Ring Entrance:
"Fault Line" by August Burns Red begins to play over the speakers. Owens slowly walks out onto the entrance ramp; his head is down. After about 15 or so seconds he lifts his head and looks at the crowd. The crowd begins to cheer; Riley raises a fist in appreciation. He then makes his way down the ramp. Owens walks around the ring one time and then wipes his boots before sliding into the ring. He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and raises a his arms. He hops off, adjust his kickpads, and waits for his opponent.
CHARACTER BACKGROUND
Pic Base:
Kyle O'Reilly
Gimmick:
“Wrestler from the indies, just trying to make it in the business.”
Strengths:
1. Fighting Spirit: You could also refer to it as "Heart" or "Determination." Riley is that one guy who will never quit. If you are going to defeat him then you will literally have to beat him until you can pin him.
2. Hyrbid Style: Riley is well versed in the art of Professional Wrestling, Muay Thai, Catch-as-Can, and BJJ. He does his best to blend the style into one.
3. Resiliency: This goes along with "Fighting Spirit." Riley can take a pretty heavy beating, but can come back if given enough time or an opportunity.
Weakness:
1. Ground Centered: Riley doesn't have any high-flying moves; which means he could be at a disadvantage sometimes.
2. (Slight) Arrogance: Riley started off as just being fairly "confident." But as he continued to win in FGA and elsewhere, that "confidence" as turn into minor "arrogance." He however, still views it as being confident.
3. (Slight) Distrust: While he respects many people on the roster, he doesn't necessarily trust them all. A lot of this is due to his Pride Championship reign.

Bio:
Riley started off as a guy that just wanted to make it in the indies. After having success in FGA and various other companies, Riley switched his focus to his main goal—to become one of the best in the world. But in order to achieve that goal, he realized he had to increase his intensity and incorporate his Catch-as-Can moves into his matches. He will now do whatever it takes (within the confines of the rules) to win.
