The soft melody of ‘Crimson’ by Morcheeba begins to play throughout the arena as The Crimson Baroness steps out from behind the curtain; her top hat is tipped forward, covering her eyes slightly as she poses, resting both hands on the head of her cane. The crowd immediately begin booing and jeering, letting The Baroness know exactly what they think of her. She begins her slow walk to the ring, shrugging off the hatred with a sense of nonchalance.
Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is your main event of the evening! Introducing first, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Weighing in at 124 pounds! She is THE CRIMSON BARONESS!
She climbs up the ring steps, urging the referee to hold the ropes open for her before she steps in under the middle ropes; The Crimson Baroness removes her hat and places it delicately in the corner next to her cane before she waits for the match to begin.
Geoff Penzer: The Crimson Baroness is awfully proud of herself, isn’t she? She’s once again attacked Emily Carter. This time, by breaking one of her canes over Emily’s head. She can mock Emily all she wants. But at Welcome To The Serengeti, she’s going to finally face Emily one on one. I wonder how she’ll try and get out of that one.
"I'M BRINGING SEXY BAAAACK."
As soon as the beat of “Sexy Back” by Justin Timberlake hits, smoke smoothly pours up from the entrance ramp, masking the actual entrance impossible to see. Prince MacRear emerges from the smoke mid-sequence, a smug grin on his demeanor and jerking his hips. With a look on his face that can only mean he’s clearly enthused with himself, he does a twirl before continuing down to the ring. MacRear takes turns shouting at the sky, yelling at fans, and twerking his backside at every chance he gets while taking selfies with his iPhone.
Tony Allen: Her partner, from Hollywood, California! Weighing in at 191 pounds! He is The Sultan of Selfies… PRINCE MACREAR!
As he reaches the ring, MacRear sprawls across the apron and poses, almost model like, soaking the attention from the crowd. MacRear waves the fans off and rolls toward the middle of the ring. He takes one more selfie, sets his phone down on the canvas, and in a swift, exaggerated manner, takes off his robe.
Geoff Penzer: Prince MacRear will also have to face the music at Welcome To The Serengeti when he takes on Jensen Banks. Jensen gave Brody Watts a Bank Shot that sent him right out of LDFC. He then gave the Baroness a Bank Shot that knocked her lights out. But he’s been saving one last Bank Shot for the Sultan of Selfies. For MacRear’s sake, I hope he saves all those selfies because after Welcome To The Serengeti, his face may never look the same again.
As the beginning horn sound that starts “Forever” blasts through the arena, Terrence Tillman runs out to the stage. Running back and forth shouting and waving his arms in the air motioning for the fans to get on their feet. He stops in the center and stretches his arms out to either side shouting “It’s Time” at the top of his lungs.
Tony Allen: And their opponents! Introducing first, from Orlando, Florida! Weighing in at 230 pounds! He is “TERRIFIC” TERRENCE TILLMAN!
Tillman starts his march to the ring with a smile on his face, slapping hands of the kids in the audience letting out an occasional “Wooo!” or “Yeah baby!”
Tillman rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and runs to each corner pointing to the fans, clapping his hands, and feeding off the crowd reaction.
Geoff Penzer: Triple T has been verbally and physically attacked in recently weeks. We all know what’s happened every time both him and the Baroness have been in the ring. He’s also had to deal with the likes of MacRear and Hana Song claiming that they deserve the APEX Championship match over him. But Tillman’s kept his head high. He’s continued to stand by Nest despite people trying to turn him against the APEX Champion. Tonight, he’s looking to shut up two of his biggest detractors and then, in two weeks, he’ll look to finally claim the APEX Championship when he takes on his partner at Welcome To The Serengeti.
The opening to Deftones' "Cherry Waves" plays as a small screen of smoke cover the ground of the stage. As the first rift blasts through the venue, Nest walks through the curtain breathing heavily. Keeping his head down he looks out to the crowd briefly before eyeing the ring ahead, making his way down the ramp with an alarming sense of urgency.
Tony Allen: And his partner, from Rocky Mount, North Carolina! Weighing in at 312 pounds! He is the reigning APEX Champion… NEST!
Nest stops right before he gets to the apron, holding out both of his arms with pitchfork hand signs along with a scream. He rolls in the ring and starts cracking his knuckles as the music dies down.
Geoff Penzer: Here is the APEX Champion, the man that ha-
The bell sounds as The Crimson Baroness and Prince MacRear attack Tillman and Nest from behind. The crowd erupts with boos as the duo delivers wild shots to both Nest and Tillman.
Geoff Penzer: MacRear and the Crimson Baroness just jumped Nest and Triple T!
TCB brings Tillman into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. Meanwhile, MacRear places Nest in a side headlock and rakes his eyes along the top rope. As soon as MacRear lets go, Nest stumbles into a nearby corner. MacRear storms over and delivers several kicks to the back of the thigh. He then turns Nest around and delivers chop after chop after chop. Back on the other side of the ring, the Baroness delivers a series of shoot kicks to the chest. She then rakes Tillman across the eyes. Baroness and MacRear look back at each other and give a knowing nod. They then take Nest and Tillman and irish whip them towards the center of the ring. But instead of colliding, Nest and Tillman hook arms, turn and then run into the corner. Tillman charges into the corner and nails Baroness with a Corner Splash to cheers from the crowd. In the opposite corner, Nest delivers a back elbow to the face, followed by a CCS Enzuigiri.
Geoff Penzer: Nest Kick to the Sultan of Selfies!
MacRear crumbles out of the corner before rolling to the outside. Tillman brings Baroness from out of the corner and whips her across the ring. But instead of hitting the ropes, Nest back body drops her over the top rope and onto MacRear, flattening him. The crowd cheers as The Baroness and The Sultan of Selfies are sprawled out on the floor.
Geoff Penzer: The Baroness just got dumped right on top of MacRear! Their plan is blowing up in their face! But it doesn’t look like the Champ is done!
As TCB and MacRear slowly help themselves back up to their feet, Tillman points to the outside. Nest then nods his head before running into the far ropes. When Nest comes back, he barrels across the ring before lunging for the ropes, wiping both the Baroness and MacRear out with a suicide dive. The crowd explodes into cheers before breaking out into a “NEST!” chant.
Geoff Penzer: What a dive by Nest! He just flattened MacRear and The Baroness with that dive to the outside!
Nest picks up Baroness and rolls him back into the ring. Tillman then heads over and makes the cover.

Baroness gets her foot on the bottom rope, which elicits boos from the crowd.
Tillman picks up Baroness, moves her into the corner and delivers three knife edge chops. He then takes Baroness and whips her across the ring. After sizing her up, Tillman runs, jumps and goes for another corner splash. But Baroness moves out of the way. The Baroness cackles while pointing to her head, thinking that she’s outsmarted Triple T. But Tillman never crashed into the corner! Instead, he safely landed on the middle ropes. So when Baroness turns back to face the corner, Tillman steps up onto the top turnbuckle and flips off, knocking her down with a moonsault. The crowd cheers as he makes the cover.

The crowd boos as MacRear breaks up the pin with a stomp to the back.
As MacRear heads to the outside, Tillman picks up Baroness and whips her into the ropes. When she returns, he sets up for a back body drop. But Baroness stops and counters with a Snap DDT. The crowd boos as she makes the cover.

Baroness brings Tillman back to his feet, wrenches his arm and follows up with a hook kick, knocking him down. She makes the cover.

Baroness wrenches Tillman’s arm and brings him into the corner. As she tags MacRear in, Baroness climbs up onto the top turnbuckle. She then walks halfway across the top rope before knocking him down with a clubbing shot to the back. MacRear then rushes in, pulls Tillman over and makes the cover.

Nest can be seen slapping the top turnbuckle as he calls for the tag.
Geoff Penzer: Tillman had control of this match for his team. But after that Snap DDT counter by the Baroness, it’s been the opposition that’s controlled this match. They’ve cut off the ring and have kept Tillman in their corner. Tillman’s a great athlete. He’s as resilient as they come. But he’s got to break free and make that tag to the APEX Champ.
MacRear picks Tillman, places him in a side headlock and rakes his eyes along the top rope. Once MacRear lets go, Tillman is sent stumbling into a nearby corner. MacRear turns im around and delivers a hard knife edge chop. He then nails Tillman with another chop… and another chop… and another. MacRear then takes Tillman and goes for an irish whip. But Tillman reverses, sending MacRear into the corner. Triple T rushes into the corner. But MacRear catches him with a back elbow. As Tillman stumbles back, MacRear runs from out of the corner before knocking him down with a running thump. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

Baroness breaks up the pin with a stomp to the gut. Nest can be seen slapping his hand out of frustration.
Geoff Penzer: Good save there by the Baroness after MacRear nearly got dropped on his head.
As TCB heads back out to the apron, Tillman picks up MacRear and goes for an irish whip. But MacRear reverses, sending him into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, MacRear sets up for another back body drop. But Tillman counters with a big knee lift, sending him stumbling back. While MacRear’s dazed, Tillman turns and runs into the ropes. When Tillman comes back, MacRear leapfrogs over him. Tillman continues to run into the ropes. But instead of bouncing off the ropes, the Baroness nails him with a knee to the back, which garners boos from the crowd. As Tillman stumbles away from the ropes, MacRear knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. The crowd continues to boo as he makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Tillman tried to get some momentum going, but the Baroness cut that off with that knee to the back. You can see Nest stewing in anger on the apron. But is that because of the Baroness’ cheap shot or is it because Tillman didn’t tag him in?
MacRear picks up Tillman, scoops him up from the side and delivers a backbreaker. He then heads into the corner, hoists himself up onto the middle ropes, tags in TCB and delivers a jumping elbow drop. After he rolls out of the way, the Baroness climbs up to the top turnbuckle, dives off and connects with a diving splash. The crowd boos as she hooks the leg.

Geoff Penzer: Tillman was able to get his shoulder up after those two high risk maneuvers from the opposition. But why didn’t Nest rush in to break up the pin?
Baroness picks up Tillman, knees him in the midsection and takes off into the ropes. When the Baroness returns, she knocks him down with a scissors kick. She makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Baroness gave Triple T a taste of his own medicine with that scissors kick. But again, the resilient Tillman gets his shoulder up.
Nest can be seen clapping his hands before holding his arm out for a tag. On the other side of the ring, the Baroness picks up Tillman and whips him into the corner. She then charges into the corner. But Tillman nails her with a back elbow. After hoisting himself up onto the middle ropes, Tillman grabs the Baroness and plants her with a Tornado DDT. The crowd cheers as the Baroness is down.
Geoff Penzer: Tillman just spiked Baroness with that DDT! Can he finally make the tag to the Champ!?
With both wrestlers down, the ref starts his count.

Tillman’s about to tag out. But MacRear grabs him by the ankle, drags him across the ring and delivers a jumping stomp to the back of the head. The crowd erupts in boos as MacRear walks back across the ring with a smug smirk on his face.
As MacRear heads out of the ring, Baroness turns him over and makes the cover.

Baroness picks up Tillman and whips him into the ropes. When Tillman returns, Baroness goes for a spinning backfist. But Tillman ducks. He goes to run into the far ropes. But MacRear sends him flipping down to the mat with a running knee to the midsection. As Tillman sits up, Baroness runs into the far ropes. When she returns, she blasts Tillman in the face with a Penalty Kick. The crowd boos as she makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Baroness and MacRear once again get Tillman down for a potential three count. But where was Nest!?
Baroness picks up Tillman and locks on the Coquina Clutch from behind. But before she can bring him to the mat, Tillman runs backwards into the corner, squashing her. Once the hold is broken, Tillman connects with the CSS Enzuigiri, which causes the crowd to explode with cheers. As Baroness crumbles from out of the corner, Tillman proceeds to use the bottom rope to pull himself across the ring. But just as he makes the tag to Nest, MacRear gets in and gains the ref’s attention.
Geoff Penzer: Nest is in!
When the ref turns around, he sees Nest putting the boots to The Crimson Baroness. So the ref goes over, pulls Nest off of her and yells at him about being in the ring illegally. Nest protests, saying that Tillman tagged him in. But the ref tells him he never saw any tag. He then motions for Nest to go back to his corner. Nest continues to protest, but the ref won’t budge from his stance. As the ref and Nest continue to argue, MacRear and Baroness proceed to put the boots to Tillman as the crowd boos them mercilessly. Once Nest sees that the ref won’t budge, he reluctantly heads back out to the apron. When the ref finally turns his attention back to the action, MacRear has returned to the apron.
Baroness picks up Tillman and goes for an irish whip. But Tillman reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Baroness returns, Tillman throws out a clothesline. But the Baroness ducks and counters with a Crucifix Driver. She makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Baroness just spiked Triple T with that crucifix driver. But once again, Tillman’s able to avoid the three count.
Baroness picks up Tillman and knees him in the gut four times. She then steps back before throwing out a roundhouse kick. But Tillman ducks and counters with a dropsault. Baroness gets back to her feet, but he knocks her down with another dropsault. As Baroness gets back up, Tillman runs over towards her. She throws out a clothesline. But Tillman ducks and runs into the ropes. When the Baroness turns around, Tillman delivers the Triple DDT. The crowd explodes with cheers as he makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: MacRear with another timely save!
As MacRear heads back out onto the apron, Tillman takes Baroness and whips her into the ropes. When Baroness comes back, Tillman throws out a kick. Baroness catches his foot, but Tillman counters with a Dragonwhip.
Geoff Penzer: Did you hear the impact from that kick!?
With both grapplers down, the ref starts his count.

As The Crimson Baroness tags in MacRear, Tillman tags in Nest.
Geoff Penzer: Nest is finally back in!
The two rivals then race towards the center of the ring. Nest quickly knocks MacRear down with a shoulder block. MacRear gets back up, but Nest knocks him down with another shoulder block. He then picks up MacRear and whips him into the ropes. When MacRear comes back, Nest throws him down with a thrusting spinebuster. Baroness comes charging in at him. But Nest ducks and throws her down with a back body drop. Baroness gets up, but Nest knocks her down with the Tree Removal.
Geoff Penzer: What a chop that was by the Apex Champion!
Nest goes over and picks up MacRear. But MacRear rakes him across the eyes. He then delivers a series of clubbing shots to the back. But Nest delivers a double leg pick up, runs across the ring and rams him back-first into the corner. He then takes MacRear and whips him across the ring. After sizing MacRear up, Nest barrels across the ring and connects with a corner yakuza kick. MacRear crumbles out of the corner.
Geoff Penzer: Nest with a hard kick that nearly knocks MacRear’s head off!
Nest steps away from the corner. When he turns around, the Baroness rocks him with a savate kick. After a kick to the midsection, she hooks his arms to set up for Dom’d. But Nest rolls of her grasp, lifts her up and delivers a pancake.
Geoff Penzer: Down goes the Baroness!
When Nest turns around, MacRear kicks him in the midsection. He then whips him hard into the ropes, where Nest knocks Tillman off the apron and to the floor.
Geoff Penzer: Oh no!
The crowd gasps as Tillman was knocked off the apron and went crashing into the guardrail. Nest looks down and sees his partner and opponent for WWTS curled up in pain on the floor. When Nest turns around, MacRear kicks him hard in the midsection. While Nest’s doubles over, MacRear turns around, reaches back, hooks his arms and plants him with the Despicable YOU! The crowd boos as MacRear turns Nest over and makes the cover.

“SexyBack” blares throughout the venue as the crowd erupts with boos.
Tony Allen: Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners… PRINCE MACREAR and THE CRIMSON BARONESS!
MacRear rolls out of the ring, where he and The Crimson Baroness get their arms raised to boos from the crowd.
Geoff Penzer: MacRear has pinned Nest! MacRear has pinned the APEX Champion!
As MacRear and the Baroness head back up the aisle, Tillman can be seen pulling himself up using the edge of the apron. He looks back in the ring and sees Nest slowly pushing himself up on all fours. The two men lock eyes and do not look happy. But are they angry at MacRear & TCB… or at each other?
