We then head to the backstage area where we see a wonderful green light in the back with both the vertigo and FGA logos adorning the wall in the back. Other then that the room is left empty, just merely a stool in the center and a man sitting in said stool with a sneer etched on his face and that being Seth Iser. The man is dressed in a professional manner with the three piece suit of a black and blue variety with a WVU pin decorating it for some distinction. The black and grey hair is slicked back so we have a full view of his face and it seems as if he’s agitated…bitter even.

Seth Iser: The Gold Rush Rumble is upon us…one of the few blank spots in my resume in my twenty year career is a Rumble victory. I came in here without the tournament spot…found a way. I see one more real opportunity here to win the Rumble and I’m throwing myself into that. No sense hiding that from anyone…and I wouldn’t want to be anyone else entering that rumble knowing just…what I’m willing to do to win. There’s so few things I haven’t accomplished in pro wrestling but…I want no empty spots in my trophy case. That’d be unbefitting of someone of my status. And when I win…

The old glint is back in his eye as if he’s found a portion of his old self…the old self that hasn’t been let out in a little while.

Seth Iser: It don’t matter who holds the World Title…you will be looking at the next World Champion. I’ve done it before…and it’ll be all the more fun to find another way to get back to that prize while going through and ruining everyone else’s damn dream to win this match. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Contendership shouldn’t be handed to you…it’s something you earn…something you take. You take their dreams…to live out your own. Sweet loses it’s appeal and taste if there isn’t bitterness elsewhere after all. And I’ve had my fair share of bitterness this year…nearly being ripped away from the sport itself.

You see his eyes darken as he makes that last point, his eyes already showing that glint but there’s almost more of a sense of purpose.

Seth Iser: I’ve made my fair share deals with the devil…and earlier in the year the devil came to collect. And with every bit of will I could muster up…I barely survived that. But I am here before you today to let you know that the devil brought with it a nuclear winter. The kind of nuclear winter that’s going to leave a scar…and nightmares I’ll deal with for the rest of my life. Until the day they finally stand over me in my funeral I’ll feel what Izzy did to me. But even with all of those things…done to me…I still survived.

There’s more strength even as he lowly says that last sentence. A sneer etched on his face as he lets out that low line.

Seth Iser: And this old man is spoiling for his next fight…a different kind of fight then the one I just had…the one I just barely survived. For the uninitiated or the unaware, I put myself back on the roster but one man barged down apparently with the insider knowledge that I was getting my head back in the game. Tapson…

He keeps his tone low when he says the name, the scowl remaining on his face.

Seth Iser: You’ve done an awful lot in such a short time, haven’t you kid? But you think that wouldn’t get past this lens of mine? You think I wouldn’t know? Oh I’ve been studying you from afar for a while now…ever since you and Owen had a pissing contest over who could tie each other up in a pretzel more. You even opened a school and run your own camp all in your mid twenties…

The slow clap from Iser, not the same one he showed Izzy but a slow one nonetheless comes out but it doesn’t seem like the clapping is completely genuine as he offers a shake of the head.

Seth Iser: Right now…the wrestling world is smiling upon you Tapp. Oh yes…people coming after you…all these high profile matches, everyone wanting to see where they stand with you. Yes…the industry is smiling at you. But…when you say the bile that there’s only one style of wrestling that should ever exist…and you start putting your face on ridiculous god damned items you’re just frowning back as if you’re above the industry. As if wrestling itself couldn’t humble you…

There’s that usual shake of the head coming from Iser as he’s leaning forward on that stool and you can see his hand closed into a fist as he’s processed all of it.

Seth Iser: And yet the industry continues to smile on you…

You can hear that deep breath come out from Iser after he seethes that last sentence through his teeth even.

Seth Iser: But Tapson, son…the industry often humbles those whose ego gets out of control one way or another. It happens to us all. And next week on national television…we have our first match. You can tweet sales about how that pisses off other people…they won’t admit it…but I won’t tell a lie. It does agitate me a bit. But I don’t take out any kind of anger on social media. That’s cheap…an instant release. No… I’ve always preferred our form of combat to be used as therapy at times as well when you don’t become enslaved to anger. And lord knows I’ve had over forty years of life experience on how to manage that. But when I look at you kid…I see a bit of Owen…

Even now there’s still bitterness in Iser’s voice when he lets out that name.

Seth Iser: I see Gareth. I see Lowri. A little bit of Megan Pierce too. And yes, I see Sparrow even. Anyone that’s ever been called the next big thing…in one form or another in different forms. And the wrestling industry always looks at the hot new stars…wanting to discard someone older like me. Discount someone like me…and yeah I can’t run as fast as I used to…but I can find new inventive ways to torture a human being with every quasi legal and sometimes illegal move in that wrestling ring! Two decades of in ring experience and four decades of LIFE experience gifts me that knowledge…and combine that with criminal intent. Yes…behind my eyes in that ring…is a mind that’s criminal. I’m one smart, evil bastard when that bell rings and I take all the pride in the world in that. And nobody in the world is better than me at seizing on a weakness. Yes…you have a weakness, kid. Everyone does…and I’ve sluthed it out.

And with that there’s a semblance of a smirk creeping onto Iser’s face, the kind that as he said…is purely criminal in intent with what he’s capable of.

Seth Iser: Your wrestling is pretty…gifted…but I’m going to show you your weakness. And when that blow hits home…you’ll understand that as pretty as your wrestling holds can look, as wonderful as you are in your style…there’s always someone better in our art. And as your elder, I’m better than you. I’m going to give you the humbling that’s well overdue from all the frowning you’ve done toward our industry, son…make you understand that there’s more than one way to break a man when the bell rings…

The smirk then morphs into a smile, one that’s actually oozing on a little bit of his own arrogance.

Seth Iser: And I’ll be up one to nothing in our little series…and the ball will be in your court to try to figure out how to wrestle from behind against a mind like me…

And with that last statement Iser has finished talking and he gets up and leaves, not making a scene or throwing a stool or his jacket but with a professional knowing of what he plans to do.

The lights go out. A few seconds later, Tití Me Preguntó by Bad Bunny plays, the lights go back on as soon as Bad Bunny begins to sing, and "El Guapo, Julian Tijerrrrrrrrriiiiiiinnaa!!!" comes out as he is introduced by the lovely Maria, bathed in red and yellow spotlight and holding a red rose, which he takes the time to sniff. He then pivots slowly for the benefit of the crowd before offering the rose to Maria on one knee. Finally, he gets back up to his feet, offers an arm to Maria, and they both make their way to the ring.

Julian helps Maria on the apron before he himself gracefully climbs inside the ring. Sitting on the middle rope, he helps Maria enter the ring, admiring her assets. Once inside the ring, Julian spins Maria on her toes, touting her for everyone to see, before he does the same on his toes with both arms stretched to either side and his head towards the ceiling. He stops and slowly, almost dramatically, shows off his attractive grin.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest, being fought under Pride Rules, is for the FGA PRIDE CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, the challenger! Hailing from Extremadura, Spain! Weighing in at 220 pounds... JULIAN TIJERINA!

Julian then takes to the turnbuckle, which he climbs, and again stretches both arms to either side before applauding the fans, randomly pointing at people and then at Maria, blowing kisses at Maria, and occasionally winking at Maria. Finally, he goes back down, stretches with the ropes' help, and assists Maria out of the ring before waiting for his opponent to get in the ring with him.

Kris Cruise: Julian Tijerina came so close to winning the Pride Champion back at Royal Battle at Royal Albert Hall! With his issues with Brian Stryker behind him, can he fully concentrate on Ace Voltage and become the new Pride Champion?

Stephy Auger: For as good as Julian is, Ace Voltage is just a cut above the rest and he’ll prove that once again here tonight.


The arena goes dark and "Thunderstruck by AC/DC starts blaring over the sound system. As the words "THUNDER" are shouted into the arena each time, the lights flash yellow.

I WAS CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A RAILROAD TRACK

A white spotlight shines on the ramp and Ace Voltage appears once the lyrics start. He is wearing a black jacket with his name on the back and his light blue tights. He shines a smirk to the crowd, zips open the jacket to show his shiny championship around his waist as the rest of the lights come on, with yellow and blue lighting flashing around. He walks down the ramp, nodding his head to the music, laughing to himself when he hears the boos and insults from the crowd.

J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, hailing from London, England! Weighing in at 15.8 stone! He is the reigning... defending... FGA Pride Champion, ACE VOLTAGE!

As he's going down the entrance ramp, he walks close to the guardrail ready to slap the hands of the one or two fans. Before he can slap their hands, he quickly rips his hands away, smirks to the booing fans and walks down to the ring. He jumps up onto the apron and steps into the ring. He walks to the corner, jumping on the second rope, looking out into the crowd. He raises his championship in the air, smirking and yelling to the fans, "I am the Main Event." After a few seconds, he jumps down, takes his jacket off and waits for the match to start.

Kris Cruise: Ace Voltage had everything to gain and nothing to lose at Grapland. Tonight, he’s got everything to lose because his title is on the line.

Stephy Auger: Did you not hear what Ace said earlier? He’s focused tonight, Cruise. He knows that he’ll get to the top of FGA. He knows it’s only a matter of time until the World Championship is around his waist. But right now, it’s about him cementing himself as the greatest Pride Champion of all-time, just like he did with the Legacy Championship.

Tijerina and Voltage start things off with a lock up. Tijerina is able to gain the advantage with a side headlock. After the ref checks in with him, Voltage grabs a hold of Tijerina's arm and starts to slowly spin out of the hold. Tijerina tries to fight him off, but Voltage is able to successfully reverse into a top wristlock. The boos continue as he starts to muscle Tijerina down towards the mat. Tijerina ultimately bridges back, resting the top of his head on the mat to avoid being flattened out. With the crowd behind him, Tijerina starts to slowly bridge back up. Voltage shakes his head in disbelief until Tijerina reverses into an arm wrench. A second arm wrench follows. Voltage then rolls forward, leans back, kips up, spins in place and follows up with a release Northern Lights Suplex.

Stephy Auger: Look at that. Ace is wrestling circles around him already!

Kris Cruise: I wouldn’t exactly call it that…

Voltage heads over, picks up Tijerina and moves him into the corner. Two knife edge chops follow before Tijerina gets sent for the ride. Tijerina returns off the rebound before ducking a clothesline. He continues to run the ropes before ducking a back elbow to the face. When Tijerina comes back, Voltage goes for a back body drop to bring him down. Tijerina is able to slip down from behind and tries for a German Suplex. Voltage blocks it by hooking his leg around Tijerina's. A back elbow to the face follows before Voltage performs a standing switch and goes for a German of his own. Tijerina blocks before running forward. He then wraps his arms around the top rope before yanking back, sending Voltage down to the mat. After Voltage rolls backwards to a vertical base, Tijerina runs over to attack. Voltage goes to bring him down with a hip toss until Tijerina steps through and counters with an arm drag. A second arm drag brings Voltage back down to the mat. Once Voltage gets back to his feet, Tijerina brings him down with an over-the-shoulder arm drag, followed by a wheelbarrow arm drag, followed by a tilt-a-whirl arm into a Fujiwara Armbar!

Kris Cruise: Voltage is on the wrong end of this submission. Will he find a way to escape, or will he burn one of his rope breaks to get out of the hold?

The crowd cheers while Tijerina pulls back on the arm. The ref is quick to get down and ask Voltage if he wants to give up. The champ can be heard yelling out in pain. The crowd wants to see him tap. Tijerina continues to pull back on the arm over and over in an attempt to get a submission. The ref waits with bated breath for Voltage to quit. But it never comes as Voltage wags his finger at the official.

Voltage groans as he uses his free arm to pull himself towards the side of the ring. The Pride Champion continues to drag both him and Tijerina towards the side. He then kicks his right leg over and gets his foot on the rope, forcing a rope break.

Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!

Kris Cruise: Voltage gets out of the hold. But the cost was using up one of his three rope breaks.

Stephy Auger: If anyone knows how to navigate their way through a match under Pride Rules, it’s Ace. He isn’t worried. Not at all.

Tijerina breaks the hold and rolls over towards the center of the ring. Across the ring, Voltage can be seen carefully returning to a vertical base. He then shakes off his left arm as he moves away from the ropes. The champion continues to circle the ring before heading straight towards Tijerina. He motions for a collar-and-elbow, then slams on the brakes and steps back. The boos continue when they see him call for a test of strength.

Tijerina looks out to the crowd. He sees the crowd motioning not to trust Voltage. Against his better judgment, Tijerina reaches out and looks to engage with the champion. They're about to lock hands when Voltage cheap shots him with a boot to the midsection.

“BOOOOOOOOOOO!”

The boos continue when Voltage drops Tijerina with a hard right hand.

Kris Cruise: Oh come on!

The ref is quick to warn Voltage over using the closed fist while Pride Rules are in effect. Voltage fakes remorse before putting the boots to the challenger.

Kris Cruise: Ace saw himself getting outwrestled and resorted to cheapshotting the challenger.

Stephy Auger: Since when is a punch to the mouth a cheap shot?

Kris Cruise: Did you not just see the ref giving him a warning?

Voltage snatches Tijerina up off the mat, marches to the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle over and over. He then turns Tijerina towards him before lighting up his chest with multiple knife edge chops. After Tijerina gets whipped hard into the far corner, Tijerina staggers out of the corner before a running lariat turns him inside out.

Kris Cruise: Voltage put something extra behind that one.

Voltage circles Tijerina before delivering stomps to each limb. The champion follows up with a jumping knee drop to the face before making the cover.

Tijerina gets the shoulder up.

Tijerina gets sent for the ride. The challenger returns off the rebound before a spinning back elbow knocks him back down to the mat. Voltage then hits the ropes. When he returns, he connects with a second jumping knee drop. NO! Tijerina rolls out of the way in time.

Kris Cruise: Voltage went to the well one too many times and it cost him!

Stephy Auger: It’s okay, Ace! Shake it off!

Tijerina gets back to his feet before grabbing a hold of Voltage's legs. The challenger tries to place Voltage in the Scorpion cross Lock,, but Voltage wisely slithers towards the side of the ring. Instead of grabbing the ropes and using up a second rope break, Voltage grabs onto the edge of the ring skirt with both hands. Tijerina continues to keep a hold of Voltage and tries to pull him towards the center of the ring, but Voltage hangs onto the ring skirt for dear life. Tijerina is eventually able to pull Voltage off the skirt and drag him back towards the center of the ring! He then turns Voltage around and tries to pull him back up, but Voltage is quick to roll him up with a small package.

Both grapples scramble back to a vertical base. Voltage strikes first, doubling Tijerina over with a boot to the midsection. He quickly pulls Tijerina into a front facelock to set up a DDT, but Tijerina grabs his arm, spins out of it and counters with a Pelé Kick. Voltage remains rocked while Tijerina hits the ropes. When the challenger returns, he goes to bring Voltage down with a tilt-a-whirl DDT. The crowd gasps when Voltage blocks, runs forward and rams him back-first into the corner! After Tijerina gets rammed back-first into the turnbuckles again, Voltage chucks him out of the corner with a Butterfly Suplex. The boos continue as Voltage heads over for the cover.

Kris Cruise: Another nearfall for the champion. I must say, that was a greater counter to the tilt-a-whirl there by Voltage. It looked like Tijerina was about to take control of this contest.

Stephy Auger: That’s the mark of a great champion, Cruise. He snuffed out Julian’s comeback before he could really get going.

Tijerina gets whipped hard into the corner again. After Tijerina stumbles back, Voltage lifts him up for a Samoan Drop. Tijerina counters with multiple elbows to the side of the head before slipping down from behind. He then spins Voltage towards him, doubles him over with a boot to the midsection and tries for a Butterfly Suplex of his own. Before Voltage can be brought down, he breaks the double underhooks, brings Tijerina down with a standing double leg and counters with a catapult into the corner. Instead of crashing into the turnbuckles, Tijerina lands safely on the middle ropes. Once Voltage gets back to his feet and turns around, Tijerina leaps off the middle ropes before bringing him down with a diving neckbreaker! The cheers continue as he makes the cover.

Tijerina sets up for an irish whip, only for Voltage to reverse. When Tijerina returns, he executes a running hurricanrana, sending Voltage staggering and falling across the middle ropes. He then heads over towards the ropes before delivering La Guillotina (Slingshot Leg Drop to the back of the head of an opponent draped on the second rope)!

The cheers continue as Tijerina rolls back in and catches Voltage when he gets up to a knee with a Buzzsaw Kick! The cheers grow louder when Voltage gets caught with a second Buzzsaw Kick! Then a third! Voltage remains groggy while Tijerina turns and hits the ropes. When the challenger returns, the crowd cheers when he flattens Voltage with the Brillante Knee (Shining Wizard)! He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: There it is! Julian Tijerina scores the first fall! He’s now up 1-0. The pressure is all on the challenger now!

Stephy Auger: It’s okay. I’m not worried. Ace Voltage knows pressure! He knows how to bounce back! The match isn’t over yet!

Kris Cruise: He’s got to win two straight falls, though. After the run he’s been on, does he have enough left in the tank to push through and overcome a 0-1 deficit.

Stephy Auger: Of course he does!

Once the mandatory rest period ends, Tijerina rushes across the ring before bringing Voltage down with another running hurricanrana. Voltage struggles to get up off the mat while Tijerina hits the ropes. When Tijerina returns, Voltage tries to knock him down with a clothesline. Tijerina ducks the clothesline, rebounds off the middle rope and catches Voltage when he turns around with a springboard roundhouse kick! The cheers continue as Tijerina takes off right back into the ropes. The Spanish Sweetheart returns off the rebound before bringing Voltage down with a Sling Blade! He makes the cover.

Tijerina takes Voltage, heads into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle while the crowd counts along.

Kris Cruise: Tijerina didn’t let his emotions get the better of him.

Tijerina hops down and delivers multiple knife-edge chops while the crowd counts along.

Kris Cruise: Voltage is looking worse for wear. He’s getting lit up in the corner!

Stephy Auger: Ace, you’ve gotta get out of there!

Tijerina returns the favor by whipping Voltage into the far corner. Voltage starts to stagger out of the corner until Tijerina connects with a running front dropkick. Voltage gets sent flying backwards into the turnbuckles before tumbling out of the corner.

Tijerina steps out to the apron before scaling the turnbuckles. Once he gets to the top, he leaps off and connects with the Guerrero Splash (Frog Splash)!

NO!

The crowd boos when Tijerina ends up bouncing off of Voltage's knees.

Stephy Auger: Ace got the knees up in time!

Tijerina guards his midsection while he struggles to pick himself up off the mat. Once Tijerina's finally back to his feet, Voltage takes control of his back before bringing him down with a pair of rolling German Suplexes. Voltage goes for a third German, but Tijerina counters with a wheelbarrow arm drag. Tijerina runs over to attack, but Voltage counters with a spinning sitout powerbomb!

Kris Cruise: What a counter by Voltage, but he only scores a two count. Those were two big counters from Voltage. This match wasn’t trending in the right direction for the champion.

Voltage takes Tijerina, delivers an irish whip, follows him into the corner and connects with a clothesline. The champ goes to follow up with a running bulldog out of the corner, but Tijerina counters by pushing him off into the ropes. When Voltage returns, he comes to a stop when Tijerina runs past him towards the same set of ropes. Tijerina returns off the rebound before bringing Voltage down with a tilt-a-whirl crucifix. NO! Voltage counters the crucifix with a Samoan Drop! He reaches back and hooks the near leg.

Voltage picks up Tijerina, lifts him up and plants him with a Cradle DDT! The boos continue as he makes the cover.

Voltage hits a release on the last German, sending Tijerina rotating in the air and landing in the prone position. The boos continue as Voltage steps to the outside before scaling the turnbuckles. Voltage makes it to the top, jumps off and lands down hard across Tijerina's back with High Voltage (450 Splash)! He pulls Tijerina over and makes the cover.

After shaking off the blow, Voltage turns around and gets caught with a diving hurricanrana off the middle ropes! Tijerina reaches back and hooks a leg.

Voltage yanks up Tijerina and whips him hard into the corner. Tijerina staggers out of the corner until Voltage locks him in a Sleeper Hold.

Stephy Auger: Nighty Night, Jules!

The crowd boos while Tijerina swings his arms wildly. He reaches out for the ropes, but he's nowhere near them. He then grabs onto Voltage's arm and tries to throw him off him, but it's to no avail.

Kris Cruise: Tijerina’s trying to escape, but there’s nowhere to go!

The ref asks Tijerina if he wants to give up. Tijerina refuses. He continues to try and fight to stay in the match. A few seconds later, sighs can be heard from the crowd as Tijerina starts to fade.

Stephy Auger: Oh, it’s over now! He’s going out, Cruise! Look at him!

The crowd boos when Tijerina is slowly brought down to a seated position. Tijerina's asked if he wants to give up but he doesn't provide the ref an answer. Tijerina is asked again if he wants to give up. He still doesn't answer.

Stephy Auger: HA HA! YES! It’s over, Cruise! Jules is out like a light!

The official raises Tijerina's arm before letting go. The crowd groans when the limp arm drops down.

Stephy Auger: That’s one!

The ref raises Tijerina's arm again. The crowd sighs when they see Tijerina's arm fall again.

Stephy Auger: Thats two!

Voltage smirks as he knows he's got the match in the bag. The ref raises Tijerina's arm for a third time before letting go. The arm falls....

Stephy Auger: That’s th-

... then stops halfway. Voltage's eyes widen with shock as Tijerina's arm starts to shake.

Stephy Auger: What? WHAT!?

Kris Cruise: IT’S NOT OVER!

The crowd is at a fever pitch as Tijerina still has some fight left in him. Voltage shakes his head in disbelief as the challenger slowly turns over to a knee. Once Tijerina finally gets back to a vertical base, he fights off Voltage with multiple elbows to the midsection. Once the last elbow breaks the hold, Tijerina heads off into the ropes. When Tijerina returns, the cheers turn to boos when Voltage cuts off the comeback with another Sleeper Hold.

Voltage fights for the submission, but Tijerina is able to stagger forward before collapsing across the middle rope. The ref is quick to force a rope break.

Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FI-NO!

Voltage breaks the hold. The boos continue as he starts to kick away at Tijerina while he's still across the ropes.

Kris Cruise: Get off of him! Tijerina’s already on the ropes!

The ref physically moves Voltage back before continuing to admonish him. But the champ doesn't take heed to the ref's warnings and instead brushes right past him. He marches over, grabs Tijerina by the back of the tights and pulls him back to his feet. Voltage pulls Tijerina away from the ropes before bringing him down with three rolling German Suplexes! Voltage keeps the bridge held on the last German for the pin.

Tijerina turns and gets the shoulder up, but Voltage doesn't let go of the rear waistlock. He then pulls Voltage back to his feet from behind before delivering another trio of rolling German Suplexes. The crowd boos when Voltage lets go on the last suplex, leaving Tijerina folded up on the mat! He then kicks Tijerina over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Tijerina fired that shoulder up off the mat in time!

Stephy Auger: What the hell, Ace!? Put him away! NOW!

Voltage grabs Tijerina and yanks him back to his feet before delivering another trio of rolling German Suplexes. On the last German, Voltage lets go, sending Tijerina rotating in the air again and landing in the prone position!

The crowd boos as Voltage steps out to the apron, scales to the top, leaps off and delivers a diving elbow drop across Tijerina's back. Instead of going for the cover, he pushes Tijerina over onto his back before heading back to the apron. Voltage makes his way to the top, jumps off and connects with a second diving elbow drop! The boos continue as Voltage returns to the apron. The Pride Champion scans the crowd before heading to the top turnbuckle. Voltage flips off from the top and crashes hard across Tijerina with High Voltage (450 Splash)!

Stephy Auger: You can count to 300, Cruise! IT’S OVER!

Kris Cruise: I cannot believe the fight we’re seeing out of Julian Tijerina here tonight!

Voltage shoots at annoyed look over at the official. The ref signals to him that it was only a two count. Frustrated, Voltage yanks Tijerina up off the mat and whips him into the corner. Voltage then charges across the ring before...

*CRACK*

Stephy Auger: Thunderstruck!

The crowd boos as Tijerina gets cracked with a Helluva Kick! Tijerina crumbles out of the corner before Voltage drops down for the cover.

Voltage picks up Tijerina and whips him into another corner. The champion charges across the ring before nearly taking Tijerina's head off with a second Thunderstruck! NO! Tijerina catches his foot. Voltage hops up and down on one foot while Tijerina moves him out of the corner. The cheers continue as Tijerina turns Voltage around with a standing Ankle Lock. He then kicks Voltage's leg out from under him, dropping the champion face-down on the mat.

The ref gets down and asks Voltage if he wants to give up. Voltage refuses. After he gets up on his hands, Voltage executes a forward roll, breaking the hold and sending Tijerina into the corner. Tijerina ricochets off the turnbuckles and stumbles back until Voltage brings him down with another German Suplex. NO! Tijerina blocks it, counters with a back elbow to the face, performs a standing switch and follows up with the Sombra Driver (Schoolboy Suplex)! Tijerina holds his lower back before making the cover.

Tijerina sets up for an irish whip before Voltage reverses. When Tijerina returns, Voltage grabs him by the back of the neck, runs and chucks him over the top rope. Voltage celebrates thinking that Tijerina crashed hard on the outside. But Tijerina is hanging onto the top rope with both hands. He then skins the cat to pull himself back into the ring before rushing over and planting Voltage when he turns around with a tilt-a-whirl DDT! The cheers continue as Tijerina makes the cover.

Tijerina take Voltage, delivers an irish whip, follows him into the corner and hits a Corner Backflip Dropkick. Tijerina follows up with a Step-up Enzuigiri, followed by La Guillotina! The cheers continue as Tijerina heads to the outside, scales to the top turnbuckle, jumps off and hits the Guerrero Splash!

Tijerina quickly heads back out to the apron before climbing the turnbuckles. Tijerina gets to the top, jumps off and connects with a second Guerrero Splash! NO! Voltage rolls out of the way, causing Tijerina to crash hard on the mat!

Kris Cruise: Voltage got out of the way in time! But can he take advantage? Can he pull this out? Can he leave here tonight still the Pride Champion?

Stephy Auger: Of course he can! Why would you even ask such a series of dumb questions!?

The boos continue while Tijerina slowly turns over onto his back. He guards his midsection while Voltage rolls out to the apron. After Voltage pulls himself up using the ropes, Voltage heads to the top, flips off and connects with High Voltage! NO! Tijerina rolls out of the way. Instead of crashing on the mat, Voltage lands on his feet before his momentum sends him rolling forward. Voltage rolls back to his feet, turns around and gets caught with Rompiendo El Hielo (Shoot Kick to the left leg, followed by a Shoot Kick to the left side, followed by a Roundhouse Kick, followed by a finger gun gesture before a Superkick)! An exhausted Tijerina falls across Voltage for the cover.

The crowd sighs when Voltage gets the shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: Tijerina was THIS close, Stephy! THIS CLOSE!

Tijerina takes Voltage and whips him into the ropes. Voltage returns off the rebound before getting knocked off his feet with a superkick! NO! Voltage catches his foot, swings the leg away from him and then shoves Tijerina into the official!

Kris Cruise: Oh no!

Stephy Auger: I can’t believe Jules just trucked a referee!

Tijerina gets up to his feet. As soon as Tijerina turns around, Voltage nails him with a kick between the legs.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Tijerina cries out in pain as he slowly drops to his knees.

Kris Cruise: Oh come on!

Stephy Auger: What do you mean? Julian got what he deserves. Ace was just simply standing up for the referee. Serves him right!

Kris Cruise: WHAT!?

Voltage rolls to the outside, marches over and snatches up his Pride Championship belt.

Kris Cruise: What’s he doing with that belt?

Stephy Auger: Anything that he wants! It’s his!

The boos continue as Voltage rolls back into the ring. He then lines up Tijerina as he clutches the championship with both hands. Voltage is about to run over and blast Tijerina in the back of the head with the championship until Betsy Gallagher slides into the ring, rips the championship out of his hands and quickly heads back to the outside.

Stephy Auger: Give that back!

An irate Voltage runs over and kicks the bottom rope before yelling at Gallagher. Gallagher can be seen on the outside shaking her at Voltage. Voltage starts to back away from the ropes and turns around before Tijerina spews him with Beso de Muerta (Red Asian Mist)!

Stephy Auger: What the hell was that!?

Kris Cruise: Voltage just got blinded!

Voltage screams out and covers his eyes. As soon as the champion drops down to a knee, Tijerina rushes over and flattens him with the Brillante Knee! The cheers continue as Tijerina drops down for the lateral press.

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout.... aaaaaaaaand neeeeeeewwww FGA Pride Champion, JULIAN TIJERINA!

The cheers continue as Maria gets in the ring and raises Tijerina’s arm in victory.

Kris Cruise: Tijerina’s done it! We’ve got a brand new Pride Champion! Ace Voltage’s reign is over! The Pride Championship has a new owner and his name is Julian Tijerina!

Stephy Auger: He cheated! This was highway robbery! The man intentionally dove shoulder-first into the ref like he was a damn linebacker or something! Then Betsy Gallagher, who wasn’t a competitor in this match, stuck her nose in business that it didn’t belong in! Then, the cherry on top, Tijerina went ahead and blinded Ace by spewing red mist in his face! That man is a cheater, he’s a coward and he damn sure doesn’t represent what the Pride Championship stands for! This isn’t over, Cruise. Ace won’t let this stand. Not at all!

Tijerina heads to the outside and celebrates with Gallagher before raising the Pride Championship high above his head.

The lights around the arena fade out, section by section - causing the crowd to cheer loudly. Phone flashlights wink in, trying to catch a view of what is to come.

The opening electric piano riffs of Journey’s “Separate Ways” rings through the area. Rainbow hued spotlights from the crown of the arena begin to swirl at a low temperature, bringing the crowd back into the light as the drums, bass, and guitar are added in.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko mentioned something about “Separate Ways” earlier tonight, and it seems like it was more than just a throwaway line!

Here we stand

A single spotlight shines at the middle of the ramp, where the Apex Goddess stands, her customary ‘crown’ pose on full display. She is adorned in her custom ‘The baddest’ leather jacket over a denim washed hue of her attire.

She stands stock still, unmoving as the lights begin to return and her entrance video comes in on the screen behind her.

Fujiko finally moves, bringing her arms down and spinning slowly, looking out at the crowd.

J.A. Aldridge: Introducing the challenger! Hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin! She is the longest reigning FGA Champion in history - The Apex Goddess, The Inescapable, The BADDEST, The back to back Wrestler of the Year - She is FUJIKO MINEEEEEEEEE!

Fujiko cannot suppress a smirk as she slowly treks down the ramp.

Stephy Auger: Listen to the audacity of this! Bringing up all these accolades as if they will matter when Lowri gets her win back against Fujiko tonight!

Kris Cruise: Dislike it if you want, Stephy - but they are true things that you cannot take away from Fujiko! Like her or not, she has become a legend here in Frontier Grappling Arts!

Stephy Auger: And that legend will be toppled when she LOSES here tonight!

Fujiko continues up to the ramp, and hops up - choosing to simply enter the ring rather than posture further. She sheds the jacket, tossing it outside the ring, and then camps in the far right corner, doing the splits and awaiting the FGA World champion.

“Loner Boogie” by Boy Azooga plays over the PA system, and once the song's intro finishes, Lowri Moss walks through the curtains, out onto the stage, with a broad smile on her face and her title around her waist. Lowri takes a moment to scan the cheering crowd, before making her way towards the ring, and as she does so, she slaps the hands of some of the fans that reach out to her.

J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, hailing from Llanelli, Wales! She is the reigning... defending... FGA World Champion, LOWRI MOSS!

After arriving at ringside, Lowri climbs the steps up onto the ring apron and steps through the ropes, before heading for one of the corners and climbing to the second rope. Lowri gestures to the fans by making the ILY sign with her right hand, in acknowledgement of their response to her arrival. She then takes the title from around her waist and holds it aloft, eliciting further cheers and applause. She continues to hold the title in the air for several more seconds, as she again surveys the crowd, soaking in the reaction.

Kris Cruise: Lowri Moss was on the receiving end of a loss with their dream match last year at 2021: A New Odyssey. Can she get her win back tonight?

Stephy Auger: She could and she should. She’s the champion. Fujiko has to beat her, not the other way around. If you can beat Cordelia Stevenson twice, then you can beat anyone. Plus, there’s history on the line for Lowri here tonight. For as storied as her career here is, there’s still more for her to accomplish.

Kris Cruise: I know for a fact that Fujiko feels the exact same way. Despite the records she’s set and broken, she’s even hungrier than ever. Listening to Fujiko throughout the night, I believe her 100% when she says that no one on the roster wants this win more than her.

Stephy Auger: What’s that? Do I hear Kris Cruise picking against that goody two shoes Lowri Moss? Tisk, tisk, Cruise. Tisk, tisk.

The referee heads over to Moss and holds his hands out. Moss folds the World Championship before taking what could be one last look at the championship. She glances over to Fujiko before turning to the crowd. The Standard Bearer slowly lifts the championship and kisses the center plate before handing it over to the official. The ref then heads over and shows off the latest version of the World Championship to Fujiko. Fujiko simply nods at the official before tapping the center plate with her fist. Applause can be heard throughout the arena as the referee holds up the championship to all sides of the crowd. After the belt gets handed off to an attendant at ringside, the referee looks to his left and asks Fujiko if she ready. The Apex Goddess nods. The official then turns to his right and asks Moss if she’s ready. Moss nods. He then calls for the bell.

Kris Cruise: Here we go!

The bell sounds as the capacity crowd is already at a fever pitch.

"LET'S GO, LOWRI!"

Kris Cruise: Listen to this crowd, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: It sounds like they like Fujiko more than Lowri!

Kris Cruise: Would you stop instigating?

Lowri and Fujiko make their way out of their respective corners and shake hands before locking up. After jockeying for position, Fujiko pushes Moss back. Moss stumbles back a few steps before regaining her footing. The champion then pushes forward before engaging in a snug collar-and-elbow. The two grapplers jockey for position until Moss returns the favor and shoves Fujiko back, sending the Apex Goddess stumbling into the ropes. Fujiko quickly make her way off the ropes and locks horns with Moss again. Fujiko quickly gains the advantage with a side headlock before bringing Moss to the mat with a side headlock takeover. Moss is then able to reverse with a grounded headscissors before Fujiko returns to a vertical base with a kip up. Moss scrambles back to a vertical base before Fujiko brings her right back down with another side headlock takeover. Moss is able to reverse into another grounded headscissors before Fujiko escapes with a kip up. After Moss scrambles back to a vertical base, Fujiko goes to bring her back down with a third side headlock takeover. This time, Moss blocks the move and goes to counter with a belly to back suplex. Fujiko ends up rolling over her shoulder, landing on her feet and taking off into the far ropes. When Fujiko returns, Moss brings her down with a japanese arm drag. The cheers continue as Moss brings her right back down with a second japanese arm drag. Fujiko gets back to her feet, turns around and winds up on the receiving end of a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takedown. Moss marches over to follow up with an attack, but she slams on the brakes when Fujiko returns to her feet with a kip up before turning towards her with raised fists.

Kris Cruise: Not so fast, says Fujiko. These two have been pretty evenly matched thus far.

Stephy Auger: They’re sitting around trading holds and reversals. I want to see someone get punched in the mouth, Cruise! The World Championship is on the line. They shook hands already. Enough with the sportsmanship. I want to see these two get down and dirty.

Kris Cruise: You just want to see two fan favorite beat the hell out of each other.

Stephy Auger: EXACTLY!

Moss nods as she slowly steps away from Fujiko. Champion and challenger start to circle the ring. After sizing each other up, they push forward and engage in another snug-collar-and-elbow. Both grapplers battle for position. Moss starts to move Fujiko back, only for Fujiko to put on the brakes. She then starts to muscle Moss across the ring. At the last second, Moss pivots and presses Fujiko up against the ropes.

Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!

Both grapplers make a clean break before Moss steps back towards the center of the ring. Seconds later, Fujiko makes her way off the ropes before locking up. The Apex Goddess quickly gains the advantage with a side headlock. Moss tries to push Fujiko off into the ropes, but she doesn't budge. Moss then hits two forearms to the side before attempting to push Fujiko off. Again, Fujiko doesn't budge. Moss then takes Fujiko and moves her into the near ropes before getting a running start to try and push Fujiko off into the far ropes. Fujiko stuffs the escape attempt by dropping to a knee while keeping the side headlock applied. The ref gets down and checks in with Moss while Fujiko wrenches down on the hold. The champion slowly battles back to a vertical base before catching Fujiko with multiple forearms to the side. She then grabs a hold of Fujiko's arms before reversing into a hammerlock. Fujiko is quick to spin out and reverse into a hammerlock of her own. The cheers continue as Moss quickly reaches back with her free arm and reverses into another side headlock. Fujiko's able to slip out and reverse into another hammerlock. Moss wastes no time spinning out and reversing into another hammerlock of her own. The champion remains in control until Fujiko reaches back with her free arm, grabs Moss by the back of the neck and flips over her back. When Moss turns around, Fujiko knocks her off her feet with a dropkick. A second dropkick returns Moss to the mat. Fujiko then takes Moss and goes for an irish whip. Moss is quick to reverse, sending Fujiko into the ropes. Instead of coming back, Fujiko hangs onto the ropes. So Moss rushes over to attack, only for Fujiko to dump her over the top rope. Moss lands safely on the apron before Fujiko turns around and tries for a shoulder thrust through the ropes. Moss sidesteps and throws out a bicycle knee, but Fujiko slips back inside. Moss turns around and throws out a clothesline, but Fujiko ducks and heads towards the corner. When Moss turns around, the crowd cheers when Fujiko knocks her off the apron with a springboard dropkick!

Stephy Auger: There we go! Finally!

Fujiko circles the ring while waving her arms up and down to get the crowd hyped up. She starts to bounce on the balls of her feet when she sees Moss starting to pick herself up off the floor. The Apex Goddess then takes off into the far ropes. Fujiko picks up speed as she runs back across the ring. The crowd gasps when Fujiko motions for a dive to the outside, only to kick off the rope, twirl through the air and lands in the Superhero Hero! But just as Fujiko tilts her head up, Moss is right there to flatten her with a Shining Wizard! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: Fujiko just got nailed with that knee! I love it!

Kris Cruise: Moss had Fujiko well-scouted there.

Stephy Auger: That’s what she gets for being a showoff, Cruise.

Kris Cruise: It’s called having flair.

Stephy Auger: Like I said, she’s a showoff and she nearly got her head kneed off because of it.

Moss moves the action into the corner before unleashing a series of knife edge chops that echo throughout the arena. She then takes Fujiko delivers an irish whip and follows her across the ring. Instead of crashing into the corner, Fujiko runs up the turnbuckles, backflips over her oncoming opponent and lands on her feet before taking off into the ropes. When Fujiko returns, the crowd cheers when Moss is right there to drop her with a bicycle knee before Fujiko can strike! Moss makes the cover.

Fujiko gets the shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: Moss had Fujiko scouted again! Fujiko is known to backflip out of the corner before coming off the ropes with that single leg dropkick. But once again, Moss beat her to the punch.

Moss brings the action back into the corner. Another series of knife edge chops follows before Moss executes an irish whip. She follows Fujiko closely across the ring before Fujiko grabs the top ropes and vaults backwards over the champion. When Moss turns around, Fujiko doubles her over with a spinning back kick. Fujiko goes for a springboard Tornado DDT out of the corner, but Moss pushes her off mid turn. After Fujiko lands on her feet, Moss rushes over to attack. The crowd cheers when Fujiko stuns her with a handstand calf kick. Fujiko then takes off into the ropes. Moss turns to her left before getting caught with a running hurricanrana. Fujiko heads towards the ropes as Moss gets back to a vertical base. When Moss turns around, she gets dropped to a knee with a handspring enzuigiri! The cheers continue as Fujiko circles Moss before grabbing hold of her wrist. From there, Fujiko nails Moss with Sealed With A Kick (ground arm pulled roundhouse kick)! The cheers continue as Moss gets caught with another S.W.A.K.... and another... and another... and anot-NO! Moss reaches up and wraps her arm around Fujiko's leg.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko might have gotten too greedy with those kicks.

Moss returns to a vertical base. Fujiko tries to pull her leg away from Moss, but the champion won't let go. Fujiko then lunges over and catches Moss with a jab. Moss gets caught with a second jab. Fujiko then motions for a third jab before throwing out an enzuigiri. She whiffs when Moss' ducks. Moss wastes no time dropping down to all fours. She quickly hooks Fujiko's left arm from behind. Before she can hook Fujiko's right arm and flip over into the Severn Bridge (grounded double chickenwing), Fujiko quickly scrambles across the mat and gets her free arm wrapped around the bottom rope.

Ref: ONE... TWO... THREE... FOUR…

Kris Cruise: Fujiko wisely got to the ropes there. Not many have survived the Severn Bridge.

Stephy Auger: Even though Fujiko hasn’t been worn down, you get a move like that slapped on you and you’re likely tapping out. I don’t care how early in the match you’re in.

Moss lets go and backs away from Fujiko. The Apex Goddess slowly returns to a vertical base. She then makes her way over to Moss and motions for her to kick her.

Kris Cruise: What’s this?

Stephy Auger: She wants Moss to kick her. Moss fancies herself as a striker. She’s won all these Best Striker awards. Let’s see what she’s got.

Kris Cruise: You just want to see her kick Fujiko as hard as she can.

Stephy Auger: Guilty as charged!

Moss looks out at the crowd before looking back at Fujiko. The Apex Goddess motions for Moss to hit her. The crowd cheers when Fujiko beats her chest three times before motioning for Moss to kick her.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko’s practically begging Moss at this point.

Stephy Auger: Don’t just stand there, Lowri. Knock her head off!

Moss obliges. She sizes up the challenger before catching Fujiko with a hard shoot kick to the chest.

*THUD*

Fujiko seethes as she stumbles back. She then shakes off the blow before heading back over towards the champion. After Fujiko motions for her to attack, Moss agrees and nails Fujiko with another hard shoot kick to the chest.

*THUD*

Fujiko grits her teeth while she tries to fight off the pain. Moss nails her with another hard shoot kick.

*THUD*

Fujiko doubles over while guarding her chest. The crowd cheers as the Apex Goddess stands tall and puffs her chest out towards Moss. Moss nods before blasting her with another shoot kick.

*THUD*

Fujiko immediately doubles over. She tries to stand up, only to quickly drop to a knee as the crowd gasps.

Kris Cruise: That one hurt her, Stephy.

Moss heads over, pulls Fujiko back up and nails her with a flurry of shoot kicks that knock the challenger back. Moss goes for another kick, but Fujiko quickly catches the leg before bringing her down with a dragon screw leg whip.

Stephy Auger: All it took was Fujiko to catch one of those kicks to turn the ride.

Fujiko pulls Moss back up, lifts up the right leg and brings the champion back down with a second dragon screw. Fujiko looks out and holds up her finger.

Kris Cruise: This crowd wants to see her do it again.

Stephy Auger: Go ahead, Fujiko. Snap her leg while you’re at it!

Upon hearing the cheers, Fujiko pulls Moss back up before bringing her down with a third dragon screw. Fujiko is quick to lift up the leg and try for a figure four. But after Fujiko turns around on the leg, Moss reaches up and reverses with a small package!

Both grapplers scramble back to a vertical base. Fujiko beats Moss to her feet and quickly brings Moss down with a standing double leg takedown. The cheers continue as Fujiko drops down and applies a kneebar!

Kris Cruise: Fujiko has wisely targeted the legs, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: That’s right. Moss can’t put a lot of power behind those strikes on a bum wheel, from the kicks to the Shining Wizard to even that Golden Boot.

Moss yells out in pain while Fujiko cinches down on the hold. The ref asks Moss if she wants to give up. The champion refuses. Moss then sits up and is able to quickly scoot herself back before reaching out and grabbing the bottom rope.

Ref: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!

Fujiko breaks the hold before rolling away from Moss. The World Champion slowly pulls herself back up. After shaking her right leg, Moss starts to slowly circle the ring. Both grapplers start to inch towards each other until Fujiko strikes first with a round kick to the right leg. The cheers continue when Fujiko nails Moss with another round kick to the outer leg. After catching Moss with a round kick to the inner leg, Fujiko nails Moss with alternating round kicks before a spinning back kick drops Moss down to all fours. The cheers continue as the Apex Goddess hits the ropes. When she returns, she flattens Moss with a running Shooting Star Press. Fujiko pulls Moss over and makes the cover.

Fujiko leaps to her feet, takes control of Moss' leg and tries to put her in another kneebar. This time, Moss kicks away at Fujiko's chest with her left leg. She then nails Fujiko with an upkick, snapping Fujiko's head back. The challenger stumbles into the corner. Fujiko tries to shake off the strike while Moss slowly turns over to a knee. After Moss gets back to her feet, Fujiko hoists herself up to the middle ropes. She leaps off for a diving DDT, but Moss counters with a spinning heel kick! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Good counter there by Moss, but it only gets a two count.

Moss moves Fujiko into the corner and follows up with multiple European Uppercuts. She then pulls Fujiko from out of the corner before whipping her into the far ropes. Fujiko returns off the rebound before Moss knocks her down with a spinning European Uppercut. When Fujiko sits back up, the crowd gasps when Moss tries to knock her head off with a low angle Golden Boot (Skull Kick), but Fujiko leans back out of the way before countering with a kip up headscissors takedown. Moss gets back to her feet, turns around and gets knocked backwards through the ropes to the floor with a running front dropkick.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko might be setting up for a dive here.

Stephy Auger: Well if she is, she better not waste time and just do it!

Fujiko returns to a vertical base before pointing to the far ropes. Upon hearing the cheers of the crowd, the Apex Goddess takes off into the far ropes. Fujiko picks up speed before leaping through the ropes and knocking Moss against the guardrail with a topé suicida!

The cheers continue as Fujiko rolls back inside before taking off into the far ropes. Fujiko comes back across the ring, hurls herself over the top rope and knocks Moss down with a topé con giro!

Kris Cruise: Fujiko connects with another big dive to the outside!

Fujiko picks up Moss and rolls her back into the ring. The Apex Goddess leaps back up to the apron before coming back inside with a slingshot split-legged moonsault! The cheers continue as Fujiko hooks the leg.

Fujiko picks up Moss, lifts her up and throws her down with a gourdbuster! Moss gets up on her knees and guards her midsection before Fujiko plants her with a basement hurricanrana! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: That had to be on instinct. I doubt she even knows where she is right now.

Fujiko takes Moss, heads into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Moss around, Fujiko gives her a taste of her own medicine with alternating rapid-fire knife edge chops and forearms

Kris Cruise: Moss is getting hit with the Scarlet Barrage!

Fujiko follows up with a rope-assisted gamengiri that drops Moss down to a seated position in the corner. The challenger then runs across the ring, flips over the turnbuckle and springboards to the top. From there, she starts to run halfway across the top rope before nailing Moss with a Blazing Arrow (tope running dropkick)! She then drags Moss out of the corner before making the cover.

Kris Cruise: Moss got the shoulder up, but Fujiko is still firmly in control.

Stephy Auger: That’s right. These past couple of minutes have been all Fujiko. She actually isn’t out there showboating for once. She keeps pouring on the offense. This is what she needs to do to walk out of here the new World Champion.

Fujiko picks up Moss, pulls her into a front facelock and plants her with a DDT! The cheers continue as Fujiko rolls over, pulls Moss back to her feet and follows up with a second DDT! Fujiko sets up for a third until Moss grabs her by the shoulder and spins out of the front facelock. Fujiko throws out a clothesline, but Moss ducks and counters with a Crucifix Driver!

Kris Cruise: What a counter by Moss! This could be it!

Fujiko gets back to her feet before getting knocked back with a shoot kick from Moss. Another shoot kick knocks her back. A third shoot kick knocks her back. After Moss moves her into the corner, the champion unleashes a flurry of shoot kicks to the chest. She then whips Fujiko into the far corner before catching her with Just for Kicks (Running big boot to a cornered opponent followed by a running Facewash)! The cheers continue as Moss pulls Fujiko up before planting her with a Tornado DDT! She makes the cover.

Moss takes Fujiko and brings her down with a snap suplex. She then rolls to her left, pulls Fujiko back up and brings her down with a swinging neckbreaker. Moss rolls to her right, pulls Fujiko back up and hits a bridging Fisherman Suplex.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko won’t stay down.

Stephy Auger: She won’t be denied, Cruise. She’s taking everything that Moss is throwing at her and continues to get that shoulder up in time.

Moss pulls Fujiko back up and nails her with a shoot kick to the chest. Fujiko gets caught with another shoot kick before a European Uppercut snaps her head back. The cheers continue as Moss hits another shoot kick, followed by a European Uppercut. Moss follows up with four alternating shoot kicks to the sides before a Brazilian Kick drops her down to her knees. Fujiko falls down to all fours before a Switchblade Kick flattens her on the mat.

The cheers grow louder when Moss motions that the match is over. She then places Fujiko in a front facelock before bringing her down with Nos Da II (Standing somersault cutter)! She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko ate all those strikes, got dropped with Nos Da II and still got the shoulder up in time! Unbelievable!

Moss takes Fujiko and whips her hard into the corner. Fujiko staggers out of the corner until Moss grabs her and whips her hard into the far corner. Fujiko starts to stagger out of the corner while Moss runs over to attack. Just before Moss can strike, Fujiko counters with an overhead belly to belly suplex into the turnbuckles! Fujiko picks up Moss and whips her into the ropes. When Moss comes back, the crowd cheers when Fujiko knocks her off her feet with the 4-Play (running single leg dropkick)! Fujiko makes the cover.

She then grabs Moss by the back of the tights and pulls her back to her feet before rocking her with the N Loop (ripcord into alternating short-arm forearms and backfists). The cheers continue as Fujiko turns Moss away from her before spiking her with a poison rana! Moss' momentum sends her rolling over onto her knees before Fujiko clocks her with Yount's 3000th Hit (Double wristlock knee to face)! She makes the cover.

Fujiko takes Moss, brings her into the corner and sits her down on the top turnbuckle. After climbing the ropes, Fujiko brings Moss down with a top rope hurricanrana! NO! Moss counters, leaving Fujiko hanging upside down.

Kris Cruise: Uh oh…

Moss stands up, changes her grip on Fujiko and follows up with a cradle piledriver off the middle rope!

Kris Cruise: GOOD GOD, WHAT A MOVE!

Stephy Auger: That’s it. It’s over…

The crowd gasps, then cheers when Fujiko gets her shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: How!? HOW!?

Stephy Auger: Unreal…

Moss grabs Fujiko and slowly pulls her back to her feet. She sizes Fujiko up before knocking her down with the Golden Boot! NO! Fujiko swats the leg away before hopping onto Moss' shoulders from behind. Before Fujiko can spike her with another poison rana, Moss pushes Fujiko off her shoulders. After Fujiko lands on front her, she goes for a German Suplex! The crowd cheers when Fujiko counters with a wheelbarrow victory roll before following up with a jumping double foot stomp!

Fujiko can be seen waving Moss up. Once Moss is finally back to her feet, Fujiko doubles her over with another spinning back kick. After a kick to the face knocks Moss upright, the crowd gasps when Fujiko throws out The Bliss (backflip flash kick)! Moss barely avoids it by spinning out of the way. As soon as Fujiko lands on her feet, Moss rushes forward and cracks her with a bicycle knee!

Fujiko remains dazed while Moss turns and hits the ropes. When Moss comes back, she comes to a stop when she sees Fujiko run past her towards the ropes. Moss turns around before getting brought down with a handspring rebound Ace Crusher! The cheers continue as she makes the cover.

Fujiko takes Moss, runs into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. She then sits Moss on the top turnbuckle facing away from the ring. The crowd starts to murmur while Fujiko scales the ropes. Once Fujiko gets to the top, she hops onto Moss shoulders from behind, flips back and brings her down with a top rope poison rana to an explosion of cheers!

Kris Cruise: What a maneuver by Fujiko Mine! She’s got the champion down and possibly out!

Stephy Auger: Fujiko’s got to finish her off!

Moss remains splayed out on the mat while Fujiko steps out to the apron. The Apex Goddess climbs the turnbuckles with purpose.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko’s going to the high rent district! She wants to put this away right here, right now!

Stephy Auger: She has to leave no doubt. If she hits what I think she’s going for, we’re gonna have a new champion.

Once Fujiko gets to the top, she flips off and crashes across Moss with the Unfiltered Bliss (Spiral Tap)!!!

Fujiko lands back-first across Moss' knees!

Kris Cruise: Moss got her knees up! She got the knees up in time!

Stephy Auger: GAH!

Fujiko bounces off Moss' knees before rolling across the ring.

Kris Cruise: Moss countered what would have undoubtedly been the knockout blow! Now, she has to take advantage! She’s got to get back to her feet and put Fujiko away!

Fujiko slowly turns over to all fours before holding her lower back. Once Fujiko finally gets back to her feet, a running bicycle knee to the back of the head sends her staggering across the ring before collapsing against the ropes. Moss staggers over, grabs Fujiko by the back and chucks her across the ring with a release German Suplex! The crowd gasps when Fujiko rotates and lands on her feet! The Apex Goddess runs over to attack until she gets stopped in her tracks with a bicycle knee strike! Spittle flies out of Fujiko's mouth when Moss cracks her with another bicycle knee! Moss follows up with alternating shoot kicks to the torso until a roundhouse kick drops Fujiko down to a knee! The crowd then explodes with cheers when Moss sizes Fujiko up before knocking her down with the Golden Boot!!! She then falls across Fujiko for the cover.

Carmichael yanks up Moss before whipping her hard into the corner. After Moss crashes sternum-first into the turnbuckle, she stumbles back before Carmichael brings her down with the Tahara (full nelson slam over the knee)!!!

Kris Cruise: Where’s the help!? Where’s the security!?

Stephy Auger: They know better than to get in Carmichael’s way.

The bell repeatedly sounds as Carmichael nearly breaks Moss in half with Spite (fireman's carry into backbreaker)! He then reaches down and slowly pulls Moss up by the hair before hitting the ropes. Carmichael picks up speed before nearly knocking her head off into the crowd with Queens Road (clothesline to the back of the head followed by a running lariat)!!!

Kris Cruise: Good Lord!

Stephy Auger: He’s making it look easy, Cruise.

Kris Cruise: Of course it’s easy. This woman just went through an hellacious match with one of FGA’s greats. Now Carmichael’s out here to kick her while she’s down!

Stephy Auger: Oh, he’s doing a lot more than just kicking Lowri. AH HA HA!

Kris Cruise: There’s nothing funny about this, Stephy. Not one bit! Carmichael used to be better than this. But that version of John Carmichael - Johnny Karma - is long gone, sadly.
