The "Evolution" of Triple T?

It's been eventful couple of weeks for Terence Tillman. He was accepted into the Lions Den, packed up all his belongings and moved away from home to live with his cousin Darren just out side of Greensboro NC.  He also started training and preparing for his first real match.  

It's early morning and Triple T has just finished his morning run and enters his apartment where his cousin greets him at the door.

DARREN: You are going to die!!!!


TRIPLE T: Yes "D" we all die some day...quite a heavy topic before breakfast don't you think? But okay me personally I want to die on a waterbed so it would be like I'm floating off into eternity...like those viking dudes back in the day you know?


DARREN: No, no fool! I'm talking about your first match.


TRIPLE T: Wait what? My email came in!? I got a match? Yeah baby! 


DARREN: You don't understand, this cat is a monster. His name is Darwin he's in a higher class than you, he out weighs you and dwarfs you by almost a foot.


TRIPLE T: Well they did say I may have to face off against those a little more advance than me. I mean sure he's bigger, big deal!


DARREN: He has a move called "Public Execution".


TRIPLE T: Word?


DARREN: Word.

Terrence looks a bit perplexed for a moment. Had he bitten off more than he can chew? Was he really ready for a challenge like this? 

DARREN: Sooo what's next? Do you call out sick or something? Do you ask for an opponent with similar experience? I mean you don't have to move back or anything I know you don't want to go back to Orlando just yet. I can put in a good word for you at my office, they are always hiring.

TRIPLE T: (Softly) No....


DARREN: What?


TRIPLE T: I said no!


DARREN: Okay, okay, you can look for a job on your own but come first of the mouth your crap will be outside if rent isn't...


TRIPLE T: No "D" I'm saying I'm not going to quit. In fact I'm going to train even harder. I'm going to do what ever it takes to prove I belong here. He may have more experience and he may be bigger...

DARREN: Don't forget the "public execution" thing.

Triple T gives his cousin a cold look.

DARREN: My bad, my bad.

TRIPLE T: None of that matters this is my time to shine. My time to seize the moment. My time to evolve.

DARREN: I see what you did there. Okay well then whatever your decision is I support it.  Hey there is breakfast on the stove if you want some.

TRIPLE T: Can't right now...if I'm going to be ready I have to go practice some of moves...I think I've just about perfected the spinning heel kick...it's going down cuz.

With that Terrence heads back out the door off to train for his up coming match. Darren goes back online with his laptop pulling up Darwin's profile.

DARREN: You are going to die cuz...
