The following are the moves that the Lion's Den Fighting Championships training classes will be working on (In this case, have been working on since they signed their contracts) between Tuesday, February 24th and Wednesday, March 4th.
You have until Wednesday, March 4th to chose if you would like to use one of these moves in your move-set. You do not have to chose one to add to your moveset. If you'd rather not add any of the three to your moveset, just don't do anything. If you want one of these three moves added to your moveset, reply to your wrestlers update thread in the Profile Updates Subforum, or create your thread in the forum with the move you'd like to add, and the move you want it to replace. Staff will then edit your bio and make the change for you. This will signify your wrestler learning the move that week. Now, your wrestler does not forget how to do the move you take off the moveset, it just becomes something they do less often during matches. As a reminder, you may only choose one of the three moves per week to add to your move-set.
Crossbody Block
This is a maneuver in which a wrestler jumps onto his opponent and lands
horizontally across the opponent's torso, forcing them to the mat and usually
resulting in a pin-fall attempt.
Spinning Heel Kick
A spinning heel kick is where the artist turns his/her body 360 degrees before
landing the heel or the ball of his/her foot on the target. It is found in Muay Thai.
Russian Legsweep
This is a move in which a wrestler stands side-to-side and slightly behind with the
opponent, facing in the same direction, and reaches behind the opponent's back to
hook the opponent's head with the other hand extending the opponent's nearest arm,
then while hooking the opponent's leg the wrestler falls backward, pulling the opponent
to the mat back-first.
