MAIN EVENT
Chandler Scott vs. Felicity Banks
The sound of an organ plays throughout the arena, which makes the crowd roar with cheers. They all turn their attention to the entrance way, giddy with excitement. As "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple kicks in, the crowd begins to cheer, holler and clamor for the man that’s about to make his way out onto the stage. The camera dolly slowly rolls up towards the curtain. At around the 30 second mark, Chandler Scott pushes through the curtain to a loud ovation from the crowd. Chandler scans the crowd while he nods his head with a smirk.
On cue, the crowd joins in as Chandler thrusts his arms into the air. The self-proclaimed DNA of FGA keeps his index fingers held in the air as he swaggers on down the aisle. Once he reaches ringside, he slaps the hands of a few lucky fans before making his way up the ropes. After wiping his feet off on the apron, Chandler steps through the ropes, climbs up onto the middle ropes and puts his hand above his eyes as he once again scans the crowd. He smirks as he slowly slaps his chest three times before pointing to a lucky fan in the crowd. Chandler steps down and begins slipping off his jumpsuit and tosses it to the outside as he waits for his opponent.
Kris Cruise: We’re just moments away from the main event, Stephy. In this day and age, dream matches between contemporaries are becoming rarer and rarer. But this is a contest that we thought we’d never see. Until now!
Stephy Auger: Like I said at the top of the show, both of these wrestlers are at the tops of their games. But I feel like Felicity Banks has the edge here tonight. Both of these wrestlers have tried to get into each others’ head. But if you ask me, I’d say that Felicity has won the battle when it comes to mind games. She’s younger, faster, more agile and, believe it or not, strikes harder. This is going to be a knock down, drag out fight. But it’s a fight that she will win, Cruise.
Kris Cruise: I’d disagree. I’d say when it comes to mind games, it’s Chandler Scott that has gotten under Felicity’s skin more than the other way around. But this is such a hard match to call, Stephy. Both of these athletes have championship experience. They’re both clutch. It’s going to be something special. But I can’t call it one way or the other.
Stephy Auger: Translation - I don’t want to pick against the company guy, so I’m going to say that the match is too close to call. Grow a backbone and make a pick, Cruise.
What's that metronome I hear,
Perhaps the end is drawing near,
You never hear the shot that takes you down.
Upon the stage, a plume of smoke starts to gather. The arena is baptized in darkness, with only the light illuminating the collection of smoke to give the fans any indication that someone was coming out. The light guitar strums of “All Mine” break the silence of the anticipating crowd, giving a sense of mysticism to the whole affair.
Stepping onto the stage, Felicity Banks stands resolute. Clutched in her hand, hanging by only its strap, the camera catches the HKW World Championship. Felicity doesn’t offer the same lively mannerisms as she has done before. Instead, her eyes narrow as the smoke tickles her skin. The strobing white light hesitantly lights her calm features. She raises her championship only a degree to give it a glance. She cracks her jaw before lowering it once more.
Out of time, so say goodbye,
What is yours, now is miiiiiiiine
When the guitar picks up and the vocals intensify, Felicity takes her first steps down the ramp. Her hazel eyes brightened by the sweeping light stay narrowed. She doesn’t respond to the pleasantries of the crowd, continuing her serious trek. She radiates intensity and graveness while she casually drags her championship’s strap against the ground.
Felicity ascends the nearest turnbuckle, having reached the ring apron and properly climbed it. Standing there, she scans the audience finally. Capturing the stillness of the arena in the spectacle of her presence, she raises her championship high into the air.
The lights cascade faster, only to capitalize her status as the crowned best. She climbs methodically back down the turnbuckle, landing on the mat with her head resting on the turnbuckle. When she rears her head, she slumps in the corner as she usually does. When she takes a seat, she rests her championship on the ground in front of her before her eyes.
Kris Cruise: The reigning HKW World Champion is full of confidence, Stephy.
Stephy Auger: How could she not? After everything she’s overcome? Especially within the past year? All the trials, the tribulations? The multiple promotions she wrestles for and continues to wrestle at a top level in all of them. She hasn’t even reached her PRIIIIIIIIIIME yet and she’s already great. She’s already a Hall of Famer. I’m not taking anything away from Scott. He has his big wins, his titles and his other accolades. But right now, at this second, Banks is the one with the momentum behind her and Scott’s the one with all the pressure on him.
Kris Cruise: Things have definitely gotten chippy between the two in recent weeks. We’ll see if that spills over into the action here tonight. But right now, let’s send it over to J.A. Aldridge for the main event introductions...
J.A. Aldridge: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is your main event of the evening!
Cheers and applause can be heard throughout the Staples Center.
J.A. Aldridge: Introducing first, from Jersey City, New Jersey! She is the SUPREMAAAAAAAAH and the HKW WORLD CHAMPION...FELICITTTTTTTTTY BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANKS!
There’s a strong mix of cheers and boos for The Supreme. Boos for the way she’s acted towards Scott and insulted the FGA fans. But there are a large pocket of diehard Banks fans in the crowd who continue to show their support for The Supreme.
J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, from Hyannis, Massachusetts! Weighing In at 226 pounds… CHAAAAANDLERRRR SCOOOOOTTTTTT!!!
An explosion of cheers and applause from the crowd are heard upon the mention of Scott’s name. The ref heads over into Banks’ corner and goes over the rules with her. He then heads over into Scott’s corner and does the same. After both acknowledge that they’re ready, the ref calls for the bell.
The bell sounds as both grapplers begin to make their way from their respective corners. But they immediately stop upon hearing the buzz from the crowd. Cheers and applause fill the Staples Center before chants break out for each grappler.
LET’S GO, FEL!!!
CHANDLER SCOTT!!!
LET’S GO, FEL!!!
CHANDLER SCOTT!!!
LET’S GO, FEL!!!
CHANDLER SCOTT!!!
Another round of cheers and applause breaks out throughout the crowd here in the Staples Center as both grapplers make their way towards the center of the ring. The two grapplers begin to stare each other down as smirks are on both of their faces. Some words are being said between both participants. But they aren’t yelling at each other or barking insults back and forth. After some last words, Scott puts his hand out for a handshake. Banks looks down at the hand, then back up at Scott. She narrows her eyes before slowly reaching over and shaking his hand, which gets another round of cheers and applause.
Kris Cruise: It’s good to see these two exhibit some sportsmanship after everything that’s been said back and forth over the pa-
Scott goes to turn away, but Banks keeps her hand locked with his and pulls him back over towards her. Both grapplers are now face to face. The smirk that was on Scott’s face has quickly disappeared while Banks gives him a cold glare… before smirking and using her free hand to pat him on the cheek three times. Banks then steps back towards the ropes and starts bouncing back and forth while Scott narrows his eyes at her.
Stephy Auger: The mind games have started back up again, Cruise.
Once the ref instructs for both grapplers to engage, Scott and Banks begin circling the ring. The buzz in the arena goes up a notch as both participants are about to clash for the first time ever. After stopping in their tracks, they size each other up before heading over and locking up. After jockeying for position, Scott wins the strength matchup by shoving Banks down to the canvas. The Supreme, quickly rolls over onto a knee before getting back to a vertical base. She looks Scott up and down as she circles him in the middle of the ring. Meanwhile, Scott keeps his eyes locked on his opponent. Banks then heads over and engages with Scott in another collar-and-elbow tie up. After jockeying for position, Banks surprisingly begins to move Scott back. But he quickly puts on the brakes before gaining the advantage with a side headlock. He goes to cinch in the hold, but Banks is able to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock. The confident Banks smiles while she’s got a hold of Scott. But Scott is able to quickly reach behind him with his free arm, grab Banks by the back of the neck and drops down to a knee as he throws her down in front of him.
After both grapplers return to their feet, they begin circling the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, Scott quickly drops down to a knee, goes behind Banks and throws her down with a waist lock takedown. Scott then quickly spins around on her back before locking in a front facelock. The ref gets down and asks Banks if she wants to give up. But she refuses. As she tries to get back to her feet, Scott gator rolls to his left. Banks tries to get back to her feet. But Scott keeps the front facelock applied before bringing her down with a gator roll to his right. He then cinches in the front facelock. Banks can be heard groaning while she tries to unwrap his arm from around her neck. But it’s to no avail. After slowly returning to a vertical base, Banks takes Scott and moves him into the ropes before grabbing the middle rope, forcing a rope break. The ref then gives Scott until a count of five to release the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
After Scott slowly lets go and puts his arms in the air, Banks slowly stands up straight. She then feints a punch to the face, which causes Scott to flinch and cover up. Banks then smirks as she reaches over and gives Scott three more pats to the cheek. Banks then bounces back towards the center of the ring with a spring in her step before waving Scott on.
Kris Cruise: I think I have to agree with you, Stephy. It does look like Banks has gotten into Scott’s head already. Which isn’t good for him at all since we’re not even five minutes into the match and he already looks bothered.
Scott makes his way off the ropes and circles the ring. The Supreme, meanwhile, continues to keep her eyes on the self-proclaimed DNA of FGA. Scott then heads over and goes for another collar-and-elbow. But Banks ducks under, goes behind Scott and applies a waist lock. She then quickly lets go, spins Scott around towards her and slaps on a side headlock. After slowly pulling Banks’ arm from around his neck, he slips out and reverses into a hammerlock. But Banks is able to lean forward and reverse into a hammerlock of her own. She then turns Scott back around towards her before slapping on a side headlock. Scott then goes to shove Banks from off of him and into the ropes. But Banks stays locked on him. She can be seen shaking her head while yelling “Nope!” So Scott wraps his arms around Banks, moves her into the near ropes and then tries to get a running start before shoving her off into the far ropes. But its to no avail as Banks drops down to a knee while keeping the side headlock applied. The ref gets down and asks Scott if he wants to give up. But Scott refuses. After getting back to a vertical base, he nails Banks with three shots to the ribs before shoving her off into the ropes. When Banks returns, she quickly slides through his legs, pops back up to her feet and follows up with a dropkick to the back of the head. She then runs into the ropes as Scott gets up on one knee. When Banks returns, the crowd gasps as she throws out OFF WITH YOUR HEAD~! (Boma Ye). But Scott is able to roll out of the way.
Kris Cruise: Scott just barely avoid getting his head kneed right off his shoulders!
Stephy Auger: He might not be so lucky next time.
As Scott sits leaning against the ropes, Banks smirks as she swaggers over towards him, crouches down in front of him and holds her thumb and index finger about an inch apart from each other. She then motions for Scott to get up as she makes her way back towards the center of the ring. Scott then reaches up and pulls himself up using the ropes. Scott circles the ring as he rolls his neck. He then stops and sizes up Banks before making his way over and locking up with her. After jockeying for position, Scott uses his strength advantage to quickly move Banks across the ring and towards the ropes. At the last second, Banks pivots, switches positions with Scott and presses him against the ropes. The ref then goes over and gives both grapplers until a count of five to break it up.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
As both grapplers make a clean break, Banks feints another punch, which causes Scott to flinch again. Banks snickers as she reaches over and pats Scott on the cheek again. This time, Scott quickly grabs a hold of Banks, tosses her into the ropes and nearly takes her head off with a European Uppercut that sends her slumping down against the ropes.
Kris Cruise: What an uppercut that was from Scott!
While Banks tries to shake out the cobwebs, Scott crouches down in front of her and turns his head to the size before patting her on the head.
Stephy Auger: Ooooh, she’s not going to like that.
Banks quickly slaps Scott arm away before nailing him with a front kick to the chest to create distance between the two. Scott smirks as he makes his way back towards the center of the ring. While the ref instructs Banks to engage, she barks at him to “shut up, peasant!”, causing the ref to keep his distance from her. She then pulls herself back up using the ropes before circling the ring.
Kris Cruise: It looks like Banks isn’t the only one playing mind games here tonight.
Stephy Auger: Yeah, yeah, whatever.
Both grapplers continue circling the ring before heading over and locking back up. After jockeying for position, Scott gains the advantage with a side headlock. He then quickly performs a standing switch and transitions into a hammerlock from behind. Banks then reaches back with her free arm, grabs Scott by the neck, leaps up and brings him down with a jumping snapmare takeover. As Scott gets back to his feet, Banks runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Scott leapfrogs over her as she slides underneath him. Once Scott lands on his feet, Banks quickly returns to her feet and applies a waist lock. Scott then immediately runs towards the ropes, wraps his arms around the top rope and yanks back, sending Banks down to the canvas. As she rolls back to her feet, Scott runs over to attack. But Banks is quick to cut him off with a spin kick to the midsection. After a shoot kick to the back of the thigh knocks Scott down to one knee, Banks quickly turns and runs into the ropes. Scott quickly pops back to his feet and throws out the Pinpoint Drop. But he does so too early, allowing Banks to hang onto the ropes and watch him crash to the canvas. As Scott sits back up, Banks runs over and throws out a roundhouse kick. Scott leans back to avoid the kick. But he isn’t able to avoid the backflip double knee drop to the midsection that follows.
Kris Cruise: Banks connects with the K.T.S.!
Banks picks up Scott and goes for an irish whip. But Scott reverses, sending her into the turnbuckles. He then charges into the corner, but Banks counters with a back elbow to the face. As Scott stumbles back, Banks turns and scales to the top turnbuckle. Scott then quickly runs back into the corner, runs up to the top turnbuckle, grabs Banks and goes for a super German Suplex as the crowd gasps.
But Banks is able to rotate over and land on her feet. As Scott turns over and gets up, Banks darts back over towards him and throws out OFF WITH YOUR HEAD~! But Scott quickly rolls to the outside, once again escaping the blow.
Stephy Auger: That’s twice now that she nearly kneed his head off, Cruise.
Kris Cruise: Banks was able to show some amazing agility by landing on her feet and then had the wherewithal to immediately try and finish this match.
Scott runs his hands through his hair after the close call. When he turns back towards the ring, Banks goes over towards the ropes and holds her thumb and index finger an inch apart to a mixture of cheers and boos from the crowd. Scott narrows his eyes in response.
While Banks continues to taunt Scott, he quickly reaches back inside and yanks her down to the canvas. Scott tries to drag her to the outside. But Banks uses her free leg to repeatedly kick him in the face until he lets go. While Scott turns to shake off the blows, Banks gets back to her feet and runs into the far ropes. When Scott turns around, cheers and boos are heard as he gets knocked down by a low rope suicide dive from Banks.
Kris Cruise: Banks just wiped out Scott with that high speed suicide dive to the outside!
Stephy Auger: Scott might have gotten the wind knocked right out of him! Let’s see how he responds...
Banks picks up Scott and rolls him back inside. She then slides back in and makes the cover.

Banks picks up Scott, leans him against the ropes and fires off three knife edge chops before going for an irish whip. But Scott reverses, sending Banks into the ropes. When Banks returns, Scott sets up for a back body drop. Banks sees it coming, so she hurdles over him before running into the ropes. When Banks comes back, Scott goes to cut her off with a running clothesline. But Banks ducks and stops while Scott’s momentum takes him into the ropes. When Scott returns, a mix of cheers and boos come from the crowd as Banks knocks him down with the Most Amazing Dropkick. Banks returns to her feet and spins in place while she holds her arms out to the side.
Kris Cruise: She is a cocky little thing.
Stephy Auger: When you’re greta like she is, you have every right to be.
As Scott tries to pick himself up, Banks grabs him by the back of the neck with both hands and moves him into the corner. From there, she delivers repeated knees to the face. The last of which seems to daze Scott. She then takes Scott and whips him across the ring and into the turnbuckles. Banks then charges across the ring and goes for a step up high knee. But Scott catches her knee, switches positions, sits Banks on the top turnbuckle and follows up with a Pinpoint Dropkick, sending Banks tumbling over the top rope and to the floor.
Kris Cruise: Banks with a hard tumble to the floor!
While Banks is down on the floor, Scott steps out onto the apron and begins waving her up. As Banks slowly picks herself back up, the crowd cheers as Scott runs along the apron, jumps off and knocks her down with a diving European Uppercut.
Kris Cruise: Scott lays out Banks after that flying European Uppercut off the apron.
Stephy Auger: he tried to take her head off, that’s what he did!
Scott picks up Banks and whips her into the guardrail, causing Banks to arch her back in pain upon impact. Scott then goes over and hammers away with a flurry of elbow smashes to the face that leave Banks rocked. After marching down towards the other end of ringside, Scott turns, charges down ringside and sends Banks over the guardrail and into the crowd with a running European Uppercut.
Kris Cruise: Scott sends her flying over the guardrail with another hard European Uppercut.
Instead of hopping over the guardrail, Scott turns and rolls back into the ring…
Stephy Auger: Well, well, well, would you look at this!? After all that talk, Scott is content with trying to win this match by countout!
Kris Cruise: I don’t think that’s what happening at all!
Scott climbs up onto the middle ropes, points to the crowd, and spreads his arms out…
Kris Cruise: It looks like Grapp Game Moses is trying to part the sea of fans near Banks.
The fans surrounding Banks take heed and move out of the way. Scott climbs up onto the apron and crouches down while he waits for Banks to get into position. Once Banks gets back to a vertical base, Scott stands up, leaps off the top turnbuckle and knocks her down with a crowd splash crossbody into the crowd. Cheers and applause are heard throughout the crowd as both grapplers lay on their backs.
Crowd: HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!!
Kris Cruise: Chandler Scott just flew off the top turnbuckle and crashes down across Felicity banks in the crowd!
Stephy Auger: I didn’t even think he was going to make the jump!
Scott gets back to his feet first. He picks up Banks and tosses her over the guardrail and back to ringside. After climbing over the rail, he picks Banks back up and rolls her back inside. After Scott rolls himself back in, he makes the cover.

He then takes Banks and whips her back into the previous corner before running across the ring and goes for a flying corner elbow smash. Kris Cruise: Scott’s got her up!
Banks panics and quickly kicks her legs before slipping down from behind. She then shoves Scott off of her and into the ropes. She then goes to follow up with the Most Amazing Dropkick. But she throws it out too early, which allows Scott to hang onto the ropes and watch her crash onto the canvas. Kris Cruise: She’s getting agitated, Stephy!
Stephy Auger: She thought she had the match won. Could you honestly blame her?
As Banks turns around and goes over to pick up Scott, Scott quickly reaches up, grabs her by the front of tights and yanks back, sending Banks flying through the ropes. Banks cinches in the hold as she tries to put Scott to sleep. But Scott is able to run backwards and squash Banks against the turnbuckles, breaking the hold. After staggering towards the center of the ring, Scott turns and runs back over to attack. But Banks sends spittle flying out of his mouth after she catches him with a superkick.

Banks slowly sits up before turning over onto a knee. After returning to a vertical base, she picks up Scott and brings him back over towards the ring. After rolling Scott back inside, Banks climbs up onto the apron. Banks howls in pain as she quickly drops to the apron.
Stephy Auger: Her knee!
Kris Cruise: Scott might have just found his opening to get back into this contest!
Scott reaches underneath the bottom rope, grabs Banks’ right ankle and goes to drag her back into the ring. Banks reaches up and grabs the bottom rope with both hands and tries to keep Scott from dragging her to the center of the ring. But Scott yanks back hard, sending Banks flying off the ropes and crashes onto her back. He then quickly scurries over and grabs Banks’ right leg. Banks uses her free keg to kick away at Scott. But Scott is able to fight through the kicks, lifts up the leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. Banks howls in pain after Scott lifts up her right leg and drops another elbow across it. Scott gets back to his feet, lifts up Banks’ right leg and delivers several kicks to the back of the leg before delivering another elbow drop to it. While Scott has Banks’ leg pressed down across the apron with his left arm, he uses his right arm to pull back on the ankle. Banks groans yelps before reaching up and punching away at Scott’s face. After a bell clap to the ears, Scott lets go of the hold and rolls off of Banks.
Kris Cruise: Scott wisely tried to go after Banks’ lge to stop all of those knee attack. But that bell clap to the ear has but a stop to Scott’s assault on her leg.
As Banks rolls over and tries to get back to her feet, the crowd cheers when Scott runs over and delivers a hard running kick to the back of the right leg, sending Banks flipping in the air and landing in the prone position. He then goes over, places his left foot on the back of Banks’ right knee, lifts up the leg and then throws it down against the canvas. After Banks’ knee bounces off the mat, she turns over and clutches her knees with both hands.
Stephy Auger: This isn’t fair, cruise! Scott is targeting her knee!
Kris Cruise: You didn’t hear me or anyone else complaining when Banks was targeting his head with those knees.

Banks howls in pain as Scott has the hold locked in. The ref asks Banks if she wants to give up. But she shakes her head, refusing to quit. As Banks lays back on the canvas, the ref makes the count.

Banks sits back up.
Kris Cruise: Banks is writhing in pain after Scott spent the last several minutes working over that right leg. Can she somehow find her way out of this predicament.
There’s a portion of the crowd that’s telling Banks to tap. However, there’s another portion of the crowd that’s yelling for her to fight. The Supreme begins to turn to her right, but Scott turns to the left, blocking the reversal. Banks then slowly begins to move to her left. But Scott moves to his right, once again blocking the reversal. Banks then moves to her left, then quickly turns back to her right, then back to her left. Banks shakes her right arm while Scott shakes his head in disbelief. Banks continues to slowly turn to her left.
Kris Cruise: Uh oh...
Stephy Auger: She’s almost got him… SHE’S ALMOST GOT HIM TURNED!
Banks turns over… and reverses the figure four to a loud mix of cheers and boos from the crowd! Now it’s Scott that’s howling in pain since the tables have been turned. Scott then releases the hold. As Banks tries to pick herself back up, Scott rushes over and knocks her down with a clothesline to the back of the neck. He then reaches down, pulls up Banks and lifts her up for a shotgun stunner. But on the way up, Banks knees him in the head with her left knee. After slipping down from behind, Banks leaps up and brings Scott down with a jumping neckbreaker.
While Scott clutches the back of his neck with both hands, Banks rolls over towards the corner. She then pulls herself using the ropes before clutching her right knee.
Banks looks over at Scott, then down at her knee, then back at Scott. Her eyes widen…
Kris Cruise: I see that looks in her eyes, Stephy! It’s a look that we’ve seen many times before!
Stephy Auger: Remember Scott as he once was, because he’s about to be missing his head any second now!
As sSott turns over and gets up on his knees, Banks does her best to rush over to knee his head off. But Scott pops back to a vertical base and sends her collapsing to the canvas with an elbow smash to the face.
Kris Cruise: My God, what an elbow!
While Banks is sprawled out on the canvas, Scott looks over to the corner, then down at Banks, then back over to the corner. His eyes widen as he grabs Banks y the right ankle and drags her over into the corner.
Kris Cruise: Wait a second. What is Scott going for here?
After rolling to the outside, Scott grabs a hold of Banks’ right leg and looks out at the crowd.
Stephy Auger: Don’t do it, Scott! Don’t do it!
Scott then crosses Banks’ legs across the ring post before delivering a figure four leg lock around the ring post. Banks howls in pain while Scott pulls back.
Kris Cruise: XACL! XACL! Scott’s using banks’ own hold against her!
The ref goes to outside and gives Scott until a count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Scott releases the hold. Once the hold is broken, Banks scoots away from the corner before rolling herself towards the center of the ring.
Kris Cruise: Scott released the hold before the five count. But the damage might have already been down to Banks’ knee!
Scott slides back inside and makes his way over towards Banks. After pulling her back up to her feet, Scoops lifts her up across his shoulders for the fireman’s carry neckbreaker, resulting in gasps and cheers from the crowd. But Banks blocks by repeatedly nailing him with elbows to the side of the head. She then slips down from behind before shoving Scott into the ropes. When Scott returns…
Stephy Auger: ROARING HAMMER FROM FELICITY BANKS!
Kris Cruise: What the hell!?
Stephy Auger: Banks just decked Scott with his own hold!
The crowd gasps as Scott crumbles to the canvas. They then sit in stunned silence before filling the arena with cheers and jeers. Banks drops down to all fours after hitting the moves. She then crawls over towards the corner before pulling herself back up using the ropes. She then turns around and begins rubbing her right knee with one hand while waving up Scott with her other hand.
Kris Cruise: Banks if waving him up! She’s gonna go for OFF WITH YOUR HEAD once again, even though she’s yet to hit it in this match!
Stephy Auger: It doesn't matter if it takes her five, ten or twenty tries! When she hits it, IT’S OVER!
As Scott turns over and gets up one knee, Banks does her best to rush over and nail him with OFF WITH YOUR HEAD~! But Scott quickly gets back to his feet and counters with a dragon screw leg whip. While keeping a hold of Banks’ right leg, Scott lifts her up other leg, steps through, crosses her legs around his and turns her over into a Scorpion Death Lock.
Kris Cruise: SCOTT LOCK!
Stephy Auger: GAH!
The crowd explodes with cheers once Scott turns over and traps Banks in the Scott Lock. Banks can be howling in pain while Scott has Banks confined in the submission.
Kris Cruise: She’s trapped in the center of the ring with nowhere to go, Stephy!
Stephy Auger: She can do this! She can get out of this!
Banks groans as she tugs away at her own hair. The ref gets down and asks if she wants to give up. But Banks refuses.
Kris Cruise: A large portion of this crowd is yelling at her to tap! This has to be overwhelming!
Stephy Auger: She’s been in hostile environments before! She knows how to weather these storms!
The ref asks Banks if she wants to give up. When she refuses, Scott pulls back, causing Banks to howl in pain.
Kris Cruise: Scott’s really got the hold in now! I feel like Banks could tap out at any minute!
Stephy Auger: No! No! No!
Banks reaches out towards the ropes. But she’s trapped in the center of the ring. Banks then tries to pull herself towards the ropes using her forearms. But Scott shakes his head as he stands up, drags Banks right back to the center of the ring and sits back down in the Scott Lock.
Stephy Auger: Gah!
Kris Cruise: She isn’t going anywhere, Stephy!
Banks cringes while she remains trapped in the hold. When the ref asks her if she wants to give up, but shakes her head, refusing to quit. Agony remains etched on her face as she reaches out towards the ropes. But once again, Banks is nowhere near them. She then drops her head.
Kris Cruise: She’s out of it! I think Banks has passed out from thepain!
Stephy Auger: No. NO! It can’t be!
The ref asks Banks if she wants to give up. But Banks refuses. She then grits her teeth as she scratches and claws her way across the ring. The Supreme continues to groan while fighting through the pain. Banks then reaches out. She’s about to get her fingertip on the ropes…
… until Scott stands up, drags Banks back to the center of the ring and sits back down in the Scott Lock. The crowd explodes with cheers as Banks was denied the rope break. Scott nods his head as he feels he’s got the match won.
Kris Cruise: This doesn’t look good for Banks! That knee has to be killing her! At some point, you have to put pride to the side and think about the future!
Stephy Auger: She’s not throwing in the towel! She’s not quitting, Cruise!
Banks wails as she lays face down on the canvas. The ref gets down and asks Banks if she wants to give up. But Banks doesn’t respond. So the ref asks Banks again if she wants to give up. This time, Banks gives him an answer.
SHE REFUSES! Banks groans as she struggles to push herself up off the canvas. She begins to pull herself across the ring.
Kris Cruise: No way!
Stephy Auger: Yes way!
Scott shakes his head in disbelief as Banks continues to scratch and claw her way towards the ropes to the disbelief of the crowd. The veins in Banks’ neck are distended as she continues to strain. Banks grits her teeth and groans as she reaches out… and latches her hand around the bottom rope. Even with her recent attitude, the fans in attendance can’t help but to cheer and applaud Banks’ efforts.
Kris Cruise: Banks just exhibited the heart of a champion right there!
Stephy Auger: The heart of a World Champion!
The ref then gives Scott until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Scott releases the hold when he collapses to his knees. He then places his hands on his head in shock.
Kris Cruise: Scott’s in disbelief! He thought he had the match won!
Stephy Auger: Well, think again!
Scott gets up to his feet and walks away towards the other side of the ring with his hands on his hips. He then rests his forearms across the top rope while she shakes his head in disbelief. As Scott slowly turns around, he sees Banks slowly pulling herself up using the ropes. He then marches back across the ring, grabs Banks by the back of the tights and pulls back back towards the center of the ring before throwing out a ripcord Roaring Hammer. But Banks ducks. When Scott turns around, he gets planted with a jumping DDT, resulting in cheers and boos from the crowd.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner, CHANDLER SCOTT!
After Scott slowly rolls off of Banks, the ref kneels down and holds up Scott’s arm. Once the ref lets go, Scott’s arm falls right back down to the canvas.
Kris Cruise: Chandler Scott has defeated Felicity Banks in this long awaited matchup. You always hear people say that “so and so left it all in the ring.” But look at this scene right here. Look at it. These two great athletes literally left it all in the middle of the ring here tonight.
Stephy Auger: My pick didn’t win. I’m a bit disappointed. But that was a hell of a match!
Kris Cruise: You want to know why both Banks and Scott are held in high regard? You just saw why right here. Listen to this crowd...
The fans inside the Staples Center give both Banks and Scott a round of applause as they continue to lay exhausted on their back. Both grapplers begin to stir as they slowly turn over onto their knees. Scott is the first to his feet as the cheers get louder. He looks over at Banks, who is pulling herself up using the ropes. As she turns and leans against the ropes, she looks over at Scott and vice versa.
Both Scott and Banks are still breathing heavy after the match as ended. Scott slowly makes his way over towards Banks. The two stare each other down until Scott reaches out and extends his hand.
Banks narrows her eyes at Scott before turning and taking in the reaction from the crowd. The fans are still on their feet and having stopped cheering since the final bell sounded. The Supreme turns back to Scott… and shakes his hand, resulting in even louder cheers and applause from the crowd. Scott embraces Banks with a side hug before heading into the corner. As Banks slowly rolls to the outside, she drapes her HKW World Championship across her shoulder while she gingerly limps up the aisle. Banks looks over and sees some of the fans along the aisle bowing in her presence while she limps her way up the aisle. She then stops at the top of the ramp. She doesn’t turn around. But she raises the HKW World Championship in the air before continuing to limp towards the back.
Back in the ring, an exhausted Scott climbs up onto the middle ropes and slaps his chest three times before shielding his eyes with his hand while he gazes out to some of the fans. Scott climbs down and slowly heads into the other four corners and does the same pose as the scene fades to black, followed by the FGA logo...
