~Scene opens as you see an unfamiliar face. The man is sitting down on a workout bench looking straight at the camera. His facial expression is as if he has confidence, as if he has no worries to the bright future that is set for him. The man then picks up a dry towel and dries the sweat off his face. His eyes pan the room for a moment as he sits in an upright position before clearing his throat...~
Unknown Man: So, this is it. This is what has become of me. A young mans journey into a world where he once dreamed of being since he was a child. A chance to prove to the world that he, meaning I, has what it takes to be a superstar. Better than a superstar, yet a legend. A legend who has a name that echoes 50 years from now, 100 years from now, hell, a name that's never forgotten. Johnny Brave!
After introducing himself, he turns his head pointing at a wrestling ring. He then looks back into the camera and says with confidence...
Johnny Brave: A man taught me everything he knew in that ring. My father, who sadly passed away mid-summer last year. A man that, in my eyes, was nothing but a legend. With his death, I decided to put in some applications, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Hell, maybe I might receive a word in a day or two, I thought... Yet days had past, even weeks. Yet I continued training, I continued to improve on the techniques that were laid before me. Finally, I had been givin words, words that I would never forget, "your hired." Thanks to the Frontier Grappling Arts, I get to show the world who I am. I get to prove to the world that I, Johnny Brave, is the legend that wrestling has been missing for years. I'm talking about legends such as, Bartman, Baby Bling, Joey Hollywood and the list goes on from legends in the CFW. A trademark that will never be forgotten in my childhood past. Long ago memories watching wrestling legends take their first steps into a ring, to their many great achievements and to their last steps out of a career. Oh how they electrified the fans from start to finish. My father saw all of that in me, and gave me a chance to show all of you.
Soon, you'll see my first steps into the ring, soon you'll receive full dosage of what I'm capable of doing as my career develops in the FGA. I promise, you'll stay entertained, that you'll be on your feet's night after night. Soon you'll see me become a legend among the list of great legends in our past. I will do whatever it takes, put my body on the line, run through a brick wall to achieve such high classed status. Believe me when I say, I am Frontier Grappling Art's best. And soon, I will prove my words in front of thousands.
Johnny Brave then gets up from off the workout bench and gathers himself once more...
Johnny Brave: Now I've been doing my study on the upcoming superstars here at FGA. They seem to be just... alright... Well rather, nothing special in my eyes. You see you had a FGA World Heavyweight Champ who went on a roll from the get go, yet lost to a man who has a professional record here at FGA of a meaningless 3 out of 7? Give or take a few. This my friends just isn't what FGA is all about. Someone who goes on a hot streak, who has that one thing, just that one thing that makes him number one on the food chain, to just give it up to a man who puts up a losing recognition?.. Let me tell you all, I never saw this coming, not in a million years. Michael Tomkins, what the hell were you thinking losing to a with nothing but losses on his record. Yet I would have to give my congrats to Blaine. Hell of a win guy, you pulled off the unthinkable, pulled a rabbit out of the hat. But I assure you, Blaine, that would never of happened if I was the one defending that piece of gold. You definitely would have ran out of the tricks that came out of your sleeve before I would ever be defeated.
You see, this is a pure example of why FGA is in need of a fresh and talented new wrestler such as myself. I do not bow down to my components as easy as Mike bowed down to Blaine. I would have to be out of my mind to stress such facts. FGA, look no more, your soon to be legend is lurking at the surface. I'll bring up the ratings, put bodies in the bleachers, I'll bring FGA to another level and I'll go to limits that these so called wrestlers couldn't touch.
Johnny shakes his head and ponders for a moment. He looks back at the camera with a straight face...
Johnny Brave: Now, I know I talk highly about myself. I know you, being the fans, just don't know me well enough to have such high confidence in me. But you know what, you got to start somewhere. You have to put that foot in the door. Come my debut match, I'll lay everything on the line. I'll back up my words, and make you see first hand everything that I've mentioned in this promo is nothing but the truth. I, Johnny Brave, is your future FGA World Champion!
With that said, the camera fades to black...
