MAIN EVENT
Ryan Kidd vs. Preston Blake
The classic beginning notes of "Ride of the Valkyries" plays over the PA as the fans in attendance know who is about to grace them with their presence. Out through the curtain steps Preston Blake, sporting his Harvard letterman jacket. He looks as dashing and smashing as ever as he makes his way down to the ring. Preston stops halfway down the aisle and surveys the filthy animals that call themselves fans in the crowd. He turns his nose up as he tries to stop from vomiting at the sight of them. He continues his walk down the aisle, keeping his arms away from the dirty and disgusting slobs that reach over the guard rail to grab at him.
Cruz: The following contest is your main event of the evening. And it is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from The Hamptons, weighing in at 218 pounds.... PRESTON BLAKE!
Preston gets in the ring himself, springboards onto the second rope and raises an index finger in the air, letting the crowd know who truly is number one.
Clement: None of this nonsense with Vikki Synn would've have happened had Preston Blake not stuck his nose in business that it didn't belong in.
Grayson: How do you figure that? It was A.J. Fairchild that attacked her. It was A.J. Fairchild that nailed her in the face with that title belt, not Preston. If anything, Preston has done the right thing. This man has been protesting outside in support of Vikki Synn all week. And if Ryan Kidd knew any better he'd have been right out there with him, too. Instead, he's blaming Preston for everything....
The intro of “Dark Horse” boomed from the PA system. The lights began to flicker as the song kicks in. Ryan Kidd comes out from the back. He began hardcore dancing on the floor spinning around like there's no tomorrow before raising his arms up in the air to the delight of the fans. He walks down the ramp slapping some hands of the fans. He goes around the ring slapping some more hands before stopping in front of a steel steps.
Cruz: And his opponent, from Long Beach, California. Weighing in at 215 pounds, he is the current UWL International Champion..... RYAN KIDD!
He climbs the steps and stops at the ring apron before looking around the venue. He climbs the top rope from the ring apron and raises both his arms up before somersaulting down to the ring. He walks to the opposite side of the ring and raises his arms again before walking to his corner while his music fades.
The bell sounds as Kidd runs over and knocks down Preston with a clothesline to cheers from the crowd.
Clement: And here we go as Ryan Kidd wastes no time getting this one started. I don't think he wants to hear any of Preston Blake's lies....
Preston gets back up, but Kidd runs over and knocks him down with another clothesline. The crowd cheers. As Preston gets up, Kidd grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When Preston comes back, Kidd throws him down with a back body drop. The crowd cheers. As Preston gets up, Kidd runs over and clothesline him over the top rope and to the floor to cheers from the crowd.
Kidd drops and rolls to the outside. He picks up Preston and whips him hard into the barricade. Kidd charges towards him, but Preston dumps him over the barricade with a fireman's carry takeover. The crowd boos. But the boos turn right back to cheers once Kidd lands on his feet. When Preston turns around, Kidd springboards onto the barricade and knocks him down with a flying clothesline. The crowd cheers.
Kidd then mounts on top of Preston and hammers away with punches to the face. He then picks up Preston and rolls him back into the ring. Kidd hops onto the apron and waits for Preston to get up. Once Preston gets up and turns around, Kidd springboards onto the top rope and knocks him down with a missile dropkick, sending Preston stumbling through the ropes and to the floor. The crowd cheers.
As Preston slowly gets up on the outside, Kidd runs into the ropes. When Kidd comes back, he charges forward and knocks him down with a suicide dive. The crowd cheers.
Clement: And Kidd knocks him down with a dive to the outside! We've seen a fire lit underneath Kidd that we haven't seen before. He's hellbent on making Preston pay for what he did.
Grayson: He should be mad at A.J. Fairchild, not Preston.
Kidd mounts himself on top of Preston and again hammers away with punches to the face. He then picks up Preston, slams his head onto the apron and then rolls him back into the ring. After Kidd rolls back into the ring, Preston gets up and backs away from Kidd. He repeatedly calls for a timeout. But Kidd will have none of it. He then runs forward and connects with a front dropkick, sending Preston stumbling into the corner. Kidd gets up, runs into the corner, climbs up onto the middle ropes and punches Preston while the crowd counts along.
Crowd: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.........
Preston grabs Kidd, moves out of the corner and counters with an inverted atomic drop. The crowd boos. While Kidd is doubled over, Preston turns around and connects with a springboard rebound roundhouse kick to the face, knocking him down. Preston then steps through the ropes and hops down to the floor. As Kidd slowly gets back up, Preston makes a motion with his hands that says “forget this” before heading up the aisle. The crowd boos as the ref begins to count him out.
Ref: 1.................................2...............................3...................................
Clement: And just where in the hell does he think he's going?
Grayson: He's getting out of there!
Ref: …......4.............................5..........................................6.............................
As Preston faces the entrance way, he turns around and looks back towards the ring. Kidd climbs up onto the middle turnbuckle and waves him back into the ring. But Preston wags his index finger at him. The crowd boos. But the boos turn to cheers as A.J. Fairchild grabs Preston from behind, runs back down to ringside and rolls him back into the ring.
Grayson: What the hell is he doing?
Clement: A.J. Fairchild isn't about to let Preston Blake sneak out of here without getting what's coming to him! What happened between him and Vikki was an accident. And it was an accident caused by Preston Blake! He's been tired of being made to look like the bad guy because of Preston. He wants to see Preston pay and I don't blame him!
Preston gets up, turns to the outside and is irate. He yells down at Fairchild. But while Preston's back is turned, Kidd runs up from behind and connects with a dropsault to the back of the head. After knocking Preston down, Kidd mounts himself on top of Preston and hammers away with right hands to the face. He then gets up off of Preston and puts the boots to him, stomping away at his chest.
Clement: Ryan Kidd has pummeled Preston thus far. He doesn't care about fancy moves. He doesn't care about pinfalls. He only cares about giving Preston the beating of a lifetime!
He then reaches down, picks up Preston and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. He turns Preston around and chokes him with both hands.
Ref: 1........................2........................3.......................4..................
Kidd reluctantly lets go. He then takes Preston and whips him into the opposite corner. Kidd charges into the corner, but Preston nails him with an elbow to the face. The crowd boos. As Kidd stumbles back, Preston runs from out of the corner and connects with a lariat takedown. The crowd boos.
Grayson: Finally!
Clement: Preston following up that elbow with a clothesline. And he may have just found his opening for the first time all night.
Preston picks up Kidd and nails him with a forearm to the face, sending Kidd stumbling into the ropes. Preston goes over, grabs Kidd by the hair, brings him away from the ropes and nails him with another forearm. This time, Kidd falls to the canvas. Preston then reaches down, picks up Kidd by the hair and throws him down with a scoop slam. He follows up with a jumping knee drop to the face. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

The crowd boos. Fairchild then picks up Preston, runs and slams his head against the ring post. The ref sees this and calls for the bell.
Clement: What in the hell?
Grayson: I don't get it? What's going on here?
Fairchild then rolls back into the ring. As Kidd slowly gets up, Fairchild takes off his belt and drops it on the canvas. When Kidd turns around, Fairchild nails him in the head with a Dry Elbow Martini. The crowd boos.
Grayson: Dry Elbow Martini straight to the mouth! Ah, refreshing!
Fairchild storms over to the ropes before hopping to the outside. He kneels down, reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a ladder to boos from the crowd.
Clement: What is he going to do with that?
Grayson: Probably changing some lightbulbs. No, what do you THINK he's going to do with it!?
After sliding the ladder into the ring, Fairchild rolls back in. As Kidd slowly turns over and tries to get up on all fours, Fairchild picks up the ladder, lifts it up over his head, stands over Kidd and throws it down across the back of Kidd's head. The crowd boos.
Clement: Did you hear the sound of that ladder falling down across the back of his skull?
Grayson: I know Kidd could!
Vikki Synn can be seen running down to the ring.
Grayson: And here comes the concerned girlfriend. I guess she didn't learn her lesson.
Clement: I wouldn't do this, Vikki. Be careful.....
After climbing up onto the apron and entering the ring, she pleads for Fairchild to stop. Fairchild looks at her, smiles, then picks up the ladder and throws it down across Kidd again. The crowd boos. Fairchild then heads over to her. A smug smirk is stamped on his face as Vikki stares a hole through him. He chuckles as he brushes past her. Angered, Vikki spins him around and punches him in the face. The crowd cheers.
Grayson: WHAT!?
Clement: There you go, Vikki!
A shocked Fairchild clutches his mouth as Vikki goes over to attend to Kidd.
Fairchild motions over towards Vikki. But he stops himself. He then slowly turns, looks down and sees his title belt. He then turns back to Vikki with a smile on his face.
Clement: Oh no!
Grayson: I don't think we have to question A.J.'s intentions anymore, Kev. In fact, I don't think we EVER had to!
Fairchild crouches down and scoops up his title belt. He cradles it in his arm and waits patiently. Once Vikki gets up and turns around to motion for medical attention, Fairchild runs over and clocks her in the face with the title belt. The crowd boos as Vikki drops like a sack of bricks.
Clement: That son of a .......... DAMN HIM!
But Fairchild isn't done. He drops the belt, picks up Kidd, brings him over near the ladder and positions him for a piledriver.
Grayson: I think the best is yet to come, Kev.
Fairchild smirks before flipping over, planting Kidd with a Haydouken '93 onto the ladder.
Clement: Flipping Piledriver right on the ladder. That was your friend, dammit!
Grayson: Not anymore, Kev. Not anymore.
The crowd boos as Kidd lays motionless in the ring. Fairchild gets up, scoops up the FGA Heavyweight Championship belt and stands over Kidd's motionless body. He then bends over towards Kidd and mouths “it didn't have to be this way.” He then smiles as he stands tall and raises the FGA Heavyweight Championship high above his head. The crowd rains down an onslaught of boos at him...........
