Her finisher of choice against cruiser men and other women. She jumps for added momentum if necessary. Easily countered, but devastating if it connects.

ENTRANCE & ATTIRE
Entrance Music:
"Revolution" by The Veronicas
Ring Attire:
Knee-length boots with kickpads, long tights, gypsy-neck crop top with short sleeves, and armbands which stretch from her wrist to shortly before the elbow. These all have a smoky, swirling design on them. Four colour combos: lilac with dark silver-grey swirls; lavender with silver swirls; silver with dark blue swirls; and dark blue with silver swirls.
Ring Entrance:
The Veronicas' "Revolution" comes over the speakers. During the first vocal line Evangelista emerges through the curtain slowly, with a focused look on her face. She closes her eyes for a second, then begins the walk to the ring, absently tagging outsretched hands while trying to psyche herself up for the task ahead. After rolling under the bottom rope she crosses over to a corner and climbs up, posing for just a second before moonsaulting back down to the ring. She takes her corner and crosses herself, then begins shaking her limbs out in readiness for the coming match.
CHARACTER BACKGROUND
Pic Base:
Mutya Buena
Gimmick:
A naturally gifted wrestler hampered by an inclination towards crippling depression and insecurity.
Strengths:
1) Evangelista is a technical prodigy, with a startling intuition for the flow of combat. She's gifted at predicting her opponent's moves and knowing what to do next.
2) She is a great all-round physical specimen, with good stamina, very good reflexes and even decent strength considering her size.
3) Determination. Despite her myriad insecurities, Evangelista's desire to prove herself means she can get into the zone in combat easily, and gives her the willpower to dig deep when things seem hopeless.
Weaknesses:
1) Evangelista's broad frame makes her stronger than her 5'1" stature might suggest, but she is certainly no bruiser. Much of her offence is useless to her against heavyweights.
2) An opponent who knows how to push her buttons can take advantage of her insecurity and get inside her head. She's certainly not above falling for tricks and mind games.
3) She has a thing about her neck and hates people touching it. Depending on her mental state, she might freak out if an opponent gets her in a cravate or chokehold, or otherwise goes (literally) for the throat.
Bio
An average kid from an average working class council estate, Evangelista never really expected to make anything of her life and was resigned to working in Tesco and spending her little disposable income on partying and tattoos. But through her tattooist she met Mark Chapman: rock star, MMA fighter, pro wrestler. Mark introduced her to a number of wrestling stars and impressed by their stories and lifestyle, she resolved to pursue training herself - which is how she discovered she had a hitherto untapped natural gift for fighting.
After a referral from friends in Global Extreme Wrestling, she and her friend Laurel Anne Hardy moved to Ottawa for advanced training under Shane Tallin. While in Ottawa they fell under the sway of a driven, charismatic man known as Noumenon. They made their TV debut as members of The Asylum, a villainous faction bent on breaking down Global Extreme Wrestling and remaking it; they managed the former but not the latter. Having subsequently realised the error of their ways, The Asylum now exists to protect rather than destroy wrestling companies.
Evangelista has seen success both solo - with FRONTIER's Open House 2014 event and multiple midcard championships to her name - and in tag teams with Laurel Anne Hardy and Jay Pride, and has her sights set firmly on becoming a world champion. However, after her sister Lily was kidnapped by Alexander StarrZoe in 2013, Leanne sank into a suicidal depression from which she is still recovering both emotionally and professionally.
