Kris Cruise: Hello and welcome to another Frontier Grappling Arts presentation! Welcome to the Hammerstein Ballroom here in New York City! Welcome... to FINAL FRONTIER! I'm Kris Cruise and joining me is my partner, Stephy Auger. Tonight, it's FGA's last show of 2014 and we're looking to go out with a bang!

Stephy Auger: Yes we are! There are huge matches up and down the card. Every championship in FGA is on the line. But not only that, the balance of power in FGA is also up for grabs.

Kris Cruise: Of course, you're talking about the big Six Person Tag Match pitting the Infinite Empire against Dan Herrera, Cordy Stevenson and Cindy Parker!

Stephy Auger: It looks like finally, Dan and Cyncity are back on the same page. What happened at Capital Combat is water under the bridge. And along with her bestie Cordy Stevenson, these three will provide a united front. But the Infintie Empire will be tough to beat. The three of them have been undefeated thus far in FGA. But Team FGA is fixing to change that in a big way tonight.

Kris Cruise: How about that mien event? Malcolm Drake... Dom Harter... in a Dog Collar Match? That one is going to get ugly!

Stephy Auger: Who knew that things between Drake and Harter would get to this point? These two used to be thick as thieves. If you told me at the beginning of the year that this is how the year would end with these two, you would have probably gotten slapped. Their friendship ended long ago. Tonight, their careers might just end as well!

Kris Cruise: We've alo got four championships up for grabs, including the coveted World Championship!

Stephy Auger: Jimmy Page wanted that World Championship and ever since winning it, he'd held it with a vice-like grip. Dom Harter coudn't take it from him. Cordy Stevenson couldn't take it from him. Tonight could be Riley Owens' night. He took the Pride Championship from him when no one thought he could. Tnight, we could see a replay of that match!

Kris Cruise: We've got so much action to bring to you. Chaz Holiday and Mirage in a Street Fight! Hardaway and Karma in a Steel Cage! The Sparklebuddies defend against The Spitfires! We've also got Mike Bisignano in the crowd, who'll be making his debut in 2015! There's so much to bring you! So let's send it down to the ring where J.A. Aldridge is ready to give the ring introductions...

Sean Sands vs. Chris Bond

The house lights dim in the smaller facility, and multi-colored lights soon flicker throughout the filled-to-the-brim center. The crowd jumps to it's feet as Chris Bond makes his way out from behind the curtains. As he emerges from behind the curtain, a spotlight lights his way. Bond makes his way down the aisle and towards the ring...

Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, now residing out of Chicago, Illinois! Weighing in at 238 pounds… CHRIS BOND!

Soon enough he jogs up the stairs, and walks along the ring apron before wiping his feet. Chris Bond steps over the second rope and into the ring. The self-proclaimed legend of the wrestling world walks to the center of the ring and stands there for a moment, as flashes go off through out the waves of fans. He circles the ring, arms outstretched, taking in the crowd’s reaction once again. Bond enjoys this, as his trademark smirk re-emerges on his face. Heading to his corner, Bond does a few stretches as he waits for the match to begin.

Kris Cruise: This has not been a good year for Chris Bond.

Stephy Auger: 2013 was great for him. He was a two-time Pride Champion and really came a long way on his road to redemption. But 2014 was a much different story. He was turned on by his good friend Kevin Hardaway. He failed to qualify for the Frontier Lions Cup. But I guess seeing Sean Sands come back to universal praise despite him “walking out on the company” is what really set him off a few months back.

"Burn Brighter" by Landsdowne plays as Sean Sands steps out from behind the curtain, a smile on his face. He points out at the audience as they cheer for him and nods his head before beginning his walk down the ramp towards the ring. Halfway down the ramp, Sean begins slapping hands with some of the fans and even signs an autograph or two. When he reaches ringside, Sean nods his head as he stares out at the audience again, before heading over towards the steel steps and quickly scaling them until he reaches the apron.

Aldridge: And his opponent, from Cincinnati, Ohio! Weighing in at 220 pounds… SEAN SANDS!

Sean slowly walks on the apron, looking at the audience still, before finally turning his attention to everyone in the ring. He quickly pulls on the top rope and hops over them before landing on his feet. Sean quickly climbs to the nearest corner on the middle turnbuckle before pointing out at the fans holding signs in support for him. Once he hops off, Sands heads to his corner and gets ready for his match.

Kris Cruise: Sean Sands is competing in an FGA ring for the first time in nearly a year.

Stephy Auger: We know he’s doing big things over in the UK. But there’s nothing quite like competing against the talent in an FGA ring. Does he still have it in him to hang with the best here? He says he wants to get back to the World Champion. But his road starts here and he’s got to get through the Battle Hardened vet.

The bell sounds as Bond tackles Sands to the canvas.

Kris Cruise: Bond doesn’t waste any time as he goes right after Sands!

Stephy Auger: Sands has the speed advantage on him. The best way to counter that? Ground him.

Bond mounts himself on top of Sands and hammers away with right hands to the face. But Sands is able to roll over on top of Bond and deliver a series of punches of his own. Bond then rolls back over and begins to hammer away with rights and lefts to the face. But Sands rolls over and delivers another series of punches to the face. Bond then takes Sands and pushes him off of him, sending him through the middle & bottom ropes and to the floor.

As Bond gets back to a vertical base, Sands leaps up onto the apron. But he’s met with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. Bond then grabs a hold of Sands and goes to suplex him back into the ring. But Sands slips down from behind. He quickly leaps up from behind…

Stephy Auger: Sands is going for the Sands Attack!

But Bond clutches the top rope, causes Sands to fall back-first onto the canvas.

As Sands slowly gets up, he can be seen doubled over as he holds the back of his head. So Bond runs over and delivers a swinging neckbreaker. He makes the cover.

Sands kicks out.

Bond picks him up, runs into the corner and slams Bond face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Sands around, Bond pummels him down in the corner with right hands to the face. After a series of mudhole stomps to the face, Bond lowers his fot, places it across Sands’s throat and chokes him. The ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Bond lets go. He then reaches down, picks up Sands and whips him across the ring and follows him into the opposite corner. But Sands grabs a hold of the top ropes and vaults himself over Bond. When Bond turns around, Sands blasts him with a right hand. He then nails Bond with a blistering knife-edge chop. Sands then grabs him and goes for an irish whip of his own. But Bond reverses, sending Bond into the opposite corner. But as Bond runs across the ring, Sands bounces out of the corner and knocks him down with a bionic elbow. Bond gets back up, but Sands knocks him down with a running clothesline. Bond gets back up, but Sands runs over and connects with a dropkick, sending Bond stumbling through the ropes and to the floor.


Kris Cruise: Sands got the better of him with that exchange as Bond is sent to the floor.

Stephy Auger: It look like Sands is setting up for something, Kris.

As Bond slowly gets up on the outside, Sands runs into the ropes. When Sands comes back, Bond slides into the ring, hoists up Sands and delivers a hotshot across the top rope. Sands bounces off the ropes, falls to the canvas and clutches his throat. While Sands is still down, Bond quickly makes the cover.

Sands kicks out.

Bond picks up Sands, scoops him up from the side and delivers a jumping piledriver. While Sands is down, Bond circles him before delivering a stomp to the right arm, followed by the right leg. Bond turns and delivers stomps to the left leg, then the left arm. He follows up with a jumping stomp to the face. Bond then reaches down, picks up Sands and goes for a vertical suplex. But Sands blocks, lifts up Bond and reverses with a front suplex across the top rope. While Bond dangles across the top rope, Sands connects with a running knee lift, sending Bond over the top rope, bouncing off the apron and falling to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Bonds is sent back to the outside after that knee lift to the face.

Stephy Auger: It looks like Sands wants a do over.

As Bond slowly gets up on the outside, Sands runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Sands charges full steam ahead and hurls himself through the ropes, taking out Bond on the outside.

Kris Cruise: Suicide dive by Sands!

After Sands picks up Bond and rolls him into the ring, he climbs up onto the apron. He then begins to climb the turnbuckles. But Bond gets up, runs up onto the middle ropes and connects with a European Uppercut. While Sands is dazed, Bond climbs up onto the top ropes, grabs Sands around the waist and throws him back into the ring with a super gutwrench suplex.

Kris Cruise: Suplex off the top from Chris Bond! That’s got to be it...

Sands gets his shoulder up.

Stephy Auger: Sands just got his shoulder up in time. But how much did that suplex take out of him?

Bond picks up Sands and whips him into the ropes. When Sands comes back, Bond bends over to set up a back body drop. But Sands counters with a stiff kick to the face. After Bond stands up straight, Sands leaps up and plants him with Face Meets Mat.

Kris Cruise: Sands plants Bond with the jumping DDT.

Stephy Auger: Both of these men want the win. Both men want to get back towards the top of FGA. But who wants it more?

As both men slowly get up, Sands runs towards the ropes. He goes for a handspring back elbow. But Bond knocks him down with a clothesline from behind. He then picks up Sands and whips him into the ropes. When Sands comes back, he knocks down Bond with the Sands Kick.

Kris Cruise: Bond just got turned inside out by that single leg dropkick.

As Bond slowly gets up, Sands runs into the ropes. He springboards onto the middle rope, rebounds back and blasts Bond in the face with the Lip Buster.

When Bond slowly gets up from off the apron, Sands runs over, jumps up and delivers the Fame Asser to cheers from the crowd. As Bond slowly rolls over onto his back, Sands steps through the ropes, walks across the apron and climbs the turnbuckles.

Stephy Auger: Sands could put this one away right here.

Once he gets to the top, Sands leaps off and connects with the Sand Drop. He makes the cover.

Aldridge: Here is your winner, SEAN SANDS!

The ref raises Sands arm to cheers from the crowd.

Johnny Raike: “And here’s the ultimate one. If you don’t get that follow my twitter. Or don’t, I’m not your dad. Well, mostly likely. Time for me to go pay the piper, time to go face down an angry women who probably didn’t and won’t listen to a word I say and another who seems almost like she’s ok with what happened. Odd that.”

Johnny sighs, any trace of jovialness draining out of him

Johnny Raike: “God, fuck it, I don’t want to do this anymore. This isn’t fun. I’m getting constant disrespect that I haven’t earned. The hate, the disgust, the flash of sheer rejection that goes through people’s minds when they see me - that I deserve. I get that. But the idea that I don’t deserve even basic respect, as though I’m nothing and no one and can be spat upon by the world at every turn. I’m just a guy trying his best to do his job, and it opens me up to being constantly shit on. I’m tired of holding a bottle in one hand and somas in the other, wondering if tonight will be the night.  I'm sick of having to talk myself off a ledge, time and time again.  I’ve taken lumps before, I’ve paid my dues, but suddenly it’s okay for everyone to ignore me, to call me shit, to pile more and more and more on, because I can’t finish a match?”

Johnny Raike: “And you’re all supposed to be the good people! That’s the funny part. This isn’t Tony calling me dirt for daring to speak to him, or Dante building up how much better he and his group of misfits are, this is from our so called heroes. Mia, and Riley, and probably everyone else. You don’t like me. You don’t want me here, and certainly no one tried to make me feel like I might belong, like I might have a chance to readjust to professional wrestling. No, everyone just took every word I said as though it was carefully chosen to piss them off, rather than sell a couple fuckin’ tickets, and calls me low, calls me scum.”

Johnny Raike: “Well, I mean for a moment there was one of you who didn’t suck. Who seemed like she got it, like she maybe could have been cool. But she sided with the bullies and the angry too. And I know a lot of you are going to say I’m a bully too, but really I’m just a malicious trickster. They aren’t the same. I’m not out to fuck your head so bad you end up staring suicide down in the mirror, I just like to cause a bit of drama. I’ll get inside your head, but I’ll leave the fucking furniture in place.”

Johnny Raike: “You see-

Johnny looks to his side.

Johnny Raike: “Well, speak of the devil.”

we pan to see a woman wearing a long tie dyed dressing gown, with glitter on her face.

Laurel Anne Hardy: ...I’m not sure anybody’s ever called me the devil before.

She mulls the idea over.

Laurel Anne Hardy: I like it. Gonna have to make a note of that.

Johnny Raike: “Well, as long as you approve. If you’ve come to kick my ass I’ll kindly ask you to wait until after the triple threat. Or during. Would technically be legal. Nice robe.”

Laurel Anne Hardy: Thanks. And… I’ve got to let Mia handle her business herself.

She pauses and sighs.

Laurel Anne Hardy: She’s one of my best friends, Johnny. I know why you did what you did… and you know why I have to side with her, right? We both knew we’d end up on opposite sides eventually when we had that conversation. Call it part of the fatalistic cloud that’s been hanging over this entire medium for the last couple months?

Johnny Raike: Fatalistic seems the right word. Everyone seems to have hated their 2014. And yeah, I get why you have to be there for her. But we don’t have to end up on opposite sides. It’s really up to you. I...I don’t want to fight anymore. I’m so much worse than I used to be, or I just was king of the scrubs and didn’t know it. Everything I ever said, ‘This I know is true’ has been battered down. I’m tired, and I’m...depressed. Hell, I don’t even want to beat up Mia anymore, her words didn’t even make me angry. They just make me want to sit in a ball and cry.

Johnny lets out a rueful laugh.

Johnny Raike: Five bucks says now someone will accuse me of being the poor man’s Jimmy Page. I’m apparently already the poor man’s everyone else.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Someone might, but it won’t be me.

She pauses for a moment, a little apprehensively.

Laurel Anne Hardy: I wish I had some answers to give you, or at least some light. But right now I don’t even have enough for myself. But… if you survive Mia an’ Noelle, and I survive Ash an’ Colt, and you need, or want… someone to sit in a ball and cry with? Then… find me after the show?

Johnny nods

Johnny Raike: Yeah, I’ll make my rounds. I’m pulling for you to keep the belts, and for gods sake never let Annie turn out like us. And thanks for… Well, just thanks.

Laurel Anne Hardy: I have to pull for Mia. Obviously. But good luck to you too. I mean that. In the match, and… in general.

[FGA Office]

"Final Frontier. One of the biggest shows in FGA history to date. And I'm nowhere to be seen on the card."

(We fade in slowly to show Jake Wylde leaning against a concrete wall somewhere in the back of the arena.)

Jake Wylde: "Now I'm not one to come out and say that I should be booked on every single card; that 'the man' is holding me down, etc. etc. Not my style. All that rubbish that the other mates are always on about doesn't really fit in this situation. Fact is they're smart to keep me off their big shows. I'm like that retarded kid in the play that you let pull curtain duty and hope they don't embarrass you in front of the entire show. Because I'm the first to say I have a big mouth, I'm not the most politically correct, and for the most part I say whatever I want. There's no doubt in my mind that it's best for the show to keep my arrogant ass off it. However I have to be the bearer of bad news and tell the FGA that this retarded kid has come out from behind the curtain to make a name for himself known tonight."

(Jake smirks and runs his hands through his greasy hair as he continues.)

Jake Wylde: "As I've said a thousand times since my debut; I don't care about getting the big spots on the show. I don't care about carrying around a cumbersome belt of gold. I don't care about being considered a superstar. None of that matters to me. All I want to do is piss off a few blokes, cause a little chaos, and get myself into some good ol' fashion tussles. But I'll admit, I'm a little bit of an attention whore, and I don't really like being ignored."

(He shrugs, and stands up off the wall.)

Jake Wylde: So let us just say I'll make sure I'm not ignored or looked over again. Cheers.

(He blows a kiss at the camera and walks off out of the scene.)

PRIDE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
(c) Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine vs. Evangelista

The Veronicas' "Revolution" comes over the speakers. During the first vocal line Evangelista emerges through the curtain slowly, with a focused look on her face. She closes her eyes for a second, then begins the walk to the ring, absently tagging outstretched hands while trying to psyche herself up for the task ahead.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest will be fought under Pride Rules! And it is for the FGA Pride Championship! Introducing first, from St. Helens, England! Weighing in at 133 pounds! She is “The prodigal Daughter,” EVANGELISTA!

Kris Cruise: Evangelista is certainly out to dethrone Tony Carmine, having already defeated him once in a six man elimination tag team match a few weeks back.

Stephy Auger: And you better believe that Evangelista is a threat to Tony Carmine here tonight.

After rolling under the bottom rope she crosses over to a corner and climbs up, posing for just a second before moonsaulting back down to the ring. She takes her corner and crosses herself, then begins shaking her limbs out in readiness for the coming match.

As RetcH's "Graceful Jewelry Removal" hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(never the same group of women). He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.

"n****s pussy I should sprinkle them with glitter, for real my n****."

After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, now residing out of Boca Raton, Florida! Weighing in at 179 pounds! He is the reigning… defending… FGA Pride Champion! Ladies and gentleman… SUNSHINE SCANDALOUS TONY CARMINE!

Kris Cruise: Tony Carmine is out to prove that Evangelista’s pin over him was a fluke.

Stephy Auger: And knowing Tony Carmine, he may have a trick or two up his sleeve here.

The bell sounds as both grapplers lock up. They jockey for position. But Carmine quickly grabs Evangelista by the hair and moves her back into the corner. The ref then scurries over and gives Carmine until the count of five to break it up.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE.... FOUR…

Carmine reluctantly lets go. He has his hands raised in the air, but he quickly cheap hots Evangelista, nailing with her a left jab. He then lunges forward, connecting with a shoulder thrust. After a forearm strike to the face, Carmine places her in a side headlock and rakes her eyes along the top rope. When he lets go, Evangelista stumbles into the corner. While she’s trying to message her eyes, Carmine comes from behind with a double ax handle shot to the back. Evangelista drops down to one knee. As she tries to get back to a vertical base, Carmine delivers a clubbing shot to the back, dropping her back down. As Evangelista tries to get back up, Carmine grabs her by the hair and slams her face into the top turnbuckle. He then turns Evangelista around, delivers a knee strike to the midsection and then hurls her from out of the corner with a hip toss. Evangelista slowly sits up and arches her back in pain. As she turns over and gets back to her feet, Carmine runs from out of the corner and knocks her down with a falling clothesline. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: What a clothesline by Tony Carmine!

Stephy Auger: That definitely did not tickle!

Evangelista kicks out.

Carmine picks up Evangelista and whips her into the ropes. When she comes back, Carmine knees her in the midsection. While Evangelista id doubled over, Carmine grabs her around her wait and hoists her up for a gutwrench powerbomb. But Evangelista counters with a hurricanrana. Carmine gets back up, but Evangelista knocks him down with a dropkick. Carmine gets back up, but Evangelista knocks him back down with another dropkick. As Carmine gets back up, Evangelista goes for another dropkick. But Carmine side steps and swats her down. As Evangelista gets up on all fours, Carmine kicks her square in the ribs, knocking her over onto her back. He drops down and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Carmine is ruthless right now!

Stephy Auger: I think he wants to show that he’s not messing around when it comes to this Pride title.

Evangelista kicks out.

Carmine picks up Evangelista and whips her into the ropes. When she comes back, Carmine bends over to set up a back body drop. But Evangelista counters with a sunset flip. Carmine can be seen swinging his arms wildly, trying his hardest to regain his balance. Once he does, he drops down to his knees, mounting Evangelista with a pin.

Kris Cruise: And that could backfire on Evangelista!

Evangelista reaches back, hooks his arms with her legs and pulls him forward into a pin…

Stephy Auger: And Evangelista turns it around on him!

Carmine kicks out.

Both grapplers scramble to get back to a vertical base. Carmine is able to get up first and follows up with a rake to the eyes. The ref scolds Carmine, but SSTC pays him no mind. He then grabs a hold of Evangelista, runs and tosses her through the ropes and to the floor.

Carmine crouches down and waves up Evangelista. As Evangelista slowly pulls herself up using the edge of the apron, Carmine runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Evangelista slowly climbs up onto the middle rope and nails him with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. She then grabs a hold of Carmine and goes to suplex him to the outside. But Carmine slips down to the floor from behind, grabs Evangelista by the ankles and yanks her off the apron. Evangelista smacks her face against the apron on the way down.

Kris Cruise: Ouch! That sounded real bad!

Stephy Auger: The impact that just made definitely did not sound good, Kris.

Evangelista can be seen covering her face in pain. But Carmine isn’t having any of that. After moving her hands out of the way, Carmine stands back up and stomps away on her face. He then picks up Evangelista, scoops her up and snake eyes’ her across the apron, sending her back down to the floor. Carmine reaches down, picks Evangelista back up and snake eyes’ her across the guard rail, sending her back to the floor. Carmine picks up Evangelista, places her in a headlock and goes for a running bulldog. But Evangelista shoes Carmine off of her, sending him smacking face-first against the ring post. Carmine goes down.

Evangelista slowly makes her way over towards Carmine. As she picks him up, Carmine quickly grabs her and rams her back-first against the ring apron. He then takes her and rolls her back into the ring. After holding his face, Carmine slowly climbs back up onto the apron. But he takes too much time, allowing Evangelista to nail him with another shoulder thrust through the ropes. She then grabs a hold of Carmine and suplexes him back into the ring. She rolls over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: What a suplex by Evangelista!

Stephy Auger: And she goes for the cover, looking to take the first fall here!

Carmine kicks out.

Evangelista picks up Carmine and goes for an irish whip. But Carmine reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Evangelista comes back, Carmine bends over to set up a back body drop. But Evangelista counters with a running knee lift, knocking Carmine down. As she heads back into the ropes, Carmine gets back up. When Evangelista comes back, she knocks him down with a running high knee to the face. She then runs back into the ropes as Carmine turns over onto his stomach. As he slowly gets back up, Evangelista runs over and plants him with a swinging DDT. She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Beautiful swinging DDT by Evangelista!

Stephy Auger: Does she have fall one here?!

Carmine kicks out.

Evangelista picks up Carmine, knees him in the midsection and then throws him down with a snapmare. She then runs back into the ropes. When Evangelista comes back, she nails him in the back of the head with Stevie G. She drops down and makes the cover.

Carmine gets his shoulder up.

Evangelista quickly reaches over, grabs him by his left arm and pulls him back up. After wringing Carmine’s arm, Evangelista follows up with a sitout jawbreaker. While Carmine is dazed, Evangelista gets back up and runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she takes Carmine down with the Pinay Legsweep. Evangelista picks him back up, lifts him up and delivers the Headbreaker. She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: What a series of moves there by Evangelista, ending it all with the Headbreaker!

Stephy Auger: And Tony Carmine looks like he’s in trouble here!

Stephy Auger: One more and she’s walking out of here as the new Pride champion.

After the mandatory rest period ends, Evangelista runs over and connects with a dropkick, sending Carmine stumbling into the corner. Evangelista gets, runs back over and connects with a running forearm strike into the corner. She then rears back before unloading with a series of forearm strikes to the face. She then takes Carmine and whips him into the opposite corner. After running across the ring, Evangelista hops onto Carmine and monkey flips him out of the corner. While Carmine is down, Evangelista rolls out onto the apron and pulls herself up using the ropes. After ascending to the top turnbuckle, she waves up Carmine. Once Carmine finally turns around and gets into position, she leaps off, going for a diving crossbody. but Carmien counters with a powerslam. He hooks the leg.

Carmine picks up Evangelista and whips her hard into the corner. As Evangelista stumbles out, Carmine bends over and launches her into the air with a big back body drop. once her back connects with the canvas, Evangelista groans as she arches her back in pain. But Carmine shows no remorse as he runs over and delivers a soccer kick to the back, knocking her over onto her stomach. he then reaches down, pulls up Evangelista by her hair and connects with a knee strike, doubling her over. He then locks his fingers across the back of her neck and follows up with a jumping knee strike, knocking Evangelista down to the canvas. As she tries to push herself up on all fours, Carmine delivers an elbow drop to the back. He gets back up and delivers another elbow drop to the back. Carmine gets back up and heads into the ropes. When he comes back, he deliver a jumping elbow drop to the back. Carmine then pulls her over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Tony Carmine is relentless!

Stephy Auger: And it looks like Evangelista may be out of it here!

As Carmine picks her up, Evangelista pushes Carmine away from her. As Carmine heads back over, she throws out a shoot kick to the leg. Carmine winces from the pain. he then tries to walk over towards Evangelista. But she connects with another shoot kick to the leg. She then rattles off a series of alternating shoot kicks to the leg before kicking Carmine in the midsection, lifting him up and delivering a shinbreaker. Carmine bounces off of Evangelista’s knee and crumbles to the canvas.

Carmine tries to roll over towards the ropes. But Evangelista reaches down and drag him back towards the center of the ring. She holds up Carmine’s right leg before delivering an elbow drop to it. Evangelista gets back up, raises up the right leg and delivers another elbow drop to it. After getting back to a vertical base, Evangelista applies an indian death lock. The ref asks Carmine if he wants to give up. But Carmine tells him to fuck off. So Evangelista goes for another turn in the indian death lock. Carmine clutches his hair with both hands as he groans in pain. The ref kneels down and asks him again if he wants to give up. But Carmine refuses to quit. So Evangelista goes for another turn. But when she comes back, Carmine uses his free leg to kick her square in the face, knocking her down.

Kris Cruise: Neither one of them want to give up anything here.

Stephy Auger: But that last kick by Carmine looks to have caught Evangelista square in the face.

As Evangelista tries to shake out the cobwebs, Carmine slowly gets back to his feet. He tries to walk off the pain in his leg. But Evangelista comes from out of nowhere and kicks his leg out from under him, sending Carmine flipping down to the canvas. She then grabs the right leg, drags Carmine back to the center of the ring and goes for a figure four. But Carmine reverses into a small package…

Carmine quickly rolls to the outside. After leaning up against the edge of the ring, he tries to message his right leg. Meanwhile, Evangelista gets up on her knees and slaps the canvas out of frustration.

Once the mandatory rest period ends, Evangelista gets up, heads over towards the ropes and grabs Carmine by the hair. She then pulls him up onto the apron. but Carmine reaches back and drops her with a stunner across the top rope.

Kris Cruise: Stunner by Carmine!

Stephy Auger: He just caught Evangelista off guard with that!

While Evangelista is down, Carmine limps across the apron and begins climbing the turnbuckles. Once he’s near the top, Evangelista runs over, hops up onto the middle ropes and begins hammering away with a series of Battlegrounds Uppercuts. She then goes for a superplex, but Carmine blocks the move. After tightening her grip, she goes for another superplex. But again, Carmine blocks the move. So she lets go and throws out a palm strike. but carmien blocks it. He then goes to counter with a punch to the face. but Evangelista ducks and counters with a palm strike to the solar plexus. She then quickly grabs Carmine and superplexes him off the top rope. She slowly turns over and makes the cover.

But Evangelista spots it and hangs onto the ropes, causing Carmine to fall back-first onto the canvas. As Carmine slowly gets back up, Evangelista runs over and takes him down with a two-handed bulldog. She turns him over and makes the cover.

Carmine counters with a sunset flip. But Evangelista rolls through it and quickly positions Carmine for a texas cloverleaf.

Evangelista tries to turn him over, but Carmine does everything to blocks the move. As Evangelista squats down, Carmine reaches up, grabs her hair with one hand and pokes her in the eyes with the other.

Kris Cruise: Oh, come on now!

Stephy Auger: What a dirty move by Tony Carmine!

Carmine picks up Evangelist and takes her down with a snap suplex. After picking Evangelista back up, Carmine heads into the corner and slams her face into the top turnbuckle. After turning her around, Carmine climbs up onto the middle ropes and punches her nine times. Carmine then goes for a tenth punch, but he stops himself. He then points to Evangelista before gyrating his hips. Evangelista then grabs Carmine, runs from out of the corner and delivers an inverted atomic drop. She then follows up with a hangman's neckbreaker.

Evangelista gets up and points to the top rope. The crowd cheers, so Evangelista obliges. After making her way into the corner, she climbs the turnbuckles. When she gets to the top, Evangelista flips off and goes for the moonsault. But Carmine gets his knees up at the last second.

Kris Cruise: Oh no!

Stephy Auger: Carmine gets his knees up at the last second!

Evangelista can be seen curled up as she clutches her ribs in pain.

As Evangelista slowly turns over onto her knee, Carmine runs over and connects with #PimpShit. He makes the cover.

Tony gets to his feet and is immediately met with a sea of boos from the audience as he raises his hands in victory and the ref hands him his title.

Kris Cruise: Tony Carmine did indeed have a trick up his sleeve and Evangelista gave it her all tonight, but it wasn’t enough.

Stephy Auger: Tony Carmine is still you Pride champion. And if he keeps putting on performances like this, he’s going to be one hard guy to beat.

Tony slings the Pride title over his right shoulder and blows Evangelista a kiss before he exits the ring, a cocky grin on his face.

A long way away from the Hammerstein Ballroom, a pair of teamsters are resting against flight cases at the loading dock of the Manhattan Center, ignoring the health and safety notice placed right next to them as their have their seventeenth cigarette break of the day.

Teamster #1: I'm telling yous, after lugging those big-assed crates from the truck to the elevator, it's going to be a while before I catch my breath again.

Teamster #2: Frickin' A.

In perfect harmony, the teamsters take a drag on their cigarettes and exhale clouds of smoke into the atmosphere of the loading dock.

Teamster #2: So you know what we're even doin' here? Nobody told me nothin' about why we're working this close to Christmas without a bonus, and I nearly broke my back doin' this.

The first teamster gives a sweaty shrug.

Teamster #1: All I knows is I gots paid, and that's good with me.

Teamster #2: Frickin' A.

As the two teamsters continue to put Oscar Wilde and John Stuart Mill to shame with their riveting and inspired conversation, another icon of New York City walks into the loading bay, making a biog show of waving the smoke out of the air as he approaches the teamsters.

Karma: Good afternoon, gents, how are you on this fine day?

The teamsters look at each other, giving a "Get THIS guy" look, but don't respond.

Karma: Ah, I see: you're the strong, silent, sweaty types who keep the wheels of this fine city coated in a fine layer of grease. Well, I have a proposition for the pair of you.

Teamster #1: And whats kind of proposition is that?

Karma: If you weren't aware, tonight a wrestling show is taking place at this venue, and I'm going to be a big part of that same show.

The teamsters look at each other and shrug.

Karma: However, despite being such a big part of the show, I'm wondering if the two of you can do me a favour.

Teamster #1: Whats kind of favour?

Karma: Well, I'm sure you've been unloading a lot of crates this afternoon, and I was hoping that you could perhaps...misplace one or two of them. Lose them down the back of a very large sofa, if you will.

Teamster #1: Which crates?

Karma: The ones containing the flatpack parts of a 15-foot steel cage. Don't worry, I'm sure my friend Andrew Jackson will be very grateful for your help.

Karma pulls a crisp $20 bill from his jacket and holds it in front of the teamsters

Karma: ...although if one of you had a ten, that way you can split it between you.

Teamster #1: That's a generous offer...

The second teamster tries to hide his mirth

Teamster #1: ...but I gots some bad news for yous. We already sent the crates with the steel cage up the freight elevator a half hour ago, so it's out of our hands now.

Teamster #2: Yeah, the cage is sitting' backstage at the Hammerstein, so it's outta our hands.

Karma's face drops, and he mutters darkly under his breath for a moment, before his smile returns.

Karma: I see. Well, that's a shame, but it's been a pleasure meeting the pair of you regardless. I hope the pair of you have a good day...

Karma puts the $20 bill back in his jacket pocket

Karma: ...and you'll be cheering for me tonight.

Teamster #1: Wes don't watch wrestling. Boxing's more of our thing.

Teamster #2: Frickin' A.

Karma shakes his head, and mutters under his breath.

Karma: Bunch of philistines...

Teamster #2: What?

Karma: Hmm?

Teamster #2: What? What you say to us?

Karma: Oh, that. Nothing. Just trying to work out a new plan. Anyway, I best be going.

Karma walks away as the teamsters laugh behind his back, and approaches Cherry Baum, who calls the serviceelevator.

Cherry: So how did the plan go?

Karma: Not good - the cage is already upstairs with the FWA crew. I guess now's the time to think of a Plan B.

Cherry: You don't have a backup plan?

Karma: Never needed one before.

Cherry: Well it looks to me like you better think of one, and here's a suggestion for you: stand your ground and fight.

The elevator doors open and Cherry steps inside, while Karma is stood rooted to the spot looking a hell of a lot more nervous than he was two minutes ago.

Cherry: You coming?

Karma: I...uh...yeah, give me a second.

Karma reluctantly enters the lift, and the doors close behind him.

Triple Threat Match
Johnny Raike vs. Mia Scott vs. Noelle Smith

Kris Cruise: Now it's time for another grudge match, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: That's right. This all began with some resentment over the outcome of the gauntlet match back at Capital Combat. And Johnny Raike, upset at his loss that evening decided he'd have some fun at the expense of a couple of FGA wrestlers.

Kris Cruise: Despicable. After his admissions this past week, we know it was him who attacked Noelle Smith before the tag match in Secaucus, causing Mia to compete in a handicap match against Natalie McKinley and Cami Magna.

Stephy Auger: And when she overcame those odds, he took to planting a stolen scarf in Noelle's bag to plant even more seeds of doubt in Mia's mind. And it seemed to work for a while.

Kris Cruise: But after he spiked Mia's drink at the Three Year Anniversary show, the jig was up! And now the crows have come home to roost and Johnny Raike has two riled up competitors ready to kick his ass here tonight. So lets get on with the match!

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen our next contest is scheduled for one fall and is a triple threat match. Introducing first, weighing in at 195lbs, from Salt Lake City, Utah … He is ‘The Most Liberated Man In Pro Wrestling’ JOHNNY RAIKE!

“Pure Morning” plays out over the Hammerstein Ballroom to a round of boos from the FGA fans, though a few scattered cheers poke through, likely from fans who were there for Merry F’n’Xmas. Johnny takes longer than usual to emerge from the curtain, wearing a smile that touches nothing but his lips. He poses for a moment on the stage, turns around and lets his trench coat fall to the ground, leaving him in just his boots and shorts. The American Wet Dream has modified his outfit tonight, leading to the message, ‘You Don’t Want Me.’

As Johnny makes his way down to the ring the smile disappears entirely, replaced by a mask of hard determination. The jeers and boos seems not to touch him, only thoughts of violence and vengeance.

J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, from Orlando, Florida … NOELLE SMITH!

"Buttons" by the Pussycat Dolls starts to play over the PA, and the lights dim as Noelle steps from behind the curtain, a wide smile on her face as she waves to the fans before doing a few provocative dance moves as the lyrics cue up.

I'm telling you to loosen up my buttons babe
But you keep frontin'
Sayin' what you gon' do to me
But I ain't seen nuttin'

She does an athletic handspring forward to take her half down the ramp and then rushes the ring, using her hands to push her up onto the apron as she slides under the bottom rope and pops up, giggling and blowing kisses to the fans, winking at the referee and waving to the ring announcers cheerily.

J.A. Aldridge: And their opponent, from London, England … MIA SCOTT!

The lights in the majority of the arena dim, focusing on the entrance ramp as the intro to Fireflight’s “Stand Up” starts to play through the PA system.

Demons that I’ve tried to hide

As the intro plays, the lights dim more and more, until even the entrance ramp is only barely lit. It holds that dimness for a moment or two, but the song kicks off rather abruptly, and as Mia enthusiastically runs out onto the stage, the lights kick back up to full power.

Mia makes a quick trip down to the ring, slapping hands with any fans that might have stuck their hands out as she walks by. She circles around the ring, sliding under the bottom rope – only to get taken out by a baseball slide! Johnny Raike with the sneak attack that sends Mia hurtling off the ring apron and down to the mat below before he stands back, staring down at the prone Briton.

Kris Cruise: Well, that’s certainly one way to start the match, just not one that any of us wanted to see.

Stephy Auger: Johnny Raike certainly wasting no time in getting started, but has he remembered Noelle is in the match too?

Before Kris can answer that question, however, Noelle makes her presence felt with a forearm smash to the back of the head of Raike. The American Wet Dream stumbles forward into the ropes, turning around so his back is against them as Noelle fires off more forearm shots to the face. The crowd really getting behind her in the early going until Johnny rakes the eyes, earning him an admonishment from the referee. He throws Noelle head first into the nearest turnbuckle before going for a haymaker – which Noelle ducks under! A swift kick to the midsection is followed by several more as Smith begins to stomp a mudhole in Johnny Raike, the New York fans on their feet as Raike slumps down to a seated position.

Stephy Auger: After his admissions this past week about being the one terrorizing both Mia and Noelle over the last few months, Johnny Raike has put a huge target on his back.

Kris Cruise: And the fans here are letting him know.

Johnny is lifted back to a vertical and sent from pillar to post with an Irish whip. Noelle charges in after him, only to run chest first into the turnbuckle as Raike vaults up into the air and over his approaching opponent. Clutching her sternum, Noelle staggers backwards into the waiting arms of The American Wet Dream as he takes her down with a Russian legsweep! And the first attempt of the day, with a forearm across the face.

A determined Raike doesn’t argue with the referee, though, instead just getting back to his feet as he stomps away at the downed Noelle Smith. She begins to roll towards the ropes and out of the ring, and the crowd erupt in cheers!

Kris Cruise: Here comes Mia Scott!

Raike turns around just in time to catch a running dropkick to the face! Both Johnny and Mia scramble to get back to their feet, but Scott is a bit faster, a little hungrier as she strikes first; a double leg takedown brings Raike crashing to the mat, whereupon Mia begins to wail away with hard right hands. The crowd cheering and chanting along as Raike tries to cover up, minimizing the damage that’s being inflicted before Mia lets up. She rises to her feet to momentarily bask in the adoration of the fans as Raike rolls towards the ropes, using them to regain his vertical base. He staggers towards the center of the ring and catches a stiff kick across the chest. And another. And a third one before Mia runs against the ropes behind her for some momentum, coming back with a lariat attempt, which is ducked! This time it’s Scott who turns around just in time to eat a stiff kick to the chest. And another. And a third before Raike goes against the ropes, coming back with a jumping leg lariat!

Stephy Auger: Johnny Raike showing his resilience here in the early stages of this match, absorbing everything Mia and Noelle have thrown at him.

Kris Cruise: They’re just getting started though, Stephy!

Before Johnny can go for the cover, however, Noelle re-enters the ring with a springboard dropkick, sending Raike sprawling across the ring. Noelle lifts Johnny back to his feet and backs him into the corner at the same time that Mia also makes her way back to a vertical base. And suddenly the two of them find themselves working together, working over Raike in the corner with a succession of boots to the gut. The official tries to separate the competitors, but Noelle goes right back to town, sending Raike across the ring as he hits the far turnbuckle hard. Noelle runs after him, completing a cartwheel into a handspring back elbow. But there’s no rest for the wicked as Mia runs in right after her, nailing Johnny Raike with a high knee to the face! Smith pushes him down to the mat and hooks the leg.

Kris Cruise: Looks like the teamwork may not last much longer, Stephy.

Raike takes the opportunity to roll out of the ring as Mia and Noelle stand in the center of the ring, jaw jacking. The camera can’t pick up what it is they’re saying; presumably it has something to do with who should be the one to pin The Most Liberated Man In Pro Wrestling … but the forearm shot from Mia Scott breaks up the conversation! Noelle fires one right back though! And the two female competitors continue to trade blows back and forth until Mia gains the upper hand, firing off a succession of shots before going South with a spinning back kick to the midsection. Mia sets off against the ropes, coming back with a sunset flip!

Noelle kicks out, clapping her legs together against Mia’s head as both competitors scramble back to their feet. Noelle charges, attempting a lariat, but Mia ducks the attack and counters with a back suplex, lifting Noelle high up into the air – but she flips over the back and lands on her feet! Sensing the position of her opponent, Mia swings around with a roundhouse kick her momentum carrying her through as Noelle evades the attack by bridging down low. And, with an impressive display of athleticism, Noelle pushes her legs upwards, catching Mia around the neck before executing a modified headscissors takedown!

Kris Cruise: What athleticism from Noelle Smith!

On the outside of the ring, Raike is beginning to stir, but neither of his opponents have spotted him yet. Their focus seemingly taken entirely by one another as Noelle waits patiently for Mia to return to her feet. As she does, Noelle grabs her with a wrist lock. Raike makes his way up onto the ring apron as Noelle runs towards the corner, dragging Mia behind her, as she steps up onto the middle turnbuckle, onto the top rope and vaults off, releasing her wrist lock, as she takes Raike to the outside with a diving hurricanrana!

Stephy Auger: And listen to these fans, Kris, they loved that!

Kris Cruise: That was incredible! And Mia Scott looks on from the ring, flabbergasted as her two opponents are down on the outside.

Stephy Auger: What is she going to do from here?

It takes a moment for any sign of life on the outside, as Mia steps out onto the ring apron. Noelle is using the guard rail to get back to her feet, as is Johnny a few feet away. With a run-up, Mia leaps off the apron with a double axhandle – but, instinctively, Raike counters with a shot to the gut! He staggers towards the apron to shake the cobwebs away as Noelle comes at him again, only to get caught by a drop toe hold onto the steel ring steps! Raike rolls back into the ring, followed close behind by Mia Scott.

Scott grabs him from behind with a rear waistlock, but Johnny throws the high elbow to block. He spins on a dime and rakes the eyes of his opponent, earning another admonishment from the official – but he pays the referee no mind once more. A swift kick to the gut has Mia doubled over as Johnny hooks the arms, executing a picture perfect backbreaker before going for the cover.

Raike rushes Scott back to her feet, grabbing a handful of hair as he brings Mia up and holds her just in front of his face. He slaps her across the face, before driving a knee up into the gut and grabbing Mia with a front face lock. A quick Knee-DT follows, but Raike keeps hold and lifts Mia back to her feet again. This time he hooks her in place for a suplex, lifting her high above his head – NO! Scott drops down the back, landing on her feet! Raike turns and gets caught by a roundhouse kick to the face, immediately followed by the bridging German suplex!

Raike gets the shoulder up at the last possible moment! Wearily, both active competitors get back to their feet as Mia runs in with a knee lift, forcing Johnny back into the corner; she begins to unleash a series of Muay Thai style knee lifts to a tremendous ovation from the crowd, but the referee intervenes to break it up after nine, pushing Mia away. She goes right back to it, however, only to find herself sandwiched in the middle as the Noelle returns to action, performing a running jumping splash!

Stephy Auger: Mia took her eye off her other opponent there and can Noelle capitalise?

Mia staggers out of the corner, getting caught by a kick to the midsection before the swinging neckbreaker connects! Noelle hooks the leg!

Stephy Auger:A tough contest from all three competitors, but he truly earned this victory tonight, Kris.

Johnny Karma is sat in his locker room, still wearing his street clothes and drinking a hot cup of coffee, but his hand is still shaking.

Karma: Miss Baum, I think you skimped on the brandy, as this coffee isn't warming me up at all.

Cherry: I put a generous shot in the cup just for you, J-K, so if your hands are shaking it;s for a very different reason.

Karma: You mean I have Parkinson's? Great! I'll let them know they can cancel the match!

Cherry: No, J-K, it tells me you're quite worried about your match tonight.

Karma: Preposterous, everybody knows that...

There's a knock at the locker room door, and Karma immediately bolts from where he's sat to hide on the blind side of the door - and when he's nice and hidden, a staffer pokes their head around the door.

Staffer: Your match is in half an...where's Mister Karma?

Cherry: He had to run out for an errand, but I assure you that he'll be back in time for his match. In fact, I'm sure he's quite close to where we are...

Cherry looks towards the door, where Karma's hidden and looking rather sheepish.

Cherry: Don't worry, I'll send him a text to let him know.

Staffer: Okay, thanks.

Cherry: No problem.

Cherry flashes a kittenish smile at the staffer, then shuts the door in his face.

Cherry: So you're not nervous.

Karma: What, that? No, I wasn't hiding in case Hardaway wanted to get the match started early, I was just...looking for my contact lens.

Cherry: You wear contact lenses now?

Karma: Errrm...yes?

Cherry places her hands on Karma's shoulders and looks him in the eye for a moment, she leans in...then pushes him down onto the nearest bench, and pulls out her phone.

Cherry: Get a hold of yourself, J-K, you're in your hometown and each and every person who bought a ticket is here to see you and you only...

Karma almost seems to grow when he hears this, like a flower placed in direct sunlight. And when I say "grow", I don't mean like that, y'dirty minded freaks!

Cherry: ...and after the bitter disappointment they suffered last year when Jimmy Page stole the Pride championship from you, you owe them a victory over Kevin Hardaway tonight. And I know just the inspiration you need!

Cherry pulls out her smartphone, and her fingers work their magic on the screen.

Cherry: Okay, here we go: it's a movie about some of NYC's roughest, toughest and buffest having to stand their ground and fight because, if they don't, they're going to have a bad night, you understand?

Karma nods.

Cherry: Remember, J-K, you are NYC. You are New York tough. And, most of all, you are each and every one of these fine men from Coney Island who found themselves in a bit of a pickle but by the end of the night they...

Karma: Please, Miss Baum, spoilers!

Cherry: Fine, here we go...

Cherry presses play on her Netflix app, then hands the phone to Karma, and we hear a somewhat familiar opening theme...

[FGA Office]

The lights in the arena dim, creating an excited buzz throughout the crowd, their eyes all darting to the curtains. A piano tune plays on the speakers, one not familiar to FGA, and eyebrows raise in wonderment. The tune repeats itself before lingering on a note, followed by brief silence, and then...



“BREAKDOWN!”



The opening guitar riff of Breaking Benjamin's “Breakdown” amps up the crowd, causing them to rise to their feet, some overall wrestling fans even looking quite familiar with the theme song. Others have no clue, but they are excited anyway as the curtains part and a man with pale skin and dark spiky hair emerges from the back. His chiseled from stone face is trying to fight a smile, but the twinkle in his eyes gives his excitement away as he nods his head to the crowds reaction. The cheers aren't full fledged like they are for the FGA crowd favorites, but many people realize who has arrived.

Taking the arena in for the first time, the former PDW Platinum Champion reaches up, scratching at the five o'clock shadow at his face, his other hand clasping around the leather elbow of his jacket. He mouths the words “thank you” before turning around, showing the back of his jacket, which reads “SERENITY” in big light blue letters, a white outline along the lettering making it look like they are glowing. He backs towards the ring, fans reaching out and patting his arms. He spins back around, punching the air and hollering out to the crowd, slapping nearly every hand he sees as he lets loose a pearly white smile, constantly saying “thank you” as he approaches the ring.

Kris Cruise: A quick Google search tells me we've got quite a surprise here, ladies and gentlemen. Coming down to the ring is a former 2x Platinum Champion from now defunct Platinum Dynasty Wrestling. It says here that Sebastian Grey hasn't been seen or heard from since an injury he sustained to his knee in PDW, which put his stellar rookie campaign to a premature end...

As if Sebastian can hear the announcer, he stops at the ring and looks at his jean clad knee. Looking out at the crowd, he shrugs before jumping up onto the apron. He shakes out his like as if it was nothing before grabbing the top rope and vaulting himself over it, his feet planting with no issue.

Stephy Auger: And oh my, it doesn't look like he is showing any lingering effects from that injury!

He jogs to the corner and climbs to the second rope, leaning out and looking around, clapping for the crowd as his theme begins to die down. A stagehand approaches the turnbuckle with a mic and he bends down, thanking the worker as he takes it. His music fades completely and there is some applause from the crowd as he steps back down to the ring and approaches the center, rubbing at the corners of his mouth.

Kris Cruise: He seems to be caught up in the moment, being back in a ring must feel amazing.

Sebastian raises his mic.

Sebastian Grey: Wow. Thank you. Seriously.

He pauses, lowering his mic and places his hands together, bowing at the waist to each side of the ring.

Sebastian Grey: I know a lot of you out there are probably wondering who this clown in the ring is and why a handful of your peers are applauding me, and why that one guy over there keeps yelling some pretty vile things my way...

Grey smiles as he acknowledges the man flipping him the double bird mid-crowd. The rest of the crowd laughs and Sebastian laughs with them before flipping the man a thumbs up.

Sebastian Grey: What can I say? I love you guys, whether you love me, hate me, or have no clue who I am. I learned quickly when I entered this business that you guys are what drives me, and even though I'm not used to you and you certainly aren't used to me, just walking through those curtains reminded me of all the love I got from the PDW faithful back in my hometown of Philly and you made me feel exactly like that...like I was home. And who knows? Maybe someday I can call FGA my home. The ink isn't even dry yet on the contract I just signed, but I'm really hoping that it stays filed away for quite some time. I don't like change too much...I like finding a place that works and holding onto it. When PDW closed, I reverted back to my solitude that got me through some of the darkest moments of my life. I couldn't bring myself to follow my friends to other promotions. I kept to myself and used my rehab as my anti-drug, because without that, I could have easily fallen back into my dirty little secrets...

He nods, rubbing the back of his neck.

Sebastian Grey: Those who know me know the entire story, but for those who don't, I'm coming out right now and letting you know that my name is Sebastian Grey, and I am an alcoholic. A sober one, for over two years now, but not a day goes by that the demons poke me in the back, trying to give me reasons to take just one sip. That is my burden to bear, but honesty is key, and I want you all to know that as my time unfolds here in front of you all, I will never have any hidden agenda. I am face value. I wear everything on my sleeve, be it good or bad. So if you cheer for me, you will have valid reasons. He gently places the mic down and holds his hands out, thanking the crowd again before exiting the ring and interacting with the fans on his way backstage.

The eerie sound of Slipknot's "(515)" hits the PA System as Mirage makes his way out to the stage. As horrifying, blood curdling screams are heard, Mirage walks slowly down to the ring, completely contradicting the loud, menacing sounds of his theme song with a calm, quiet stride to the squared circle.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship! Introducing first, from Parts Unknown! Weighing in at 213 pounds! He is “The Illusionist,” MIRAGE!

Kris Cruise: Mirage has tried to put Chaz Holiday through hell. Tonight, he tries to take the Mid-Atlantic Legacy title from him.

Stephy Auger: If anyone can do it, it’s gotta be the man who has messed with Chaz’s head quite a bit in the past couple of weeks.

By the time he reaches the ring, he leisurely walks up the steel steps and enters through the ropes. He steps into the center of the ring, looking up at the roof of the building, or perhaps looking passed the roof, before bringing his head back down.

"Blackout" by Breathe Carolina begins to play and Chaz Holiday emerges from behind the black curtains. He stops at the top of the entrance,

J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, now residing out of Los Angeles, California! Weighing in at 221 pounds! He is the reigning… defending… Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion… CHAZ HOLIDAY!

Kris Cruise: Chaz Holiday certainly wants to get this thing with Mirage over. Can you blame him?

Stephy Auger: Honestly? No. Mirage kidnapped his sister. I wouldn’t wanna deal with any person like that.

The bell sounds as Holiday runs over towards Mirage. But suddenly, the lights go out.

Kris Cruise: What the-

Stephy Auger: Did we forget to pay the light bill?

When the lights come back on, Holiday is still in the ring. But Mirage is nowhere to be found. Holiday then frantically looks around, trying to find where his opponent went to. but a quick shot reveals that Mirage is now standing up at the curtain with his arms folded.

Once Holiday sees him, he curls his lip up before baseball sliding out of the ring. Holiday then takes off, running up the aisle and then the ramp. Just as he’s about to attack Mirage, the lights go out again.

Kris Cruise: Feels like we’re in New Orleans. Too soon?

Stephy Auger: No, not really.

When the lights come back on, Mirage is gone from the entrance way. Holiday then stops his foot out of frustration and anger. When he turns around, he sees Mirage standing on the ring apron with his arms folded.

Holiday’s eyes widen with anger before he stakes off down the ramp. When he runs over towards ringside, the lights go back off again.

Kris Cruise: I see what’s happening here.

Stephy Auger: Mirage is clearly trying to play a psychological mind game with Chaz here.

When the lights come back on, Holiday is standing in the aisle. Just then, Mirage pops up from behind him and punches him in the side of the head, knocking him down. The crowd boos as he puts the boots to Holiday.

Mirage picks up Holiday, runs and hip tosses him against the guard rail. Holiday’s back bounces off the guard rail before falling to the floor. Mirage goes so,ve,r picks up Holiday, runs and hurls him against the guard rail on the opposite side of the aisle. Holiday bounces off the rail before falling to the floor. He then picks up Holiday, scoops him up and drops him with a snake eyes across the guard rail. As Holiday falls to the floor, Mirage reaches down and chokes Holiday with his boot. He then pulls down on the guard rail as he squats down for added leverage. The crowd boos as Holiday’s face turns beet red. He can be seen helplessly kicking his legs as he tries to push Mirage’s foot from off his neck.

Kris Cruise: Get in there and stop this, ref!

Stephy Auger: Mirage may just choke out Chaz right here!

After a good twenty seconds, Mirage lets go… only to head over towards a fan in the front row and yank a plastic bag from out of their hand.

As Holiday pulls himself up using the guard rail, Mirage comes from behind, places the plastic bag over Holiday’s head and tries to suffocate him with it.

Kris Cruise: Good God. Somebody stop this man!

Stephy Auger: In case the people at home didn’t know, Mirage is a psychopath.

Holiday can be seen helpless flailing his arms around as Mirage tries to snuff the life out of him. Holiday then leans forward, forcing Mirage up onto his back. After reaching back and grabbing both of Mirage’s legs, Holiday runs back into the guard rail. But Mirage keeps the plastic bag over his head. So Holiday runs over and runs back against the side of the ring. But again, Mirage keeps the bag over his head. Holiday then begins to stumble around ringside…

In a last ditch effort, Holiday turns and runs back into the ring post, where he's finally able to knock Mirage off his back. Holiday then frantically rips the bag from a hole in the back before collapsing against the ring apron. He can be seen gasping for air. But he doesn’t recover before long as Mirage runs over and blindsides him with a clothesline.

Kris Cruise: It has practically been all Mirage right now.

Stephy Auger: Chaz Holiday has to do something and he has to do something fast!

Mirage picks up Holiday, runs and slams him face-first against the ring post. Holiday stumbles along ringside before collapsing to the floor. Holiday goes to pull himself up using the guard rail. But Mirage nails him with a punch to the ribs, doubling him over. He then spins Holiday around and leaps up and wraps his legs around Holiday, applying a guillotine choke.

Mirage tries to cinch in the hold. But Holiday grabs him, runs forward and rams him back-first against the ring post. Holiday then takes Mirage and delivers a release northern lights suplexes against the guard rail.

Kris Cruise: And Holiday is coming back into this!

Stephy Auger: And you know he wants to punish Mirage right now!

Holiday picks up Mirage, places him in a headlock, runs and deliver a bulldog across the steel steps.

As Mirage slowly gets up on all fours, Holiday runs over and delivers a front dropkick, kicking the top half of the steel steps into Mirage’s head.

Kris Cruise: That’s gotta hurt!

Stephy Auger: But in this case, Chaz Holiday just doesn’t care!

Holiday goes over, pulls up Mirage and brings him up onto the bottom half of the steel steps. He then lifts Mirage upside down before delivering a jumping piledriver onto the steel steps.

Holiday takes Mirage and rolls his body back into the ring. Once Holiday rolls back in, the bell finally sounds as Holiday makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Holiday with the pinfall attempt!

Stephy Auger: Mirage JUST gets his foot on the bottom rope!

Holiday gets up, grabs Mirage by the legs and drags him from the ropes. After hooking his arms around his legs, Holiday leans back, catapulting Mirage into the corner. As Mirage stumbles back, Holiday grabs him, runs forward and throws him shoulder-first into the ring post. The thud from the impact can be heard throughout the arena.

As Mirage is still doubled over with his shoulder against the ring post Holiday steps out onto the apron. After unwrapping the wrist tape around his right wrist, Holiday reaches over and ties up Mirage’s wrists around the ring post. Mirage senses this and tries to break free. But it’s to no avail.

Kris Cruise: Chaz Holiday is wrapping Mirage’s wrists around the steel post!

Stephy Auger: What could he possibly have in mind here?!

As Mirage continues to try and frantically free himself, Holiday hops down to the floor, kneels down and looks for something underneath the ring. once he finds whatever he was looking forward, he slowly pulls it out. Holiday then stands up and raises a steel chair. Holiday then goes over and begins whacking Mirage repeatedly in the hands with the chair. He then climbs back up onto the apron, takes the chair and repeatedly jabs it against Mirage’s shoulder. he then steps back, repositions the chair in his hands and nails whacks him across the left arm with the chair again and again. After Holiday steps back into the ring, he repositions the chair in his hands and repeatedly jabs the chair against the small of the back.

As Mirage drops to his knees in pain, Holiday takes the chair, unfolds it and places it in the center of the ring. He then rolls to the outside, grabs two handfuls of the black cable wire and rolls back into the ring.

Kris Cruise: Oh, this is about to get real ugly!

Stephy Auger: Something tells me a part of Mirage might enjoy being put through this.

Holiday marches over, wraps the wire three times around Mirage’s neck and pulls back, choking Mirage. The crowd cheers as Mirage can be seen flailing his neck around. Holiday continues to pull as tightly as he can, to the point where his knuckle are nearly white.

After a good 20 seconds, Holiday lets go. Mirage can be heard gasping for air through his mask as Holiday unwraps the wire from around his neck and throws it back outside. After untying the tape from around Mirage’s wrists, Holiday brings him from out of the corner and goes for an irish whip. But Mirage reverses, sending Holiday into the ropes. When Holiday comes back, Mirage drop toe holds Holiday face-first onto the seat of the chair. The crowd boos as Holiday’s face smacks off the chair. Holiday can be seen rolling around on the canvas as he cover his face in pain.

Kris Cruise: And Holiday just took a chair shot to the face!

Stephy Auger: After the barbed wire to the throat, I think I’ve lost any desire to have any late night snack tonight.

Holiday goes over, picks up Holiday, lifts him up and throws him down with a front suplex across the backrest of the chair. Holiday bounces off the chair and crumbles to the canvas, clutching his ribs in pain. Mirage goes back over, picks up Holiday, wrings his arm and then delivers an inverted stomp facebreaker, sending Holiday down. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: What an inverted stomp facebreaker by Mirage!

Stephy Auger: Holiday looks out of it!

While Holiday is still down, Mirage goes over, snatches up the chair and folds it up. After walking over towards the corner, Mirage stuff the chair between the middle & top turnbuckles. He then heads back over towards Holiday. As Mirage goes to pick him up, Holiday delivers a double leg pick-up, runs and rams Mirage back-first into the chair. Mirage arches his back in pain. Holiday then takes Mirage and whips him into the opposite corner. Holiday runs across the ring, jumps and connects with a flying forearm smash. He then takes Mirage and whips him back into the previous corner. The chair goes flying out of the ring as Mirage’s back collides with it. Mirage then drops to his knees before falling face-first onto the canvas. Holiday storms back over, pulls up Mirage and whips him hard back into the opposite corner. Mirage “Flair Flips” over the top turnbuckles, bounces off the apron and falls to the floor.

Holiday rolls to the outside and slowly stalks Mirage as he tries to pull himself up using the edge of the apron, Holiday then pounce on him. He turns Mirage around, grabs him and delivers a flatliner, driving Mirage face-first into the ring post. Mirage slowly slumps down to his knees against the ring post as Holiday circles the ring and finds the steel chair.

Kris Cruise: Holiday’s got the chair again!

Stephy Auger: This does not spell good news for Mirage!

After scooping up the chair, Holiday makes his way around ringside. he then runs up from behind and cracks Mirage across the back with the chair. Mirage arches his back in pain as he stumbles across ringside. Holiday then runs from behind and delivering a sweeping chair shot to the back of the legs, sending Mirage flipping down to the floor. Mirage tries to pull himself back up uses the ropes, but Holiday delivers a chair shot to his left hand, causing Mirage to fall to the canvas. Mirage rolls over and tries to pull himself up using the edge of the apron. but Holiday chair the chair and delivering a jabbing shot to his right wrist. Mirage then falls back down to the canvas. Holiday then stands over Mirage, raises the chair and repeatedly drives it down against Mirage chest.

Kris Cruise: Holiday’s trying to punish Mirage here! He wants to hurt Mirage!

Holiday reaches down, grabs Mirage by the mask and slowly pulls him back up. He then takes the chair and wallops Mirage on the left side of the head, sending him stumbling to the floor. Mirage slowly gets up and turns around. but he turns right into a jabbing shot with the chair, knocking him back down. Holiday turns and sees Mirage slowly turning over onto one knee. Mirage then motions for Holiday to hit him again. So Holiday gladly obliges, smacking him right in the face with the chair.

Stephy Auger: I stand by my previous statement. Mirage is a psychopath.

As Mirage slowly gets up on his knees, Holiday heads back over and raises the chair over his head. Just as he’s about to split Mirage’s head open the chair shot, Mirage lunges up, nailing Holiday with a low blow.

Kris Cruise: Low blow by Mirage!

Holiday drops the chair before crumbling down to the floor.

Mirage crawls over towards the announcer table. After pulling himself up using the edge of the table, he swipes Stephy’s glass of water.

Stephy Auger: HEY!

As Holiday gets up and turns around, Mirage breaks the glass across Holiday’s face, knocking him down to boos from the crowd.

Mirage picks up Holiday and rolls him back into the ring. After he rolls himself back in, he makes the cover.

Mirage picks up Holiday and throws him down with a scoop slam. He then steps through the ropes and makes his way up to the top turnbuckle. Mirage leaps off, going for the Vanishing Hitchhiker. But Holiday rolls out of the way. Once Mirage lands on the canvas, his momentum sends him rolling forward. Once he gets up and turns around, Mirage runs over towards Holiday. But Holiday connects with a european uppercut, followed by a step-up enzuigiri that knocks him down. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Beautiful european uppercut AND step-up enzuigiri!

Stephy Auger: Chaz goes for the cover!

Holiday goes over and rips off the top turnbuckle pad to cheers from the crowd.

Holiday goes over, picks up Mirage, runs into the corner and goes to slam his face into the exposed turnbuckle. But Mirage, blocks it, elbows Holiday and rakes him across the eyes. As Holiday stumbles away from the corner, Mirage grabs him and whips him back into the ropes. When Holiday comes back, Mirage goes for a back body drop. but Holiday slips down from behind, grabs Mirage and delivers an inverted DDT. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: What an inverted DDT!

Stephy Auger: Mirage is out of it now!

Holiday then mounts himself on top of Mirage and hammers away with right hands to the face. He then yanks up Mirage and whips him into the corner. He then runs, jumps and goes for a flying forearm smash. but Mirage moves out of the way, causing Holiday’s forearm to connect with the exposed turnbuckle.

As Holiday stumbles back, Mirage gram him, turns him around and sits him up across the top turnbuckle. Mirage then climbs up to the middle ropes, grabs Holiday, lifts him up and delivers The Licked Hand.

Mirage makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: The Licked Hand connects! Holiday’s out!

Stephy Auger: Oh no...

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner and the NEW Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, MIRAGE!

Mirage stumbles as he gets to his feet and he raises his hands up in the air. The audience boos as the ref get the Legacy championship and hands it to Mirage, who snatches it out of his hands before raising it in the air.

Kris Cruise: Mirage is your new Mid-Atlantic Legacy champion.

Stephy Auger: Chaz gave him a fight...but in the end...Mirage walks away with the gold.

Mirage slowly walks over to a corner and slowly slumps against it as he clutches the title close to his chest while watching medics check on Chaz Holiday.

[FGA Office]

After the last match we see Spencer Burke. He is backstage and he is standing by a locker room door. On the door it says Seth Lawless. Spencer Burke slowly knocks on the door and we can hear sounds coming from inside. Spencer slowly opens the door.

Spencer Burke: Seth…

(Spencer peers around the corner looking for him anywhere.)

Spencer Burke: Seth…are you in here?

(Spencer shakes his heads and starts to walk away thinking that he is not in there as he turns around to leave Seth comes up from behind and slaps him on the back Seth Lawless has a beer hat on his head and two beers on the side of it. He takes a sip and exhales deeply and then smiles and looks at the camera and waves at it.)

Seth Lawless: SPENCEROONY!!!! WOOO!!!! How are you my main man? The man that is not really a member of the FratDaddies but we let you think you are…anyways why are you here?

(Spencer scratches his head and smiles.)

Spencer Burke: That was a lot of questions at one Seth, but I am good and I am here because I wanted to ask you some questions about Final Frontier and personal stuff.

Seth Lawless: Personal stuff? Hmmm…are ya going to ask me about the little slut I used to date? Hmmm…go ahead ask that and see where that is going to go for you Spenceroony. First off I don’t care what happened with her shit happens but I am stronger by myself. The FGA, isn’t going to be the same now that I am back by myself and all of that stuff. Now for Final Frontier okay I am off the card and blah the blah the blah. But I can sit back and watch the show get drunk like a skunk and laugh at all the losers.

(Spencer nods his head and laughs a little bit.)

Spencer Burke: Now you haven’t been here long a couple months now to be specific. What do you think 2015 is going to have for the Lawless One?

(Seth takes another drink from his beer hat and sighs deep.)

Seth Lawless: Look 2015 is going to be a new start for Seth Lawless. Seth Lawless is going to take FGA by storm. Ya see Spenceroony. I had some problems the last few weeks with this and that. Now I am here for one thing and one thing only and that is to become a champion. Heck, dude it could be the tag titles it could be the Mid-Atlantic Title, it isn’t going to be the Pride title cause my frat daddie for life has that title. But Spence…it is going to be a title and I will go hard for them. I am the Lawless one and I am going to be hell THE NEXT BIG THING! Now get out of here I have lots of beer to drink.

Spencer Burke: Umm can I have one?

Kris Cruise: Up next we have what promises to be a hotly contested tag team match between two of the top teams here in FGA.

Stephy Auger: That’s right, Kris. The #sparklebuddies have been champions since Above & Beyond III when they defeated The Super Mario Wrestling Bros, even defending those titles against The Black Hand back at Capital Combat.

Kris Cruise: But now they have challengers – and old friends – vying for those belts. The Spitfires, consisting of Colton Sterling and Ashley Sullivan. Both successful tag team wrestlers in their own rights.

Stephy Auger: They certainly are. Can the team of Laurel Anne Hardy and Annie Zellor retain tonight?

Kris Cruise: I’ve seen their #grrfaces, Stephy, they’re certainly determined to give it their all here at Final Frontier!

The arena lights dim ever so slightly and turn to a mix of pink and purple as "Make a Move" by Icon for Hire begins playing.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FGA World Tag Team Championship! Introducing first, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Weighing in at 115 pounds… ASHLEY SULLIVAN!

Reaching ringside, Ash slide in under the bottom rope towards the middle of the ring and picks herself up with something of a flip to her feet.

Ready and waiting for her match, Ash jumps down from the middle turnbuckle finally.

Stephy Auger: The Spitfires aren’t going to want their recent defeat against The Infinite Empire to slow them down tonight, Kris. And Ashley Sullivan certainly looks full of energy judging from that entrance.

"Painkiller" by Three Days Grace suddenly begins to play throughout the arena as Colton Sterling steps through from behind the curtains, looking out at the audience with a semi-serious look. Dressed in his ring gear and black and red hoodie, Colton has the hood over his head, but just enough to where it covers most of his light brown hair. As he stands at the top of the stage, he begins nodding his head and cracking his neck before beginning his descent down to the ring.

J.A. Aldridge: And her tag team partner, from Tampa, Florida! Weighing in at 201 pounds… COLTON STERLING!

Colton slaps hands with some of the fans nearby, the smirk still plastered on his face. Once ringside, Colton takes a run towards the steps, but quickly turns towards the apron before hopping onto it. Looking out at the audience once more, Colton begins walking across the apron for a few steps before tugging on the bottom rope and hopping over, landing on his feet as he has finally made it inside of the ring. Quickly making his way over to a corner, he climbs to the middle turnbuckle before removing his hood off, nodding his head as he looks out at the fans. Sterling then begins to remove his hood off, tossing it to the outside but not at the fans, before hopping off and landing on his feet before punching at the air as he makes his way over to his designated corner before the match starts.

Kris Cruise: Separate entrances? Certainly an interesting choice for The Spitfires…

“Jager Yoga” by CSS begins to play throughout the arena as pink and purple strobe lights cover the aisle way. From out behind the curtain step Laurel Anne Hardy and Annie Zellor to cheers from the crowd. They both make their way down to the ring in their matching ring attires, slapping hands with the fans on either side of the aisle.

J.A. Aldridge: And their opponents, weighing in at a total combined weight of 263 pounds! They are the reigning and defending FGA World Tag Team Champions! They are the team of Laurel Anne Hardy and Annie Zellor… THE SPARKLEBUDDIES!

Annie runs up the ring steps and vaults over the top rope as Laurel slides in under the bottom rope. They both hop up on opposite corners where Annie raises a fist while Laurel takes a stage bow, flapping her colourful feather boa around. Then they both jump down and hug before taking their corner.

Kris Cruise: And just listen to these fans, Stephy; they love the #sparklebuddies here in New York City!

Stephy Auger: People love the #sparklebuddies everywhere they go, Kris. Just look at all the young fans here wearing their new #grrface t-shirts.

Kris Cruise: It really is extraordinary. And it looks like Annie Zellor and Colton Sterling are set to start us off here, so lets get ready for some action!

The bell sounds as Zellor and Sterling start things out with a lock up. Sterling quickly takes advantage by applying a side headlock. but Zellor’s able to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock from behind. Sterling reaches back and goes for an elbow to the face, but he missed Zellor’s head. So he then reaches back again, grabs a hold of Zellor and throws her down with a snapmare. Zellor gets back to her feet, but Sterling throws her down with an arm drag. Zellor gets back up, but Sterling sends her back down with another arm drag. He then transitions into a shoulder lock.

The ref kneels down and asks Zellor if she wants to give up. but Zellor refuses to quit. After battling her way back up to her feet, she rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wringer of her own. But Sterling counters with an arm wrench, sending Zellor shoulder-first onto the canvas. He then pushes her over and makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: Sterling getting the better of his opponent here in the early going and if he can keep Zellor grounded it’ll really work to his advantage, Kris.

Sterling picks up Zellor and whips her into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling throws out a clothesline. But Zellor ducks and runs into the opposite set of ropes, where Laurel Anne Hardy makes the quick blind tag. When Zellor comes back, she slides through Sterling’s legs. When Sterling turns around, Hardy clips the back of his leg with a leg sweep while Zellor catches him with a spinning heel kick. Hardy makes the cover.

Ashley Sullivan breaks up the pin.

Kris Cruise: The veteran instinct of Laurel Anne Hardy coming into play as she tags herself in without Colton knowing, but Ashley Sullivan makes the save for her partner and boyfriend.

As Sullivan heads out to the apron, Hardy shoots her a glare before turning back to Sterling. She then picks up Sterling and whips him into the ropes. When Sterling comes back, Hardy leans forward to set up a back body drop. But Sterling counters with a hard kick to the chest, sending Hardy stumbling back. Sterling then heads back into the ropes. When Sterling comes back, Hardy spears him down to the canvas. But instead of going for the pin, she mounts on top of him and hammers away with right hands to the face.

Kris Cruise: Is this a more vicious side of Laurel Anne Hardy we’re seeing tonight?

Stephy Auger: She’s not taking any prisoners, not when the titles are on the line.

Sterling tries to cover up. So Hardy reaches through his guard, grabs two handfuls of hair and repeatedly rams the back of his head against the canvas. The ref then kneels in and breaks it up, pulling Hardy off of Sterling.

Hardy can be seen tries to maneuver her way around the ref, but he won’t let her. He advises her to calm down and watch the closed fists. She then takes a deep breath and nods, agreeing with the ref’s wishes.

Hardy then heads over to pick up Sterling, but Sterling rolls her up with a small package.

Stephy Auger: So close to a three count!

After both grapplers scramble to get back up to their feet, they stand off. Both competitors then slowly circle the ring… until Sterling goes over and tags in Sullivan.

Once Sullivan gets in, she slowly inches her way towards the center of the ring and extends her arm for a handshake. Hardy then makes her way over and obliges. After the show of sportsmanship, the two women step back before circling the ring. After sizing each other up, they march forward and lock up. After jockeying for position, Hardy begins to move Sullivan across the ring. but Sullivan puts on the brakes. She then slowly begins to move Hardy back in the opposite direction. But Hardy puts on the brakes. The two grapplers then begin to tussle back and forth, trying to gain the advantage. Just then, hardy shoves Sullivan down to the canvas. Sullivan then turns over onto one knee and looks over at Hardy.

Sullivan slowly rises to her feet and circle the ring. She then inches towards Hardy and motions for a lock up. But she ducks, goes behind and applies a waistlock. Instead of trying to pry Sullivan’s arms from around her, Hardy reaches back and rocks Sullivan with a hard forearm to the face. So much so that Sullivan stumbles back into the ropes. She holds her jaw before slowly looking over at Hardy.

Kris Cruise: Neither Hardy nor Sullivan able to gain the upper hand in these grapples, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: And Ashley Sullivan looking peeved about that forearm smash to the face. It’s probably not what she was expecting from a fellow artist.

Zellor can be seen walking along the apron and asking Hardy if everything is okay. Hardy can be seen placing her hands on her head. She then goes over and extends her arm towards Sullivan, offering a handshake. Sullivan then slowly makes her way from off the ropes and cautiously shakes her hand.

But Sullivan quickly yanks Hardy over towards her and applies a side headlock. Sullivan tries to cinch in the hold. But Hardy shoves Sullivan off of her and into the ropes. When Sullivan comes back, Hardy tries to mow her down with a running shoulderblock. but Sullivan only stumbles back. So Sullivan runs over and tries to give Hardy a taste of her own medicine. But Hardy stays on her feet. Sullivan then runs back into the ropes. When she comes back, Hardy knocks her down with a high clothesline. She makes the cover.

Hardy picks up Sullivan, snapmares her over and delivers a stiff kick to the back… and another… and another… and another. As Sullivan arches her back in pain, Hardy steps in front of her and then blasts her with a soccer kick square to the face. After driving a knee down against Sullivan’s skull, Hardy picks her up, pulls Sullivan’s head down and proceeds to deliver a series of Battlegrounds Uppercuts. The last uppercuts drops Sullivan down to one knee. As Sullivan tries to shake out the cobwebs, Hardy nails her with a knee to the side of the head. She then drops down and makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: The vicious streak of Laurel Anne Hardy continuing as she goes for the pin!

Hardy picks up Sullivan, grabs her by the hair, drags her over towards Zellor and extends her arm for the tag. Zellor slowly makes the tag.

Kris Cruise: Close but no cigar, and now here comes Annie Zellor!

Once Zellor gets in, she applies a side headlock. but Sullivan is quick to shoot Zellor off of her and into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, she slides through Sullivan’s legs. When Sullivan turns around, Zellor gets up to her feet, kicks her in the midsection and positions her for a standing Shiranui. But Sullivan shoves Zellor off of her and into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sullivan knocks her down with a spinning heel kick. She makes the cover.

Sullivan picks up Zellor, wrings her arm, drags her over towards The Spitfire’s corner and tags in Sterling.

Kris Cruise: Good team work by The Spitfires here as they look to isolate perhaps the weaker member of their opposition.

Sterling gets back in and delivers a kick to the midsection, followed by a knife-edge chop that echoes throughout the arena. He then takes Annie and whips her into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling throws out another clothesline. But again, Zellor ducks and runs into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling goes for a bicycle kick. But Zellor catches his foot. She then spins Sterling around. When Sterling comes back, she throws him down with a Harai goshi. Sterling gets back up, but Zellor sends him down with another Harai goshi. When Sterling gets back up, Zellor grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When Sterling comes back, Zellor bends over to set up a back body drop. Sterling counters with a sunset flip. but Zellor rolls through it, gets to her feet and counters with a fort dropkick to the face. She makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: A great series of counters earns Annie a two-count.

Zellor picks up Sterling and whips him into the corner. After sizing him up, Zellor runs into the corner and connects with a discus clothesline. She then goes to follow up with a running bulldog from out of the corner. But Sterling shoves her off of him and into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, she delivers a wheelbarrow bulldog. She turns him over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: You just can’t keep that youngster down!

Stephy Auger: Sterling struggling to match her for speed right now as Annie goes for another pin attempt.

Sterling gets his shoulder up.

Zellor picks up Sterling and goes for an Irish whip. But Sterling reverses, sending Zellor into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling throws out a bicycle kick. But Zellor ducks and runs into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling knocks her down with a dropsault, sending her stumbling through the ropes and onto the apron. As Zellor pulls herself up on the apron, Sterling runs into the corner, springboards onto the middle turnbuckle and connects with a triangle dropkick, knocking Zellor off the apron and to the floor. As Zellor gets up on the outside, Sullivan runs along the apron, hops off and takes her down with a flying hurricanrana.

Stephy Auger: Oh come on, Sullivan isn’t the legal competitor right now.

As Sullivan picks up Zellor and holds her in position, Sterling runs into the ropes. But Hardy pulls down on the top rope, sending Sterling tumbling down to the floor.

As Sterling gets up on the floor, Hardy runs along the apron, leaps off and plants him with a diving tornado DDT.

Stephy Auger: I guess that’s fair turnabout, but it’s not what I expected to see from either team tonight, Kris.

Kris Cruise: This match is degenerating into a brawl, Stephy and you have to imagine that is playing straight into Laurel Anne Hardy’s hands.

As Laurel gets up on the outside, Sullivan rolls into the ring, runs across and connects with a suicide dive, sending Hardy against the guard rail. After Sullivan gets up, she goes over and grabs a steel chair.

Kris Cruise: What’s she doing with the steel chair?

Sullivan takes the steel chair and tosses it back into the ring. She then heads over, grabs Hardy and rolls her back into the ring. After rolling herself back in, she goes and grabs the chair. But Hardy stomps her foot down on the chair. Sullivan then slowly looks up and sees Hardy staring down at her.

Stephy Auger: Uh oh, this isn’t a good place to be if you’re Ashley Sullivan!

Before Sullivan can even move, Hardy nails her in the skull with the Punctum.

As Sullivan tries to shake out the cobwebs, Hardy looks down at the steel chair. She then looks at Sullivan, then back at the chair, then back at Sullivan, then back at the chair. Hardy slowly reaches down… and picks up the chair.

Hardy examines the chair before tightening her grip around the chair’s legs. The ref goes over and tries to stop Hardy from using the chair. But he quickly realizes this is probably not a good idea and immediately steps away from her.

Kris Cruise: No, Laurel, don’’t do it! Don’t get yourself disqualified again!

Sullivan continues to try and pull herself up using the ropes. Meanwhile, Hardy begins to size her up. She then turns her head, second guessing herself.

Stephy Auger: She won’t … she can’t…

Hardy then shakes her head before turning back to Sullivan. Just as Hardy’s about to crack Sullivan with the chair, Zellor grabs Hardy and tells her not to do it.

Hardy looks at Zellor, then back at Sullivan, then down at the chair in her hands. Just as she’s about to lower the chair, Sterling connects with a springboard dropkick to the back of Hardy. but the dropkick sends Hardy and the chair into Zellor, knocking her down at well. As Hardy rolls to the outside, Sterling goes over and makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: Colton Sterling seizing the opportunity and could this be it?

Kris Cruise: Annie Zellor at the last possible second getting the shoulder up!

The Spitfires pick up Zellor and whip her into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, they go for a double clothesline. But Zellor ducks and runs into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, she knocks them both down with a cross body. As The Spitfires get back to their feet, Zellor grabs them and slams their heads together.

Kris Cruise: And look at Annie go!

Zellor takes Sterling and whips him into the corner. She then takes Sullivan and whips her into Sterling. Zellor then runs into the corner, hops onto Sullivan and monkey flips her from out of the corner. She then gets up, grabs Sterling and goes for a bulldog from out of the corner. but Sterling shoes Zellor off of him and into Sullivan, who knocks her down with a clothesline. As Sullivan heads to the outside, Sterling makes the cover.

Sterling moves Zellor into the corner. he then whips her into the opposite corner. Sterling then runs across the ring, but Zellor nails him with an elbow to the face. After Sterling stumbles back, he runs back into the corner. This time, Zellor nails him with a boot to the face. As Sterling stumbles back, Zellor runs at him before delivering All That Glitters. She makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: The satellite DDT connects!

Stephy Auger: Ashley making the save, and it may have been a necessary one, Kris. Colton Sterling looks a little worse for wear right now.

As Sullivan heads back out, Zellor picks up Sterling and delivers a facebreaker DDT. She then steps through the ropes and climbs the turnbuckles. Once she reaches the top, Sullivan goes over and tries to stop Zellor from jumping off.

Sullivan grabs a hold of Zellor’s leg. But Hardy rolls back into the ring, runs over and spears Sullivan off the apron, sending them both crashing to the floor.

Kris Cruise: What a ferocious spear from Laurel Anne Hardy! She just took herself and Ashley out of this match!

Zellor’s eyes widen with shock as she sees both of her friends down on the floor. As she turns back to Sterling, Sterling gets up and connects with a slingshot gamengiri to the face. While Zellor is dazed, Sterling climbs up onto the middle ropes, grabs Zellor and delivers a superplex. He rolls over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: A big time superplex connects!

Stephy Auger: I thought that was it!

Sterling picks up Zellor and whips her into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, Sterling swings his arm around her and applies a sleeper hold. But Zellor quickly reaches up and drops down, delivering a jawbreaker that breaks the hold.

With both grapplers down, the ref starts his count.

Stephy Auger: All the competitors are down right now, who’s going to get back to their feet first?

Kris Cruise: Laurel and Ashley are returning to their corners from the outside, but listen to these fans, Stephy, urging both teams on. They don’t want to see this match end in a draw.

Sterling tries to shake out the cobwebs as he pushes himself off the canvas. Meanwhile, Zellor rolls over on all fours and begins to crawl towards the corner.

Hardy reaches through the ropes and extends her arm as far as she can. Meanwhile, Sullivan is jumping up and down, just dying to be tagged back in.

Zellor gets up, stumbles over and tags in Hardy.

Kris Cruise: The hot tag to Laurel Anne Hardy!

As soon as Hardy gets in, Sterling rolls forward, dives over and tags in Sullivan.

Stephy Auger: And in comes Ashley!

Before Sullivan can even get in the ring, Hardy runs over and nails her with a barrage of forearm strikes to the face. She then runs over and knocks Sterling off the apron, sending him to the floor. She then turns back to Sullivan and goes to grab her, but Sullivan ducks and goes to counter with a suplex to the outside. But Hardy blocks it. She then breaks free and counters with a Battlegrounds Uppercut, sending Sullivan leaning off the apron. But Sullivan lunges forward, grabbing onto the middle rope at the last second.

Hardy runs into the ropes as Sullivan pulls herself closer to the ropes. When Hardy comes back, she connects with a yakuza kick, sending Sullivan flying off the apron and crashing into the guard rail.

As Sullivan slowly gets up on the outside, Hardy runs into the ropes. When Hardy comes back, she flips over the top rope and knocks Sullivan down with a no hands somersault plancha.

Stephy Auger: Hardy goes airborne!

Hardy picks up Sullivan, rolls her back into the ring, rolls herself back in and makes the cover.

As Sterling walks towards the ropes, Hardy gets up, grabs Sterling from behind, runs and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Hardy not taking too kindly to the interruption from Colton Sterling there.

Stephy Auger: Certainly not. She’s certainly acting more aggressive tonight than we usually see her.

As Sterling gets up on the outside, Hardy runs into the ropes. When Hardy comes back, Sullivan blindsides her with a spinning heel kick. Sullivan makes the cover.

Hardy kicks out.

Sullivan picks up Hardy and throws her down with a scoop slam. She then rolls to the outside, grabs the steel chair from before and hurls it back into the ring.

Stephy Auger: Again with the chair? Whatever happened to artistry?

As Sullivan rolls back in, Hardy crawls over and goes to grab the chair. But Sullivan stomps down on the chair before socking Hardy in the face with a right hand. She then picks up Hardy, runs into the corner and slams her face into the top turnbuckle. Sullivan then lifts her up and places her in a Tree of Woe.

Sullivan heads towards the center of the ring, runs and connects with a baseball slide to the face. Sterling then runs along the apron and connects with a baseball slide of his own. Sullivan then heads back towards the center of the ring, unfolds the steel chair and places it in the center of the ring. After heading into the opposite corner, Sullivan runs from out of the corner, steps up onto the steel chair, leaps off and connects with Screaming From The Sky. She then drags Hardy from out of the corner, turns her over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: The Spitfire managing to work together to wear down Laurel Anne Hardy; could this be enough to put her away?

As Zellor heads back out onto the apron, Sullivan heads over towards the center of the ring and picks up the steel chair.

Kris Cruise: A timely save, but what does Ashley have planned here?

After folding up the chair, she waits for Hardy to get up and turns around. When Hardy finally does turn around, Sullivan hurls the chair at her with a chest pass. Out of instinct, Hardy catches the chair just before it hits her. With the chair held in position, Sullivan goes for a jumping roundhouse kick to the chair. But Hardy ducks. Hardy then swings at Sullivan. But Sullivan ducks. Hardy then swings at her legs. But Sullivan jumps over the chair. Hardy then lifts the chair over her head and swings down. but Sullivan reaches up and grabs the sides of the chair.

Both grapplers struggle back and forth over the chair. Sullivan then shoves the chair forward, causing the chair to nail Hardy in the face.

Stephy Auger: Oh, I felt one!

After Hardy drops down to one knee, Sullivan runs into the ropes. She goes for a handspring back elbow. But Hardy catches her in mid air. She then quickly hooks Sullivan arms and delivers a release dragon suplex.

Kris Cruise: Out of nowhere! A huge dragon suplex just folded Ashley Sullivan up like an accordion!

Hardy goes over and makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: And this time Colton making the save. Is he staying in the ring? Come on ref, control this match.

Sterling picks up Hardy and goes for an Irish whip. But Hardy reverses, sending Sterling into the ropes. When Sterling comes back, Hardy connects with a back thrust kick, sending Sterling stumbling into the ropes. Sterling rebounds back and runs over towards Hardy. But Hardy connects with another back thrust kick, sending Sterling stumbling back into the ropes. Sterling then rebounds back and delivers a clothesline that turns her inside out.

While Sterling has his back turned, Zellor comes up from behind with a front dropkick sending Sterling stumbling onto the middles ropes. The crowd explodes in cheers once they see Sterling in position.

Stephy Auger: This is anarchy, but these fans know what’s coming next!

After Zellor looks around the arena, she throws up the devil horns and gives Sterling the #grrface.

Kris Cruise: The #grrface! And just listen to these fans, they love it.

Zellor runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she runs across the ring, swings through the ropes and connects with the Rough ‘n’ Tumble.

Kris Cruise: Rough ‘n’ Tumble connects!

When Zellor turns around, Sullivan knocking her down with a jumping back kick to the face. She then steps through the ropes and climbs the turnbuckles.

When Sullivan is near the top turnbuckle, Hardy runs across the ring, jumps up onto the middle ropes and hammers away with a series of right hands. Sullivan then shakes it off and delivers a series of right hands of her own. The two grapplers begin to exchange punches until Sullivan gains the upperhand. She then shoves Hardy off the ropes, sending her crashing to the canvas.

Stephy Auger: Hardy is in a dangerous position here, if she’s not too careful…

As Hardy gets up, Sullivan leaps up, grabs Hardy on the way down and delivers Into Dust. She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: They did it, Stephy! The Spitfires are our new tag champs and what a victory this is for them

Stephy Auger: It may not have been as clean a match as we were expecting from everybody involved, but you cannot deny they all a tremendous amount of heart out there in that ring.

The referee hands the titles over to Ashley Sullivan and Colton Sterling as they celebrate their victory together. Zellor is busy attending to her tag partner on the outside, leaving the new tag champions in the ring to soak in the cheers from the crowd.

Kris Cruise: You certainly can’t. That’s two new champions crowned so far, and we still have the FGA World Championship match still to come when Riley Owens hopes to defeat Jimmy Page to become the new FGA World Champion.

Stephy Auger: And I think that’s something all the fans here in Hammerstein Ballroom are hoping to see, Kris.

[FGA Office]

(The scene opens up in the locker room. Seated on the bench is Riley Owens, who is putting on his kickpads. Standing close to him is Flex Johnson. )

Owens: Thanks for coming Flex; I appreciate it.

Johnson: It’s not a problem holmes; I’d be a terrible mentor if didn’t come haha.

Owens: Yeah.

(Riley’s tone is a bit...off; and Flex notices it. Riley keeps his gaze on the floor.)

Johnson: You alright kid?

(Riley lets out a sigh.)

Johnson: Look, I can tell you are slightly nervous.

Owens: I shouldn’t be though.

(Flex lets out a small laugh.)

Johnson: Riley, we are in the Hammerstein Ballroom; and, you are wrestling for one of the Business’ most coveted titles. It’s natural for you to be nervous. Hell, I’d be a bit concerned if you weren’t.

(Riley nods his head.)

Owens: You think I can do this.

(Flex shrugs.)

Johnson: Honestly, what I feel or think doesn’t matter.

(Flex pats him on the shoulder.)

Johnson: This whole night is about you holmes. You climbed and scraped into order to get to the top; you fought your heart out to get to this point. All the fame, all the success, all the recognition―you earned that for yourself. And tonight, if you end up winning that belt tonight, it’s not going to be because of me or Gavin―its going to be because you earned it.

(Riley nods his head. After securing his kickpads, he smirks and and stands to his feet.)

Owens: That was probably the best and worst pep talk I’ve ever heard in my life.
Flex laughs a bit.

Johnson: I say it did the job; you don’t look like nervous wreck anymore.

Owens: True enough.

(The two shake hands.)

Johnson: Aite man, I’m headed back out to the crowd. Take care of business.

(Riley nods his head as Flex walks away.)

Owens: No doubt.

(The camera fades out.)

Johnny Karma vs. Kevin Hardaway

The lights of the Hammerstein Ballroom dim, but instead of an entrance theme instead we hear the sound of beer bottles clacking together for a few seconds...until it segues into John Bonham's opening drum riff for "When The Levee Breaks" and the arena lights flash a myriad of different colours in tune, before the flawless combination of Robert Plant's harmonica and Jimmy Page's really quite epic riff hearald the arrival of NYC's own Johnny Karma, as he strolls out at the top of the ramp wearing a Mets jersey with his arms spread wide to receive the love from his hometown crowd, while Cherry Baum appears beside him wearing a Brooklyn Cyclones jersey as she waves to those in attendance.

Karma walks down the ramp towards the ring, arms still spread wide to drink in the acclaim of the dozens of people in the crowd cheering for him before he stops halfway down the ramp and removes his sunglasses, taking a good long look at the 15ft steel cage that's waiting for him, before turning to Cherry and exchanging a few words.

Karma reaches ringside and holds up his hand, signalling the sound guy to stop his music. While Cherry Baum approaches Manny Cruz for a mic, Karma stands at ringside while a small but notable "KARMA!" chant breaks out in one section of the crowd, while Cherry comes back with the mic.

Cherry: NEW YORK CITY!!!!!!

The crowd pop the cheapest of pops.

Cherry: Introducing first...weighing in at a ready, a steady, a Dynamite Headdy...he hails from the 718 in Queens, NYC...

Another cheap pop.

Cherry: ...you love him, he loves him, I love him...he is JOHNNY KARMA!

Karma steps onto the ring steps to wave to the crowd, before accepting the mic from Cherry.

Karma: Tonight the greatest city on the earth is going to bear witness to the greatest wrestler on the earth do something that has never been seen before: they will see the Voice of the Violence be told to pipe down because that noise coming out of its mouth is just so darned irritating and nobody wants to hear it anymore, so not only do I say "hush" but I also say...

Karma steps through the door into the steel cage.

Karma: ...I say "Hardaway...come out and PLAY-I-YAY!!!"

Karma removes his Mets jersey and hands it and the mic to Cherry at ringside, before propping himself up against one side of the cage.

The house lights go out in the arena as the opening of "Devil's Night" by Motionless in White flares up. Strobe lights begin to go insane when the vocals blare out of the sound system as Kevin Hardaway appears in the entry way. The crowd turns sour at the very sight of him. Kevin inhales before he makes his way down the ring.

J.A Aldridge: And his opponent, from Baltimore, Maryland! Weighing in at 229 pounds… KEVIN HARDAWAY!!!

As Hardaway opens up the cage door, Karma runs full steam ahead and leaps through the ropes knocking down Hardaway with a suicide dive to the outside.

Kris Cruise: WHOA! Johnny Karma just couldn’t wait for Kevin Hardaway to get to the ring!

Stephy Auger: Think about this, Kris. If we’re already seeing high risk stuff this early, how high risk do you think this match is going to get?

Karma picks up hardaway and slams his face against the cage wall. He then grabs Hardaway by the hair, pulls back and slams his face against the cage wall again. He then takes Hardaway and whips him against the barricade. While Hardaway arches his back in pain, Karma goes over and delivers a series of knife-edge chops that echo throughout the arena. He then grabs a hold of Hardaway and whips him against the cage wall. After bouncing off the wall, Hardaway crumbles to the floor.

Hardaway slowly gets up on all fours. But he doesn’t stay there for long as Karma kicks him in the ribs, sending Hardaway rolling over onto his back. After putting the boots to Hardaway’s chest, Karma brings him back up to a vertical base. He then grabs a hold of Hardaway from the side and russian leg sweeps him against the cage wall. After the back of his head bounces off the cage wall, Hardaway clutches his head as he slowly slumps down. But Karma isn’t done yet. He reaches down, grabs a handful of hair and pulls Hardaway back to his feet. After grabbing a hold of Hardaway, Karma goes for a vertical suplex. But Hardaway blocks it. After grabbing a handful of tights, Karma goes for another vertical suplex. But again, Hardaway blocks it. Hardaway then reverses, sending Karma back-first onto the floor with a vertical suplex.

Kris Cruise: And oh, that’s gotta hurt!

Stephy Auger: Looks like Kevin Hardaway is finally shaking off the initial attack from Johnny Karma.

As Kara sets up in pain, hardaway goes over and delivers a stiff kick to the spine. The thud from the kick is pretty audible. Hardaway reaches down, picks up Karma, hoists him up in a bear hug position and repeatedly rams him back-first against the cage wall. Once he’s done, Hardaway tosses Karma to the floor like a sack of potatoes. As karma lays down writhing in pain, Hardaway steps back into the ring.

Hardaway paces back and forth, waiting impatiently for Karma to return to the ring. Back on the outside, Cherry can be seen attending to Karma as he slowly gets up on all fours.

Kris Cruise: And now Karma doesn’t look too good.

Stephy Auger: After those shots to the back from the cage wall, you know Karma’s not feeling too good.

Hardaway continues to pace as Karma slowly crawls towards the cage door. As Karma slowly gets back up to a vertical base, Hardaway runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he goes for GTFO~! But Karma slams the door right into his head, knocking him back into the ring.

Kris Cruise: Well, that could only be classified as a smart move by Karma!

Hardaway curls up as he again clutches his head in pain. Once Karma is back in the ring, the door is finally closed and locked. The bell sounds as Karma storms over and puts the boots to hardaway. He picks Hardaway up and whips him into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, Karma throws him down with a powerslam. He hooks the leg.

Stephy Auger: And a powerslam by Karma! He goes for the cover!

Karma picks up Hardaway and whips him hard into the corner. As Hardaway stumbles out, Karma scoops him up from the side and delivers a backbreaker. But instead of dropping Hardaway to the canvas, Karma lifts him up off his knee and urls him to the side. Hardaway is then sent through the ropes and bounces off the cage wall.

As Hardaway pulls himself up using the cage wall, karma goes over and connects with Check Your Chiclets, sending Hardaway's head bouncing off the cage wall. After Hardaway falls down in the space between the cage wall and the ropes, Karma pulls him off the apron, into the ring and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Check Your Chiclets by Johnny Karma connects! Could this be it?!

Stephy Auger: And Hardaway stays in it!

Karma picks up Hardaway and drops him with the Bum Trip. While Hardaway is down, karma heads into the corner and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. once Hardaway gets up and turns around, karma leaps off, going for a flying double ax handle smash. But Hardaway counters with a spinning back kick to the midsection. While Karma is doubled over, Hardaway grabs him, runs and throws him against the cage wall. Hardaway picks up Karma, runs and throws him against the second cage wall. Hardaway picks up Karma, runs and throws him against the third cage wall. Hardaway picks him back up and points to the last cage wall. he then runs and hurls Karma against the wall. After bouncing off the cage wall, Karma falls to the canvas. But instead of making the cover, Hardaway mounts himself on top of Karma and hammers away with rights and lefts to the face.

After standing up, Hardaway delivers a stomp to the face. He then picks up Karma, lifts him up across his shoulder and runs towards one of the cage walls. He motions to lawn dart Karma into the cage. But Karma slips down from behind and shoves Hardaway into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, Karma goes for Check Your Chiclets. But Hardaway catches his foot. He then spins Karma around. When Karma comes back, Hardaway kicks him in the midsection, doubling him over. He then clocks Karma with KTFO~!, knocking him down face-first to the canvas. Hardaway rolls him over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: KTFO~! connects! This could be it for Karma!

Stephy Auger: That looked bad, no doubt about it!

Hardaway picks up Karma, grabs him by the wrist and then goes for the Decap Lariat. But Karma ducks and counters with a full nelson slam. He then steps through the rope,s walks along the apron and climbs the turnbuckles.

Just as Karma reaches the top, Hardaway lunges over and yanks down the top rope. Karma then slips, falls and ends up crotched on the top turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: Oh! That’s gotta hurt!

Stephy Auger: That’s the veteran experience of Kevin Hardaway paying off!

While Karma cringes in pain, Hardaway gets back to his feet before heading into the corner. After climbing up onto the top ropes, Hardaway pulls up Karma into position before superplexing him off the top rope. He slowly turns over and drapes his arm across Karma’s chest.

Kris Cruise: What a superplex! K-Hard goes for the cover!

Hardaway picks up Karma and lifts him up onto his shoulders. Panicking, Karma repeatedly punches Hardaway on the head. But Hardaway fight through it as he runs across the ring and delivers the Williams Driver.

Instead of going for the cover, Hardaway gets to his feet as he points over towards the top turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: What does Kevin Hardaway think he’s doing?!

Stephy Auger: Remember when we talked about this match having a lot of high risks?

After making his way across the ring, Hardaway steps through the ropes and scends the turnbuckles. Once he reaches the top, Hardaway leaps off, going for a frog splash. But Karma rolls out of the way, causing Hardaway to crash onto the canvas.

Kris Cruise: Karma moves out of the way!

Stephy Auger: And that risk had no reward!

As Hardaway slowly turns over onto his back, Karma heads into the corner. After climbing to the top turnbuckle, Karma turns around and leaps off, going for the Kickass Angel, but Hardaway gets his knees up.

While Karma curls up clutching his midsection in immense pain, hardaway turns over on all fours. He slowly crawls across the ring and uses the ropes to pull himself back up. Finally back at a vertical base, Hardaway limps across the ring and goes to pick up Karma. He delivers alternating open palm strikes to the face, followed by a spinning backfist that staggers him. Hardaway then knocks him down with a koppu kick. he picks up Karma and whips him into the corner. hardaway runs across the ring, connects with a corner shining wizard and goes to follow up with a running bulldog. But Karma shoves Hardaway off of him and into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, Karma throws him down with a spinebuster. He rolls across Hardaway and hooks the leg.

Kris Cruise: Spinebuster by Karma!

Stephy Auger: And he goes for the cover!

But again, Hardaway blocks and counters with a European Uppercut. After a spinning back kick to the midsection, hardaway snapmares him over and runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he nails Karma with a Bakatare Sliding Kick. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: WHAT A KICK!

Stephy Auger: Karma may be out cold now!

Hardaway picks up Karma and goes for an irish whip. But Karma reverses, sending Hardaway into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, he turns Karma inside out with a Decap Lariat.

Hardaway calls for The End of Heartache.

Hardaway picks up Karma and drapes his arm across his neck. He then lifts Karma in the air. But Karma slips down from behind and counters with Instant Karma. He then picks up Hardaway, lifts him up and plants him with Dazed, Confused and All Messed Up. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Dazed, Confused, and All Messed Up connects!

Stephy Auger: What a move! And Karma is wasting no time going for the cover here! Is it over?!

Karma slowly gets to his feet as Cherry cheers on the outside and even goes as far as to applaud Karma for his showing.

Kris Cruise: What a match! Great victory by Johnny Karma!

Stephy Auger: Both men gave it a hell of a fight, but Johnny Karma is your victor here tonight, ladies and gentlemen.

Karma has his hand raised as Cherry finally enters the steel cage after the door is opened for her. She walks over to Karma and raises his free hand while the ref raises Karma’s other hand as the audience applauds Karma's performance.
