Bloodbath & Beyond vs. Super Mario Wrestling Bros.
"Rockit" begins to play over the speakers as the SMWB step through the curtain to cheers from the crowd. After looking around at the crowd and nodding their heads in approval, the SMWB jumps up and race down the aisle.
Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, weighing in at a combined weight of 373 pounds. They are the team of "Player 1" Max Powers and "Player 2" Landon Knight, the SUPER MARIO WRESTLING BROS!
After sliding underneath the bottom rope and into the ring, they push themselves up and head into opposite corners. After climbing up onto the second rope and trowing their index finger in the air, they climb to the top turnbuckle and backflip off, landing safely on their feet in the ring to cheers.
Clement: The Super Mario Wrestling Bros have returned to FGA! They made their re-debut two weeks ago after the Shoot Kings were successful in their match against Ward 6. While they have some issues to settle with the Kings, they also have a big issue with Bloodbath & Beyond.
Grayson: Yeah, they want to help out their dear friend. They want to save Justice Young. Oh please. Where were these two geeks when Justice was being bullied constantly by this roster? That's right, nowhere to be found. Now they want to talk about how such good friends they were and this and that. It doesn't past the sniff test, Kev. And these two? They won't pass the Blayze and Chaths test, either.
The lights go dark and a red hue comes over the crowd as "Wrath of God" by PostHaste Music begins to play over the sound system. The fans boo as through the black curtain separating the locker room from the main arena steps Johnny Blayze - a Caucasian male with an athletic build and shaved head with a good growth of a brown beard and Chaths - a tan individual in a hooded, sleeveless trench coat and his hood covering his face. He holds his handmade tonfa with his right hand. Blayze is wearing tight black leather pants with red & yellow flames in front and "Blayze" on the back, black elbow pads, and black boots (all with flames emblazoned on them). His ensemble is completed by a black full-length hooded leather jacket with the hood pulled over his head. Blayze stands at the top of the aisleway as the lights go back on. He then walks down to the ring, silent with a smirk upon his face. Chaths slowly surveys the arena as the crowd boos.
Clement: And here is Bloodbath & Beyond, the team of Johnny Blayze and the reigning Pride Champion, Chaths.
Grayson: These two men dominated the double shot two weeks ago in Columbus and Milwaukee. And they came this close to securing those Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Titles as well. Regardless of their stated interest in those belts, losing to The Murder had to hurt. And you best believe that they are out to unleash some of that anger on the Mario Bros tonight...
Once at ringside, Johnny Blayze and Chaths use the ring steps to enter the ring. Chaths stops at the top step to face the people that hate him. He removes his hood to reveal a dastardly smirk. Both men enter the ring through the top and middle ropes before strolling around the ring. The crowd continues to boo him as Blayze removes his hood. Chaths silently goes to his team's corner and removes his coat, handing it to a stagehand. Blayze removes his jacket and tosses it to the outside as Chaths places his tonfa in the corner. The music fades as Blayze backs into his corner. Chaths hops up to take a seat on the top turnbuckle, patiently waiting for their opponents to arrive. Manny Cruz then introduces both men to the crowd.
Cruz: And their opponents, being accompanied to the ring by Justice Young... from Daytona Beach, Florida and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania respectively… weighing in at a combined weight of 420 pounds... they are the team of Johnny Blayze and the reigning Pride Champion, Chaths.... BLOODBATH & BEYOND
**CHORUS OF BOOS**
Clement: Bloodbath & Beyond recently tarnished the Pride Championship faceplate. You have to believe that doesn't sit well with Chris Bond, who will get his rematch in two weeks.
Grayson: I'm sure it wasn't a popular move. But then again, who is going to have the guts to tell these two that?
The bell sounds as B&B rush over and double team Landon, attacking him with clubbing shots to the head, neck and back. The crowd boos as Blayze takes Landon and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor. Chaths then marches over to Max and stomps away at him. He yanks up Max to his feet and shoves him into the ropes. When Max comes back, B&B knock him down with a double running shoulderblock. The crowd boos as Blayze makes the cover.

Max kicks out.
Clement: So far, Bloodbath & Beyond have been using the double team to their advantage.
Grayson: You act shocked. This team came within an eyelash of defeating Malcolm Drake and Bob Pooler two weeks ago for the tag titles. These two are far from pushovers...
Blayze picks up Max and whips him into the corner. Blayze runs into the corner, hops onto Max and goes for a monkey flip. But Max somehow lands on his feet to cheers from the crowd. He then runs into the ropes as Blayze gets back up. When Max comes back, he brings Blayze down with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takeover. The crowd cheers. Blayze gets back up, but Max runs over and brings him down with a running hurricanrana. The crowd cheers. Chaths steps in and goes for a running clothesline. But Max ducks. When Chaths turns around, Max knocks him down with a Koopa Kick. The crowd cheers.
Clement: Chaths tried for the sneak attack. But Max saw it coming...
Max picks up Blayze and whips him into the ropes. When Blayze comes back, Max bends over to set up a back body drop. But Blayze dives over him with a sunset flip.
Grayson: He's about to go down. He can't hang on any longer...
Max swings his arms wildly, trying his hardest to regain his balance as Blayze tries to pull him down. Once Max regains his balance, he leaps up and connects with a jumping double foot stomp to cheers from the crowd. He then stumbles over and tags in Landon Knight.
The crowd cheers as Landon slingshots himself into the ring. Chaths runs over, but he runs into a right hand that knocks him down. Chaths gets back up, but Landon knocks him down with another right hand. The crowd cheers. Landon then turns to Blayze, who tries to catch him with a right hand. But Landon quickly blocks it and counters with a right hand of his own. He then takes Blayze and whips him into the ropes. When Blayze comes back, Landon kicks him in the midsection, doubling him over. He then lifts Blayze up and throws him down with the Buttefly Bob-omb to cheers from the crowd.
Clement: Double underhook sitout powerbomb! Could this be it...

Grayson: Chaths just dove out of nowhere and nailed Landon square in the face with that kick!
Chaths picks up Landon and delivers a headbutt, sending him stumbling into the corner. He then heads into the corner and chokes Landon with his hands to boos from the crowd.
Ref: ONE... TWO... THREE... FOUR....
Chaths lets go. As he heads back out onto the apron, Blayze runs over towards the corner, hops onto Landon and monkey flips him from out of the corner to boos from the crowd. Blayze then scurries over and makes the cover.

Blayze picks up Landon, brings him into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. He then tags in Chaths.
The crowd boos as Chaths gets in, takes Landon and turns him around. He unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the chest that can be heard throughout the building. He then steps to the side and chokes Landon with his foot. The ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE... TWO... THREE... FOUR... FI-
Chaths quickly lets go. He steps back as the ref berates him for not breaking the hold in time. While the ref's back is turned, Justice tosses Blayze the tonfa. He then uses the tonfa to choke Landon from behind to boos from the crowd.
Clement: Come on, ref, turn around!
Grayson: For what? I don't see anything...
Max sees this, so he tries to get in the ring. But the ref sees him coming, so he side steps Chaths and holds back Max. While the ref's back is turned, B&B take advantage with a double team.
Clement: Bloodbath & Beyond have not only cut off the ring, but their taking advantage of the referee having his back turned.
Grayson: And that's their fault? Seems pretty smart to me...
After Max reluctantly leaves the ring, Blayze gets rid of the tonfa just as the ref turns around. Chaths brings Landon from out of the corner and whips him into the ropes. When Landon comes back, Chaths bends over to set up a back body drop. But Landon stops, turns his back to Chaths and rolls over across his back. When Chaths stands up and turns around, Landon knocks him down with a dropsault. The crowd cheers.
Clement: Landon caught him right in the mouth with that dropsault. Could that be enough...

Grayson: Timely save by Blayze...
Ticked off, Landon gets up and gets into a shoving match with Blayze. After Blayze heads out onto the apron, Landon turns into a spinning back kick from Chaths. The kick sends Landon down on all fours. Chaths then sizes Landon up before delivering a jumping double foot stomp to the back, squashing Landon flat on the canvas. The crowd boos as Chaths signals for Blayze to get in. After Chaths places Landon in a camel clutch with a knee to the back, Blayze runs into the ropes. When Blayze comes back, he connects with a dropkick to the face. The crowd boos as Chaths turns Landon over.

When Chaths comes back, Landon hoists him up and then connects in mid air with the 1-Up Uppercut. The crowd cheers. But the cheers turn to boos as Landon turns right into a spinning heel kick from Blayze. Blayze then picks up Landon, runs and tosses him over the top rope and to the floor. The crowd boos.
Grayson: How nice of Blayze to take out the trash.
Blayze heads over, picks up Max, runs and tosses him over the top rope. But Max hangs onto the top rope for dear life. After regaining his composure, he “skins the cat,” pulling himself over the top rope and back into the ring. Cheers and applause can be heard from the crowd. Blayze turns around and sees this. When Max turns around, Blayze charges and goes for a running clothesline. But Max grabs a hold of the top rope and drops down, sending Blayze over the top rope and down onto the apron. As Max gets back up, Chaths comes out of nowhere and nearly knocks him across the ring with a running front dropkick to boos from the crowd.
Grayson: What a blindside!
After he kips up, Chaths goes over, picks up Max and whips him into the corner. Chaths then runs across the ring and goes for a cartwheel into a jumping twisting enzuigiri. But Max moves out of the way to cheers from the crowd.
Clement: Nobody's home!
As Chaths gets up and turns around, Landon runs into the corner and connects with the Tail Attack. The crowd cheers. He then takes Chaths and whips him into the opposite corner. He runs across the ring and goes for another Tail Attack, but Blayze pushes Chaths out of the way, causing Landon to crash into the turnbuckles.
Grayson: Blayze with another save!
The crowd boos as Landon limps around the ring. Meanwhile, Max runs over and lunges through the ropes, connecting with a shoulder thrust on Blayze. He then tries to suplex Blayze back into the ring. But Blayze slips down from behind, grabs Max and shoves him shoulder-first into the ropes to boos from the crowd. While the ref tries to regain order, Justice takes the tonfa and nails Max right in the head with it, causing him to stumbling backwards away from the ropes.
Clement: What the hell was that!?
Grayson: It looked like Justice was trying to swat a fly out of the air.
Clement: He was not!
Max stumbles into Blayze, who turns him around and scoops him up. Chaths heads back into the ring and runs over. B&B then connect with a shining yakuza kick, small package driver combo to boos and applause from the crowd. They then quickly head over and knock Landon off the apron and to the floor. "Wrath of God" blares throughout the building to boos from the crowd.
Cruz: here are your winners, BLOODBATH & BEYOND!
Chaths and Blayze roll to the outside, where they're greeted by Justice. The two turn around as all three men raise each other's arms to boos from the crowd.
Clement: Bloodbath & Beyond rebound from the title loss. But they stole this thing right out of the hands of the Super Mario Wrestling Bros.
Grayson: Oh cry me a river. If the roles were reversed, you'd be hopping out of your seat with excitement. Blayze, Chaths and Justice assessed the situation, took advantage, and that's that. Give these men the credit that they deser... what in the world?
The lights dim unexpectedly, with the SMWB still in the ring, looking around just as perplexed as the fans.
Clement: What have we here?
Grayson: I have no idea, Kev...
Lights illuminate the top of the entrance ramp, where two men dressed in Koopa Troopas are rolling out a large wooden "?" box onto the ramp. Powers elbows Landon lightly, gesturing at the box. Both men shrug as the Koopas leave through the curtain.
Clement: Whatever it is, these guys aren't responsible...
A drum roll begins to play through the arena, a spotlight shined directly at the wooden box. Suddenly the box breaks open, and standing in the center of it is Brydon Talinsdale, the manager of the Shoot Kings. With microphone in hand, he looks slightly upset, staring at the Super Mario Wrestling Brothers. He begins to walk down towards the ring as he begins to speak.
Brydon: "As much as I find this little stunt to carry a slight hint of humor, I think I am the only one of the Shoot Kings entourage that doesn’t find this funny in any bloody way…”
Brydon continues to move forward to the ring, getting to the ring steps. He stops, looking at the SMWB with a raised eyebrows.
Brydon: “I thought Graham and Madman were weird as a team, but there is a big difference between you two and the Shoot Kings…”
Brydon walks up the steps onto the apron. He stops and looks at the team again.
Brydon: “With them, it works. With you two, you just look like you're desperate.”
Some of the fans boo at this as Brydon steps in the ring. Powers and Landon start giving Brydon nasty looks, not loving the words being directed at them.
Brydon: “Don’t get me wrong, you two can go in the ring, I won’t deny that. But when I, of all people, show up to this place in a wooden box with a question mark on it to make a parody of your gimmick… It’s quite disgusting for someone of my stature in this business. Forgive me for sounding a bit conceited here, but I am a Shoot King, you bloody twats! Who the fuck are you two? You want to talk shit about Graham and Madman missing their stop at the video arcade, but you two 8-bit fools seriously need to recognize something… The Shoot Kings want to make sure you are aware that
Wii are here to make tag team wrestling something other than the copy of ‘Pro Wrestling’ you have in your cartridge slot. We’re tired of blowing and sticking it back in, something you two are pretty used to…”
The fans boo even further, the SWMB shaking their heads.
Brydon: “These fans can boo all they want. At the end of the day, everyone in the back wants to show them why they are the best. You two are no different, and neither are the Shoot Kings! They may be jokers, weed smokers, and gamers, but they are also wrestlers! Before I got back involved with them, they were at each other’s throats! All I had to do to get greatness back on track was just to get them back in one room; I already had the what and why, but the how was the difficult part. That’s all wrapped up, and these two haven’t lost a single team match since they have come back. Those two have stock that is accelerating at preposterous speed, and you two aren’t going to stop that with a fucking Star Piece, Fire Flower, Giant Mushroom, or whatever power up or gerbil you two want to pull out of your ass; none of it works against a God-forsaken lava pit, and no stockpile of lives you gained from repeated stomping is going to be enough for you flippin’ bastards to defeat two Koopa Kids who are hyped up on the VENOM serum from Batman! You can storm Bowser’s Keeps for the Tag Belts, but you’ll always find a lowly Toad from the Championship Committee telling you two the same line…”
Brydon gets on his knees, looking up at the SWMB.
Brydon: “Thank you, Super Mario Wrestling Brothers! But our Tag Belts are around a much better team’s waist!”
The fans provide a mixed reaction, more towards cheering due to the fact that Brydon actually did his line while mimicking the height of a Toad. Brydon then gets back up, starting to get a bit more cheering as he holds his hands out to the side. He then looks at the fans.
Brydon: “That better team is the Shoot Kings, and not these two right here. I have respect for their abilities and their gumption, but these two are not at the same level of getting the additional tag lines of Remix, HD, Remake, Hyper, Arcade Edition, Expansion Pack, Ultra, and so on, and so forth, and fuck, you two shouldn’t even be called Super because even Nintendo has tried to file a legal stay on you to keep you two from even using their copyrighted material as a wrestling gimmick…”
Brydon gets a bit of laughter and more cheering.
Brydon: “It’s as simple as this, boys. The Shoot Kings are on the throne, and they are getting ready to conquer the land of the GFC Tag Team Championship and add the UK Dragons as their first land taken for the Empire on the 29th. When you next see them, they will have even bigger crowns, shiny new prizes, and the envy of all of those who doubted them. You two are stuck in the Land of Make Believe with Mr. Rogers while we’re running this bitch… You two are just dog walkers. You want respect? It’s EARNED! You want it from the Kings, you just got told the when and where!”
“Charlie Sheen vs. Henry Rollins” begins to play as Brydon extends his hand with the microphone towards the team, letting the microphone drop to the ground. He begins to walk backwards, his tongue in his cheek and his arms out to the side. He then steps onto the apron, then hops down to the floor. He turns around, a sly grin on his face as he walks backward away from the ring.
Grayson: WOW!
Clement: Talk about laying down the law! It looks like Brydon Talinsdale, the manager of the Shoot Kings, has done just that.
Grayson: And look at the Marios! They've got nothing to say. They look like two little kids who've just been scolded by their mom.
Clement: I think these two look a lot more pissed off than said. And you can bet this won't be the last time encounter between these two sides before October 26.
