Johnny Cannon vs. Fujiko Mine

A synth beat rings out through the arena, and the crowd cheers. The lights dim, except for a single pink spotlight. The fierce snarl of a jaguar interrupts the music. On cue, Fujiko leaps through the curtain. She moves as if propelled forward by a slingshot; Jumping into the air and whipping her head forward. Her hair flows through the air around her head, and when she lands she has a large grin on her face. Blue, yellow, and pink lights dance around the arena. She takes a few steps to position herself on the ramp.Once she has, she places her arms over her head, then bends at the elbow until her hands are behind her head. She pauses there for a moment as fans throw blue and yellow streamers around her on the ramp.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, now residing out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Weighing in at 140 pounds! She is “LADY LUCK” FUJIKO MINE!

She begins bobbing her head to the music for a moment before posing. She high fives some of the fans that have their hands outstretched, still smiling. Once she reaches ringside, Fujiko leaps onto the apron from the floor, balancing with one foot for a moment. She jumps from the apron to the top turnbuckle, and stabilizes herself a second before throwing her hands up in the air, and throwing her head back. Fans throw more blue & yellow streamers around her, which are quickly removed by ringside personnel. Fujiko points at the Ball & glove logo on her attire, then hops down. She moves to the center of the ring, but then moves to the ropes. Reaching them, she leans her back into the middle rope, using it and her legs to keep her standing. She holds onto this pose as the pink spotlight focuses on her for a moment before returning to normal. She then stretches, ready to start the match.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko Mine is set to go up against Johnny Cannon and Stephy, there’s no love lost between these two.

Stephy Auger: No there isn’t. A few months back, these two had what some are calling an early candidate for Match of the Year. Unfortunately, the match ended in a draw. Fujiko asked for five more minutes. But Cannon simply blew her off…

Kris Cruise: Because he’s scared.

Stephy Auger: Cannon isn’t afraid of Fujiko, has never been afraid of Fujiko and never will be afraid of Fujiko.

Kris Cruise: Then why didn’t he accept?

Stephy Auger: Johnny Cannon doesn’t wrestle for free.

A yellow spotlight suddenly shines down across the black curtain of the entrance way, whilst the house lights begin to dim down. Slowly, almost in unison with the change in lightning does "Voodoo Child" (Jimi Hendrix" Cover) by Brick + Mortar begins to play. A small ebb of yellow smoke ascends from the ventilators to grace the ramp. The Brit's silhouette emerges behind the curtain, only backed by another daintier image.

Finally, bursting through the curtain emerges "The British Mamba", Johnny Cannon. The Englishman stands before the live audience in all his strapping glory; as per usual, his cocksure, megalomaniacal grin is etched on his face as he pauses on the ramp, his head raised high and snobbishly to the sky above as he surveys the masses. Standing just behind him is none other than Quinn Goodrich, who edges on the crowd to incite their scorn. Wearing yellow and black MMA style trunks, with matching boots and a black knee brace (on his left knee), the Brit appears ready for action - not due to his attire, but due to the belligerent look in his eyes which is only revealed as he removes his Aviator Sunglasses. His eyes are those of a cold, and calculating individual. Johnny places his shades in his black track jacket with numerous insignias sewn on it, and begins his haughty strut to the ring.

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Quinn Goodrich! From London, England! Weighing in at 245 pounds! He is “THE BRITISH MAMBA” JOHNNY CANNON!

Cannon struts to the ring, marching with an undeniable swagger, whilst Quinn continues to taunt the audience, by swinging his arms up, and shouting whatever obscene remarks he can think of. Johnny ignores the audience on either side of him, showing complete indifference towards their opinions. He spurts forward toward the ring, and slides in under the bottom rope, before launching himself to his feet and suddenly spinning to the center of the ring in a very Shawn Michaels-esque fashion, before positioning himself carefully in the middle. He unzips his track jacket, lowering it down his hands and to the canvas below him like a male stripper, before throwing up the offensive, British, two finger salute, eliciting tremendous heat from the crowd.

From there, Johnny slowly backs into the ropes, hooking his arms back on them before bouncing several times, beginning his mental preparations and prerequisites as Quinn looks on from ringside; Cannon nods his head several times, as his eyes flicker with a hundred different ideas and strategies to carry out in the match.

Kris Cruise: Johnny Cannon’s got a World Title shot lined up after winning the Gold Rush Rumble with fellow New King, Tony Carmine. However, it’s going to be every man for himself when the two of them meet Zero McHannon in a Triple Threat Match at All-Star Showdown V for the FGA World Championship.

The bell sounds as Cannon and Fujiko charge towards the center of the ring and trade elbow strikes.

Kris Cruise: These two aren’t wasting any time going after each other!

The two continue to go back and forth until Cannon gains the upperhand. He then moves fujiko into the corner and unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the midsection. He then takes Fujiko and whips her into the opposite corner. Cannon then takes off across the ring and goes for a corner high knee. But Fujiko ducks and dumps Cannon over the top rope and to the floor.

As Cannon gets up on the floor, Fujiko steps out onto the apron. She goes for an Asai Moonsault. But Cannon slides back into the ring. However, Fujiko’s able to land on her feet. Back in the ring, Cannon can be seen running into the far ropes. When he comes back, Fujiko slides into the ring and goes to cut him off with a clothesline. But Cannon ducks and runs into the ropes. When Cannon returns, Fujiko brings him down with a hurricanrana. Instead of going for the cover, she mounts herself on top of Cannon and rains down right hands. But The British Mamba is able to reach up, grab Fujiko and throw her off of him. After Fujiko gets up near the ropes, Cannon runs over to attack. Again, Fujiko dips her shoulder and dumps him over the top rope… but Cannon lands safely on the apron. Cannon then takes a swipe at Fujiko. But Fujiko ducks and counters with a gamengiri, knocking Cannon back to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko knocks Cannon back down to the floor. She tries to go for a high risk move the last time. Will she go for it again?

As Cannon gets up on the outside, Fujiko takes off into the far ropes. When Fujiko comes back, she knocks Cannon down with a baseball slide to the back. Fujiko returns to her feet and waves up Cannon. While Cannon tries to get back to a vertical base, Fujiko turns and takes off into the far ropes. When Cannon turns around, the crowd cheers as Fujiko knocks him down with a topé con giro.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko takes it to the air and takes out The British Mamba!

Fujiko returns to her feet and climbs up onto the apron. She then turns around and begins wave up Cannon. Once Cannon returns to his feet, the crowd cheers as Fujiko knocks him down with an Asai Moonsault.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko connects with another high risk move. This time, an Asai Moonsault.

Stephy Auger: Cannon needs to do something fast. This match is slipping away from him already.

Fujiko picks up Cannon and rolls him back into the ring. After rolling herself back in, she makes the cover.

Cannon kicks out.

Fujiko picks up Cannon and sends him stumbling back into the corner with a shoot kick to the chest. Fujiko then marches into the corner and unleashes a series of shoot kicks to the chest. She then takes Cannon and whips him into the opposite corner. Fujiko then runs across the ring and connects with an enzuigiri. After Cannon crumbles from out of the corner, Fujiko steps through the ropes and scales up to the top turnbuckle. She then jumps off and goes for a diving double foot stomp. But Cannon rolls out onto the apron. After Fujiko lands on the canvas, her momentum sends her rolling forward. After rolling back to her feet, she turns and sees Cannon pulls himself up using the ropes. So Fujiko runs over to attack. But Cannon ducks and counters with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then takes Fujiko and delivers a vertical suplex off the apron and to the floor. The crowd boos as Fujiko lands hard on the floor.

Cannon picks up Fujiko and throws her down with a scoop slam. Cannon reaches down, picks up Fujiko and throws her down with another scoop slam. He then reaches down, picks up Fujiko and whips her into the barricade. Cannon then points at Fujiko before running down the ringside area and knocking her over the barricade and into the crowd with a lariat.

After pulling Fujiko over the barricade, Cannon lifts her up, runs and rams her back-first into the ring post before rolling her back into the ring. Cannon then rolls himself back in before making the cover.

Cannon picks up Fujiko and delivers a elbow strike to the face, which knocks her back into the corner. Cannon then goes into the corner and delivers a shoot kick to the chest before whipping Fujiko into the opposite corner. Cannon then runs across the ring and connects with a corner high knee strike. After Fujiko crumbles from out of the corner, Cannon reaches down, grabs Fujiko’s arms, pulls her up off the apron and delivers a surfboard curbstomp. He then turns her over and makes the cover.

Cannon picks up Fujiko, positions her upper body through the middle & top ropes and pulls back on the back of her neck, choking her against the top rope. The ref scurries over and gives him until the count of five to break the hold.

Cannon lets go before turning and running into the far ropes. When he comes back, he connects with a big boot that knocks Fujiko down to the floor. The crowd boos while Fujiko’s sprawled out on the floor.

Kris Cruise: The British Mamba has ramped up the aggression in this match with a series of hard strikes to Fujiko.

Stephy Auger: Of course he has. He’s tired of hearing Fujiko run her mouth. Cannon wants to finish this business with her once and for all.

While Fujiko’s laid out on the outside, the ref starts his count.

As Fujiko pulls herself up onto the apron using the ropes, Cannon goes over, pulls back the top rope with both hands and then thrusts forward, sending Fujiko flying off the apron and crashing against the barricade. The crowd boos as Fujiko lays crumpled on the floor.

Fujiko immediately collapses to her knees. From there, Cannon sizes her up before delivering a series of shoot kicks to the chest. He then caps things off with a reverse roundhouse kick. He makes the cover.

Cannon picks up Fujiko and whips her into the corner. He then charges across the ring, but Fujiko nails him with a back elbow to the face. After stumbling back, Cannon runs back into the corner. But again, Fujiko nails him with a back elbow to the face. As Cannon stumbles back, Fujiko turns, springboards to the top turnbuckle and knocks him down with a moonsault. She turns over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Big moonsault right there from Fujiko, but it only gets two.

Stephy Auger: I’m surprised she can still stand after all those kicks from Cannon.

Fujiko picks up Cannon and goes for an irish whip. But Cannon reverses, sending her towards the ropes. But Fujiko ends up using her momentum to counter with a handspring rebound ace crusher. The crowd cheers as she turns Cannon over and makes the cover.

Fujiko picks up Cannon and whips him into the ropes. When Cannon comes back, Fujiko sets up for a back body drop. But Cannon stops and counters with a kick straight to the face. Once Fujiko stands up, Cannon throws out a Roundhouse Kick. But Fujiko ducks and counters with a schoolboy.

As Fujiko goes to pick up Cannon, Cannon shoves her back. As she makes her way back towards him, Cannon stops her with a European Uppercut. He then takes Fujiko and whips her into the corner. He then charges across the ring and connects with a running European Uppercut. Cannon the takes Fujiko and whips her into the opposite corner. The British Mamba then runs across the ring. But Fujiko slips through the ropes and counters with a seesaw kick to the face. As Cannon stumbles back, Fujiko climbs up to the top turnbuckle, walks across the top rope, leaps off and knocks him down with Yount’s 300th Hit. She makes the cover.

The crowd sighs as Cannon gets his shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: Close call there for Cannon. Both of these grapplers have two huge championship matches coming up at All-Star Showdown V. But you get the sense that getting the victory here tonight is just as important.

Fujiko picks up Cannon and goes for an irish whip. But Cannon reverses. Fujiko then uses her momentum to springboards onto the middle rope, rebound back and knock him down with the S.W.A.K. She makes the cover.

The crowd sighs as Cannon gets his shoulder up. Goodrich can be seen on the outside slapping the apron while he shouts at Cannon.

Fujiko picks up Cannon, marches into the corner and slams him face-first onto the top turnbuckle. After climbing up onto the middle ropes, she grabs Cannon and goes for a Tornado DDT. But Cannon shoves Fujiko off of him in mid air. After Fujiko lands of her feet, Cannon runs out of the corner and throws out a clothesline. But Fujiko ducks and counters with a Sling Blade. While Cannon’s down, Fujiko takes off into the ropes. When she returns, she delivers a standing SSP. But instead of going for the cover, Fujiko stands up, steps through the ropes and begins to climb up to the top turnbuckle. Once she reaches the top, she leaps off and goes for the Hot Spring Skinny Dip. But Cannon gets his knees up.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko crashes down across his knees!

Stephy Auger: Oh, poor thing.

The crowd boos as Fujiko lays curled up in the canvas. Cannon goes over, picks her up and delivers a bridging northern lights suplex.

Fujiko bridges up, turns over, knees Cannon in the midsection and applies a standing guillotine choke with bodyscissors.

Kris Cruise: Ecstasy!

The crowd cheers as Fujiko has the guillotine applied. While Fujiko’s got the hold cinched on, Quinn Goodrich climbs up onto the apron and begins arguing with the referee.

Kris Cruise: What is he doing up on the apron!? The ref needs to get him down from there.

While the ref is still distracted, Cannon collapses to his knees while Fujiko keeps the hold locked on.

Kris Cruise: He’s fading, Stephy! Cannon’s fading!

Stephy Auger: He is not!

Fujiko looks over and sees Goodrich distracting the ref. So she breaks the hold and goes to knock Goodrich off the apron. But Goodrich hops down to the floor just in the nick of time. When Fujiko turns around, Cannon goes for the Roundhouse Kick. But Fujiko catches his leg before throwing him down with a dragonscrew.

As Cannon struggles to get back to his feet, Fujiko takes off into the ropes. When she comes back, she knocks Cannon down with the 4-Play. She then steps through the ropes, climbs up to the top turnbuckle, jumps off and connects with the Hot Spring Skinny Dip.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko with the frog splash off the top!

Stephy Auger: … but she’s not going for the cover!

Skinny crouches down and begins waving up Cannon. When Cannon finally returns to his feet and turns around, the crowd cheers as Fujiko runs over and connects with the Lucky Shot. She makes the cover.

The ref stops his count when he looks over and sees Cannon’s foot on the bottom rope.

Stephy Auger: Cannon got his foot on the rope!

Kris Cruise: Cannon didn’t get his foot on the rope. Quinn Goodrich put it there!

Fujiko slaps the canvas before pointing over at Goodrich. But Goodrich quickly puts his hands behind his back and puts on the innocent act for the referee. But Fujiko’s having none of it. As soon as she hops to the outside, Goodrich takes off. So Fujiko begins to chase him around the ring. After lapping the ring, Goodrich slides into the ring. Fujiko then slides in right behind him. Fujiko then runs after Goodrich until Cannon blindsides her with The Birmingham Screwdriver. Goodrich rolls to the outside as Cannon crawls over, turns Fujiko over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: No, not like this… not like this...

The crowd erupts with boos as Cannon rolls to the outside gets his arm raised by Quinn Goodrich!

Kris Cruise: This match was supposed to settle the score between these two. But all it gave us was another unsatisfactory ending. At least the last match ended in a Draw. In this one, Fujiko clearly had the match won. But thanks to Quinn Goodrich, she got screwed out of the win.

Stephy Auger: It’s not Cannon’s fault that she took her eye off the ball.

Kris Cruise: Goodrich had no business being on the apron in the first place! He had no business putting Cannon’s foot on the bottom rope! Cannon got his arm raised. But deep down, he knows he didn’t beat Fujiko here tonight.

Stephy Auger: The results say otherwise, Cruise.

[ COMMERCIAL BREAK ]

The show cuts backstage to where former FGA World Champion, Dom Harter is walking down the corridors of the Freedom Hall Civic Center; he’s obviously not dressed to wrestle, and has instead opted for his ‘Surpirse Buttsecks!’ t-shirt and a pair of jeans. But there’s a smile on his face as he approaches an opening.

Dom Harter: Just the person I was looking for…

Molly Reid is sitting in a chair, seemingly mentally preparing for her match later on. She looks up from her seat at Dom, smiling as she sees him but then frowning as she sees his shirt, knowing what the writing on the back says.

Molly Reid: Really? That shirt?

Dom Harter: What? My other shirts are in the wash. Plus I need to remind people what Dom Harter is all about if I’m going to be returning to action next month.

He shrugs.

Dom Harter: My rematch against Izzy, on the same night you get to compete for the Mid-Atlantic Legacy title. It’s almost poetic, yet … not quite poetic. Because that’s not the word I was looking for…

Molly looks up at Dom with a somewhat confused look on her face.

Molly Reid: Is it? I just won a match that they decided to make a number one contender's match, could've easily been Nero in this spot and not me. I'm just happy I'm getting the chance to be honest.

Dom Harter: Come on, say it with a bit more conviction. A bit more pride; some of us had to wait years to get a shot at that title, you’ve got it inside six months. Some of us need that belt to complete the grand slam, and it could be the beginning of your journey here in FGA. So you can follow in the foot steps of Chaz, Mirage, Noelle, Fujiko…

Dom pauses, wincing as he realizes he may have gone off topic.

Dom Harter: ...none of them went on to win another title here though. Ok, think of it this way; if you beat Annie for that title, then it’s your door that I get to come knocking on after I’m done with Izzy. And who doesn’t want to see a Dom Harter versus Molly Reid match, right?

Molly sits there listening, contemplating what he was saying. It takes her a few moments before she finally replies.

Molly Reid: Well look obviously I’m incredibly honored that I’m getting a chance to wrestle for the Mid-Atlantic Legacy title so soon in my FGA career. I’m well aware of all the amazing wrestlers that have held it and I can’t wait to get the chance to possibly add my name to the list.

Molly thinks a little more before looking back up at Dom.

Molly Reid: But whatever legacy I craft here, whether I win the title or not, it’ll be my own. It doesn’t matter if nobody else that you mentioned won another title or what they did here. I’ll be blazing my own trail. And if I beat Annie, and you want to knock on my door then by all means I’ll welcome you in. But right now I’m not looking ahead. I’ve got a big match with Tony tonight, and then obviously I’ve got my work cut out for me when I actually get my chance against Annie at All Star Showdown. So I’m just trying to focus on the here and now.

Dom Harter: Ah, Tony. Always a good match to be had. I’d offer some last minute tips or advice, but I’m guessing you don’t want them.

Molly Reid: Is one of the tips going to be that I need to pin him?

Dom pauses.

Dom Harter: Damn. That was the only tip I had.

Molly laughs, once again looking up at Dom’s shirt and remembering what it says on the back, shaking her head.

Molly Reid: Thanks Dom. I’m just gonna go out there and do what I do. We’ll see what happens.

Dom Harter: Attagirl. I’ll let you keep getting ready, and I’ll go find my seat for the evening. Break a leg out there…

He says, slapping Molly playfully on the back before walking away, leaving the #1 contender to the Mid-Atlantic Legacy title with a smile on her face as she continues preparing for her match later this evening

Ricky Valero & Luke Jackson vs. Rising Circus

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is a tag team match and is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from The Carnival Grounds, weighing in at 235 pounds … He is ‘THE WHOLE F’IN SIDESHOW’ MR ROTTENTREATS!

“In Yo Face” By Insane Clown Posse blasts over the PA! Mr. Rottentreats bursts through the curtain riding a custom comically over-sized tricycle. The Pagliacci of Professional Wrestling honks the horn multiple times as he hauls ass down the aisle way. He ghost rides the tricycle upon reaching ringside and launches himself to the ring apron with help from the ringside mats.

Treats wipes his boots off on the apron, then uses a ring post to swing around to the perpendicular apron to be visible on the hard cam. The clown spins down the apron, then comes to a stop in the center; spreading his arms out wide and leaning back against the ropes.

Kris Cruise: It was February the last time we saw Mr. Rottentreats in an FGA ring, when Rising Circus lost in the finals of the Joker’s Wild tournament. But of course Ricky & Luke went on to defeat Dexter Jacobs at Canadian Stampede to become the FGA World Tag Team Champions.

Stephy Auger: Since then fans have asked for a rematch; the popularity of these two misfits in Rising Circus has risen with their social media antics. Now this isn’t a title match, but who knows what may come if they manage to beat Ricky & Luke tonight.

The Whole F’N Side show swings his left leg over the middle rope and enters the ring.

J.A. Aldridge: And his tag team partner, from Kyoto, Japan … MISTRESS AI!

"Reach Out" by Hilary Duff blares through the P.A. System as Ai bursts out from behind the curtain! She's dressed in a solid leather pink body suit along with glittery kick-pads. The Mistress began to walk to the ring slapping hands with some of the fans who were in attendance to see some amazing competition. Once Ai was close to the ring she climbed up the steps before entering the ring.

There she ran towards one of the turnbuckles climbing up to the top of it as the crowd cheered her on loudly. She then dropped down to await her opposition.

Kris Cruise: There’s Mistress Ai, and these fans are happy to see Rising Circus back together, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: It might just be they’re happy to see someone finally wipe the smug grins off the faces of their opponents, Kris. For three months now they’ve carried those belts around thinking they’re the best tag team around these parts. But with Dynamic Duos winding down, with teams like The Blood Brothers or #RubyWay emerging in the ranks, their time might be coming to a close.

J.A. Aldridge: And their opponents. Introducing first, from Oakland, California, weighing in at 165 pounds … He is one half of the FGA World Tag Team Champions … ‘THE KID’ LUKE JACKSON!

“Lose Yourself” by Eminem begins playing throughout the arena as Luke comes out with a huge smile on his face, basking in the glory of wrestling. J.A. Aldridge: And his tag team partner, from Staten Island, New York, weighing in at 227 pounds … He is one half of the FGA World Tag Team Champions … ‘THE FRANCHISE’ RICKY VALERO!

"Cinderella Man" by Eminem blasts throughout the arena. White and pink strobe lights flash as Ricky makes his appearance and stands through a cloud of fog bouncing on his toes with a sly grin on his face. He makes his way toward the ring high fiving fans along his route. He circles the ring, before reaching the far corner. Slowly he climbs up the steps and leans his back against the ropes, bouncing against them a few times with his arms wrapped over top of them before spinning on his heels and hopping into the ring.

Ricky spins around in the center of the ring with his arms extended out, absorbing the crowd's cheers. He walks towards the ropes on the far side of the ring and simply smiles. The music slowly quiets down as Ricky turns and leans against the ropes closest to the entranceway, awaiting the start of this match.

Stephy Auger: Look at their faces, Kris, those are the faces of men who know their time is running out. Those are the faces of men who have been watching the Dynamic Duos tournament and seeing the competition, and realizing they don’t have what it takes.

Kris Cruise: They look confident to me, Stephy. But their belts aren’t on the line tonight against Rising Circus, this is just a rematch from the finals of Joker’s Wild – with possible ramifications for future contenders. Even with teams like The Small Boob Wrecking Crew wanting to make a name for themselves, the competition for Ricky and Luke’s titles has never been stronger. They’re going to have to make the most of this match, that’s for sure.

The bell sounds to start the match as Treats and Luke look set to start things out for their respective teams. The FGA fans are behind their champion, but a large portion of the crowd are rallying behind the veteran and his oddball partner. As Luke and Treats lock up collar and elbow it’s the veteran who gains the initial advantage, applying a side headlock. Luke tries valiantly to break free, but the hold is locked in tight. After a few moments Jackson fires off some side elbows to the gut, trying to break free. He manages to push Treats away and against the ropes, but the larger clown manages to knock The Kid down with a shoulder block.

Treats hits the ropes again as Luke rolls over onto his front, expecting his opponent to skip over. But Treats puts on the brakes and stomps at Luke Jackson as he lies on the ground. He drags Luke back up to his feet and promptly slams him back down, only to pick him up again as he tosses The Kid towards the corner where Ai is standing. A tag between the Rising Circus and Ai enters the ring; the pair of them stomp at Luke until Treats is forced to leave the ring.

Stephy Auger: It would seem like they haven’t lost a step in their time away, Kris.

Luke stumbles out of the corner, right into a drop toe hold by Ai as she transitions into a front facelock. But with her diminutive size, Ai struggles to keep her opponent grounded. Luke battles back to his feet and counters with an inverted atomic drop! Ai staggers back clutching her groin in pain as Luke recomposes himself as quickly as possible. He throws out a clothesline, but Ai ducks underneath it and counters with one of her own. But that’s ducked as Luke runs against the ropes for momentum, only to get caught by a Japanese arm drag upon his return!

Jackson gets right back up and charges at Ai again, but once again he’s caught by another Japanese arm drag. This time he’s slower to his feet, allowing Ai the chance to dive around the back and perform the neckbreaker. And the cover.

Kris Cruise: An early pin attempt only getting a two count, but Rising Circus have kept the advantage thus far. What can Luke Jackson do to get back into this match?

Stephy Auger: Make the tag out to the stronger half of his team?

Kris Cruise: Luke Jackson is not the weak link in the chain, Stephy.

Ai lifts her opponent back to his feet with a front facelock, moving Luke towards the corner as she makes the tag out to Mr. Rottentreats. Ai holds Luke with his side exposed, allowing Treats to deliver a stiff boot to the ribs. He peppers the champion with some left forearms, backing Jackson against the ropes as Ricky Valero shouts out words of encouragement from across the ring; they’re met by a crude gesture from Treats, before he hits the hammerlock body slam on Luke Jackson. He makes his way around to the legs, spinning Luke around so his head is near the apron; with a glance over to Ricky, Treats promptly slingshots Luke throat first into the bottom rope! He drags Jackson away and makes the cover.

Ricky makes the save!

And he continues stomping at Rottentreats until the referee intervenes, forcing Ricky back to his corner. It takes a couple of seconds for Treats to shake it off, but he gets back up and tags out to Ai before leaving the ring.

Kris Cruise: Tempers beginning to flare here.

Ai enters the ring and stomps at the downed Luke, only to pick him back up seconds later. She hits a Battlegrounds uppercut, sending Luke staggering back towards the center of the ring as Ai hits the ropes for momentum, coming back with a lariat. But Luke ducks underneath the arm and counters with an overflow arm drag! Ai gets sent across the ring towards the corner where Ricky is standing. She moves out of his reach quickly, darting towards the rising Luke Jackson with a running crossbody – NO! Jackson counters with a dropkick!

Stephy Auger: That’s one way to get back into the match!

Kris Cruise: He picked Ai out of mid air with that dropkick!

Ai clutches her gut in pain as Luke forces himself back to a vertical base. As she gets back to her feet, Ai is caught with a schoolboy pin!

Luke makes the tag out to Ricky Valero, who enters the ring with a clothesline to the rising Mistress Ai! She gets right back to her feet and again Ricky knocks her down with another clothesline! As Ai stands back up again, she’s clocked around the back of the head with a standing enziguiri, forcing her to drop to one knee. Valero hits the ropes – but Treats catches him from behind with a knee to the back!

Stephy Auger: There’s the dirty tactics that Mr. Rottentreats is almost infamous for.

But Valero turns around and drills the Pagliacci of Professional Wrestling with a forearm smash to the face, knocking him off the ring apron! But with his attention momentarily drawn away, Ricky has left himself open to an Ai attack as she charges at him from behind, sending Valero tumbling to the outside with a dropkick to the back. She stands tall for a moment before running against the far ropes, coming back with a suicide dive to the outside!

But Luke Jackson looks like he wants to get in on the action as he makes his way around the apron, finally making his way there before he leaps off the apron with an asai moonsault, taking out Mistress Ai!

Kris Cruise: There’s carnage on the outside.

The tag champions help each other back to their feet, but their attention is drawn to the ring where Mr. Rottentreats is running towards them. He springboards off the middle rope with a plancha, taking out both Ricky and Luke! The crowd even cheer that one as Treats stands back up, bringing Ricky with him. The referee’s count out is up to four as Valero is rolled back into the ring, followed close behind by Mistress Ai. Ricky staggers back to his feet soon after Ai does so, allowing her the opportunity to line him up for a running bicycle kick! And the cover!

Kris Cruise: Ricky kicking out after the Gamma Ray Burst! I bet Ai thought she might have had him there.

Stephy Auger: It’s going to take more than that to put away Ricky Valero. Ai should know that better than anyone.

Ai makes the tag out to her partner; the members of Rising Circus perform a quick double suplex to Valero before Ai heads out onto the apron. Treats performs the Rotten Stomp, working his way around Ricky’s body with stomps to various appendages before ending with a spinning boot scrape to the face. And the cover.

Luke was half way through the ropes to break that up, but steps back out as Treats drags Ricky back to his feet. An Irish whip sends the champion towards a neutral corner as Treats charges in after him with a running forearm smash! Valero staggers out into the waiting arms of his opponent who performs a fireman’s carry neckbreaker. Ricky sits up, clutching his neck in pain as Treats is already on the move, hitting the ropes as he comes back and feigns a shining wizard, before nailing Ricky with a reverse roundhouse! The referee pushes Luke away, but Treats gets back to his feet and charges at Jackson; the two of them begin trading blows as Ricky manages to get back to his feet behind Treats, rolling him up with a schoolboy!

Kris Cruise: Another near fall; Treats nearly got caught by surprise there, and you know he’s not going to take kindly to that.

Both men scramble back to their feet as Jackson is ejected from the ring. Valero firing off forearm strikes as the adrenaline begins to flow. He sends Treats towards a neutral corner and follows him in a flying forearm smash. The Pagliacci of Professional Wrestling staggers out, straight into another Irish whip as Valero sends him against the ropes, hitting Treats with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker upon his return!

This time Ricky is slow to his feet, followed close behind by Rottentreats. The champion meets his opponent with a boot to the gut, followed by a double underhook backbreaker! Treats is laid out in the ring, clutching his back in pain as Valero stands back up and points towards the corner. He quickly leaps up to the top rope, posing momentarily as the crowd pop, before he leaps off with Burying the Hatchet! The double foot stomp driving the wind out of Treats’ midsection before Ricky hooks the leg.

Stephy Auger: Mistress Ai with the timely save there.

Kris Cruise: But here comes Luke!

Jackson storms the ring with a running dropkick, catching Ai in the chest and sending her tumbling backwards! He follows her over and begins to stomp, but the referee ushers him back to his corner as Ricky brings Treats over and makes the tag out. The champions are allowed a moment to double team as Ricky performs a backbreaker, holding Treats there as Jackson slingshots in with an elbow drop! He makes the cover.

Jackson lifts his opponent back to his feet and applies an arm wringer, followed by a hook kick to the jaw. Treats drops to the mat as Luke hits the ropes, springboarding off them with a lionsault. No pin attempt though. Instead, Luke drags his opponent towards the corner points towards the turnbuckle, before he starts to climb. Jackson steadies himself on the top rope, looking for the moonsault – NO! Treats dives up and shakes the rope, causing Luke to fall and crotch himself!

Kris Cruise: Treats out of desperation shaking the rope there.

Stephy Auger: Veteran instinct, Kris. And he might’ve just saved himself and his team.

Treats wearily climbs up to the middle rope, hooking his head under the arm of his opponent before he brings Jackson crashing back down to the mat with a super belly to back suplex! The crowd gasp as both men are down momentarily. But Treats crawls over and drapes an arm across the chest.

Luke gets the shoulder up. Treats rolls off him and begins to move towards the corner, where Ai is waiting with an arm outstretched. Ricky is calling out for the same, but Luke isn’t moving after that high impact move. The crowd cheer slightly as Ai gets the hot tag, and she storms the ring. Jackson begins to stir, moving up to a kneeling position as Ai hooks him with a rear waistlock before hoisting him overhead with a German Suplex! Ricky storms the ring, running at Ai with a clothesline. But she ducks underneath the arm and counters with a neckbreaker! Valero gets back up before his partner, however, as Ai catches him with a some palm strikes that send him back against the ropes. He rebounds with some momentum, allowing Ai to hit a Stardust Slam! She points towards Mr. Rottentreats and then to the top rope, and he knows what she wants to see.

Treats climbs up to the top rope and walks along it before leaping with double elbow drops to both members of the tag champions! The referee tries to restore a modicum of order, ushering Treats out of the ring as Ai covers Luke.

Stephy Auger: Come on ref, count.

Finally the referee turns back around and makes the cover.

But Luke Jackson getting the shoulder up in the nick of time there. Ai drags him back to his feet and whips him towards the corner, following him in with a clothesline. She goes for a bulldog, but Luke manages to push her away in mid air! Ai lands on her ass, but pops back to her feet as Luke rushes her with a clothesline attempt, but Ai ducks and meets him with a boot to the gut and a DDT! She drags Jackson towards the corner and makes the tag out to Treats. He enters the ring and hoists himself up to the middle rope, waiting for Jackson to get back up before he hits the Red Pop Drop! And the cover!

Stephy Auger: Ricky with the save this time!

Valero driving the elbows down across the back of the head to break up the cover before the referee orders him back to his corner. Treats manages to shake it off before making the tag back out to Ai. She enters the ring and brings Luke back to his feet. She grabs him from behind with a half nelson, looking for the suplex – NO! Luke hooks the leg to block it. Then fires off some elbows to the face to force a break before he runs against the ropes, only to get caught by a hip toss to cut off his momentum!

Jackson staggers back to his feet as Ai lies in wait for him. His back is turned as he gets to a vertical base, allowing Ai to sneak up behind him and lift him for the Joshiplex!

NO!

Ricky entered the ring as she was preparing herself, and he catches Ai with a superkick flush to the jaw! She drops to her knees as Treats enters the ring, barrelling towards Valero as the pair of them tumble over the top ropes with a Cactus clothesline! But inside the squared circle it’s Luke who’s up first as he sees his vulnerable opponent, and he connects with the Oakland Drive By! The fans cheer as he bundles Ai up, hooking both legs!

Ai kicks out a second too later as the bell sounds to end this match. Luke getting helped back to his feet by the official who then raises his hand.

Kris Cruise: They did it! A hard fought contest, but the champions prevail against the Rising Circus.

Stephy Auger: That’s almost highway robbery, Kris. Rising Circus had this match as good as won until the last second there. But Ricky and Luke get the win.

Ricky joins his partner in the ring to celebrate as Ai and Mr. Rottentreats collect themselves on the outside, heading backstage together as the champions celebrate in the ring.

Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine vs. Molly Reid

Stephy Auger: Here we go, Kris. To say I’m excited about watching Tony Carmine wipe that smug grin off Molly Reid’s face is an understatement, but we finally get to see them in a singles match tonight.

Kris Cruise: Of course they have met before in that six person tag match, when Molly and her team emerged victorious. But this time they don’t have teammates to rely on. But Molly will be riding high after becoming the number one contender to the Mid-Atlantic Legacy title on the last show.

Stephy Auger: And Tony is currently the number one contender to Zero McHannon’s World title. He’s fresh off that Gold Rush Rumble win, and he’s across the ring from one of the people he likes the least – and that’s saying something!

Kris Cruise: Which can only mean one thing. We’re in for a tremendous match between these two!

When "Solarflare" by Yung Lean hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(. He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.

"The molecule that's me won't go without a fist

I'm a molecule but I stand in the mist

Bitch don't cut your wrists, I'mma kill to live

Solar flare, I can see the skies opening, I'm almost there"

After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Boca Raton, Florida, weighing in at 154 pounds, "Sunshine" Scandalous Tony Carmine!

The lights in the arena dim as Crazy Bitch by Buckcherry begins to play over the loudspeakers in the arena. A spotlight appears on the stage as Molly Reid walks out in her wrestling gear, bouncing around with a happy grin on her face, singing along to the song.

J.A. Aldridge: And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California … MOLLY REID!

She walks down the ramp to cheers from the crowd, reaching out and high fiving some of them. She slides into the ring and jumps up, holding her arms in the air as the crowd cheers loudly. Molly runs to a turnbuckle and jumps onto the second rope, posing for the crowd once more, before climbing down and moving to her corner.

Kris Cruise: Both competitors are in the ring, and the crowd are as ready for this one as I am, Stephy. Just listen to them cheering for Molly Reid.

Stephy Auger: They just want to see Tony fall, like they always do. When you’re as talented and successful as Tony Carmine is you get used to this sort of hate.

The bell sounds to start the match as both competitors circle the ring. The crowd here in Johnson City are firmly behind Molly Reid, as you’d expect. But Carmine ignores them as she locks up collar and elbow with Molly Reid. Almost immediately he manages to overpower her, pushing Reid back against the ropes. The referee calls for a break, which he gets after a four count, only for Tony to unleash some vicious knife edge chops to the chest. An Irish whip follows, and Tony practically bulldozes into Molly with a running clothesline upon her return.

She drops to the mat and Tony stands over her, telling her to get back up before he stomps at her, working over her midsection.

Stephy Auger: He may not have a significant weight advantage in this match, but Tony Carmine will likely play the power game to try and wear down Molly.

Kris Cruise: She’s known for her endurance, Stephy, that may not be the wisest strategy for Tony tonight.

As Molly pushes herself up to all fours, Tony clobbers her across the back. But still she persist on standing back up, so Tony drives a knee up into the gut, doubling her over. Some more overhand shots to the back follow before Molly gets sent to the corner with an Irish whip. She hits the turnbuckles hard and falls to the mat, clutching her back in pain.

Tony stands there with his hands on his hips, staring down at Molly as he tells her to get back up again. As he goes over to pick her up, however, Molly catches him by surprise with a double leg takedown! She assumes the mounted position and rains down some punches. But Tony is able to use his legs to push her away as both competitors scramble back to their feet. Molly strikes first, peppering her opponent with some elbow strikes to the face. She goes for an Irish whip, only to feint; Molly drives a knee into the gut before spiking Tony into the mat with a DDT! She goes for a cover.

Kris Cruise: Molly with a burst of speed catching Tony by surprise here, can she keep it up?

Molly drags Tony back to his feet by a handful of hair, but Carmine pushes her arms away in anger before firing off a couple of forearm shots. A snapmare follows before he applies a rear chinlock, slowing the pace once again. The crowd are still rallying behind Reid as Carmine wrenches the hold in tighter. It doesn’t take long for Molly to try and battle her way out, though. As she gets back to her feet she fires off a couple of elbows to the gut, before she’s sufficiently weakened Tony’s grip enough that she can push him away and against the ropes. Molly catches him with a spinning heel kick upon his return, and the crowd pop as he hits the mat!

Both competitors scramble back to their feet again as Molly unleashes a shoot kick to the chest, and another one to follow, before she goes up high with a roundhouse kick. The impact of which causes Tony to spin on the spot, and get caught with a backslide!

He rolls backwards out of the pinning predicament, but gets caught with another double leg takedown as Molly recovers quickly. She tries to drop an elbow down across the chest, but Tony rolls out of the way, and again both competitors rush to their feet. A spinning back fist catches Tony by surprise, stunning him before Molly delivers a boot to the gut, and a bridging fisherman’s suplex!

Kris Cruise: Another kick out, but give her the credit, Molly is bringing the fight to Sunshine Scandalous here.

Stephy Auger: She has a point to try and prove here, Kris. Everybody has been telling her that the six man tag match was a fluke, and Molly needs to prove them wrong.

Molly picks her opponent back to his feet again, and sends Tony against the ropes with an Irish whip. She throws up the arm looking for a clothesline, but Tony ducks underneath and puts the pedal to the metal. With a burst of speed he hits the far ropes and comes back with a chopblock to the back of the knee!

Reid immediately hits the mat holding her knee in pain as Carmine sits up with a smirk on his face. His chest is turning red after those kicks earlier, but he’s not showing the pain as he stands back up, grabbing hold of that left leg. A few stomps at the knee follow before Tony puts all his weight behind a spinning knee smash.

Kris Cruise: That’s one way to counter Molly’s MMA offense. Take out her legs and she can’t deliver those vicious kicks that we saw earlier.

Stephy Auger: You sounds surprised by that. Tony Carmine is a tactician, he knows how to exploit weaknesses and counter strengths.

But the knee smash isn’t enough as Tony applies a single leg crab, torquing it back as far as he can; Molly continues yelling out in pain as the hold is locked in, the referee asking her if she submits as she does so. But Molly doesn’t know the meaning of the word! She crawls across the ring, dragging herself closer to the ropes before finally grabbing hold of the bottom rope. The referee calls for a break, which he begrudgingly gets at the four count.

Carmine releases the hold, and immediately goes to work on that knee again, stomping viciously. As he drags Molly back to her feet, however, she pushes away his arms in much the same way he did earlier, and fires off some closed hand fists to the face before leaping up with a dropkick that knocks Tony through the ropes all the way to the outside. But Molly can’t capitalize straight away; she’s down on the mat clutching that knee as Tony picks himself up on the outside.

He reaches under the bottom rope and grabs Molly’s legs, bringing her closer to the corner of the ring before his intentions become clear. He sets her up with a leg either side of the steel ring post, and whips that left leg around the post. The crowd boo in disapproval as Carmine does it a second time, wrapping the injured leg around the post before he rolls back into the ring. A cover by Tony.

Shaking his head, Tony kneels over his opponent and unleashes more shots to the face before throwing Molly down and covering again.

Kris Cruise: Only a two count. Looks like Molly Reid has more fight in her yet.

Stephy Auger: She must have borrowed Annie’s heart along with the rest of her personality traits.

With the frustration growing, Tony drags his opponent up and whips Molly against the ropes. Upon her return he catches her with a powerslam, driving her down into the mat with authority. After which he stands up and taunts Reid, telling her to get up again. A few stomps for good measure, and Tony drags Molly up again. Another Irish whip sends her towards the corner before Carmine rushes in, throwing all his weight behind a body splash. A snapmare out of the corner, followed by a soccer kick to the spine, and Tony appears to be in firm control here.

But he doesn’t go for the cover again. Instead he scoops Molly up and places her in a tree of woe position. He targets the knee, driving his elbow repeatedly down across it, before stomping at the midsection.

Kris Cruise: Molly’s found herself in a precarious position here…

Carmine backs away, taking a run up from the opposite corner before he charges across the ring with a hesitation dropkick – NO! Molly lifts her head up to avoid the dropkick and Tony’s momentum carries him forward as he lands split legged against the ring post!

Stephy Auger: That’s not good…

The crowd are cheering, urging Molly on as she dismounts from the tree of woe. She moves towards the center of the ring, favoring that leg as she watches Tony gingerly pick himself up in the corner. He’s stumbling backwards as Molly grabs him with a rear waistlock, and German suplexes him – NO! Tony lands on his feet. Molly gets back up and is immediately tagged by a reverse discus elbow! She drops down and Tony hooks a leg!

Stephy Auger: How did she kick out of that one?!

Kris Cruise: That’s her endurance showing, Stephy. I told you earlier that Molly can take a licking and keep on ticking, and Tony Carmine is finding that out the hard way here.

Tony looks to the referee in disbelief, but the official assures him it was only two. Now he’s frustrated; he drags Molly to her feet and whips her towards the corner, following her in with a body splash – NO! Molly gets the boot up, straight into Tony’s face! The crowd pop as He staggers back a few steps, allowing Molly the chance to charge in with a Superman punch! Down goes Tony, but Molly can’t capitalize straight away. She moves towards the ropes, using them to pick herself up again as Tony does the same in the center of the ring.

He rushes at her again, but Molly ducks to avoid the clothesline, diving around the back as she takes Tony down with a bridging German Suplex!

Tony kicks out at the last second, and both competitors slowly stand back up. Tony goes for a toe kick, but Molly catches it and counters with a dragon screw legwhip, before kipping up and going for the jack knife pin!

Again, Tony gets the shoulder up at the last second and both competitors move back to their vertical bases. Molly lashes out with a roundhouse kick, but Tony ducks underneath it; her leg nearly buckles, but Molly remains upright as Tony throws out the discus elbow again. But it’s ducked and Molly connects with the Molly Kick!

Kris Cruise: Molly Kick connects! This could be it!

But the knee gave way at the last possible second, as Molly collapses in pain next to the unconscious body of Tony Carmine! The crowd are cheering, urging her on as she drags herself over and drapes an arm across the chest!

The referee points towards the ropes, where Tony has a foot on the bottom rope; the crowd collectively gasp as Molly sits up in disappointment. The frustration is evident on her face as she moves towards the ropes again, using them to pick herself up.

Kris Cruise: So close there. I thought she had it, Stephy, and I think every one thought the same. But Tony Carmine is still in this one.

Molly takes a moment to recompose herself as she limps towards her opponent, picking Tony back up with a rear waistlock. She moves him away from the ropes and goes for the German suplex again, but Tony hooks his foot around her leg to block. A few back elbows to force a break as Tony staggers away. He turns around and ducks the right hook, driving a knee up into the gut before hoisting Molly up onto his shoulder with a Gory special…

Stephy Auger: Could it be?! It’s Always Sunny In Sicily!

She says as Tony brings Molly down face first across his knee! She collapses to the mat and Tony drops down on top of her, hooking both legs as the referee counts it.

Carmine stands back up as the referee tries to raise his arm, but Tony shirks it off and quickly exits the ring. He’s holding his face where that Molly Kick connected moments earlier, looking rather pissed off as he heads backstage.

Kris Cruise: She gave it a fair go, but Molly falling just short tonight as Tony picks up the victory here.

Stephy Auger: He just wanted to give her hope, Kris. This match was never in question.

Kris Cruise: I wonder what would have happened had her knee not given out after the Molly Kick; if Molly Reid had been able to make the cover without delay we might have seen a different winner here. But Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine continues his winning ways.

Molly sits up in the center of the ring, the crowd giving her a cheer and a round of applause as she exits the ring and also heads backstage, her head held high as she acknowledges the support.

Zero McHannon vs. Anne Zellor

An assortment of purple and blue strobe lights illuminate the entrance aisle, flashing in time with the music, as Annie Zellor bursts through the curtain. She poses momentarily, 'flexing' her biceps for the fans, before running down the aisle, her arms outstretched to slap hands with the willing fans on the way down.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is your main event of the evening! Introducing first, from Staten Island, New York! Weighing in at 115 pounds! She is the reigning FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion… ANNIE ZELLOR!

The youngster slides in under the bottom rope and runs to the furthest away turnbuckle, climbing to the middle rope, whereupon she raises a fist in the air before jumping down off the turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: It’s main event time, Stephy! This isn’t just going to be any main event. It’s going to be champion vs. champion as the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, Annie Zellor takes on the FGA World Champion, Zero McHannon. Both titles aren’t on the line, but you better believe that these two champs will be fighting like they are.

Stephy Auger: I think that Annie Zellor realizes how much she’s in over her head. She talks about how well she did against this person and how well she did against that person. She talks herself up as some Giant Killer. But I can name one giant she won’t slay tonight, and that’s Zero McHannon! Did you hear the way she talked back to him? The tone that she used? McHannon is going to make sure she puts some respeck on his name tonight. I can guarantee you that.

“Same Old War" by Our Last Night hits the speakers. It's slow to pick up, but when it does, it comes in blazing as the light surveys the arena, then stays focused on the top of the ramp with a bright white light. Zero McHannon walks through the curtain with the FGA World Championship fit firmly around his waist, and a black zip up with the hood over his head. He turns his back to the audience, until the lyrics hit, then turn back around with his arms spread to the booing crowd.

“I've been fighting the same old war,
against a disease, without a cure!
Been holding on for so long! For so long!
For so long!"

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, now residing out of Long Island, New York! Weighing in at 215 pounds! He is the reigning FGA World Champion… ZERO MCHANNON!

Zero holds his arms out for a moment and raises his head to take in the atmosphere from the fans, then slowly starts to make his way down the ramp. McHannon stops at the bottom of the ramp and bounces on the balls of his feet, looking from one side of the arena to the other, then sliding in through the bottom rope, and bouncing right up to his feet.

“I've been wishing upon a star,
as my universe falls apart!
I feel so far from the sky,
as my dreams, are going by!
And they say, it's a battle that can't be won!

Should I run away,
and change my name?
Or should I stay and fight through the night?
And never close my eyes?
I'll never close my eyes!"

Zero McHannon climbs the nearest turnbuckle spread his arms and begins to yell towards the crowd as they do their best to boo over him. He freezes for a moment, taking in the hate from the crowd, then hops from the corner ropes, and tests the mat under his feet. He's talking to himself as he crosses the ring and stands up on the other turnbuckle, pointing to the crowd, and slapping himself in the chest. Finally, he unbuckles the FGA World Championship from his waist and holds it high above his head with one hand as the crowd continues to boo.

"I've come too far, to go back now,
to turn into a face in the crowd!

Been on this road for so long,
For so long... For so long!"

Kris Cruise: You talked about the supposed “lack of respect” that Annie showed to Zero. Well how about the disrespect that Zero showed to Annie? He’s done nothing but brush her off to the side like she hasn’t beaten big names. He brushes her off to the side as if Annie has never come through in the clutch and won big matches. If Zero thinks that he’s going to head into this match and walk all over Annie Zellor, then he’s in for a rude awakening.

McHannon walks into the middle of the ring with the title in one hand, and pulls off the zip up with his other hand, tossing it into the crowd. He falls back into one of the corners, and slumps into the turnbuckle, holding the World Championship close to this chest with both hands as he waits for the match to begin.

The bell sounds as McHannon and Zellor meet in the center of the ring. After a staredown, McHannon steps back and extends his hand.

Kris Cruise: What is this?

Stephy Auger: See, he actually does respect Annie? Are you happy now?

Kris Cruise: After all that trash he talked, now he wants to shake hands?

McHannon again extends his hand to Zellor. But Zellor shakes her head. McHannon huffs before putting his left hand behind his back and extending his right hand to Zellor. Zellor then looks out at the crowd to get their opinion…

Crowd: NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! NO!!!

Zellor turns back to McHannon, who is telling Zellor to forget them and shake his damn hand. Zellor looks down at the hand, then back up at McHannon’s face. She narrows her eyes as she slowly reaches out to shake McHannon’s hand. Just then, McHannon goes for a kick to the midsection. But Zellor catches his foot. She let’s out a “hey!” before throwing his foot down. McHannon then goes to throw a punch. But Zellor blocks the punch and nails him with a right hand.

Crowd: POW!!!

Zellor then nails McHannon with another right hand…

After a kick to the midsection, Zellor takes McHannon and goes for an irish whip. But McHannon reverses, sending Zellor into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, McHannon grabs her, runs and tosses her over the top rope…

… but while McHannon turns and raises his arms in the air, Zellor is seen hanging onto the top rope. McHannon turns around and sees this, so he goes to knock Zellor down with a baseball slide. But Zellor pulls herself over the top rope and back into the ring as McHannon slides out to the floor. Once McHannon turns towards the ring, Zellor springboards onto the bottom rope and delivers a slingshot dropkick through the ropes. The crowd cheers as McHannon is knocked to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Zero took his eyes off of Annie and she made him pay with that dropkick right in the mush!

After McHannon sits up and shakes out the cobwebs, Zellor turns and runs into the far ropes. When McHannon gets back to his feet, Zellor knocks him down with a baseball slide.

McHannon slowly turns over on all fours and shakes out the cobwebs. As he returns to his feet, Zellor runs back into the ropes. When she comes back, she goes for another baseball slide. But McHannon moves out of the way. After Zellor slides out to the floor, McHannon lifts her up, runs across the ringside area and rams her back-first against the barricade.

Stephy Auger: That’s what she gets for trying to go to the well one too many times, Cruise.

The crowd boos as McHannon takes Zellor, lifts her up and throws her down with a front suplex across the top of the barricade. Zellor bounces off the barricade and falls to the floor. Zellor curls up as she can be heard squealing in pain. But McHannon shows zero compassion towards the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion. So he begins to deliver punt kicks to the ribs before stomping all over her.

Kris Cruise: Look at him attacking her with no regard.

Stephy Auger: Is this the playground or is this the main event, Cruise? Annie talked about how tough she was. Well, let’s see what she’s got.

McHannon reaches down, picks up Zellor and slams her face-first onto the apron before shoving her back into the ring. McHannon then rolls himself back in and makes the cover.

McHannon picks up Zellor and tosses her through the ropes and back to the floor. After McHannon returns to the floor, he yanks up Zellor by her hair, brings her back over and delivers another front suplex across the top of the barricade. He then positions Zellor across the barricade before planting her with a hung DDT on the floor.

Kris Cruise: I know there’s padding out there on the floor, but not that much. She could be seriously hurt, Stephy.

While Zellor laying face-first on the floor, McHannon turns to the crowd and mocks Zellor by chanting “SPARKLEBUDDIES!” He then delivers a stomp to the back before reaching down and dragging Zellor by the hair across the floor. He then yanks Zellor back to her feet before shoving her back into the ring. After rolling himself back into the ring, he pulls Zellor away from the ropes before making the cover.

McHannon picks up Zellor and whips her into the corner. He then runs into the corner and connects with a clothesline. McHannon then takes Zellor and whips her into the opposite corner. The champ then runs across the ring, but Zellor nails him with a boot to the face. After McHannon stumbles back, he runs back into the corner. But again, Zellor nails him with a boot to the face. After stumbling back, McHannon runs back into the corner. Zellor goes for another boot to the face. But this time, McHannon catches her foot. He then begins to taunt Zellor. But Zellor responds by raising her free leg and blasting McHannon in the face with a front kick.

Kris Cruise: Zero’s cockiness cost him in that exchange.

As McHannon stumbles back, Zellor runs from out of the corner and delivers a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takeover. McHannon gets back to his feet, but Zellor knocks him down with a dropkick. McHannon returns to his feet, but Zellor returns him to the mat with another dropkick. When McHannon gets back up, Zellor goes for a third dropkick. But McHannon side steps and swats her down. As Zellor gets off the canvas, McHannon runs over and throws out a clothesline. But Zellor ducks. When McHannon turns around, Zellor knocks him down to one knee with a dropkick to the leg. After Zellor returns to her feet, she knocks McHannon down with a superkick. The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Annie caught him flush across the jaw with that superkick, but he only gets two. I’m sure that her good friend Molly Reid is in the back cheering her on...

Stephy Auger: Cheering her on? If I’m Molly, I’m hoping that Zero beats the tar out of her.

Kris Cruise: Why?

Stephy Auger: So she can be softened up for that big title match. Don’t get me wrong, Molly can wipe the mat with Annie regardless. But if Annie heads into that match at less than 100%, then that’s nothing but good news for her.

Kris Cruise: Well from what I know of Molly, she isn’t rooting against Annie at all.

Zellor picks McHannon, moves him into the corner and unleashes a series of knife edge chops that echo throughout the arena. She then takes McHannon and whips him into the opposite corner. Zellor then runs across the ring, hops onto McHannon and monkey flips him out of the corner as the crowd cheers. While McHannon is still down, Zellor steps through the ropes and climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Once McHannon gets up and turns around, Zellor leaps off for a diving crossbody. But the crowd boos as McHannon counters with a powerslam. He then looks down at Zellor and laughs before making the lateral press.

McHannon picks up Zellor and delivers a vertical suplex lift dropped into a neckbreaker. While Zellor curls up and clutches the back of her neck, McHannon stands over her and asks her where Molly is before delivering a stomp to the ribs.

Stephy Auger: … hopefully in the back wishing that Zero stomps her again.

Kris Cruise: Oh stop it!

McHannon asks her where her friends are now before delivering another stomp to the ribs. McHannon then reaches down, yanks Zellor back to her feet and delivers several knees to the midsection. The last of which knocks Zellor down to all fours. McHannon then steps back, frames Zellor and then blasts her with a punt kick to the ribs. After Zellor rolls over and gets back up on all fours, McHannon runs over and delivers another punt kick to the ribs. McHannon watches as Zellor rolls out onto the apron. As she tries to pull herself up using the ropes, McHannon heads over and delivers a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then grabs Zellor and goes for a vertical suplex back into the ring. But Zellor slips down from behind and rolls him up with an O’Connor Roll.

McHannon returns to his feet and goes to knock Zellor off the apron. But it’s Zellor that hits a shoulder thrust through the ropes. She then slingshots herself over the top rope and executes a sunset flip.

After both grapplers return to their feet, Zellor runs over and drives him down with a wheelbarrow bulldog. She turns McHannon over and makes the cover.

McHannon looks over at the ref and claps his hands three times. He then picks up Zellor and lifts her up onto his shoulders before delivering a fireman’s carry gutbuster. He makes the cover.

McHannon picks up Zellor and whips her hard into the corner. The turnbuckles rattle as Zellor crashes sternum-first into the corner. As she stumbles back, McHannon lifts her up from behind before delivering a chickenwing gutbuster. He makes the cover.

Zellor charges across the ring, connects with a discus clothesline and goes to follow up with a bulldog from out of the corner. But McHannon shoves Zellor off of him and into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, the crowd cheers as she plants him with a Satellite DDT.

While McHannon’s down, Zellor slowly returns to her feet and makes her way out onto the apron. She goes to climb up to the top turnbuckle. But McHannon races into the corner, runs up onto the middle ropes and repeatedly headbutts Zellor. While Zellor is dazed, McHannon turns around, lifts Zellor up across his shoulders and delivers a rolling fireman’s carry slam. The crowd boos as he leans back and hooks the leg.

McHannon picks up Zellor and whips her into the ropes. When Zellor comes back, McHannon throws out a discus clothesline. But Zellor ducks. When McHannon turns around, Zellor knocks him down with a spinning leg sweep before delivering a standing Shooting Star Press.

Stephy Auger: Oh no...

Kris Cruise: You know what comes next!?!?

Zellor looks around at the crowd before throwing up the #GRRFACE! She then runs into the far ropes. When Zellor comes back, she swings through the ropes and goes for the Rough ‘n’ Tumble. But McHannon catches her legs, stands up and yanks her hard back into the ring. Zellor flies before crashing back-first on the canvas.

As Zellor slowly returns to her feet, McHannon kicks her in the midsection and lifts her back up across his shoulders. But Zellor repeatedly elbows him in the side of the head before slipping down from behind. When McHannon turns around, the crowd cheers as Zellor blasts him with a 540 Kick.

Kris Cruise: Sparkle Princess Special!

While McHannon is down, Zellor slowly steps out onto the apron before beginning to climb up to the top turnbuckle. Once Zellor gets to the top, she dives off. But she hans to readjust herself as McHannon pulls the ref in front of him.

Kris Cruise: What the heck was that!?

Stephy Auger: I don’t know. Maybe Zero just needed help getting up.

Kris Cruise: Oh give me a break...

After Zellor lands on her feet, she moves the ref out of the way. When she goes to turn to McHannon, McHannon jumps up and delivers the Codebreaker. The crowd boos as McHannon brings Zellor back to her feet, lifts her up and throws her down with Zero-Tolerance.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner, ZERO MCHANNON!

Zero snatches his FGA World Championship from the referee, rolling onto his back, and reaching out for one of the bottom ropes closest to the rampway. McHannon catches Tony Carmine and Johnny Cannon making their way down the ramp, causing Zero to roll back towards the middle of the ring and standing back to a vertical position. He looks exhausted, but he isn’t budging as he leans on his knees, both Carmine and Cannon making their way to opposite sides of the ring before climbing up onto the apron.

Carmine points at Zero before giving a hand signal to Cannon who nods in agreement, the only thing the FGA World Champion can do is watch as they casually enter the ring, keeping his head on a swivel and trying to keep space between him and the number one contenders. Tony playfully waves at Zero, while Johnny stretches his shoulders.

Stephy Auger: Things are about to heat up in here. Carmine and Cannon didn’t confront Zero with a physical altercation on the last episode of Vertigo, but it seems they’re taking advantage now.

Kris Cruise: It’s two on one… Zero better get use to this considering the match at All Star Showdown. It’ll basically be a handicap.

Zero shakes his head lightly as Carmine and Cannon are circling him like vultures in the middle of the ring. McHannon drops the title and throws out a punch in Carmine’s direction, but it’s blocked as Tony throws a few punches of his own to force the FGA World Champion back into one of the corners where he isn’t able to hold up against both the number one contenders. A few moments pass from the beating before Zero falls to his knees, then all the way to the mat as he rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope to the boos from the fans, which no one is really sure who they’re booing.

Zero is using the announcer’s table to hold his weight up, but it isn’t long before Carmine and Cannon roll out of the ring to make chase. They grab McHannon before he can make it around the apron and throw him shoulder first into the barrier! Cannon picks up Zero by the chin, laughs in his face, and delivers a violent European Uppercut that puts McHannon back up against the barrier once again. This time Carmine is trying to pull Zero back to his feet by the arm, but he slumps away, forcing Zero back up painfully as he throws his head off the announcer’s table.

Kris Cruise: I’m caught. I know Zero’s outnumbered right now by Carmine and Cannon. This is right up the New Kings’ alley, but I don’t feel any pity for our World Champion right now.

Stephy Auger: You might want to watch out, Kris… their fight is coming our way.

The New Kings roll McHannon onto the table and climb on it themselves, looking out to the audience as they rain jeers down upon the pair of contenders. Carmine shoves Zero’s head down forcefully off the table and motions for Cannon to pull McHannon back up to his feet. Johnny does so and holds Zero’s face up as both men are saying something under their breath to him - none of it can be any good it. Carmine helps lift Zero onto Cannon’s shoulders, turning around and putting McHannon’s head into a neckbreaker position as the table cracks underneath them when Cannon brings down the FGA World Champion with a powerbomb as Carmine is there to deliver his own version of a neckbreaker into the move! Everyone in the front row jumps back as they rest of the audience gasps.

Cannon and Carmine roll off the broken shards of table and back into the ring so they can admire the damage that they’ve caused. Laughing to each other and throwing a few high-fives, Cannon and Carmine both start to show off around the ring to themselves as McHannon looks broken in half after being put through the table.

Kris Cruise: Good lord!

Carmine accidentally kicks the title and smirks to himself as he points it out to Cannon. Then both men reach over to pick up the title.
