Ring Entrance: The opening to "Mandelbrot Set" by Jonathan Coulton hits the sound system and the fans start cheering. After a few moments, JC begins to sing and as he does, Alison James walks out onto the stage, carrying a clipboard and a yardstick. She moves to each side of the stage, grinning ear to ear while waving and pointing the yardstick at the fans, then returns to the middle of the stage before heading down the ramp. As Ali reaches the ring, she slides her items into the ring before sliding inside herself, shifting her weight to her hands before leaning forward into a flip, landing perfectly on her feet. The crowd cheers as Ali moves to the nearest corner and points at the fans again. She drops off the corner and picks up her clipboard and yardstick, handing them off to the referee as her theme fades.
Ring Attire: Despite being a to-the-core nerd, Alison's style in-ring is fairly fashionable - mostly because she isn't the one who picked it out. She has a spandex tube top that goes from her neck down to the top of her midsection, long tights with "SHOOTING STAR" down both legs, simple boots and long sleeves that go from her wrists to just past her elbows. All pieces share a unified gold with royal blue trim color scheme. On her chest, the letters "AJ" are clearly visible - a nod to her time in her tandem with the superhero-obsessed Allen Chaney.
Bio: Alison James, the youngest of the three James Sisters, is easily the brainiest of her brood. She graduated from High School in 2011 after just turning 17, and by that point, had already undergone almost two years of ring training from her sisters. Unknown to her sisters, Alison was also 'chosen' by AoWF mainstay Simon Kalis to be given special training to become one of his hand-picked Disciples. Later in 2011, Alison debuted alongside her middle sister, Katie, in True Glory Wrestling, and won the TGW Volitionary Title from Lucious Starr in short order. She would hold the title for a time before losing it back to Starr following a twisted ankle during Lucy's rematch for the belt.
After rehabbing her ankle, Alison returned in 2012 alongside the protégé of Johnny Maverick, Allen Chaney, and the duo formed the team known as A-Squared. After taking the storied Cowgirls From Hell to a draw at the AoWF mega event Fall From Grace, they set their sights on the TGW Tag Team Titles. Before they could win them, TGW became RXW, and in their title match, A-Squared defeated The Marshall Brothers to win the Tag Team Titles. They would remain Champions until RXW was absorbed into PWA, when Allen left Alison to defend the titles by herself against the Stolen Hearts tandem of Matt Stone and Emily Corlen.
This loss would mark Alison's final appearance in the AoWF, and one of her last public appearances before resurfacing in 2013 with the announcement that she would be aiding Emily Corlen in Em's new company, Frontier Grappling Arts. Before Emily could wrestle her first match, however, she had to pull out of the company for personal reasons, leaving Alison to claim her spot on the FGA roster and, hopefully, pick up right where she left off in TGW and RXW - winning matches and living up to her family name.
