington comes back, Seville knocks her down with a spinning heel kick. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! Kensington gets her shoulder up as the crowd cheers. Seville sits up kensington and places her in a chinlock. Geoff Penzer: Seville’s trying to wear Kensington down. And you can see the move already affecting Kensington. You can just see the look on her face and know how much that chinlock hurts. Seville pulls back, causes Kensington to groan in pain. The ref asks her if she wants to give up. But Kensington refuses to quit. Geoff Penzer: Kensington doesn’t want to give up now. She’s performed well in this match. It’d be a shame to throw it all away with a submission loss. Kensington begins to shake her arms in unison with the chants. She slowly turns over onto her knees before getting up to her feet. Geoff Penzer: These Katie Kats have willed Kensington back int this one! After five elbows to the midsection, Kensington runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Seville goes for a running clothesline. But Kensington ducks and stops, sending Seville into the ropes. When Seville comes back, Kensington knocks her down with a dropsault. After picking Seville back up, Kensington runs across the ring and delivers a bulldog. As Seville slowly rolls over onto her back, Kensington heads into the corner and delivers a double jump moonsault to cheers from the crowd. She then steps through the ropes, scales the turnbuckles, flips off and connects with a Shooting Star Press to cheers and applause from the crowd. She hooks the leg… ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! “Burn” plays as the crowd cheers. Tony Allen: Here is your winner, KATIE KENSINGTON! Kensington gets her arm raised as the crowd continues to cheer. Geoff Penzer: Katie Kensington gets the win! Both of these grapplers appeared evenly matched. But in the end, Kensington was able to pull away and never looked back. She finished off the match with not just the double jump moonsault, but the Shooting Star Press afterwards. Some amazing agility on display there by Kensington and you can hear the Katie Kats showing her love. For Seville, it’s another tough loss. You would think that something would have to give at this point...

Ahead of his match with AKIRA Kaede, Shintaro Majima is backstage studying his opponent on a tablet - but he isn;t watching match footage of her to scout her, instead he's watching her last promo and is studying her body language and her delivery to get a read on his opponents' mentality I remain unpinned and unsubmitted. I have never been finished inside that wrestling ring... There's a momentary flicker on Majima's face as the words spark something in his brain, something that he can use - but his poker face doesn't say much more than that as he continues watching While you were learning headlocks I was learning how to punch and kick people into a barely cognizant daze… Majima lets out a brief snort of derision at this foul-mouthed imbecile's posturing, but he continues watching I’ll take your ego, your nickname AND all of your half-baked fancy puro moves and I’ll shove them down the back of your fucking throat... Finally growing bored with his opponent's tiresome words, Majima unceremoniously swipes the video off the screen like somebody would throw an empty soda can out of the window of a moving car on the freeway and wearing shakes his head as he says to himself, I though I could teach this...this about respect, but clearly that is a waste of time, as this vile dog needs to learn manners and how to talk to her superiors. Majima lets the thought hang in the air for a moment, before he smirks - ...but I owe it to everyone to teach her what losing is, so her tongue will not be so poisonous.Majima carefully puts the tablet down before walking out of the locker room.

Match #3 | Singles Match AKIRA Kaede vs. Shintaro Najima “For this Colossal Beast is at war with the world… our world” With that the intro of Swollen Member’s “Colossal Beasts” starts thumping over the speakers as AKIRA makes her way out to the entranceway, head bobbing slightly with the theme she makes her way down the ramp. eyes down turned and going out of her way to avoid letting any of the fans set their hands on her. Tony Allen: The following is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Dover, Delaware! She weighs in at 125 pounds! She is “The 5 Foot Colossus,” AKIRA KAEDE! She slides into the ring under the ropes and walks briskly to her corner, leaning against the turnbuckles as she awaits the beginning of the match. The arena lights dim as "Rhino Jockey" begins to play, before gold and reddish-orange lights slowly illuminate the entranceway. As the primal buzz of the bassline starts to build, the lights begin to flicker in sync with it, as the bassline grows and grows in its intensity until Shintaro Majima appears at the top of the ramp and walks towards the ring without a moment's hesitation. Tony Allen: Her opponent, hailing from Gifu, Japan! He weighs in at 242 pounds! He is “The Strong Style Savior,” SHINTARO MAJIMA! Majima reaches ringside and climbs the ring steps, stepping through the ropes into the ring, where he loosens his ring robeand standing in the nearest corner before removing his dark sunglasses and locking eyes with his opponent. For his entrance he wears a black ring robe with crimson detailing around the lapels and a pair of black sunglasses. Geoff Penzer: AKIRA Kaede more than impressed in the recent Fatal Four Way Match for the #1 Contendership. At times, she dominated. But it was the opportunistic Butcher that was able to secure the #1 Contendership in the end. Even though she lost, she still has yet to be pinned or submitted, something she doesn’t plan on changing tonight versus ShiMa. Geoff Penzer: Shintaro Majima got an unwanted assist from Butcher during his debut match against Katie Kensington. Tonight, there won’t be any outside interference as he goes on on one with “The 5 Foot Colossus.” Can he do what so many others haven’t and score a pinfall or submission over AKIRA Kaede? The bell sounds as Kaede and Majima lock up. Majima quickly uses his height and strength advantage to move Kaede into the ropes, where the referee gives them until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Both grapplers slowly raise their arms in the air… making the clean break. That is, until they each have the idea to cheap shot the other with a forearm strike. After shaking off the blow, they nail each other with another forearm strike… and another… and another. As Kaede pulls her forearm back to fire off another strike, Majima cuts her off with a lunging knee to the midsection, doubling her over. He then nails her with a pointed elbow to the back of the neck, knocking her down to her knees. Majima then sizes Kaede up before delivering a soccer kick to the chest, knocking her through the ropes and onto the apron. Geoff Penzer: We had a feeling that this one was going to be hard-hitting and thus far, this match has proven to be just that. Majima reaches through the ropes, pulls Kaede up and tries to vertical suplex her back into the ring. But Kaede slips down from behind. After turning Majima around, Kaede delivers a knife-edge chop. But Majima responds with a backhand chop. Kaede then delivers another knife-edge chop. Majima then comes back with another backhand chop. Kaede then delivers two knife-edge chops. Majima responds with three backhand chops. Kaede then delivers four knife-edge chops. Majima then responds with five backhand chops. He then shoots in, delivers a single leg pick-up and rams Kaede back-first into the corner. He then delivers a series of alternating forearm strikes before rattling off a series of machine gun chops. Geoff Penzer: These two continue to beat the heck out of each other with brutal strike after brutal strike. But once again, it’s Majima that ultimately takes control. Majima grabs Kaede and whips her into the opposite corner. He then runs across the ring and goes for a corner yakuza kick. But Kaede catches his foot. After Majima’s dragged out of the corner, he can be seen taking wild swipes at Kaede. But they’re to no avail as Kaede eventually brings him down with a dragonscrew leg whip. Kaede lifts up Majima’s right leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. She gets back up, lifts up the right leg and delivers another elbow drop to it. Kaede gets back up, lifts up the leg and delivers a third elbow drop to it. She then makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Majima kicks out. Geoff Penzer: We saw Majima using his legs before to attack Kaede. So it was smart on her part to try and take out one of Majima’s legs. Kaede picks up Majima and moves him into the corner. After a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection, she then rocks Majima with an elbow strike. She then steps back, sizes up Majima and delivers a jaw-rattling forearm strike. Kaede then proceeds to deliver a series of elbow and forearm strikes, sending Majima slumping down in the corner. Once Majima is in the seated position, Kaede proceeds to stomp the hell out of his chest before choking him with her boot. She then goes to pull down on the top rope as the ref gives her until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Kaede breaks the hold. She reaches down, slowly pulls up Majima by the hair and brings him out of the corner. From there, she delivers a series of alternating knees to the midsection, doubling him over. Kaede then takes off into the ropes. When she comes back, she knocks Majima down with a dropkick to the side of the head. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Majima gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer:After Majima got the better of her in the early portion of this match, it’s Kaede that’s now in firm control. Kaede picks up Majima and nails him with another forearm strike. She then takes Majima and goes for an irish whip. But Majima reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Kaede comes back, she slides through Majima’s legs. When Majima turns around, Kaede gets up and goes to throw out a kick to the midsection. But Majima swats it down. After a kick to the midsection, he takes Kaede by the wrist, wrenches her arm and then knocks it down with a short-arm clothesline. Majima yanks her right back up, only to knock her down with a short-arm clothesline. Majima pulls Kaede back up and then follows up with a short-arm clothesline that turns her inside out. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaede gets her shoulder up. Majima picks up Kaede, snapmares her over and delivers a soccer kick to the small of the back, causing her to cringe in pain. Majima steps back, then runs forward and delivers another soccer kick. Kaede arches her back in pain before falling over onto her side. Majima then goes back over, picks up Kaede and brings her down with another snapmare. He then runs off into the ropes. When Majima comes back, he nails Kaede with a Kawada Kick to the face. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaede gets her shoulder up. Majima picks up Kaede and whips her into the corner. He charges across the ring, but Kaede nails him with an elbow strike, sending him stumbling back. Kaede then runs out of the corner. But Majima stops her with a knee strike to the midsection, doubling her over. He then quickly hoists up Kaede for a release powerbomb. But she repeatedly elbows him in the head, forcing Majima to drop her. Once Kaede lands in front of Majima, she knocks him down with a rolling koppu kick. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO!
. . Majima gets his shoulder up. Kaede picks up Majima and whips him into the ropes. When Majima comes back, he knocks turns her inside out with a running forearm smash. He quickly drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaede gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Back and forth this match has gone. These two have continued to trade stiff strikes throughout this one. Majima picks up Kaede and throws out a roundhouse kick. But Kaede ducks. She goes to follow up with a belly to back suplex. But Majima quickly blocks the move by delivering a series of rapid elbows to the back of the neck. While Kaede’s doubled over, Majima runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Kaede takes hip down with a drop toe hold and quickly transitions into an ankle lock. Geoff Penzer: This may not end well for Majima! The ref asks Majima if he wants to give up. But Majima refuses by shaking his head. So Kaede applies more pressure, causing Majima to cringe in pain. Geoff Penzer:Kaede’s really cranking away on that ankle. She’s got no problem with breaking it. Kaede repeatedly cranks away on the ankle, trying to snap it in half. But Majima will not quit. Once she lifts himself up using his arms, he rolls forward. But Kaede rolls through it, gets back to her feet and continues to crank away on the ankle. Geoff Penzer: Majima tried to roll out of the move. But Kaede’s got a death grip around his ankle. Majima rolls onto his back and then thrusts his free leg upward, nailing Kaede in the face with an upkick. Geoff Penzer: That’s one way of breaking out of that. Even on his back, Majima can still get you with those kicks. After Majima gets back to his feet, Kaede runs over and connects with a shoulder block, sending Majima stumbling into the ropes. When Majima comes back, Kaede brings him down and applies a Koji Clutch. Geoff Penzer: Kaede with yet another submission! The ref asks Majima if he wants to give up. But Majima wags his finger at him. Geoff Penzer: Kaede’s really cranking away on the hold. She wants Majima to tap out. While Kaede keeps the hold applied, Majima tries to pull himself toward the ropes. But his progress is topped once Kaede really locks in the hold. Geoff Penzer: Kaede’s not letting go. She’s doing everything she can to get Majima to tap out. Majima reaches out to grab the ropes. But he’s not within reach. Geoff Penzer: He’s so close! He’s almost there! Majima continues to slowly try and pull himself towards the ropes. He reaches out… but he’s just out of reach. Kaede really tightens her grip as Majima can be seen slowly fading. Geoff Penzer: This could be it! This is looking like the beginning of the end for ShiMa! Majima continues to fight through the pain as he slowly pulls himself closer to the ropes. He reaches out again… and grabs the bottom rope. The ref then gives Kaede until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Kaede breaks the hold. Kaede picks up Majima and whips him into the corner. She then runs across the ring and connects with a forearm strike. She then takes Majima and goes for a bulldog out of the corner. But Majima shoves her off of him and into the ropes. When Kaede comes back, Majima brings her down with a Uragaeshi. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaede gets her shoulder up. Majima picks up Kaede and then quickly grabs her from behind for a German Suplex. But Kaede repeatedly elbows him in the face. After performing a standing switch, Kaede tries for a German of her own. But Majima sandbags himself. After an elbow to the face, Majima perform a standing switch, grabs Kaede from behind and goes for the GOJU50. But Kaede somehow lands on her feet. So she turns and runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she throws out a clothesline. But Majima ducks and counters with the Kurifu. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaede gets her shoulder up. Majima picks up Kaede and goes for another short-arm clothesline. But Kaede ducks. When Majima turns around, Kaede clocks him with a diccus elbow smash, knocking him down. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! Majima gets his shoulder up. Kaede picks up Majima and delivers repeated knees to the midsection until Majima drops to one knee. She then takes off into the ropes. When Kaede comes back, she connects with a rolling koppu kick. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THRE-NO! Majima gets his shoulder up. Kaede picks up Majima and whips him into the corner. She then runs across the ring and goes for a yakuza kick. But Majima steps out, grabs her and counters with a capture suplex into the turnbuckles. He then picks up Kaede, grabs her from behind and drops her on the base of her neck with the GOJU50. Majima then picks up a dazed Kaede, pulls his arm back and throws out the Kurimuzon Kasai. But Kaede ducks. When Majima turns around, Kaede knocks him down with another rolling koppu kick. As Majima slowly turns over, Kaede takes off into the ropes. When Kaede comes back, she connects with a Shining Wizard. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! “Colossal Beasts” plays as the crowd boos. Tony Allen: Here is your winner, AKIRA KAEDE! Kaede gets her arm raised as the crowd continues to boo. Geoff Penzer: Kaede remains unpinned here in LDFC! That was a hard fought match. Both grapplers nearly beat the tar out of each other. But Kaede was just a step faster. If ShiMa caught her with that lariat, that would’ve been it. It would’ve been over. But Kaede got out of the way, cameback with the rolling koppu kick and it was all she wrote after the Shining Wizard.

The show cuts backstage where we see a man in his early 20’s, clearly a wrestler by his athletic physique, wearing a Walking Dead “Fight the Dead, Fear the Living” t-shirt and royal blue skinny leg jeans. He’s walking hand-in-hand with a young boy, about five years old, who is wearing a Lion’s Den FC t-shirt.
Man: “Thank goodness Lion’s Den is here in close to us here in Gibsonville, Robby. Gives me the chance to check out the operations here.”
Off-Screen Voice: “HEY!”
The young man stops as he and the kid turn to see where it is coming from. It’s arena security.
Security: “Are you supposed to be back here? This is restricted to talent only.”
The young man smiled and pulled a laniard out from under his t-shirt with a “VISITOR” pass. The boy did the same.
Man: “It’s good. I’m Bert Frisk. This is Robby. I’m new here so you probably don’t recognize me.”
Robby: “But you will next time, mister! He’s gonna be champ!”
Bert ruffles the young boy’s hair and smiles at the security guard. The guard smiles at the kid and turns back to Frisk.
Security: “Sorry, Mr. Frisk. Cute kid. Enjoy your evening.”
Bert Frisk: “Thanks. Stay safe.”
The guard leaves the pair to it as Bert begins to head off, when Robby refuses to walk.
Robby: “I’m not joking, Daddy.”
Bert Frisk: “Who’s laughing?”
The pair head off down the hall as we cut back to ringside.

Match #4 | Tag Team Match 420 B.C. vs. Hans Kuntz & Liesl Albrecht The match starts as Hans and Liesl take their time to decide which of them is going to start off the match. Ligaya Fontaine stands on the opposite side of the ring, ready and waiting, but the Germans are wasting time, trying to frustrate their opponents. And it seems to work as Ligaya storms across the ring, catching Hans with a forearm shot. The referee orders Liesl to exit the ring as Ligaya and Hans start off as the legal competitors. The fans remain firmly behind 420 B.C. in the early goings as Ligaya worked over Kuntz in a neutral corner with a series of kicks. In the second minute of the match, Fontaine used an Irish whip to send Hans from one corner to the other, following him in, only to run into a raised boot. Kuntz follows up with a headscissors takedown that sent Ligaya back across the ring. Both competitors scrambled back to their feet before exchanging arm drag takedowns, which eventually led to a staredown. Hans makes the tag out to his partner, Liesl Albrecht as he urges the rookie to enter the ring. She and Ligaya lock up collar and elbow, jostling for position before Liesl manages to apply a side headlock. Fontaine battles out of it, pushing her opponent away against the ropes, only to be caught by a shoulderblock. The pair of them criss cross the ring before finally Ligaya got the upper hand with a leaping high kick to the face! Liesl soon found herself being outmatched as Ligaya and Serenity exchange quick tags, wearing the rookie down with their full arsenal. In the seventh minute, Serenity executed a hangman’s neckbreaker before getting a two count, which was interrupted by Hans Kuntz. He remains in the ring, stomping at Serenity before the referee can push him back towards his own corner. The distraction is enough for Liesl to take the shortcut, sticking a thumb in the eye of Serenity before performing a springboard DDT. Her pin attempt got a two count, after which Liesl makes the tag out to Hans again. For the next three minutes Hans mainly uses his stiff strikes – forearm smashes, chops and kicks – to wear down Serenity in the corner. The Germans utilise quick tags to keep a fresh member of their team in, frequently slamming Serenity into the mat with body slams and suplexes to knock the air out of her. But nothing they do warrants them more than a two count. In the thirteenth minute, Serenity as she successfully dodges a running avalanche attack by Kuntz. The German hits the turnbuckle chest first before Serenity turns him around and performs a tornado DDT! She climbs the turnbuckle and hits a moonsault, getting a two count before Liesl makes the save. The referee is distracted as he makes sure Liesl leaves the ring, so he misses the tag out from Serenity to Ligaya Fontaine. As Fontaine enters the ring and lifts Hans up into position for the Deathcuddle, the referee orders her to leave the ring, not knowing she’s the legal competitor. This allows Hans to counter from his doubled over position, performing a release Northern Lights suplex. He drags the tired Serenity back into the ring and hits her with a savate kick before making the tag out to Liesl. Ligaya gets back to her feet, but in the mayhem, gets caught by a Hans Kuntz heart punch as Liesl rolls Serenity up with a schoolgirl, holding onto the tights for the three count. Winners: Hans Kuntz and Liesl Albrecht After the match, Terrence Tillman appeared at the top of the ramp, earning a cheer from the crowd. Hans and Liesl both see him, but it's Kuntz who takes more of an issue to the presence of Triple T; he leans over the ropes and shouts up the aisle in his native German. Triple T: What? What are you even saying? For weeks now you have been running your mouth, you’ve been tweeting to the 2 followers you have and you have bored this poor crowd to tears just to get my attention. Triple T speaks as he walks down the aisle. Triple T: Now I may joke, I may say funny things on twitter…but one thing I don’t do is back down from a fight. Tillman rolls into the ring and tries to take the fight to Hans Kuntz, but with Liesl next to him, the numbers prove a bit too much for Terrence. Referees and backstage workers swarm the ring, trying to stop the brawl before anything can really happen, allowing Hans & Liesl to escape the ring as Terrence and the members of 420 B.C all stare up the aisle at them.

Backstage, a roaming camera catches up to two athletic blondes as they intently watch the ending to the tag team match between Ze Germans and 420 B. C. The two are clad in matching, ochre yellow sports bras and black lycra pants, and absent-mindedly perform forearm exercises with dumb-bells as they appraise the action on-screen. As the cameraman draws near, the shorter of the two can be heard commenting:
'Ohmygosh, isn't that that guy who was super rude to you on Twitter?'
Her taller, even more absurdly fit partner replies:
'Yeah. He's super-yummy though...'
'He totally is!' her partner giggles. 'What's with those other girls, though...?'
'Yeah, ew. Freaks...! What the hell did you get us into, girl?'
It is at this point that the woman closest to the frame finally notices the presence of a third party. She tugs her friend on the arm and points out towards the camera:
'Ohmygosh, bae, look!'
'Ew!', the other woman utters, wrinkling her nose as she notices they have company. 'Excuse you, you fat disgusting slob?'
'Yeah!', her partner chimes in. 'Pervert!'
The girls reach into the frame, clearly with the intent of covering up the lens, but stop themselves short at the last minute, when the taller of the two stays her partner's hand. She then runs both her hands down her sides, highlighting her curves as she gives the camera a sneering smirk.
'Like what you see, you ugly, gross, out-of-shape blobs?'
She pauses momentarily for effect before proceeding:
'Well, get ready, 'cause you're about to see a whole lot more of it.'
'A whole lot more', her partner repeats, before jerking a thumb backwards towards the nearby screen. 'And if that's what you're used to? A bunch of sick disgusting freakazoids who think they can hang with, like, actual fit people? Your minds are about to be...totally. Blown.'
'Totally!', the second woman adds, as her partner mimes a mind being blown, with a finger to the temple then a sweeping, explosion-like outward hand motion. 'Like, they're already blown just from looking at us, 'cause none of you disgusting, gross sweat hogs has ever even seen women this hot in real life...but they're totally about to get blown again!'
'Yeah! 'Cause like, we're totally gonna get in there and beat all of those other freakshow losers and win the, um...' the shorter of the two women hesitates for a second before compromising. '...whatever they give people who are, like, way better than everybody. Yeah. That.'
'Uh-huh', the taller one chimes again. 'And after we do, we're gonna show all you ugly overweight slobs why fit people are the best people!'
'Real talk!', the shorter one picks up. 'And then, you're totally going to remember our names!'
'Straight up!', her partner concludes. 'So you all you sticky, stinky, smelly creepozoids should totally start learning them now!'
She places a hand on her own chest. 'I'm Darci...'
Her partner does the same. '...I'm Danni...'
'And together, we're...'
The two women share a high five as they yell out their team name in unison: '...BODY SHOTZ!'
Then, their piece said, they quickly begin to stride off-screen, resuming their dumb-bell exercises. Before the screen fades to black, however, there is time for the shorter of the two women to throw one last intimation at viewers:
'...Remember it!'
And with this, she hurries off-frame after her partner, as the feed returns to ringside.

Match #5 | Singles Match Donovan Cross vs. Terrence Tillman "The Future In The End" by Evans Blue blares over the speakers and Donovan Cross enthusiastically surges through the curtain with his arms raised in the air. He bounces around on his toes for a bit, throwing a couple of punches before giving one final one as the song breaks into the chorus. Tony Allen: The following is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Shreveport, Louisiana! He weighs in at 205 pounds! He is DONOVAN CROSS! He makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans along the way. Finally he slides into the ring. He pops up, spinning around with his arms outstretched, a wide smile on his face. Then he backs into his corner as he awaits for the match to begin. As the beginning horn sound that starts “Forever” blasts through the arena, Terrence Tillman runs out to the stage. Running back and forth shouting and waving his arms in the air motioning for the fans to get on their feet. He stops in the center and stretches his arms out to either side shouting “It’s Time” at the top of his lungs. Tillman starts his march to the ring with a smile on his face, slapping hands of the kids in the audience letting out an occasional “Wooo!” or “Yeah baby!” Tony Allen: His opponent, hailing from Orlando, Florida! He weighs in at 230 pounds! This is “Terrific” TERRENCE TILLMAN! Tillman rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and runs to each corner pointing to the fans, clapping his hands, and feeding off the crowd reaction. Geoff Penzer: Donovan Cross has spent most of his time tagging with Bree Nelson here in LDFC. But not in this one. He doesn’t have Bree to tag out to when he’s tired. He’s got to go this one along and tonight, he’s got The Terrific One, Terrence Tillman. Geoff Penzer: Terrence Tillman, for all intents and purposes, should be the man facing Nest at 2nd Impact for the Pride Championship. He had the match won. He had Brody Watts down for the come. But Butcher, being the opportunist that he is, stole the match and the title shot away from him. Let’s see how he bounces back here tonight against Donovan Cross. The bell sounds as both grapplers shake hands before circling the ring. They then lock up. After jockeying for position, Tillman places Cross in a side headlock. But Cross is quick to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock. Tillman then reaches back and throws down Cross with a snapmare. As Cross gets back to his feet, Tillman takes off into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, he knocks Cross down with a shoulder block. Cross kips back up as Tillman runs into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, he knocks Cross back down with another shoulder block. Cross then kips back up as Tillman runs into another set of ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross leapfrogs over him. Tillman then continues to run into the ropes. When he comes back, Cross knocks him down with a shoulder block. Tillman then kips up as Cross runs into the ropes. When Cross comes back, he knocks Tillman down with another shoulder block. After Tillman kips back up, he and Cross stare each other down. Geoff Penzer: This match has been even right down the middle. Neither man has been able to sustain or gain the advantage over the other. Both grapplers step back before circling the ring. They then run towards the center of the ring and lock up. After jockeying for position, Tillman begins to move Cross back across the ring. But Cross puts on the breaks. Cross then begins to move Tillman across the ring. But Tillman puts on the breaks. After jockeying for position, Cross moves Tillman into the ropes. Tillman then rolls over and presses Cross against the ropes. Cross then rolls over and presses Tillman into the corner. The ref then heads over and gives both men until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Both men make a clean break. Once Cross has stepped back to the center of the ring, Tillman makes his way out of the corner. Geoff Penzer: Once again, another stalemate between these two... The two men gauge each other before lunging forward and locking up. Tillman is quick to bring Cross down with an arm drag. He then follows up with an arm bar. The ref then kneels down and asks Cross if he wants to give up. But Cross refuses to quit. After turning over and getting back to a vertical base, Cross takes Tillman by the arm and reverse into an arm wrench. Tillman then rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. He then brings Cross back down with another arm drag and follows up with another armbar. The ref asks Cross if he wants to give up. But again, Cross refuses to quit. After getting back up to his feet, he moves Tillman into the ropes. He then shoves Tillman off of him and into the opposite set of ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross leapfrogs over him. Tillman then continues to run into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross drops down onto his stomach. So Tillman hops over him before continuing to run into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross knocks him down with a dropkick. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . Tillman kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Cross with the first pin attempt of the match! But he only gets two... Cross picks up Tillman and places him in a side headlock. But Tillman is able to shove Cross off of him and into the ropes. When Cross comes back, Tillman leapfrogs over him. Cross then continues to run into the ropes. When Cross comes back, Tillman knocks him down with a dropsault. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . Cross kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Once again, this match remains even between these two. Tillman picks up Cross and goes for an irish whip. But Cross reverses, sending Tillman into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross sends up for a back body drop. But Tillman counters with a sunset flip… … but Cross rolls through it, rolls up to his feet and follows up with a rolling koppu kick to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Tillman kicks out. Cross picks up Tillman, delivers an irish whip and follows him into the corner. But instead of crashing into the corner, Tillman runs up to the top turnbuckle, backflips off the top and then runs into the ropes. When Cross comes from out of the corner, Tillman knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover. ONE!
. . TWO! . . Cross kicks out. Geoff Penzer: This match has been back and forth but right now, Tillman is the one that’ temporarily in control... Tillman picks up, Cross, knees him in the midsection and follows up with a vertical suplex. While Cross is still down, Tillman heads into the corner and goes for the Terry-sault… Geoff Penzer: Till flips off for the double jump moonsault… but Cross is rolling out of the way! … but Tillman is able to land on his feet. When Cross gets up, Tillman runs right at him. Cross throws out a clothesline. But Tillman ducks and runs into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, Cross throws him down with a hip toss. Tillman gets back up, but Cross brings him back down with an arm drag. Tillman gets back up, but Cross runs over and connects with a dropkick, sending him stumbling through the ropes and out onto the apron. As Tillman goes to pull himself up using the ropes, Cross nails him with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then tries for a vertical suplex back into the ring. But Tillman slips down from behind. He quickly sets up Cross for a Tiger Suplex. But Cross blocks the move. So Tillman tries to host him up for another Tiger Suplex attempt. But again, Cross blocks the move. So Tillman lets go, spins Cross around, kicks him in the midsection and goes to lift him up for a brainbuster. But Cross blocks the move. So Tillman tightens his grip and tries for another brainbuster. But again, Cross blocks the move. So Tillman lets go of Cross and then goes to fire off a right hand. But Cross blocks and counters with one of his own. Tillman throws ttu another punch. But again, Cross blocks and counters with a punch of his own. Before Tillman can even throw a punch, Cross hits him with a punch of his own. He then runs into the ropes. When Cross comes back, Tillman knocks him down on one leg with a dropkick to the knee. He quickly gets back up and runs into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, he nails Cross with the Shining Black. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Cross gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer:Tillman nails him right in the face with the sole of his boot, but it only gets two. Tillman picks up Cross and whips him into the corner. He then runs, jumps and connects with a corner splash. Tillman then moves Cross out of the way, hoists himself up onto the middle ropes, grabs Cross and delivers a Tornado DDT. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Cross gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Cross got planted right on his head with that DDT! But he still had the wherewithal to get his shoulder up in time! Tillman picks up Cross, lifts him up and then plants him with a brainbuster. Geoff Penzer: Big brainbuster there by Tillman! That could be it! Cross could be out! Tillman makes the cover... ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! Cross gets his shoulder up. Tillman picks up Cross and kicks him in the midsection, doubling him over. He then takes off into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, he goes for the Terrific Kick. But Cross moves out of the way and counters with a discus elbow smash to the back of the head. The crowd cheers as Tillman falls face-first onto the canvas. Geoff Penzer: Tillman just got rocked by that discus elbow to the back of the neck! He might be out of it! ONE! . . TWO!
. . TH-NO! The crowd cheers as Tillman gets his shoulder up. Cross picks up Tillman and whips him into the corner. He then runs across the ring, connects with an elbow and follows up with a CCS Enzuigiri. Cross then brings a dazed Tillman from out of the corner before kicking him in the midsection and delivering a sitout facebuster. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! The crowd cheers as Tillman gets his shoulder up. Cross picks up Tillman and goes for a vertical suplex. But Tillman slips down from behind and follows up with a school boy… ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Cross kicks out. When Cross gets up, Tillman throws out a discus forearm smash. But Cross ducks. When Tillman turns around, Cross knees him in the midsection and follows up with a bulldog. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NO! Tillman gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: How many nearfalls are these two going to trade? Cross picks up Tillman and goes for an irish whip. But Tillman reverses, sending Cross into the corner. He then runs, jumps and goes for a corner splash. But Cross moves out of the way. Geoff Penzer: Nobody was home! As Tillman stumbles back, Cross turns around and knocks him down with a double jump moonsault to cheers from the crowd. He then picks up Tillman, grabs him from behind and delivers a Dragon Suplex. The crowd cheers as Cross makes the cover… ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! “The Future In The End” plays to cheers from the crowd. Tony Allen: Here is your winner, DONOVAN CROSS! Cross gets his arm raised as the crowd continues to cheer. Geoff Penzer: Donovan Cross picks up arguably the biggest win of his career as he defeats Terrence Tillman! Both men know each other well and it showed in this match. They traded reversals. They traded nearfalls. Both men showed a lot in this match. Both of these men have nothing to be ashamed about....

Match #6 | Singles Match Brody Watts vs. Bree Nelson ("Uma Thurman" by Fall Out Boy begins playing over the PA system. Some fog begins pouring up from the ground near the black curtain and Bree comes walking out of it and stops just past it. She puts and hand up to her ear, pretending she can't hear them when the whole crowd knows that no matter how loud they get she won't hear. She laughs and starts walking down the ramp slapping hands with fans as she makes her way to the ring.)Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, our next match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Shreveport, Louisiana - BREE NELSON! I can move mountains. I can work a miracle, work a miracle. Oh, oh. Keep you like an oath. May nothing but death do us part.
(Once she gets to the ring she rolls onto the ring apron and under the bottom rope. She stands up and walks over to the ring ropes nearest the camera. She waves her hands a bit more to rile up the crowd looking intently through out the arena to gauge their excitement. She then goes over to her corner waiting for the match to get underway.)Tony Allen: And her opponent, hailing from Bloody Corners, Ohio, weighing in at 285lbs - BRODY WATTS! The lights dim as "Beneath The Silt" hits. After a few prolonged moments, the verse kicks in and Brody Watts stalks out, inspiring boos from the crowd. He pays the catcalls no mind, however, stalking down to the ring at a methodical pace, looking around a moment before sliding in. He paces for a moment, the boos intensifying further before he shoulders roughly past the referee and ring announcer, heading to slouch against the turnbuckles...and wait. The bell sounds to start the match as Brody pushes himself up from his slouched position in the corner, a wicked smirk on his face as he stares across the ring at Bree Nelson. To her credit, Bree isn’t ready to back down just yet. She stands in a fighting stance, ready for Watts to make his move, but Brody merely approaches her slowly before shoving her with one hand. The crowd “ooh” before Bree shoves him back with both hands – but Brody Watts doesn’t budge an inch. Geoff Penzer: I don’t think Bree Nelson wants to go toe-to-toe with Brody Watts here. There’s brave and then there’s stupid. Brody shoves back again, but this time she comes back with a flying forearm smash that catches the big man by surprise. He remains on his feet, however, as Bree goes against the ropes for some momentum as she goes for a cross body block – only to be caught in mid air. Watts gloats to the crowd as he parades around the ring with Nelson in his arms before dropping her down across his knee with a sidebreaker, before tossing her overhead with a fallaway slam. She rolls to the outside, clutching her lower back as Watts sits up inside the ring, that same wicked smirk on his face as he wore at the start of the match. Nelson makes her way towards the guard rail, using it to prop herself up as Watts slithers out under the bottom rope, catching his opponent from behind with some clubbing blows to the back. Nelson gets tossed recklessly into the guard rail as the fans boo heavily; Watts pays them little mind, instead keeping his focus on his writhing opponent as he drags her back to her feet. The referee’s count is up to four as Watts rolls Bree back into the ring before following her in. Lateral press. ONE! . . TWO! But Bree gets a shoulder up to a large cheer from the crowd. Watts throws her shoulder back down and goes for another cover. ONE! . . TWO! But Bree kicks out again. Geoff Penzer: Bree Nelson showing a lot of heart here. But I have the feeling Brody Watts is holding back. Brody drags his opponent back to her feet keeping hold of her hair as he stares into her glazed over eyes. He delivers a headbutt, sending Bree staggering back a step. Then another headbutt and Bree falls back against the turnbuckle. Watts spreads his opponent’s arms across the top rope before delivering a thrust uppercut to the undefended throat. Bree falls to her knees, clutching at her throat as she gasps for air, but Watts just lifts her back to her feet. An Irish whip sends Nelson from pillar to post. She hits the turnbuckle hard as Watts waits across the ring, finally charging in as he gets a head of steam for the avalanche attack – NO! Geoff Penzer: Brody Watts hitting nothin’ but turnbuckle there! Bree dives out of the way in the nick of time as Brody hits the turnbuckle chest first. He’s even holding his head, perhaps after a collision with the ring post, as he turns around to face around – and he catches a CCS enzuigiri! The crowd pop as Bree connects with the kick. Watts staggers out of the corner as Bree drags herself back to her feet, pushing herself up to a position on the middle rope before leaping off with a flying bulldog! Watts’ head bounces off the mat as Bree does her best to roll him over. ONE! . . TWO! . . NO! Brody gets the shoulder up in the nick of time. Bree looks a little worse for wear as she crawls towards the ropes, using them to pull herself back to her feet as, in the center of the ring, Brody is making his way back to all fours. Nelson climbs out through the ropes, stepping out onto the apron before leaping up onto the top rope, springboarding into the ring with a leg drop down across the back of Brody’s neck! The crowd cheering her on as Bree hooks a leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NOO! Brody throws the shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: So close for young Bree Nelson there! Bree looks a little disappointed but, undeterred, she picks herself right back and makes her way towards the ropes again. This time she waits for Brody to get back to his feet, albeit groggily, before she springboards into the ring for the hurricanrana – NO! Nelson gets caught in mid-air as Watts audibly cackles, before charging towards the corner for the turnbuckle power bomb! Nelson gets folded up, but Watts scoops her up across his shoulder. That wicked smirk across his face as he drives Bree head and shoulders first into the mat with a Death Valley bomb. And the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE!!! Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match, BRODY WATTS! Watts’ music begins to play again as he stands over the fallen body of Bree Nelson. The fans continue booing him, but he mutes them, instead focusing his gaze on that of his opponent before finally leaving the ring, making his way back up the aisle. Geoff Penzer: Bree Nelson came close to putting the big man away a couple of times there, but the raw, brute strength of Brody Watts just proved to be too much for her in the end.

The scene opens up in a dark hallway, where the Apex Champion sits atop some production crates. Nest is grinning into the camera with a meat cleaver in his hand and his title across his lap.
Nest: Hello…
Rocking back and forth on the crates, Nest caresses the meat cleaver in his hand. Looking down, he tilts his head slightly.
Nest: I’m not a champion that’s striving to be the face of Lion’s Den. I don’t need the label and I don’t need the attention.
Chuckling to himself, Nest looks back up into the camera.
Nest: Besides, my very presence has began to speak for itself. There’s not many souls here who don’t consider that ring out there my nest. My domain...and there very few nonbelievers left will be humbled and made aware. Some non-believers are actually quite aware of me and what my presence brings, they just choose to ignore it...like MacRear. Others are just in line waiting to see for themselves...
The Apex Champion cracks his knuckles and licks his chops, his eyes falling down upon the meat cleaver.
Nest: Butcher. Very candid and to the point. No non-sense. No mind game playing. You’re the first challenger to my belt and what a worthy one you are. If anyone can put me to the ultimate test, it’s you. Although, I do feel as though you don’t take me as seriously as I take you. To which I say, watch closely tonight. Watch me take Nem, the monster, the man not of this world...and watch me break him just as I’ve broken so many others before him. That should make you a believer.
Nest slams the meat cleaver into the side of the crate before jumping off of the structure. Walking towards the camera, he holds up the Apex title.
Nest: Nest Assured.
The scene fades to black.

Match #7 | Singles Match Butcher vs. Prince MacRear As soon as the beat of “Sexy Back” by Justin Timberlake hits, smoke smoothly pours up from the entrance ramp, masking the actual entrance impossible to see. Prince MacRear emerges from the smoke mid-sequence, a smug grin on his demeanor and jerking his hips. With a look on his face that can only mean he’s clearly enthused with himself, he does a twirl before continuing down to the ring. Tony Allen: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is your MAIN EVENT of the evening! Introducing first, hailing from Los Angeles, California! He weighs in at 191 pounds! He is “The Sultan of Selfies,” PRINCE MACREAR! MacRear takes turns shouting at the sky, yelling at fans, and twerking his backside at every chance he gets. As he reaches the ring, MacRear sprawls across the apron and poses, almost model like, soaking the attention from the crowd. MacRear moves towards the middle ring and, in a swift, exaggerated manner, takes off his robe. "Morning Glory" by Oasis plays, Butcher blasts through the curtains, soaking in the reaction. He glares around before talking to the crowd, letting out a big laugh. He slaps some hands along the way. He stops at the front of the ring as the lights strobe blue, white, and red. He goes to his right, and runs up onto the apron, facing the crowd. Tony Allen: And his opponent, hailing from London, England! He weighs in at 238 pounds! He is BUTCHER! He flings himself through the ropes, spinning around and kneeling down, leaning on the middle rope. He looks around with a smirk, he then points at himself and glares into the camera saying something into it. Butcher stands up and marches around the ring soaking in the atmosphere. He stops, and then stands in his corner, ready to go at it. Geoff Penzer: Prince MacRear views himself as the real Apex Champion. He’s even gone so far as to get a custom championship made with, get this, his face on the center plate of the belt! But despite all of his denials, Nest IS the reigning Apex Champion. MacRear LOST to Nest in the finals of the Field of Pride tournament. However, if MacRear is able to defeat #1 contender Butcher here tonight, that could go a long way towards MacRear getting put back in the Apex Title picture. The REAL Apex Title. Geoff Penzer: Butcher has recently come off of two big wins in two separate Fatal Four Way Matches. The first was back at New Generation, when he bested Severine Leslie, Robbie Black and Katie Kensington. Then he did it again two weeks ago on Pride, when he defeated Terrence Tillman, Brody Watts and AKIRA Kaede. Tonight, he goes one on one with the man that at one point was white hot here in LDFC. Butcher faces a man that holds the longest winning streak here in LDFC. I’ve been told that not only doesn’t Butcher view MacRear as a threat, but he’s looking well past him. Let’s see if that’s something that comes back to bite Butcher in this one. The bell sounds as MacRear climbs up onto the middle ropes and screams out “I AM THE CHAMPION!”, resulting in a downpour of boos. Geoff Penzer: This Gibsonville crowd isn’t taking well to MacRear’s claims of being the real Apex Champion. Once MacRear hops down, he walks over to Butcher, holds his arms in the air and tells him that he’s never going to win his championship. Butcher smirks before kicking MacRear in the midsection, doubling him over. After a series of double ax handles to the back, Butcher takes MacRear, runs into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. Butcher slams him so hard into the top turnbuckle that MacRear bounces back, flips in mid air and falls to the canvas. Geoff Penzer: Did you see the force behind that move? Maybe Butcher isn’t taking MacRear so lightly afterall... Butcher picks up MacRear and whips him into the ropes. But instead of coming back, MacRear hangs onto the ropes. He then drops and rolls to the outside, resulting in an eruption of boos from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Where’s MacRear going? Is he going for the ph… oh come on! Not again! MacRear makes his way over to his robe, where he feverishly sifts through his pockets until he finds his phone. Once he gets out the phone, MacRear checks out his face to see if it’s in perfect condition. The crowd begins to rain boos down on MacRear as he’s more concerned with his looks than winning this match. Butcher sees this, so he immediately steps through the ropes and hops down to the outside. Geoff Penzer: It looks like Butcher is fed up with MacRear as well. Can’t say I blame the guy... MacRear sees Butcher coming from behind on his phone. So he quickly tosses the phone onto the apron before taking off around the ring. But Butcher is in hot pursuit after him. After MacRear rolls into the ring, Butcher rolls in right after him. But Butcher’s met with a series of stomps to the chest. Geoff Penzer: MacRear just played Butcher! I thought he was legitimately caught up in his looks! Then again, this IS MacRear we’re talking about, so maybe he was! BUT, he was smart enough to reel Butcher in and strike when he saw the chance to. MacRear drops down and chokes Butcher as the ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… MacRear breaks the hold. He then picks up Butcher, heads into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Butcher across, MacRear delivers a hard backhand slap across the face, resulting in a loud “OOOOOOOOH” from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Talk about the ultimate sign of disrespect. Butcher won’t take too kindly to that! MacRear turns to the crowd and gets into it with some fans in the front row. When he turns back to Butcher, Butcher grabs him by the throat and tosses him into the corner. After a series of rights and lefts to the midsection, Butcher nearly sends MacRear’s head flying into the crowd with a hard European Uppercut. He then nails MacRear with another hard European Uppercut, causing MacRear’s head to rock back and forth. He then takes MacRear and goes for an irish whip. But MacRear reverses, sending him into the opposite corner. MacRear then runs across the ring. But Butcher nails him with an elbow to the face, sending him stumbling back. Butcher then runs from out of the corner, but MacRear cuts him off with a running thump. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Butcher kicks out. MacRear picks up Butcher and goes for an irish whip. But Butcher reverses, sending MacRear into the ropes. When MacRear comes back, Butcher bends over to set up a back body drop. MacRear counters with a sunset flip. But Butcher rolls through it, rolls up to his feet, runs over and nearly kicks MacRear’s face in. Fans in the front row cringe and turn away upon impact. He then drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . MacRear gets his shoulder up. Butcher picks up MacRear, delivers a snap suplex and turns over to make the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . MacRear gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Another lateral press there by Butcher, but it only gets two. Say what you want about MacRear’s mannerisms or his immaturity, but in that ring is a grappler than that has been more successful than not. There’s less than a handful of men that can say they’ve gotten the better of MacRear inside of an LDFC ring. MacRear will do everything he can to make sure that Butcher isn’t added to that list. Butcher picks up MacRear and delivers a headbutt, knocking him down to the canvas. MacRear immediately covers up his face, so Butcher responds by stomping the hell out of his chest and stomach. As MacRear reaches down to guard those areas, Butcher mounts himself on top of MacRear and hammers down with 12-to-6 elbows to the face. He then lays across MacRear in a lateral press, making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . MacRear gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Butcher is really taking it to MacRear now. This man knows how to strike with the best of them. When Butcher and Nest meet inside that ring, it might make what we saw early between Kaede and Majima seem like child’s play. Butcher picks up MacRear and throws him down with a body slam. After sitting him up, Butcher nails him with a soccer kick to the back, causing MacRear to arch his back in pain. Geoff Penzer: My goodness, what a kick that was! While MacRear continues to cringe in pain, Butcher reaches down, grabs the elastic band and rips it from out of MacRear’s hair. He then purposely messes up MacRear’s hair, turning it from the perfect slicked back ponytail into a mangled mess. He follows this up by repeatedly kicking MacRear in the back. Geoff Penzer: Talk about adding insult to injury. If MacRear was able to see what his hair looked like now, he might have a conniption fit. After picking MacRear back up, Butcher whips him into the ropes. When MacRear comes back, Butcher bends over to set up another back body drop. But MacRear counters with a mat slam, followed by a series of stomps to the body. MacRear picks up Butcher and delivers a vertical suplex. He then steps through the ropes, marches along the apron and scales the turnbuckles. Once Butcher gets up and turns around, MacRear connects with a diving front dropkick, sending Butcher stumbling through the ropes and to the floor. Geoff Penzer: Butcher just got sent tumbling to the floor after that front dropkick to the chest. Let’s see if MacRear take it to the air here... As Butcher slowly gets up on the outside, MacRear heads across the ring, grabs the top rope with both hands and knocks him down with a slingshot spiraling crossbody to the floor. Geoff Penzer: MacRear takes him out with the slingshot crossbody to the floor! MacRear picks up Butcher and rolls him back into the ring. He then rolls himself back in and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Butcher kicks out. MacRear picks up Butcher, grabs him from the side and delivers a russian leg sweep. He then follows up with a leg drop before making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Butcher kicks out. MacRear picks up Butcher, kicks him in the midsection and delivers a spinning neckbreaker. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Butcher gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Yet another nearfall for MacRear. Butcher fought tooth and nail to get that #1 contendership. He’s got the title shot. The last thing he wants now is a setback, especially to the likes of MacRear. MacRear picks up Butcher, brings him into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Butcher around, MacRear pummels him down into the corner with a series of right hands to the face. Geoff Penzer: I think we know what’s coming now... MacRear steps back towards the center of the ring before holding his hands out and framing Butcher between them. He then runs forward and connects with BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY ROCKIN EVERYWHERE. MacRear drags him from out of the corner and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Butcher gets his shoulder up. As MacRear slowly picks up Butcher, Butcher begins to nail him with a series of right hands to the midsection. But MacRear stops the comeback with a high knee lift, knocking him down. As he reaches down to pick up Butcher, Butcher begins nails him with battering ram-style heabdutts to the midsection. But again, MacRear stops that comeback with a dropkick, knocking him down. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! Butcher gets his shoulder up. After picking up Butcher, MacRear nails him with a European Uppercut. Butcher responds with a European Uppercut of his own. He then nails MacRear with another European Uppercut… and another… and another. Butcher then grabs him by the wrist before delivering the Sleight of Hand. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! MacRear gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Butcher nearly got him there. As Butcher picks up MacRear, MacRear rakes him across the eyes. He follows up with a release fisherman buster. After stepping out onto the apron, an impatient MacRear repeatedly waves up Butcher. Once Butcher gets up and turns around, MacRear goes for MacRear It A double. But Butcher counters with an inverted atomic drop, followed by a pop-up European Uppercut. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . TH-NO! MacRear gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Great counter there by Butcher. But it still wasn’t enough to put away MacRear. Butcher picks up MacRear and whips him into the ropes. But instead of coming back, Macrear hangs onto the ropes. He then drops, rolls to the outside and snatches his custom-made championship off the timekeeper’s table. Geoff Penzer: What’s MacRear doing? This isn’t No DQ! He can’t bring that into the ring! After rolling back into the ring, MacRear goes to nail Butcher with the title belt. But Butcher reaches up and blocks the belt shot. The two men then begin a tug-of-war over the belt until Butcher snatches it out of his hands. But the ref quickly snatches it away from Butcher. While the ref goes to hand the belt off to Tony Allen on the outside, MacRear goes to nail Butcher between the legs with the Slapnut Mangos. But Butcher catches his foot. MacRear can be seen begging for mercy from Butcher. But Butcher is having none of it. He then wags his finger at MacRear before spinning him around. When Macrear cuts back, Butcher throws out a hard lariat. But MacRear ducks. When Butcher turns around, MacRear lifts him up and delivers the Facial. When the ref turns around, MacRear picks up Butcher, places him in a three-quarter facelock, pretends to take a selfie and then drops him with Selfie Made. MacRear turns him over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! “SexyBack” blares throughout the building as the crowd erupts in boos. Tony Allen: Here is your winner, PRINCE MACREAR! McRear gets his arm raised mid-selfie as the crowd continues to boo. Geoff Penzer: Prince MacRear has done it! MacRear has defeated Butcher. Now, the self-proclaimed “real Apex Champion” stand tall on this night! Geoff Penzer: For everyone here at LDFC, this is Geoff Penzer signing off! We’ll see you next time on the next edition of Pride! Goodnight, everyone!

The following has been pre-recorded. The camera takes us to inside the Lion’s Den, the Lion’s Den Fighting Championship training center to be exact. Inside there are some familiar men and women running drills, doing squats, calisthenics and even rope climbing - all the things you would expect inside a training facility. Along with the exercise regiments going on all around a regulation sized wrestling ring we see many of these students learning the ins and outs of the wrestling business while under the close watch of their trainers. They stand off to the side wearing LDFC branded gear, some taking notes and others directing the action in the ring. After a quick cut from this portion of training we see all of the LDFC students as they file into the clear floor area near the ring and find a place to settle, trainers such as the new Assistant Head Trainer Riley Owens give pointers from those notes. Riley steps back as Chris Bond steps up - he's the Head Trainer and the students pay particular attention as he speaks. Chris Bond: Ladies and gentlemen every day since you’ve been here, I have watched you grow as not only men and women, but as competitors. I have seen you hit your breaking points and I have seen you grow and blossom into the talent that you have become and continue to become. I have never been more proud in my life than to be here watching and helping you grow into the future of this industry. A small round of applause echoes throughout the training center. Chris Bond: When I look around this room, I see nothing but untapped potential. You folks are going to blossom into the best and the brightest this industry will ever see, and it’s not going to be at my hands. It’s not going to be at the hands of my colleagues up here, no it’s going to be all you guys. We will help you, we will give you the tools to mold yourself into a prize fighter and a potential world champion—but it’s just up to you guys. You have to decide if you really want this. We see you guys as future world champions… but it’s just a vision. You have to paint yourself into that picture. You have to work your asses off to win that role of a lifetime. You have to... A voice stops him in his tracks. A young, attractive, blond female with a vicious expression stands up from the back of the pack and starts her way to the front. Liesl Albrecht: You...pontificate to us this way, when you truly do not believe a word you say! Everyone turns and watches her interrupt the Head Trainer of the LDFC. His eyes narrow as he watches her approach him. Chris Bond: Look Liesl, I understand you have an issue with who I picked as my tag-team partner for the Dynamic Duos tournament. But as I already told you, it was my decision and it was not a slight at the students here at all. And while I respect your opinion, I don’t appreciate this sign of disrespect. Take your seat. She glares at him, while he stands amazed at her audacity to interrupt him. There are some chuckles heavy with irony, some snickers, but most of the students remain respectfully silent. Liesl Albrecht: I will not! You say these silly meaningless American phrases, spouting off hack rate life coaching sentiments you likely stole from someone like Jon Stewart! But the proof of your words lies in your actions, and you chose that Bronco man over any of us here in LDFC! If that is not the true disrespect in this room I do not know what is! Bond narrows his own eyes, obviously annoyed at her attitude and her continued disrespect. Liesl Albrecht: You can say what you wish but you are just like an American corporate fat cat only concerned with how large his ...wallet...is! If you truly believe we have all this...untapped potential...you would have chosen one of us! But you are a liar! Obviously with this last statement, a collective “Ooh” escapes the others in attendance. Bond’s face reddens with anger and irritation as Liesl smirks with satisfaction. Chris Bond: Now you listen here! I’ve had just about all I can take of your holier-than-thou attitude. Let me remind you that I am the head trainer of this organization. I am the advanced trainer. And as long as you’re a member of the LDFC roster, you ultimately answer to me. NOW go sit your ass down! Bond’s irritation has just about boiled over and his face’s rage echoes in the use of his tattooed arm pointing to the empty seat towards the back. But Liesl doesn’t budge. In fact, her smirk remains. Liesl Albrecht: Hmmm. I do not think I will be the one sitting down here today. And before Bond can even blink, the vicious vixen drops him with a massive forearm to the face. Everyone in attendance jumps to their feet. A few of the assistant trainers force Liesl to step back and exit her from the training room and to the showers as they try to calm Bond down verbally. A couple of the students go up to check on Bond who refuses their help and assures them he’s okay. As the camera pans back, Hans Kuntz is seen as he places his hand on Liesl's shoulder in the shadows of the door way to the lockers, whispering something to her as they both smirk wickedly. The scene cuts to static.

MAIN EVENT Nest vs. Nem Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, our next contest is scheduled for one fall and is our main event for the evening! Introducing first, from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, weighing in at 312lbs … He is the LDFC APEX CHAMPION … NEST! The opening to Deftones' "Cherry Waves" plays as a small screen of smoke cover the ground of the stage. As the first rift blasts through the venue, Nest walks through the curtain breathing heavily. Keeping his head down he looks out to the crowd briefly before eyeing the ring ahead, making his way down the ramp with an alarming sense of urgency. Nest stops right before he gets to the apron, holding out both of his arms with pitchfork hand signs along with a scream. He rolls in the ring and starts cracking his knuckles as the music dies down. Tony Allen: And his opponent, hailing from Parts Unknown, weighing in at 285lbs ... Being accompanied to the ring by Ricky Oswego ... He is NEM! A light mist fills the entranceway as "The Bottom" by Staind begins to blare through the speakers. Soon, Ricky Oswego emerges, his arms stretched wide as he takes in the chorus of boos. He mockingly laughs at the crowd as he turns around and beckons for his beast to emerge. Nem lumbers through the curtain; a hood pulled over his head, almost looking like the reaper himself. He stops alongside Ricky, and glances down at him as if awaiting his next command. Ricky takes the lead, heading towards the ring with Nem lumbering steps behind. Ricky reaches the ring and stops, turning and ordering Nem inside. Nem nods in understanding and makes his way up the steps, climbing into the ring. He removes his hooded trench coat, exposing his masked face to the world. He turns and hands his jacket to his brother as he awaits the bell. Geoff Penzer: Our Apex champion in non-title action here against possibly one of his toughest tests to date. Nem is a monster and has been tearing through the competition here; can he beat the Apex champion, or will Nest emerge victorious tonight? We’re about to find out. The bell sounds the start the match as both competitors head towards the center of the ring. Nem towering over the Apex champion by a good half a foot; he stares down into the eyes of Nest who, to his credit, doesn’t back away from the beast. The crowd rallying behind Nest as the stare down continues, until finally Nest delivers a chop to the chest of his opponent. Nem fires one right back; neither man budging an inch as they chop each other again before Nem follows up with a forearm shot to the face. That staggers the Apex champion, sending him back a step. An uppercut connects, sending Nest back against the ropes as Nem follows him over, using an Irish whip to send Nest running across the ring. He returns with a shoulderblock, but neither man goes down. Geoff Penzer: What happens when two immovable objects meet? Both competitors glare at each other again before Nest sets off against the ropes, bouncing off them as Nem attempts a clothesline. The champion ducks underneath it, going against the ropes again before coming back with a flying shouldertackle! It’s enough to take Nem off his feet, albeit not for long. Both competitors scramble back to their feet; Nest gets there first and is waiting for his opponent, catching the big man with a body slam. The crowd roar in delight as Nem holds his lower back in pain. But he doesn’t get to rest for long as Nest brings him back to his feet. An Irish whip ensues, this time Nest executing a thrusting spinebuster, driving the masked man down into the mat before he goes for a cover. ONE! . . TWO! Nem powers out. Geoff Penzer: Did you see the strength of Nem there? Nest looks a little shocked as his 312lb frame was thrown through the air. He watches on as Nem sits upright before getting back to his feet shortly before the Apex champion does the same. A clubbing blow finds its mark on Nem’s head, stopping the big man dead in his tracks as Nest doubles him over with a boot to the gut. He hooks his opponent in position for a suplex, but Nem puts on the brakes. A few punches to the midsection and Nem is able to reverse, taking the Apex down with a suplex of his own! Geoff Penzer: Whoa, the ring shook there. Nest clutches at his lower back as he rolls back up to his feet, followed close behind by the masked man, Nem. Nem catches his opponent with a few chest slaps, backing Nest against the ropes before going for the Irish whip. The Apex champion sets off across the ring, coming back right into a big boot that sends him staggering backwards. He’s against the ropes again as Nem takes a run up, charging in with a Cactus clothesline that takes both men tumbling over the top rope! Nest rolls through until he comes to a stop by the guard rail, but Nem is already picking himself up on the outside. His brother, Ricky Oswego shouting words of ‘encouragement’ at the big man as the pair of them exchange glances. Nest grabs hold of the guard rail, using it to pick himself up, but Nem grabs him and lifts him, dropping the Apex champion throat first across the steel rail. The nearby fans boo as Nest drops to the mats, gasping for air. Inside the ring, the referee is making the count-out. He’s up to five before Nem slowly turns his head, looking the referee dead in the eye as the count begins to slow down. Nem grabs his opponent up off the floor once more, rolling Nest back into the ring with his head hanging over the edge as Nem himself steps up onto the apron. A leg drop follows as Nem drops all 285lbs down across the throat of his opponent! Nest rolls back into the ring, once again gasping for air as Nem slides in and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! But Nest kicks out! Nem looks almost nonplussed as he pushes the champion back down and tries again. ONE! . . TWO! Geoff Penzer: He’s going to have to do more than that to put away the Apex champion. On the outside, Oswego is still shouting instructions to his client as Nem drags his opponent back to his feet. Nest gets thrown head first into the turnbuckle, collapsing into the corner as Nem thrusts his shoulder up into the midsection several times. The referee tries to intervene, saying that’s enough before Nest slumps down to a seated position. Nem takes the opportunity to choke out his opponent, his boot placed across the throat as the referee makes the five count, getting to four before Nem turns towards him. Geoff Penzer: I’d hate to be that referee telling Nem no more. Undeterred, Nem drags his opponent back to his feet once more. He goes for an Irish whip, but Nest counters, going under the arm before throwing up a hook kick that lands flush on Nem’s jaw! The crowd roar in delight as the big man falls back into the corner. Nest stumbles towards the center of the ring, taking a moment to compose himself before charging in with a corner splash! Nem stumbles out of the corner as the champion spins him around and performs a tiger suplex! Oswego looks on in horror as his client gets folded up like an accordion. Nest makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NOO! Geoff Penzer: So close! Oswego breathes a sigh of relief as Nem gets the shoulder up. Nest looks to the referee to be sure, but the official assures him it was only a two count. The Apex Champion stands back up; the crowd here in Gibsonville are well and truly behind him as Nest begins to psyche himself up, waiting for Nem to get back his feet. Nem stands up and turns towards his opponent as Nest doubles him over with toe kick. The champion sets off against the ropes, coming back with a knee lift to the face of Nem, before continuing on against the ropes, this time performing a discus elbow! Geoff Penzer: Nest Assured! Nem drops to one knee as Nest looks on in disbelief. He goes against the ropes once more, this time coming back with a shining black! And this time Nem goes down. Hook of the leg! ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NOO! Nem gets the shoulder up. Nest looks a little perturbed now, wondering exactly how his opponent managed to kick out of that one. Regardless, he drags Nem back to his feet and moves them both towards the corner before bouncing Nem’s head off the top turnbuckle. Nest lifts the knee, driving it into the gut of his opponent no less than six times before performing an Irish whip, sending Nem running across the ring once more. Nest charges in after him, going for the corner splash – NO! Nem catches him in mid-air, taking the Apex champion down with a huge thrust spinebuster! Geoff Penzer: What a counter! Nest is down, limbs splayed out in every direction as Nem tries to force himself back to his feet. But the big man has taken a beating so far, so he’s moving slowly. With both hands on the top rope, Nem lifts himself back to a vertical base as Nest begins to stir. Both men are back on their feet as Nest charges towards the corner. Nem ducks the attack, taking a step out into the center of the ring as Nest turns around – straight into a uranage! Geoff Penzer: Nem calls that the First Trial! And this could be it, folks! Nem slowly drags himself over, draping himself over the Apex champion with a lateral press. ONE! . . TWO! . . THR-NOO! Geoff Penzer: How did Nest kick out of that one!? Oswego looks shocked enough for both he and Nem; the Apex champion remains on the mat with his shoulder in the air as Nem gets back to his feet. His chest heaving with labored breathing as he walks around the prone champion. Nest is slow to recover, aided along by Nem as he grabs Nest around the throat with both hands, lifting him up into the air – NO! Nest fights back, countering with a boot to the gut to force the break. Nem staggers back a step as Nest throws off some hard right hands. His second wind coming just in time as he has the masked man back against the ropes. Nest takes a run-up before charging in, delivering a Cactus clothesline of his own as both men tumble over the top rope again, all the way to the outside! ONE! The referee begins the count out as both men are down on the outside. TWO! THREE! FOUR! Nest begins to stir. FIVE! SIX! He pushes himself to all fours, as Nem starts to come to. SEVEN! EIGHT! Nest pushes himself up to his feet. NINE! But he falls down again… TEN! Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, this match has ended in a DOUBLE COUNT OUT! The fans begin to boo in disappointment as Nest clutches onto the ring apron, looking at the referee in disbelief. Nem regains his vertical base on the outside as Oswego makes his way over to the masked man to let him know what to do next… Geoff Penzer: These two threw everything they had at one another, and what a physical encounter it proved to be. But neither man could answer the ten count in the end. Oswego leads his client away from the ring, leaving without the taste of victory as Nest collects his Apex Championship belt from the timekeeper’s table. The two competitors stare at one another from opposite ends of the aisle for a few moments as the show comes to a close. Geoff Penzer: That’s all we’ve got time for tonight, folks. Be sure to tune in next time for more action live from LDFC!
