Laura is seen sighing around. Looking from one end to another on the wall. Sighing. She looks to the floor.
"I'm not exactly sure what's been going on. But something has been eating me up alive to the point I'm not even sure where I'm going with this professional wrestling anymore. Sure I defeated Darwin. But, I keep losing the other matches I don't exactly want to lose. My mind is weary everyday. I'm constantly training, but yet it seems like no matter what I try. I'm getting to the point of where certainty is becoming a myth. I told someone I wanted to be the next generation of professional wrestling for women. But I'm just lacking it seems. But you know..."
Laura punches the wall slightly.
"I'm not gonna let it get to me. Because I've done so much so far in this..."
She feels something touch her shoulder.
"I'm not going to let the media manipulate how I perceive myself. I'm going to do everything I can to become something in this business."
She then looks to the camera.
"Katie Kensington. Katie, you're an exceptional person. I've seen your fights. You really know how to wrestle. I almost envy you in a way. Because of how well you perform. You perform with excellence, and that's something I have to work on. But, I want to sit here and talk about all the good things about you. Because I'm a very respectful wrestler. But I don't know if I really should anymore. I feel like being too nice is what got me here in the water in the first place. So, Katie. Listen. Like I said. I know you're an exceptional fighter. You have talent, something nobody can deny. But I'm not even sure if you believe the same praise about me. Do you think I'm a capable fighter for you? Let me explain to you why I'm not gonna fail you. Because so far I've seen what it takes to become a champion. I was in the main event the second time. I may have lost. BUT. I learn a valuable lesson from that. That was to keep on. I didn't fail. I kept on that pressure."
She takes a sip from her water bottle.
"Lessons have to be learned while in training, and I've been learning my butt off for so long. I talk about wanting to hang with people like Felicity Banks, Cordy Stevenson, even Annie Zellor. But I've realized that I have to do so much more to really believe that I can hang with them. I'm not saying you're my first victim, because I defeated Darwin who was annoyance. That was proof enough that I knew I could do something if someone annoyed me. I have so much moral fiber inside of me, it's almost time for me to let it go. Let it go. Like that Frozen girl right? Wrong. I'm not that innocent girl anymore. I'm going to prove to you and EVERYONE that I can do whatever I want in the ring. I'm not gonna say I'm ready for the Apex Championship. But I'm ready for this. I'm ready to prove myself again. Because I'm here to stay."
She starts to do some shadow boxing.
"I'm still a boxer. I'm a wrestler. I'm capable of anything. So get ready Katie..... I'm coming for you"
