The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on between Thursday, March 26th and Wednesday, April 1st.
You have until Wednesday, April 1st to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
Shining Wizard
A strike delivered to an opponent down on one knee. After stepping off the opponent's raised knee with one foot, the wrestler swings his other leg and strikes the opponent's head with either the side of his knee or his shin.
Atomic Drop
A move in which the wrestler goes behind an opponent, then puts his head under the opponent's shoulder. He then lifts his opponent up, and drops him or her tailbone-first on the wrestler's knee.
Sitout Facebuster
A sitout facebuster, also known as a faceplant, is a move in which the wrestler grabs their opponent with two hands behind the head. Jumping up, he pulls the opponents head down til his/her face is driven into the mat as they land in a sitting position.
