Leonard T. Asherman: Good evening! First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our great fans for coming out and attending the second annual FrontierCon event two weeks ago. Your participation and your enthusiasm is unparalleled, in my estimation. I cannot thank you enough for making this fan expo the success that it is. I would also like to thank the fans, as well as the FGA grapplers and our special guest Felicity Banks for making All-Star Showdown VI a weekend to remember. Unfortunately, Night 2 was remembered for all the wrong reasons thanks to four individuals. In particular, Izzy Anders and Savannah Taylor. This is the third straight pay per view event where Ms. Taylor has helped influence the outcome of a match that she was not involved in! This is also the second straight pay per view where Ms. Anders has either won or retained the Undisputed Championship through outside interference! We here at Frontier Grappling Arts like to uphold a standard of excellence, especially in championship encounters. While both Ms. Anders and Ms. Taylor are incredible athletes, their actions in championship matches as of late has left a sour taste in the mouths of our fans, their peers, and myself. So here is what we’re going to do. Announcement #1: At Trouble in Paradise, live on Saturday, September 9, Ms. Taylor will be defending her FGA Pride Championship and she will be defending it against Chris Madison! Yes, Mr. Madison will be receiving a rematch for the Pride Championship. Announcement #2: Also at Trouble in Paradise, Ms. Anders will be defending her FGA Undisputed Championship and she will be defending against Johnny Karma! Yes, Mr. Karma will be receiving a rematch for the championship. But this will not be a regular match. This match… will take place inside a fifteen foot fight Steel Cage! The nature of a cage match is to keep interference out of the match. But Ms. Anders has proven herself to be very resourceful and has found ways around many stipulations. Because of this, another stipulation has been added. Should anyone interfere in that matchup, Ms. Anders will lose her championship! There is a third announcement that I would like to make. But first, I’d like to preface it by stating that it has been a joy watching this promo grow over the past five years. Each year, this company has continue to expand and break new ground. Here in 2017, FGA has continued to expand with the creation of a second show, Flashpoint. But the growth will not stop there. Over the last several months, the roster size of FGA has continued to grow. While some talent have partied ways with the promotion, FGA has retained most of the talent that it has signed here in 2017. Each of these talents, from top to bottom, have played a role in the continued success of the company. With a quality roster that continues to expand, myself and my fellow executive committee members have decided on an action plan for the company. After much deliberation, we are implementing a brand extension, where the FGA roster will be split between Vertigo and Flashpoint. Over the course of the next several weeks, FGA Officials will continue to interview qualified candidates for both General Manager positions. Once these two individuals have been hired, one will have authority over Vertigo while the other will have control over Flashpoint. A draft will be held on Sunday, September 10, where all FGA contracted talent, as well as other select talent closely affiliated with the company, will be eligible to be drafted. Each grappler will be exclusive to the brand they have been chosen to. The only exception would be the FGA Undisputed and FGA World Tag Team Champions, who are able to appear on both shows. We are very excited for this promising new venture and wish everyone here the best of luck over the next few weeks. Thank you. Enjoy the show.

"Perfect Insanity" by Disturbed plays as a video package is shown of various FGA grapplers making their way through various entranceways. The video then switches to various FGA grapplers getting kicked, punched, slammed, suplexed and dropped onto the mat.... Come inside and be afraid Of this impressive mess I've made If you take a look now you will find I have thrown away my vice Done away with paradise See what's going on inside my mind Please let me out Please let me out Please let me... After dramatic slow motion shots of various grapplers flipping off the top turnbuckle, the video switches to the Flashpoint logo as the chorus kicks in. The video fades to an outside shot of Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY. We then transition inside to a wide shot of the arena. The camera then pans around, capturing the excited crowd. An FGA chant breaks out throughout several sections of the crowd... Geoff Penzer Hello fans and welcome to another installment of Flashpoint! I am your host, Geoff Penzer! DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) The Chaotics vs. GBH Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 155 pounds! They are the team of Miss Fortune and Harper Hill…. GBH! Geoff Penzer: The team of GBH will be representing SCCW in this tournament. FGA fans may remember Harper Hill from her outing in Rey del Aire from this past spring! Meanwhile, Miss Fortune has been racking up wins after a losing streak that spanned several months! They may lack experience. But they don’t lack ambition! “Endless Possibility” begins to play through the arena. Partway through the instrumental opening of the song, the camera begins panning the crowd. It takes a little while, but the camera eventually settles on the sight of Logan Alexander making his way through the crowd as he heads towards the ringside area. He slaps the outstretched hand of fans while others pat him on the arms and back as he makes his way past, with a half smirk on his face as he goes. Once he reaches the ringside area, Logan climbs over the ringside barricade at the nearest corner and then makes his way over to the closest set of ring steps and climbs up to the ring apron. From on the ring apron, he regards his opponent already in the ring for a couple of moments, then climbs between the top and middle ropes and enters the ring. He turns towards the near corner and climbs up to the second turnbuckle and spread his arms wide to either side of him, smiling out towards the crowd as he encouraging them on. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents! Introducing first, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 229 pounds! He is “Chaos Stryke” LOOOOGAAAANNNN AAAAALEXAAAAANDERRRRR!!! He then climbs down and makes his way over to another corner and repeats the process, doing so until he’s been to all four corners of the ring. After climbing down from the last set of turnbuckles, Logan turns to regard his opponent again before walking over to the side of the ring closest to the timekeeper’s area. He removes his sunglasses and tucks them into a pocket of his jacket. He then removes his jacket and passes it through the ropes to a technician at ringside. He turns to regard his opponent again, while moving to a spot in the corner of the ring across from them. He leans back against the turnbuckles as he awaits the opening bell. The wavy entrance to “Paper Planes” plays over the PA system, while green-and-blue strobes dance throughout the crowd. As the song finally bombards the arena, Ashlyn De Luca emerges through the curtains, black hoodie pulled up over her head, a casual stride to her step as she looks out into the audience. She walks down the ramp at a leisurely pace, but pauses before breaking into a half-jog, running toward the barrier closest to the hard-camera. She leaps onto the barricade, motioning for the camera to “catch her good side”, flashing THE MOST MARKETABLE SMILE to the audience at home before slapping the hands of those closest to her in the front row. She finally hops down from the barricade and pivots, sliding into the ring. She hits the ropes just once before coming to a stop in the center, smirking back out to the crowd as she pulls her hoodie off, tossing it aside as her music fades. Melanie Sierra: And his partner, hailing from ASH-lanta! Weighing in at 138 pounds… ASHLYN DE LUUUUUCAAAA!!! Geoff Penzer: Logan Alexander recently returned to the world of professional wrestling after a long hiatus and has been stellar, having a spotless record since his debut in FGA. His partner, Ashlyn De Luca, is a multi-time HKW Bloodlust Champion, as well as the reigning SSWA World Champion. In my opinion, these are two of the more formidable Duos in this entire field. It’s up to GBH to try not to shrink under the pressure, as well as the Chaotics to not look past their less experienced opponents. The bell sounds as Ashlyn De Luca and Harper Hill start things off for their respective teams. It looks as if things will be started off with a collar-and-elbow tie up. That is, until Hill nails De Luca with a kick to the midsection, resulting in boos from the crowd. After Hill slaps on a side headlock, De Luca tries to shove her off into the ropes. But Hill hangs on tight. She begins taunting the fans by shaking her head at them. De Luca tries to shove Hill off of her. But again, it’s to no avail. Hill then performs a standing switch and transitions into a hammerlock from behind. But the hold doesn’t stay on for long as De Luca uses her free arm to elbow Hill right in the face. While Hill lets go to hold her jaw, De Luca takes off into the ropes. When De Luca returns, Hill throws out a clothesline. But De Luca ducks and runs into the far ropes. When De Luca returns, the crowd cheers when she knocks Hill down with a running front dropkick. Hill returns to her feet, only to get returned to the mat with a standard dropkick. After Hill gets back to her feet, she’s met with a series of quick jabs, followed by a stiff European Uppercut that knocks her down to the mat. De Luca then drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Hill kicks out. De Luca quickly gained the advantage over Hill in the exchange. Let’s see if she continues to stay in control... De Luca picks up Hill, places her in a side headlock and heads over to the Chaotics corner, where Logan Alexander gets tagged in. The crowd cheers when Alexander gets in and nails Hill with a punch to the midsection. He then grabs Hill by the back of the tights and delivers a headbutt to the lower back. He then takes Hill, moves her against the ropes and delivers three knife edge chops that echo throughout the arena. Alexander then grabs his opponent and goes for an irish whip. But Hill reverses, sending Chaos Stryke into the far ropes, where he gets kneed in the back by Miss Fortune. After staggering away from the ropes, Alexander quickly turns around to go after Fortune. But Fortune wisely hops off the apron. Before Alexander can even turn around, Hill quickly runs up from behind and rolls him up with a school boy. ONE! . Hill gets her feet on the ropes. . TWO! . . TH-NO! Alexander kicks out. Geoff Penzer: GBH nearly stole this win from The Chaotics right there! Luckily for Alexander, he was able to power out of that schoolboy, even with Hill having her feet on the ropes. As Alexander tries to get back to a vertical base, Hill slaps on another side headlock. Before Alexander can try to shove her off of him, she brings him into the GBH corner and lets Fortune tag herself in. The crowd boos when Fortune gets in and kicks Alexander square in the ribs. After pressing him against the turnbuckles, Fortune further targets the midsection with four shoulder thrusts. After bringing Alexander out of the corner, Fortune goes for an irish whip. But Alexander reverses, sending Fortune into the far ropes. When Fortune returns, Alexander makes his way towards the center of the ring and sets up for a back body drop. But Fortune counters with a kick to the chest. As Alexander stands up and holds his chest, Fortune turns and runs back into the ropes. When Fortune returns, Alexander connects with a superkick, sending her stumbling back and falling through the ropes and to the floor. Geoff Penzer: Fortune tried to wear down the stronger Alexander with those strikes to the midsection. But Alexander was able to come back and send Fortune to the outside with a well-placed superkick. On the outside, Fortune picks herself up off the floor. But as soon as she turns to her right, the crowd cheers as De Luca runs across the apron, hops off and brings her down with a diving hurricanrana! Geoff Penzer: De Luca with the high risk move off the apron! De Luca picks up Fortune and rolls her back inside, were Alexander drops down with the lateral press. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fortune gets her foot on the bottom rope. Alexander picks up Fortune, marches into the Chaotics corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle before tagging De Luca back in. De Luca gets back inside, turns Fortune around in the corner and nails her with a series of quick slaps. He then brings Fortune from out of the corner and goes for an irish whip. But Fortune reverses, sending De Luca into the corner, where she gets nailed with a clubbing strike across the back of the neck by Hill. After staggering away from the ropes, De Luca turns around and goes after Hill. But Hill wisely hops off the apron. While De Luca is distracted, Fortune runs up from behind. But De Luca turns and nails her with a back elbow strike, knocking Fortune back towards the center of the ring. Geoff Penzer: De Luca saw what happened to her partner the last time this happened and didn’t fall for the same trap! De Luca bounces into the ropes for some added momentum for her next move. But De Luca ends up getting tripped up by Hill. The crowd boos as Hill turns and taunts them. But when Hill turns and faces the ring, the crowd explodes with cheers when De Luca knocks her down with a running suicide front dropkick through the ropes. Geoff Penzer: De Luca just flattened Hill with that dropkick through the ropes! As De Luca climbs back up onto the apron, she’s met with a shoulder thrust through the ropes from Fortune. TAFKA The Jester then grabs a hold of De Luca, lifts her up and delivers a slingshot suplex. Geoff Penzer: Psycho Plex by Miss Fortune! She turns over into the lateral press... ONE! . . TWO! . . De Luca kicks out. Fortune picks up De Luca and whips her into the corner before running across the ring and connecting with a cartwheel back elbow. She then quickly grabs De Luca, runs from out of the corner and brings her down with a running bulldog. The boos continue as she turns De Luca over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . De Luca gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Miss Fortune is really starting to get the upperhand over De Luca. De Luca has tons more experience. But as of late, she’s been in a lot of high profile, physically demanding matches and it looks like we’re seeing the results of that playing out before our very eyes here. Fortune picks up De Luca, nails her with a knee strike to the midsection and grabs her from the side for a russian leg sweep. But De Luca is able to block the move. After wrestling herself away from Fortune, De Luca grabs control of Fortune and brings her down with two rolling russian legsweeps. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fortune gets her shoulder up. De Luca picks up Fortune, grabs her by the wrist and goes to bring her into the Chaotics corner. But Fortune quickly yanks De Luca back into her clutches and then tries for a ripcord rolling elbow. But De Luca ducks. When Fortune turns around, the crowd cheers when she gets caught with a high spinning heel kick. The cheers continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Fortune gets her shoulder up. De Luca picks up Fortune, places her in a side headlock and goes to move towards the Chaotics corner. But Fortune puts on the brakes and shoves De Luca into the far ropes. Geoff Penzer: Once again, Miss Fortune denies the tag out to Alexander! When De Luca returns, she throws out a running elbow strike. But Fortune ducks. When De Luca turns around, the crowd boos when Fortune hoists her into the air and delivers a Pop-up Cutter. The boos continue as Fortune makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! De Luca gets her shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: Huge move there by Miss Fortune that nearly advanced GBH to the Second Round! After four knees to the midsection, Fortune turns and heads into the ropes. When she comes back, she throws out a scissors kick. But De Luca slips out of the way before countering with an inverted hurricanrana, spiking Fortune on the mat to an explosion of cheers from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Miss Fortune just got driven head-first onto the canvas with that reverse rana! But it doesn’t look like De Luca has anything left to make the cover! Who will get back to their feet first!? While both grapplers are down, the ref starts his count. ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! De Luca rolls over and tags Alexander is an Fortune turns over and tags Hill back in. The fresh partners hop through the ropes and rush towards the center of the ring. It’s Alexander who strikes first, taking Hill off her feet with a lariat takedown. The cheers continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Hill kicks out. Alexander picks up Hill and whips her into the ropes. When Hill returns, Alexander scoops her up from the side and delivers a pendulum backbreaker. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Hill gets her shoulder up. Alexander picks up Hill, grabs her from the side and delivers a russian leg sweep. After heading into the corner and climbing up to the middle ropes, Alexander jumps off and comes crashing down with an elbow drop. He then gets back to his feet and drags Hill back towards the center of the ring to set up a Sharpshooter. But Hill kicks her feet before nailing Alexander with an upkick to the face. While Alexander is stunned, Hill returns to her feet and heads into the ropes. When Hill returns, Alexander kicks her in the midsection, lifts her up and plants her with the Chaotic Shockwave (implant DDT). While Hill is in the prone position, Alexander goes over to her legs and applies the Perfect Chaos Theory (Edgecator). Geoff Penzer: There it is! Alexande’rs got the submission locked in! BUT HERE COMES MISS FORTUNE! Fortune rushes over to attack. But De Luca cuts her off with a standing double leg takedown before turning her over into the Chaos Theory (Sharpshooter). Geoff Penzer: Now De Luca has a submission apllied! The Chaotics have GBH trapped in the center of the ring! The crowd goes wild while both member of GBH howl in pain. The ref asks them if they want to give up. Fortune and Hill do their best to resist. But the pain becomes too much to bear. The crowd cheers as Hill and Fortune both tap out. The crowd cheers when “Endless Possibility” hits the speakers. Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners, THE CHAOTICS! The cheers continue as De Luca and Alexander get their arms raised in victory. Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics pick up the victory here tonight. But now they have an interesting matchup in the Second Round, where they face Tommy and The Guns, two people that De Luca is VERY familiar with. I cannot wait to see that matchup! We’ve got tons of Dynamic Duos actions till to come! We’ll be right back! ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

Flashpoint returns from break to find that the ring is empty, save for ring announcer, Melanie Sierra. She looks slightly confused, but soldiers on with her job. Melanie Sierra: Ladies and gentlemen, I’ve just been informed that the following is an awaited event. The words leave her lips, and plunge the arena into darkness. The crowd cheers, expecting something new and surprising to occur. The Tron lights up with the words… You are cordially invited to an awaited event
...they aren’t disappointed when Digitalism’s “Miami Showdown” begins to play over the speakers. Cell phone camera flashes attempt to light up the ring, to little effect. A savvy audience member realizes that something, or someone are passing by them, and the crowd begins murmuring all over again. A few lights thump white in time with the music, illuminating the ringside area. Soon, it becomes apparent that there are no less than twenty figures moving through the crowd, towards the ring. “Miami Showdown” gets louder, until the twenty figures make it to the barricade. They make their way over the barricade, and into the ring. Some of them slither in. Others pose on the top turnbuckle before entering the ring. Through various methods, they all enter the ring. They face each other as the music pumps through the crowd. Slowly, they advance on each other, and when they reach each other...they whirl towards the tron. They all point, and the screen lights up. NEXT VERTIGO… The crowd cheers, and is then surprised when the lights go out again. The music cuts out, and when the lights return, there isn’t a trace of anyone, save for Ms. Sierra.

Walking the hallways of the Blue Cross Arena's backstage area is Mark Bisley, a swagger in his step as he chews his gum with a cocksure look on his face
Mark Bisley: Let me tell you something, as different as arenas may look on the outside, the second you set foot backstage they all tend to look the same. I can say this as I've appeared in arenas on both sides of the Atlantic, from small arenas in a place so in the middle of nowhere the locals actually call the area "the Midlands" to stepping out into the Hammerstein Ballroom, yet while the size and shape of the arenas change the only thing that is different backstage is the accents of the arena security.
Pausing only to deftly sidestep a member of arena security as they go about their job, followed by giving the back of their head a disapproving look for their interrupting him, Bisley continues
Mark Bisley: The reason, however, they are treated as something other than bricks and mortar and whatever else they use to erect the place is because of what happens within them, because what happens within can turn a freight warehouse into an arena people speak about in hushed tones, even if what happened inside that arena mainly involved people trying to cover their complete lack of talent by diving off balconies and rolling in thumbtacks.
Shaking his head in disappointment that people can be that stupid - not the wrestlers, but the fans who call that "wrestling", let alone "entertainment" - Bisley continues
Mark Bisley: Which is why you should all remember the date of July 8th 2017 as the day you saw what wrestling truly is, an artform. I'm sure you've been content with your 70s throwbacks and amateur pyromaniacs and bird-themed trios and everything else that you have witnessed until this point, but you have to admit that as fun as it was it felt as if it was something...less than it could have been. But don't you worry...
Throwing back the door to one of the locker rooms, Bisley reveals Shintaro Majima sat on the bench, deep in focus
Mark Bisley: ...because tonight marks the first step of a new era.
Looking up from his focus, Majima looks a lot more stern than usual, and as Bisley walks into the locker room Majima certainly sounds stern as he speaks
Shintaro Majima: At first I thought that being placed in a qualifier was an insult, as I had more than proved myself time and again. And yet when I look at it now, I see it as a blessing, as we can gain control of the entire tournament with a match that does not just eliminate one set of opponents, but makes every other set of opponents wish they could avoid facing us in later rounds.
Mark Bisley: It also gives those lucky, lucky people an extra chance to see us do our thing.
Bisley winks to the camera, though Majima does not share in such tomfoolery
Shintaro Majima: I am sure our opponents for tonight had high hopes for this tournament before the draw was made, and they may even think they can pull of an upset this evening, but they need to understand one thing: those hopes and those ideas will not come to pass, as we will not allow it. We do not do this out of spite, we do not do this because we hate them, we do this because we believe that we are the best team in this tournament - and that we must prove this every single time that we compete.
There's a brief pause after Majima finishes speaking as Bisley mulls over his words, yet after a moment he pats Majima on the shoulder as he finds exactly the right words he was looking for
Mark Bisley: This is the point that every team needs to consider: do they honestly believe they are the best team in this tournament, or are they saying that in the hope nobody accuses them of false advertising? Because that is the point: we do believe we are the best team in this tournament, and it is up to every single team in our side of the bracket to prove us wrong...and then wish they listened to us, but on the plus side, they get to say they had one hell of a match against the eventual winners. But don’t just take our word for it, watch what happens later tonight, and tell us we were wrong. In fact, we dare you.

DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) Davey-Boy O'Brien & Baz Jones vs. Smart Style The arena lights slowly dim as the doom-laden synths of “Another Chance” blast out across the arena, and as they dim blue lights fill the entranceway, growing in brightness as the music gets more intense, and as the main hook grows the pairing of Mark Bisley emerge at the top of the ramp, Bisley with an arm raised as he surveys all before him while Majima wears a stony expression As they walk down the ramp, Bisley stops and holds his arms apart and tilts his head back to tell the entire arena he is here, while Majima stands directly behind him with his arms held aloft as he looks directly towards the ring, with the pair almost resembling the Vitruvian Man as they do this Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 443 pounds! They are the team of Mark Bisley and Shintaro Majima… SMART STYLE!!! Making their way to ringside, Bisley lifts himself onto the apron and adopts a kneeling position, pointing to the side of his head a couple of times, while Majima stands beside him and removes his sunglasses, looking out into the crowd. A moment later, Majima steps into the ring while Bisley rolls under the ropes before getting back to a knee in the ring, running his hand on the canvas to say this is my ring while Majima stands behind him rubbing the back of each hand in his palms. Geoff Penzer: Those who know of Majima’s backstory were aware of Mark Bisley. But this is his first time stepping inside an FGA ring. Ever since securing time on both Nights 1 and 2 of All-Star Showdown VI, Bisley has drawn the ire of some of his fellow competitors with his comments on the Dynamic Duos field, as well as FGA as a whole. There’s no doubt that Majima can hold his own. He was a perennial title contender in LDFC, as well as a former 15 Champion back when the championship originated in 3GW. But can Bisley hold up his end of the bargain? Or will his mouth write checks that hsi you-know-what can’t cash? The infamous saxophone wails of "Baker Street" by Gerry Rafferty strikes up across the arena, sending the crowd into a chant with the saxophone. "The Scottish Terrier" Davey-Boy O'Brien emerges from the UKWF entrance tunnel wearing his signature windbreaker complete with the flag of Scotland on the right breast and the words: "John O' Groats, Scotland" on the back as the lyrics kick in. Some of the crowd roars in approval of O'Brien while others can be heard serenading him to his own entrance music. He immediately walks to one side of the entrance aisle and begins high-fiving fans who pat him on the back as he passes them. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents… DAVEY-BOY O’BRIEN AND BAZ JONES!!! Upon reaching the stairs, Davey-Boy jogs up them then backs his way across the apron. He waves to the crowd who waves back at him. The hand he was using to wave then pops off a two-finger salute from his brow to him. He points to a particular section of the crowd and nods with a smile. He then wipes his boots on the apron as if he's about to enter his home and via springboarding vaults himself up over the top rope. In a fluid motion, he jogs over to the far corner and mounts it before giving another two-finger salute and pointing out toward his adoring fans. With a smile, he drops down from the turnbuckle and removes his jacket. He then stretches as he awaits the beginning of the match... Geoff Penzer: Davey-Boy has impressed fans since making his debut and has become a fan favorite over in UKWF. But after crossing the Atlantic, will he and Baz Jones be able to match the Smart Style of Bisley and Majima? We’re about to find out! The bell sounds as Davey-Boy O’Brien and Mark Bisley start things off for their respective teams. O’Brien looks to kick things off with a handshake. But his hand quickly gets slapped out of the way by Bisley, resulting in boos from the crowd. After a kick to the midsection, Bisley slaps on a side headlock. But O’Brien is able to shove Bisley off of him and into the ropes. When Bisley returns, the crowd cheers when O’Brien brings him down with an arm drag. Bisley returns to his feet, but he gets caught with a dropkick that knocks him down. After Bisley gets back up, O’Brien sends him down to the mat with a side headlock takeover. Bisley is able to reverse into a grounded headscissors. But O’Brien is able to quickly escape with a kip up. After Bisley scrambles back to a vertical base, O’Brien places him in a side headlock. Bisley then shoves O’Brien off into the ropes. When O’Brien returns, he rolls underneath Bisley as Bisley leapfrogs over him. When Bisley lands on his feet and turns around, O’Brien sends him stumbling back into the ropes with a European Uppercut. As Bisley tries to shake off the blow, O’Brien grabs him by the wrist and goes for an irish whip. But Bisley reverses, sending O’Brien into the far ropes. When O’Brien returns, Bisley sets up for a back body drop. But O’Brien stops, hooks his arms and counters with a butterfly suplex. O’Brien goes to make the cover, but Bisley quickly rolls to the outside, resulting in boos from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Bisley has talked a big game. But it was Davey-Boy that was able to get the better of him in the early goings of this contest. While Bisley takes a walk around the ring, O’Brien runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he slides to the outside and cuts off Bisley with a European Uppercut. The cheers continue when O’Brien picks up the Smart Style member before rolling him back inside. He then slides back in and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . Bisley kicks out. After bringing Bisley back to his feet and wrenching his arm, O’Brien drags him over towards the corner and tags in Baz Jones. The crowd cheers as Jones gets in, takes control of the arm and wrenches it several times. The ref asks Smart Mark if he wants to give up. But Bisley refuses. He then rolls forward, bridges back, turns over, flips over with a headstand and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. The crowd boos as Bisley takes control of the arm. But the boos turn to cheers when Jones sends flipping down to the canvas after a hard arm wrench reversal. He then drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Bisley kicks out. Jones picks up Bisley and whips him into the ropes. When Bisley returns, he slides through Jones’ legs. When Jones turns around, Bisley quickly gets back to his feet before dropping Jones down to a knee after a step-up enzuigiri. Bisley then returns to his feet before knocking Jones down with a superkick. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Jones kicks out. Bisley picks up Jones, moves him into the corner and unleashes a series of repeated shoot kicks to the chest before tagging in Shintaro Majima. Geoff Penzer: Here comes The Strong Style Savior! I’ve had the pleasure of calling this man’s matches from his very start in LDFC all the way through 3GW. This is his first time stepping into an FGA ring. Let’s see how he does... The crowd boos as Majima gets in the ring and unleashes a series of machinegun chops in the corner. He then brings Jones from out of the corner and whips him into the ropes. When Jones returns, Majima throws him down with a running STO! Geoff Penzer: Uragaeshi! He makes the cover! ONE! . . TWO! . . Jones kicks out. Majima picks up Jones and sends him stumbling back into the corner after a hard elbow smash to the face. He then goes over and tags Bisley back in. Once Bisley gets in, Smart Style move Jones into the corner and delivers alternating knife-edge and backhand chops. Majima then takes Jones and whips him into the ropes. When Jones returns, Majima pops him up into the air. On the way down, Bisley catches him with a shoot kick to the chest before delivering a hangman’s neckbreaker over the knee. Geoff Penzer: Greetings from the Twin Cities! Bisley goes for the cover... ONE! . . TWO! . . Jones gets his shoulder up. Bisley returns to his feet and tags Majima back in. Once The Strong Style Savior re-enters the ring, Smart Style take Jones and whips him into the far ropes. When Jones returns, Smart Style deliver a northern lights backbreaker combination on Jones. Geoff Penzer: Kokoro! That could be enough for a three count! ONE! . . TWO! . . Jones gets his shoulder up. Geoff Penzer: After a strong start from Baz and Davey-Boy, Smart Style have taken control of this match through their frequent tags. This may be the first time teaming on this stage. But they look like a well-oiled machine that’s been at it for years. Majima goes over and tags Bisley back in. Once Bisley hops through the ropes, Majima picks up Jones and whips him into the ropes. When Jones returns, Majima delivers a drop toe hold, followed by a Lionsault across the back from Bisley. The boos continues as Bisley pulls Jones over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . O’Brien drags Bisley off of Jones. Geoff Penzer: Good save there from Davey-Boy. Bisley goes back over and goes to pick up Jones. Jones begins to fight back with right hands to the midsection. But Bisley stops the comeback with a clubbing strike across the back. He then quickly slaps on a cravat and follows up with repeated knees to the head. After the last strike drops Jones down to one knee, Bisley turns and runs into the ropes. When Bisley returns, the crowd cheers when Jones turns him inside out with a rising clothesline. Geoff Penzer: Baz Jones put a little something extra behind that clothesline! He nearly knocked Bisley right out of his boots! As Bisley slowly pushes himself up on all fours, Jones begins to crawl over towards his corner. Geoff Penzer: Jones is looking to make the tag to Davey-Boy! Bisley gets up on one knee while O’brien repeatedly slaps the top turnbuckle. Davey-Boy’s ready for that tag! He’s ready to close this thing out and send him & Baz to the Second Round! Once Bisley gets back to his feet and turns around, he sees Jones diving over and tagging O’Brien back in. Bisley rushes over and throws out a clothesline. But O’Brien ducks, grabs Bisley from behind and delivers a release German Suplex. Majima then comes in and throws out a running lariat. But O’Brien ducks, grabs Majima from behind and delivers a release German Suplex. Geoff Penzer: Davey-Boy with a nice pair of suplexes! As O’Brien gets back to his feet and turns around, Bisley tries to catch him off guard with a superkick. But O’Brien catches his foot before swinging the leg away from him. When Bisley turns back around, he gets caught with three alternating European Uppercuts before getting knocked down by a discus forearm shiver. ONE! . . TWO! . . Majima dives over and breaks up the pin. Geoff Penzer: Davey-Boy nearly had it! Majima picks up O’Brien and whips him into the corner. He then charges into the corner to attack. But O’Brien ducks and dumps him over the top rope and to the floor. Bisley then dives over into the corner, but O’Brien rolls out of the way. Once O’Brien gets back to his feet, he turns around and nails Bisley with a series of blistering chops. O’Brien then brings Bisley from out of the corner and whips him into the far ropes. When Bisley returns, O’Brien doubles him over with a boot to the midsection and lifts him up for a Splash Mountain Bomb. But Bisley is able to kick his legs until he slips down from behind. When O’Brien turns around, he gets doubled over with a rolling solebutt. He then shoves O’Brien over towards Majima, who lifts him up for a powerbomb. After Bisley hops through the ropes onto the apron, Smart Style deliver the Bakumatsu (springboard lariat/powerbomb combination). Geoff Penzer: What a move by those two! Jones heads into the ring to make the save. But he quickly gets knocked down with a superkick. After Majima holds O’Brien up in the air, Bisley turns and delivers a roundhouse kick. Majima quickly follows up with a sheer drop brainbuster. Geoff Penzer: The Essence of Smart Style! That’s gotta be it! ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd boos when “Another Chance” hits the speakers. Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners, SMART STYLE! The boos continue as Bisley and Majima get their arms raised in victory. Geoff Penzer: Smart Style has secured their spot in the Second Round after this win here tonight! They got rocked! They were on their heels! But credit to them for coming back and picking up the victory! They’ll now be meeting Serpent’s Touch in the Second Round! ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) Through Diamond Eyes vs. Her Majesty's Rejects Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, weighing in at a total combined weight of 387 pounds! They are the team of Kai Cooper and Darragh O’Connor… HER MAJESTY’S REJECTS! Geoff Penzer: Her Majesty’s Rejects recently challenged for the Global Tag Team Titles over in HKW. Let’s see if their fortunes are better here at they look to secure a World Tag Team, Title shot with a tournament win. The synthetic intro to “Kill v. Maim” by Grimes fills the arena. The very second Grimes sings: “I got in a fight,” both Avaset Kaiser and Eloria Master emerge from the entrance tunnel. Both of them take in the crowd from the entrance stage. Avaset as a small smirk on her face as she raises her arms, resembling an iconic statue while Eloria seems to show almost no emotion at all. When they begin moving down the entrance ramp, Ava is careful to not allow any of the fans to come in contact with her while Eloria just doesn’t care. Despite any whistles, cat calls, boos, or cheers, Avaset completely blows the fans off while Eloria just completely ignores them. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents, weighing in at a total combined weight of 285 pounds! They are the team of Avaset Kaiser and Eloria Master… THROUGH DIAMOND EYES! Thanks to Ava’s faster pace, she makes it to the ring stairs quickly and jogs up them before walking across the apron. Meanwhile, Eloria slides into the ring almost at the same time Ava comes to the center of the apron. Once Ava does her signature rope flip and gets on the ropes to pose, Eloria just kind of gets on the ropes beside her and looks around as Ava poses for the crowd with her arms in the air as flash photography suddenly becomes popular again. Once they dismount the ropes, Avaset takes their corner and sits on the top turnbuckle with her legs crossed as Eloria kind of backs into the corner in front of her, awaiting the beginning of the match… Geoff Penzer: Speaking of coming up short, Through Diamond Eyes came up short in their Triple Threat Tag Team Match at All-Star Showdown VI. Because of that loss, them and Serpent’s Touch are now in Dynamic Duos while Pedro Gonzales & Maritza Diaz will be challenging for the Tag Team Titles at Patriot Games! Kaiser & Master feel that it should have been them challenging for the gold, not Gonzales & Diaz. But they’ll have their chance to get another title shot. But this time, they have to outlast twenty three other teams. The road to that title shot is going to be a lot harder this time around. But they believe they have it in them to make it to the end. The bell sounds as Avaset Kaiser and Darragh O’Connor start things off. After jockeying for position, O’Connor places Kaiser in a side headlock. But Kaiser is able to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock from behind. The ref checks with O’Connor and asks if he wants to give up. But he refuses. He then uses his free arm to reach back, grab Kaiser and throw her down in front of him. O’Connor quickly goes down and tries to apply another headlock. But Kaiser is able to slip out and reverse into a grounded hammerlock. The ref asks O’Connor if he wants to give up. When he refuses, Kaiser delivers a knee drop to the hammerlocked arm. Geoff Penzer: Kaiser’s immediately going after the arm. We all know what she’s setting up for. If she locks it, it could be curtains for Her Majesty’s Rejects! The Crown Jewel keeps O’Connor down on the canvas with his right arm locked behind him. The ref asks O’Connor again if he wants to give up. When O’Connor refuses, Kaiser delivers another knee drop… and another… and another. After bringing O’Connor’s arm from off his back, she quickly transitions into a fujiwara armbar, which causes O’Connor to cringe from the pain. The ref once again asks if he wants to give up. But O’Connor refuses. So Kaiser pulls the arm back, increasing the pressure of the hold. Geoff Penzer: Now Kaiser’s got the fujiwara armbar locked in. O’Connor could get his arm snapped in two if he’s not careful! Kai Cooper can be seen slapping the top turnbuckle as he tries to get the crowd to rally behind O’Connor. The ref checks in with O’Connor once more and asks him he wants to give up. But O’Connor refuses. He then begins to use his free arm to pull himself towards the ropes. Kaiser hangs onto the arm and tries to pull back. It stops O’Connor, but only momentarily. O’Connor continues to drag himself towards the side of the ring. He then reaches out with his left foot and places it on the bottom rope, forcing a rope break. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Kaiser reluctantly lets go. The Crown Jewel brings O’Connor back to his feet, takes his right arm and delivers an armbreaker across her shoulder. She then grabs O’Connor by the wrist and goes for an arm wrench. When Kaiser turns around, she’s met with a left hand. The cheers continue as O’Connor nails Kaiser with another punch… and another… and another-NO! Kaiser swats away the punch, quickly takes O’Connor by the right arm and delivers a double knee armbreaker. The crowd boos as O’Connor goes down and clutches the arm. She makes the cover ONE! . . TWO! . . O’Connor kicks out. Geoff Penzer: O’Connor was starting to mount a comeback! But Kaiser quickly cut him off! Kaiser picks up O’Connor, hammerlocks the arm, runs into the Diamond Eyes corner and throws him shoulder-first into the turnbuckles. The boos continue as she tags in Eloria Master. Master turns O’Connor around and delivers several shoot kicks to the chest before finishing off with a European Uppercut. She then brings O’Connor from out of the corner and whips him into the far ropes. When O’Connor returns, Master knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . O’Connor kicks out. Master quickly sits him up and applies an armbar. The ref gets down and asks O’Connor if he wants to give up. But once again, he refuses. After turning over and battling back to a vertical base, O’Connor nails Master with three punches to the midsection, breaking the hold. He then runs into the ropes. When O’Connor returns, Master brings him down with a leg lariat. The boos continue as she makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . O’Connor kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Once again, O’Connor’s comeback gets cut off! Matser tags Kaiser back in. Once The Crown Jewel hops through the ropes, she puts the boots to O’Connor before bringing him back to his feet. Kaiser takes him by the arm and sends him crashing shoulder-first onto the canvas after an arm wringer. She then drops down and slaps on a grounded front facelock. The ref asks O’Connor if he wants to give up. When O’Connor refuses, Kaiser cinches in the hold. Geoff Penzer: Kaiser’s really got it locked in now! At this point, it might just be a matter of will he tap out or pass out? The ref checks back in with O’Connor and asks him if he wants to give up. But again, O’Connor refuses. He then begins to battle back to a vertical base as the crowd cheers. He begins to slowly place one foot in front of the other as he tries to make his way into the Rejects corner. The crowd’s going wild as he continues to move Kaiser across the ring. Kaiser squeezes as hard as she can to try and slow him down. But O’Connor continues to move himself closer and closer towards the corner. Cooper climbs up onto the middle ropes and reaches as far as he can over the top rope. O’Connor reaches out with his right arm and is only a couple of strides away from making the tag. Just then, Kaiser lets go, hops onto O’Connor’s shoulder, turns and spikes him with a reverse hurricanrana. The crowd boos as she gets up and wags her finger at Cooper. Geoff Penzer: He was THAT CLOSE to making the tag! Kaiser picks up O’Connor and whips him into the ropes. When he returns, Kaiser throws out a Falcon Kick (yakuza kick). But O’Connor catches her foot. He then swings the leg away from him, grabs Kaiser from behind and counters with a release German Suplex! Geoff Penzer: What a counter by O’Connor! This could be his opening! While Kaiser gets up on all fours, O’Connor turns over and drags himself over towards his corner. Cooper climbs up onto the middle rope and reaches over as far as he can. Once Kaiser gets back to her feet, she rushes over to try and drag O’Connor away from the ropes. But she’s too late. O’Connor dives over and tags in Cooper! Geoff Penzer: KAI COOPER’S IN! O’CONNOR MADE THE TAG! The crowd cheers as Cooper knocks Kaiser down with a springboard forearm strike. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Master dives over and breaks up the pin. Master takes Cooper and whips him into the ropes. When he returns, Master throws out a running knee strike. But Cooper is able to slide underneath it. He then gets back to his feet, runs over and delivers a tilt-a-whirl headscissors, sending Master through the ropes and onto the apron. As Master picks herself up on the apron, Cooper runs next to the ropes. When he comes back, the crowd cheers as he leaps over the top rope, lands on Master’s shoulders and sends her off the apron with a hurricanrana. Geoff Penzer: What a move by Cooper! Cooper hops onto the apron, springboards to the top turnbuckle, leaps off and knocks Kaiser down with a shotgun dropkick. The cheers continue as he makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Kaiser gets her shoulder up. Cooper picks up Kaiser and goes for an irish whip. But Kaiser reverses, sending Cooper into the ropes. When he returns, the crowd boos when Kaiser knocks him down with a Falcon Kick. After picking up Cooper, Kaiser grabs him from behind and goes for the Chaos Theory. But after they roll back up, Cooper counters with a hard elbow to the face. Once the hold is broken, Cooper runs into the ropes. When Cooper returns, Kaiser runs past him and towards the ropes. Cooper then slams on the brakes. When he turns around, Kaiser throws out the Beautiful Disaster Kick (Disaster Kick). But Cooper counters with a superkick, knocking her down! O’Connor gets in and bounces into the ropes as Cooper whips Kaiser towards him. When O’Connor comes back, the crowd cheers he turns Kaiser inside out with a lariat (using the good arm). As Cooper heads out onto the apron, O’Connor picks up Kaiser, lifts her up and plants her with The High Tower (straightjacket gutwrench piledriver). Cooper then flips off and connects with the double rotation moonsault. He hooks the leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners, HER MAJESTY’S REJECTS! The crowd cheers as Cooper and O’Connor get their arms raised in victory. Geoff Penzer: What a comeback by Her Majesty’s Rejects! Through Diamond Eyes dominated the action by targeting O’Connor’s arm and cutting off his comebacks at every turn. But one Cooper was tagged in, he flipped and flied in every direction, helping his team get the W! They’ll be meeting up with Invictus Fight Club in the Second Round, which will be one heck of a test for this duo!

Backstage. A camera sits in a fixed point on a cutout FGA logo. It stays for a few seconds, then in walks an imposing figure. Two large spiral cones protrude from the cranial region, and two slightly smaller ones from the chest. Leather brown, white, black, and gold are soaked in all over the large figure’s body. Then a killer grin. Daph The Destroyer: “You are looking at only one half of the team that will lay waste to all that believe they will face us and emerge victorious. I am Daph, but you may call me The Destroyer. Alongside Melody Lennox...we will tear down our opposition, moment by moment until we stand as the last team, alone.” Despite her dressing like a 90s space witch, she maintains a serious...and dangerous demeanor air about herself. She steps to the side, allowing the camera to note that she is not alone. Daph The Destroyer: “We don’t have time for some stupid press conference, in which uninformed apes in formal attire and microphones will ask us inane questions like “What makes you think you will win”? Everyone thinks that their self confidence or magic ability to tolerate these blobby vermin that populate arenas will imbue them with a power to outlast all else.” Her smile seems hungry for violence. Daph The Destroyer: “They are wrong. I will tell you all, without hesitation; why Melody Lennox and Daph the Destroyer will win this tournament...and the tag team championships.” Lennox turned a bright, blue eyed gaze up to Daphne. A coy grin crossed her face, her body language inviting Daphne to continue. Daph The Destroyer: “We have an unquenchable thirst for causing misery in our opponents, and a hunger for domination and destruction.” Lennox smirked, an overwhelming sense of arrogance in that smile. Her pretty face is decorated with hints of electric blue makeup. Thick streaks of black eyeliner on her upper lid, heavy blue eyeshadow, and a sparkly blue tinted lipstick. Her ring gear is golden and looks almost like centurian armor, modified slightly to go with the theme for the evening. Black wings protrude out to the sides, and her normally red tinted hair is streaked with electric blue. Upon examination… it’s very clear. Daphne is dressed as Rita Repulsa, and Melody is the monstrous Goldar. Melody Lennox: “More importantly, Daph?” She said, with a fingertip pointed upwards to interject. Melody Lennox: “You and I are going to win because unlike Dragonzord? We’re not jokes. Look at me. Look at what I’ve accomplished. I am a former World Champion! I am a MOVIE. STAR. I am a former Banned Champion. I threw someone off of a moving train to get a title! Do you really think that I’m above doing anything it takes to win a match?! And look at Daph, here.” Melody showcases her Rita Repulsa with a pleased smile. Melody Lennox: “Six feet tall. Two hundred and forty pounds. This woman is a specimen unlike ANY other in professional wrestling today. She is a machine! And she’s not called a destroyer because it makes for a cute t-shirt or a hashtag. She’s a destroyer because THAT is what she was put on this Earth to do! And with Daph’s impressive size and my ring generalship…” Melody grins, her teeth even sporting a few gold jewels for the purpose of the evening. Melody Lennox: “Rita and I will destroy the Power Rangers, ONCE. AND. FOR. ALL.” Daph narrows her eyes. Daph The Destroyer: “Just don’t be surprised when these idiots...one who pretends he is from the future and the other who is just a delusional meat sack...get destroyed by the eventual winners.” She leans into the camera hard. Daph The Destroyer: “US. Oh, and by the way? The whole wacky guy who says nonsensical crap to try and be funny thing has been played out longer than the frickin’ power rangers, so I’m gonna be sure to kick Mecha Ape’s ass a little harder just for having to sit through that terrible excuse for a press conference.” She shoves the camera person out of her way, and Melody follows her with a cold sneer. ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) Shootcamp vs. Josh and Zooey Anderson Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 355 pounds! They are the team of JOSH AND ZOOEY ANDERSON! Geoff Penzer: Josh Anderson makes her return to the ring alongside his wife, Zooey Anderson. We’ll have to see how well the Andersons hold up against this level of competition that is Shootcamp. The instrumental for "Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da" by Rammstein fills the arena and the crowd begin to cheer. Ace Watson steps out and the fans cheer louder, prompting a smile from the Norwich-born man, who clearly wasn't used to getting cheered by such a large audience yet. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents! Introducing first, from London, England! Weighing in at 220 pounds… ACE WATSON! Watson makes his way down the ramp, slapping a few high fives on his journey to the ring, something he also was not used to as he almost missed a few of the outstretched hands. Geoff Penzer: Ace Watson has recently made headlines for action outside the ring as opposed to action inside of it. But Watson has his chance to get the wrestling world talking about his wrestling again as he teams with a man he knows better than most. The hard bass beat of Run The Jewels' "Blockbuster Night Part I" vibrates throughout the arena as the crowd immediately look down the aisle way in anticipation of the man about to step out from behind the curtain. 'Bunches and bunches Punches is thrown until you’re frontless Oodles and oodles Bang bullets at suckers' noodles Last album? Voodoo! Proved that we was fuckin' brutal I’m talking crazy, half past the clock is cuckoo' As soon as Killer Mike spits the first words of the song, "Indestructible" Owen Gonsalves steps through to a pop from the audience as he flips up the collar of his old mentor's ring jacket and begins to analyse the crowd. Once El-P's verse begins, The Submission Alchemist immediately begins to walk down towards the ring, mouthing the words to the song as he acknowledges a few of the folks in the front row. Melanie Sierra: And his partner, from Melbourne, Australia! Weighing in at 205 pounds! He is “Indestructible” OOOOWEEEENNN GOOOOONSAAAALVES!!! 'Look at these kiddies, Mike I'm a rat-a-tat 'em for living I deal in dirty work Do the deed and then dash Ditch 'em' Having made his way to the bottom of the ramp, Owen starts shadow boxing to the camera at the bottom of the ramp before throwing an elbow in the camera's direction as El-P says 'ditch 'em'. Owen climbs on the apron and up on the second turnbuckle, looking out to the audience before hopping in the ring. The music slowly fades as Owen removes his ring jacket and begins to warm up, awaiting for the match to start. Geoff Penzer: Gonsalves recently put his rivalry with Valero to bed after defeating Valero in a Six Man Tag match at All-Star Showdown VI. Now Gonsalves goes from two partners to just one as he and Watson look to take the tag team world by storm as Shootcamp! The bell sounds as Ace Watson and Josh Anderson start things off with a lock up. After jockeying for position, Watson begins to move Josh across the ring towards the corner. At the last second, Josh pivots, switching positions with Watson and pressing him against the turnbuckles. The ref then scurries over and gives both grapplers until a count of five to break the hold. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Both grapplers make a clean break. Josh then throws out a right hand. But Watson blocks it and counters with a punch of his own. Josh throws out another punch. But again, Watson blocks and counters with a punch of his own. Watson continues to nail Josh with right hand after right hand. Each punch knocks Josh closer and closer towards the center of the ring. While Josh appears to be rocked, Watson turns and runs into the ropes. When Watson returns, Josh knocks him down with a dropkick. He makes the cover. ONE! . . Watson kicks out. Josh brings Watson back to his feet and nails him with a shoot kick to the chest, knocking the Shootcamp member into the ropes. After heading across the ring, Josh delivering a blistering knife edge chop before going for an irish whip. But Watson reverses, sending Josh into the far ropes. When Josh returns, he slides through Watson’s legs. When Watson turns around, Josh gets back to his feet and doubles him over with a spinning back kick to the midsection. After a high knee strike stands Watson upright, Josh sends him flipping down to the canvas with a step-up enzuigiri. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Watson kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Josh Anderson still looks as crisps as ever early on. Let’s see how his opponents adjust... Josh brings Watson back to his feet, wrenches the arm, heads over into the Anderson corner and tags in Zooey. Zooey enters the ring and nails Watson with a kick to the midsection, followed by a palm strike to the face. She then takes control of the arm and wrenches it. But Watson quickly reverses with a strong arm wrench of his own, sending Zooey flipping down to the canvas. Watson then reaches down to attack. But Zooey rolls back and connects with a double upkick, knocking Watson down. After both grapplers get back to a vertical base, Zooey grabs Watson and goes for an irish whip. But Watson reverses, sending Zooey into the ropes. When Zooey returns, Watson sets up for a back body drop. But Zooey hurdles over him before running into the far ropes. When Watson stands up and turns around, Zooey connects with a crooked arm lariat. But it doesn’t knock Watson off his feet. So Zooey turns and heads back into the ropes. When she returns, the crowd cheers as Watson leaps across the ring and knocks her down with a flying clothesline. He heads back over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Zooey kicks out. Watson picks up Zooey, moves her into the corner and rocks her with a trio of European Uppercuts. He then switches his target to the torso as he unleashes a ballistic combination of rights and lefts to the midsection. Watson then takes Zooey and whips her into the opposite set of turnbuckles. He then charges across the ring to attack. But Zooey turns him around with a boot to the face. She goes to follow up with a running bulldog from out of the corner. But Watson shoves Zooey off of him and into the ropes. When Zooey returns, the crowd cheers when Watson throws her down with a snap powerslam. He hooks the leg. ONE! . . TWO! . . Zooey gets her shoulder up. Watson brings Zooey back to her feet, wrenches the arm, drags her over towards the Shootcamp corner and tags in Owen Gonsalves. The crowd cheers as Gonsalves hops through the ropes, takes control of the arm and wrenches it. He then wrenches the arm in the opposite direction before wrenching it back the normal way. The ref asks Zooey if she wants to give up. But she refuses. She then rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench of her own. Gonsalves then rolls forward, bridges back, spins over onto his knees, flips over with a headstand, cartwheels over, spins in place and reverses into a hammerlock from behind. The ref asks Zooey if she wants to give up. When she refuses, Gonsalves spins her around, sends her to the mat with a snapmare and follows up with a shoot kick to the small of the back. Zooey can be seen cringing in pain as she arches her back. Gonsalves then stands in front of Zooey before flattening her across the canvas with a shoot kick to the chest. He then turns and runs into the ropes. When Gonsalves returns, he jumps up for the Draco Meteor (Meteora). But Zooey rolls out of the way, causing Gonsalves to crash knees-first onto the apron. While Gonsalves is still on his knees, Zooey connects with three shoot kicks to the chest before following up with a Buzzsaw Kick, sending Gonsalves down to the mat. She then turns him over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Gonsalves kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Zooey Anderson was just a bit too quick there for Gonsalves and made him pay with those series of kicks. Zooey heads over and tags Josh back in. Once Josh gets in, he picks up Gonsalves and whips him into the ropes. When Gonsalves returns, Josh lifts him up for the Anderson Spinebuster. But before Josh can turn and slam Gonsalves down, Gonsalves nails him with an elbow to the top of the head. He then nails Josh with a European Uppercut… and another… and another… and another. While Anderson is dazed, Gonsalves turns and runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Josh goes for a running clothesline. But Gonsalves ducks and stops as Josh heads into the ropes. When he comes back, Gonsalves runs past him towards the ropes. So Josh slams on the brakes. When Josh turns around, the crowd cheers when he gets knocked down with the Sky Uppercut (springboard corkscrew European Uppercut) from Gonsalves. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Zooey breaks up the pin with a stomp to the back. Geoff Penzer: Good save there by Zooey. Gonsalves picks up Josh, wrenches the arm, heads into the Shootcamp corner and tags Watson back in. Once Watson re-enters the ring, he doubles Josh over with a right hook to the midsection. He then takes Josh and tosses him through the ropes and onto the apron. After grabbing a hold of Josh and dragging him into position across the middle rope, Watson plants him with a rope elevated DDT. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Josh gets his shoulder up. Watson picks up Josh and goes for an irish whip. But Josh reverses, sending Watson into the ropes. When Watson returns, he throws out the ZG Kick (running bicycle kick). But Josh catches his foot. He then swings Watson’s leg away from him before countering with a backcracker. He makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Watson kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Good counter there by Josh Anderson, but it only gets a count of two. Both of these teams came into this tournament with something to prove. But only one will advance! Who will it be? Josh picks up Watson and sets him up for The Exclamation Point (Headlock Driver). But Watson is able to shove Josh off of him and into the ropes. When Josh returns, the crowd cheers when Watson knocks him down with the ZG Kick. He then heads over and tags Gonsalves back in. Gonsalves positions himself behind Josh, who is slowly picking himself back up, Gonsalves then latches onto him from behind and goes for the Darkest Lariat (wristlock short-arm lariat). But Josh ducks. He then goes to counter with another backcracker. But Gonsalves reaches out and grabs onto the ropes, causing Josh to slip off his back and smack the back of his head on the canvas. As Josh tries to pick himself up off the apron, Gonsalves runs into the far ropes. When he returns, the crowd cheers when he connects with the Soul-Stealing 7 Star Strike (running bicycle knee). While Josh is dazed, Gonsalves turns him around, grabs him from behind and hits the Darkest Lariat on the second attempt! He then brings Josh back up off the apron, hooks both arms, lifts him up and plants him with the Final Gambit No. 2 (double underhook piledriver). He makes the cover as Watson gets in and prevents Zooey from breaking up the pin. ONE! . . TWO! . . THREE! The crowd cheers when “Blockbuster Night Part 1” hits the speakers. Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners, SHOOTCAMP! Watson and Gonsalves get their arms raised to cheers from the crowd. Geoff Penzer: Watson and Gonsalves pick up the victory, securing a spot in the Second Round against Lyle Risky and his brand new partner. Fans around the world were looking forward to a potential matchup between Shootcamp, Risky and his Plan B from Outer Space partner, Bryan Williams. But due to an injury, Williams has been replaced by exciting luchador, El Stravito! Stravito brings an entirely new dynamic to the fold. Will Shootcamp be prepared? We’ll find out in two weeks!

The scene cuts to Blonde Ambition seen stretching together before their match. Both of them are already decked out in their ring gear and tape, their ring jackets draped over a pair of chairs. The pair of sexy, limber blondes have their right legs up over their heads against the wall as they count in time. When they reach sixty, they switch legs and begin to repeat the process. About half-way through their count, they are interrupted by the voice of FGA interviewer, Jessie Pederson. Jessie Pederson: Heather, Savannah! I was wondering if I could have a moment of your time? The two women exchange a look. Heather quirks an eyebrow and Savannah smirks and nods. They finish their count and lower their legs before turning their full attention to Jessie. Heather Lasiewicz: First things first. When you see us preparing for our match in such a way, you will wait until we are done our count before addressing us. Heather looks to Savannah, ignoring the perplexed expression on Jessie’s face. She gestures for the FGA Pride Champion to chime in.Savannah folds her arms across her chest and simply gives Jessie a look of annoyance mixed with mild disappointment. Savannah Taylor: Listen Jessie, let us get one thing clear. We have a match to get ready for like the professionals that we are. And like any athlete with half a brain, we do not like being interrupted from preparation, mmkay? But, since you’re here and obviously want something…...go ahead. Heather puts a hand over her mouth and giggles as Jessie stumbles over her next words. Jessie Pederson: I… I just… I was just… Heather Lasiewicz: You just what? Come now girl, spit it out! Jessie swallows hard under the scrutinizing glares of Heather and Savannah. She finally finds her voice again. Jessie Pederson: I actually wanted to talk to you about the Dynamic Duos tournament. Your first match is going to be a bit of an uphill climb, as you main event against the former tag team champion, Elysian Empire. This soon after their loss of the tag team titles, you have to figure they’ll be looking to regain their steam. What do you plan to do to keep them off track? Heather looks mildly amused at the question. Heather Lasiewicz: Win, obviously. With a team like the Elysian Empire, they never truly lost their steam, they just hit a speed bump. Do you really think this is going to send them off-kelter for too long? Of course not, they just need to regain their momentum… It’s up to Savannah and I to be the next to keep them from doing so. Their velocity won’t be stopped so quickly; however, put enough brick walls in their path to try and crash through, eventually they will be forced to stop and reroute. Heather puts her hands on her lips and laughs without mirth. Savannah’s mouth curls up in a slight smirk as she nods her head slowly as her tag team partner finishes up. Savannah Taylor: Look, I can completely sympathize with the Elysian Empire. They’ve been knocked down. They lost momentum. They are feeling VERY down. Hell, i would be too if I had a loss to Dan Herrera on my record. It’s only natural that they want to take that first match after such a loss to propel themselves back into contention. She wags her finger and shake her head. Savannah Taylor: Not so fast, though. You see, their road back to tag team glory has one gorgeous roadblock standing in their way. Tonight’s main event isn’t about the former champions getting back to the promised land. Tonight’s main event is about myself and Heather putting everyone on notice. You step to us? You get knocked out. Simple as that. Heather smiles wickedly as her eyes twinkle with delight. She nods in agreement with Savannah’s words. Heather Lasiewicz: The world was put on notice at All-Star Showdown. Heroes Never Die wasn’t the only threat on the horizon… Within that group of powerful women, the two beauties you stand before had already hatched a plan to expand our grasp for glory. Jessie Pederson: Given the lineup for Dynamic Duos, it could get very interesting for both of you. Should you manage to topple Elysian Empire tonight- Jessie gets cut off when Heather lays one hand over the interviewer's mic and a finger on her own lips. She removes both after a moment. Heather Lasiewicz: When, Jessie. WHEN we topple Elysian Empire tonight. Do you think we came into this tournament to lose in the first round? Savannah Taylor: We didn’t enter this tournament to be fodder for the champions, Jessie. We entered this tournament to prove to everyone that Heroes Never Die is a legit threat and we aren’t going anywhere. We know the depth of talent in this tournament. Will it be a tough road? Yes it will be. But are we just going to sit back and let everyone else talk smack about us and treat us like jokes? Hell no we aren’t. Jessie nods before licking her lips nervously and venturing into her next question. Jessie Pederson: There is one particular team in this tournament that, should you make it far enough to face them, could cause you both a bit of trouble. Not just from a competitive aspect but a personal one as well… Jessie trails off but the name, though left unsaid, hangs in the air between all three women. Savannah and Heather exchange a glance that tell two very different stories. Heather looks a bit anxious now, her eyes clouding over at the idea of facing off against her husband. Savannah looks to be lost in her thoughts, seemingly completely unconcerned over the idea of facing GoW, despite her history with Chandler Scott. Heather Lasiewicz: Do you want to take this one first? Savannah snaps out of her momentary daze and nods her head very slowly. Savannah Taylor: Oh why not? It was pretty much a given that things would be interesting once the mystery team, aka us, was announced. Look, we all know their individual histories and pedigrees. But together? I’ll admit, it’s pretty intimidating. But here's the thing, Jessie. I’m a professional. If, and only IF it gets that far and our paths cross, we’ll deal with it. Until then… She trails off and gives a little shrug. She gestures towards Heather, who still seems a bit unwilling to speak of the subject. Her eyes finally clear and she screws her face in determination. Heather Lasiewicz: I won’t lie… I’m slightly terrified at the idea of facing the Godfathers. I’m not worried about it straining my relationship with my husband. It would take more than a wrestling match to do that… I’m worried about how much it’s going to hurt afterwords. Heather let’s out a nervous giggle. Heather Lasiewicz: It will be a battle of the titans when it comes to that, should it come to that. Andreas and Chandler have cemented their places as legends in this industry. Anyone who has paid attention know what they are capable of as a working unit. The thought of facing them is… Frightening and intoxicating. I mean, if Savannah and I were to defeat the Godfathers of Wrestling… Who COULDN’T we defeat… Oh! Heather’s eyes flicker towards something off camera and grow wide. Her cheeks flush instantly as whatever has captured her attention takes her breath away. Into the picture walks Chandler Scott and Andreas Lasiewicz. Chandler smirks, which gets cheers (and some screams from some of the females) from the crowd. Chandler turns his attention to the interview. Chandler Scott: Ms. Pederson. Jessie Pederson: Hey Chandler! Chandler Scott: Was Heather giving you trouble? It’s okay, you can tell me. Was she trying to bully you? Jessie looks back and forth between Chandler and Heather. Jessie’s feeling uneasy as there’s clearly some tension in the air. Jessie Pederson: I mean… it’s not really my place to say… Chandler Scott: I’ll take that as a yes! Chandler turns back to Heather and smirks as she shakes his head. Chandler Scott: Tisk tisk, Heather, tisk tisk. Trying to intimidate backstage interviewers? That’s so beneath you. But so is carrying around Izzy Anders’ water for her. Yet here you are, doing her bidding, and making sure that people win championship matches that they aren’t good enough to win on their own. No offensive, of course. Chandler smirks after the well-placed dig. He doesn’t even bother to look in Savannah’s direction or even acknowledge her existence. But he can feel that daggers that are being stared at him. Chandler Scott: Now Yun? That doesn’t surprise me. That girl has done nothing but hop from bandwagon to bandwagon from the start. From Amy to Sebastian to Shamrock to Ling Ling. She’s simply lost is she doesn’t have someone to cling to. She’s a follower. A talented follower. But a follower nonetheless. But you? To sit here and join the likes of Anders? You certainly haven’t lost a step in your time away, that much is certain. But you’ve clearly lost your mind if you think that shacking up with the likes of her and her ilk is a good idea. But don’t you worry. You’re going to find out just how badly you screwed the pooch very soon. Because if you’re lucky even to defeat the Elysian Empire here tonight? If you’re fortunate enough to make it past the Second Round, you’re going to be looking at me and that man over there. Now I couldn’t help but eavesdrop. But you said so yourself. You’re slightly terrified about the prospect of facing the GoW in this here tournament. And to that I say good. You damn sure should be. You know better than anyone that at the end of this tournament, every head will bow and every tongue will confess that Chandler… and Andreas… Reign… Supreme. Heather says nothing, but her eyes glow bright violet as she silently seethes. She looks to her husband, who catches her gaze and shrugs, maintaining his silence for the moment. Heather loons back at Chandler and her face clears. She smiles and starts a slow clap that no one else joins her in. She steps right up to Chandler so that he and she are nose to nose. She puts an arm around him like she's going to hug him and whispers softly in his ear. She plants a kiss on Chandler’s cheek and smiles warmly up at him before stepping over to Andreas. She places her arms around him and leans against him, grinning wickedly towards Chandler as she does so. Heather Lasiewicz: Good luck tonight, by the way… Not that you boys ever need it. He held her in his arms for a second, as loving as any husband would be. But, in the most subtle of gestures, he pointed to his own eyes and then to hers. Heather let go of him, a silent nod before she turned and walked away, Savannah following her silently. Andreas watches them as they leave, Chandler stood by his side as he pats him upon the shoulder. Jessie stands there still, raising a microphone to “The Morning Star”. Jessie Pedersen: Erm… A-Andreas? Do you have anything to say about tonight, or the tournament at all? Lasiewicz turns to her, that glare of his making her jump slightly in place. He doesn’t utter a word, taking a step forward towards her as she takes a step back. The Krakow Native smiles, looking into the eyes of the startled interviewer. His imposing presence makes her flinch, but the former multi-time GDW World Champion does move a single muscle. While the world watches the infinite ellipsis continue, he suddenly breaks the silence in his thick and thunderous Eastern European accent. Andreas Lasiewicz: Girl… why do you think I am here? Jessie shrugs, nervously answering, Jessie Pedersen: To try and win Dynamic Duos? Andreas Lasiewicz: Well aren’t you a clever little girl? “The Polish Spirit” smiles, wicked, cruel and confident. He stands tall and proud, his knuckles cracking, making a sound like the most violent of storms. Andreas Lasiewicz: Some have chosen to simply speak at length, others merely for publicity, yet more to drone on and on and on again in front of a room full of reporters, praying that a headline will change popular opinion and spur them on. I am not here for that. Some have taken to social media, tweeting like there is no tomorrow. Others send word through merchandise, more through third parties, and the select few will walk right up to you and tell you to your face what they intend. Lasiewicz wags a finger in front of her, before adjusting his ring jacket and breathing in deeply. Andreas Lasiewicz: I am not here for words… He glares at her, violently silent, intimidating yet relaxed. Andreas Lasiewicz: I am here to win Dynamic Duos. I am here to earn the right to face the Tag Team Champions. I am here to take those belts for the Godfathers of Wrestling. If I do that in silence, so be it. If I do that to the sound of screams, so be it. If I do that in any way, shape or form, I will do that. As will Chandler. Make this a media circus, make this larger than life, make this pure entertainment, make it what you will. We will just make sure we win. That’s what we do, that is what we have always done and always will do. It’s an offer that nobody can refuse.... He trails off, his intense gaze never once leaving Jessie's face as he and his brother in arms both leave the area as the scene cuts out to a commercial break. ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

“Adrenaline” by Nine Lashes sounds out throughout the arena as we return from commercial break. The former FGA World Tag Team Champions, Elysian Empire, are already in the ring, the cheers from the crowd almost as loud as the music. Elon is nodding his head to beat and swaying back and forth while Emery just stands there with his arms folded behind his back. Effie, mic in hand, raises a hand calling for the music to die down. As the music faints, the cheers from the crowd get louder causing her to grin. She doesn’t bother waiting for the crowd to calm down.
Effie Elysian: Nights like tonight are why I love this sport! Why we love this sport!
The crowd cheers knowing that Effie is talking about the Dynamic Duos Tournament.
Crowd: DDT! DDT! DDT!
Effie Elysian: What a night this has been. What a night for tag team wrestling. When my brothers and I came to FGA there were only what? Two other full time teams on the roster? And one of those teams disbanded when Cordelia Stevenson decided to focus on her singles career again. People were saying that tag team wrestling was dying in FGA when we got here. We say it was just going through a rebuild. Interest in the division needed to be built back up. The first ember was sparked at Grapple Kingdom when the Elysian Empire clashed with the Usual Suspects for the FGA World Tag Team Championships.
The mention of the Usual Suspects gets a mixed reaction from the crowd. Effie begins pacing back and forth in the middle of the ring.
Effie Elysian: The next ember was sparked when we won the titles on Vertigo. The Keisters signed with FGA, Polychromic Lion Attack Squad made their FGA debut. Thus, began a physical and psychological war for the titles that FGA had never seen before that cumulated into a hard-fought battle for the FGA World Tag Team championship as All-Star Showdown VI.
Effie stops pacing, her eyes looking down at the canvas.
Effie Elysian: And even though we weren’t the victors of this battle, the tag team division prospered because of our efforts. Because of the Keisters' efforts. Because of Dan Herrera's and Peaches' efforts.
Effie looks up and stares into the camera.
Effie Elysian: Dan, Peaches, you guys, congratulations. You two earned that win and we’re not going to try and take that from you.
Effie begins pacing again, her eyes scanning the crowd.
Effie Elysian: But we will be trying to get our titles back. We’re focused on the Dynamic Duos Tournament and our match tonight against Blonde Ambition first and foremost, but do keep in mind that we do have a rematch clause.
Effie gives the hard camera a cold glare.
Effie Elysian: And one way or another we will be in a match for the titles again. I guarantee that.
Both Emery and Elon nod their heads. Effie turns her attention back to the crowd.
Effie Elysian: But for now, we are enjoying the prosperity of the newfound interest in tag team wrestling. For once the spotlight isn’t on a single person. It isn’t about a single superstar. Although if you look at some of the competitors in this tournament you wouldn’t think that. There are lot of egos in this tournament. Superstars that couldn’t stand that fact that the spotlight won’t be on them for a show or two so they just had to throw their hat into the mix. People like our opponents tonight. People like Savannah Taylor and Heather Lasiewicz.
Effie stops pacing again. She looks to both Elon and Emery before looking the hard camera once more.
Effie Elysian: Well, Elon, Emery, and I would like to officially welcome the both of you to our world.
The crowd bursts into cheers.
Effie Elysian: If the two of you think that this is going to be some, ‘skip to my lou through the park with my bestie,’ then you’ve got the wrong idea. We didn’t just wake up one day and decide that tag team wrestling would be a fun venture. We were born into this, and if the two you think we’re going to just let the two of you come into the division we’ve helped build back up and treat it like it’s your Barbie summer vacation then you’re sorely mistaken. In this division, your accolades as a singles competitor mean nothing. My brothers can tell you firsthand what it’s like when your partner acts independent from you. It’s nothing more than a gamble that often leaves one of you on your back for three seconds or with her hand frantically tapping against that canvas. So, welcome. Welcome to a realm where relationships are tested the second that bell rings. A realm where your selfish actions have consequences in that instance. I hope you enjoy your stay because we all know that once this tournament is finished, the two of you will go back to chasing your independent glories. But us? We’ll be here. We’ll be here fighting the fight we’ve always fought. The fight to be the best this division has ever seen, and not the best for the moment.
Emery and Elon raise a fist into the air as the crowd cheers. Elon starts pumping his fist and jumping up and down. Emery waves his hands up. The crowd eats it up.
Crowd: E-LY-SIAN! E-LY-SIAN! E-LY-SIAN!

Backstage, there is a knock on the door and in walks a beautiful young woman into the office of FGA Executive Committee Member Leonard T. Asherman. She is Brazilian, and fans of wrestling might recognize the woman from Hard Knox Wrestling television or playing for the Buffalo Blizzard in the Lingerie Football League.
Asherman rose from behind his desk and stepped around to shake hands with the woman.
Leonard T. Asherman: Flavia Rocha, good evening. It is a pleasure to have you here.
She smiled and nodded, shaking his hand in return.
Flavia Rocha: I’m certainly glad to be here, I’ve been watching a lot of wrestling lately, and I was in attendance in Los Angeles for both nights of All-Star Showdown VI. That was an amazing event. FGA is a great company and I’m really pleased that I called to set up these meetings to go over a few things.
Asherman turned and picked up some paperwork, looking over a couple of items before setting the papers aside again and adjusting his tie.
Leonard T. Asherman: To be honest, I was a bit shocked when you called the offices. We here in Frontier Grappling Arts keep our eyes on what the other companies are doing, and I must say even personally I’ve always been very pleased with the presentation of the Hard Knox Wrestling product. No doubt your behind the scenes work putting video packages and graphics together helped play a role in making the HKW shows look very professional, and the marketing across various platforms was exceptional. I don’t want to pry too much, but what lead you to resign from there?
Flavia looked away slightly and shrugged.
Flavia Rocha: I’ve always taken what I do seriously, from art college and the business management degrees etc. I was very fortunate to land that gig as Digital Media/Broadcast Marketing Director for HKW. I served proudly and worked hard. I suppose it just started feeling like with my relationship with Sean Sands that I was getting preferential treatment or something. I’m sure you can understand the concept of gossip in wrestling locker rooms and where that can lead. I guess it just got to a point that no matter what I did, it felt like I was in Sean’s shadow a bit, him sitting on the Board of Directors and such. Maybe it was time to branch out on my own. Talking it over, he suggested FGA could very well be an ideal situation. If you were in a hiring mode, that is….
Leonard smiled and nodded.
Leonard T. Asherman: Perhaps you’re not entirely out of Mr. Sands shadow here, but that is not necessarily a bad thing as I see it. Sean Sands is a good man, and as you probably know a revered alumni of this company. It probably comes as no surprise that I spoke with him about you, and he gave me glowing reviews of you as a model employee. It never hurts to have a former FGA champion as a reference on a resumé. I suppose what I’m saying is, Frontier Grappling Arts would be honored to have you here, if you think that is the best career move for you. I think it will be mutually beneficial to both parties. In my eyes, HKW’s loss will be FGA’s gain. Don’t you agree?
Asherman extended his hand again to seal the deal, when the office door burst open and Jaelynn Ramsey entered the room. The blonde young woman seemed reluctant at first in further approaching the executive given that he had company in his office.
Jaelynn Ramsey: ...I can ret--
Leonard T. Asherman: That is not necessary, you arrived at the right time. Flavia this is Jaelynn Ramsey. She is one of the talents that we brought on after 3GW closed its doors.
Jaelynn Ramsey: And he is the reason why I am not folding jeans at a shopping mall in Los Angeles.
Jae said with a smirk. Flavia nodded and smiled.
Flavia Rocha: Oh I lived in Los Angeles for many years! Big fan of L.A. sports teams. But...Ah yes, I do recall 3GW. Several of the wrestlers came over to FGA, it was a healthy burst of fresh talent. You’re also very close to Dom Harter, right? I put together some video packages of his over in HKW. He’s quite the rascal at times.
The former 3GW wrestler shrugged her shoulders as she had no interest in any sports aside from wrestling. She raised her brows out of curiosity, wondering if the Brazilian was attempting to get the specifics on Dom’s relationship status with her own motives.
Jaelynn Ramsey: You...could say that. Does this mean that you will be putting together video packages here at FGA then? If so -
Leonard interrupted Jaelynn with a raised hand to correct her.
Leonard T. Asherman: That’s not going to be happening here.
Jaelynn seemed a bit befuddled and Flavia covered her mouth to stifle a small smile. She then nodded in agreement with Mr. Asherman.
Flavia Rocha: I’m sorry for the confusion. You sort of walked in on the middle of something here. While it’s true that was one of my duties in HKW, well… you see… my boyfriend Sean suggested that I….
Leonard turned to the table again and held up some of the paperwork he was just looking at.
Leonard T. Asherman: Perhaps this will give some clarity to the situation, Ms. Ramsey. While it’s true Flavia is about to become an employee of Frontier Grappling Arts, it won’t be in a backstage or production truck capacity. After talking with Sean Sands, he gave me the highest recommendation in regard to Flavia, as a person, an employee, and well… a student. He’s been quietly providing wrestling training for her for over two years.
Asherman held up the papers that had ‘wrestling contract’ emblazoned across the top. Flavia picked up a pen and took the papers, signing them on his desk and then shook Leonard’s hand.
Flavia Rocha: Well, I guess that makes it official. I’m really excited for this next chapter in my career. I mean, I’ve seen various other significant others venture into this business with varying results: Take Peaches with Dan Herrera for example…. Or more recently, even you with Dom, right? Not to be nosy or anything, just making a general statement….
Jaelynn took all this in and seemed to be increasingly more angry with each passing second. She shook her head and exhaled.
Jaelynn Ramsey: Am I supposed to be a witness to this groundbreaking moment?
The sass was evident in her tone.
Jaelynn Ramsey: Quite frankly, you could've chosen someone else. Maybe pick someone that doesn't think Miss Rocha has just signed herself up for a short-lived career… And an even shorter one if you get booked to face me!
With that, Jae stormed out of the office. She completely disregarded her original reason for showing up, unimpressed by the Brazilian bombshell that signed a contract as a wrestler in front of her. Flavia just looked at Leonard and shrugged.
Flavia Rocha: Well, guess I’m making friends already. I’ve got a lot to prove and I’m starting over at square one, really. I didn’t mean to offend her signing that in front of her. But I suppose I did. I wonder what she came in here for anyway?
Leonard T. Asherman: In my years associated with this sport, I’ve learned not to assume the intentions of wrestlers. If it’s important I’m sure she’ll come back. If you’ll excuse me, I have some phone calls to make.
With that Leonard went back to his desk and Flavia made her exit as the show continued.

DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) The Renjas vs. Godfathers of Wrestling Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first… THE RENJAS! Geoff Penzer: The Renjas come into this tournament with a ton of confidence in themselves. But even with all the confidence in the world, doubt had to cross their minds when they found themselves paired against this team… The sound of an organ plays throughout the arena, which makes the crowd roar with cheers. They all turn their attention to the entrance way, giddy with excitement. As "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple kicks in, the crowd begins to cheer, holler and clamor for the man that’s about to make his way out onto the stage. The camera dolly slowly rolls up towards the curtain. At around the 30 second mark, Chandler Scott pushes through the curtain to a loud ovation from the crowd. Chandler scans the crowd while he nods his head with a smirk. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents! Introducing first, from Hyannis, Massachusetts! Weighing in at 226 pounds… CHAAANDLERRRR SCOOOOTT!!! On cue, the crowd joins in as Chandler thrusts his arms into the air. The self-proclaimed DNA of FGA keeps his index fingers held in the air as he swaggers on down the aisle. Once he reaches ringside, he slaps the hands of a few lucky fans before making his way up the ropes. After wiping his feet off on the apron, Chandler steps through the ropes, climbs up onto the middle ropes and puts his hand above his eyes as he once again scans the crowd. He smirks as he slowly slaps his chest three times before pointing to a lucky fan in the crowd. Chandler steps down and begins slipping off his jumpsuit and tosses it to the outside as he waits for his partner. Geoff Penzer: Chandler Scott is fresh off of a huge victory over HKW World Champion Felicity Bank at All-Star Showdown VI. Now, he looks to try his hand at tag team wrestling once again. And man, what a partner did he choose... The crowd gasp in awe as they hear a loud shriek over the P.A system as the lights begin to dim. The big screen springs to life, showing the image of silvery white feathers falling to a backdrop of intense flame. The show footage focuses on the screen, a figure of a mighty bird of prey clawing out with vicious, razor sharp talons, unaffected by the inferno. It’s eyes glow a fearful and bright gold, turning to crimson red as it seemingly flies out from the screen making the crowd gasp in awe. Then there is nothing. Nothing but darkness and silence. The silence is broken, as a faint yet beautiful piano piece begins to play out in the background. The audience leaps to their feet, almost drowning out the sound of music as several spotlights circle around the arena as the crowd looks around in awe. Swirling violins begin to play out a haunting rhythm as a thick cloud of intoxicating smoke emits from the entrance way. Barbarian Horns fire up along with a thunderous dub step beat and distorted guitars as the Instrumental Core Remix of Hans Zimmer’s ‘Time’ fully kicks in. A hooded silhouette appears in the thick grey smog; his head is bowed as he methodically makes his way to the ring. The figure pauses for a moment, staring out into the audience. The shrouded figure of Andreas Lasiewicz steps out from the back, seemingly smoking a cigarette; his head lolled to one side as he surveys the crowd with a police baton resting on his shoulder. As he reaches the ring, he stops to stare out in to the crowd, he flips back his hood and lets out a short, cruel laugh as he rolls into the ring and removes his jacket, pausing with a mocking crucifix pose. He climbs one of the turnbuckles, searching out into the crowd with a Cheshire Cat grin across his face. He hops down as he spins the baton around in his left hand for a moment before resting back against the turnbuckle, staring up into the heavens as if he is looking for answers. Melanie Sierra: And his partner, from Krakow, Poland! Weighing in at 267 pounds! He is “THE MORNING STAR”... AAAANDREEEAAAS LAAAAAAASIEWICZZZZ!!! Geoff Penzer: Seeing this man in the flesh sends chill down my spine. I could only imagine how his opponents feel after seeing his imposing figure staring across the ring from them. The bell sounds as all four participants remain in the ring. The camera pans to Renja Aka doing a few choreographed moves before ending in the Tyrannosaurus pose. The camera then pans over to Renja Buru, who does a few choreographed moves before ended in the Triceratops pose. The camera then pans over to the Godfathers of Wrestling. Scott shakes his head in disbelief. He then turns to Lasiewicz, who just stares coldly at the competition without blinking. Scott turns to Lasiewicz and points to their opponents, as if to ask what that was. Lasiewicz simply responds with “...” Scott nods his head in agreeance as the GoW rush across the ring to attack their opponents. Geoff Penzer: HERE WE GO! The crowd cheers as Scott brings Renja Aka into one corner and nails him with three right hands before whipping him into the opposite corner. Scott runs across the ring and nearly takes his head off with a running European Uppercut. He then takes Ake and whips him back into the previous corner. Scott runs, jumps and connects with a flying corner elbow smash. Nearby, Lasiewicz hooks Buru’s arms around the top rope and rocks him with a barrage of European Uppercuts. He then unhooks the arms before whipping Buru into the far ropes. When Buru returns, Lasiewicz turns him inside out with a Polish Hammer, leaving the Renja member a crumbled mess on the canvas. Geoff Penzer: By God, what a polish hammer that was from The Polish Spirit! Scott brings Aka from out of the corner and whips him into the far ropes. When Aka returns, Scott throws him down with a tilt-a-whirl sidewalk slam. As Aka arches his back, Scott returns to his feet, lifts up his legs, steps through the legs, crossed them and turns him over into the Scott Lock (Scorpion Deathlock). Meanwhile, Lasiewicz picks up Buru and locks him in the Crisis Core Crossface (Chickenwing Over The Shoulder Crossface). The ref gets down and asks Aka if he wants to give up. Aka initially refuses by shaking his head. But as soon as Scott leans back, Aka begins to feverishly nod his head. The crowd explodes with cheers as “Perfect Strangers” blasts over the PA. Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners the GODFATHER OF WRESTLING! The cheers continue as Scott and Lasiewicz get their arms raised in victory. Geoff Penzer: The Godfathers of Wrestling make short work of The Renjas as they pick up the victory here tonight! You would struggle to think of a team that could defeat these two if they continue to perform like that. But if any team could defeat them, it’s the team of Danse Macabre! Artemis Kaiser will no doubt he looking to repeat her performance against Lasiewicz and gain yet another victory over The Morning Star! ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

DYNAMIC DUOS TOURNAMENT (FIRST ROUND) Dragonzord vs. Melody Lennox and Daph the Destroyer The slow, distorted guitar rumbles through the arena, and the crowd boos. As the beat drops, Daph the Destroyer emerges from the curtain, a huge smile on her face. It slowly melts into a scowl, and she saunters to the ring, focused only on the path in front of her. Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing team number one! First, from Ocean Pointe, Hawaii! She is DAPH THE DESTROYER!!! She makes it to the ring, and goes up the steps. When she gets to the top, she turns and faces the crowd. Another smile, then she sneers. She then enters the ring, and waits for the match to begin. Geoff Penzer: Daph The Destroyer is a woman of few words. She let’s her charismatic tag partner do all the talking on the mic while Daph chooses to do all her talking in the ring, where she’s able to inflict quite a bit of damage with relative ease. The lights dim slowly, until a single spotlight is on the stage. "Tear Down The Wall" by Art of Dying's heavy guitar riff rips through the arena, that spotlight going to the curtain to see that Melody Lennox pushes through. She craned her neck, taking in the boos of the fans she'd betrayed in the past year with a wicked smirk. The Villainess threw her nose into the air, a slow, stalking pace following as she made her way down the ramp. Any of the attempts to reach out and touch her hand or make contact with her are met with coldness and disregard. Melanie Sierra: And her partner, from Huntington Beach, California… MELODY LENNOX! She approached the apron, dusting it off before taking hold of the bottom rope and pulling herself to the apron. Standing on the outside of it, she threw her arms out to take in the roaring boos before smirking wickedly and nodding her head. The Villainess licked her chops, bending into the ring and undoing the leather entrance jacket she wore, shrugging it off to the stagehand. Approaching the nearest turnbuckle, with little fanfare or playing to the crowd, Lennox crooked her arms at the elbows and leaned against the turnbuckles, popping the gum in her mouth with a cocky grin. Geoff Penzer: And here is Melody Lennox!, arguably one of the best talents in the world of wrestling! What she lacks in size she more than makes up for with speed, agility and intelligence. The Villainess oozes charisma and is as wicked and manipulative as they come. But as good as she is as manipulative as she is, I don’t think her ways will work against the two opponents that are about to step through those curtains... The lights in the arena go out as the percussive intro from “T2: Judgment Day” plays through the arena. When it finally builds to its crescendo, it bleeds out as "Industrial Hysteria (Fear Factory Remix)" begins to pulse through the speakers. As the song kicks in, a figure appears at the top of the ramp, a large ape logo and the words 'FOR THE FUTURE' lighting up across his back as the crowd cheers. FOR THE FUTURE~! There's an eruption of cheers as the lights come up somewhat, revealing MECHA APE standing at the top of the ramp. He flexes all futuristically and whatnot before making his way down the ramp, shouting at the top of his lungs, slapping hands with fans, and making very lascivious gestures toward any remotely attractive women in the audience. He makes his way around ringside, scaling the apron before stopping to flex for the crowd once more before stepping through the ropes, shouting at the official to PREPARE THE PRIMITIVE FIGHTING SQUARE FOR COMBAT FOR GREAT JUSTICE...AND FOR THE FUTURE before heading to his corner to await the beginning of the bout. Melanie Sierra: And their opponents! Introducing first, from Earth Circa 3175 A.D.! Weighing in at 280 pounds… MECHA APE!!! The lights dim as DRAGONBORN begins to play and build up, Doktor Logan Adversary appears on the stage. He pump his fist in time with the opening shouts, getting far more into it than is needed. As the first shouts of "DOVAHKIIN!" begin, the lights flash back on to reveal Dragón standing on the top of the stage. He begins to stride to the ring, Logan following while clearly shouting the lyrics and continuing to pump his fist. Dragon slides cleanly under the ropes and immediately mounts a turnbuckle. He faces the crowd for a moment before letting out a mighty roar. Melanie Sierra: And his partner, being accompanied by Doktor Logan Adversary! Weighing in at 207 pounds… DRAGON DIABOLICO!!! Geoff Penzer: Doktor Logan Adversary arguably stole the Press Conference this past Thursday night with his eccentric ways and his proclamations of dominance and destruction. He is the man standing behind DRAGONZORD, the team of a war ape from the future and Diabólico, Adversary's most prized creation! Will this seemingly unshakeable duo prove to be unstoppable in the 2017 Dynamic Duos Tournament? They get their first test here tonight. Here we go! The bell sounds as Lennox and Diabólico start things off by circling the ring. They then inch towards the center of the ring to lock up. But Lennox ops out for a kick to the midsection instead. After another kick to the gut, she grabs Diabólico by the wrist and goes for an irish whip. But Diabólico squats down, blocking the move. So Lennox tries for another irish whip. But again, Diabólico blocks. He then grabs Lennox and whips her into the ropes. When Lennox returns, she goes to slide through Diabólico’s legs. But Diabólico reaches down and grabs her by the throat with both hands. After yanking her back up to her feet, Diabólico takes Lennox and flings her into the corner, much to the delight of Dr. Adversary. Diabólico then charges into the corner, but Lennox knocks him back with a boot to the face. As Diabólico stumbles back, Lennox runs from out of the corner and executes a headscissors takedown. She makes the cover. ONE! . . Diabólico kicks out. Lennox picks up Diabólico and places him in a side headlock. But Diabólico quickly shoves Lennox off of him and into the ropes. When Lennox returns, Diabólico throws her down with a back body drop before running into an adjacent set of ropes. When Diabólico returns, he goes for a running senton. But Lennox rolls out of the way. After Diabólico crashes onto his back he turns over onto his knee. But he quickly gets knocked down with a Shining Wizard from Lennox. She makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Diabólico kicks out. Lennox picks up Diabólico and wrenches his arm. Immediately after Lennox performs another arm wrench, Diabólico rolls forward, leans back, kips up, reverses into an arm wrench of his own and then yanks Lennox up onto his shoulders. But before Diabólico can hit anything, Lennox elbows him repeatedly in the side of the head. After she slips down from behind, she turns Diabólico around before throwing out a discus elbow. But Diabólico blocks by raising his forearms before socking Lennox with a hard right hand, dropping her to the mat. He then drops down and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Lennox kicks out. Geoff Penzer: Lennox looked to blast Diabólico with that discus elbow, but Diabólico had other plans. Diabólico picks up Lennox and lifts her up for a vertical suplex. But Lennox is able to slip down from behind. She then turns and runs into the ropes. When Lennox returns, Diabólico brings her down with a hurricanrana. He turns over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Lennox kicks out. Diabólico marches over and tags in MECHA APE. Geoff Penzer: Here we go! I’ve been waiting for this one and judging by his reaction, i think the only person in this arena more excited than me and the fans is Adversary at ringside! The crowd cheers as APE marches over, picks up Lennox and whips her into the ropes. When Lennox returns, APE lifts her into the air and begins military pressing her as he walks across the ring. Geoff Penzer: APE lifts her up with ease! Lennox shouts as she tries to reach over and tag in Daph The Destroyer. But APE brings her back towards the center of the ring before throwing her down with a Gorilla Press Slam. Geoff Penzer: FUTURE WAR APE PRESS! Lennox can be seen sitting up while she arches her back in pain. APE then reaches down, grabs a handful of her hair and yanks her back to her feet with one arm. He then scoops her up across his shoulder and goes for a running powerslam. But Lennox kicks her legs before slipping down from behind. When APE turns around, Lennox nails him with repeated shoot kicks to the chest. But she stops once she realizes they’re having zero effect on MECHA. So she turns and runs into the ropes. When Lennox returns, the crowd cheers when APE flattens her with a running shoulder block. Geoff Penzer: MECHA APE just ran right over Lennox! APE picks up Lennox, places her in a front facelock and then lifts her into the air for a vertical suplex. The crowd cheers as APE keeps Lennox held in the air. The cheers get louder when APE lets go and holds Lennox up with one arm. The cheers continue as APE falls back and completes the stalling vertical suplex. While Lennox writhes in pain on the mat, APE heads into the ropes. When he returns, he leaps into the air before crushing Lennox with a body splash. Geoff Penzer: FUTURE WAR APE SMASH! ONE! . . TWO! . . Daph The Destroyer breaks up the pin with a stomp to the back of the head. APE returns to his feet as Daph makes her way back towards her corner. She then stops and turns around to stare at APE before heading out onto the apron. Geoff Penzer: Did you see that look Daph just gave MECHA APE? Back inside the ring, APE picks up Lennox and connects with a headbutt, sending the Presidentress stumbling into the ropes. As she tries to shake out the cobwebs, APE heads over, yanks Lennox away from the ropes and connects with another headbutt. This time, Lennox quickly drops to the canvas. APE then heads over and tags Diabólico back in. Diabólico hops through the ropes, picks up Lennox and whips her into the ropes. When Lennox returns, Diabólico scoops her up from the side and delivers a sidewalk slam. After rolling out onto the apron, Diabólico pulls himself up using the ropes and goes for a springboard leg drop. But at the last second, Lennox rolls out of the way. As Diabólico turns over and picks himself back up, Lennox rolls over, rolls forward, dives into the corner and tags Daph in. Geoff Penzer: Here comes The Destroyer! The crowd boos as Dash steps through the ropes, rushes over and shoves Diabólico, sending him stumbling back into the ropes. After Diabólico ricochets off the ropes, Daph catches him on the rebound with a big boot that knocks him down. She then brings Diabólico back to his feet before doubling him over with a knee strike. After an elbow to the back of the head sends Diabólico staggeing over towards the ropes, Daph heads over, grabs a hold of the wrist and whips him into the far ropes. When Diabólico returns, Daph connects with a kitchen sink to the midsection, sending Diabólico flipping down to the canvas. Daph then runs into the ropes. When she returns, she goes for a running splash. But Diabólico gets his knees up. Geoff Penzer: Diabólico blocked the splash! After Daph rolls over, Diabólico turns over and makes the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Daph shoves Diabólico off of her. Geoff Penzer: Look at the strength of Daph The Detsoyrer! She just shoved Diabólico off her with ease! As Daph picks herself back up, Diabólico runs into the ropes. When he returns, he nails Daph with a hard right hand. He then delivers a kick to the midsection before nailing her with another right hand. He then goes for an irish whip. But Daph reverses, sending Diabólico into the ropes. When Diabólico returns, he leaps onto her shoulders and flips back for a hurricanrana. But Daph blocks the move. Geoff Penzer: Uh oh... Daph pulls Diabólico back up, runs into the corner and delivers a turnbuckle powerbomb. After Diabólico crumbles from out of the corner, she rushes over and connects with a leg drop before turning over and making the cover. ONE! . . TWO! . . Diabólico gets his shoulder up. Daph picks up Diabólico and whips him into the ropes. When Diabólico returns, Daph grabs him by the throat with both hands and lifts him up for a two handed chokeslam. But on the way up, Diabólico nails her with chops to the shoulders. After Diabólico drops down and lands on his feet, he doubles Daph over with three kicks to the midsection and goes for a piledriver. But Daph counters with a back body drop. On the way down, Diabólico tries to counter with a sunset flip. But after failing to pull Daph down, she goes for a jumping seated senton. But Diabólico scoots himself out of the way. He then gets back to his feet, heads into the corner and tags APE back in. Geoff Penzer: Here are go! MECHA APE vs. The Destroyer! Power vs. Power! Once Daph returns to her feet, APE charges over towards her and connects with a running shoulderblock, sending Daph stumbling back into the ropes. After bouncing off the ropes, Daph bounces over towards APE and connects with a big boot, sending APE stumbling back into the ropes. After ricocheting off the ropes, APE runs back over and connects with a clothesline, knocking Daph back a few steps. Daph then rushes over and connects with a running clothesline of her own. But she doesn’t knock APE off his feet. APE and Daph then heads towards the center of the ring and engage in a slugfest. Geoff Penzer: Look at these two going at it! Both power grapplers continue to trade punches until APE gains the upperhand. Each punch appears to rock Daph. While The Destroyer looks to be out on her feet, APE turns and runs into the ropes. When he returns, Daph lifts him up and throws him down with a rolling spinebuster. After she returns to her feet, she heads into the ropes. When Daph comes back, she connects with a running splash. ONE! . . TWO! . . APE shoves Daph off of him. Geoff Penzer: Look at that kickout from APE! He just shoves Daph off of him! As APE picks himself up off the mat, Daph runs into the ropes. When she returns, the crowd gasps and cheers as APE lifts her up with a gorilla press. Geoff Penzer: OH MY! LOOK AT THE STRENGTH OF MECHA APE! Cheers and applause are heard throughout the arena while APE has Daph pressed high above his head. But the cheers turn to boos when Lennox comes from behind and connects with a chopblock to the back of the leg, sending Daph crashing down on top of APE. ONE! . . TWO! . . APE kicks out. As Daph staggers from out of the corner, APE scoops her up across his shoulder and goes for a running powerslam. But Daph slips down from behind and shoves him into the ropes. When APE returns, Daph brings him down into the calf slicer! Geoff Penzer: Daph has the Pain Symphony applied to MECHA APE! Daph grits her teeth as she fights for the submission. The ref asks APE if he wants to give up. But APE doesn’t respond. The crowd cheers as APE begins to pull himself across the ring. Daph shakes her head in disbelief before pulling back on the leg. But APE is able to fight through it and continue to pull himself towards the ropes. He then reaches out and grabs onto the bottom rope, forcing a rope break. Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… Daph reluctantly lets go. She then brings APE back to his feet, pulls him towards the center of the ring and lifts him up for a powerbomb. But APE repeatedly punches her in the head. After slipping down and landing in front of Daph, APE lifts her up before throwing her down with the FUTURE WAR APE CHARGE DETERRENT (Rydeen Bomb)! ONE! . . TWO! . . T-NO! The crowd boos when Lennox dives over and breaks up the pin. Geoff Penzer: Timely save there from Lennox! Who knows if Daph would have kicked out or gotten her shoulder up. As Lennox heads back over into her corner, APE heads over into his and tags Diabólico back in. As Daph tries to pick herself back up, Diabólico hooks over arm and then tries to hook the other to set up the Dragón Suplex. But Daph fights off and uses her free arm to nail Diabólico with an elbow to the face. She then turns around and rocks Diabólico with Oliver’s Lament (roundhouse kick), dropping him down to one knee. On the outside, Daph hops down from the apron, picks up APE, lifts him up and delivers a powerbomb across the edge of the apron, resulting in boos from the crowd! Melanie Sierra: Here are your winners, MELODY LENNOX and DAPH THE DESTROYER! The boos continue as Lennox and Daph get their arms raised in victory. Geoff Penzer: Lennox and Daph The Destroyer pull off what many would consider an upset over DRAGONZORD! There were a couple times towards the end of this contest where it looked like DRAGONZORD had it in the bag. But a timely save or a rope break was there to save the match for Lennox and Daph! After a hard fought contest, this duo will have to bounce back because in two weeks, they meet the team of Lowri Moss and Neal Durden! ★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★
