Pride Championship Match
(c) Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine vs. Dom Harter
The opening chords of “Low Self Opinion” begin to play throughout the arena as the crowd begin to boo. After ten seconds or so, Dom Harter steps out from behind the curtain. He throws his arms out to either side, his gaudy leather with patches of studs and spiked shoulders proudly on display. The ever familiar crooked grin plastered on his face as he begins to stride down the aisle, soaking in the boos and jeers that are coming from the fans here in Pittsburgh.
Kris Cruise: Harter isn't exactly the first name that comes to mind when I hear the world "Pride." Neither is Tony for that matter. Yet here we are, this these two fighting over the Pride Championship. Harter desperately wants that Triple Crown. But Carmine is the one that holds all the power. He's the one that holds the gold.
Stephy Auger: You can say a lot of things about Harter. A lot! But more often than not, he gets the job done. You don't have to like his methods. I know I don't and I know you don't either. But Harter's a winner. And in these high pressure situations, he's come through time and time again. But will tonight be any difference? Will Carmine deny him history?
Harter climbs up the ring steps and climbs in through the middle rope; once inside the squared circle, Harter taunts the fans, beckoning them to boo him further as he removes his leather jacket and the Believe t-shirt he wears underneath it.
J.A. Aldridge: The following contest will be fought under Pride Rules! And it is for the FGA Pride Championship! Introducing first, from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 238 pounds! He is "The Tenacious Little Bastard," DOM HARTER!
As RetcH's "Graceful Jewelry Removal" hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(never the same group of women). He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.
"n****s pussy I should sprinkle them with glitter, for real my n****."After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.
J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, now residing out of Boca Raton, Florida! Weighing in at 179 pounds, he is the reigning... defending... FGA Pride Champion... SUNSHINE SCANDALOUS TONY CARMINE!
Kris Cruise: Dom Harter holds a win, albeit a tag team win, over Tony's head. Now, Harter looking to hold the Pride Championship over Tony's head after he takes it from him. Can Tony stop him?
Stephy Auger: Tony can. He's the one that ended Riley's previous reign as champion. And Reilly was an exceptional Pride Champion. But Harter's a different animal. He's just a sneaky and just a devious. It's almost as if Tony will be fighting himself out there. I hate to say it, but in a match where a Pride Championship is on the line, the man who gets their hands dirtier may walk out the winner.
After the ref goes over the Pride Rules with both men, he instructs them to shake hands. The bell sounds as both men reluctantly shake each others hand. They then motion to turn away from each other… only to turn back and sucker punch the other. The ref quickly gives both men the warning about using closed fists. But his warnings are quickly ignored as they punch each other again. As the ref motions for a rope break to be taken from both men, they both go for another punch. But Carmine quickly nails Harter with a knee strike to the midsection. He then grabs Harter by the back of the neck, runs into the corner and slams him face-first into the turnbuckle. After turning Harter around, Carmine unleashes a series of knife-edge chops that echo throughout the arena. He then lunges at Harter’s throat, choking him with both hands as the ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Carmine lets go. He then points someone out in the crowd to the ref. As the ref turns to look , Carmine goes to rake Harter across the eyes. But Harter lunges forward, blatantly kneeing Carmine below the belt. When the ref turns around, he sees Carmine doubled over. He asks Harter if he low blowed him. But Harter puts his hands up, swearing up and down that he did no such thing.
Kris Cruise: That Dom's one hell of a liar.
Stephy Auger: It's gotten him this far...
Harter then takes Carmine and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. After turning him around, Harter delivers a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection. He then takes a doubled over Carmine, brings him from out of the corner and then points towards something in the crowd. As the ref turns to look, Harter steps back and goes for a kick between the legs. But Carmine catches his leg. He then throws it down, lifts up Harter, delivers an inverted atomic drop and follows up with a rake across the eyes. But the ref catches Carmien in the act, scolds him for raking the eyes and charges him a second rope break.
Kris Cruise: So the ref didn't catch Dom kneeing Tony below the belt. But he caught Tony raking him across the eyes?
Stephy Auger: Dom did insinuate that he knows how to bend and break the rules better than Tony...
Carmine argues with the ref that Harter tried to kick him in the balls. But the ref doesn’t want to hear any of it. While Carmine is still yelling at the ref, Harter sneaks up from behind, rolls him up with a school boy and hooks the tights…

Kris Cruise: And just like that, Dom finds himself up in this match. He's one fall away from getting the title.
Stephy Auger: The pressure's all on Tony now. He's got to rattle off two straight falls. We've seen previous Pride Champions do it. So it's not like it can't be done. But Dom isn't just any opponent.
