Dark Match Tigre Oro vs. Anton Chase The bell rings and Chase and Oro circle one another before locking up. Anton backs Tigre up into a corner and wastes no time slapping him across the face. This gets an “ohhhhhhh” from the crowd and does more than fire up Oro as he charges out at Chase, who sidesteps him and shoves him across the ring. Oro comes back off of the ropes and Chase leaps up for a monkey flip, but Oro grabs him by the legs and throws him forward, slamming him flat on the mat. Anton grabs at his midsection as he kneels up and Oro wastes no time in taking off for the ropes. He springs back and goes for a kick to Chase, who ducks it. Anton pops up behind the masked man and grabs him around the waist before he pops him back with a German suplex. Oro rolls into a corner and slowly makes it to his feet. Anton charges at him and goes for a flying clothesline, but Oro gets out of the way and Anton’s feet go between the top and middle rope as he connects with the corner. He falls backward, his feet still caught in the ropes as Oro backs up into the corner across from him. Oro finally takes off and rushes forward at Anton, leaping into the air and sailing into his chest with a dropkick. The crowd cheers for the masked man as he gets to his feet and looks at Anton, who has finally gotten his feet free and falls to the mat. Oro waits for Chase to make it up before charging at him again, but this time Chase drops down to the mat and pulls the ropes down to send Tigre over them and tumbling onto the ringside floor. The crowd gives this an “ohhhhhhhhh” and boos Chase as he gets to his feet with a smirk on his face. He raises an arm and screams “Get up!” at Oro, who has rolled over to the guard rail around ringside and is using it to pull himself up. Oro gets to his feet and takes a step toward the ring as Chase grabs the top rope and goes to slingshot himself over, though Oro moves out of the way. Chase manages to land on his feet on the apron and waits for Oro to turn around before he charges at him and flies off of the apron with a cross body! The fans boo Chase as he grabs Oro by the mask and pulls him up before he rolls him into the ring and goes in after him to cover him and hook his leg. One! Two! Oro kicks out! Chase gets to his feet and stomps down on the masked man a few times before he goes into the closest corner and climbs to the top rope as he waits for Tigre to get up. When the masked man does make it to his feet, Chase leaps off of the top rope. He goes for a missile dropkick but Oro moves out of the way and Chase lands hard on the mat. He rolls over onto his back, favoring his lower back as Tigre springs off of the ropes and leaps through the air with a springboard senton that’s right on target. He stays on Anton, hooking his leg as the crowd cheers for him. One! Two! Chase kicks out! Oro gets up and waits for Anton to start making it to his feet before he charges at him and goes for a step up kick to the back of his skull. Chase ducks it, grabs a hold of Oro from behind and goes to pop him back with a German suplex. Oro lands on his feet to cheers from the crowd and charges at Chase with a clothesline. Chase ducks the attempt and shoves Oro into the corner, causing him to collide with the turnbuckle pads. As Oro staggers out into the middle of the ring, Chase grabs him from behind, spins him around and then grabs him by the head to nail The Chase Factor! The crowd boos as Anton hooks Tigre’s leg. One! . . Two! . . NO! Oro kicks out to cheers from the crowd. Chase is more than irate as he gets to his feet and kicks at the bottom rope before barking at the referee. Oro slowly gets to his hands and knees but before he can make it up, Anton turns his attention back to him and lays into him with a flurry of kicks before he grabs Oro by the mask and lifts him to his feet. Chase leaps up and nails a picture perfect standing dropkick that sends Oro into the corner. Chase gets to his feet and holds his hands in the air to boos as he backs up across the ring from Tigre. In the blink of an eye, Chase takes off running and looks for a monkey flip out of the corner, but Tigre catches him to a roar from the crowd and turns to sit Chase down on the top turnbuckle back. Tigre dazedly steps back from the corner, then leaps in the air and nails a kick to the side of Chase’s head that sends him tumbling to the apron! Chase slowly gets up, holding the back of his head. When he makes it to his feet, Tigre reaches over the ropes and goes to suplex him in, but Chase manages to float behind the masked man and leaps up to grab Oro and drive him back into his knees with a back cracker. The crowd boos as Anton gets to his feet, but he has none of it, yelling at them to shut up. He waits for Tigre to get up slowly, then he boots him in the midsection and lifts him up like he could be going for a power bomb, only he transitions it into his Chaos Theory. But before he can slam Oro down into the mat, the masked man seems to get momentum back as he snaps off a sudden hurricanrana that sends Chase tumbling across the ring. Chase gets up, but Tigre catches him with a boot to the midsection followed by his Tornado Tiger Driver. The crowd cheers as Tigre rolls Chase over and hooks his leg. One! . . Two! . . Three! Cruz: Here is your winner, TIGRE ORO!

Woodbridge DVD Taping 1.12.13 Connecticut Sports Center Woodbridge, CT “The Greatest Man That Ever Lived” by Weezer burst onto the PA system. The fans are confused about this until they see the FGA Heavyweight Champion A.J. Fairchild emerge from the back. The FGA championship belt is snug around his shoulder as he makes his way down the ramp. Following behind him is the newest FGA signee Danielle Tyler. The fans boo, however a stone faced Fairchild ignores them as he makes his way into the ring with Danielle right behind him. Grabbing a microphone, A.J. unlatches his belt and gives it to Danielle to hold as he begins to speak. A.J. Fairchild: “I told you, I told you all that Final Frontier I was going to get the job done. And I did. People thought I was crazy, they said it was risky to give Ryan Kidd two opportunities to beat me for this title. There was a method to my madness of course. You see I knew that Ryan Kidd was going to bring his A game. And he did didn’t he guys?”The fans cheer approvingly of Ryan’s effort at Final Frontier. The fans even begin to take up a “RYAN KIDD” chant. A.J. smirks and says a few things to Danielle as he waits for the chant to die down. A.J. Fairchild: “It’s no surprise that Kidd is a good wrestler. But I was out to prove, that even with his A game, even on his best day, Ryan Kidd will never raise his game to Fairchild-like standards.”The fans quickly respond with a chorus of boos. A.J. looks a little perturbed as the fans go from booing and jeering to taking up a “YOU SCREWED KIDD” chant. A.J. Fairchild: “Say what you will, but the cold hard truth is that I still am the FGA Heavyweight Champion ergo I demand that you give me some damn respect! I didn’t screw Ryan Kidd at all at Final Frontier. Ryan Kidd just couldn’t finish the job.”Danielle goes up to A.J. and whispers in his ear as the fans take up the “YOU SCREWED KIDD” chant once more. A.J. waits for it to die down before speaking again. A.J. Fairchild: “On another note, people have been questioning my character after the unfortunate events that happened at the end of Final Frontier. It was a complete accident, and I am so very sorry for what happened. With that being said, I’m going to show my true colors tonight. After Ryan Kidd’s match tonight, I will march down to that ring; look him in the eyes, Vikki too… And I will show them how sorry I really am.”The fans clap lightly at this, knowing that A.J. was doing the right thing by apologizing to Kidd and to Vikki for his accidental actions at Final Frontier. A.J. Fairchild: “As far as anything else goes, I have the night off, a well deserved night off. I don’t have a challenger ready for my next title defense. So I’m going to be watching over all the guys and girls in the back, and I’ll see who would be a good opponent for me at Pride, Honor, and Excellence. Until then, I’ll see you all later on tonight…”Danielle nods and A.J. drops the microphone as “The Greatest man That Ever Lived” by Weezer plays once again, and both members of Fairchild Investments Inc. leave the ring to a crowd full of mixed cheers and jeers. Evan Grayson: See that? The man apologized yet again. How many times is he going to have to bend over backwards for you people? Kevin Clement: Welcome fans to this latest presentation by Frontier Grappling Arts. We're coming to you from Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, CT. I'm Kevin Clement. And joining me as always is my colleague, Evan Grayson. And Evan, I'm sorry. But I just don't buy it. Grayson: What do you mean you don't buy it? Clement: I'm not buying his apology. It doesn't seem genuine to me. Grayson: Well what do you prefer, him groveling for forgiveness? Clement: No, but I want him to act like he means it. But we'll supposedly find out how sorry he "really is" later on tonight after the main event. Before before we get to that, we've got the first round of a tournament to get to. Grayson: That's right. The Pride Championship Tournament kicks off tonight. We have six, count 'em, six first round matches. And with most of these matches, you can't even call it. Clement: The competition is deifnitely stiff. There are a number of grapplers who could very well walk away with the Pride Championship. Of course, the Pride Championship will be determined at Pride, Honor & Excellence coming up later on in February. But we have six first round matches tonight. Plus, we have our main event. It'll be Ryan Kidd going one on one with Preston Blake. And you just know that Ryan Kidd is going to be out for revenge. Grayson: Why? What did Preston do that was so terribly wrong? Clement: He caused Vikki Synn to get hit in the head with that belt! Grayson: Did he? Did he put that belt in A.J.'s hand? Did he told up Vikki for him? I don't think so. Clement: We've got a ton of action to get to tonight. But first, Justice Young is standing by with one of the many newest additions to FGA....

(The scene opens up backstage at the DVD Taping where we can see FGA’s Interviewer Justice Young ready for an interview, with a mic in hand Justice begins to speak.)
Justice Young: Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome at this time the newest member of the FGA roster, Anton Chase.
(Anton steps in front and can be seen in camera, Anton who is wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans)
Justice Young: Anton thank you for this time and let me be the first to welcome you in to FGA. Now I’d like to ask you some questions.
Anton Chase: Sure thing.
Justice Young: First of all what drawn you to signing with FGA?
Anton Chase: Well actually it was the current FGA Heavyweight Champion that drawn me to watching this because if you don’t know me I’m a fanatic, I will watch anything wrestling. And before AJ Fairchild came here he was at Warped and impressed me then disappeared once I beat his ass on two different occasions. Months down the line I’ve noticed AJ Fairchild popping up in FGA and that is where attention was brought, seeing these young athletes like AJ Fairchild and Ryan Kidd show their stuff was refreshing so I pondered a little and thought why not.
Justice Young: Ok so our youth competitors brought you here what about anything else?
Anton Chase: Well to be honest no other competitors seem that there worthy of being in the ring with me.
Justice Young: Does Warped Wrestling have any issues of you signing with another company?
(Laughter exits Anton’s mouth before speaking)
Anton Chase: What issues do they have? I’m the guy who brings in the money and I’m going to be bringing more fans to FGA. I’m a worldwide international superstar. No one has the accolades I do. Justice Young: What do you hope to accomplish while you’re in FGA?
Anton Chase: I have two reasons one) To be the FGA Heavyweight Champion and I don’t care if I have to go through every man on the roster to do it I will, I mean if a guy like AJ Fairchild can be champion then it won’t be hard for me to reach that. If he is the standard well I’m way above standard. I set the heights for everyone to reach and sooner or later I’ll have AJ Fairchild under my boot just like I did twice already over in Warped.
Justice Young: And number two?
(Anton slaps his hands together and rubs them before speaking)
Anton Chase:Anton Chase: Well the second thing will have to wait but not for too long.
Justice Young: Ok well Anton thank you for your time.
(With that being said Anton walks off from the scene as Justice Young finishes)
Justice Young: Ladies and gentlemen I’m Justice Young and that was Anton Chase let’s get back to the show.
(The scene fades to black)

1st Round of the Pride Championship Tournament Tony Edison vs. Alyssa Casteele 'Beautiful' hits the speakers as the overhead lights dim, the stage bathed in a chaotic mish-mash of pink and white lights. Bobbing her head to the music, Alyssa Casteele emerges with her fists raised in the air to a wave of cheers with a token boo here or there - once fully out on the ramp, she jumps up and down a couple times, limbering herself up for the high-flying that is sure to follow. Pink and white lights flash along the sides of the ramp as Alyssa cracks her knuckles before looking down at the ring. A smirk appears on her face as the fans continue their reaction, the cheers not really impacting the pink-haired girl's expression. Alyssa runs down the ramp way with conviction, not really paying attention to the fans as she does. She's clearly pumped up and ready to go as she releases a little more of that energy by sliding into the ring on her stomach, and she quickly climbs to her feet before pacing back and forth upon the canvas, forcing the fans to watch her in such a fueled state. Casteele takes a deep breath as she stops in the middle of the ring. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship Tournament! Introducing first, already in the ring from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 177 pounds, she is the current UWL Junior Heavyweight Champion…….Alyssa Casteele! Clement: Casteele has a chance to add more gold to her waist, Evan. She’s the current UWL Junior Heavyweight Champion and if she wins here tonight she could possibly go on to be the first ever Pride Champion here in FGA. Grayson: I don’t think she can even spell pride, let alone know what it takes to go all the way and win that title. "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" hits the sound system and the lights cut, then slowly come back on, but looking much like a nightclub, flashing all over. They come back full, but not before we see Tony Edison standing on the stage. He hops up and down at each side of the stage, collecting a decent crowd reaction, or really the best he can get. He stands at the stage and runs down the ramp, sliding in and hopping to his feet. He runs to a random corner and hops to the top rope, coming off it with a hue backflip, landing on his feet. Cruz: And her opponent! From Williamsport, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 217 pounds……..Tony Edison! Clement: Edison’s one of the many newer stars here in FGA looking to make an impact by winning this tournament and laying claim to being the first to hold the Pride Championship…… Grayson: Yeah, he’s a real winner isn’t he? The dufus……..remember back at Final Frontier? The moron thought that Chris Q actually wanted to celebrate with him in the midst of that Mixed Bag tag match. Clement: Unfortunately, Tony paid the price for getting too chummy with Q but he has a chance here to forget all about that and set his sights to the future, which could include a spot in the semifinals of this tournament if he plays his cards right here. The bell rings and Edison walks into the middle of the ring, extending his hand. The crowd cheers and Alyssa seems reluctantly, though she tentatively walks over and shakes it. Clement: A good sign of sportsmanship here from these two that really defines what this Pride Championship is going to be all about. Grayson: Bah, this makes me sick! If they want to be chummy, why don’t they get a room? On second thought……no. I hear that the welfare system in this country is strained enough. We don’t need them popping out a kid and nudging our economy over some kind of cliff. Clement: Will you stop?! Both Edison and Alyssa circle one another a few times before locking up in the middle of the ring. Edison gets Casteele into a corner and wastes no time in elbowing her in the face a few times before he drops his shoulder down and rams it into her stomach once, then twice. He goes for a third, but Alyssa lifts up her knees and catches him in the chest. Edison staggers back into the middle of the ring and Alyssa takes the opportunity to hop onto the middle rope and leap back after Tony with a cross body. She gets all of it and stays on Tony for a quick pin. ONE . . Tony kicks out! Grayson: He may be a dufus, but you aren’t going to put Edison down that easily. Casteele gets to her feet and kicks at Edison a few times as he tries to get to his. She pulls him to his feet and whips him into the ropes, getting down to go for a back body drop. Edison leap frogs over her and bounces off of the other side of the ring. Casteele stands up and turns around just as Edison slides through her legs on the mat. Casteele turns around and Edison leaps up to nail a dropkick that sends Alyssa through the ropes and to the ringside floor. The crowd cheers as Edison gets up and smirks as he watches Alyssa get up on the outside. Clement: They call Edison the “Man that Gravity Forgot” and we’re about to find out why! As Casteele gets up on the outside, Edison runs into the nearest corner, springboards off of the middle rope and somersaults over the top rope and onto Casteele! The crowd roars their approval and starts an “EDISON! EDISON!” chant. Tony gets to his feet, all smiles as he looks around at the crowd for a moment. But his attention goes back to Casteele and he picks her up and rolls her into the ring. She rolls onto her back and Edison quickly hops up onto the apron and then leaps up onto the top rope and springboards into the ring with a 450 splash just as Casteele rolls out of the way! Edison gets nothing but mat and the crowd once again applauds as Casteele gets to her feet. Grayson: Good god! He should have just rolled in after her and went for the cover! Clement: Tony Edison went high risk and it didn’t pay off. Of course, that’s why they call it high risk. Edison holds onto his midsection as he slowly gets to his feet and turns around. Alyssa as since climbed to the top rope in the corner and leaps off with a missile dropkick that gets Edison right on the chest. Tony tumbles onto the mat as Alyssa kneels up and seems to contemplate her next move for a moment before she rushes over to Tony, drags him by his arm into the middle of the ring and pins him. ONE . . TWO . . Edison kicks out to cheers from the crowd. Casteele gets to her feet and wastes no time in rushing into the ropes and spring boarding back with a moonsault off of the second rope onto Tony. As Edison kicks at the mat in pain, Casteele seems to wait for him to get up. When he does start to slowly push his way up, she charges at him and leaps up to go for a hurricanrana, but Edison catches her and drops her down into the mat with a power bomb! Grayson: That powerbomb was so hard, I think it knocked some of the pink out of her hair! Clement: Will you please stop it? Edison with a huge powerbomb and this could be the opening that he needs. As Casteele lays on her back, Edison rushes into the ropes but instead of spring boarding off of them, he leaps over them to the apron. The crowd seems confused but not for long as Edison leaps up onto the top rope, turns around and moonsaults back onto Alyssa in a very fluid series of movements. The crowd shows their appreciation by clapping and cheering as Edison hooks a leg! Clement: What a moonsault! I think he’s got her! ONE . . TWO . . NO! Casteele gets her shoulder up! The crowd cheers and quickly starts a “this is awesome” chant as Edison kneels for a moment to catch his breath, then gets to his feet. He stomps down at Casteele a few times before he seems to lay in wait for her to get up. He grabs her from behind and goes to nail a belly to back suplex, but Alyssa rolls through it and lands on her feet. Edison turns around and Casteele catches him on the jaw with a crescent kick! Edison drops to his back and Casteele quickly makes her way into the closest corner to him. She leaps up onto the top rope and then perches herself. She stands up slowly and then flies through the air with her Cherry Bomb 360 degree shooting star press! The crowd’s awed by it, but they soon let out an “Ohhhhhhhhhhhh” as Edison rolls out of the way and Alyssa crashes into the mat! Grayson: She got a lot of air on that one………unfortunately, what she didn’t get was her opponent………. Clement: Alyssa Casteele with a big crash and burn and had she hit that Cherry Bomb, I’ve got to think that it may have been the end of this match. Edison gets up slowly, though as he gets to his knees, Casteele starts to get up. The two make it slowly but surely to a vertical base. On spaghetti legs, Edison backs up right into Casteele just as she reaches her feet. She grabs him, but he leaps up and nails her with a pele kick that lays her out! The crowd cheers as he crawls on top of her and goes for the win. ONE . . TWO . . NO! Casteele kicks out! Edison shakes his head as he sits up, then gets to his feet. He rushes into the ropes, leaps onto the second rope and soars through the air at Alyssa with a leg drop, though she rolls out of the way. Edison lands on his backside and has a look of pained shock on his face as he sits there on the mat. Casteele, meanwhile springs off of the ropes and comes back to nail him with a kick to the jaw that lays him out. Grayson: She just punted his head off! Clement: Casteele with a big kick and the tide of this match has turned again! Casteele grabs Tony by the head and pulls him to his feet. She whips him into the ropes and then charges into the other side of the ring. She springboards off of the second rope and goes for a back elbow, but Edison catches her, locks on a full nelson and slams her down. Edison then makes his way into the corner and climbs to the top rope. Casteele tries to roll out of the way, but Edison leaps back with the End Game corkscrew moonsault and catches her none the less! He hangs onto her legs for a cover! ONE . . TWO . . THREE! “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” begins to play and Edison stands up and gets his hand raised. Cruz: Here is your winner, TONY EDISON! Clement: Tony Edison gets the win and advances to the semifinals of the Pride Championship Tournament. I know some people, myself included, thought that Alyssa Casteele would win this match. But Edison was able to pull off the upset. [ FADE OUT ]

Vampire Weekend’s “Giving Up The Gun” begins to play throughout the Connecticut Sports Center, causing fans in attendance to shift their focus to the entrance curtain with a slight confusion overcoming the FGA faithful at the unfamiliar entrance theme. After a ten second delay, out comes “Iowa’s Native Son” and one of the original FGA competitors… Jared James, who happens to be sporting a new look as he waltzes out from the backstage area sporting a black Calvin Klein suit which is accompanied with a whit cotton suit and a black silk tie. As soon as James makes his presence felt in the venue, he receives a mixture of boos and cheers from the fans as those familiar with Jared James’ past in FGA none too happy that he has managed to weasel his way back into a contract with the company after how his last two stints with the company ended. With that said James calmly walks down to the ring, a microphone already in hand. Once at ringside he walks over to the steel steps, casually working his way up them and under the ropes before standing confidently in the middle of the ring despite the boos starting to outweigh the cheers as James settles himself inside the ring. The look on his face expresses disappointment, but that quickly shifts to a look of acceptance as he realizes that their response is warranted. Giving himself some more time to collect his thoughts, while simultaneously trying to get the crowd to quiet down, James finally begins to slowly lift the microphone up to his mouth.
Jared James: “First and foremost, ladies and gentlemen of Woodbridge, Connecticut, allow me to start off by saying that it truly is an honor and privilege to be back inside of a Frontier Grappling Arts ring after nearly three months away from professional wrestling,” Jared James starts, the pacing of his words being slow and steady. “And secondly, your response to my presence is perfectly understandable and deserved. Considering the circumstances the last time I stepped foot inside a wrestling ring, back at Fear Itself in a bout that was for the FGA Heavyweight Championship versus the then-reigning champion, Chandler Scott. It was on that fateful evening, back on October 19th in Baltimore, that I got my rear end handed to me in front of hundreds of paying customers… looking lifeless, and disinterested. As if, for some odd reason, wrestling was nothing more to me than a way to stroke my ego.”
James heads pauses, hanging in his head in shame at the way he conducted himself a mere three months ago.
“It was on that night that I let a lot of you down… let the Frontier Grappling Arts community down,” James continues, slowly lifting his head back. “And not because I failed to claim the FGA Heavyweight Championship, oh no. Through my behavior that night and in the weeks leading up to that match, it was clear that I was not deserving of that accolade. No, rather it is clear to me – and most likely clear to you – that I let each and every one of you down, and all of those in attendance that night in Baltimore… for robbing you all of a match that could have been one of this company’s best.
I was selfish, thinking only of myself with little to no regard of the damage that I was doing to those who invest their time and money in Frontier Grappling Arts, from the brass in management to folks just like you that help keep this amazing company afloat.”
James pauses once more, lowering the microphone and taking this time to view those in attendance’s reactions. Looks of shock scatter the crowd, amazed at how honest the Iowa born performer is being. Others look skeptical after having followed James career path, noting that it has been riddled with inconsistencies and a tendency of falling flat on his face in big moments. After what equates to a seven second pauses, James slowly returns to microphone to its former position.
“So, with all of that said, I have asked for this time tonight to give each and every one of you – as well as those of you who will be watching this later on DVD – a formal apology,” James exclaims, which causes a brief spurt of cheers from a handful in attendance. “Never will I be able to regain the opportunity that I squander, or refund you the money or time that you may have invested into my brief feud with Mr. Chandler Scott. That is in the past now.
But what I can do, is ask for your forgiveness – FGA faithful – and promise you nothing more than being honest with you. My past has been rocky here in FGA, but now in 2013 I want nothing more than to be an active participant here in Frontier Grappling Arts and earn your trust, as well as the respect of my peers. I look forward to what the future holds for us FGA faithful...”
James hesitates for a second, his trademark grin slowly spreading across his face.
“And trust me,” James starts. “This will not be the last you see of me.”
With that Vampire Weekend’s “Giving Up The Gun” starts up in the Connecticut Sports Center, with James looking to exit the ring. But just as it looks as if the cameras are about to cut away, James pauses and motions for the music to stop. Standing in the corner of the ring, James hoists the microphone back up to his mouth after realizing he has one final thing left on his mind.
“Before I forget,” James says. “I must apologize, and bear with me as this may come as a shock, to a certain Mr. Chandler Scott. He may have gotten an easy win against me at Fear Itself… but he certainly did not get my best effort, meaning that he just as much as anybody else deserves an apology.
Now what that means to him, that’s another story...”
James gives one more smirk to the cameras and “Giving Up The Gun” starts back up, just as the camera cuts away.

1st Round of the Pride Championship Tournament Eddie vs. Kevin Hardaway "Knock Knock" by Scattle hits the building and the lights dim, signaling the arrival of Eddie. Before long, a sea of turning heads highlight the man's point of entry, and the cameras move quickly to capture the parting sea of bodies as Eddie is swinging his baseball bat wildly at the crowd. He moves through them, and eventually over the guard rail, where he rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and sits in his designated corner. He waits for the opening bell, his bat still in his hand. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship tournament. Introducing first……..from The Bowery, weighing in at 237 pounds.......EDDIE! Clement: Not a whole lot is known about Eddie, but he certainly seems like a scary guy from what we do know about him. Grayson: He’s certainly a beer short of a six pack. I give him that. The house lights go out in the arena as the opening of "Violence (Enough is Enough)" by A Day to Remember flares up. Strobe lights begin to go insane when the vocals blare out of the sound system as Kevin Hardaway appears in the entry way. The crowd is thrilled seeing him as Kevin inhales before he makes his way down the ring. A few hands get slapped away as once Kevin is at ringside, he hops up on the ring apron. The lights are back to normal as they enter the ring as he heads to the nearest turnbuckle and goes up to the top buckle. Some take pictures as he steps down, inhaling once more as he does the same thing on the other side of the ring before backing into the corner as he then waits for the match to begin as his entrance song fades off. Cruz: And his opponent, from Baltimore, Maryland, weighing in at 229 pounds..……..KEVIN HARDAWAY! Grayson: Listen to all of these simpletons cheer for him! This is insane! Not as insane as Eddie, but still………. Clement: The FGA fans have taken to the former FRONTIER star fairly quickly, haven’t they? I know when Kevin appeared at Final Frontier, it almost seemed as if he was kissing the past goodbye and looking forward to what lies ahead of him here in FGA and if he can get the win tonight and make it through this tournament….. Grayson: Yeah, yeah, yeah, don’t count your chickens before they hatch. He has to get by Eddie first and judging by the size and demeanor of this guy he’s not someone to be taken lightly at all. The bell rings and both men circle one another before locking up in the middle of the ring. Kevin pushes Eddie back into a corner before he boots him in the gut a few times and nails a hip toss on him. Eddie holds onto his lower back, but gets right up. Hardaway’s there to catch him with a right hand to the jaw that sends the masked man down, though again Eddie gets right back up only to get another right hand to the jaw. The crowd cheers, going crazy for Hardaway as he sizes Eddie up. When the masked man goes to pull himself up using the ropes, Hardaway charges looking to clothesline him over the ropes but Eddie lowers a shoulder and elevates Kevin over the ropes to the apron. Eddie turns around and Kevin goes to grab him by the head and drop him throat first over the top rope, but Eddie gouges Hardaway’s eyes and then head butts him. Kevin teeters on the apron as Eddie backs up a few steps, then charges and nails a big boot that catches Kevin and knocks him to the floor! Grayson: Listen to the fans! They’re not all gung ho about Hardaway now, are they? I think you could hear a pin drop in here now, it’s so quiet! Clement: Eddie’s got Kevin down on the ringside floor and I don’t think that’s where Kevin wants to be against an unpredictable brawler like Eddie. Eddie gets out of the ring and seems to size Hardaway up as he gets up from the floor. When he makes it to his feet and turns toward him, Eddie charges and drives Kevin backfirst into the guard rail around ringside. The crowd boos as Eddie nails a few stiff shots at Hardaway’s skull before he grabs him by the back of the head and chucks him face first into the ring post. Kevin staggers back a little, obviously dazed but Eddie grabs him and rolls him into the ring. The fans boo the masked man as he crawls in after Hardaway and don’t even bother hooking a leg. ONE . . TWO . . Kevin kicks out Clement: Hardaway kicks out and he’s really taking some punishment from Eddie here. Grayson: I told you, don’t write Eddie off so easily. The way this match has gone from the opening bell, I’d have to label him the favorite to win this….. Eddie gets up and quickly backs the referee into a corner, arguing the call before he turns back to Hardaway and reaches down to pick him up. But when he does, Kevin nails a shot to his midsection, then another. Eddie staggers back a little and Hardaway makes it to his feet and whips him into a corner. Eddie hit’s the turnbuckles hard and as he comes back, Hardaway springs off of the ropes and comes back to nail a huge lariat on Eddie that causes him to do a 360 before crashing into the mat. The crowd roars for Kevin as he gets up and lays into Eddie with kicks. Clement: Look at Hardaway go! He’s like a machine out there! Finally, Kevin pulls Eddie up and wastes no time in nailing a belly to belly suplex on him. Eddie crashes into the mat and does his best to try and regroup as he uses the ropes to pull himself up. But he gets to a vertical base and turns right into the charging Kevin who catches him square on the jaw with a spinning backfist that knocks the masked man back down. This time, Eddie crawls into the corner and props himself against it, which proves to be a bad move as Hardaway charges in and nails a baseball slide dropkick to him. The crowd cheers as Hardaway gets up and motions for the end. Clement: Kevin’s looking to finish Eddie here and the way this match has suddenly turned, I think he might do it. Eddie gets up slowly and Hardaway goes to hoist him up onto his shoulders, most likely for the Asylum Bomb but Eddie manages to get free and lands on his feet behind Hardaway. He grabs Kevin by the back and charges him into the nearest corner, splashing him against the turnbuckle before he charges into the ropes and comes back looking for a big boot on Kevin, who ducks it. He spins Eddie around, lifts him onto his shoulders and then spins him down for an Asylum Bomb that gets the fans on their feet, roaring their approval at what they’ve seen as Kevin pins him. ONE . . TWO . . THREE! “Violence (Enough is Enough)” plays as Hardaway stands up to cheers and gets his arm raised. Cruz: Here is your winner, KEVIN HARDAWAY! Grayson: Ouch…….that Asylum Bomb looks like it knocked Eddie senseless…..which is something that I thought would be impossible given how little sense he had to begin with…….. Clement: Come on, that was a great win by Kevin Hardaway and with it he advances in this Pride Championship tournament and judging by the way the fans are cheering him on, I’ve got the feeling that he’s one of their favorites to win this thing and after the display we just saw, he’s one of mine too. After Hardaway walks up the mini ramp, he turns to the audience and raises his arms in the air to cheers from the crowd. But the cheers turn to boos once Anton Chase grabs him from behind and brings him down with The Chase Factor. Clement: The hell was that? Anton Chase? What was that for? Grayson: I don't know, but I like it! As Hardaway clutches his head in pain, Chase squats down next to him. He can be seen mouthing to Hardaway "there's much more where that came from."

(( The camera follows a pale hand zipping up a tiger striped hooded sweatshirt. When the hand reaches the collar, the mask of Tigre Oro is revealed as he adjusts it. He begins to speak, showing a bit of nervousness by keeping his lowered. ))
Tigre Oro: “This mask is my everything. This mask, currently let’s the world know, I’m serious about this business. This mask let’s you know that, I love this business wholeheartedly. Even though I’m only a few matches deep in the humble beginnings of my career. This mask, shouts to the world that I’m what some would called a blue chipper, and was trained by the absolute best!
Tigre Oro now gaining a bit of confidence looks directly into the camera.
Tigre Oro: “I’m not a failed mixed martial artist, football player, musician, actor, model, or skateboarder, turned professional wrestler. I’m not a sports entertainer, that’s currently frustrated with his current lack of success, looking to transition to one of the aforementioned occupations. Frontier Grappling Arts, I am Tigre Oro, a-hear me roar-o!"
He looks to his left, then to his right, then directly into the camera, clears his throat, and lets out a dead on impersonation of a tiger roaring.
Tigre Oro: “Or is it.. Meow?”
(( He shakes his head before allowing a smile to sneak out from under his mask and the scene fades. ))

(( We now join FGA Interviewer, Justice Young, at ringside. He is standing in front of the fans, who seem very wild as he begins to speak. ))
Justice Young: I’m here with FGA grappler, Chris Q.
(Chris Q stands up from his seat in the front row, pulling his trademark sunglasses down over his eyes. The fans boo as Chris smiles and looks around at the people.)
Justice Young: Thanks for taking a little time to talk to us here tonight in Woodbridge.
Chris Q: Not sure why I wasn't booked for this event, I guess they need to figure out when I'm getting my title shot.
Justice Young: You really believe that you're next in line for a shot?
Chris Q: I better fucking be. All I've done since I got here is win. I've taken out everyone they've put in front of me. Mangold, Pat Gordon, that little bitch Akrista. The roster isn't that big. I've put myself right near the top.
Justice Young: Well it's hard to argue with that. You have gone undefeated thus far in FGA.
Chris Q: Get off my nuts for a second and listen to me. When I was watching the main event at Final Frontier, I had to turn that shit off. That match was unwatchable. I had a solid buzz going and I still couldn't get into that Fairchild-Kidd shit at all. I wish I would have seen that bitch get hurt at the end. That probably would have been more exciting than the actual match. And that was supposed to be the best that FGA has to offer? No.
Justice Young: You have made statements like this before. You think that you are better than both of the men that were in the FGA Championship match?
Chris Q: Put me in the ring with either of those guys or both at the same time and I'll continue to show why I am the best this company has ever seen. I realized something about Fairchild, Kidd, and the rest of the FGA roster. Nobody is willing to do anything and everything to win a match. Not like me. When I first arrived in this company, I thought Chandler Scott possessed the quality that I'm talking about, but it turns out he's just as much of a bitch as everyone else. It is completely obvious Chris Q is the Big Bad of FGA. I make everyone here look like bearded axe-wounds. That's a pussy for you non-creative fucks out there.
Justice Young: Well since you don't have a match tonight and the FGA Champion isn't competing, can I ask what you’re doing in the front row tonight?
Chris Q: I'm hoping to be entertained, but I also have an obligation. I promised the people that the Chris Q party would never stop and that's the fucking truth. I've been getting trashed in the front row all night. Just ask anyone in front or behind me, if anyone is coherent enough to speak.
(Justice rolls his eyes. The fans around him cheer a little at that statement.)
Justice Young: Thanks for the time, Chris.
Chris Q: Fuck off.
(( Chris sits down in his seat and takes a drink from his red plastic cup as the interview comes to a close. ))

1st Round of the Pride Championship Tournament Dom Harter vs. Leon Corella The opening chords of “Superunknown” begin to play throughout the arena as Dom Harter steps out from behind the black curtain. He stands there, stroking his beard with a devilish grin on his face, not once taking his eyes off the ring as he begins his slow, deliberate walk down the aisle. Harter ignores most of the fans in attendance, their boos not affecting him as he climbs up the steel steps and enters the ring through the ropes. Once inside, Dom makes his way to the corner as he rests his arms on the top rope and his forehead against the turnbuckle pad as he waits for his opponent. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship Tournament! Introducing first…..from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 235 pounds…….DOM HARTER! Clement: We saw Harter come out of the crowd at Final Frontier where he and Malcolm Drake were no doubt going to attack Akrista O’Hare but their plans were foiled by Pat Gordon Jr, who hit the ring with a chair and sent them both into retreat, thank god. Grayson: Yeah. And if Pat hadn’t shown up, I’m pretty sure that Drake and Harter would’ve ended Akrista’s career. [Cue the opening guitar rift for the Muse's "House of the Rising Sun". The Arena lights change to a golden hue. Through those curtains steps none other than Leon Corella...] #THERE IS....A HOUSE.... IN NEW ORLEANS....# [....He sports full ring gear, consisting of black and gold tights decorated with a metallic golden skull and red rose on the outer thighs, matching elbow and knee pads, similarly detailed wrestling boots, and heavy white tape from his fists to half the forearm. Despite being tied back in a short, tight ponytail, Strands of short blond hair hang in his face as he scans the crowd with ice blue eyes, his gaze intense and intimidating.] #TTTHHHEEEEYYYYY CCCCCAAAAALLLLLL THA RRRRIIIISSSSSSIIIINNNNN' SSSSSUUUUUNNN!!!!# [Leon strolls down the isle, little in the way of fan fair as he makes his way to the ring. Upon arrival, he hops onto the apron and walks the length of it, looking briefly to the crowd before throwing one leg through the ropes, dipping down and walking out onto the canvas.] Cruz: HAILING FROM PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND, THIS COMPETITOR STANDS SIX FEET, FIVE INCHES TALL AND WEIGHS IN AT TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE POUNDS.... [Front and center he stands, staring hard at the entrance arch with a fierce, steel gaze that withers even the bravest of souls...] Cruz: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE GIVE YOU... LLLLLEEEEEOOOOOONNNNNN CCCCCOOOOORRRREEEELLLLLAAAAAA!!! [...His eyes say it all- He's not here to f*** around. He's here to conquer.] Clement: Harter and Corella have been having a heated exchange of words going into this match. Corella’s made it clear that he doesn’t look fondly upon Harter’s style in the ring and Harter……well……. Grayson: Harter’s made it clear that he don’t really give a damn at all what Corella says. And to be honest, with Drake and Harter on the same page I’d advice Corella to hush up unless he wants to end up like Jacob Demore. The bell rings and both men walk up to one another in the middle of the ring. Harter says something to Corella, who sarcastically nods and says something right back before poking Harter in the chest. Harter responds by shoving Corella back which gets a loud “OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” from the crowd. Corella looks down at the mat for a moment before looking up and slapping Harter right across the face to cheers. Dom wastes no time in responding by hauking a loogie right onto Corella’s face. Clement: The ultimate sign of disrespect from Harter there and Corella’s pissed off! Grayson: As he should be! Would you like someone spitting in your face? On second thought, don’t answer that question…….. Corella spears Harter to the mat and nails a flurry of punches to him to the cheers of the fans. He nails lefts and rights one after the other before Harter finally manages to roll him over onto his back and nails a flurry of his own down onto Leon. Leon gets his hands up though and grabs the back of Harter’s head to nail a head butt that sends him backward onto the mat. Corella gets up and goes for him, but Harter rolls out of the ring to boos. He backs against the guard rail and stares wide eyed at Leon before shaking his head. He waves his hands at Corella and then starts to make his way over to the entrance aisle. Clement: He’s leaving! Grayson: These two had a very heated exchange to start off the match and after that, it looks like Harter’s rethinking things a little. Harter starts to go up the aisle, but Leon has none of it. He rolls out of the ring and rushes up the aisle to grab Harter by the back of the head. He tosses him into the guard rail back first and then lays into him with lefts and rights before he turns Harter around and begins choking him across the top of the barricade. The fans cheer and start a “Le-on! Le-on! Le-on!” chant as the referee begins to count both men out. 1.………..2.………3! Leon nails a few elbow strikes to the back of Harter’s head before he pulls him up from the guard rail and drags him back to ringside. 4.………….5.…………6! Leon grabs Harter by the arm and goes to whip him into a ring post, but Harter reverses and sends Leon into it. Dom takes one look at Corella, then rolls into the ring as the ref continues counting. 7.………8.…………9.…………….! Corella just manages to roll into the ring! Grayson: Harter tried going for the countout win there and after the peppering Leon’s been giving him, I can’t say I blame him. Harter lays into Corella with kicks before he pulls him up to his feet and nails an uppercut that sends Leon staggering back against the ropes. Corella dazedly walks back into the middle of the ring where Harter nails another uppercut. This time, Corella stumbles into a corner and Dom wastes no time in charging in at him with a splash. The crowd boos as Corella stumbles out of the corner and Harter grabs him by the back of the head to nail a bulldog. Harter sits up, but he doesn’t go for the cover. Instead, he rolls Leon over and drives his forearm across his throat! Corella kicks his legs frantically, trying to get out of it, but Harter responds by putting his legs up on the middle rope for added leverage. The ringside fans crazedly yell at the referee, telling him about what’s going on. The referee catches on after a few seconds and barks at Harter, who drops his feet from the ropes and lets up on Corella. He gets to a vertical base and stomps down on Leon a few times before he backs up and allows Leon to get to his hands and knees. Leon slowly gets to a doubled over position, where Harter charges at him and nails a swinging neck breaker. He quickly gets on Corella and covers him! ONE . . TWO . . Leon kicks out. The crowd cheers and starts a “let’s go Leon” chant as Harter gets up. He kicks Leon over as he gets to his hands and knees again and places his foot across Corella’s throat. He grabs a hold of the top rope and leans up to put all of his weight on that foot. Corella kicks his feet and flails his arms as Harter chokes the life out of him. Clement: Harter’s firmly in the driver’s seat now and Corella has to do something and fast. I don’t know how much longer he can last at this rate. Grayson: I wouldn’t say much longer by the rate Harter’s going. Dom lets up on Corella, but only to pick him up. He nails a few knife edged chops to Corella’s chest that echo throughout the building. The fans go “woooo” with each one, but Harter don’t seem to be paying much attention to them. Instead, he backs Leon against the ropes and then fires him across the ring. Corella comes back and Harter lifts him up for back body drop, though Leon floats over and lands on his feet behind him. Dom turns to Leon, who lifts him up and plants him with a spine buster. The crowd roars their approval as Corella gets to his feet and immediately goes for Harter’s legs. The fans seem to know what’s coming next as Corella turns him over for the Walls of Perfection! Grayson: The Walls of Perfection! He’s got it locked on Harter! Clement: Dom has nowhere to go! He’s in no man’s land in the middle of the ring! Harter screams from the pain of the hold and reaches out for the bottom rope, which half of the ring away from him. He slowly manages to edge Leon toward them. They get closer and closer and Dom’s face seems to get redder and redder from the pressure and pain of the hold. He seems to be within arm’s length of the ropes when he stops and buries his head in his hands. The referee checks on him and he don’t seem to respond so the referee grabs his arm and raises it once, it falls. The crowd cheers as the referee raises it again and watches it fall. The crowd’s at a fever pitch as the referee raises Harter’s arm a third time and it starts to fall but he manages to hold it above the mat. The crowd boos as Dom reaches out and grabs the rope, causing the referee to bark at Leon to break the hold. Clement: Harter just barely manages to stay in this thing and you have to wonder what kind of damage those Walls of Perfection did on his legs. Harter rolls out of the ring as Leon lets go of him. Corella doesn’t want to let up, though and reaches through the ropes to grab at Dom. He goes to grab Harter by the head, but Harter reaches up and drives Corella throat first across the bottom rope. Corella staggers back and into the referee, knocking him down. With the referee down, Harter digs under the ring for something and pulls out a red metal toolbox. He empties it on the ringside floor, then gets in with it. He’s obviously limping in the aftermath of the Walls of Perfection, but he waits for Leon to get up. When Corella does, Harter charges at him and nails him across the forehead with the toolbox to boos from the crowd. Dom tosses his weapon aside, out of the ring and then drops down to cover Corella as the referee comes to. ONE . . TWO . . NO! Corella kicks out! The fans are ecstatic and Harter kneels up in disbelief! He yells “AGAIN!” and covers Corella once more, this time getting his feet up on the middle rope!
ONE . . TWO . . NO! Leon kicks out once again and the crowd is on their feet, cheering as Harter’s going crazy in the ring. He sits up, holding his head and then gets to his feet and kicks at the bottom rope in frustration. Clement: Harter cleaned Corella’s clock with that toolbox and to be frank, I thought that the match was over right there! Grayson: Frank? You’re name’s not Frank! Harter waits for Corella to make it to his feet before he grabs him and reels him in for what looks like a double arm DDT but Corella gets one of his arms free and nails a flurry of body shots to Harter that gets the crowd cheering. Harter lets go of him and hobbles back a few steps as Leon charges at him and goes for a clothesline. Dom manages to duck it. Leon turns toward him and Harter grabs him around the waist and goes for an overhead release belly to belly suplex but Corella nails him with a head butt and Harter stumbles back. Corella grabs him and goes for another spine buster, but Harter manages to get his hand down and rakes Corella in the eyes. Harter lands on his feet, though he hobbles on his left leg for a second as he favors the right one. This gives Corella the chance to quickly recover and grab Harter by the legs for a double leg takedown. He gets Harter onto the mat and quickly goes for the Walls of Perfection again. Harter resists and then reaches up to grab Corella by the head and roll him up! ONE . . TWO . . NO! Corella kicks out! Harter lets go of him and begins to crawl toward the ropes as the fans start a “this is awesome” chant! Grayson: You’re damned right it’s awesome! Corella and Harter are going to war and we’re being treated to a match that could easily be the main event of any show, anywhere in the world! Clement: These two keep giving each other all they’ve got but nobody’s budging! Harter gets to his feet and seems to catch his breath for a moment as he eyes Corella across the ring, who’s getting to a doubles over position. Though his leg seems to be bothering him still, Harter charges at Leon and goes for a running knee lift, though Leon sweeps his legs right out from under him and goes for a cover! ONE . . TWO . . NO! Harter kicks out! Corella gets up and the crowd cheers for him as he seems to lie in wait. When Harter gets up, Corella reels him in and seems to set him up for a power bomb, He hoists Harter up, but before he can get him down, Dom slides down his back and lands on his feet. Corella turns around and Harter catches him with a lung blower! The crowd goes rather quiet as Harter gets up and waits for Corella. When Leon makes it up, Harter turns him around, underhooks both of his arms and spikes him into the mat with a DDT and then rolls him over to cover him! Grayson: Spin the Black Circle! That’s got to be it! This match is over! ONE . . . TWO . . . NO! Corella kicks out again! The crowd goes crazy and Harter sits up, obviously irritated. He gets up and lays into Corella with kicks before picking him up. He quickly puts him in a pump handle, but Corella counters with a hip toss before Harter can do much of anything. Harter gets up and Corella charges from behind and chop blocks his right leg. Dom goes down, howling in pain and grabbing at this leg as Corella gets up to cheers and seems to be laying in wait for Dom, much like a predator would with his prey. Clement: Corella with a chop block on that bad leg and this looks like it could be winding down….. Grayson: Listen to this crowd! I can’t hear myself think! As Harter gets up, Corella turns him around and gets him a head scissors before he underhooks his arms and lifts him up onto his shoulders before he slams him down shoulders first into the mat for the Game Over! The fans go crazy as Corella quickly gets on Dom and hooks both of his legs! ONE . . . TWO . . . THREE! “House of the Rising Sun” begins to play as Corella stands up and gets his hand raised. Cruz: Here is your winner, LEON CORELLA! Grayson: He did it! Leon Corella’s beaten Dom Harter and now he’s onto the next round! It’ll be Kevin Haradaway and Corella against the winner of the Pat Gordon Jr. and Jake Winchester match later on tonight. Clement: And what a match that semi finals bout looks to be, regardless of who wins later on. Grayson: Well, Corella got the hard fought win here tonight…..I give him that much. Dom Harter with him with everything he could, including that tool box but in the end Leon managed to pull it off. He deserves the win. Corella stands in the middle of the ring with his hand raised and the fans cheering as we go elsewhere. [ FADE OUT ]

1st Round of the Pride Championship Tournament Bob Pooler vs. Akrista O'Hare “Unleashed” blasts out of the speakers as the curtain is pulled back and out steps Pooler. Cellphone flashes illuminate him in an almost strobe light affect as he stands there soaking in the energy. He smiles as he hears the roar of the crowd. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship Tournament. Introducing first, now residing in Boston Massachusetts..... weighing in at 218 pounds........ BOB POOLER! He makes his way down to the ring smiling and slapping the hands of those closest to the guard rail. He rolls under the bottom rope and stands up in the corner, a smirk on his face as he stretches his arms across his chest and awaits the start of the match. Clement: Bob Pooler making his debut in an FGA ring tonight. But this by no means an easy task for him. Grayson: It's not. He's being thrown directly into the fire against the likes of Akrista O'Hare. But one thing that he has over Akrista is experience. Tons and tons of world experience. And that experience may just lead him all the way to the Pride Championship. Akrista comes out to the crunchy bass line of "Nice n Sleazy", wearing a gray trench coat over her ring attire, not through the main entrance, but moving amongst the fans. The lights have a gray filter, and a moderate amount of smoke fills the space. A look of cold determination on her face, she ignores everyone around her, despite the cheers. Placing one hand on the barrier, she vaults over, and makes her way to the ring edge. Cruz: And his opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, weighing in at 132 pounds.... AKRISTA O'HARE! Jumping onto it, she flashes a quick smile to the crowd, but its the smile of a predator. Hopping over the top rope, she drops her trench coat to the mat and stretches, waiting for the match to start. Clement: Akrista O'Hare, who was apart of the losing team back at Final Frontier, is looking to start off 2013 on the right foot. Grayson: I heard her say that she isn't particularly interested in the Pride belt. That's nice. You've been handed an opportunity to challenge for a belt. And then you say basically that you couldn't care less about the belt. But Akrista isn't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, now is she? I mean, she obviously thought that she stood a chance against the likes of Chris Q and Malcolm Drake. Clearly her judgment is flawed. The bell sounds as both wrestlers step to the center of the ring. Pooler extends his hand for a handshake. But Aki doesn't trust him. She steps back, shaking her head. Pooler then shrugs his shoulders before circling the ring. Clement: We heard Akrista say earlier that she doesn't exactly trust Bob Pooler. And clearly her stance hasn't changed. Grayson: Well isn't she some quasi-feminist? I'm sure she doesn't trust most men. Unless they're saving her from getting her brains bashed in like Pat Gordon, Jr. The two lock up. Pooler quickly places her in a side headlock. He then transitions into a hammerlock from behind. But Aki quickly brings him down with a modified drop toe hold. She then rolls across his back and applies a front facelock. The ref asks Pooler if he wants to give up, but Pooler refuses to quit. After making his way back up to his feet, he uses his strength advantage to move Aki into the corner. He then grabs the middle rope, forcing Aki to break the hold. The ref gives her until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: 1........................2......................3....................4............... Aki reluctantly breaks the hold. As she slowly raises her arms in the air, Pooler carefully steps back towards the center of the ring. Clement: Clean break there by Pooler. Grayson: I don't know why Akrista is so untrustworthy of Pooler. He could have decked her twice so far and has neglected to do so. Yes, he didn't exactly have praise for her in his earlier comments. But why would he? There's a belt on the line at the end of the tournament. The two circle the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, Pooler moves her over into the ropes. The ref quickly scurries over and gives them until the count of five to break it up. Ref: 1.........................2........................3.....................4.............. Pooler slowly lets go. He keeps his hands in the air, making a clean break. He then backs up towards the center of the ring. Clement: Pooler with yet another clean break. Grayson: You can see the look on Akrista's face. Is Pooler putting on an act? Or were here suspicions of him wrong? Aki makes her way off the ropes and goes to lock up with Pooler. But she ducks the collar & elbow tie up, spins Pooler around and applies a side headlock. But Pooler quickly shoves her off of him and into the ropes. When Aki comes back, Pooler knocks her down with a standing shoulderblock. He then runs into the ropes as she kips up. When Pooler comes back, he knocks her down with a running shoulderblock. He then runs into the ropes as Aki kips back up. When Pooler comes back, Aki leap frogs over her. When she lands on her feet and turns around, Pooler throws her down with a side headlock takedown. Pooler tries to cinch in the hold, but Aki quickly counters into a leg scissors headlock. After a bit of a struggle, Pooler then breaks free with a kip up. He then runs into the ropes as Aki gets up to her feet. When Pooler comes back, Aki goes for a hip toss. But Pooler steps through it and counters with a monkey flip. But Aki somehow lands on her feet to cheers from the crowd. She then runs into the ropes as Pooler gets back up. When Aki comes back, Pooler goes for a tilt-a-whirl slam. But she counters with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takeover, throwing him down. The crowd cheers. As Pooler gets back up, Aki runs over and connects with a dropkick, sending him stumbling through the ropes and to the floor. Clement: A great series of counters there by both grapplers. But Akrista gains the advantage by sending Pooler to the outside. Grayson: It looks like she could be setting up for something... Aki crouches down, waiting for Pooler to get up. Once Pooler begins to pull himself up on the outside, she runs into the ropes. When Aki comes back, she charges forward and leaps up, connecting with an over the top rope suicide dive to the outside. The crowd cheers. Crowd: AKRISTA! AKRISTA! AKRISTA! AKRISTA! AKRISTA! Clement: Akrista O'Hare with that Superman-like leap over the top rope! Grayson: She just soared over the top rope like it was nothing! Aki picks up Pooler and rolls him back into the ring. As Aki climbs up onto the apron, Pooler dives through the ropes, hitting her with a shoulder thrust. He then grabs her, runs and slams her head against the top of the ring post. As Aki stumbles back on the apron, Pooler connects with a springboard enzuguiri, knocking her down. The crowd cheers. Clement: And now Akrista gets knocked to the outside. Grayson: Could Pooler have something up his sleeve? As Aki slowly gets up on the outside, Pooler runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he charges forward and connects with a springboard crossbody to the outside. The crowd cheers. Clement: Yes he does, with a crossbody to the floor! Pooler picks up Aki and rolls her back into the ring. He then rolls himself back in and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Aki kicks out. Pooler picks up Aki, brings her into the corner and slams her head into the top turnbuckle. After turning her around, he unleashes a series of knife-edge chops that echo throughout the arena. He then takes her and whips her into the opposite corner. Pooler charges and connects with a running European Uppercut. The crowd cheers. He then takes Aki and whips her back into the previous corner. Pooler runs, jumps and connects with a corner clothesline. The crowd cheers. He then slips through the ropes as Aki stumbles from out of the corner and falls to the canvas. As Aki slowly gets back up, Pooler climbs up to the top turnbuckle. When Aki turns around, Pooler dives off the top. But Aki catches him with a punch to the midsection, sending Pooler stumbling down to his knees. She then runs into the ropes. When Aki comes back, she nails him in the face with a Shining Wizard. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Pooler gets his shoulder up. Clement: Hard knee to the face, but it only gets two. Going forward into 2013, what do you think Akrista needs to get back on the right path. Grayson: She's a solid wrestler. She just ran into a couple of wrestlers that were just better than her. Aki then picks up Pooler and brings him into the corner. After she hoists herself up onto the middle turnbuckle, she grabs Pooler and goes for a tornado DDT. But Pooler shoves her off in mid air, sending her crashing stomach-first onto the canvas. As Aki gets up, Pooler runs over and plants her with a swinging DDT. The crowd cheers as he turns her over and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Aki gets her shoulder up. Clement: Pooler dropped her right on the head. But it only gets two. Bob Pooler has a ton of experience. But with that being said, do you think he's a bit of a wildcard in this tournament? Grayson: To the average FGA fan? Yes. And to some of this roster I'm sure that's the case as well. They know of our guys. They know Corella and even Casteele through UWL. They know Hardaway from FRONTIER. But does the majority of them really know what Pooler brings to the table? I don't think so. And that could end up biting a lot of people in the backside. Pooler picks up Aki and whips her into the ropes. When Aki comes back, Pooler goes for a clothesline. But Aki ducks and runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Pooler goes for Dr. Teeth. But Aki catches his foot and counters with a dragonscrew legwhip. The crowd cheers. Clement: Good counter there by Akrista. We've seen her go after the legs of her opponent before. This could be yet another sound strategy, especially against someone who can match her quickness in Pooler. Aki lifts up his leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. She gets back up, lifts up the leg and delivers a second elbow drop to it. She then gets up, lifts up the leg and turns Pooler over into a single leg crab. The crowd cheers as Pooler can be heard groaning in pain. Clement: She's got the single leg crab locked in. She's got it locked on in the middle of the ring. Does Pooler have it in him to make it to the ropes? The ref asks Pooler if he wants to give up. But Pooler shakes his head. So Aki pulls back, increasing the pressure of the hold. Pooler can be seen cringing in pain. The ref again asks him if he wants to give up. But Pooler again shakes his head. He then begins to push himself up off the canvas and tries to crawl over to the ropes. But Aki quickly transitions into an STF. The crowd cheers. Clement: Great counter there by Akrista. Now all of her weight is on Pooler's back, making it even harder for him to reach the ropes. She tugs back on the head, causing Pooler to groan in pain. The ref asks him if he wants to give up. But Pooler wags his finger at him. He then begins to reach out and slowly claw his way to the ropes. He reaches out with both hands and drags himself closer. He reaches out with both hands and claws even further. He then reaches out with his left hand..... and grabs the bottom rope. The crowd cheers. The ref gives Aki until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: 1.......................2......................3.....................4............. Aki breaks the hold. As she walks away towards the center of the ring, she sees Pooler slowly pulling himself up off the floor with the ropes. So she charges forwards, swings through the middle & top rope, and goes for the 6-1-7. But Pooler ducks. After Aki swings out and lands on her feet on the apron, Pooler delivers another shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then grabs Aki and tries to suplex her back into the ring. But Aki slips down from behind, grabs Pooler and brings him down with a hanging neckbreaker. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Pooler gets his shoulder up. Aki picks up Pooler, grabs him from behind and brings him down with a cobra clutch bulldog. The crowd cheers. She then picks up Pooler, drags him near the ropes and drapes him over the middle rope. She then runs back into the ropes. When Aki comes back, she charges forward, swings through the ropes.... Clement: 6-1-7! The crowd cheers. Aki then climbs the turnbuckles. Once she reaches the top, she waits for Pooler to get up. Once Pooler gets up and turns around, Aki goes for a diving spear off the top rope. But Pooler jumps up and counters with the 5-7-5. The crowd cheers. Clement: What a counter by Bob Pooler! Can he make the cover? ONE . . TWO . . THREE! "Unleashed” hits to cheers from the crowd. Cruz: Here is your winner, BOB POOLER! Pooler gets to his feet and gets his arm raised to cheers from the crowd. Clement: Bob Pooler picks up the win, advancing to the semifinals where he will face Tony Edison and the winner of Malcolm Drake versus Alistair Mangold. Grayson: Pooler was impressive out there. He made a few mistakes in there and it almost cost him. This match was close. Almost too close. But he made a hell of a counter, executed it to perfection, and now he's two matches away from the Pride Championship.

(( We go backstage to where Jake Winchester is standing by in his gear with a black FGA shirt on. He shakes his head as we join him and scowls a little bit at the camera. ))
Jake: Pat Gordon Jr, out of all of the people on the FGA roster I thought that you'd be a shoe in as the one person that I could count on to give me a hell of a challenge in the middle of that ring. And in moments we're both going to walk down the aisle and hit the ring in front of those fans here win Woodbridge and I'm sure that the match is going to be a spectacle, I'm certain that the fans will get their money's worth tonight based on what we do from bell to bell alone but man........
He shakes his head and places a hand on his hip.
Jake: To say that I'm disappointed in you is an understatement. I get that there's certain people in this tournament that you'd like to face down the line and trust me.......there's people in this that I'd love to lock horns with. Take Malcolm Drake, for instance. I'd love to get my hand around his neck after some of the crap that he's been doing in this company. But you don't hear me really talking about that, do you? You don't hear me dwelling on that, right?
A half smirk forms on his face as he shakes his head.
Jake: And the reason is because it'd be damned foolish to do so. Tonight in that right, I'm not facing Drake. I'm facing you, Pat. Just like you're facing me......not Corella, not Hardaway. I mean, given your lineage in this business, given the fact that surely you've been around this business most of your life I'd expect better from you. Focusing like you are...and don't give me any line of BS that you're not.....on the wrong people going into a match like this is a rookie mistake and a MAJOR one at that.
He rolls his eyes.
Jake: And quite frankly one that I'm surprised you've made. You said that I could take away what the fans want. That's horse crap, Pat. If anything, you've done that. I'm sure that everybody out there around ringside here in Woodbridge came here expecting to see a Pat Gordon Jr. and Jake Winchester match that would steal the show...a match that's really worthy of being on a supershow and spotlighted on one of the biggest FGA cards of the year. Instead what they got is me being focused and you foolishly looking past tonight and looking past me.
Jake glares at the camera for a moment before he snickers.
Jake: I can't even begin to tell you how much of an insult that is to me. I'm offended, Pat. I was looking forward to this match as one that could hopefully embody what this Pride Championship, what this sport is about. A match that could make the greats that came before us.....a match that could make your father proud. But instead, this match is going to be a lesson, Pat. You made a mistake. A big mistake. Hopefully it's one that you can learn from but it's not one that I'm going to let slide. Tonight, Pat, we're going old school........I'll see you out there, kid.

1st Round of the Pride Tournament Pat Gordon, Jr vs. Jake Winchester "Chariots of Fire" plays in the arena, bringing the Woodbridge fans to their feet for their co-FGA Fan Favorite of the Year 2012, Pat Gordon, Jr! Pat steps out of the back, microphone in hand, because that's what people are doing now. He wears his Pat Lock t-shirt, ring gear, and a look of great PRIDE on his face. He cracks a short smile at the cheering fans and gives out some high-fives on his way to the ring. He does a lap around the ring, giving out more high-fives, before walking up the ring steps and climbing in through the middle and top ropes. Business look on his face now. Time to get some things off his chest. PGJR: "In just a few short minutes, I'm gonna be facing Jake Winchester in the first round of the FGA PRIDE title tournament. But before I get to Jake, I have a few other things I need to address." Paddy pauses for a moment to collect his thoughts. PGJR: "FGA has been rather... chaotic lately. Between Ryu Kanata out here attacking Ryan Kidd and myself, Golden Dragon Yashimoto trying to stab people with forks..." A few of the fans start up a small "Hardcore Forking!" chant.PGJR: "And now AJ Fairchild blasting Vikki Synn with the FGA Heavyweight Championship belt... FGA has gotten out of control. And I'm taking a stand against it." The Boston Bruiser sticks his thumb into his puffed up chest.PGJR: "You fans deserve exciting matches and the best wrestling competition your hard-earned money can buy, not sneak attacks and cowards who won't even climb into the ring with someone for a fair fight. "And that brings me to The Murder. Dominic Harter, Malcolm Drake, what you two tried to do to Akrista O'Hare after that eight person tag team match at Final Frontier was wrong. Akrista is a good friend of mine. She and I go way back and I'll do whatever I can to protect her. So I'm laying out a challenge. Harter, Drake, you two step in the ring with me and Akrista. We'll be ready for you anytime, but the sooner the better, because I'm chomping at the bit to get in the ring with you two." Pat Gordon, Jr. lowers the microphone momentarily and starts to leave. But before he gets out of the ring, he stops and turns around. There must be more on his mind!PGJR: "Before I go, I have a few things I want to say to Jake Winchester. Jake, you told me that you were looking forward to facing me. And then, because I spoke what was in my heart, what was on MY mind, you said you were disappointed. Disappointed, Jake. Because you think I'm looking past you. "Well I'm not disappointed to be facing you tonight. I KNOW we're gonna have a great match and give these Connecticut fans something wicked special. And I'm glad that you stand up for great competition and fair play. And I KNOW that you're an obstacle standing in my way of getting not only the FGA Pride Championship, for the PRIDE of my father who taught me everything I know about wrestling, but also getting what's waiting for me in the second round. I just wanted you to understand where I'm coming from, what's motivating me. Because the title would be enough, but it's not just about the FGA Pride Championship. It's more than that. Much, much more." "So come on, Jake, let's get this thing started." Pat Gordon, Jr. hands off the microphone to someone at ringside. He takes off his Pat Lock t-shirt and throws it into the crowd for some lucky fan! Then he looks up the aisle and makes a "come on" gesture. "Kashmir" begins to play and Jake Winchester walks out from behind the curtain to cheers. He raises his arms in the air with a cocky grin and then slaps a few hands on his way to the ring. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship Tournament. Introducing first, already in the ring, PAT GORDON, JR! And his opponent, from Syracuse, New York, weighing in at 245 pounds.... JAKE WINCHESTER! He makes his way onto the apron and looks out to the crowd, where he grins once again and nods in time with his music for a few moments before he steps into the ring and runs the ropes a few times before his music fades. The bell sounds as both men shake hands. Clement: Nice show of respect there by both men. These earlier round matches will not be fought under Pride Rules. But it's still nice seeing this show of sportsmanship by both men. Grayson: That's all well and good. They can shake each others hand. They can kiss babies together. But making nice isn't going to get them that Pride Title. Beating their opponent will. They then step back before circling the ring. They inch closer to each other before locking up. PGJr quickly places Winchester in a side headlock. But Winchester shoves him off, sending PGJr into the ropes. When PGJr comes back, Winchester knocks him down with a standing shoulderblock. He then runs into the ropes as PGJr gets back up to his feet. When Winchester comes back, PGJr leap frogs over him. Winchester continues to run into the ropes. When Winchester comes back, PGJr leap frogs over him again. Winchester continues to run into the ropes. When Winchester comes back, PGJr goes for yet another leap frog. But this time, Winchester catches him in mid air and counters with an inverted atomic drop. The crowd cheers. While PGJr is doubled over, Winchester runs back into the ropes. When he comes back, he takes down PGJr with a swinging neckbreaker. The crowd cheers as Winchester makes the cover... ONE . . TWO . . PGJr kicks out. Clement: Jake Winchester getting the first near fall of the contest. Jake Winchester was impressive in a losing effort two weeks ago back at Final Frontier. Grayson: What exactly does that mean, “impressive in a losing effort?” That's like saying you excelled while failing. You either win or you lose. And Jake Winchester, the man that some viewed as the captain of that team, failed at Final Frontier. He better have his game face on or else tonight will be a repeat performance. Winchester picks him up, brings him into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. After turning PGJr around, Winchester unleashes a series of knife-edge chops that echo throughout the building. He then takes PGJr and whips him into the opposite corner. Winchester charges into the corner, but PGJr nails him with an elbow, sending him stumbling back. After Winchester shakes off the blow, he runs back into the corner. This time, PGJr leans back and nails him with a boot to the face that sends him stumbling back. PGJr then runs from out of the corner and goes for the Wicked Lariat. But Winchester ducks. When PGJr turns around, Winchester throws him down with a japanese arm drag. The crowd cheers. PGJr gets back up, but Winchester throws him back down with another japanese arm drag. The crowd cheers. As PGJr gets up, Winchester grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When PGJr comes back, Winchester bends over to set up a back body drop. But PGJr counters with a sunset flip. The crowd cheers as Winchesters swings his arms wildly, trying his best to regain his balance. Clement: Jake Winchester trying to stay on his feet for dear life! He's almost.... he's almost..... ALMOST! Once he does, he drops down to his knees for a punch to the face. But PGJr moves out of the way, causing Winchester to accidentally punch the canvas. While Winchester is still on his knees, PGJr gets up and runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he nails Winchester in the face with a high knee lift to the head. The crowd cheers. PGJr drops down and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Winchester kicks out. Clement: Pat Gordon, Jr with a near fall of his own. Pat Gordon, Jr has been a man many have viewed as one to watch in 2013. He was the center of the controversy that eventually led to the feud between Frontier Grappling Arts and Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER back in 2012. He of course had that excellent match with Kevin Hardaway, a bout that won Match of the Year over in pwF. He also had a bit of a hard fought feud with Ryu Kanata which left him even further injured. But the injuries appear to be behind him as he looks pretty crisp out there. Grayson: That's all well and good. Good for him for finally being over those injuries. But if he continues to stick his nose in The Murder's business, then what happened to him last year will pale in comparison. PGJr picks up Winchester, brings him into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. After turning Winchester around, PGJr lights up his midsection with a combo of rights and lefts. He then follows up with a series of shoulder thrusts to cheers from the crowd. PGJr takes Winchester from out of the corner and whips him into the ropes. When Winchester comes back, PGJr throws him down with a belly to belly suplex. He hooks the leg. ONE . . TWO . . Winchester kicks out. PGJr picks him up, only to throw him down with a scoop slam. He then runs into the ropes. When PGJr comes back, he connects with an elbow drop. PGJr gets back up and runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he goes for a jumping elbow drop. But Winchester rolls out of the way, causing his elbow to crash against the canvas. The crowd cheers. Clement: Winchester sensed PGJr going to the well one too many times and acted accordingly.... As both men get back up, Winchester immediately grabs the arm and wrings it. PGJr can be seen seething in pain. Winchester tightens his grip before delivering another arm wringer. The ref asks PGJr if he wants to give up. As soon as PGJr says “no,” Winchester wrings the arm again and follows up with a short-arm clothesline. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . PGJr kicks out. Winchester picks up PGJr, brings him over towards the corner and slams his head again into the top turnbuckle. He then steps through the ropes, grabs PGJr's arm from behind and hammerlocks it around the top rope. The ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: 1.......................2......................3.......................4............... Winchester breaks the hold. He then makes his way back into the ring, grabs PGJr by the arm and delivers an armbreaker over his shoulder. PGJr then stumbles around the ring before collapsing against the ropes. As Winchester approaches, PGJr throws out a kick to the midsection. He then hits Winchester with another kick. He then uses his good arm to jab Winchester a couple of times before knocking him down with a right hand. The crowd cheers. But PGJr quickly favors the arm. Grayson: So much for staying healthy. Clement: Winchester apparently did a number on that arm. … Grayson: ...which was smart. He can't apply the Pat Lock with a hurt arm. As Winchester gets up, PGJr grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When Winchester comes back, PGJr throws him down with a hip toss. The crowd cheers. As Winchester gets up, PGJr runs over and knocks him down with a running headbutt. The crowd cheers. As Winchester gets up, PGJr kicks him in the midsection before scooping him up, bringing him into the corner and hanging him in the Tree of Woe. The crowd cheers as Winchester can be seen waving his arms around frantically trying to free himself. PGJr heads towards the center of the ring, only to turn around, dart over towards the corner and connect with a baseball slide to the face, knocking him down. The crowd cheers. He turns over Winchester and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Winchester grabs the bottom rope. The crowd cheers. PGJr picks up Winchester and goes for an irish whip. But Winchester reverses, sending PGJr into the ropes. When PGJr comes back, Winchester scoops him up and brings him down with a samoan drop. The crowd cheers. Winchester turns over and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . PGJr gets his arm up. Winchester picks him up and whips him hard into the corner. As PGJr stumbles out, Winchester kicks him in the midsection before delivering a bridging northern lights suplex. ONE . . TWO . . PGJr gets his shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Winchester picks up PGJr and goes for another swinging neckbreaker. But PGJr rolls through it, knees Winchester in the midsection and delivers a gutwrench suplex. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . Winchester gets his shoulder up to cheers from the crowd. Grayson: These two are trading pinfall backs and forth. Clement: This is the type of competition that the Pride Championship is all about, Evan. PGJr picks up Winchester and goes for an irish whip. But Winchester reverses, sending PGJr into the corner. Winchester then runs, jumps and goes for a stinger splash. But PGJr moves out of the way, causing Winchester to crash into the turnbuckles. As Winchester stumbles back, PGJr double hooks his arms from behind and tries to bring him down for the Pat Lock. The crowd cheers. Clement: PAT LOCK! He's about to bring Winchester down and apply the Pat Lock! Grayson: Can Winchester get out? But Winchester repeatedly swings his head back, hitting PGJr in the face with the back of his head. While PGJr is dazed, Winchester turns around, hoists up PGJr and then throws him down with a front facebuster suplex. The crowd cheers as PGJr holds his head in pain. He then picks PGJr back up, brings him near the ropes, lifts him up and then plants him with the Old School Expulsion. The crowd cheers as he turns over and makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . THREE! "Kashmir" plays to cheers from the crowd. Cruz: Here is your winner, JAKE WINCHESTER! Winchester gets up and raises his arms in the air in victory. Clement: These two went back & forth in a hard fought match. But despite some strong differences of opinion in the past couple of days, both men showed each other the utmost respect and showed what the Pride Championship is all about. PGJr pulls himself up using the ropes. When he turns around, he sees Winchester waiting in the center of the ring with his hands on his hips. PGJr walks over to him. After the two stare each other down, they then smirk and shake hands to cheers from the crowd. Both men turn and raise each others arms in the air to cheers from the crowd. But the cheers begin to slowly turn to boos. This catches the attention of both men. As they turn around, they see Jack "The Villain" Owyns standing at the entrance ramp. He gives Jake Winchester a halfhearted golf clap. Once Winchester sees Owyns, he squints his eyes in anger.... [ FADE OUT ]

1st Round of the Pride Championship Tournament Malcolm Drake vs. Alistair Mangold Mangold let's the opening riff of "It's a Long Way To The Top If You Wanna Rock n Roll" play, the rushes on the ramp when the singing starts. He walks to the ring with his typical smile and right hand raised in the air. In the ring, he gets on the top turnbuckle and sings the "It's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n' roll" part before he throws his golden cape to the crowd during the solo part. As he gets down from the turnbuckle, the song fades. Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it is a first round match in the Pride Championship Tournament. Introducing first, from Sacramento, California, weighing in at 280 pounds.... ALISTAIR MANGOLD! The lights go out in the arena as Alice In Chain's “Man In The Box” starts playing over the speaker system. The strobe lights begin flickering on the entrance curtain in pace with the drum and base line until they reach a crescendo at the chorus and Malcolm Drake bursts through the curtain. Drake stops beyond the curtain, casting wary sideways glances at the fans along ringside. Cruz: And his opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, weighing in at 183 pounds.... MALCOLM DRAKE! He recoils from those fans that attempt to touch him, screaming at them and smacking himself in the head along the way to the ring. Drake slides until the bottom rope on his stomach and crawls to the nearest turnbuckle corner, where he slumps his arms over the middle rope, staring out at the crowd. He turns back towards the ring, slouching in the corner; scratching his head and chest hair. The bell sounds as both men make their way to the center of the ring. After staring a hole through each others, Mangold quickly scoops him up and throws him down with a scoop slam. The crowd cheers. Clement: The God Among Men throws Drake down hard! Mangold clearly wasn't fond of Drake's comments from earlier? Grayson: Oh, you mean when he told the truth? Drake gets up, but Mangold throws him down with another scoop slam. The crowd cheers. As Drake gets up, Mangold grabs him by the arm and whips him into the ropes. When Drake comes back, Mangold throws him down with a belly to belly suplex. The crowd cheers. He then gets up, stands over Drake, reaches down, grabs him by the throat with both hands and yanks him back up to his feet. The crowd cheers. Mangold then knees Drake in the midsection before delivering an overhead gutwrench throw. The crowd cheers. Clement: Mangold again uses his strength to his advantage has he absolutely manhandles Malcolm Drake. So much for the supposed "Godkiller". Drake slowly crawls over towards the corner. After pulling himself up using the ropes, Mangold sets him up in his sights. As Drake turns around, Mangold runs into the corner and goes for a yakuza kick. But Drake moves out of the way, causing Mangold's left leg to get caught across the top rope. Grayson: I think his leg his hooked up there. Clement: This can’t be good. Look out.... Drake gets up, runs over and clips the back of Mangold's right leg, bringing him down. The crowd boos. Grayson: And down goes the God Among Men. Drake gets up, lifts up the leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. He gets back up, lifts up the leg and delivers another elbow drop to it. Drake gets back up, picks up the leg and delivers a third elbow drop to it. The crowd boos as Mangold holds his leg in pain. But Drake isn't done. He goes over, grabs the leg and delivers a DDT to it. Mangold screams in pain as he clutches his hip. Grayson: So much for the Godkiller, you say? I say, so much for The God Among Men! Drake grabs Mangold by the leg and drags him over to the ropes. After draping Mangold's leg across the middle rope, Drake delivers a jumping seated senton to the leg. Mangold screams in pain as the crowd boos. Drake climbs up to the middle rope, jumps off and delivers a seated senton across the leg. He then kicks the leg from off the middle rope before rolling to the outside. Drake then grabs the leg and drags Mangold into the corner. He pulls the leg back before swinging it hard against the ring post. The crowd boos as a loud thud can be heard upon impact. Drake takes the leg, pulls it back and swings it hard again against the ring post. The crowd boos. Clement: Malcolm Drake has been relentless with his attack on that leg. Grayson: Well what do you expect? You want him to stand there and "box with the God"? No! Mangold is probably the strongest man on this roster. What Drake is doing is smart. He's taking out his leg. But knowing Drake how we know him, I highly doubt he stops there. He wants to prove a point. There is no God Among Men. There is no God anywhere. And if there were a God, he wouldn't be letting Mangold be picked apart bit by bit by the head crow of The Murder. Clement: I didn't know I had Dominic Harter on commentary with me. While Mangold is down, Drake rolls back into the ring, gets up on his knees and chokes Mangold. The ref gives him until the count of five to break the hold. Ref: 1.........................2.........................3.......................4................. Drake breaks the hold.......... only to choke Mangold with both hands again to boos from the crowd. Ref: 1........................2........................3............................4............. Drake breaks the hold. He gets up, picks up Mangold and shoves him into the corner. He then drapes Mangold's right leg across the middle rope before delivering a series of knee strikes to it. The crowd boos. After delivering an open-hand slap across the face, Drake marches towards the center of the ring, only to turn around, charge into the corner and nail Mangold with a roaring elbow to the face. The crowd boos. Clement: Malcolm Drake clocking Mangold in the face with that hard elbow. Grayson: Look at him? That's The God Among Men? He looks weak to me. Jacob Demore, Alistair Mangold, this is just the start. The Murder will slowly but surely tear apart every man, woman, and GOD on this roster. Look at Malcolm Drake, doing what he does best: inflicting pain and punishment. Drake heads towards the center of the ring, only to turn around, charge into the corner and connects with a yakuza kick. The crowd boos. He then hooks the leg, lifts up Mangold and sits him on the top turnbuckle. He then gets up, grabs Mangold, places him in position and drops him with a top rope-hung Ace Crusher. The crowd boos. Clement: Mangold looking worse for wear now.... Grayson: It's all but over, Kev. It's all but over.... Drake picks up Mangold, grabs him by the wrist from behind and then knocks him down with the Mors Omnibus. The crowd boos as he makes the cover. ONE . . TWO . . THREE! "Man in the Box" plays to boos from the crowd. Cruz: Here is your winner, MALCOLM DRAKE! Clement: Malcolm Drake gets the victory... Grayson: Gets the IMPRESSIVE victory. Everyone talked, including myself, about how Mangold was the strongest man on this roster. Everyone talked about how he was a God Among Men. Well look at your God now? And it doesn't look like Drake is done yet. Clement: Oh come on now! Drake goes back over and puts the boot to Mangold to boos from the crowd. He then turns and waves someone down to the ring. After attacking Mangold some more, Dom Harter makes his way to the ring with a steel chair hand. Clement: Great, and now that conniving little bastard has a steel chair in his hand. After Harter slides into the ring, he hands the chair over to Drake. Harter then goes over, grabs Mangold's leg and drapes it across the middle rope. He then steps through the ropes, climbs up to the top turnbuckle, leaps off and crashes down across the leg with a flying knee drop. The crowd boos as Mangold clutches his leg while screaming in pain. Clement: He just dropped down across Mangold's leg! That leg may be broken! Drake then goes over and swings away at Mangold's leg using the chair. But the boos turn to cheers as Pat Gordon, Jr storms down to the ring. Grayson: Great. Pat Gordon, Jr is here to play hero again. Clement: Thankfully we've got someone back there that's actually willing to help this man. As PGJr hits ringside, Dom Harter slides out of the ring with a steel chair in hand. He blocks PGJr's path as he repeatedly jabs the air, keeping PGJr at bay. Just then, Akrista O'Hare makes her way to the ring to cheers from the crowd. Both Akrista and PGJr motion forward. Harter continues to switch his sights between the two of them. They both then charge forward at Harter. Harter throws the chair at PGJr. But PGJr swats it down before brushing past him and rolling into the ring. Drake sees this. But PGJr runs over, delivers a double leg takedown and mounts himself on top of him to cheers from the crowd. Clement: There you go, Pat. Get him! Back on the outside, Akrista takes Harter and whips him hard into the barricade. She charges at him, but Harter ducks and back body drops her over the barricade and into the crowd. The crowd boos. After stumbling around ringside, Harter rolls back into the ring, runs up from behind and knocks PGJr off of Drake. The crowd boos as The Murder continues it's assault on Drake. Grayson: Those two are stomping the hell out of Pat Gordon, Jr. But he has no one to blame but himself. Didn't he see what happened to Mangold? Harter then takes the chair and places PGJr's ankle between the seat and the back of the chair. Clement: Oh no. These two are going to to try to break Pat Gordon Jr's ankle, just like they tried to break Mangold's leg! As Drake climbs up onto the middle rope, Akrista rolls back into the ring. She goes over and pushes Drake, sending him over the top rope and down to the floor. But once again Harter attacks from behind, nailing Akrista in the back of the neck with a double ax handle. After shaking off the effects of the fall, Drake rolls back into the ring and helps Harter double team her. The crowd boos. But the boos turn to cheers as Bob Pooler races down to the ring. Grayson: Bob Pooler? Clement: What's he doing out here? As soon as Pooler gets in the ring, Harter runs over to attack him. But Pooler takes him down with a High Velocity Hug. The crowd cheers. Drake then takes Akrista and goes for an irish whip. But Akrista reverses, sending Drake into the ropes. When Drake comes back, Akrista grabs him, runs and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor. The crowd cheers. Clement: Bob Pooler makes the save... Grayson: Much to the surprise of Akrista O'Hare. The Murder slowly gets up on the outside. After point at all three grapplers, the duo turns and makes their way up the aisle. Back in the ring, Akrista helps up PGJr. She then looks over at Pooler who makes a "tip of the cap" motion before exiting the ring. Akrista stares at Pooler before turning to Mangold and attending to him with PGJr.........
